CANTON -- A "city" woman, who was shot in the head early Tuesday, has died.
Erica Delong, 27, was pronounced dead at Aultman Hospital at about 12:32 p.m. Tuesday, according to a news release from the Canton Police Department.
An earlier release said Delong was shot by Marquis Bollar, the (nigger) she shared a bed & apartment with at 736 High Avenue SW. The shooting, police said, occurred inside the apartment, shortly after 1 a.m., during a struggle between the two. Bollar, 27, was arrested and taken to Stark County Jail. He was charged with felonious assault, but police now are consulting with Stark County Prosecutor John Ferrero’s office about adding to or amending the original charge. Canton Municipal Judge Richard J. Kubilus had placed a $500,000 cash bond on his release.
Bollar had been wanted on a warrant for a domestic violence charge in March — the victim in that case was a different woman, according to court records. The Detective Bureau is continuing to investigate. - (Black-on-white)

In November, Marion County sheriff’s deputies arrested Ricardo Lee Crawford on suspicion of molesting a girl.
An Ocala man who showed up for court in a molestation case was arrested at the conclusion of his hearing for failure to appear in a different case involving driving while license is suspended or revoked. Ricardo Lee Crawford was handcuffed by a bailiff after the hearing Tuesday and later taken to the Marion County Jail.
In November, Marion County sheriff’s deputies arrested Crawford, now 29, on suspicion of molesting a girl. A woman told sheriff’s deputies she had caught Crawford in bed with girls ages 8 and 6 early one morning. Both girls were taken to The Children’s Advocacy Center for an interview. One of them said it was not the first time Crawford had acted inappropriately.
Two detectives talked with Crawford, who denied the accusation. He acknowledged going into the children’s bedroom but said it was to check on one of them. He was arrested on lewd and lascivious molestation of a child and taken to the jail.
Man, 63, stabbed to death while confronting pack of black
thieves on Brampton street: police
A 63-year-old man is dead and his adult son has been taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after they were stabbed while confronting a group of young "men" seen breaking into cars outside their home, police said Friday. The incident occurred at around 2:20 a.m.
Acting Supt. Martin Ottaway said the victim and a man believed to be his son witnessed a group of as many as five males engaging in petty theft from parked vehicles. They confronted the group and both were stabbed. The 63-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene. He was later identified by investigators as Glensbert Oliver.
“This was a person trying to stop a minor property offence that escalated to the point of becoming a homicide,” Ottaway said. “Very tragic.”
The suspects, who Ottaway described as black males in their late teens to early 20s, fled the scene in a dark coloured SUV.
“I strongly encourage the people involved to contact legal counsel and turn themselves in,” he said.
Police said the second victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries but has already been released from hospital.
Investigators say they wish for residents who witness crimes happening near them to call 911 and not directly confront the suspects.
“I would not suggest that anyone confront anyone involved in any type of offence like what happened last night,” Ottaway told reporters. “Property can be replaced, lives obviously cannot.” - (Canada)
Indiana man charged with murder in young mother's kidnapping,
Federal authorities have charged a man with murder in the kidnapping and subsequent death of an Indiana mother of two.
James McGhee, was arrested in Lake County, Indiana, on Wednesday night -- after a days-long manhunt -- in the death of 27-year-old Sidne-Nichole Buchanan, authorities said Wednesday. The FBI had offered up to a $10,000 reward for information on his whereabouts. Buchanan, of Gary, Indiana, vanished after attending a concert in Tinley Park, Illinois, on July 27 and she was reported missing two days later. Authorities said there's evidence that she may have been abducted, but declined to elaborate.
Federal investigators found Buchanan's body in a forest area near the Illinois-Indian boarder earlier this week, but the medical examiner's office has yet to confirm the victim's identity.

The victims told police a stranger broke into their homes before sexually assaulting them.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A 15-year-old was arrested Wednesday in connection with two sexual assaults and home break-ins in west Charlotte. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said both cases happened at an apartment complex on Forestbrook Drive. In both cases, women reported being sexually assaulted by a man who broke into their home. CMPD has not identified the suspect due to his age. He has been charged with two counts of first-degree rape. A woman who lives on Hoskins Ridge Lane reported a similar incident at her home Monday morning. She said she woke up and found a man in her bedroom touching her, according to police. She told CMPD the man walked down the hallway out of her front door when he realized she was awake.
On Springmont Lane, another woman said she woke up to a strange man standing over her. She yelled at him to leave and as she tried to close the door behind him, he made his way back inside and made sexual comments toward her, detectives said.
It is unclear if the second incidents are connection to the two that happened on Forestbrook Drive.

