In Genesee County District Court on Friday, July 14, Michigan State Police swore out warrants before Judge William Crawford for the seven suspects in the case. The five teens, alleged to have been directly involved with the home invasion, are Jordan William Alexander, Zicary Lamar Carpenter, Joshua Jeremiah Eubanks, Tyler Jameil Pagel, and Dre Shavon Jones. According to police, the 63-year-old victim, Albert Ballard, was asleep on a couch on the first floor of his home when the teens entered the house through an unlocked door. Once inside the house, one suspect held Ballard at gun point, telling him to "give him all the money," police said in court. In the same moment, another suspect began to leave the home with Ballard's television, while the other three teens went to the second floor of the home where Ballard's wife, Jan, was sleeping, police said. Striking her in the face with another gun, the trio instructed the woman to hand over her money, police said. On the first floor of the house, Albert Ballard moved to his kitchen to get his .45-caliber handgun from a cupboard, police said. After Ballard shot one of the teens in the chest, the teen - accompanied by his friend who was previously leaving the home with the television - fled the scene in a vehicle, crashing less than a mile away from the home in the intersection of East Court Street and South Vernon Avenue. One of the teen suspects was taken to Hurley Medical Center following the crash, where he has not yet been released, police said. Ballard then ran upstairs to protect his wife where he struggled with one of the defendants and several rounds of gunfire were shot, police said. One of the bullets traveled through Ballard's arm to his chest, and he was later pronounced dead, police said. - (Black-on-white)

"Nasty old man" - Former jiggaboo janitor arrested for sexually assaulting 13-year-old girl
Kent BurdenTAMPA, Fla. - A former school janitor at Village of Excellence Academy is charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl. "A janitor?! That's what's in my head-- a janitor from a school?” said mom Wallkeer Lynn. "I got four kids of my own and all girls and I keep them at a tight side ways. They don't go no where.” This mom is surprised it happened in the park where she takes her girls to play and eat lunch. "I don't teach them to look at everybody bad but I teach them to watch their surroundings,” said Lynn. Tampa Police say 32-year-old Kent Burden met up with the 13-year-old teen at Takomah Trail Park back in April. An arrest report says when she told him to "stop" because he was being a "nasty old man" he sexually assaulted her. It also says the attack happened after hours when the park was closed. It's the same park Hilda Mercado reads the bible in every day. "I'm scared. We're scared because imagine, I never see something like that and you come over here and tell me. I say, Oh my God,” she said. Not a good feeling for either of these women who say they feel for the teen and hope the suspect is put in prison.

Three of the four were in custody Friday after authorities said a worker at the home became suspicious about the quartet’s possible roles in the brutal attack near the Celestial Church of Christ. “One of the employees at a Transitional Independent Living program for young adults discovered that temporary residents served through the program might be linked to the attack reported in the media,” said a statement from SCO Family of Services, operator of the home. “Our staff took action and alerted the authorities, which directly led to the arrests.” Suspects Brandon Walker, 20, Julisses Ginel, 19, and Justin Williams, 17, were arrested Thursday for forcing the 50-year-old churchgoer to perform oral sex on the men behind a parked garbage truck, cops said. Dvorak, clutching the wound on her throat, then tried to flag down 7 or 8 cars, all of which passed her by. "It felt absolutely awful. Not only that this happened, but that people weren't willing to help," she said, with tears in her eyes. Eventually a man stopped and drove Dvorak back to the BP, where her now nightmare began hours earlier. She was treated for several stab wounds, including one that punctured her lung. Police were able to track down al Shimaily by accessing Dvorak's Google Maps timeline. According to court documents, from there, detectives with the Kansas City Police Department pulled video footage capturing al Shimaily's license plate at Independence and Hardesty.     (Nigerian black) Ex-jail officer surrenders over report that hid sex with (white Latvian murderess) inmate
Ruben IllaYekatrina PusepaA former state corrections officer who stayed mum while the inmate he was sleeping with took punishment to protect his career surrendered Wednesday to face charges that he falsified a report to cover up the illicit sex. Ruben Illa, 34, turned himself in for writing up 27-year-old Yekatrina Pusepa on a bogus “out of place” citation at the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility in Westchester County on Dec. 2, 2015. Illa, who is now married to another woman, is expected to admit he submitted an “Inmate Misbehavior Report” saying Pusepa was in the prison’s medical unit without permission. That was the unit Illa was assigned to, and he and Pusepa arranged to meet there, she told the Daily News in a prison interview last week. Pusepa is serving an 81/2-year attempted murder sentence for stabbing her boyfriend in 2012. Illa admitted in court papers that he “summoned” Pusepa to the medical ward, making it a lie that she was there without authorization. “I did not want my supervisors to discover that I was the person who summoned the inmate to the prison’s Regional Medical Unit,” the ex-officer confessed in the signed document. Under state law, sex between a corrections officer and an inmate is considered rape because a person in custody cannot give consent.

