reveal blacks of interest in case of (sexually assaulted

N.C. (WNCN) - Recently unsealed search warrants reveal persons of
interest in the suspicious death of a Garner mother found in a ditch
were in the area just two hours earlier. The court documents
indicate investigators are looking at a possible homicide as the
cause of death for 24-year-old Faith
Bevan. Deputies found her in the 7800 block of Caddy
Road just before 7:30 a.m. on March 18. She was lying in a ditch
with her shirt pulled up above her bare breasts and her jeans pulled
below her bared buttocks. A witness told investigators they saw Bevan got into a car driven by Jermaine Judd on the night of her death. Additional anonymous tipsters told investigators that Judd and his cousin, Darius Fowler, provided Bevan with cocaine and heroin on multiple occasions, including the night of her death. Investigators said Fowler skipped town the day after Bevan's death, and his girlfriend told police she would not cooperate with the investigation. Judd confirmed to deputies that he spent time with Bevan in the hours before she died, but told officers that he dropped her off at her home. Witness reports dispute that claim, and said instead that Judd and Bevan went to the home of Antwain Jones. Also on March 22, the same day as Jones's arrest, investigators arrested Jonathan Wells for drug possession. |

called him racial slurs. She decided to retaliate, bringing
along several friends and family members. The son later told his

She also took care of people. “Carrla helped me out when I lost my business, and I needed someplace to do the dogs because I had a mobile grooming,” said Nichols. Taylor has pictures on her wall from her days as a show groomer. Nichols says working with animals was her passion. She wasn’t trying to make money. She hadn’t raised her prices in 15 years. “It’s like ‘how could you charge so cheap Carrla? Things are expensive now.’ She said ‘because people need it. And if I can help it, I’ll do it,’ ” said Nichols. “She worked hard for this. This is her livelihood. And for people to take advantage of someone like that for no reason at all as bad as they did her. Why?,” said Nichols. Riverside County sheriff deputies arrested 21-year-old Mark Anthony Cortez and two juvenile jackals. They are facing attempted murder and felony robbery charges. Nichols says she doesn’t think Taylor remembered anything about the attack, but she says she can’t stop thinking about how senseless it was. “Come in and get the money and leave,” said Taylor. “It don’t have to go this far. She would have gave it to you. Why did they have to do her like this?” Friends have started a GoFundMe page for Taylor, who remains hospitalized. stabbing outside a credit union in northwest Harris County,
according to new details revealed in court overnight.Thomas Henry Rolle II is charged with stabbing his girlfriend's husband, 37-year-old Jason Ryan Maas, to death on Sunday morning. Maas was found dead in a pool of his own blood in the parking lot of Chartway Federal Credit Union on FM 1960 near Forest Branch. The victim's roommate says that Maas was in the process of divorcing his wife, who was (f-ing the nword) Rolle. Court paperwork shows that Maas and a friend pulled a "prank" on Rolle and the wife, which involved hiding one of their cars and stealing Rolle's ID. After that incident, Rolle is accused of threatening Maas through phone calls and text messages. A witness told investigators he was with Maas when he was on the phone with Rolle and agreed to meet him at a motel to return the stolen ID. Maas never returned to the motel room. Police say Rolle and his girlfriend showed up at a friend's house and that friend says she saw Rolle use bleach to clean a bloody knife and bloodstains from his car. Court documents say Rolle also told her "she would see the event on the news." The friend also told police Rolle handed her the bloody gun he used to hit Maas. He allegedly asked her to sell it, so he would have cash to leave town. Rolle was arrested on Monday. He was not in court Tuesday morning. He is still in jail waiting for his next court appearance. The woman had met the man through friends. The alleged incident took

friend’s house on June 30 around 3 a.m. Ahmed Rabah of

authorities on Sunday. Police charged him with attempted
murder and related offenses following a May 5th incident on the 300
block of South 54th Street. Police say Patterson, who was allegedly
carrying an AK-47, approached Mike
Poeng, 50, while he was washing his car and shot him
in the hip. Patterson then reportedly fled the scene. |

