Tessa Majors murder: NYPD struggles to give details on investigation
The NYPD didn’t have much to show on Thursday for its week-long investigation into the murder of Barnard College student Tessa Majors.
Cops provided few new details on the high-profile investigation, with Chief of Patrol Rodney Harrison claiming he was “confident” that cops would bust the teens sought in the Dec. 11 robbery and killing at Manhattan’s Morningside Park — despite being forced to release one suspect last week.
Police arrested 13-year-old Zyairr Davis last week on a charge of felony murder but released a 14-year-old suspect following several hours of questioning. A third suspect — believed to be the stabber — is still in the wind.
While speaking at 1 Police Plaza, Harrison denied previous reports that the unapprehended teen jumped out of a car while on his way to meet with cops Monday.
'All hands on deck' in manhunt for 14-year-old Barnard murder suspect, NYPD says
New York City police say it's "all hands on deck" as authorities track a 14-year-old suspected of killing Barnard College first-year Tessa Majors. The 14-year-old -- wanted for allegedly stabbing the college student to death last week -- was on his way to turn himself in Monday night when he bolted from the car while it was stopped at an intersection, according to police sources.
NYPD Chief of Detectives Rodney Harrison is "confident" the teen will be tracked down, he said. - (Black-on-white)

serial killer indicted in 1984 slaying in Georgia
SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) — The man the FBI calls the deadliest serial killer in U.S. history has been indicted in Georgia in the slaying of a woman whose body was found on a pile of construction debris more than three decades ago.
A grand jury in Savannah returned an indictment Wednesday bringing a new murder charge against 79-year-old Samuel Little. He has confessed to more than 90 killings from Florida to California, prompting detectives with cold cases from across the U.S. to seek interviews with Little at the Texas prison where he's already serving multiple life sentences.
Little has said he killed two women in Savannah decades ago. A police detective sifting through stacks of old incident reports managed to link Little to the unsolved killing of Frances Campbell, Chatham County District Attorney Meg Heap said.
Campbell had been missing for a year when her body was discovered in 1985 on a pile of debris from the construction of an interstate highway, Heap said. Little recognized Campbell from a photograph sent by the police detective.
Heap said Little agreed to speak with the detective on the condition that prosecutors would not seek the death penalty.

cops this summer
PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — More than five dozen additional charges have been filed against the man accused of shooting six Philadelphia police officers this summer in Nicetown. Maurice Hill was ordered to stand trial Thursday on attempted murder and assault on law enforcement, but just an hour after the preliminary hearing, the district attorney tacked on more charges.
Wearing a checkered blue button-down shirt, Maurice Hill listened to half a dozen police officers describe the chaos of Aug. 14 along Erie Avenue, near 15th Street.
grants request for competency exam for (black) accused police
The 28-year-old man accused of killing a veteran Detroit police officer last month made his first appearance inside a Detroit courtroom Thursday and was granted a defense request for a mental competency exam. JuJuan Parks appeared before a 36th District Court judge for a probable cause conference in the Nov. 20 fatal shooting of officer Rasheen McClain. Parks' attorney, Evan Callanan Jr., asked the judge for a forensics exam to determine if Parks is competent to stand trial and also whether he was competent enough to waive his Miranda rights. The exam is expected to take place at the Center for Forensic Psychiatry in Saline.
black) Man charged with killing girlfriend in St. Paul found
incompetent to stand trial due to mental illness
A man accused of fatally shooting his girlfriend while her young children were present in her St. Paul home this past summer has been found incompetent to stand trial due to mental illness.
A doctor asked to evaluate Shakee Shabazz Miller-Brantley after the shooting told a Ramsey County court that the 28-year-old suffers from “a lifelong history of severe mental illness,” including schizoaffective disorder and antisocial personality disorder. Miller-Brantley was hearing voices when he shot and killed Jessica Williams, according to a petition filed in Ramsey County District Court. Miller-Brantley also has a long history of refusing to take the medications prescribed to treat his mental health diagnosis.
testifies ('crazy' black) accused VA hospital shooter mentally
unfit to stand trial
A man accused of firing an assault weapon outside a Veterans Affairs hospital in Chicago last summer was ordered to be hospitalized for further evaluation and treatment by a federal judge Friday after a psychologist testified he was mentally unfit to stand trial.
Bernard Harvey, who has been held at a federal Loop jail since his arrest in August, nodded his head after U.S. Magistrate Judge Susan E. Cox told him he would be going to a federal prison hospital.
Harvey can be held for up to four months before another court hearing must take place.
Jason Dana, a psychologist for the U.S. Bureau of Prisons in Chicago, testified Friday that he had evaluated Harvey and determined that he suffers from schizophrenia and delusional thinking. At one point as Dana described his evaluation, Harvey, 41, raised both of his hands as he sat at the defense table in Cox’s courtroom.
Inside the hospital, people were running and screaming, some taking shelter in bathrooms, witnesses told reporters. The building was evacuated as police began investigating.
man to stand trial for alleged shooting, robbery
A Johnstown man was ordered on Friday to stand trial, accused of robbing $550 from a man during a drug deal and then shooting him in the leg, sending him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead but then revived, authorities said.
Darryl Thomas, 30, of the 100 block of Barnhart Street, was held for court following two preliminary hearings before District Judge Kevin Price, of Johnstown. He pleaded not guilty through his attorney, public defender John Lovette III, of Johnstown.
Investigators found a stolen handgun inside the toilet tank and two bundles of heroin inside the sink drain, he said.
suspect again refuses to leave cell; judge orders competency
WILKES-BARRE — After Milton Clark once again refused to leave his jail cell for a hearing related to charges he stabbed his nephew to death, lawyers are left wondering what to do next.
Clark, 59, is currently locked up in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility. He’s been held there without bail since the April 23 stabbing of his nephew, Tarese Rahjaan Previlon.
This is the second time in about a month court proceedings were affected by Clark’s refusal to leave his cell. His formal arraignment in mid-November was rescheduled after county sheriffs alerted the court to the refusal to leave his cell.
Thursday’s motions hearing was to discuss a motion filed by one of Clark’s attorneys, Maura Anne Armezzani, asking for Luzerne County Judge Joseph F. Sklarosky Jr. to order Clark’s competency to stand trial be evaluated. Armezzani said Clark has also refused to speak with her, leaving her unsure of how to proceed.
identify crazy black man accused of terrorizing Upper East
Police have identified the man they say caused mayhem on the Upper East Side by slugging a woman in the face and chasing another man with a knife, police said Thursday.
Investigators say Gary Smith, 27, was caught on surveillance camera Monday at about 11 a.m. walking along East 85th Street near Park Avenue and then suddenly whacking an unsuspecting 21-year-old woman in the face, officials said.
He was still being sought Thursday.

