Trey Alan KurtzMichael Charles Dixon, Jr. black killerblack killerJordan GravesThe death penalty will not be sought for any of the four defendants accused of killing a Blinn College student in 2014. Four people have been charged with the murder of 20-year-old Trey Kurtz. Only one of the men accused was 18 years old at the time of the crime. Several years ago, the Supreme Court ruled it unconstitutional to seek death against anyone that was under 18 at the time of the offense Kurtz’ body was discovered lying in the intersection of Seelhorst and Dark Streets near downtown Brenham just before midnight on October 30, 2014. He was pronounced dead at the scene from a single gunshot wound to the head. 19-year old Michael Charles Dixon Jr., 18-year old J.B. Wright, 18-year old Deperrion Lott, and 20-year old Jordan Alexander Graves, all of Brenham, have been charged with murder. Only Graves, who was 18 at the time of Kurtz’s death, would be subject to being sentenced to be executed.     Convicted Black Killer (of White police officer) Set To Be Freed Next Week - "No Justice - No Peace"
Rufus Lee AverhartZolo AzaniaLt. George YarosA man who was sentenced to death for killing a Gary, Ind. police officer is now about to walk free. Lt. George Yaros was 57 and nearing retirement when he was killed in the line of duty in 1981. Yaros was responding to a bank robbery. He was shot as robbers escaped out the back, guns blazing. As the World War II veteran lay wounded, prosecutors and witnesses said one robber, Rufus Lee Averhart, stopped and fired the fatal shot into the officer’s chest. His son later saw his dad at the hospital. “Sometimes I think I wish I wouldn’t have seen it, because I think about it sometimes,” Tim Yaros says. “Other times, I say I’m glad I saw it, because I know what he did to my dad.” Averhart, who changed his name to Zolo Azania in prison, has been behind bars since. He denies the crime, despite two convictions and death sentences. But after a series of appeals and, ultimately, a plea deal, the Yaros family is preparing for him to walk out of prison Monday. Justice, says Tim’s wife, not served. The family does not buy Azania’s claim he’s changed. They note he killed another man before the 1981 murder. - (Black-on-white)

Philly Police Still Trying To Solve Cold Case Of (3 black males) Who Killed (White) Officer Frederick Cione 47 Years Ago
black killerblack killerblack killerOfficer Frederick CionePHILADELPHIA — Who murdered Officer Frederick Cione? It’s a question the Philadelphia Police Department has never been able to answer. The rookie officer was shot and killed 47 years ago this week. It began with a routine police stop on a cold January 30, 1970 morning. Cione was just 25 at the time. “He’s in his patrol car and what we believe is he gets out to stop three African-American males,” said Philadelphia Police Capt. James Clark. Cione approached the three men near 17th and West Oxford shortly after 1 a.m. It would turn out to be the rookie cop’s last assignment as he was ambushed and shot multiple times. “He goes down,” said Clark. “He stands over top of him and shoots him again.” Now 47 years later, and 26 boxes of homicide files, interviews and evidence gathered, Cione’s killer has never been arrested. His murder is the only unsolved police killing in Philadelphia Police Department history. - (Black-on-white)

