		Jefferson City, MO white male, 19 shot to death during weed transaction with the negro A Jefferson City man was charged Monday in connection with a murder that occurred last month in the Capital City. Semaj Harris, 20, is charged with second-degree murder and first-degree robbery for the Nov. 19 killing of Nilez Nichols, 19, of Jefferson City, who died of injuries from a single gunshot. Jefferson City Police Department probable cause statements show Harris admitted to investigators that he and two others went to a residence in the 1900 block of Stadium Boulevard for a transaction involving marijuana. Harris allegedly admitted that he forced open the front door to the residence while another person was involved in a struggle for a firearm inside the home. A man involved in the struggle identified Harris as the person who forced open the door during the struggle. This same man also told authorities Harris pointed a firearm at him and told him to stop fighting. Harris denied having a firearm during this incident. One of the people involved in the struggle over the firearm called for Nichols to chase after Harris and the others as they ran from the home. Nichols chased the suspects to the sidewalk in front of the home where Nichols was shot. Nichols went back into the home where he collapsed and died from his injuries. When authorities located Harris in reference to this investigation, authorities said he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest on another unrelated case. - (Black-on-white)

(CBS) — Five employees at a Chester County facility that provides services for people with behavioral, intellectual and developmental challenges are facing charges. Three of the employees are accused of assaulting clients, and two other employees are accused of witnessing the assaults, but not reporting them, at the Devereux Kanner Center in West Whiteland Township. All of the alleged incidents took place on separate occasions over the past three months. “We’ve determined through the course of those investigations that a few people had committed crimes related to their care-taking responsibilities at the facility,” says Detective Scott Pezick. According to West Whiteland Township Police, 27-year-old Christina Borden threw a 16-year-old to the ground and struck the victim with her knees multiple times, causing the victim to suffer a broken arm, during an incident on Sept. 30. Police say 25-year-old Monique Scott and 38-year-old Solgie Barbar witnessed the alleged assault, but failed to report it as required by law.  In another alleged assault on Sept. 30, Borden is accused of striking two juveniles and an adult in the arm with a cell phone cord. Police say Scott failed to report that incident as well. On Oct. 21, police say 25-year-old Jordan Brothers struck an 18-year-old at the center, and on Nov. 6, 32-year-old Kimberly Dawkins is accused of striking a 17-year-old.

It then turned physical, and the victim was punched several times. The victim suffered numerous bumps and bruises. “No one should be attacked like this, but it does show an extra level of intimidation, an extra level of bullying, an extra level of imposing your will on someone else, particularly if he was able to detect that your victim was special needs,” said Philadelphia Police Capt. Sekou Kinebrew. The suspect is described as a black male, 30 years of age, 5-foot-7, with a thin build and goatee. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored knit hat and dark-colored clothing.

(black) Man accused of kidnapping, raping woman arrested MEMPHIS, Tenn. —  A Memphis man was arrested this week after a woman claimed he kidnapped and raped her. The suspect was identified by police as Joshua Banks. He was arrested on Friday and charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated rape. The woman told police she was out with a friend and an unknown man introduced to her as “Josh” at the Skyway Inn. All three left the motel together in the man’s car. After dropping off the friend, the woman said she asked the man to take her home as well. That’s when he allegedly assaulted her inside the car.  He then took the victim to another location and raped her, police said.

Last month, he changed his plea to guilty -- almost a year after being indicted on 27 counts. Stella broke into his ex-girlfriend's house in Warren on two separate occasions in October of 2017. The first time, he forced her to leave at gunpoint and took her back to his house, where he raped her. The second time, he went back to her house and assaulted and raped her and her teen daughter. He's accused of raping another ex-girlfriend in Youngstown and tying up her two young boys.

Officials say O’Neal intentionally ignited items inside a room on the second floor of the Super 8 Motel on the 200 block of East Main Street. The fire happened just before 11 p.m. Friday.

He will be sentenced December 13, 2018.

The 14-year-old was able to get away and then pointed the man out to her mother. Walls confronted the man was able to take a picture of him.

Muriel Hughes said. Police said the driver was not assaulted, but the suspect took her cellphone and keys, committing "common law robbery."   Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said Blakley later carjacked and assaulted a woman at a south Charlotte ATM.

