    Black serial rapist Victor Lamar Davis gets life for rapes of at least 11 women
Victor Lamar Davis Serial rapist Victor Lamar Davis was sentenced in Solano County Superior Court Friday afternoon to 252 years to life in prison and two consecutive life sentences for sexual assaults in Vacaville and San Anselmo between 2004 and 2007. Davis, 27, was found guilty in August of 40 of the 53 counts filed against him in connection with the sexual assaults, burglaries, robberies and false imprisonments. In April, a jury needed only 45 minutes to find Black guilty of two counts of sexual battery and single counts of home invasion robbery and battery on a person over 65. They dragged her into the living room and took turns raping her, the woman testified. The men left with her camera, rosary beads and keys. As they left, one of the men kicked her in the face.     Clumsy (black) home-invasion robber gets shot with own gun
Keyen Lamar HillHAMPTON, VA - Shortly after midnight Wednesday, two armed men burst into a home in the 1100 block of East Pembroke Ave., and attacked the resident. The two assailants demanded money, while another waited outside behind the wheel of the getaway car. In the chaos, one of the robbers dropped his gun. “During the assault, one of the suspects dropped his handgun which the victim was able to retrieve. Courtney M. CowinsMADISON, Wis. -- A man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in her East Side home in 2006 was found guilty Thursday. A jury found Courtney M. Cowins guilty. Cowins gained entry to a home on Jana Lane through an unlocked door and violently assaulted a woman in December 2006. Prosecutors said DNA evidence linked Cowins to the crime.     Alabama negro raped 16-year-old girl while drinking, police say
Robert Deon FergusonAla. -- A 28-year-old Foley man is being held in Baldwin County jail today, accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl last weekend in Summerdale, police said. Robert Deon Ferguson was being held at the Baldwin County Corrections Center in Bay Minette on $25,000 bail, according to records. Summerdale Police Chief Dwain Riebling said the girl was visiting a friend Friday night when Ferguson came to the house and began drinking.     Cleveland black charged in 1994 rape; prosecutors say DNA linked him to crime
Maurice MitchellCLEVELAND, Ohio — Maurice Mitchell, 37, of Cleveland, was indicted today by a Cuyahoga County grand jury in a 1994 rape and robbery case. Prosecutors said his DNA linked him to the unsolved case. "A 25-year-old woman was assaulted while using a pay phone on St. Clair Avenue and forced to drive to a field at gunpoint," said Ryan Miday, spokesman for the county Prosecutor's Office. Spanic Sodomite arrested in alleged bathroom sex assault on 7-year-old boy
Jorge D. GutierrezPolice have arrested a Hispanic man accused of sexually assaulting a young boy in a Burger King bathroom. The 7-year-old boy was assaulted by a man allegedly waiting in the bathroom at the restaurant. He was with his mother and sibling when he left to use the restroom, then came back out and told his mother about the attack. Officers searched nearby businesses for clear surveillance video of the man, and released it. Dozens of tips came in, and police arrested 44-year-old Jorge D. Gutierrez the same day.     Black Arrested In Robberies, Rape At ATM
Calvin Rodney Butler Baltimore County Police have arrested a 19-year-old man, charging him with a pair of ATM robberies, and the sexual assault of one of the victims. Detectives arrested Calvin Rodney Butler at his home Friday night, and he was charged early this morning with rape, first degree sex offense, kidnapping and robbery. Butler allegedly approached a 22-year-old woman from behind as she was withdrawing money. Butler demanded money and ran off after receiving it. Police say the 32-year-old woman was forced at gunpoint to a parking lot where Butler forced her to perform a sex act. - (Newsroom) - (crime)

    Investigators search for negro accused of raping Augusta woman
Willie Lee Cuyler Richmond County investigators are searching for the man they say attacked and raped a woman. Willie Lee Cuyler is accused of raping a woman Sunday evening. According to investigators, the victim said she got into Cuyler's car on 9th Street in downtown Augusta. The victim told investigators she had the intentions of getting a ride home from the man. Investigators say Cuyler then took the victim to his residence and began to attack and rape her. - (Newsroom) - (crime)