charges for Charlotte officer who shot and killed (assumed black
criminal) Danquirs Franklin, DA says
(CNN)A Charlotte-Mecklenburg police officer will not be charged in connection with the shooting death of Danquirs Franklin, the District Attorney's office stated Wednesday.
Officer Wende Kerl, a white woman, shot and killed the 27-year-old black man March 25 after responding to 911 calls of an armed man at a Burger King. A gun was recovered at the scene, according to police. Franklin's death sparked criticism of the officers' behavior as well as BLACKTIVIST demonstrations following the release of Officer Kerl's bodycam video.
The scene captured on video shows Franklin squatting beside a car when Kerl arrives. After being told to drop the weapon or put it on the ground about 20 times, Franklin's right hand slowly appears and Kerl shoots him twice. In the bodycam footage, Franklin's words are barely audible, but he appears to say something to the effect of, "You told me to...," before collapsing.
Franklin can be seen chasing one employee, striking another and "brandishing his firearm throughout the dining room of the restaurant." A cellphone video recorded by an employee also captured Franklin "pointing the gun" at an employee, he wrote.
Franklin was born to a drug addict and had cocaine in his system at birth, the paper reported. He grew up with no father
Family of (black) teen killed by Colorado police calls for

The family of a 19-year-old man who was shot and killed by a Colorado police officer earlier this month is calling for an independent investigation into the shooting. The initial press release from the El Paso County Sheriff's Office, which is investigating the shooting, states that the victim of the robbery identified two suspects, and when officers made contact with one of them, he "reached for a firearm," prompting at least one of the officers to fire "a shot" at him.
U.S. attorney's aide accused of helping black gang member son
A paralegal in the New Jersey U. S. Attorney’s Office is accused of using government equipment to try to identify and expose snitches for her Bloods gang member son, according to federal prosecutors.
Tawanna Hilliard, 44, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges of obtaining information from government and protected computers, conspiracy to tamper with a witness, tampering with a witness, conspiracy to obstruct justice, conspiracy to harass a witness and harassment of a witness, according to a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
Her son, Tyquan Hilliard, who is a member of the 5-9 Brims set of the Bloods gang and serving ten years in prison for robbery in New York, faces the same charges, according to an indictment filed in Brooklyn federal court.
Tawanna Hilliard, who lives in Brooklyn, was working in the federal office in Newark when she "used her DOJ-issued equipment to conduct computer searches to determine whether certain individuals were cooperating with law enforcement" in 2016, according to court documents.
She was trying to help a high-ranking 5-9 Brims member, identified in court documents as Brim-1, find out if two other gang members had provided information to law enforcement.
Brim-1 suspected the two other gang members were federal defendants and had snitched, but Tawanna ended up finding neither of them had active federal cases, which she "described as a 'red flag,'" court documents said.
Tyquan Hilliard, who at the time was serving six years for possession of a loaded firearm, was in a dispute with Brim-1 and "expressed irritation" that his mother had tried to help Brim-1 out, the documents said.

Philadelphia shooting suspect has a long criminal history
The Philadelphia shooting suspect who fired at cops in a tense, nearly eight-hour-long standoff has a lengthy criminal record that includes gun and drug charges, according to a new report.

In 406 AD, the Vandals were driven from their homes on the Baltic by the Huns. They headed southwest, crossed the Rhine River and invaded Gaul (now France). For the next couple of years, the Vandals roamed throughout Gaul killing, raping, and pillaging, in an orgy of wanton destruction. Despite the many pleas for help from the citizens of Gaul, Rome’s power was in decline, and it did not have the means to stop them. When news of the devastation of Gaul reached Roman troops in Britain, they decided to act, and under their commander Flavius Constantine, they traveled to Gaul where they were joined by other troops from Spain. The Vandals were finally defeated in battle and in 409 fled to Spain.

