seen on Publix video may be involved in fatal traffic shooting
(of White man)
OAKLAND PARK, Fla. – Deputies are searching for a man who may be responsible for a road rage incident.
Broward Sheriff’s Office detectives said the man may have shot another driver, who then collapsed on a busy street.
Security video of the man, who fled the scene, shows him entering, wandering around the inside of the front of a Publix and then exiting near the 200 block of East Oakland Park Boulevard. Investigators believe the man seen in the video was the same person caught on security video driving a white, full-sized pickup truck fleeing northbound on Northeast Second Avenue after the incident, leaving Oakland Park Boulevard at 6:19 p.m. Nov. 17. In the span of a few minutes, a passerby saw Ian Curtis, 27, of Fort Lauderdale, lying in the roadway.
Detectives believe that around 6:15 p.m., Curtis exited his white Mercedes-Benz before collapsing onto the street. The passerby administered CPR to Curtis until paramedics arrived. Paramedics took Curtis to Broward Health Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

SYRACUSE - Police have arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with a shooting at Destiny USA on Black Friday.
Syracuse police arrested Kyree Truax, of Syracuse, early Saturday after a vehicle he was in was involved in a traffic accident at Franklin Street and Herald Place in Syracuse.

driving stop in NYC
A federal prosecutor was busted Saturday during a DWI stop in Manhattan Saturday — and wasn’t even behind the wheel. Assistant US attorney Bianca Forde found herself needing a defense lawyer Saturday when she was arrested for trying to keep cops from administering a sobriety test to her boyfriend in Hell’s Kitchen, police and sources told The Post.
Forde, 35, was riding shotgun with her boyfriend when cops pulled over their Chevy Camaro about 12:15 a.m. at the intersection of 11th Avenue and West 40th Street, police said.
Forde, 35 — who works in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office in Washington, DC — jumped out of the car, which had Virginia plates, imploring her beau not to submit to the test, according to police, who said that she appeared to have been drinking. fatally beats (white) woman before stealing cigarettes from
Dallas RaceTrac station
DALLAS — Dallas police have arrested a man they say fatally beat a woman before robbing a RaceTrac gas station early in November. The woman later died from her injuries on Nov. 16.
Around 2:45 a.m., Dallas police responded to a robbery at a RaceTrac at 2506 Inwood Road. A man punched an employee in the head and stole some cigarettes before running away from the gas station, according to an affidavit. Police later identified the suspect as Anthony De Wayne Randle. On the night in question, Randle was wearing dark pants and a red and black plaid hoodie over a Chuch's Chicken shirt. Police were unable to find him that night but issued a warrant for his arrest for robbery a week later after he was identified.
While searching for Randle after the robbery on Nov. 1, police found 39-year-old Charity Crim lying under a mattress in an alleyway behind a strip mall outlet at 5542 Maple Avenue. Crim was "bleeding from apparent severe blunt force trauma," according to the affidavit. Police took her to Parkland Hospital, where she remained in critical condition until her death on Nov. 16.
Police found security camera footage of Randle attacking Crim before the robbery. Police say the security camera footage shows Crim backing away from Randle "in a protective stance" before Randall grabs her, rams her head into the wall and then kicks, stomps and rams her head to the ground repeatedly. After a minute of this, Randle walks away, then comes back with a mattress. He then stomps on her again before covering her with the mattress.
Police later found out Randle and Crim knew each other. The witness said they saw Randle and Crim at a washeteria located near the attack and correctly identified both peoples' clothes. They also said they saw the two of them inside a fenced-in section of the dumpster in the alleyway, smoking drugs. Randle was trying to take Crim's pants off, but she kept pulling them back up. - (Black-on-white)

gets 25-year sentence for raping intoxicated teen in Stafford
A man who raped an 18-year-old girl in Stafford County last year while she was drunk was ordered Monday to serve 25 years in prison.
Timothy Racen Brown Jr., 28, was previously convicted by a Stafford Circuit Court jury. Judge Victoria Willis upheld the jury’s sentencing recommendation Monday. The rape charge stemmed from an April 28, 2018, incident that took place in the woods off Morton Road in southern Stafford. According to the evidence presented by special prosecutor Kristin Bird, Brown purchased Crown Royal whisky that day in Fredericksburg and took it to a gathering in Stafford, where he and five people under the legal drinking age consumed it.