    Black teen facing charges in Ybor parking garage attack
Javon Cooper Tampa Police have charged a teenager in the attack on a 38-year-old woman in a parking garage. 16-year-old Javon Cooper faces charges of Attempted Second-Degree Murder, Attempted Sexual Battery and Aggravated Battery with Great Bodily Harm. The August 18 attack occurred inside a parking garage around 3 p.m. The suspect grabbed the victim from behind and began strangling her. Fearing for her life, she pretended to pass out and eventually did lose consciousness.     Recently released black felon accused of raping Eustis woman
Martrez Q. Anderson Deputies arrested a felon, released from prison less than a week ago, on charges that he allegedly broke into a woman's house in Eustis and raped her. Martrez Q. Anderson, 25, who uses at least a dozen different aliases, is currently in jail. ecords show he has a long history of arrests dating back to 2001. The victim told deputies that sometime around 9 p.m. Wednesday, Anderson knocked on her front door asking if she needed lawn service. The woman declined the offer and closed her door. Moments later, Anderson broke into her house and confronted her in the bedroom, she said. She tried to call 911, but Anderson knocked the phone from her hand.     Cell phone tracks black parolee suspects in violent rapes
Julias Anderson Technology changed during the 30 years Julias Anderson sat in prison for rape, and that technology is what helped police capture Anderson after he allegedly raped a woman at knife-point Tuesday. He stole the victim's cell phone and kept it turned on. Police say that allowed them to track Anderson down. Police say Anderson is also a suspect in an August 15 sexual assault. Anderson was arrested and sentenced in the 1970s to 40 years in prison for rape. He was paroled in June. - (Newsroom) - (crime)

Manolete Pierce A man who offered to set up a professional photo session this week for a 23-year-old woman has been charged with rape. Manolete Pierce, 34, turned himself in about 5:30 a.m. accused of luring the woman to the Ambassador Motel on West Vine Street to be the model for a series of swim suit photographs.     DNA sample links black sex offender to 1986 Salisbury rape
Police say DNA evidence has linked a registered sex offender to a more than two-decade-old rape case in Rowan County. Kenneth Trent McDaniel, 39, a registered sex offender convicted of rape in 1990, was arrested this week on rape and robbery charges dating back to 1986, when he was 16. The victim of the Salisbury attack was in her 30s at the time. "I'm completely glad that he's caught because this really did hurt me and my children,” she said in a statement. “I'm glad he's where he needs to be now." - (Newsroom) - (crime)

    Dale City black charged with raping a 15-year-old-girl
A Dale City man has been charged with raping a 15-year-old girl. Police said 41-year-old David Lee Boyd, of 5414 Staples Lane, knew the victim. The rape was reported to police Monday, said Prince William police spokeswoman 1st Sgt. Kim Chinn. Boyd has been charged with aggravated sexual battery and taking indecent liberties with a child.     Black convicted of sexual assault of 6-year-old girl
Robert E. Adams Jr. A Baldwin County jury convicted a Bay Minette man this month of sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl in 2007. Robert E. Adams Jr., 28, was found guilty Aug. 20 of first-degree sodomy, first-degree sex abuse and first-degree rape, court records show. A sentencing date has not been announced. First-degree rape and sodomy are Class A felonies, punishable by 10 to 99 years in prison, while first-degree sex abuse is a Class C felony that carries a sentence of one to 10 years. - (Newsroom) - (crime)

Daquan Whitener A 17-year-old and a 14-year-old were arrested Tuesday in connection with a rape that was reported earlier this month. On August 6, a 23-year-old woman reported that two suspects, who had visited her earlier in the evening, broke into her apartment and raped her while she was sleeping.     Akram Abdul-Hameed arrested for rape near campus
Akram Abdul-HameedTEMPE - A man has been arrested in the early Friday morning rape of a woman who was walking on Mill Ave, right by the campus of ASU. Police say that just after midnight Friday, Akram Abdul-Hameed grabbed a woman who was walking near 4th St and Mill Ave and put his hand over her mouth. Abdul-Hameed allegedly forced the woman up a flight of stairs into a secluded area behind a business, then sexually assaulted her. She was able to yell for help briefly, and two people in the area heard her. Her assailant fled the scene just before police arrived. An investigation by Tempe Police lead to the identification of the suspect, who apparently had been watching the victim on Mill Ave in the past. - (Newsroom) - (crime)

