(Evil black) Man serving time for rape, kidnapping seeks freedom
Travis McCordblack killerblack killerblack killerWeeping AngelSHELBY, N.C. - A woman was raped, kidnapped and forced into the woods, then shot, and now the ringleader of that disturbing crime is asking for a new sentence because he was only 16 years old at the time. The 1997 crime comitted by Travis McCord stunned and frightened people in Shelby. "It was such a horrendous thing that happened,” resident Shiela Hyslip said. “Nothing like that happened in a long time, or as far as I remember, any time." McCord and three codefendants forced their way into a woman's motel room and robbed her at gunpoint. McCord then raped her. She was bound and driven to a secluded road in Cleveland County. McCord shot her and forced the co-defendants to shoot her, too, according to court documents. Hyslip lived near that hotel and said people in town won't forget that crime. "Everybody was concerned,” she said. “They started locking their doors. They started walking their children home from school." She said some people bought guns. She was disappointed that McCord wants to get out of his life sentence and out of prison. "He should serve his time,” she said. “He shouldn't even have a chance to argue about it." - (Black-on-white)

Guilty plea in fatal New Year’s Eve drunk driving crash
Willie Green III Emma CaseyXander WohlstadterST. LOUIS – A grieving St. Louis family says they want closure more than justice after a drunk driver killed their young son on New Year's Eve two years ago. The suspect, 28-year-old Willie Green III of Fairview Heights, pleaded guilty Thursday morning to five counts: one count of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of armed criminal action, one count of second-degree assault, and one count of leaving the scene. Xander Wohlstadter was heading west on Chouteau on December 31, 2014 when police said Green, who was speeding while intoxicated, was traveling north on Jefferson and failed to stop at the red light. The crash killed the 20-year-old Wholstader and seriously injured his then 16-year-old girlfriend, Emma Casey. Wohlstadter's parents described their son as someone who was always smiling, joyful, happy-go-lucky, and a friend to everyone. "He was so smart and I miss that, and that's part of what I grieve," said Michael Wohlstadter, Xander’s father. "What an easy kid he was to raise," said Beth Lewandowski, Xander's mother. "He had such a good disposition. He was like a Zen master, he was very calm."
Casey was one of many who showed up at Thursday's hearing. She said it was hard to look at Green because all she felt was anger. Casey's injuries were so severe that the now 19-year-old went through several months of therapy and rehabilitation, which included learning how to write, speak, and walk again. "I wanted him to look at me and to see the face of his crime," said Casey. "He wasn't put in jail," Wohlstadter said. "I was hoping that his bond would have been revoked, I was at least hoping for that." Wohlstadter's parents said that no matter what the punishment, it won't bring their son back nor will it heal the wounds. "I want closure, but until he's actually been made accountable for what he did, I don't know if I can get to that point of closure," he continued. "I don't want to have to think about the criminal case again. because it's just too painful," said Lewandowski. "I want to close the door on that and not have to open it up again." Green is scheduled to appear for sentencing July 23. - (Black-on-white)

Caleb Josh HalleyOrlando Ricardo ThompsonPANAMA CITY — A seafood vendor employee was convicted Thursday of murder for fatally stabbing a co-worker with a “decorative sword” over gumbo seasoning. Thompson faces up to life in prison when he is sentenced May 4 by Circuit Judge Michael Overstreet, officials said.     African-american Suspect arrested for setting (White) Denny's customer on fire
Deshaun Swanger Scott RanstromHAPPY VALLEY, Ore. -- A man suspected of setting another person on fire at a Happy Valley Denny's restaurant was arrested Thursday evening. The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office tweeted "We got him!" Thursday night. The suspect was identified as 24-year-old Deshaun James Swanger. He was arrested at a transitional home, located at Southeast 80th Avenue and Sunnyside Drive, just a few blocks away from the restaurant. A neighbor called in a tip to the sheriff's office and told deputies he believed the man they were looking for was Swanger and that he lived at the transitional house with about 18 people. The neighbor said he used to live at the home with Swanger and was surprised by the allegations. "He was really quiet...he stayed to himself," the neighbor said of Swanger. Deputies said that on Wednesday evening, Swanger walked into the restaurant, located at 12101 Southeast 82nd Avenue, at about 9 p.m., sat down, threw gasoline on the customer, then lit the victim on fire with a book of matches.
The victim's family identified him as 69-year-old Scott Ranstrom. He is in critical condition at Legacy Emanuel hospital. “His face was like this big and he’s a skinny guy. And all red, and horrible-looking, burnt to a crisp. He was burnt to a crisp," Ranstrom's sister said. "They did that to my big brother. I don’t think I’ll ever get over it. It’s not fair.” His family has set up a GoFundMe page to pay for his medical expenses. Deputies said Swanger and Ranstrom did not know each other. Detectives are looking into the possibility that this case is related to another incident earlier this week, in which a person threw gasoline on a stranger at the Clackamas Town Center movie theater. - (Black-on-white) - (Burned Alive!)

