Jury sentences (black) man to life for murder (of White man) - (shot in gut with .45 over a parking spot)
Marvin Arrell StantonJesse James HamiltonA Texarkana, Ark., man who killed over a parking spot at a State Line Avenue convenience store last year was sentenced to life plus 15 years in an Arkansas prison by a Miller County jury Wednesday evening. Marvin Arrell Stanton, 49, received a life term for murder and an additional 15-year sentence for the use of a firearm during the commission of a felony. The sentences must by law run consecutively. Stanton pulled into the parking lot of the Raceway convenience store about 10 p.m. on a white motorcycle Sept. 25. Several of Stanton's friends pulled their bikes into slots at the front of the store, but Stanton pulled up next to a pickup which sat idling in an area where he and his fellow riders typically liked to park. Jesse James Hamilton, 22, was about to pull his truck out of the station when Stanton shouted, "Get out of my (expletive) parking space," repeatedly. Hamilton and his passengers, Lavon Strong and Sanmarcos Jacobs, got out of the pickup, and Hamilton faced Stanton. Stanton drew his gun and fired. Hamilton's gut was in shreds, and the bullet nicked his aorta. About four hours later, he died on an operating table. - (Black-on-white)

Guilty plea in fatal Port Chester home invasion - Cowardly worthless black stabbed White man in heart as he slept
Jahkim McGheeAnthony GuglielmoThe mystery of who killed Anthony Guglielmo in his Port Chester home nearly five years ago is officially over. Jahkim McGhee pleaded guilty Wednesday in Westchester County Court to one count of first-degree manslaughter for the fatal home invasion in 2011, the Westchester District Attorney's Office said. He had initially been charged with second-degree murder. Judge Barbara Zambelli agreed to sentence McGhee to a 20-year prison term on Sept. 6. Guglielmo was found stabbed to death in his home on Sept. 11, 2011. His then 14-year-old daughter, Nicole Guglielmo, made the 911 call. Investigators initially suspected the teenage girl before they turned their focus to McGhee, 21, who was arrested in October 2014. He admitted during his plea that he acted alone, officials said. "For over two years, Port Chester police and prosecutors relentlessly worked this case," Acting District Attorney James McCarty said in a statement. "While initial speculation focused on the victim's daughter, during the investigation, detectives developed information that (the) defendant was involved. Over the next two years, investigators interviewed and reinterviewed (the) defendant. Finally, (the) defendant admitted to climbing in the window of the victim's home and stabbing the victim as he was sleeping." Police responded to Guglielmo's home at 235 Mortimer St. after they were alerted to a stabbing and burglary in progress around 5:30 a.m. that Sunday. Nicole Guglielmo told officers that an intruder had stabbed her father, who was found lying in a pool of blood on the living room floor, officials said. A large butcher knife was next to Anthony Guglielmo, who had a stab wound to the chest. A fingerprint from a broken window at the home was eventually matched to McGhee, who had lived across the street from the Guglielmos in 2010 and early 2011, officials said. In July 2014 McGhee confessed to detectives while in prison on a grand larceny charge, according to court documents. He told them he had broken into the home to get money and grabbed a knife to protect himself before stabbing Guglielmo in the heart as the man slept, according to the records. - (Black-on-white)

  • Black-robed Federal Supreme Court saves brutal black murderer of White female restaurant manager from death sentence
Supreme Court rules Florida death penalty sentencing is unconstitutional because it "gives judges too much power" - Jan 12, 2016
Supreme Court In-justicesThe Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that Florida's system for sentencing people to death is unconstitutional because it gives too much power to judges — and not enough to juries — to decide capital sentences. The 8-1 ruling said the state's sentencing procedure is flawed because juries play only an advisory role in recommending death while the judge can reach a different decision. The court sided with Timothy Lee Hurst, who was convicted of the 1998 murder of his manager at a Popeye's restaurant in Pensacola. A jury divided 7-5 in favor of death, but a judge imposed the sentence. - (Black-on-white)

Domonic "Demonic" WhilbyTyson Beckford’s nephew rejected a plea deal Wednesday of 14 to 24 years in prison for stealing a box truck and crashing it into a city bus, killing the driver. Prosecutor Randolphe Clarke Jr. told Domonic "Demonic" Whilby, 22, that if he accepted the offer he’d have to plead guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide and manslaughter. ” That’s a very reasonable offer,” said Justice Gregory Carro in Manhattan Supreme Court.     Black GUILTY In Cold Case Murder Of Two Women In North Philadelphia - gets two life terms
Rudolph ChurchillPHILADELPHIA — Even to the end, before sheriff’s deputies led him away, a South Jersey man denied raping and murdering two women in North Philadelphia in 1989, but a jury saw it otherwise. The judge sentenced the defendant to two consecutive life prison terms on Monday, with no chance of parole. Jurors found 54-year old Rudolph Churchill guilty on two counts of first degree murder. Jurors acquitted Churchill on the rape charges, perhaps because his DNA was found near, but not on their bodies. The jury had absorbed seven days of testimony from opposing DNA experts who reached different conclusions on whether evidence included or excluded the defendant. Prosecutors contended Churchill’s DNA was on a paper towel found near 19-year-old Ruby Ellis’ body and on 33-year-old victim Cheryl Hanible’s sneaker. “He just left my sister there to rot,” said the victim’s brother, John Hanible.

A New Jersey police chief has been suspended with pay amid an investigation into a 2014 email he sent to township police condoning profiling — racial or otherwise — in law enforcement, given it was used "fairly." The Wyckoff Township Committee voted Tuesday night to suspend Chief Benjamin Fox. The email states police investigate "suspicious black people in white neighborhoods" because "black gang members from Teaneck commit burglaries in Wyckoff." Mayor Kevin Rooney says the paid suspension will end once Bergen County prosecutors and the state Attorney General's Office finish investigating. Fox agreed to go on administrative leave in late March. He has denied wrongdoing in internal emails.
