Should a demonic psycho black youth get away with murder of a White teacher just because he was only 16 years old when he killed?
Byron TruviaByron TruviaTodd Roberts HenrySMITH COUNTY, TX - A hearing was held today in Smith County for the man who is accused of fatally stabbing a teacher at a Tyler high school. Byron Truvia is currently in a state hospital and charged under a juvenile petition in the 2009 death of John Tyler High School teacher Todd Henry. Due to his commitment to a state hospital, Truvia was not in the court hearing in the 114th District Court on Thursday. He has been at a state hospital since being found "incompetent with probability of attaining competency." The hearing Thursday centered around the issue of the juvenile petition still pending and an indictment which was returned in 2011 for murder. The petition and the indictment could potentially result in different punishments if the case were to reach trial. If Truvia were convicted and sentenced under the juvenile petition, he could be sentenced up to 40 years in prison. The murder indictment could result in a life sentence if a trial were to occur under that charge. - (Black-on-white)

  • Should Teachers Be Warned About Students' Criminal Histories?
Todd Roberts Henry was never told about 16-year-old Byron Truvia’s troubled past. At the age of 10, the boy’s mother had him committed to a psychiatric hospital. At 14, Truvia stabbed his sister, and was detained by the Texas Youth Commission for two years. He was released in the fall of 2009—just in time to start the school year in Mr. Henry’s class. On that fateful September morning at 8:50 a.m., Truvia attacked 50-year-old Henry, stabbing him repeatedly in the neck and shoulders. The beloved music teacher died later that day.

Hearing-impaired (White) man shot after not understanding (black) gunman's demands
Joel Rivera (L) Antonio ThomasJohn KellyMILWAUKEE — A violent trio of criminals has been terrorizing innocent people and businesses across the city. They even shot a man who is hearing impaired because he couldn't understand what they were saying, authorities said. John Kelly was taking out money at an ATM just down the street from his south side home when he was approached by two people. "I wasn't quite sure what was going on it was a total surprise," Kelly said. Kelly said he couldn't understand what Joel Rivera, 29, and his girlfriend were saying to him because he's hearing impaired. Then all of a sudden he was down on the ground bleeding from four gunshot wounds. "They'd would make a decision to try and kill me for a couple of hundred dollars," he said. According to court documents, after shooting Kelly just three days before Christmas, Rivera, his girlfriend, and Antonio Thomas, 24, went on a rampage, robbing businesses all over the city at gunpoint. They hit up family-owned Taqueria Los Gallos on the city's south side. Surveillance video showed Thomas pointing a gun in families' faces, including children. Owner Francisco Hernandez said he was fearful for everyone's lives. - (Black-on-white)

Low-life scum cowardly black parasite tries to rob a BLIND WHITE man - Video helps link suspect to attempted armed robbery
Harry PalmoreMatthew HartmanNEW ORLEANS -- Police have linked the attempted hold-up of a legally blind man in Mid-City to a suspect already in custody for a string of brazen armed robberies. Harry Palmore, 29, has been booked with the attempted armed robbery in the Jan. 24 hold-up of Matthew Hartman. Hartman was using his cane to walk to work at 8 a.m., when police said Palmore jumped out of a stolen car and pointed a gun at Hartman’s chest, demanding his wallet. The gunman can be seen racking the slide of his semi-automatic pistol in an attempt to fire at Hartman at point-blank range. Even more stunning is what happened next: Hartman strikes the would-be robber three times with his cane, at one point hitting him on the wrist and almost causing him to drop his gun. With that third whack of the cane, the robber can be seen retreating back into the car and driving off. Hartman said it was pure instinct that led him to resist the gunman by lashing out with his cane. “I just said no and decided make a stand for myself,” Hartman said. “Split reaction, immediately.” Watching the video of the attack, including a clear sequence of the gunman racking the slide of his semi-automatic pistol, made Hartman realize how close he came to getting shot at point blank range. His sister, Liz Hartman Lawson, is still shaken by what could have happened had the gun not misfired. Days after the would-be robbery, a detective called Hartman and told him that his suspected robber had been caught after pulling two similar hold-ups. Hartman shuddered. He realized he had seen Palmore on the news: He was the suspect captured during a dramatic arrest in which a second man, Arties Manning, was fatally shot by police. - (Black-on-white)