SC A South Carolina man faces up to life in prison, if he's
convicted on charges stemming from a weekend home invasion. The
incident happened around 1:15 p.m. Saturday at a home on South
Cleveland Park Drive in Spartanburg, according to a release from the
Spartanburg Police Department. The victim told police a man forced
his way into her home when she opened the door, then beat and
sexually assaulted her, the release states. She had injuries to her
body and face and gave police a description of her attacker, who ran
away just before police arrived. Officers searching the area
found a man who matched the description. Benjamin Boyd, 56,
is charged with first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal sexual
conduct and attempted murder, police said. He remains in the
Spartanburg County Detention Center. |

(KPIX) – Laptop thieves have been hitting Bay Area cafes over and
over again, but surveillance video helped catch one suspect. The
video of a robbery last Tuesday shows a man slowly ambling into Cafe
Strada on the edge of the UC Berkeley campus. He puts his arms in
the air, as if to say he’s innocent. Then he snatches a laptop and
hustles out to a waiting getaway car. “He steals it quickly and runs
away,” says Byron White of the Berkeley Police Department. White
says his snatch-and-grab method is not unique. “It’s not uncommon.
In fact, we’ve had 36 this year,” says White. Police arrested
20-year old Kenneth Anthony Hendon with suspicion of robbery
thanks to eyewitness descriptions. But White says there may be
several other bands of bandits, all working independently of each
other. |

Buckeye cellphone store manager arrested in fraud scheme BUCKEYE,
AZ (3TV/CBS 5) - The Buckeye Police Department has arrested a local
cellphone store manager, who is accused of being part of a
fraudulent scheme. According to police, employees of a Buckeye
AT&T Wireless store notified them that the store manager, Michael
Anthony Cole Jr., was committing a fraudulent scheme and
practice. The store estimated the total loss in product that was
valued at over $150,000, police said. Police later arrested Cole for
the crimes on Jun. 25. During their investigation, police
discovered that Cole had warrants for his arrest in California for
committing similar offenses while employed with Verizon Wireless.
Cole was booked into the Fourth Avenue Jail on several felony
charges and will eventually be extradited back to California to face
charges in that state as well, police said. |

BOWLING GREEN, OH (WOIO) - Police are searching for three men
accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting two teenagers in the
northern Ohio. According to the Bowling Green Police Division, the
alleged incident took place in the Bowling Green area and involves a
13- and 14-year-old victim. Simon Juan,
a 24-year-old Guatemalan, has already been arrested in connection to
the incident. Police believe there are three additional
suspects who are wanted on charges of kidnapping and rape:

Mom and Teen Learning to Drive Charged in Parking Lot Crash That
Killed 2 Men

woman and her teen daughter have both been charged after the girl
struck and killed two men in a northeast Philadelphia parking lot
while learning how to drive, police said. Stephanie Hernandez,
32, was arrested and charged with homicide by vehicle, involuntary
manslaughter and other related offenses. Her 15-year-old
daughter is also charged with homicide by
vehicle, accident-death-no license and involuntary manslaughter.
Police say the teen was driving a 2008 black Ford Explorer back on
June 4 around 8:45 p.m. in the parking lot of a shopping center at
the intersection of Aramingo and Castor avenues. Hernandez was
inside the vehicle with her, police said. As the girl was driving,
she lost control and the vehicle lunged forward, striking
two men in their 50s who were standing in the parking
lot and knocking them into a nearby store wall, according to
investigators. A 54-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene
while a 55-year-old man was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital
where he was pronounced dead shortly after. |

allegedly driving drunk just before 9:30 p.m. Monday. Ahmed crashed

with murder in connection with another man's death. According to

12:36pm Wednesday. Officers found the body of a male, identified as
46-year-old David A. Vollette,
inside the home.Reynoldsburg police developed a lead on a suspect with the assistance of DNA evidence, according to a press release. Polk Correctional Institution inmate who set his cell on fire Friday
afternoon. 41-year-old Freddie Pickett set fire to his cell
Friday at 3:30 p.m., NC Department of Public Safety officials said.
The fire was contained to the one cell and was extinguished. Pickett
was taken to a local medical facility where he was pronounced dead.