The trial for Justin Marshall, 25, will begin March 13, Sixth Judicial District Judge Sean McPartland said at a hearing held via phone conference at the Johnson County Courthouse on Friday.     (Black) Man Shot, Killed After Running Over (White female) Arlington Officer Twice!
Cpl. Elise BowdenTavis CraneARLINGTON – Arlington Police say it’s amazing an officer is alive after being run over not once, but twice. The driver of the car was shot and killed with three passengers, including a 2-year-old girl, in the back seat. Arlington Police said during a traffic stop for allegedly throwing drug paraphernalia out a window, a 14-year veteran corporal officer realized the driver, 23-year-old Tavis Crane, had a warrant for evading arrest and a probation violation. With two backup officers behind her, the corporal tried to persuade Crane to get out of the car. “The female corporal, just as polite as she can be, basically pleading with the driver, ‘Hey, you’re under arrest. you need to get out of the vehicle’,” Police said Crane started to roll up the windows and take off. The backup officer tried to reach for the keys as the corporal moved back from the car. “When she started to cross between her patrol car, that’s when the vehicle got put into reverse,” Cook said. “It knocked her down to the ground. Ran over her with the rear axle. And then the driver put it in drive and ran her over again. Now you’re in a situation where you’ve got an officer in the car while this is unfolding.” The officer in the back seat pulled his weapon. Crane was shot multiple times in the torso. Police used emergency medical kits they carry and performed CPR, but Crane died. Sources said the officer suffered broken ribs, lower vertebrae and ankles. - (Black-on-white)

Horror injuries of (White) woman who climbed onto an electrical substation to flee attack by (black) sex fiend
Courvoisiea AllenRachel AdamsRachel AdamsAn Arkansas woman who was forced to jump into an electrical substation to flee an alleged sexual assault is still recovering from second degree burns four months after the attack. Rachel Adams, from Little Rock, underwent three skin graft surgeries and a medically induced coma after fleeing a man who she said tried to orally rape her. She told ArkansasMatters.com her attacker Courvoisiea Allen had given her rides home before. But this time, she said he tried to force her to perform oral sex by threatening her with a knife. She knew she needed to escape by whatever means necessary. When Allen tried to force himself on her on October 3, she ran to a nearby Entergy electrical substation and climbed the electrical tower. Adams was severely shocked when Allen grabbed her shoe and she tried to break her fall by grabbing whatever was in front of her. She suffered burns on 40 percent of her body and spent a month at Arkansas Children's Hospital. Adams told the station: 'The physical injuries are minute in my opinion to the mental and emotional damage that's been done.' - (Black-on-white)

(Black) Long Prairie man receives more than a dozen years for manslaughter (of his white ex-wife) - "in the heat of passion"
Craig Lamont WilliamsNancy Elaine WilliamsLONG PRAIRIE, Minn. — A Long Prairie man who was convicted of first degree manslaughter for fatally striking his ex-wife with a shoe hammer was sentenced to 12½ years in prison. Craig Lamont Williams, 49, will serve the time at the St. Cloud Correctional Facility. During a hearing Wednesday, Feb. 1, Judge Douglas Anderson handed out the sentence, which is below the maximum penalty of 15 years, in Todd County District Court. Williams received credit for the three years and 164 days he's spent behind bars while his case was prosecuted. On Dec. 6, 2016, a Todd County jury found Williams guilty of committing manslaughter — intentionally causing the death of Nancy Elaine Williams in the heat of passion. The jury found him not guilty of second-degree murder. The incident began on Aug. 22, 2013 when Williams called 911 requesting an ambulance for a "gunshot wound" at a home about six miles south of Long Prairie. During the call, Williams said he had shot Nancy Williams at their home. When deputies arrived, they found Nancy, 58, dead. An autopsy showed that she died from multiple blows from a shoe hammer, not from gunshots. During a five-day trial in Todd County District Court, Williams claimed he was acting in self defense and that his ex-wife attacked him with a cobbler's anvil, a knife and a fork during an argument about him having sex with Nancy's daughter. His attorney, Malcolm Whynott, described the events leading up to the shooting as a "brewing storm" between the couple. The prosecution maintained that this was a case of "brutal, intentional murder" by Williams to end a dysfunctional relationship. Prosecutor Noah Cashman argued that Williams did not have marks or injuries on him and there were no signs of struggle in the house. - (Black-on-white)

