(Black) Family beat 14-year-old girl impregnated by a relative into delivering stillborn baby before disposing of the remains on a charcoal grill
Sharon Jones, Lonnell McDonald, Cedric Jones, Cecilia McDonaldA 14-year-old sexual assault victim impregnated by a family member was beaten by other family members to deliver a still-born baby who then took the remains and burned them on a charcoal grill, prosecutors claim. The un-named victim was repeatedly assaulted between January and March 2013 when she eventually gave birth to a still born baby at the house in Pleasant Grove in Dallas, Texas. Dallas police arrested four suspects in connection with the crime, who according to court documents, are being held on a bond of $150,000 each. Prosecutors allege that Cedric Jones, 27, Sharon Jones, 45, Cecilia McDonald, 25 and Lonnell McDonald, 27, were all involved in charges of 'engaging in organised criminal activity' following the alleged assault. They are also accused of trying to cover up the incident by burning the dead infant's body on a charcoal grill before disposing of it in an unknown location. The young girl told Dallas police that she was sexually assaulted by a member of her family in August 2102, but did not report the abuse because she was 'embarrassed'. The suspects discovered the girl was pregnant in January 2013 and began attempts of forcing the victim to abort her baby.

Sheriff: 'A significant step' made as 4 people named in Allison Griffor murder case
Grant, Moses, Glover, and JohnsonAllison GrifforNORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. -- Charleston County Sheriff Al Cannon says four men may face murder charges four years after 5-year-old Allison Griffor was shot and killed during a home invasion in West Ashley. He identified them by hanging their photos on the wall: Phillip Moses, Franklin Glover, Shyrome Johnson and Levell Leonard Grant. Johnson was arrested on Thursday. His bail was set at $200,000 on Friday afternoon. At a press conference Friday afternoon, Cannon said Shyrome Johnson was interviewed as early as Nov. 9, 2011 by investigators looking for answers into Griffor's shooting death. Cannon said Johnson lied to investigators about knowing who was involved in the failed home invasion on Pierpont Avenue, adding that Johnson and the three other men identified Friday as suspects were stopped by City of Charleston police near the scene of the shooting a short time after it happened. "This is a step in an ongoing investigation in the murder of this little girl," Cannon said. "It's a significant step." The case against Johnson and the identities of the other three men came in July 2014, Cannon said, when Johnson was stopped by North Charleston police on unrelated charges and arrested. - (Black-on-white)

Charleston County sheriff’s deputies say their search for justice in the 2011 West Ashley shooting of 5-year-old Allison Griffor was “severely damaged” because of the lies a 25-year-old North Charleston man told years ago. The front door of the Griffors’ home on Pierpont Avenue was kicked in at about 1 a.m. on Oct. 25, 2011. As Allison’s father, William, walked toward the door, the intruder fired a shotgun into the house. Several pellets went through the door and a wall into the room where Allison slept. She was hit in the head in the room she shared with her two brothers. She died two days later at Medical University Hospital. Allison’s father, William Griffor, suffered minor injuries in the shooting. He and his wife, Jennifer, took their two surviving children back to their home state of Michigan shortly after the attack.     Black Man Found Guilty Of Strangling His White Female Boss at a Burger King in 2006
James EalyMary HutchisonWAUKEGAN, Ill. — A Lake County jury has convicted James Ealy of strangling his former boss during a 2006 robbery at the north suburban Burger King restaurant where he once worked. Jurors deliberated for a little more than three hours before finding Ealy guilty on one count of first-degree murder in the death of 45-year-old Mary Hutchison. Ealy faces a minimum prison sentence of 20 years and up to life behind bars. It’s the second time the 48-year-old has been convicted of murder, though jurors who decided this case weren’t told about his earlier convictions for a 1982 Chicago quadruple-killing. In that earlier case, Ealy was found guilty of strangling four people in the Rockwell Gardens housing complex, including his teenage girlfriend, her 3-year-old son and her pregnant mother. Those convictions were overturned on appeal in 1986 in a ruling that barred so much evidence from the case that prosecutors were unable to retry him for the slayings. But 20 years later, Ealy was charged with strangling Hutchison with the bow tie of her uniform on Nov. 27, 2006, while robbing the Lindenhurst restaurant she managed. The early morning robbery allegedly netted him $1,701, prosecutors have said. - (Black-on-white)

A report from the Phoenix Police Department's crime lab indicated a DNA match between a sample taken from the scene and a DNA profile in a state database that belonged to Cudellious Love, a 58-year-old man with a drug conviction that landed him in prison for more than three years in the early aughts. Police say Love's DNA was found on the body of Laura Hunding, who was stabbed to death in her apartment in July 1989. When located and questioned by police on May 12, Love denied any knowledge of Hunding or her homicide nearly 25 years ago. "He claimed he had never 'messed with' White women, has never been to the victim's apartment complex and was not at all familiar with the east side of Phoenix." On Friday, police located and arrested Love after the agency's crime lab determined there was no mistaking Love's DNA to the DNA at the scene because "the approximate incidence of this profile is 1 in 110 quadrillion African Americans," records show.

Jean says that after the incident occurred, he told church leaders about it. “I wait and wait and nothing happened,” he said. Jean says he confronted Collins, who he says admitted showing Jean’s daughter a pornographic photo. “He showed a naked picture, sex picture to my daughter,” Jean said. “How much more I want to hear?” Finally Jean says he called Miami-Dade Police.