West Harlem Rape SuspectPolice released video footage Friday of a man wanted in connection with a series of rapes this month in West Harlem. The last rape occurred on August 18 when a 69-year-old woman was attacked as she returned to her apartment building on Riverside Drive and 155th Street at about 4 a.m. The woman was on her way home from work, police said. The suspect was most likely already inside the building, police said. He pushed the woman into an elevator where he assaulted, raped and robbed her.     Black rapist sentenced to life in prison, after he serves 28 years for manslaughter
Eric R. WilsonCLEVELAND — Eric Wilson, 37, of University Heights, was sentenced last month to life in prison for rape and kidnapping. Wilson grabbed a woman off the street June 23, 2007, threw her in a car and drove to a house, where he raped her and told her to shower. She escaped by jumping out of the bathroom window. A jury found him guilty of three counts of rape, two counts of kidnapping and being a sexually violent predator. He was already serving 28 years for involuntary manslaughter and felonious assault using a gun. He has multiple prior convictions. - (Newsroom) - (crime)

    Son of black Nigerian migrant ex-mayor of East Cleveland gets life for murdering his mother
CLEVELAND — The son of the imprisoned former East Cleveland mayor will spend the rest of his life behind bars for killing his mother -- shooting her eight times in the face and body while she watched TV in the living room of her Cleveland home. Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Nancy Fuerst sentenced Clifton Onunwor this morning to life in prison without parole. Hispanic held in kidnap, rape of 7-year-old autistic girl
Daniel Blas FloresA Huntington Beach man was arrested after he allegedly kidnapped a 7-year-old autistic girl and then sodomized and raped her, police said Saturday. Daniel Blas Flores, 27, was arrested at his apartment and booked for “several sexual assault related charges,” according to a news release from the Huntington Beach Police Department. Flores’ apartment is near a Sycamore Boulevard complex where the girl was playing outside with friends, the release said. Flores allegedly kidnapped the girl and then took her back to his apartment where he committed the sexual assaults, police said. - (Newsroom) - (crime)


    Second Illegal Hispanic suspect held in Brookline rape case
Ismael MartinezBrookline police arrested Ismael Martinez, 26, the second suspect in the early-morning attack Tuesday on a 30-year-old Brookline woman. He joined Jose Arita, 25, who was arrested Thursday. The victim, returning from Logan International Airport, had been dropped off by taxi. As she was walking with her luggage, two men hit her in the head from behind, choked her, and put her into a red pickup truck parked on a side street. The truck sped off, but was caught on police surveillance cameras. The two suspects face charges of assault with intent to rape, aggravated rape, and kidnapping. Harrington said that the suspects knew each other and worked together as freelance plasterers. Both suspects are believed to be living in the United States illegally - Arita from Guatemala and Martinez from Mexico. Suspected illegal Hispanics charged with sexual assault of 12-year-old girl
Ramiro Pineda-Vargas, 18 (left) and Francisco Lopez-Mendez, 19 (right)Two men have been arrested by the Washington County Sheriff's Office on a variety of sex charges involving a 12-year-old girl. Ramiro Pineda-Vargas, 18, was accused of first-degree sex abuse and second-degree sodomy. Francisco Lopez-Mendez, 19, was accused of first-degree sex abuse, second-degree rape and unlawful penetration with a foreign object.
Both men were being held in Washington County Jail without bail after U.S. immigrations officials placed holds on the suspects. - (Newsroom) - (Invasion!)