Mercer County man found guilty of 2017 Christmas Eve murder (of
his white female sex partner)
PRINCETON, W.Va. — A Mercer County man could spend the next four decades in prison, following his conviction in the stabbing death of a woman inside her Princeton apartment on Christmas Eve 2017.
After deliberating for about two and a half hours, a jury Thursday found Roger Lee Lemons Jr., 46, of Princeton guilty of second-degree murder for the death of 33-year-old Angela Seal, whose body was found inside the apartment by a relative on Christmas Day 2017.
Lemons chose not to testify during the three-day trial in Mercer County Circuit Court. Witnesses testified they had seen Lemons go to Seal’s apartment on the day of the murder, after a domestic violence petition had been served on him. Prosecuting Attorney George Sitler presented cell phone evidence placing Lemons at Seal’s address on the day of her death. DNA evidence indicated Lemons had been inside the apartment and had attacked Seal before her body was discovered, according to a forensic analyst.
Lemons will be sentenced Oct. 4, and faces a maximum of (only) 40 years in prison. He also was found guilty of violating a protective order, which carries a possible punishment of up to one year in jail. Lemons is being held at Southern Regional Jail. - (Black-on-white)

for raping 14-year-old in his truck
An Atlanta ice cream man with a lengthy rap sheet was sentenced to 25 years in prison for raping a 14-year-old in the back of his truck, prosecutors said.
Khabir Daniel, 45, was convicted of child molestation, statutory rape, aggravated child molestation, sodomy and enticing a child for indecent purposes, the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office said Thursday. He was arrested in July 2018 after Atlanta police responded to a suspicious person call on Carter Street, said Chris Hopper, spokesman for the DA’s office. The 911 caller told dispatchers there was an ice cream truck parked in a vacant lot near his home that appeared to be rocking back and forth, prosecutors said.
Officers knocked on the door and Daniel told them he was stocking shelves with his “girlfriend,” authorities said.
The other person in the truck turned out to be a 14-year-old girl that Daniel hired to work in the truck 10 days earlier. In an interview with police, she told them her boss raped and molested her.
Daniel has 28 previous arrests and six felony convictions, Hopper said, including convictions for burglary, drug possession and child molestation.
While in jail, the ice cream man reportedly called his wife and said he knew he should have stayed away from the 14-year-old, but that “she was like a drug.” “It’s like an addiction,” he said in the recorded conversation. “These are urges that I have deep inside me.”

Florida Teen Faced Charges For Murder of White Man in Deadly ATM
Robbery Takes Plea Deal, Will Serve (only) 25 Years
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A Florida teenager facing murder charges has taken a plea deal less than two weeks after turning it down.
That means 19-year-old Marcine Hill will be behind bars for the next 25 years, to be followed by 10 years of probation. Hill was arrested in November of 2017 and charged with the murder of Dillon Steve.
Police say Steve was using an ATM at a Bank of America in North Miami Beach when Hill, who was 17 years old at the time, shot and killed him. The victim’s mother was waiting in the car nearby while her son was withdrawing cash. In late July, Hill turned down two options; one would’ve kept him in prison for 30 years without probation and the other is the one he accepted Wednesday.
Relatives of the victim approved the offers because they don’t want his mom taking the stand and reliving the night her son was killed.
Instead, she took the stand last week. - (Black-on-white)
killer fag 22-year-old KC man charged with using axe to kill man
then killing man who witnessed it
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Jackson County prosecutors filed charges Thursday against a 22-year-old Kansas City man in connection with the deaths of two men in their 50s. Kansas City police found 56-year-old Michael F. McLin and 52-year-old Kevin E. Waters dead near 9th and Topping off Winner Road just before 5:45 a.m. Tuesday.
According to charging documents, a witness came forward and told investigators they overheard Mario J. Markworth confess to killing both men.
The witness said they overheard Markworth say he killed McLin over a dispute involving drugs-- McLin reportedly snatched a pipe from him and that made him mad.
Markworth also allegedly confessed to killing Waters because he believed Waters witnessed the death of McLin, according to the probable cause document. When police arrested Markworth Wednesday, they found an axe with apparent blood on it and a debit card issued to McLin.
Court documents say Markworth later admitted to being in the area where both men were killed. He said he met up with McLin because they planned to have a romantic encounter. When McLin changed his mind and started to walk away, Markworth picked him up and dropped him on the pavement. "McLin hit his head on Markworth's axe." Fearing that McLin would tell someone what had happened, Markworth struck him approximately four times in the head with the axe.
When Markworth went to get rid of McLin's shoes, he noticed a man, Waters, hiding along the fence line who woke up due to the commotion.
Court documents say Markworth asked him, "Did you see that?" and Waters replied, "No, I'm just sleeping." Markworth allegedly then struck the man with the axe. When Waters tried to grab the axe, Markworth bit him, gained control of the axe then struck Water multiple times.
Markworth told investigators that he had never seen Waters before and that Waters had nothing to do with it. He added that he was raised in a Christian home and knows right from wrong and knows his actions were not right. Markworth now faces two counts of second-degree murder and two counts of armed criminal action. He faces a $250,000 cash bond. - (Black-on-white)