say (black) armed robber who face-planted into Pizza Hut door
LAS CRUCES - Police say DNA collected from where a man face-planted into a door as he tried to flee a Las Cruces restaurant was the evidence needed to identify the suspect responsible for two armed robberies committed the same day in June.
Markell Deshaun Barnes, 19, of the 1800 block of Ash Avenue, is charged with one third-degree felony count of attempted armed robbery and one fourth-degree felony count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Both charges are for the attempted armed robbery June 25, 2019, at the Pizza Hut at 2205 Missouri Ave.
Barnes is also the prime suspect in another armed robbery earlier that day.
murder trial (of black man) postponed at request of defence
A Cole Harbour man’s trial on a charge of first-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder, which was to begin in January, has been postponed until late next year at the request of the defence. The charges against Markel Jason Downey, 24, stem from a triple-shooting home invasion in Cole Harbour in November 2014.
Ashley MacLean Kearse died in July 2018, almost four years after she was paralyzed in the shooting. She was 22.
Downey was originally supposed to stand trial in Nova Scotia Supreme Court last spring, but the hearing had to be adjourned after Patrick MacEwen withdrew as his lawyer because of a conflict of interest. The hearing is now scheduled to begin Nov. 16, 2020. - (Black-on-white)
admin proposes further restrictions on asylum claims from
The Trump administration on Wednesday proposed a rule that would expand the list of crimes, including some misdemeanors, for which a migrant can be barred from being granted asylum in the U.S.
"Because asylum is a discretionary benefit, aliens who are eligible for asylum are not automatically entitled to it," the rule says. "Rather, after demonstrating eligibility, aliens must further meet their burden of showing that the Attorney General or Secretary should exercise his or her discretion to grant asylum."
The proposed regulation, announced by the departments of Justice and Homeland Security, would provide seven additional restrictions for asylum eligibility to those already in place.
The rule would then bar any migrants convicted of a felony under federal or state law, as well as offenses including alien smuggling, illegal re-entry or a crime involving criminal street gang activity.
The rule would also bar migrants from claiming asylum who had been convicted of offenses including driving under the influence (DUI) and domestic violence.
Most controversially, the rule would also apply to misdemeanors related to false identification, drug possession and welfare fraud -- something likely to raise the ire of pro-migrant and other civil rights groups. - (Invasion)

bank robbery led to Oregon stabbing rampage that left a woman
dead and 3 victims injured - Hispanic arrested
A botched bank robbery at a crowded Oregon shopping mall a week before Christmas apparently ignited a stabbing rampage that left a woman dead and three victims wounded, police said. The suspect in the deadly eruption of violence on Wednesday in Beaverton, Oregon, that included two knife-point carjackings, was identified by police as Salvador Martinez-Romero.
Martinez-Romero, 20, is expected to be arraigned Thursday afternoon on charges of murder, attempted murder and robbery. During the robbery, the suspect fatally stabbed a female customer and attacked another woman before fleeing the bank, police said. The second victim survived being stabbed and was in critical condition at a hospital, police said. After running out of the bank, the suspect attacked a man, stabbing him and stealing his car in an attempt to make a getaway, according to authorities.
As officers fanned out around the mall searching for the suspect, police in nearby Tigard, Oregon, received a report that a woman was stabbed in a residential neighborhood by a man matching the description of the Wells Fargo bank suspect, officials said. The names of the woman who was killed and the three injured victims were not immediately released.
Citizenship status of the Hispanic suspect has not been reported in this news article...
smuggling adapts despite US crackdown, report says
Despite the hardening of U.S. and Mexican immigration policies, the shadowy enterprise of smuggling migrants — that governments on both sides of the border have promised to crack down on — is big business.
The Associated Press reported that the smuggling business has learned to adapt and has thrived. The money keeps flowing. The massive return of asylum seekers to Mexico — more than 55,000 this year — has meant more business opportunities for smugglers. It’s a multibillion-dollar business that the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime estimates involves $4 billion annually. The Mexican government has calculated it could be as high as $6 billion. - (Invasion)