    Riviera Beach police seek homeless black suspected of rape
Police are searching for a homeless man suspected of attacking and raping a woman and then imprisoning her overnight. Cops say Dennis Hatcher, who is about 46, beat a woman with a flashlight early Friday morning in Riviera Beach. The adult woman, who knows Hatcher, told police that after beating her, Hatcher threatened her with a knife and raped her. Later, he took her to her house and forced his way in. He stayed there with her overnight so she couldn't call police and snuck out the back door later Friday morning when a friend knocked on the door, officials said. - (Newsroom)

    Black DHS Case Manager Charged with Rape
Darius WillisPolice say 38 year old Darius Willis allegedly performed sexual acts on a female client after leading her to believe that she had to submit to his advances in exchange for help in obtaining food stamps. Willis was arrested Friday at his DHS office inside Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The 28-year-old victim reports she went to Willis office Thursday to discuss Medicaid and food stamp issues. She said that Willis raped her in the office while implying that if she did not go along with his advances, approval for food stamps would be less likely. - (Newsroom)

    66-yr-old woman describes rape attack by black
Floyd Lee Bonds The defendant, Floyd Lee Bonds, 45, sat with his right hand was wrapped in a beige bandage. The victim was raped in her home near Frye Regional Medical Center after her attacker pried open her door and assaulted her. Investigators believe the victim did not know her attacker. Bonds was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping and first-degree burglary. The victim said "I remember seeing the door open, and he was standing there," she said. She testified that as he came toward her she said, "What are you doing here? Get out of my house." She said he turned off her lamp, climbed on the bed and raped her. - (Newsroom)

   

Feds place hold on rape suspect who is illegal immigrant
Roberto Calvillo CarranzaFederal immigration authorities have confirmed the man suspected of kidnapping and raping a Watsonville woman last weekend is an illegal immigrant from Mexico, the San Benito County Sheriff's Office has confirmed. With U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement placing a hold on 36-year-old Roberto Carranza, he no longer is eligible for bail and must remain at the San Benito County Jail until one of two things happen: charges are dropped or the suspect is convicted and serves a prison term.


   

Cops nab Hispanic migrant suspect in Brookline rape
Jose Arita One of two men accused of kidnapping and taking turns raping a Brookline woman after a cab dropped her off in Coolidge Corner was arrested yesterday at his home. Jose Arita, 25, was charged with assault with intent to rape, kidnapping and rape after a two-day investigation involving Boston cops. Police said Arita is a native of Guatemala and may be in the country illegally and living with family members. He has a 3-year-old girl, and a woman at his home identified herself as his wife. Police Chief Daniel O’Leary said cops are still hunting a second Hispanic man they believe is responsible for the brutal crime.- (Newsroom)

Jose Granados-Dominguez, and Richard GranadosJose Granados-Dominguez is described as Hispanic, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 175 pounds, police said. Richard Granados is described as Hispanic, about 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 185 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and a scar on his right arm, police said. Police said the two are charged with murder with a deadly weapon, and attempted murder with a deadly weapon.


   

2 Hispanic men considered armed, dangerous sought in Houston cold case
Aldo Ramirez and Augustine Marquez– Houston police have released images of the two men who they say are responsible for a deadly drive-by shooting outside a local high school. Police say that on November 28, 2006, Aldo Ramirez and Augustine Marquez were driving on Dryad Drive when they confronted 16-year-old Julian Ruiz as he walked to Westbury High School. Investigators say that Marquez pulled out a gun shot Ruiz three times. Ramirez was driving the car, say police. While police know who shot Ruiz, they still don’t know what the motive was behind the crime.

Marvin J. BurriesA 28-year-old Cahokia man is in police custody for allegedly molesting a wheelchair-bound 11-year-old girl. Marvin J. Burries was charged with three counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child. During an interrogation, Burries attempted to jump from a window in the interrogation room, located on the second floor of the St. Clair County Sheriff's Department.     Southwest Airlines: Black exposed himself to his female seatmate, punched her - stipped naked
Darius ChappilleA Southwest Airlines flight from Oakland to Las Vegas was turned around Thursday after a man allegedly exposed himself to his female seatmate, punched her when she screamed, then stripped off all of his clothes as flight attendants and passengers subdued him. Darius Chappille, 21, of Jefferson City, Mo., who also has an Oakland address, was arrested. Chappille had an outstanding arrest warrant on drug-related charges Flight attendants subdued Chappille, pinning him face-down on the floor - (Newsroom)