Woman gets life in prison for fatal Grand Blanc apartment
shooting of two White women
FLINT, MI -- A woman has been sentenced to life in prison for the July 2016 shooting deaths of two people in the leasing office at a Grand Blanc apartment complex.
Genesee Circuit Judge Joseph J. Farah handed down the sentence Tuesday, Aug. 6 against Jacquelyne F. Tyson, 57.
She was found guilty July 9 by Farah following a non-jury trial on charges of first-degree murder and second-degree murder in the deaths of 45-year-old Tamara Johnson and 20-year Lyric Work.
Tyson was sentenced to life on both counts.
Farah ruled Johnson’s shooting to be second-degree murder and Work’s shooting to be first-degree murder. The case has been moving through the court system for years.

mourns 64 killed in fuel tanker blast
Tanzania was in mourning on Sunday, preparing to bury the dead after 64 people perished when a crashed fuel tanker exploded as crowds rushed to syphon off leaking petrol.
The latest in a series of similar disasters in Africa left 64 dead and 70 injured, said Morogoro governor Stephen Kebwe. Thirty-nine seriously hurt patients had been taken to hospital in Dar es Salaam while the others were being treated in Morogoro, 200 kilometres (125 miles) west of the economic capital of Tanzania. Footage from the scene showed the truck engulfed in flames and huge clouds of black smoke, with charred bodies. The burnt-out remains of motorcycle taxis lie scattered on the ground among scorched trees. A video posted on social media showed dozens of people carrying yellow jerricans around the truck.
President Magufuli called Saturday for people to stop the dangerous practice of stealing fuel in such a way, a common event in many poor parts of Africa. Magufuli issued a statement saying he was “very shocked” by the looting of fuel from damaged vehicles. “There are vehicles that carry dangerous fuel oil, as in this case in Morogoro, there are others that carry toxic chemicals or explosives, let’s stop this practice, please,” he said.
Last month, 45 people were killed and more than 100 injured in central Nigeria when a petrol tanker crashed and then exploded as people tried to take the fuel. Among the deadliest such disasters, 292 people lost their lives in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo in July 2010, and in September 2015 at least 203 people died the South Sudan town of Maridi.

(71-year-old White) retired postal worker was strangled to death
by (black) credit card thief renting a room in his home
ANN ARBOR, MI – Slain retired postal worker Richard “Dick” Fortune was strangled to death.
Police conducting a welfare check at Fortune’s home in the 2600 block of Lillian Road found the 71-year-old’s body about 5:15 p.m. Feb. 20. “The autopsy demonstrates multiple injuries of the head and neck which are consistent with strangulation,” Washtenaw County Deputy Medical Examiner Allecia Wilson wrote in the autopsy report. He was fully clothed and wrapped in a tarp inside the home. Wilson noted several injuries to Fortune’s neck and petechiae in his eyes indicative of strangulation, leading Wilson to declare Fortune’s death a homicide.
The man suspected of killing Fortune, Christopher Michael Cheatham, was arrested and arraigned on murder charges July 31. Cheatham, 25, is charged with one felony count each of open murder and illegal use of a financial transaction device, and three counts of stealing a financial transaction device. He is also charged with two misdemeanor counts of receiving and concealing stolen property less than $200. Cheatham was linked to Fortune’s death through both biological evidence found in Fortune’s bedroom and cellphone data recovered by police. Cheatham was one of several tenants living in Fortune’s home at the time of his death.
Some of the charges stem from Cheatham being found with several stolen credit cards not associated with the homicide. - (Black-on-white)