Polish model Kaja Sokola sues Harvey Weinstein for alleged
Weinstein is currently free on bail and awaiting trial set to begin next month after having pleaded not guilty to raping a woman in a New York hotel room in 2013 and performing a forcible sex act on a different woman in 2006. He has pleaded not guilty and maintains that any sexual activity was consensual.
In her lawsuit, Sokola said she was introduced to Weinstein at an event involving her modeling agency. She said that when Weinstein learned that she wanted to become an actress, the movie mogul said he could help her career.
Three days later, the complaint states, Weinstein picked Sokola up for what was supposed to be a business lunch and, instead, took her his Manhattan apartment “without her consent” and demanded sex.
When a weeping Sokola tried to resist, Weinstein said he had “made” the careers of actresses Penelope Cruz and Gwyneth Paltrow and warned the teenager that she “would never work as an actress unless she acquiesced to his demands.”

maniac causes mayhem, randomly slugs woman in the face
Cops are looking for a maniac who launched a string of violent outbursts Monday on the Upper East Side — including a random slugging of a woman looking at her cellphone. The suspect can be seen on surveillance video gingerly walking on East 85th Street near Park Avenue around 11 a.m. when he suddenly strikes the 21-year-old woman in the face without notice, according to police.
The victim suffered bruising and swelling to the face but refused medical attention. The suspect simply walked away. Minutes earlier, the suspect approached a man sitting in his car in front of 960 Park Ave., cops said.
“I know you are talking about me!” the suspect said before brandishing a knife and chasing the man around his car. After the assault captured on video, the suspect approached his next victims at East 87th Street and Third Avenue around 11:13 a.m., when he deliberately walked into a man and woman, cops said. He then brandished a knife and threatened the couple.
Cam Video Shows San Francisco Police Shooting Mulatto Man After
Glass Bottle Attack
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) — A man shot by two San Francisco police officers was allegedly involved in previous crimes before attacking the officers with a glass bottle, police said at a town hall discussing the shooting Tuesday night.
Around 7:47 a.m., police received reports of a “hot prowl burglary” in which an adult male forced open the door of an apartment. Police arrived on the scene five minutes after, but the suspect had left on foot. As the officers were investigating the apartment, a second call came in to police about a male attempting to break into cars.
Police identified similarities between the suspect descriptions of both calls and began to search the area. They came across 24-year-old Jamaica Hampton and observed him as matching the physical and clothing descriptions. As officers tried to contact Hampton, he “aggressively advanced” toward the passenger side officer armed with a 200ml glass vodka bottle, police said. Hampton then repeatedly struck the driver’s side officer in the head and face with the bottle after he rushed out to help. The officer sustained lacerations to his cheek and head and was knocked down after attempting to use his baton.

Man caught "pleasuring himself" on neighbor's front porch
NASHVILLE (WSMV) - Metro Police have arrested a man who was caught on a neighbor's Ring doorbell camera pleasuring himself. On Thanksgiving, Nov. 28, around 1 a.m. a homeowner received a notification of movement on his porch from his Ring doorbell camera. When he saw the video, he saw the suspect later identified as 33-year-old Jared Crowe standing on the porch, wearing nothing but a blanket around his shoulders and pleasuring himself. The homeowner recognized Crowe as a neighbor, and investigators were able to confirm that Crowe was the one on the video partially naked and pleasuring himself on the homeowner's porch. Crowe reportedly had charges of a similar nature on his criminal record. He was charged with public indecency and is scheduled to appear in court in January.

Adams County deputies spotted the car near Northglenn Drive and Grant Street less than 20 minutes later. During a search, deputies found a .38 caliber semi-automatic handgun in Foote’s pocket. Video from the scene was also obtained.

by female black muslim nut shouting ‘Allahu akbar!’
An Israeli student riding a subway train in Manhattan said she was verbally and physically attacked by a woman who hurled anti-Semitic comments at her and another Jewish passenger — and yelled “Allahu akbar!”
In a video posted after the attack, Lihi Aharon said she boarded the train at Wall Street after her college’s induction ceremony last week and asked the woman if she could remove her bags from the seat next to her.
“No. Nobody sits here,” she quoted the woman, who was identified by police as New Jersey resident Zarinah Ali, 38, as saying. Aharon said she then sat down across from Ali next to a Jewish man wearing a yarmulke.
“As soon as I sat, that woman started cursing and yelling at him about him being a Jew and ‘Allahu akbar’ and how Allah will end us all,” she recounted in the five-minute video, in which a scratch is seen on her face. “She didn’t know I was Jewish, of course. I’m not only Jewish, I’m also Israeli, so I took out my phone and started recording her,” Aharon said.