Satanic Muslim terrorist POS Paris attacker who killed cops had history of anti-police crime
Karim CheurfiThe gunman who killed a French cop on the Champs-Elysees in Paris had served time for armed assaults on law enforcement authorities — and was detained this year for threatening police, then freed, police sources said Friday. The attacker — identified as Karim Cheurfi — opened fire on a police van parked on the famed boulevard late Thursday, killing one cop and seriously injuring two others before being shot dead. The French national, who lived in the eastern Paris suburb of Chelles, had been convicted for armed assaults on law enforcement officers going back 16 years, sources told Reuters. He had served nearly 15 years after being convicted of three attempted murders — two against police officers — in 2001, The Guardian of the UK reported. While in the slammer, Cheurfi, 39, had also shot and wounded a prison guard after seizing his gun. Eventually released after serving most of his sentence, he was arrested again in February on suspicion of preparing to attack police — but released for lack of evidence.

2nd (Muslim) doctor, wife arrested in female ritual genital mutilation case
Fakhruddin AttarJumana NagarwalaFederal agents arrested a second doctor and his wife Friday in a widening conspiracy involving female genital mutilation and members of a Muslim sect. Dr. Fakhruddin Attar is accused of letting Dr. Jumana Nagarwala perform mutilations at his Burhani Medical Clinic on Farmington Road. His wife, office manager Farida Attar, also was arrested and is accused of helping Nagarwala perform the mutilations, according to a 14-page complaint unsealed Friday in federal court. The arrests are the latest development in the nation’s first female genital mutilation case, which is providing insight into a small, insular Muslim community in Metro Detroit and an illegal procedure performed on young girls. The complaint solves a mystery stemming from the case by pinpointing where Nagarwala allegedly mutilated two 7-year-old girls from Minnesota earlier this year. The complaint also describes a conspiracy involving at least Nagarwala, Attar and his wife — all three are members of the Dawoodi Bohra religious community based locally out of a Farmington Hills mosque.

Woman accused of popping manager with purse full of pork arrested
Joshlin Monique AmesJONESBORO, AR - Jonesboro police have arrested a woman they say popped a grocery store manager in the head with a purse full of pork ribs. On Thursday, Jonesboro police arrested Joshlin Monique Ames, 28, on suspicion of robbery after someone recognized her on Region 8 News' Crimestoppers and reported her. Tuesday afternoon, two women and a small child entered Bill’s Fresh Market, 4225 Stadium, and headed to the meat aisle where they loaded five packages of pork ribs into their cart. The store manager then noticed something unusual: one of the women started stuffing the pork in her empty purse. To stop them from running out with the ribs, the manager locked the front doors and confronted the women about the alleged shoplifting. According to the initial incident report, “they started banging on the door to exit the store.” The women managed to get out the doors into the parking lot, with the manager and several other employees right behind them, trying to stop them. That’s when police say Ames started swinging the purse packed with pork, striking the manager in the head. Somehow in the melee, the employees managed to recover the meat.