with rifle kills 20-year-old, shoots 3 cops on Irvington street
IRVINGTON — Police on Thursday killed a man with a rifle after he fatally shot another man on the street and started firing rounds at cops, officials said.
Kaizen Crossen, a 39-year-old township resident, shot the unarmed man on the 300 block of Myrtle Avenue, the state Attorney General's Office said. Police responded after 11:30 a.m. and encountered Crossen armed with a rifle. The first cop on scene ended up in a shootout with Crossen, resulting in the cop getting shot in his legs. Officials on Thursday did not say who shot first.
The shooting continued when more officers arrived. Two cops were hit and Crossen was fatally wounded.
He and the other man, who authorities had not publicly identified late Thursday afternoon, were pronounced dead at University Hospital in Newark. The officers are expected to survive.
Court records show Crossen was convicted in 1998 of dealing drugs in a school zone, for which he was sentenced to three years in prison. His arrest record in Essex County includes a 2016 bust on eventually dismissed charges of making a threat to kill and being an annoyance. In 2008 he was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana.
of blacks convicted of robbing, killing (white) man for $125
worth of marijuana
ANN ARBOR, MI – Rasean Curtis and David Skinner, both in their early 20s, will spend the rest of their lives in prison for $125 worth of marijuana.
Curtis and Skinner were found guilty on Thursday, Aug. 8, of the murder of Allen Shevrovich, who was killed nearly two years ago during a drug deal gone bad. Jurors didn’t buy the theory that Curtis fatally shot Shevrovich in self-defense to protect Skinner.
For their roles in Shevrovich’s death, Skinner, 23, was convicted of one count each of felony murder and armed robbery, while Curtis, 22, was found guilty of second-degree murder, felony murder, armed robbery and felony firearms. Felony murder carries with it a mandatory sentence of life without the possibility of parole.
Skinner was accused of setting up the purchase of $125 worth of marijuana from Shevovich, 25, and arranging to meet with him in a car outside a home on Madison Street in Ypsilanti on Aug. 24, 2017. A middleman in the deal, Dallas Stone, knew Skinner in school, Washtenaw County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Paul Barnett said. Curtis was a surprise guest to the meeting.
Shevrovich’s fiancée, Kellsey Brehmer, drove him and Stone to the meeting spot on Madison Street in Ypsilanti, only to realize there was no home at the address, and they seemed to have a false phone number, according to prosecutors.
After finally getting a call, the group spotted Skinner and Curtis on the street. The two got in the back seat with Stone, Barnett said. Curtis waited until the car started moving to pull his legs in.
Brehmer drove around the block while Shevrovich handled the deal from the passenger seat, Barnett said. Stone was seated behind Shevrovich with Skinner wedged in the middle of the backseat and Curtis behind the driver. Things were initially calm as Skinner discussed getting a scale to weigh the ounce of marijuana, but then he pocketed it without paying, saying, “this is mine," prosecutors said.
Shevrovich turned around from the passenger seat with a knife in hand and told Skinner he wouldn’t get away with stealing, Barnett said.
Curtis then pulled out a handgun and shot Shevrovich in the head at point blank range before turning the gun toward Stone, firing several more shots, according to prosecutors.
Stone grabbed Skinner, using him as a human shield as Curtis fired toward him before Brehmer stopped the car and Skinner and Curtis ran out, according to prosecutors. - (Black-on-white)

Hemet man receives 230-year sentence after raping girlfriend's
teen daughter; county had years of reports
Deon Austin Welch of Hemet was sentenced Friday to 230 years in prison for years of rape and sexual abuse he committed against the juvenile daughter of his girlfriend, which resulted in the victim giving birth at age 13 to Welch's child. The birth occurred years after rape allegations were first reported to the Riverside County Department of Public Social Services.
On June 24, Welch was convicted of 15 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and one enhancement of bodily injury with sex offense, because of the victim's pregnancy.
Welch sat quietly and showed no emotion as the judge announced the life sentence, answering only "yes" when the judge told him he must register as a sex offender if some future change of law permits his release.
Oswill told the jury during Welch's trial in June that the victim felt trapped after first reporting being raped when she was 11 years old to a family friend. She was not taken seriously, Oswill said, and so she lost faith that the system was able to help her.

driver speaks out after angry BLACK passenger pulls gun on him
The MTA bus driver who had a gun pulled on him because he didn’t pick up an unhinged passenger told The Post he’s relieved to know the hothead has been busted — but warned that more needs to be done to protect transit workers.
Haynes was on his morning route on the M11 bus around 7:50 a.m. Friday when he saw Tony Burnett, 28, waving his hands at him asking him to pick him up near West 85th Street and Columbus Avenue, a block from the bus stop.
“I would have stopped for him if he was at the bus stop. 86th Street is the stop I’m supposed to stop at. No one was there,” Haynes explained.
“I continued on to 84th Street because I can’t just stop at every single corner to let people on, we have to stop at bus stops.”
That’s when Burnett, whom police said is a known fare-beater with at least five prior arrests under his belt, jumped in a cab and told the hack to pull in front of the bus and cut him off.
“He gets out and starts cursing, yelling [the] n-word like crazy… in a threatening manner,” Haynes went on.
“Why didn’t you stop for me?” Burnett barked at the driver, according to police.
“You don’t know who you messing with,” Burnett went on, according to Haynes.
It was then Burnett allegedly flashed a .38-caliber revolver at the veteran bus driver.