Demonic black man tortured 3 of 4 homicide victims – (2 of the victims were White)
Winston Bernard Black JrAnn Marie Dozier GilkersonJames David Gough JrPORTSMOUTH -- He is charged with killing four people on three days in two cities, according to court documents. But to Winston Bernard Black Jr.’s accomplices, it isn’t so much the number of people he killed, it’s how he killed them. Court documents say one of Black’s alleged victims was stabbed more than 100 times in her home, and the other two were gruesomely slain in bathtubs for little or no reason. Black, 35, is awaiting trial in Portsmouth and Henrico County circuit courts on four counts of murder and a host of other crimes. Black worked with a violent drug ring in Port Norfolk – a group whose membership includes at least three convicted murderers. Other members included Brian Townes and Keonte Key. A fourth member is identified in the transcripts by the street name “Life” (aka) Cameron Lamar Parker, who is incarcerated in North Carolina for murder. Detectives suspect members of the group killed at least nine people over the years. The three Portsmouth killings for which Black is charged happened in the span of about three months. Samuel L. “Jersey“ Martin was found dead on Nov. 14, 2011, in Cradock; James David “Scooter Dave“ Gough and Ann Marie Dozier Gilkerson were found dead in two locations on Feb. 7, 2012, in Port Norfolk. Black’s fourth murder charge stems from a June 10, 2016, homicide at the Motel 6 on Williamsburg Road in Henrico. Walter Adams, 20, was shot to death, and another man was seriously injured. - (Black-on-white)

(Black) Man guilty of murder (of white 'friend'?) in 2013 Waukegan motel stabbing
Kevin Curtis Jacob K. BlumAfter more than two days of deliberations, a Lake County jury found Kevin Curtis guilty Wednesday of first-degree murder for the 2013 stabbing of a 19-year-old former Lake Villa resident in a Waukegan motel room. Curtis, 29, charged with three counts of first-degree murder, was convicted of one count of first-degree murder with the knowledge that his actions could cause great bodily harm. He now faces a mandatory sentencing range of 20 to 60 years in prison, and Judge George Strickland ordered Curtis held without bail until his sentencing. A sentencing date has not yet been scheduled. The sentencing range would not have changed if he had been found guilty of the other two counts. Prosecutors argued during the trial that Curtis purposefully stabbed 19-year-old Jacob Blum, a co-worker, in a Waukegan motel on the evening of July 16, 2013. Curtis, who took the stand during his trial last week, said the stabbing was accidental, occurring after Blum "plowed" into him on a motel bed while Curtis was using the knife to clean his fingernails. He testified the two had wrestled and engaged in horseplay previously.

(White) Daytona veteran beaten up (by three filthy, subhuman, scum demonic blacks) for trying to save turtle's life
Image of Daytona Beach turtleGary BloughRyan Ponder and Johnnie BeverittDAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Three young men were arrested Tuesday after police said they beat up a Navy veteran who asked them to stop torturing a turtle, according to Daytona Beach police. A woman was walking her toddler around a pond at Wedgewood Apartments and told police she saw three men torturing a turtle. She went home and told her husband, Gary Blough, they were “smashing up a turtle.” Blough went outside and said he saw a group of three men repeatedly abusing the animal. "The one had it over his head and he was smashing it down on the sidewalk," Blough said. "I asked them to please leave it alone, just let it go to the lake." One of the men, later identified at Johnnie Beveritt, 18, picked up the turtle and threw it down on the sidewalk; the two other men, Ryan Ponder, 23 and a 16-year-old boy, kicked the turtle toward the apartment building away from the pond, the witness told police. Blough told police that the turtle was trying to crawl away but was seriously injured and unable to walk. He told his wife to call the police after the suspects did not stop attacking the animal. After that, two of the suspects struck Blough with their hands, fists and feet. "They started hitting the back of my head and started punching me. I was able to fend off a little bit but I mean three of them, got the better of me," he said. Blough told them he did not want to fight, one of the attackers said “I don’t give a f—and I don’t care if I go to jail.”. The suspects continued to beat Blough until neighbors came out and the suspects ran away.