Horror stories from the blackout that turned Brooklyn into a battleground
Brooklyn fire after looting, riots...It was a stifling July night in 1977, 40 years ago, and Bushwick was ready to burst. The city had been trapped in an insufferable heat wave for days, leaving residents of the poverty-stricken Brooklyn neighborhood already near their breaking point. Then an “act of God’’ plunged the area into darkness. At 8:37 p.m. on July 13, the sky cracked as a vicious thunderstorm swept across Westchester and Dutchess counties. Over the next 30 minutes, three lightning bolts would destroy five high-voltage overhead power lines running up and down the Hudson Valley, the electric arteries that kept the city that never sleeps awake. By 9:35 p.m., the city’s entire power grid failed and all five boroughs were bathed in black. Chaos swept the city. Frantic doctors at Bellevue Hospital pumped air bags with their hands to get oxygen into patients’ lungs. Trapped New Yorkers screamed from frozen elevators in Manhattan’s high-rises. A 7½-pound baby girl was delivered by flashlight. While the entire city was left in turmoil, Bushwick — with its smoldering discontent and depleted ranks of beat cops — quickly became ground zero for the chaos that the outage left in its wake. “It was a night of hell,’’ recalled now-retired Bushwick cop Wilton Sekzer. “I run up to the roof, look out . . . and holy s- -t! There are no lights in the entire city of New York.’’

Battle over selfies taken by macaque monkey back to court
NarutoSAN FRANCISCO: The battle over now-famous selfie photographs taken by a macaque monkey will head back to federal court. The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco on Wednesday will hear arguments on whether an animal can own the copyright to a photograph. The proceedings will be broadcast online. A federal judge last year ruled that the monkey cannot be declared the photos' copyright owner, saying that while Congress and the president can extend the protection of law to animals as well as humans, there is no indication that they did so in the Copyright Act. The lawsuit filed in 2015 by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals sought a court order allowing PETA to administer all proceeds from the photos for the benefit of the monkey, which it identified as Naruto, a free-living crested macaque from Indonesia.

  • No Jail Time For Skinhead Who Beat "antifa" Columbia Students at a Lower East Side bar
A Washington D.C. skinhead has pleaded guilty to taking part in the beatdown of two graduate students at a Lower East Side bar and will be sentenced to community service, according to the terms of a plea deal reached this week. John Young, copped to misdemeanor assault and menacing in connection with the February attack, in which several right-wing skinheads pummeled the pair of Columbia University students outside Clockwork on Essex Street. The attack happened after the skins spotted an antifascist sticker on one of the men's phones, one of the victims told reporters. Young is a member of the 211 Crew, also known as the 211 Bootboys, a New York-centered group of short-haired oi punk enthusiasts who share a penchant for nationalist politics and fisticuffs. Though multi-ethnic, the crew is friendly with neo-Nazis, known as boneheads in the insular skinhead subculture. Antifa, the loose-knit anarchist movement devoted to exposing and opposing those it deems fascists, has forcibly shut down speeches by right-wing figures and staged street fights with hard-right extremists in New York and elsewhere as Donald Trump's campaign gained momentum and turned into a presidency. Right-wing skinheads and their left-wing counterparts have been mixing it up downtown since the 1980s, though the scene's ultra-violence has all but faded from view in the intervening decades.

Feds: (Black) Man fails polygraph about missing (White female) teen case
Timothy Da’Shaun TaylorBrittanee Drexel CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. – A man named in the case of a missing teenager is taking a plea deal with federal prosecutors for an unrelated crime. Timothy Taylor submitted his guilty plea for being the getaway driver in a 2011 robbery while prosecutors disclosed the 26-year-old failed a lie detector test about the disappearance of Brittanee Drexel. Taylor was named in a jailhouse confession last year in which an inmate alleged he saw Taylor at the same “trap house” as Drexel before she was raped, murdered and dumped in an alligator pit. Drexel was 17 in 2009 when she was reported missing. No one has been arrested for her kidnapping and her body has not been found. “We were given every opportunity to cooperate and we took advantage of that,” said Taylor’s attorney, Mark Peper. Peper says federal investigators are using Taylor’s robbery charge to pressure him to give information he does not have. “We couldn’t provide the FBI or the Drexel family anything beneficial to her whereabouts and we’ve been kind of of punished,” said Peper. The U.S. Attorney’s office says they have not ruled out Taylor’s connection to the Drexel case. - (Black-on-white)