Las Colinas Grandmother Murdered by (BLACK) Cable Man: Police
Victim's debit card and a surveillance video led police to a suspect who'd worked at her home, police say
There are new details into the murder of an 83-year-old Las Colinas grandmother who was murdered in her own home, police say, by her cable man.
The suspect, Roy James Holden Jr., is in the Dallas County Jail on $500,000 bond facing a capital murder charge, which could carry the death penalty.
Betty Thomas’ family told NBC 5 she was ‘well-loved’ and will be sorely missed. One of Thomas’ neighbors in the 3000 block of East Cortez Court in Las Colinas called her ‘the perfect neighbor.’ When Thomas didn’t show up for a family Christmas party last Thursday evening, worry set in. Her son-in-law went to her home only to make a gruesome discovery just before 6 p.m., according to police.
The 83-year-old was found on her living room floor with several stab wounds to the chest, according to an arrest affidavit.
Thomas’ wallet and identification were not found but blood was found in her purse.
Her killer, Irving police claim, is her (subhuman negro killer) cable man Roy James Holden Jr.
Police said the 43-year-old worked for Spectrum cable and had previously been to the victim’s home.
“This is going to be very tough on that family to have Christmas without Mrs. Thomas,” said officer Robert Reeves, spokesman for the Irving Police Department. Police said store surveillance cameras led them to Holden. - (Black-on-white)
homeless black) Killer Primate Teen, 19, accused of murdering
‘beautiful’ WHITE barmaid, 20, charged with rape
A man accused of murdering a ‘beautiful’ young barmaid has also been charged with her rape, a court has heard. Keeley Bunker’s remains were discovered in a woodland at Wigginton Park in Tamworth, Staffordshire at around 9pm on September 19. The young woman had allegedly been sexually assaulted and strangled before her body was dumped in a pond covered in branches, Stafford Crown Court heard.
Wesley Streete, 19, of no fixed address, pleaded not guilty to both rape and murder during a 45-minute hearing today. Judge Michael Chambers QC set a provisional trial date of July 13 and remanded Streete in custody as he adjourned the case.
The public gallery was packed with Keeley’s family and friends as new details of her death emerged. Her relatives had organised a search for her after she did not return home after watching an Aitch gig in Birmingham. Hundreds of people gathered in October to honour the popular young barmaid at her funeral in Tamworth.
Her hometown was covered in pink ribbons and a white horse-drawn carriage carried her coffin, which was draped in pink and white flowers, feathers and bows. Before the service, her family said in a statement: ‘Keeley was a bright, caring, beautiful girl who touched the hearts of the people closest to her. ‘We would like to extend our deepest thanks to the countless well wishes & sympathies we have received and of course the efforts that have been made in numerous events, including colouring our town pink.’ - (Black-on-white)

subway perv busted for 55th time — just a month after prison
An incorrigible subway perv racked up his 36th arrest last week for allegedly groping a female straphanger — just over a month after completing an 11-year prison stint for similar crimes, authorities said Monday.
Freddie Johnson, 61, allegedly ground his groin against a 27-year-old woman’s rear aboard a 5 train rumbling northbound near Lower Manhattan’s Fulton Street on Dec. 11, according to cops.
The skeeved straphanger tried to move elsewhere in the car, but Johnson allegedly followed her, again pressed himself against her and grabbed her rear, police said.
Johnson was busted by cops at Grand Central a short time later, marking his 55th lifetime arrest, and 36th for a sexual attack against a woman in the subway system — but the first since his Nov. 6 release from custody after serving 11 years for a persistent sexual abuse conviction, according to police sources and prison records.

shelter exec paid himself $651K with funds meant for needy: DOI
An embattled nonprofit homeless shelter operator linked to a Bronx radiator accident that left two children dead used money meant for needy New Yorkers to inflate executive salaries, The Post has learned.
A top official at the Bushwick Economic Development Corporation paid himself as much as $651,000, even as his nonprofit failed to pay rent on its shelters and fix dangerous safety issues.
The massive salaries came “while the organization’s clients, programs and overall fiscal health suffered,” the Department of Investigation determined in a report obtained under New York’s Freedom of Information Law. Records obtained by city inspectors showed that BEDCO’s executive director Frank Boswell paid himself $651,292 in 2016.

after viral dash cam arrest
ST. LOUIS — The man shot and killed by police this week after pointing a gun at an officer sued police four years ago for excessive use of force. Police identified the man on Friday as 24-year-old Cortez Bufford. Bufford sued multiple St. Louis officers in 2015 after police pulled him out of his car, pushed him to the ground and kicked him in an arrest caught on camera that got national attention. The city settled the case that December for $20,000. Bufford had multiple encounters with police in subsequent years, including just three weeks ago allegations of resisting arrest.....
Bufford ran, and an officer chased him into a gangway on the north side of Bates. Police said Bufford tried to climb a fence, and when he couldn’t, pulled a gun and pointed it toward the officer chasing him. The officer fired several shots at Bufford, killing him.