Troy James Williams will have to serve more than 24 years before he can qualify for parole. Officer Shawn Bakr was shot in the shoulder in January 2016 when he disrupted an armed robbery attempt by three men while he was working off-duty security at the Red Lobster restaurant at Markham Street and Rodney Parham Road. The three men entered the restaurant just before its 10 p.m. closing with hoodies pulled tight over their heads, obscuring their faces, police said. McKartney YoungMisty Lynn GuilloryA Calcasieu Parish grand jury indicted a man on Thursday in a 14-year-old murder case. Today, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office issued a press release stating that anyone caught helping Young will be arrested and charged with aiding and abetting a fugitive. McKartney Young, 31, was charged with second-degree murder in connection with the 2003 death of Misty Guillory. Police say Young is now a fugitive. If anyone has any information regarding Young, please contact the Lake Charles Police Department at 491-1311. Guillory was 15 when she died. She was able to get away, but as she was fleeing Young ran her over with his vehicle, prosecutors say. Back in 2003, Young was arrested and indicted. However, after prosecutors found conflicting statement among witnesses, the charges were dismissed. The case was re-opened last year after new evidence surfaced. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of defendant and a "no bond" bond has been set by Judge Thomas Quirk. Any person or persons discovered to be helping McKartney Young evade arrest shall themselves be arrested for aiding and abetting a fugitive. - (Black-on-white)

Evil jungle beast black rapist, sexual deviant and killer who murdered a White woman seeks new sentence or release
Kevin StanfordBarbel PooreKevin Stanford, foreground, and co-defendant David BuchananKevin Stanford, who was sentenced to death in 1982 for one of Louisville’s most notorious murders — then had his sentenced commuted to life without parole by Gov. Paul Patton because he was only 17 at the time of the crime — is now asking to be freed from prison. Stanford, now 53, filed a petition this week in federal court in Louisville demanding a new sentencing hearing or the nullification of his sentence. Mona Mills, the sister of Stanford’s victim, Barbel Poore, said in an interview Friday that she doesn’t buy Stanford’s rehabilitation. He is a sexual deviant and a killer,” she said. “He needs to never come out, ever, and pray tell he doesn’t.” On Jan. 7, 1981, Stanford and David Buchanan, then 16, for 45 minutes took turns sodomizing and raping Poore, 20, a single mother, who was working alone in the Cheker Oil Co. station. Stanford drove Poore a few blocks away in her mother's 1973 Chevrolet Impala, where he let her smoke a final cigarette, then fired two shots from a .38-caliber pistol into her head and face, leaving her body in the back seat with her pants pulled down around her ankles, her buttocks exposed. Then he returned to the station, stealing 300 cartons of cigarettes, lighters and $143 in cash. In 1992, he was placed in disciplinary segregation for six months for sexually sodomizing another inmate. - (Black-on-white)

Exclusive: ‘I Thought My Neck Was Broken,’ (White Hispanic) Woman Jumped By pack of 20 (feral black) Teens In Boerum Hill
Jennifer Medinaferal blacksuspectsuspectsuspectsuspectsuspectsuspectsuspectsuspectsuspectsuspectNEW YORK — A young woman was targeted by nearly two dozen attackers on a Brooklyn street. The victim said the brutal assault seemed to have no motive beyond cruelty. “I was getting dragged to the ground, punched left and right,” Jennifer Medina said speaking exclusively. Medina’s walk home from the train station after school last week turned into a violent assault. Her attackers got away with her cell phone battery, a pair of headphones, and her sense of security. “I’m more aware now, I and I look back, I always look back now,” she said. Medina was left with cuts and bruises and a scraped up back. “I thought my neck was broken because of all the pain because I got kicked in the head,” she said. Police said the pack of at least 20 teenagers attacked Medina on Fourth Avenue near St. Mark’s Place in Boerum Hill. Surveillance video captured the faces of a few of the teenage boys and girls. The group surrounded Median and began to taunt her. “They was like ‘oh, what are you going to do about it? What are you going to do about it,” she recalled. After the assault the attackers smashed her phone on the ground and ran away. “I think they just decided to do that because they didn’t have anything better to do with their lives,” she said. - (Black-on-white)