Depraved US-based Nigerian pastor jailed 15 years for raping two underage sisters
Reuben ChizorReuben ChizorReuben Chizor, a US-based Nigerian pastor, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for raping two underage girls. According to New York Daily News, Chizor, 56, raped the sisters – aged 12 and 14 – in the basement of his church. The girls are members of his Hope Restoration Ministries church in Queens Village, New York. He had reportedly raped the duo on two different occasions back in 2011. Chizor was said to have taken advantage of the 14-year-old on July 27, 2011, while he later raped her younger sister on August 22, 2011. Richard Brown, Queens district attorney, said Chizor exploited the trust the congregation had in him to “satisfy his depraved desires”. “The defendant took advantage of his position as a man of the cloth and the trust placed in him by his followers to satisfy his depraved desires,” he was quoted to have said. “Through manipulation and conniving control, he sexually abused his two young victims for nearly two years. “What the defendant forced his victims to endure was horrendous — and as punishment he now will be spending a lengthy term behind bars.” He added that the man continued abusing “one or both of the girls through May 2013″. The girls were said to have confided in each other that they had been raped by Chizor in July 2015 after which the matter was reported to the police.

(Black) Tomah man sentenced to 17 years for domestic violence case - blames convictions on his race
SPARTA — Torry Anderson Sr. committed vile acts against the woman he vowed to protect. He tried to control his wife by humiliating and degrading her and is responsible for one of the most egregious domestic violence cases heard by the court, Monroe County Circuit Judge David Rice said Wednesday. “I don’t think the offenses could get more severe unless he killed her,” District Attorney Kevin Croninger said. “Frankly, I think he came close.” Rice on Wednesday sentenced Anderson to 17 years in prison and five years on extended supervision. At 58 years old and diagnosed with advanced colon cancer, Anderson may never return to the community. “This incident and his conduct was so terrifying, so humiliating, that I cannot expose him to the public,” Rice said. On Feb. 9, 2016, Anderson forced his wife to remove her clothes at their Tomah home before sexually assaulting her at knifepoint and berating her, Croninger said. “This was Mr. Anderson exerting power and control over (the victim),” he said. He then forced her to stand in one spot in the living room and said he would kill her if she moved. “Yeah, bitch, you’re going to die tonight,” he told his wife. She escaped that night while he was in a bedroom and fled to the Tomah Police Department, where she cowered in a corner and begged officers not to let her husband find her. She told police that Anderson was mentally and verbally abusive, and that he had hog-tied her with speaker wire in the past. A jury in April convicted Anderson of 18 crimes, including second-degree sexual assault with use of a dangerous weapon, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, false imprisonment and strangulation, for conduct committed in late 2015 and early 2016. Anderson blames his convictions on his race, Croninger said. “He’s delusional,” he said.

(Black) Former housekeeper's (worthless black) son charged in cowardly cruel and brutal murder of elderly 79-year-old (White) woman
Michael SusberryJaneil BernardHOUSTON - An arrest has been made in the death of a 79-year-old woman who was found "brutally murdered" in a home in Hedwig Village, police said. Janeil Bernard's body was discovered by her maid around 1 p.m. on July Fourth in the 11000 block of Capri Lane. She was found beaten and stabbed to death and there were signs of a struggle, Sgt. Marvin Collins said during a news conference. Police said Bernard's former housekeeper's son, Michael Susberry, 55, has been charged for the death of Bernard. Police said robbery was Susberry's motive. Police said Susberry's mother worked for Bernard for over 50 years and that the families were very close. Police said Susberry's mother retired a little over five years ago, but Bernard continued to give her monthly stipend.  Susberry's sons, including Michael Susberry, would pick up the check every month, officials said. Michael Susberry confessed to police that he went to Bernard's house to rob her and she let him into her home because she knew him, officials said. Police said Bernard even gave him something to drink. Michael Susberry told police he went to her restroom and pretended he had fallen on the floor. Police said when Bernard went to help him off the floor, he head-butted her, knocked her to the ground, beat her and stabbed her multiple times. Police said Bernard tried to fight back. Police said he ransacked her home, stole jewelry, and took her wallet and a red four-door Cadillac. Police focused on Michael Susberry due to his behavior and past criminal history. - (Black-on-white)