pretty much gave his life for Kameron’: (White) Man shot and
killed while shielding twin from (black) bullets
HENRICO, Va. (WWBT) - A 22-year-old Henrico man is dead after he was shot and killed by his mother’s (black) apparent boyfriend, family said. Police arrested Robert Arthur Thorpe, Jr., 34, of Chesterfield County, in connection to the shooting. Thorpe faces charges of second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
Once on scene, officers found two men with gunshot wounds.
Police identified Konner Englehart, 22, of Henrico, as the man who was found dead on the porch. Konner’s sister, Kenzie Taylor, said the victim’s twin brother, Kameron, was also shot during the incident. He was taken to VCU Medical Center for his injuries where he was treated and released. “He was shot five times and Konner actually pretty much gave his life for Kameron because he was in the way of the bullets when it happened," Taylor said.
Taylor said she and her family can’t stop thinking about what Konner did in his final moments. “Konner was the oldest twin and always the one to protect,” she said. “Konner was running away, running out of the house and Kameron was coming up the steps and Konner was probably surprised to see him,” said Cody Taylor, Kenzie’s husband. “Kameron said that he (Konner) stood up right in front of him and blocked his body," Taylor continued.
Taylor said her husband received a text from a family member around 5 a.m. saying there was a shooting and had a gut-feeling the oldest twin was dead. “I think it’s because Konner was the one who wasn’t well,” she said. “He was still struggling with his addiction… What gives me comfort is that his battle is over. He doesn’t have to fight anymore, because every time I saw him, he was searching for that reward from the drug.”
Taylor said Konner lived in the home with his mother who was apparently dating Thorpe.
He had been in the family’s life for roughly a year. “He’s come in and put a damper on just about everybody.”

granted for (black) Mississippi man tried 6 times in killings
WINONA, Miss. -- A Mississippi man whose murder conviction was overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court for racial bias was granted his freedom for the first time in 22 years Monday while prosecutors decide whether to retry him for a seventh time.
A judge set a bond of $250,000 for Curtis Flowers, but told him he will have to wear an electronic monitor. Flowers was convicted four times for a quadruple slaying in 1996; two other trials ended in a mistrial. All four convictions were overturned, but Flowers has remained in jail because the original murder indictment is still active.
During his sixth trial in 2010, Flowers was sentenced to death. The U.S. Supreme Court overturned that conviction in June, finding that prosecutors had shown an unconstitutional pattern of excluding African American jurors in the trials of Flowers, who is black.
Four people were shot to death on July 16, 1996, in the Tardy Furniture store in the north Mississippi town of Winona. They were owner Bertha Tardy, 59, and three employees: 45-year-old Carmen Rigby, 42-year-old Robert Golden and 16-year-old Derrick "Bobo" Stewart. - "No Justice - No Peace"
Town Rape Suspect Says He’ll Take A Plea Deal After Christmas As
Victim’s Family Waits For Closure
The victim's family wants Rufus Carson to take a plea deal to avoid retraumatizing the young woman with a trial, but he's dragging his feet on accepting it.
LITTLE VILLAGE – A man accused of brutally beating and raping a Polish teenager in West Town last summer said he plans to accept a plea deal that will send him to prison for 30 years — but not until after the holidays.
Rufus Carson, 38, is expected to plead guilty to three felony charges of aggravated criminal sexual assault, aggravated kidnapping and aggravated battery causing great bodily harm Jan. 29, when the case is up for a status hearing.
The victim’s family wants a plea deal so she does not have to return to Chicago from Poland and relive the horrific attack during a jury trial, a court advocate previously said.
The 18-year-old victim was visiting family in Chicago from Poland when she was raped and viciously beaten by Carson, prosecutors said. After coming out of a coma with a traumatic brain injury, the victim spent months in a rehab facility where she relearned how to walk and talk following the attack in August 2018.

man given multiple life sentences for kidnapping, rape of 6
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A Mid-South man has received six life sentences in prison after he was found guilty in multiple kidnapping and rape investigations over a seven-year period.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, 46-year-old Michael Love of Horn Lake, was identified as the suspect in these investigations through a sexual assault testing kit.
From 2008 to 2015, Love would travel from Mississippi to Tennessee to find or meet women. He would then hold the women against their will, rape them and abandon them in a deserted part of Memphis.
Victims in this case each testified that Love would rape them after forcing them out of his vehicle. He would then drive off with their purse, cell phones and other belongings. According to the DOJ, one of the victims was a minor.
Each of the victims worked with the Rape Crisis Center for the collection of DNA evidence. He was finally linked to the cases following a 2015 arrest where a DNA sample was taken.