A Daytona Beach police officer captured all three suspects and the victim’s wife positively identified them as the attackers, according to the report. Blough told police he is a disabled veteran who was seriously injured in the Persian Gulf War. First responders said the victim suffered injuries during the attack including broken skull and facial bones, internal bleeding and a concussion. Police did not know how the injuries would affect him long term. Blough's wife set up a GoFundMe account to raise money for his extensive medical expenses.     Fatal Stanton Street shooting of black (estranged ex-lover) ruled justified
Thomas RomanowskiRobert HoodJacqueline NewtonWILKES-BARRE — Authorities will not file charges in the fatal shooting of a 34-year-old man on Stanton Street last June. The parents of Robert Hood vowed to continue fighting after authorities ruled the fatal shooting of their son a justifiable homicide. Hood died after a shooting at 320 Stanton St. in Wilkes-Barre on June 24. The coroner ruled his death a homicide a few days later. Thomas Romanowski, 67, owned the home at 320 Stanton St. and lived there with Jacqueline Newton, 32, who has a child with Romanowski’s son and was Hood’s estranged ex-lover at the time of the shooting. According to the district attorney’s office, a man at 320 Stanton St. shot Hood after Hood attacked and cut him “with a shiny object.” The man drew a firearm and fired several times, striking Hood. Hood then fled into the yard and “succumbed to his injuries.” The release states Salavantis has ruled “the use of force by the male justified.”
The release does not specifically identify Romanowski, but describes previous incidents between Hood, Romanowski and Newton as an “extensive history resulting” in the shooting death of Hood. Court documents indicate Hood previously harassed Romanowski and Newton for a period of 18 months — police alleged Hood broke into the Stanton Street home and assaulted them in December 2014. In November 2015, Hood beat Newton unconscious by slamming her head off the pavement then tried to drag her away, according to arrest papers and the district attorney’s office. Romanowski shot and wounded Hood then, police said. Romanowski was not charged in that incident, but Hood was charged with assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.
The fatal shooting occurred days after Hood posted bail on those charges, the district attorney’s office said. According to the release, investigators found Hood had been contacting Newton and “threatening to kill her, the male with whom she was living and himself” before the night of the fatal shooting. Authorities said Hood broke into 320 Stanton St. through a rear window that night and made similar threats when Newton returned to the home. Hood attacked Romanowski, leading Romanowski to draw his gun and fire several times, ultimately killing Hood. - (Black-on-white)