Searching For BLACK Suspect Who Punched SEPTA Bus Driver In Face
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) –The search is on for a man wanted for attacking a SEPTA bus driver. Police hope $1,000 will entice someone to identify the attacker.
The driver was just doing his job when he was assaulted by a passenger who didn’t have fare for the bus. SEPTA is hoping the public can help identify the attacker.
If you want to take a SEPTA bus route, it’ll cost you $2.50. But on July 8, this man did not have the cash and was denied access to the Route 55 bus. Before exiting, he punched the driver in the face, according to SEPTA. The SEPTA police chief agrees. SEPTA is now offering a $1,000 reward to the first person who can identify the man.
who advocated rights for migrants is hit and killed by illegal
immigrant on probation for a DUI
who was ordered to be deported back to El Salvador eight months ago
staunch supporter of the (imaginary)
rights of immigrants - and a married father of five -
was killed last week when an illegal immigrant from El Salvador
facing deportation crashed into his motorcycle in Colorado.
Sean Buchanan, 45, was driving northbound on Highway 83 on August 2 when Colorado State Patrol say a southbound truck operated by (ILLEGAL ALIEN MESTIZO) Miguel Ramirez Valiente went off the side of the road, then over-corrected into the wrong lane and crashed into Buchanan's bike, killing him.
Valiente, a (CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIEN) who was slated for deportation eight months earlier, was charged with misdemeanor careless driving with a revoked license in the deadly accident.
In an ironic twist, Buchanan was known among friends a passionate advocate for all immigrants.
Valiente has a criminal record in Colorado that includes a 2018 conviction for a DUI charge, which earned him a year's probation and the revocation of his license, and a guilty plea to a charge of reckless endangerment in a child neglect case. On August 1, less than 24 hours before the deadly crash that killed Buchanan, Valiente's probation was extended because he had failed to complete his court-ordered treatment program and community service. He made national headlines in January when he sought sanctuary at All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church in January to avoid deportation to El Salvador during the federal government shutdown.

|"DIVERSITY IS OUR STRENGTH"? - Third
suspect charged in recent Bay City homicide (of a White man by 2
blacks & 1 wigger)
BAY CITY, MI – Prosecutors have charged a third suspect in connection with the recent shooting death of a man inside his Bay City home. Officers with the Bay City VIPER Unit/Safe Streets Task Force on July 31 arrested 24-year-old Devon J. Knights on a parole violation charge in his hometown of Saginaw. They were assisted by FBI agents and Michigan State Police troopers. While Knights was being held in jail, authorities on Thursday, Aug. 8, issued a warrant for him on charges of first-degree murder and first-degree home invasion in connection with the July 29 killing of Tyler R. Gruber, a 39-year-old father. Bay County District Judge Mark E. Janer on Friday morning arraigned Knights on the two charges.
Police responded to a reported shooting at about 1:30 a.m. at Gruber’s home at 505 N. Henry St. on the city’s West Side. Upon officers’ arrival, Gruber was already dead from more than one gunshot wound, police have said. Before police arrived, a good Samaritan picked up (black) Brandon M. Miller, who was lying in the roadway after having sustained a gunshot wound to his leg. This other person drove Miller to McLaren Bay Region hospital and from there he was transported to Hurley Medical Center in Flint.
Knight and 27-year-old (degenerate white wigger) Brandon M. Dupuis fled the scene before officers arrived, police allege.
Gruber’s girlfriend, son, and an adult male roommate were present when the shooting occurred, police said.
Michigan State Police troopers on July 30 spotted Dupuis walking down a Saginaw street and arrested him. Dupuis is charged with single counts of open murder, first-degree murder, first-degree home invasion, and assault with intent to murder, as well as four counts of felony firearm. Miller is charged with first-degree murder and first-degree home invasion. Rowell said Dupuis, Miller, and Knights broke into Gruber’s house to steal something.
“The victim was a medical marijuana caregiver so that may have been part of the motive but it is still not definitively determined to this point,” Rowell said.
Gruber was not armed during the incident. Rowell said police believe Dupuis shot Gruber and wounded Miller. He added he has no reason to believe Dupuis intentionally shot Miller.