(Black female Negresses) Fashionista allegedly shoplifted because she was cold
Shuchanna Barrett (left) and Davia ClarkeTwo fashionistas allegedly lifted thousands in clothes from Bloomingdale’s by walking out of the store wearing four pairs of pants apiece — but the lawyer of one claimed in court Wednesday her client was just cold. “Shuchanna Barrett may have walked into Bloomingdale’s wearing a Nike jacket and Rag and Bones pants,” attorney Eugene Nathanson suggested to jurors in Manhattan Supreme Court. “Miss Barrett was anemic and wearing the clothes for warmth.” Assistant District Attorney Aaron Ginandes said Barrett and Davis Clarke, both 25, not only stole $3,200 in Rag and Bones jeans and other goods, but attacked security when they were caught, even biting a guard’s ear. Then, in the store’s holding cell, Barrett tried to eat the sales tags on the pants she was wearing to destroy the evidence, Ginandes said.

Black sports: Ex-Boston Celtic on trial in Chicago train-guns case
Nate DriggersCHICAGO — The trial is underway for a former Boston Celtics basketball player accused of receiving guns that were stolen off a freight train in Chicago. Forty-three-year-old Nate Driggers looked on Monday during opening statements. A prosecutor held up one of the guns and told jurors Driggers dealt in stolen goods. The theft of around 100 new handguns, valued at $50,000, occurred on April 12, 2015, at a South Side rail yard. Prosecutors say the thieves were street gang members and delivered 30 guns to Driggers the same day. A defense lawyer said the government’s main witnesses are the thieves themselves who have reason to lie in hopes of reduced sentences. Driggers’ career in the NBA was brief. He played in about a dozen games for the Celtics in the 1996-97 season.

Black Sports: NFL giant found half-naked in field, asks police to shoot him
Cyrus KouandjioBuffalo Bills tackle Cyrus Kouandjio has a pretty good excuse for missing practice Thursday. Police found the 23-year-old partially clothed in a field on the side of the highway Tuesday in Elma after he apparently had abandoned his car on the road. When officers approached Kouandjio, he reportedly yelled, “Shoot me!”
The whole incident took place near the scene of an unrelated traffic collision, which shut down the highway for hours and sent a pregnant woman to the hospital in critical condition. Kouandjio pulled off the road near the accident and climbed over an electric fence to reach the field where he was discovered, according to the police report. Kouandjio, a 6-foot-7, 322-pounder beginning his third NFL season, was not arrested, but reportedly was taken to an area hospital for observation.

cowardly black thugcowardly black thugLOGAN -- Philadelphia police are trying to track down a man who attacked an 81-year-old woman in broad daylight, trying to take her purse. New SEPTA photos released Wednesday show the suspect. Police believe he's the man who targeted, attacked, and robbed the 81-year-old woman on March 20th. "It's predatory. It's alarming. If he could do this to an 81-year-old woman, he's capable of doing anything to anyone," Philadelphia Police Lt. Dan Brooks said. A car pulled up alongside her. "A male exited the rear passenger side of the vehicle. He immediately approached her and he grabbed her handbag," Brooks said. They struggled. The strap broke and the man ran back to the getaway car, but the driver ordered him to return to the victim. "And he punches her one time in the left side of her face. Once he punches her in the face, he is able to get the bag which contained cash, bank cards, the money orders that she'd taken two buses to get and a prayer booklet and paraphernalia from her church," Brooks said. Police believe the suspect first noticed the victim on the bus, followed her off, and somehow summoned a friend with a car to help him continue to follow the victim and then escape. Police need help identifying him before another elderly victim becomes a target. "This is an incident where he physically struck an 81-year-old woman doing work for a church.

Black criminal with arabic name fulfills dream of becoming FDNY probie after 18-year bid due to RACIST AFFIRMATIVE ACTION
Hazim TawfiqProbationary firefighter Hazim Tawfiq has joined the FDNY at age 44 after a long battle over his rap sheet. Tawfiq failed an FDNY entry exam in 1999, then joined a federal lawsuit that successfully accused the FDNY of racial discrimination. He won a cash settlement and a second chance to be hired, but the city rejected him because of his criminal record. He sued again. Now Tawfiq — who turns 45 in September — has finally settled with the city and achieved his dream. He is set to graduate Tuesday from the FDNY’s Fire Academy as a rookie. The city settled that case for $98 million in compensation to black and Hispanic applicants. In 2013, the FDNY started admitting those “priority hires,” many in their 30s and early 40s. However, the city disqualified Tawfiq because of four arrests ranging from gun possession to beating subway fares — between the ages of 19 and 32. The FDNY believed he lacked “good character” and “moral integrity.”