Christopher DicksonRaymond BurnettMAYFIELD, Ky. - A man stabbed to death in the street is being remembered for his kindness, while another faces the highest charge possible. Christopher Dickson learned he is charged with murder in the stabbing death of 65-year-old Raymond Burnett. His court-appointed attorney entered a not guilty plea. Police said Burnett got into a fight with Christopher Dickson Tuesday night. Right across the street is where the fight ended when Burnett collapsed on Renee Shaw's front lawn. She said, "I just heard somebody yell. I ran outside, and Raymond was laying in my yard." Toni Montgomery said she jumped into action when Burnett told her he had been stabbed. At the time of this stabbing, Dickson was out on bail. He was arrested and charged with assaulting his grandfather back in August. That case is still pending. Roger Owens, Diriye’s court-appointed attorney, in court documents, argued that “due to the lack of certified language interpreters” it has been difficult for Diriye to participate in his defense while in jail. Diriye, who has lived in Des Moines two years, faces five charges including vehicular homicide-operating while intoxicated, homicide by vehicle-reckless driving, operating while intoxicated-second offense, and two counts of serious injury by vehicle. His driver’s license has also been suspended. The crash occurred around 3:40 a.m. on Jan. 19.     (Black) Gadsden man who shot at a (White) cop back in jail
Danny Christopher Lipscombofficer Byram HammondsNine days after his 10-year sentence for shooting at a Gadsden police officer was diverted to Community Corrections, a Gadsden man is back in jail, and prosecutors are asking that the diversion be revoked. Danny Christopher Lipscomb, 31, had been charged with attempted murder after a 2009 incident when he fired on Gadsden police officer Byram Hammonds. Hammonds returned fire, and Lipscomb was shot in the head. He pleaded guilty last year to the lesser included offense of attempted first-degree assault and was sentenced Jan. 30 to 10 years with the diversion to Community Corrections. Etowah County Chief Deputy District Attorney Marcus Reid filed a motion Wednesday asking Etowah County Circuit Judge David Kimberley change the sentence. "Although only a week has passed since the defendant was placed with Community Corrections, he has already violated the terms and conditions of his diversion and proven himself unworthy of the opportunity afforded to him by this Court," Reid's motion states. Lipscomb was administered a routine drug screen by his Community Corrections supervisor and tested positive for both marijuana and cocaine, according to the motion. "Under the circumstances, it is indisputable that the defendant has ingested controlled substances during his placement with Etowah County Community Corrections," Reid wrote. "This diversion represented an opportunity granted by the dourt for the defendant to remain in the community and prove himself worthy of a second chance. He has utterly failed to avail himself of this opportunity," Reid said in the motion. The prosecutor asked that Lipscomb be jailed immediately pending a hearing on his motion to revoke the diverted sentence. - (Black-on-white)

  • Would-Be Cop-Killer Danny Lipscomb’s Plea And Sentence A Mockery Of Justice For Gadsden Lt. Byram HammondsDanny Lipscomb Gets Away With Shooting Cop Gadsden, AL – Police Officers across the nation are troubled and angry after the light sentence for Danny Lipscomb was handed down on Monday, January 30. According to The Gadsden Times, more than 30 Officers waited to hear the sentence which resulted from a 2009 incident where Lipscomb repeatedly shot Gadsden Police Lt. Byram Hammonds. The officers were all upset when they discovered that the initial charge of Attempted Murder had been reduced to Attempted First Degree Assault, in exchange for a guilty plea. The guilty plea resulted in a sentence of 10 years of community corrections, which means no prison. Lt. Hammonds’ brother Wayne Hammonds, said that the plea sends a clear message, that “we don’t matter.” Wayne said, “Byram and me, we’re fourth generation (law enforcement officers) and that they understood the dangers of the job. He also said “when we’re attacked, all we have is the court system. When it fails us, who else do we have?” Lt. Hammonds said that he feels like the law has betrayed him according to WVTM 13. He said that the last word he had from the District Attorney’s Office was that “they would never make a deal with anyone that would try to kill a police officer. So that was really upsetting.”
“I looked him in the eye as he looked down the sights of his gun and he kept coming directly at me, firing and looking down the barrel of that gun.” Lt. Hammonds said that he started moving back and got his gun out, but he was shot at least three times before he was able to return fire.  The lieutenant said that he knew he was going to die and that he had to do something to stop the attack. Lt. Hammond shot Danny Lipscomb in the head. Lipscomb was arrested and released the same day. Danny Lipscomb was about 7 inches taller and 100 pounds heavier than him, and that if just wanted to assault him, then he could have used his size.  Lt. Hammonds said “If he’d had his way, I wouldn’t be here today.”