female) Former DePaul student critically injured after
throat slashed in stabbing near campus by black
sex beast predator
CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 22-year-old woman is hospitalized in critical condition after she was stabbed while walking home near DePaul's Lincoln Park campus Thursday morning, Chicago police and the university said.
Officers responded to the 2300-block of North Halsted Street at about 3:45 a.m. and found the woman on the ground, her face and throat slashed, police said.
The woman was transported to Illinois Masonic Medical Center in critical but stable condition with lacerations on her neck and face, police said. DePaul said that the woman was previously enrolled at the school.
Police said the woman was walking home from a bar when she was stalked by a man who intended to sexually assault her. Surveillance video shows the offender case the area, drive the wrong way down a one-way street, then get out of the car to attack the woman, though it does not show the actual attack. The victim fought back.
grad student was killed by stray bullet while carrying
groceries, prosecutors say after (black) man charged
Diante Speed, 20, is charged with first-degree murder and ordered held without bail in the shooting of Shane Colombo last year.
Bail was denied Wednesday for a man accused of killing a Northwestern University student who was struck by stray bullets during a shooting last year in Rogers Park.
Diante Speed, 20, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Shane Colombo, who was struck by several stray bullets on Sept. 2 while he was walking in the 7500 block of North Clark Street.
About 8:25 p.m. that night, Speed was walking with a group when he noticed an “unknown male” also walking in the block and believed the male had a gun, Cook County prosecutors said at the hearing Wednesday. While the male stood at a nearby bus shelter, Speed allegedly hid by a bank building and began firing toward the shelter, prosecutors said. Colombo was walking and carrying groceries when he was struck by several rounds and fell to the ground. Speed allegedly continued to fire and chase his target after the male ran away. Prosecutors said there is no indication the male was holding a gun before the shooting, and surveillance video showed no gun in the male’s hand as he ran.
Speed, however, was recorded by surveillance cameras running after the male and holding a gun, prosecutors said. Multiple witnesses have identified him as the shooter. - (Black-on-white)

Mom charged after her two toddlers die minutes apart from each
A New Jersey woman was awaiting an arraignment in a Bronx court Friday after being charged in connection with the deaths of her two toddlers, who were beaten so badly their organs failed — more than two years ago, according to police. Jade Spencer, 33, of Bloomfield was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts of manslaughter, one for each of her children, 2-year-old Olivia Gee and 3-year-old Micha Gee, cops said.
In July of 2017, Spencer’s then boyfriend, Novell Jordan, discovered the tots gasping for air inside their home in Kingsbridge Heights, which she has since left, authorities said. Police said both kids had suspicious “marks” on their necks. Olivia and Micha died just minutes apart at Montefiore Medical Center, But autopsies found the children died of blunt-force trauma to the torso, and four days after they were found, their deaths were classified as homicides.
It wasn’t clear Friday why it took authorities more than two years to arrest Spencer,

Duron Hudson, 18, was in the shower when U.S. Marshals tried to detain him and was able to slip away.
A manhunt is underway in Prince George's County for a suspected killer who may be nude. Earlier Friday, police told residents of some parts of Landover to take shelter amid the search.

"We do consider him armed and dangerous," Kim said at a news conference Friday afternoon.
Sex offender convicted of incest
cut off GPS monitor, could be on the run in Milwaukee area
WASHINGTON COUNTY -- A search continued Thursday, Aug. 8 for a convicted sex offender just released from prison and already on the run from law enforcement in Washington County.
Officials said Brandon King, 31, cut off his GPS monitoring device on Tuesday, Aug. 6, the day he was released. Even more concerning, officials said even though he served his entire 14-year prison sentence, King was classified as someone who has the potential to commit another crime.
Sheriff's officials said King fled his halfway house in the Town of Jackson, and he then cut off his GPS bracelet in West Bend. "The public is clearly in danger," said Washington County Sheriff Martin Schulteis. Sheriff Schulteis said King absconded just hours after being released from prison. "In 2005, he was convicted of incest with a child, and forcing a minor to view or listen to sexual activity," said Sheriff Schulteis.
Sheriff Schulteis said he feared King's disturbing past would catch up with him again. "Upon his initial release, we were told that this offender had the potential to re-offend,"s aid Schulteis. "Not every sex offender has that tag on them."

rocks, bricks and chair after being kicked off
A pair of unruly teens who were tossed off a Bronx bus retaliated by throwing rocks, bricks and a chair at the vehicle’s windows, according to police and footage released Friday of the meteoric meltdown.
The two teen girls were on the BX11 MTA bus around 6:15 p.m. June 25 near East 170th Street when they were kicked off for squabbling with other passengers, police said.
When the driver booted the girls, they walked to the front of the bus and tried to rip the windshield wipers off, video of the incident shows.
When that didn’t work, one of the girls — sporting a wide grin — grabbed a chair and threw it at the bus while her friend picked up some rocks and bricks from the ground to hurl at the bus, the video shows.
A side window was broken and “other unspecified damages” were sustained during the tantrum, cops said.