Sermons at the black churches lasted longer than mainline Protestant sermons even though, on average, they contained about the same number of words, according to Pew.

man seen on video before leading cops on chase
GOLDEN BEACH, Fla. – A police investigation had a large area of busy A1A shut down from south of Hallandale Beach Boulevard to the William Lehman Causeway for hours Monday after a chase ended in the City of Golden Beach.
According to Hallandale Police Department, officers were called to a disturbance in the 1800 block of South Ocean Drive around 7 a.m.
Cell phone video captures the man, later identified as Walter Eugene Martin, stumbling around the parking lot at the Martinique condominiums at 1893 South Ocean. Witnesses who heard the commotion quickly ran outside when they heard screaming. They told Local 10 the man was thrown from a second story balcony during a fight at the condominium.
In the video, the man looks disoriented as he wanders the parking lot. Then he spots a car driving out of a parking space and hops on top of it as it leaves the lot. The man jumps off the car close to a block away and walks up to a valet station at 1945 Ocean Drive. After fighting with the valet, he stole a gray SUV. That’s when police began a chase down A1A into Golden Beach.
Police caught up with the driver southbound on South Ocean Drive, where he was driving erratically. Officers attempted to stop the gray SUV when, according to police, the driver struck an officer with the car. The officer fired several shots. Police said Martin was not hit by gunfire. He then tried to cross over a median in the road as he began to travel northbound in the southbound lane. When the car became stuck, the naked man fled the vehicle. Police soon apprehended him.
Two officers were transported to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.

Ex-Conroe CATHOLIC priest accused of rape, propositioning clergy
A Houston-area priest allegedly propositioned another priest for sex in the months before he was arrested and jailed in 2018 on multiple counts of indecency with a child, according to court records mistakenly made public this week.
In the newly filed documents, Montgomery County prosecutors also say Manuel La Rosa-Lopez raped a woman in 2005. Prosecutors outlined both allegations in a “notice of extraneous conduct and/or bad acts” ahead of the priest’s February trial. The latest encounter happened in May 2018 when La Rosa-Lopez allegedly exposed himself to another priest at a Galveston County hotel and asked for oral sex. After the priest declined, the accused cleric then asked him if he would “like to be assigned to a larger parish.” ....he was removed from ministry ahead of his Sept. 11 arrest on allegations that he molested two children at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Conroe.
The priest also was charged in connection with two incidents involving confessional — in 2000 when he allegedly exposed his genitals to a boy who was confused about his sexual orientation, and again in 2001, when he allegedly groped a girl.
Another incident outlined in the prosecutors’ list happened in 1992, but has not resulted in a criminal charge. The priest, then a seminarian at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Houston, inappropriately touched an altar boy, according to court records.
ARAB Mostafa Hussaini "New Jersey man" arrested for
racist death threats on YouTube
A New Jersey man has been arrested over a series of disturbing YouTube videos in which he said he wanted to kill blacks, Christians and soldiers — and even burned to death a parrot, according to authorities.
Mostafa Hussaini, 34, of Totowa, was arrested by federal agents in Florida after Miami cops were alerted to death threats made on his YouTube channel while he appeared to be staying in the Sunshine State.
“Imagine burning a black person, because I don’t like black people,” he says in one video posted on Dec. 8, during which he poured gasoline onto an open grill in a public space, according to the documents. “This gasoline, imagine burning some black soldiers — they are going to look very black,” he said in the recording, claiming to be able to “burn thousands, millions of them.”
In other footage, Hussaini is seen at a car dealership bragging about how vehicles can be used in mass killings — while another shows him encouraging people to carry firearms “everywhere” in Miami. “If you have a machine gun, bring your machine gun,” he says in the video, according to prosecutors.
“I don’t like blacks, Spanish, some white, but there is no whites in Miami,” he added.
In another posted in October, he even burned a parakeet to death — naming it “Jesus” as a symbol of the Christians he wants to kill, according to the documents. “I want to genocide most animals, all black people, all blonde people, most of European people,” he says in the description of one video, admitting bluntly, “I am racist,” the documents claim.

Connecticut man arrested while preparing to flee US and join
ISIS, authorities say
A Connecticut man was arrested over the weekend as he prepared to flee the U.S. to join ISIS, federal authorities said.
Ahmad Khalil Elshazly, 22, of West Haven, was arrested Sunday near the Stonington shoreline, where he expected to board a container ship and embark on a trip to Turkey to fight for ISIS, federal prosecutors said Monday.
Elshazly arranged to travel by ship to Turkey because he was concerned about being stopped by law enforcement at an airport, prosecutors said. He allegedly paid someone $500 with the expectation that it would be used to pay for a portion of his trip.
He also expressed a desire to kill 100 "kaffirs," or infidels, during a meeting in October, prosecutors said. "God willing! May this country [United States] burn the same way they burned Muslims! May they burn in fire at the end," Elshazly said

AFRICAN-ALGERIAN MIGRANT jailed over oral rape of drunk man
found lying unconscious on Dublin street
A HOMELESS HOMOSEXUAL ALGERIAN national has been jailed for the oral rape of a drunk man he found lying unconscious on the ground after a night out drinking with friends.
Brahim Maddi (36) pleaded guilty at the Central Criminal Court to sexual assault and oral rape at a place in Dublin on a date earlier this year.
A local garda told the court that the victim had been out drinking with his friends in the city centre and was heavily intoxicated. CCTV footage showed him sitting down on the ground and falling face forward onto the ground and he remained lying there.
Maddi went up to the victim and took €5 from his back pocket. He rubbed the man’s buttocks through his clothes, then lay on top of him and began to rub himself on the man.
He began masturbating and then left. He came back a number of times and on the fourth occasion he orally raped the victim.
The Judge reduced this to four years after taking into consideration the mitigating factors, including Maddi’s admissions, his guilty plea, and his “genuine” remorse. He noted that Maddi was himself a vulnerable man who had left Algeria due to difficulties over his sexual orientation.
He said Maddi also has a history of Schizophrenia. - Round em up - ship em out! - SEND THEM ALL BACK!