Sister names victim of alleged Dennis Hastert homosexual abuse
Dennis HastertSteve ReinboldtWashington - Dennis Hastert homosexually abused a student who had worked as his equipment manager while Hastert coached a high school wrestling team, the student's sister said. It's the first name that's emerged as an alleged victim of abuse at the hands of the former House Speaker since Hastert was indicted for allegedly lying to the FBI about $3.5 million he agreed to pay to an undisclosed person to "cover up past misconduct." Jolene Burdge said in the interview that she found out about Hastert's misconduct when her older brother Steven Reinboldt, who died in 1995, told her in 1979, years after leaving school, that he was gay. "I asked him, when was your first same sex experience. He looked at me and said, 'It was with Dennis Hastert,'" Burdge, whose maiden name is Reinboldt, said. Burdge says her brother passed away of AIDS in 1995. In 2010, Hastert agreed to provide (another) Individual A $3.5 million in order to compensate for and conceal his prior (homosexual) misconduct against Individual A, a former student, who was a male and a minor when the alleged abuse took place.

Jury finds black man guilty in Riverwest attempted sexual assault of White woman
Derrick BrownWhite female victim of black rapistMILWAUKEE — A jury returned a verdict for 33-year-old Derrick Brown — accused of attempting to sexually assault woman in Riverwest. Brown was found guilty of attempted sexual assault, kidnapping and battery. The charges against Brown stem from an incident that occurred on December 12th. The victim told police she was walking down the street — headed for a food store when a man approached her — grabbing her arm, saying “Hey, hey.” Police say the victim told them the man had a gun, and he pointed it at the left side of her head, saying, “Just be quiet. I have a gun. You need to come with me.” The two continued to walk, with the victim telling the man she didn’t have anything — believing he was attempting to rob her. The man said, “Yes, yes you do. You need to come over here and take your pants off. Realizing the man was planning to rape her, the woman said: “No. Please don’t do this.” The woman suffered extensive damage to her teeth, fractured cheek bones, cuts to her lip and four scalp lacerations that took 17 staples — from being hit with the gun before she screamed and ran for help. Brown was found in a home near 48th and Clarke on January 16th. Police say he jumped from a window and ran from officers, but was arrested after being chased and bitten by a Milwaukee police K9. - (Black-on-white)

As jury is almost seated, black man decides to plead guilty in execution style slaying of white friend at fishing camp
Detrell ScottDarrell Georgetown Jr.Kye BoudreauxPLAQUEMINE — A 22-year-old man accused of robbing and fatally shooting his friend unexpectedly flipped the noscript during trial proceedings Wednesday, deciding to plead guilty to the crime just moments before lawyers were about to seat the final members of the jury. Moments later, a state district court judge sentenced Detrell Scott to life in prison for the slaying. He pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, as charged. Assistant District Attorney Tony Clayton said Scott wasn’t trying to do the family of victim Kye Boudreaux any favors by forgoing his right to a trial. He said Scott wanted to avoid a trial because of the evidence prosecutors had mounting against him. “He didn’t stand a snowball’s chance in hell.” “He confessed. We have him on tape leaving the crime scene. We got his DNA, the weapon — everything.”

Boudreaux’s parents found their son’s body at the family’s camp near Grand River in May 2014 after their son’s boat was spotted about 5:30 a.m. drifting in the waters of the Intracoastal Waterway. Boudreaux, 26, had been shot in the head with his own gun. In addition to Boudreaux’s gun, Scott stole the victim’s wallet, car keys, cellphone and some drugs Boudreaux was carrying. Boudreaux had allowed Scott to tag along on a fishing trip that day.

Iberville Parish sheriff’s deputies arrested a second man, Darrell Georgetown, in the murder. Georgetown was booked on counts of accessory after the fact and obstruction of justice for helping Scott flee the scene after Scott burned Boudreaux’s truck and trailer in a cane field off La. 1 behind the Relax Inn motel. Clayton said Georgetown was set to testify against Scott had the matter gone to trial. The victim’s father, Darrel Boudreaux, was visibly shaken moments after Scott entered a guilty plea. “I didn’t want to relive this again.”

However, the victim’s mother, Jane Boudreaux, expressed some disappointment. She told reporters that she wanted Scott’s trial to play out in hopes it would end a racial war that had sprouted up on social media since her son’s murder. Jane Boudreaux said black people had commented online that white folks would use the case to send another black man to jail. Scott is a black man and Boudreaux was white. “It’s not about black and white. It’s about wrong and right,” she said. “There was definitely a racial war on social media, and it needs to stop. I wanted people to see it wasn’t anyone ratting on him like he believed. It wasn’t white people. He did it to himself.” In an impact statement she read in court Wednesday, Jane Boudreaux characterized Scott as a devil after seeing text messages where the man bragged to friends about murdering her son. She said one of those text messages read: “Man, bra, I knocked my white boy off last night.” - (Black-on-white)

K-9 saves Hancock County deputy from ambush attack by three 'Black Gangster Disciples'
Todd Frazier and Lucasblack thugblack thugblack thugA manhunt is under way after a Hancock County Sheriff's Department deputy was saved by his dog from an ambush attack by three men. The deputy, Todd Frazier, was beaten and cut with a box cutter in Pearlington on Monday, Sheriff Ricky Adam said. If it wasn't for his K9 partner, a black Belgian Malinois named Lucas, they might have succeeded. "They told him they were going to slit his throat, and they were dragging him toward the woods," Chief Deputy Don Bass said, adding that authorities believe the attackers meant to drag Frazier into the woods, kill him, and dump his body. "The three of them were dragging him toward the wooded area, and he was able to break one hand free to activate the button that opens the door and it released Lucas," Bass said. The dog bit at least one, probably two of the suspects, potentially saving the officer's life. That was more than good equipment and a good dog, Adam said. Adam said given the attitude in the country toward law enforcement, he has been trying to prepare his deputies for the worst. "We've been stressing this for months and months now. It's no different from last week we get a BOLO from the state alerting us that the Black Gangster Disciples have put out an SOS, or 'Shoot on Sight' for police officers," he said - (Black-on-white)