Alasmar had gone to pick up a called-in fare, but instead, Young demanded money from him at gunpoint. Alasmar was shot twice in the head after refusing to hand over his cash. "No amount of time will bring my father back," Alasmar's daughter, Buthaina Alasmar, said in court. The shooting also caused the cab to race uncontrollably, and it crashed, with force, into a car with Stacey Lopez and her boyfriend inside. Lopez was ejected and suffered a shattered pelvis and broken bones. Her right leg was so badly damaged that it had to be amputated. At the earliest, Young would be 74 years old before he is even eligible for parole.

The dog was taken to an animal emergency facility in Fairfield for treatment, officials said. Martinez and Williams were released from jail and were scheduled to appear in Essex County Superior Court in early January.

		Worthless criminal 18-year-old negro arrested for killing (WHITE) woman during Nov. 19 attempted carjacking MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - Memphis police say an 18-year-old has confessed to participating in a deadly attempted carjacking earlier this month. Officers arrested Djuantay Jacocks Tuesday after spotting him behind the wheel of a stolen truck near Range Line and James. Three other people were also arrested. According to an affidavit, Jacocks admitted his involvement in a carjacking and attempted carjacking Nov. 19. In the first incident, police say two armed men approached a man sitting in his truck on Isabelle Street. They ordered him to get out of the vehicle and hand over his wallet. He complied and the suspects drove off. Within an hour, police were called to a shooting near Truman and Ozan. The affidavit says the victims, Larry and Belinda Humphreys, approached the intersection in their vehicle where Larry saw five unknown males standing at the corner. Two of the males approached his truck and tried to open the doors. One suspect opened fire, shooting Belinda Humphreys while she sat in the passenger seat. Larry Humphreys drove home where he called police but his wife died from her injuries. On Tuesday, MPD’s Violent Crimes Unit spotted the stolen truck from the Nov. 19 carjacking. Police attempted a traffic stop at Hargrove and Brookemeade. The truck’s four occupants ran but officers took all four into custody, including Jacocks. Police say Jacocks gave a typed and signed confession to both Nov. 19 incidents He is now charged with carjacking, especially aggravated robbery, first-degree murder, attempted robbery and evading arrest. - (Black-on-white)

She pinned the infant down with one arm; Reese kicked her legs. Walden snatched her from the crib. She pushed her back down. Then she piled blankets over the child’s face. Reese, who was 8 months and 19 days old, suffocated to death May 23, 2017. Surveillance cameras inside the day care center captured the crime. In court Tuesday, Assistant State’s Attorney Anne Colt Leitess said Walden had told a co-worker, “Girl, I’m frustrated … I’m sick of this little b---. Cameka Cathey, 34, of Memphis, was charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the attack. She is accused of stabbing Marybeth Gaeng, 65, inside the Family Dollar Store at 9730 St. Charles Rock Road. Cathey entered the Family Dollar store and retrieved two knives from the shelf, according to court documents. She then approached Gaeng and stabbed her in the head. While employees were trying to help Gaeng, Cathey stabbed her in the head again. Police said the two were strangers. “They did not know each other,” Police Chief John Griffin said. “There was no conversation, nothing, during that time. According to police, the suspect entered the victim’s apartment, and once inside, produced a knife and demanded money from the 45-year-old man. When the two began struggling, the victim suffered stab wounds to his hands. Police say the suspect may have also been injured. Police say the suspect fled after taking $600. The suspect is described as a black male, late 20s to early 30s, with a medium dark complexion, thin build and goatee.

Lanarol Huger, 34, also was arrested, and charged with first degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

The Clarion Ledger reports 23-year-old Dylan Davis filed a lawsuit in federal court Friday that says he was the only certified firefighter among four applicants, but was not hired by the West Point Board of Selectmen. According to the lawsuit, the five-member board hired two black applicants and one white applicant. Davis’ lawsuit contends a selectman referenced the need for a “quota system” to balance the number of black and white firefighters. A witness reported seeing a gunman fire several shots as another man ran from the Steele house shortly before 9:30 p.m., according to an affidavit of probable cause The victim screamed “Stop, stop, stop, stop,” but the shooter kept firing, the witness told police. Multiple witnesses reported hearing six to eight shots. In the end, Robinson was dead from a gunshot to the back, another man was wounded and Steele was charged with shooting both of them. The shooting apparently followed a dispute over money.

		Now you may be able to get a 'real'  'RSS' news feed:  (What Everyone Should Know About RSS Feeds) I have one set up for the NNN forum - but it only works with certain browsers - it works with Firefox on my laptop but it does NOT work with Safari on iPhones using Safari and it does not work with Google Crome without an add-on.