soccer anti-racism monkey artwork condemned as 'outrage'
(CNN)An Italian football anti-racism initiative featuring paintings of monkeys has received widespread criticism after its release Monday. The sport in Italy has been blighted by racist abuse this season, and the artwork commissioned by Serie A was designed to stop fans directing monkey chants at players. Artist Simone Fugazzotto came up with the idea for the Coppa Italia final between Lazio and Atalanta in May -- and it's part of an official anti-racism initiative that was officially unveiled on Monday. Fugazzotto said his triptych of monkeys was intended to show that there's no difference between humans and apes, an idea that he decided to use after watching a match between Inter Milan and Napoli.

WASHINGTON — The American government secretly expelled two Chinese Embassy officials this fall after they drove on to a sensitive military base in Virginia, according to people with knowledge of the episode. The expulsions appear to be the first of Chinese diplomats suspected of espionage in more than 30 years.
American officials believe at least one of the Chinese officials, who were with their wives, was an intelligence officer operating under diplomatic cover, said six people with knowledge of the expulsions. The group evaded military personnel pursuing them and stopped only after fire trucks blocked their path.

PANOLA COUNTY, Miss. — A Panola County constable was killed in a head-on crash Thursday afternoon, authorities said, and the teens allegedly responsible are facing murder charges.

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A Minneapolis man has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the 1992 stabbing of a St. Paul woman whose partially clothed body was found near an old entrance to a streetcar tunnel, prosecutors said Wednesday.
John Robert Capers, 65, is scheduled to make his first court appearance on Thursday.
He’s charged in the death of 39-year-old Annette Seymour. A citizen discovered Seymour’s body on July 14, 1992 near the entrance to the old Selby Avenue streetcar tunnel below the St. Paul Cathedral.
She was clothed in only a T-shirt, and had 11 stab wounds to her neck, chest, back and arms.
An autopsy showed she died of blood loss from her wounds.
The case went unsolved for years. According to the criminal complaint, in 2009, the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension tested some evidence in the case and found that DNA from a semen stain matched Capers.
Further testing in 2011 confirmed the match, the complaint said. - (Black-on-white)

police say (black) man's paper license plate in crayon led to
car theft arrest
A homemade paper license plate scrawled in crayon on a grocery bag led to the arrest in Indiana of a man in stolen car. Initially, Indiana troopers thought Joshua Lewis-Brown was a 20-year-old stranded motorist from New York in need of a tow after blowing a tire Friday afternoon on I-80 near Angola.
“Trooper (Craig) Woodcox was preparing to oblige Brown in his request, however the fictitious homemade paper license plate ‘DJ39RK’ handwritten in crayon on a grocery bag raised obvious suspicion and led to further investigation,” said Sgt. Brian Walker, an Indiana State Police spokesman. After conducting a vehicle identification number check, Woodcox discovered Lewis-Brown’s Toyota Corolla had been reported stolen the day before out of State College, Pa., Walker said. Troopers also found that Lewis-Brown had never been licensed to operate a motor vehicle in any state, and was on probation for grand larceny, the spokesman said.

for Him at West Hollywood 7-Eleven
A man was sentenced Thursday for a vicious 2017 ax attack on a bystander who offered to pay for items the defendant was trying to steal from a 7-Eleven in West Hollywood.

Surveillance cameras captured part of the Sept. 2 assault outside the convenience store at 7950 Santa Monica Blvd. The video shows Brown waiting outside until the victim exits, then ambushing him with the ax. Tennessee Pastor Gets 38 Years After Allegedly Citing Bible
Verse to Lure Underage Victim for HOMO Sex
(MEMPHIS, Tenn.) — A Tennessee pastor faces 38 years in prison after being found guilty on 24 counts involving child sex abuse.
News outlets report that 41-year-old Ronnie Gorton received the sentence Friday in Tipton County. He was convicted on charges including sexual battery and statutory rape in August. Judge Joe Walker said at the sentencing that Gorton used his position of authority as he “groomed minors for his sexual perversion.”
The 18-year-old victim told jurors the abuse started the day he moved in with Gorton and his wife in 2017. He said Gorton justified his actions by citing a Bible verse that said “holding each other is just a way to show love.” Gorton took the stand in August and denied molesting the victim during two hours of testimony, though he admitted providing alcohol to the youth and other teens. The pastor at the now-defunct Awakening Church in Atoka still faces trials involving two other teenagers who accused him of rape. One was 12 at the time.

The state-licensed massage therapist said the technique he used on a woman client was, “in accordance with Chinese massage principals." But police called it sexual battery.