(Black nword) sentenced to life for RAPE and MURDER of (White) female sheriff’s deputy
Andrew CrittonJermaine JohnsonSulyn PrinceA Homer man who killed a Webster Parish sheriff’s deputy in 2016 was formally sentenced Tuesday morning to life in prison. District Judge Glenn Fallin imposed the mandatory sentence resulting from a Bienville Parish jury's conviction in April of 41-year-old Andrew Critton in the second-degree murder of Sulyn Prince, 69, of Homer. Two of Prince’s daughters broke down in tears while reading victim impact letters prior to the sentencing. No others spoke.
Jermaine Johnson
, another man initially accused in Prince’s death, pleaded no contest to accessory after the fact to second-degree murder in late June. A news release Friday from District Attorney Danny Newell stated a plea was accepted from Johnson without specifying the plea was no contest.
Johnson was the first to be arrested in Prince’s death. A grand jury indicted him on a charge of second-degree murder. That charge was dismissed and replaced with obstruction of justice. However, that charge was also dismissed in the plea bargain, Harville said. Fallin sentenced Johnson to the maximum of five years in prison for his role in concealing evidence in Prince’s murder. DNA evidence linked Critton, not Johnson, to Sulyn’s violent death, according to testimony at Critton’s trial. - (Black-on-white)
Prince’s body was discovered Jan. 11, 2016 in a shallow grave near her home. Family members had reported a welfare concern the day before after not being able to reach her and finding her home in disarray. Prince was a corrections officer for the Webster Parish Sheriff's Office. Johnson and Critton lived in the vicinity of Prince's home and served time together in the Claiborne Parish Detention Center. They also had a history of sex-related crimes. Critton acted alone in the rape and murder of Sylyn Prince. Johnson’s role was limited to the concealment of evidence following the crime.” At Critton’s trial, a forensic pathologist said Prince was bludgeoned in the head by a fire extinguisher, describing the blow as one of the worst skull fractures – with the exception of high-speed car crashes – witnessed in over 2,000 autopsies. The violent act left Prince’s home splattered with blood. Other blood drops were found on broken furniture in the room. A blood-soaked rug, the fire extinguisher and some of Prince's clothing were recovered from a nearby creek. After she was killed, Prince's body was dragged from the house and through the yard. A wheelbarrow was then used to move her body to a nearby wooded lot, where it was buried. An early morning frost left clear drag and wheel paths in the yard, and evidence from Prince’s home was scattered from the creek to the burial site, the lead investigator told the jury.

Two worthless criminal parasitic predator blacks killed a White man for his restaurant waiter small change tip money
Mcintosh Pierre-Paul, 25, and Jean Mary MarchernoJustin VanMeterLANTANA, Florida —The family of a restaraunt server fatally shot on Hypoluxo Road late Sunday has heard he may have been shot for his tip money. Investigators from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said Justin VanMeter apparently took out his tip money following a double shift at the Cracker Barrel in Boynton Beach to pay for cigarettes at the Hypoluxo Food Mart, Julia Renee Walton, VanMeter’s cousin, said Tuesday. Walton said PBSO told her family the men behind him at the checkout saw him take out his tip money, followed him out of the convenience store and shot him for the cash. “He worked a long day and just wanted to go home,” Walton said while holding back sobs. Mcintosh Pierre-Paul, 25, and Jean Mary Marcherno, 20, were arrested Tuesday on first-degree murder charges in the shooting death of VanMeter, the sheriff’s office said. They will be seen before a judge Wednesday morning at the Palm Beach County Jail to determine bond. Walton said VanMeeter was in a relationship and had a three-month old son named Ethan. She was relieved to find out that someone was arrested for the death of her cousin, who was like an older brother. “At least they’re not out there anymore,” she said. “Now, we can get answers.” - (Black-on-white)

Third (worthless black) man pleads guilty in shooting death of (White) Metro cab driver
Christian WillisDasean Perry and Nicholas McKinney Darren BloomquistA third man has pleaded guilty in an armed robbery attempt that led to the shooting death of Metro Taxi driver Darren Bloomquist in 2015. Christian Willis, who was 17 at the time of Bloomquist’s shooting, made the call for a cab that lured the driver to a gated community in Green Valley Ranch where he was killed. Willis, 20, on Friday pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon as part of a plea deal that resulted in dismissal of a felony murder charge. Two others involved in the robbery, and shooting, also pleaded guilty and have been sentenced. Nicholas McKinney, 19, pleaded guilty in March to aggravated robbery, menace with a deadly weapon, and was sentenced to 25 years in prison in May. Dasean Perry, 21, pleaded guilty second degree murder, and attempted aggravated robbery and was sentenced last December to 48 years. Bloomquist, 49, had been driving for Metro four years when he was killed in the early morning hours of Sept. 5, 2015. - (Black-on-white)

The 'Back to Africa' movement has failed * "Affirmative Action" has failed * Public school integration has failed
Those illegal aliens have taken all the jobs that African-American's won't do - they must resort to crime to survive because anything other than professional sports, the rap-music industry or politics would be demeaning and seem like "slave labor"