King County prosecutors say an armed man recently dragged a 58-year-old woman into a building alcove in downtown Seattle and raped her after she asked him for a cigarette.

Released in July 2018, Thomas was under the supervision of the state Department of Corrections (DOC) when he was arrested Nov. 16 four blocks from where the woman was raped, according to charging documents and a DOC spokeswoman.
Thomas, who is also accused of pistol-whipping the woman and stealing $20 from her, was charged last week with second-degree rape, first-degree robbery and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. He remains jailed in lieu of $500,000 bail.

for insurance fraud
SAN FRANCISCO - A former San Francisco sheriff's deputy was sentenced in federal court Tuesday to one year and two months in prison for two charges of fraud in an insurance claim for a 2016 burglary at her home.
April Myres, 55, of San Francisco, a former 20-year veteran of the Sheriff's Department, was given the prison term by U.S. District Judge Richard Seeborg of San Francisco. She was convicted by a jury in Seeborg's court in June of wire and mail fraud for submitting an insurance claim for $67,000 for items stolen in a burglary on the night of March 24-25, 2016.
The jury acquitted her of a third charge of misprision of a felony in allegedly failing to tell authorities that a former jail inmate with whom she had had a romantic relationship, Antoine Fowler, had her Glock pistol. Myres allowed Fowler to live with her for two months after his release from jail in January 2016 until the night of March 23-24, when the couple broke up after a fight, according to documents in the case. Myres contended that although she did not disclose her relationship to Fowler to police investigating the burglary, she did not know at the time that he was the burglar or that he had the gun. Fowler was arrested with the gun 10 months later.

Two Brooklyn bad guys running a driver’s license scam kidnapped a former co-conspirator in broad daylight after he dared try to bail on their scheme, prosecutors said Thursday.
Akmal Narzikulov and Sherzod Mukumov were furious at their victim for allegedly quitting his job as a driver for the men running a racket that helped people cheat on DMV tests for commercial drivers licenses, prosecutors said. The victim allegedly drove people to DMVs and gave them “devices and instructions” to facilitate cheating on the CDL exams.
He did the job for two weeks — but he made the mistake of accepting an $800 advance and then quitting before completing a full week of work, according to court papers filed in Brooklyn Federal Court.

Police kill suspect in (muslim) "terrorist incident" near London
British police shot and killed a man suspected of going on a (demonic muslim ritual) stabbing orgy near London Bridge on Friday in what authorities called a "terrorist incident." "We believe a number of people have been injured," London's Metropolitan Police said in a statement released on Twitter.
"Due to the nature of the incident, we responded as if this was terrorist-related. I'm now in a position to confirm that it has been declared a terrorist incident," Assistant Commissioner for Specialist Operations Neil Basu told reporters outside Scotland Yard. Basu said investigators believe a device strapped to the suspect's body was a hoax explosive device.
Armed officers from the City of London Police shot and killed the suspect, who died at the scene, Basu said. Police officers in Britain generally do not carry guns.
London Mayor (fellow muslim) Sadiq Khan commended the "breathtaking heroism" of the members of the public "who literally ran towards danger" without knowing the device strapped to the suspect was a fake. "I want to say thank you to them on behalf of all Londoners," Khan said.