Police: (Black) Boyfriend fatally shot (white) girlfriend before killing himself inside the mobile home
Eric HardenTiffany GreerINDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Indianapolis Metropolitan police say a deadly shooting on the near southwest side appears to be a case of murder-suicide. Two people were found shot to death at a mobile home park in the 3000 block of West Morris Street Wednesday night. Several neighbors had called 911 to report gunshots in the area. Police arrived around 8 p.m. to find a mobile home with its door partially open. Officers saw a woman and man inside the mobile home; both were suffering from gunshot wounds. Investigators believe Eric Harden shot and killed his girlfriend Tiffany Greer before turning the gun on himself.
“I deep down inside feel like she was trying to leave him and he was jealous...,” said Tiffany’s brother Johney Greer. Tiffany’s two year old daughter was inside the home when the killings took place but thankfully was not hurt. The suspect in this case had a history of violence long before the deadly shooting. According to court records, in 2013 prosecutors charged Harden with domestic violence. In 2015 he was charged again with resisting law enforcement and last year was sentenced to anger control counseling. The IMPD also says they were called to the couple’s home in 2015 after a violent fight between the victim and suspect during which some property was damaged. “Unfortunate circumstances like this are also an opportunity to educate,” said Catherine O’Connor with the Julian Center. - (Black-on-white)

(Homeless black man) found guilty of second degree murder (of White man) * Defense played the 'Queer defense card'
Taikwan CrosbyJames FaucettA jury convicted Taikwan Crosby of second degree murder with a weapon after close to eight hours of deliberation Thursday. Crosby was on trial for the brutal death of a senior citizen who offered a then-homeless Crosby a place to sleep for the night in 2013. The victim, James Faucett, 60, was beaten, bludgeoned and stabbed in his Wisteria Avenue home in the hours after meeting the defendant. Neither the state nor the defense denied that Crosby killed Faucett, but Crosby claimed he attacked Faucett in self defense after the older man attempted a sexual advance on the younger man. The two men met at a Kangaroo gas station in Escambia County on the night of April 28. Neither party denied that Crosby got into Faucett’s car and went home with him. It was what happened next that was in question.
The state claimed Crosby was a desperate criminal who flirted and showed interest in an older man at the gas station in the hopes of taking advantage of him. The prosecutor argued that had the attack been self defense as claimed, it's not likely Crosby would have then stolen Faucett's car, tried to use his ATM cards, buried the vehicle's license plate and fled law enforcement, as Crosby's own initial testimony to police stated. Assistant State Attorney Bridgette Jensen told the jury that Crosby led Faucett on to believe the two would have sex, and Faucett ended up dead only hours later. "Mr. Faucett can't tell you what happened, but his injuries can," she said. The defense, on the other hand, claimed Faucett was a sexual predator who used Crosby's homelessness as a way to lure him back to his home to have sex with him. - (Black-on-white)

After that, he said he ran off a dog standing near the little boy's "life-less body." "The mother was standing there screaming. She couldn't pick the child up, so I picked his body up and carried him to the ambulance," he said. Clayton said he's seen the dogs before. "They frequent the neighborhood a lot...they haven't been aggressive in the past," he said. "Why are you letting two full grown pit bulls roam this neighborhood freely when the neighborhood is full of elementary school aged kids," Clayton asked of the owner. Investigators identified Cameron Tucker as the owner of the dogs. One dog was shot and another was taken into custody. Tucker was also arrested. He was charged with two counts of reckless conduct. Those are misdemeanor charges. Wednesday morning, the Fulton County District Attorney’ Office added two felony manslaughter charges. Pickard said a group of elementary-aged kids were walking to school when the attack happened. "We had some brave kids, some kids ran back to the scene to pull the dogs off the children that were injured," he said. - (Black-on-white)

If three white kids had gone hunting a random black, this would be the biggest story in the world for over a year.