her at gunpoint. The victim was then forced to drive to a
convenience store to withdraw more money. She drove the suspect to
an unknown location where he got out and took off.

Mom of East Texas toddler (abused by her black negro
sexfriend) sentenced to 25 years in prison  SMITH
COUNTY, Texas (KETK) - The mother of a toddler who was severely
abused has been sentenced to 25 years in prison. According to Smith
County judicial records, Taylor Nicole Skinner, 25, was
sentenced on Monday on the charged of injury to a child. On August
27, 2017, at approximately 11:50 p.m., the Smith County Sheriff’s
Office received a 911 call from Child Protective Services to report
a suspected incident of child abuse. Deputies were told a
15-month-old had been admitted to a local hospital
with severe injuries, consistent with abuse. The child was later
transferred to a Dallas hospital to undergo surgery. Through their
investigation, detectives were able to locate witnesses who
identified suspects as Skinner, and Terral Deshon Carter,
27. The child underwent surgery and recovered in Dallas. In March,
Carter was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the crime. |

Member Debbie Africa Released from Prison After 1978 Shootout
That Killed Officer  A
member of the radical group MOVE has been released from prison
nearly 40 years after the group engaged in a shootout that killed a
Philadelphia police officer. Debbie Africa is
the first of the so-called “MOVE 9” to be released on parole. She
left a state prison on Saturday. Nine
MOVE members were convicted of third-degree murder in
the August 1978 death of officer
James Ramp, and each got 30 to 100 years in prison.
The fatal confrontation came after police tried to evict the group
from its Philadelphia headquarters. MOVE claimed Ramp was killed by
friendly fire. Africa, who was pregnant at the time and gave birth
in prison. |

rapist’ for 1998-2006 assaults WASHINGTON
(WJLA) — In a groundbreaking case, a grand jury in Washington has
indicted the DNA profile of a suspect wanted for a series of rapes
from 1998 to 2006 in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. It’s the first
time in D.C. that a John Doe DNA profile has been indicted,
according to statements from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the
District of Columbia and the FBI. The suspect’s DNA has been linked
to at least six sexual assaults between August 22, 1998 and February
6, 2006. Several similar cases appear to be related. This photo

Fairfield
police shot man stabbing his (white) girlfriend - but not in
time - both die  FAIRFIELD
— It wasn’t the first time officers had been called to a
Fairfield apartment where police said Friday they confronted and
killed a man as he stabbed a woman, records show. And the same home
in the 1500 block of Gelhot Drive was the site of an earlier
complaint by the woman claiming the man — who is described in police
records as her boyfriend — had tried to poison her. The Butler
County Coroner’s office released a statement saying the stabbing
victim was 37-year-old Michelle R.
Henry. Logan A. Willliamson, 37, died
at the scene after being shot by Fairfield Police as he was stabbing

infamous as Rachel Dolezal, a white
woman identifying as black -- was booked and fingerprinted
at a Washington state jail Monday as she awaits trial on
multiple charges, including welfare fraud.
Rachel
Dolezal, the infamous white woman who for years
passed herself off as African American and rose to become head
of an NAACP branch, is now jobless, on food stamps and expects
to soon be homeless. A defiant Dolezal, 39, recounted her
current plight to The Guardian. Dolezal said she’s only been
offered jobs in reality television and porno flicks. A friend
helped her come up with the money for February’s rent and she
doesn’t know how she’s going to pay for March. And she still
says she’s not white.