mixed-race offspring now orphans
VANCOUVER — The Clark County Sheriff’s office has confirmed that one of two women who was shot inside a van in the parking lot of Sarah J. Anderson Elementary School on Tuesday afternoon has died. The other victim received non-life threatening injuries.
According to a GoFundMe page set up by Tabitha Ojeda, the victim is Tiffany Hill, the estranged wife of the shooter, who was identified as 38-year-old Keland Hill. Ojeda, who identifies herself as Tiffany Hill’s sister, says the other victim was their mother, and that she was shot three times, suffering injuries to her hands and arms.
The sheriff’s office also now says that there were three children in the van at the time of the shooting, rather than the two originally reported. The couple did have three children, though it hasn’t been confirmed if the children in the vehicle were related to them. All three were taken into the care of Child Protective Services at the scene.
Deputies responding to the shooting shortly after 3:20 p.m. on Tuesday found the van, lights still on, and the driver’s side window shattered. Bullet holes could also be seen in the front windshield, directly in front of the driver’s seat.
Keland Hill took off in another vehicle and led deputies on a short pursuit. He eventually stopped on the side of the road at Northeast Andresen and Padden Parkway, got out of the car, and shot himself in the head. He was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead.
Court records also show Hill, a former Marine, had attempted to purchase a gun at a Wal-Mart in Portland on Oct. 6, but had been denied due to the domestic violence charges showing up during a background check.

Four men, including a janitor at a Bronx public housing complex and a Manhattan college student, were hit with assault and weapons charges for their part in a wild Midtown brawl that landed them in local hospitals Monday.
The melee was so convoluted that prosecutors said they were still reviewing surveillance video of the incident at lunchtime Wednesday — and one of the brawlers is now claiming self-defense.

A Powhatan County woman has been charged with felony animal cruelty in the death of her former boyfriend's pit bull, after she told authorities that she hanged the 10-month-old puppy from a tree outside her home with an extension cord.
Yasmine Burton, 21, of the 4600 block of Bell Road, also was charged with grand larceny for allegedly taking the animal from her former boyfriend's home in Dinwiddie County, said Powhatan Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney Robert Cerullo.
Burton went to the Powhatan Sheriff's Office on Friday to report that she was "dog-sitting" her former boyfriend's pit bull, named "Choppo." She said it grew sick over the past two days and began acting strangely before dying, Cerullo said. "She just wanted to let someone know," the prosecutor said.

arrests 90 more foreign students at fake university created by
DHS in Michigan
DETROIT – About 90 additional foreign students at a fake university in metro Detroit created by the Department of Homeland Security have been arrested in recent months.
A total of about 250 students have now been arrested since January on immigration violations by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement as part of a sting operation by federal agents who enticed foreign-born students, mostly from India, to attend the school that marketed itself as offering graduate programs in technology and computer studies, according to ICE officials.
Many of those arrested have been deported, while others are contesting their removals. One has been allowed to stay after being granted lawful permanent resident status by an immigration judge.
The students had arrived legally in the U.S. on student visas, but since the University of Farmington was later revealed to be a creation of federal agents, they lost their immigration status after it was shut down in January. The school was staffed with undercover agents posing as university officials.

allegedly murdered UIC student Ruth George because she ignored
The man charged with murdering a University of Illinois at Chicago student was reportedly “angry that he was being ignored” the morning of the alleged attack, it was revealed Tuesday.
Cook County prosecutors described in grisly detail how 26-year-old Donald Thurman, who was denied bail, trailed freshman Ruth George into a garage and strangled her after she ignored his advances earlier in the day, according to WLS-TV.
“The defendant was angry that he was being ignored,” said Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney James Murphy said at Thurman’s arraignment.Thurman spotted the student earlier Saturday morning near a campus subway station, The Chicago Tribune reported. George, who he did not know, ignored his advances, and he became furious.
The prosecutor explained that later inside the Halsted Street Parking Garage, “The defendant came up behind the victim, grabbed her around the neck from behind, and put her into a choke hold.” Police had said Thurman tailed George into the garage about 1:35 a.m. Saturday. They found George strangled to death in her family car the next morning after her family reported her missing.“With his arms still wrapped around the victim’s neck, the defendant dragged the victim from the ground and he opened her back seat car door,” Murphy said at Tuesday’s hearing.
Thurman sexually assaulted George when she was already unconscious, prosecutors allege.
Investigators linked him to the crime with a palm print and DNA evidence found at the scene, the report said.
Cops said Thurman confessed to the brutal crime after they tracked him down at a nearby subway station with the help of garage surveillance footage.

HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA) – A man wielding a machete was shot and killed by Los Angeles police after going on a crime spree in Hollywood Monday morning in which he robbed an auto shop, carjacked a vehicle and then crashed into several police cruisers.
The ordeal began at around 11:30 a.m., when the suspect entered an auto parts store at Highland Avenue, near Sunset Boulevard, and robbed it while armed with a machete. The store clerk told CBS2 the suspect entered the store waving around a large knife before stealing some batteries and jumper cables. “That knife has been declared to be a machete, large in length, about a foot to a foot-and-a-half in length with the blade,” LAPD Lt. man tried to recruit ISIS to kill two college deans: feds
A Florida man tried to recruit ISIS terrorists to kill a pair of college deans, federal prosecutors claim.
Salman Rashid, 23, is facing charges of soliciting another person to commit a crime of violence for asking an undercover FBI source on Nov. 8-9 to place explosive devices targeting the deans of Miami-Dade College and Broward College, where he had been suspended or expelled, the US Attorney’s Office in Miami announced Monday.
Rashid, of North Miami Beach, requested that the bombs to be used to kill both deans be as massive as possible and provided details to a source who purported to be a member of ISIS willing to carry out the attack about where the devices should be placed, as well as security at the colleges, prosecutors said.
FBI officials initially started investigating Rashid in April 2018 after a series of his public Facebook posts called for Islamic law to replace democracy in the United States and detailed his “growing hatred for America” and non-Muslims, according to court documents obtained by NBC News. - Round em up - ship em out! - SEND THEM ALL BACK!
Department of Justice says a Chicago gang leader was radicalized
Chicago (CNN) He is the purported leader of the "AHK Street Gang," a gang in the Chicago area that traffics various narcotics throughout the city region, including heroin and cocaine, according to the Department of Justice.
But Thursday, Jason Brown stepped into a federal courtroom not on drug charges, but for allegedly attempting to provide material support to ISIS.
Specifically, the Department of Justice alleges that on three separate occasions this year, "Brown provided $500 to a confidential source with the intent that the $500 be wired to an individual Brown believed was an ISIS soldier engaged in active combat in Syria." That individual was confidentially working with law enforcement, the DOJ says.
The larger question now is: how might have an alleged Chicago area gang leader gotten wrapped up with ISIS?
Three days after the Department of Justice announced Brown's arrest, federal authorities arrested 20-year-old Thomas Osadzinski, a student at DePaul University, for the same charge -- attempting to provide material support to ISIS.

Defense Planned In Trial Of ARABIC Woman Accused Of Killing
Former Landlord, Another Woman
NORRISTOWN, Pa. (AP) — An insanity defense is planned in the trial of a woman accused of having killed her former landlord and another woman in a suburban Philadelphia home earlier this year. Defense attorney Carrie Allman says Naseema Sami was experiencing symptoms of severe mental illness related to a delusional disorder, including “psychotic beliefs and intense paranoia” at the time of the March slayings in West Norriton Township.
Sami, 44, is charged with first- and third-degree murder, criminal trespass, child endangerment and related offenses in the deaths of 78-year-old Lila Frost and 68-year-old Lorraine Gigliello. Montgomery County prosecutors say she and her 6-year-old son were found under a bed in the home, and the defendant had what appeared to be dried blood on her hands. Authorities allege that Sami said she acted in self-defense because one of the victims was “pushing buttons in her head.”
Prosecutors allege the Folsom resident drove to the home with the boy seeking help from Frost, who had been her landlord 20 years earlier. They allege that after entering through an unlocked door she killed Gigliello, a neighbor, when she reached for a phone to call the police, and then killed Frost after the older woman arrived home during the attack.