After Video Shows HISPANIC Staffers Taunting, Terrorizing Woman,
91, At Glenview Nursing Home
GLENVIEW, Ill. (CBS) — A disturbing video shows an elderly woman being taunted by nursing home workers in Glenview. The video ended up on Snapchat. As CBS 2’s Charlie De Mar reported Thursday night, a lawsuit filed this week now accuses the Abington of Glenview nursing home of abuse.
Margaret Collins is 91, suffers from dementia, and does not like hospital gowns. The staff at her nursing home knew that – and allegedly used it as fuel to taunt and terrorize her.
The Snapchat video from the December 2018 incident ultimately ends with certified nursing assistants Brayan Cortez and Jamie Montesa arrested on misdemeanor charges. “That was their disturbing form of entertainment?” said Collins’ daughter, Joan Biebel. In the video, Cortez allegedly waves a hospital gown at Collins as Montesa, his girlfriend and coworker, filmed. The caption reads, “Margaret hates gowns,” with two laughing emojis.

income taxes - from
Ecuador in South America
An East Harlem granny who runs a tiny day-care center in her public-housing apartment got the shock of her life when the IRS slapped her with a $6 million-plus lien for unpaid income taxes.
City records show the IRS filed the massive bill with the city Department of Finance on July 31 against Mariana Conforme, a 64-year-old Ecuadorian immigrant who lives in the Jefferson Houses.
The lien lists eight years of unpaid assessments on her Form 1040 tax returns, ranging from $1,126 to more than $6 million.
Conforme told The Post that she got a letter from the IRS last month but “couldn’t understand it because it’s in English.”
“It’s true that I haven’t paid everything, but not for it to be this quantity, not for it to be 6 million,” she said in Spanish.

shooter Connor Betts may be antifa’s first mass killer
Over the weekend, America suffered two mass shootings within hours of one another, in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio. These followed another mass shooting in Gilroy, Calif., a week earlier. The alleged perpetrators of the attacks were young, “lone-wolf” gunmen. All three carried out carnage against innocents using high-power rifles. All told, Santino Legan (Gilroy), Patrick Crusius (El Paso) and Connor Betts (Dayton) killed 34 people and injured dozens more. While the attacks are similar, the response from liberals and leftists has been anything but. Democratic presidential candidates Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris and Bernie Sanders succinctly condemned white nationalism — the ideology espoused by the El Paso shooter in his purported 2,300-word manifesto. However, when it comes to condemning the Dayton shooter’s militant far-left views, all remain mum. Others, such as anti-police activist Shaun King, even claimed the Dayton shooter targeted blacks in a hate crime, though racism doesn’t appear to have been a component of his twisted worldview. While Betts, the Dayton shooter, didn’t leave behind a manifesto, his extensive social-media footprint provides clues as to what may have inspired him. Federal investigators announced Tuesday that they are looking into his exploration of violent ideologies. Betts had long expressed support for antifa accounts, causes and individuals. That would be the loose network of militant leftist activists who physically attack anyone to the right of Mao in the name of “anti-fascism.” In particular, Betts promoted extreme hatred of American border enforcement. “Kill every fascist,” the shooter declared in 2018 on twitter, echoing a rallying cry of antifa ideologues. Over the next year, his tweets became increasingly violent. “Nazis deserve death and nothing else,” he tweeted last October. Betts frequently flung the label “Nazi” at those with whom he disagreed online. By December, he reached out on Twitter to the Socialist Rifle Association, an antifa gun group, to comment about bump stocks, and the SRA responded to him. (A bump stock is an attachment for semiautomatic rifles that allow them to fire much faster.) In the months leading to his rampage, Betts expressed a longing for climactic confrontation. In response to an essay by Intercept writer Mehdi Hassan titled, “Yes, Let’s Defeat or Impeach Trump—but What If He Doesn’t Leave the White House?” the shooter wrote: “Arm, train, prepare.” By June he tweeted: “I want socialism, and I’ll not wait for the idiots to finally come round understanding.” Last week, he promoted posts that demonized Sens. Ted Cruz and Bill Cassidy’s resolution against antifa extremism.