Fremont Police Release Name Of Officer Who Fatally Shot 45-Year-Old (black African) Suspect
AfricanFremont Police Department K9 teamsFREMONT, CA — Fremont police on Wednesday released the name of an officer who fatally shot a suspect on Sunday afternoon. Police had released only limited information before Wednesday on the shooting that killed 45-year-old Fremont resident Nana Adomako, but have now released a detailed description of an incident that began with a 911 call at 4:02 p.m. from a business in the 39000 block of Argonaut Way. An employee at the business said a man came into the store, “attacked” employees and was rude to customers. When the employee asked the man to leave, he took the employee’s cellphone, hit him and threatened to kill him, according to police. The suspect, later identified as Adomako, was last seen walking on Argonaut Way toward Mowry Avenue. Officer James Taylor and his police canine were nearby and at 4:10 p.m. spotted someone in the area matching the suspect description, police said. Taylor got out of his patrol car and asked Adomako, who he recognized from three prior non-violent contacts, to sit on the curb, police said. Adomako asked why he was being stopped and allegedly talked about being the “King of Fremont” and the “chief of police” and refused to sit on the curb, according to police. Taylor, who police said is an eight-year veteran of the department and has crisis intervention and defensive tactics training, then tried to put Adomako in a control hold but he pulled away. Adomako had on a jacket and the officer determined his Taser stun gun would be ineffective on Adomako and his bulky clothing so he didn’t fire it, police said. While a struggle ensued between the pair, Taylor pushed the door release button on his duty belt, freeing the police canine from the patrol car. However, the dog came up and mistakenly bit the officer, according to police. Adomako then allegedly punched Taylor on the left side of his head, and a witness told investigators they heard the impact of the punch to the officer’s head, police said. Fearing for his life, Taylor fired three shots from close range, striking Adomako and causing him to fall to the ground. A second officer, Grant Goepp, pulled up to the scene just as the shooting occurred and helped handcuff Adomako, police said. The officers called for an ambulance but Adomako was pronounced dead at 4:22 p.m. Taylor was taken to the Police Department and then to a hospital where he was treated for a mild concussion, a contusion on the left side of his face, a broken finger, scratches and abrasions and a dog bite, police said. He was released from the hospital on Sunday night and has been placed on paid administrative leave, according to police. Investigators have interviewed several witnesses in the case and both patrol cars at the scene were equipped with in-car video, with Taylor’s in-car camera capturing the majority of the incident although without audio, police said. - (Black-on-white)

Jonathan TimmonsTrooper B. RyunLAYFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo. -- A New York man who allegedly fought with a Missouri state trooper during a traffic stop along I-70 Tuesday now faces several charges in connection with the incident. Jonathan Timmons, 22, was charged with second-degree assault on a law enforcement officer, third-degree assault, attempting to disarm an officer, possession of 10 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabioid and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with the case. When Trooper Ryun approached Timmons' window he noticed that Timmons was breathing heavily and the smell of marijuana was coming from inside of Timmons' vehicle, so the trooper asked Timmons to step out. Trooper Ryun says as Timmons walked to his patrol car he began to reach for something near his waist, so he decided to frisk him and found a pair of scissors. Court documents say when Trooper Ryun attempted to put handcuffs on Timmons, Timmons refused and began fighting him. Trooper Ryun says the fight lasted nearly five minutes. During that time two people stopped to help the trooper including a 74-year-old woman. Timmons kicked her in the face and caused her nose to bleed when she attempted to restrain his legs. - (Black-on-white)

The employee can be seen reaching out the window with both arms. “Hand the child to me,” the employee said, according to prosecutors. The 27-year-old Delhi Township man is the father of the youngest, the 2-year-old girl. When Crossty drove away from the McDonald’s, all four children were inside the Pontiac Grand Am. Wilson was left badly beaten, with two black eyes, bruises, a cut on her head, and a bite mark on her hand. Darlene HortonZakaria BulhanThe daughter of a US teacher stabbed to death during a mentally ill teenager’s rampage through Russell Square today called for her killer to be locked up indefinitely. Darlene Horton, 64, was knifed in the back by 19-year-old Zakaria Bulhan as he roamed through central London armed with a kitchen knife while in the grip of a psychotic episode. She suffered wounds to her lung and heart and died in the street, on August 3 last year, just a day before she and her husband were due to return home to Tallahassee in Florida. Today at the Old Bailey, Bulhan pleaded guilty to manslaughter by diminished responsibility and charges of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm of five other victims. He gave his father the slip at a mosque hours before going on the rampage. A police officer said he was "very close" to shooting Bulhan dead, saying: "It had to be a pre-emptive strike. We could not let him get around the corner." - (Black-on-white)