Tulsa black arrested on complaints of kidnapping and murderof a 13-year-old White girl
Marquis Milton BullockCori Jessie BakerTulsa police have arrested a man in connection with the disappearance of a 13-year-old Union Alternative School student. Online jail records indicate that Marquis Milton Bullock, 18, faces charges of first-degree murder and kidnapping. Investigators believe he picked up Cori Baker, 13, after school on Friday afternoon. Baker reportedly told friends that Bullock was going to take her to the mall to get a Christmas present for her sister. Police documents indicate that detectives arrested Bullock after interviewing witnesses who said that he has a relationship with Baker's sister.The arrest report indicates that Bullock's denoscription matches that of the man seen picking the girl up from school, and his vehicle -- a red Firebird -- was caught on tape at the school parking lot. Emily Elizabeth Haddock Three teens were charged with murder Monday night in connection with the slaying of a 12-year-old girl in her Moore County home last week. Authorities arrested Van Roger Smith Jr., 16, and Sherrod Nicholas Harrison, 19, Monday afternoon. After a search, the Moore County Sheriff's Office took Michael Graham Currie, 18, into custody Monday night. All three teens were charged with one count of first-degree murder and one count of breaking and entering. All are from Cameron. Twelve-year-old Emily Elizabeth Haddock was shot to death Friday in her home on Marks Road outside of Vass, authorities said. The girl had stayed home from school with strep throat and was alone. "(She was) very quiet, soft spoken, always had a smile. An inmate who served time with Lindsey Bruce became the first in a possible string of prisoners expected to say Bruce confessed to killing 5-year-old Emily Rimel more than two years ago. Yesterday’s witness offered shocking new information for jurors: "He said he raped her and he killed her. He said he cut her head off." Lanny Perry Barnes, 46, attended the 15-minute arraignment hearing wearing street clothes and no expression on his face. Sitting behind him was Stephanie Casola, the mother who was hit, along with her two sons, niece, and sister, by Barnes' vehicle. Witnesses told police that Barnes struck the family, backed up, smiled, and drove into them again. Casola's niece, Avery King, died of her injuries. The bodies of the couple and their daughters, 9-year-old Stella and 4-year-old Ruby, were found in the basement, bound in duct tape, beaten, their throats cut. Five days later, three members of another Richmond family were found killed in the same way. Mason recognized one of the victims as the woman who helped rob him. Police believe the killings were the work of two ex-convicts suspected in a violent crime spree that began in November. They are suspected in two other killings. Ricky Jovan Gray, (aka 'Gevon') '29, faces trial Monday in the Harvey slayings, and his nephew, Ray Joseph Dandridge, 29, is to stand trial next month in the killings of Percyell Tucker, 55, his wife, Mary Baskerville-Tucker, 47, and her daughter, Ashley Baskerville, 21.     Black Sex Offender Charged With Kidnap-Rape-Kill of White 11-year-old Jacksonville Girl In 1996
Robert Shelton Mitchell Fla. -- A Connecticut sex offender will be returned to Florida to face a murder charge after being linked to the decade-old rape and drowning of an 11-year-old girl through a database of DNA from convicted sex offenders. Robert Shelton Mitchell, 43, was being held on a $5 million bond after being arraigned as a fugitive. He will face first-degree murder and capital sexual battery charges in the death of Cherie Morrisette of Jacksonville. The Mandarin Middle School student body was found on Dec. 8, 1996, floating in the St. John's River about 10 miles south of the  apartment she shared with her mother and sister.   An autopsy determined that Cherie drowned shortly after her disappearance on Dec. 2, 1996, and was alive when she either fell into the river or was thrown in. Police labeled the death suspicious, and authorities found a small DNA sample on her underwear and body. Mitchell lived in nearby Middleburg at the time of the girl's death, police said Thursday. Mitchell later moved to Connecticut and was convicted in January 2003 of illegal sexual contact with another child. - (Black-on-White)