According to the arrest report, she went for a myofascial release massage about 11 a.m., April 30, 2018, at 1801 S. Ocean Drive. The client took off most of her clothes, as Chang instructed, and lay face down on the massage table. After a while, he had her turn over and started touching her pelvic area, asking, “can I release your energy?” The client said, “No, this is not the type of massage I came here for,” but Chang replied, “This is where the pain is coming from and the energy has to be released,” the arrest report stated.
When he continued to touch her sexually, she kicked him, cursed, ordered him out of the room, got dressed, and went to manager Mariana Sudakov, investigators said.

Cannady was killed in her Durham home back in 2002 during a robbery. Her family said they were told one of those involved, Lee, could be let out of life sentence and become a free man as early as this month, with a new deal.
"It’s very tough for me to even think a cold-blooded murderer is going to get out in the street," Cannady said. - (Black-on-white)

boy allegedly pummeled on school bus for wearing Trump 2020 hat
A 14-year-old Florida boy was allegedly pummeled by several brainwashed rabid far-left nigro students on a school bus for wearing a Trump 2020 hat to school, disturbing video shows.
The boy’s mother on Thursday released a 21-second video of the Nov. 21 attack in Hamilton County, where two girls and three boys are seen relentlessly punching him as other students look on and scream in the background.
The boy, identified as Tyler, was assaulted for previously wearing to school a Trump 2020 hat that he bought “with his own money” at a flea market several weeks earlier, his mother said.
“He was proud to wear it,” she tweeted. “He wore it to school, but due to immediate bullying he put it away & didn’t wear it to school again, sadly the damage was already done & was now a target.”
The teen was then “steadily” bullied on the bus, getting “tripped” and verbally abused before the situation culminated in the beatdown that required a trip to the hospital, his mother claimed.
The teen’s mother, meanwhile, said his attackers “tried to beat his head soft” and insisted the incident was racially motivated.
The attack also did not meet criteria for a hate crime, sheriff’s officials said. - (Black-on-white)

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — The capital murder case against the female suspect in 3-year-old Kamille “Cupcake” McKinney’s murder will go before a grand jury.
Derick Irisha Brown, 29, appeared in court Friday after being charged with capital murder in the Birmingham toddler’s death. Brown, along with 39-year-old Patrick Stallworth, were charged in late October after the girl’s body was found Oct. 22 in a dumpster at a North Alabama landfill.

In Stallworth’s court appearance, prosecutors said evidence from a mattress inside the suspects’ apartment indicated a mixture of blood and DNA from Brown, Stallworth and McKinney. Meth and Trazadone, a sedative prescribed to Stallworth, was found in McKinney’s system

convicted of child rape in 1983 crime arrested in Shelby County
A recorded telephone call in which preacher Rufus Stevens Jr., 68, admitted to his victim that he raped and sexually assaulted her repeatedly in the 1980s helped Shelby County prosecutors convict Stevens of aggravated rape, according to the Shelby County District Attorney's Office.
A release from District Attorney General Amy Weirich's office said Stevens faces 20 years to life after being prosecuted under the law as it was in 1983. There is no statute of limitations for then-Class X felony, now classified as rape of a child.
Stevens assaulted the young victim on several occasions in 1983, often in his car in Overton Park, according to court testimony.
The victim's grandmother caught Stevens molesting the child on a sofa inside of a family home on one occasion, and yelled at Stevens to get off of her. When the victim told her mother about the assaults, she was not believed and was instead beat with a cord or a belt for lying, according to testimony.
In 2012, the victim spoke with Stevens by phone. He was remarried and living in Bakersfield, California, studying to be a pastor. The victim also spoke with Stevens' wife, cautioning her to be careful with her grandchildren and their exposure to Stevens.
Stevens eventually admitted his crimes to the victim's mother. She died in 2013. He also eventually admitted his crimes to his new wife.

13-year-old boy arrested in murder of Barnard College student Tessa Majors
MORNINGSIDE HEIGHTS, Manhattan (WABC) -- A 13-year-old boy is now under arrest in connection with the stabbing death of Barnard College freshman Tessa Majors.
The NYPD reportedly picked up the teen Thursday afternoon in an apartment building on West 119th Street. They were holding him for criminal trespass when they say he began to discuss the girl's murder, and sources say he made statements implicating himself.
He was in possession of a knife, though police say it is unclear if that was the murder weapon. He will be charged with murder, robbery, and weapons possession, but as he is a juvenile, the case will be handled in family court.
That means the charging documents are unlikely to be made public, and his identity is likely to be kept a secret.
The 13-year-old attends (MAJORITY AFRICAN-american) MS 180 on West 120th Street, and detectives believe two others teens suspected of being involved in the crime likely do as well.
Sources familiar with the case say the 13-year-old also implicated the others, one of whom is a 14-year-old boy who police have located and who is being interviewed. A second teen has not been located.
Authorities say the statements from the 13-year-old match what detectives saw on surveilance video. The suspects are believed to have gotten away with the victim's bag, but they dropped her cell phone, which is how police identified her.
