    Reward offered for (black) suspect in aggravated murder of (White) Cleveland landscaper
black suspectCLEVELAND (WJW)– The U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is searching for the man accused in the brutal attack and murder of a Cleveland landscaper.
Sedrick Hawkins, 24, is wanted for aggravated murder.

Marshals said Hawkins broke into the landscaping business on Buckeye Road in Cleveland on Sept. 16 and beat 74-year-old Larry Manno. Hawkins is also suspected of robbing the victim. Manno suffered broken ribs and lacerations, and died from his injuries a month later. He was well known in the Buckeye-Shaker neighborhood, where residents said he was dedicated to keeping the area safe.
Hawkins is 5 foot 9 and 150 pounds. He is known to frequent the area of East 130th Street and Buckeye Road.  - (Black-on-white)

    CAPTURED: Coordinated effort leads to arrest of (black) downtown Seattle shooting suspects in Las Vegas
black suspects LAS VEGAS -- Officers with the Department of Corrections NW Community Response Unit and SW Community Response Unit working with Seattle Police, the U.S. Marshals Western District of Washington Violent Offender Task Force and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department located and arrested Marquise Tolbert and William Toliver, both aged 24, on Saturday, February 1, 2020.

After developing information the two men were at the Rio hotel on Flamingo Road, U.S. Marshals and Las Vegas Metro PD officers conducted surveillance until they spotted the fugitives together.  A team moved in and safely took both of them into custody.   Tolbert and Toliver were booked into the Clark County  Detention Center where they are awaiting their extradition back to Seattle.

Sherry Holt, 49, of Pittsburgh, was found guilty Thursday of hindering apprehension following a nonjury trial. She faces up to seven years in prison when she's sentenced April 23. Her son, Rahmael Sal Holt, was sentenced to death last year after he was convicted of first-degree murder in the slaying of New Kensington officer Brian Shaw. He was fatally shot after an attempted traffic stop on Nov. 17, 2017.
Prosecutors contended Holt was an armed drug dealer who had planned to rob the driver of the SUV that Shaw attempted to stop in Old Kensington in Westmoreland County on the night of the shooting. Holt has maintained that he wasn't the person who fired.
Rahmael Sal Holt was arrested after a four-day manhunt. His cousin, Marcel Mason, 30, of Pittsburgh, was convicted last year on a hindering charge and was sentenced to 15 to 30 months in prison. Mason’s girlfriend, Aysa Benson, 32, also of Pittsburgh, is expected to stand trial this year on a hindering charge. - (Black-on-white)

black suspectOMAHA, Neb. (FOX 42 KPTM) — The family of a man who was murdered 19 years ago is now getting justice.
Metro Area Fugitive Task Force arrested 51-year-old Christopher Martin Tuesday for first-degree murder.

On December 5, 2000, Omaha Police responded to 2907 Q Street after receiving a call of a person found lying on the ground in south Omaha. When they arrived officers found 35-year-old Todd Schumacher with multiple gunshot wounds. Schumacher was pronounced dead at the scene. Not able to make an arrest at the time, officers from the Omaha Police Homicide Unit said they classified the murder as a cold case.

Fast-forward to 2019, the victim's daughter Alyssa Schumacher, reached out to the Cold Case Squad and the case was reopened by Detective Dave Schneider. "After all these years, my dad will finally be able to rest in peace and our family will be able to rest a little better at night knowing that the person who did this is finally getting what he deserves," Schumacher said. According to the police, the Homicide Unit had enough evidence from investigating to get a felony arrest warrant for Martin.

    Over the years, Alyssa Schumacher has wanted to share special occasions with her father, who was shot to death in 2000 near 29th and Q Streets. “There have been so many opportunities taken away from our family, from my high school graduation to the birth of my daughter,” she said. “I had to grow up pretty quick.” Todd Schumacher, 35, was killed at his home on Dec. 5, 2000, when Alyssa was just 12. Passers-by flagged down police officers after they found him on the sidewalk in front of his house.

Police say their shooter is the couple's 18-year-old adopted son, who called police afterward.

Shock and grief rocked a rural community near Millville after a husband and wife were found shot to death in their home.

The person charged with their murders, the couple's adoptive son, 18-year-old Carl Kressler.

Troopers were sent to the home on Hartman Hollow Road around 10 p.m. Thursday.
Court papers say Carl called 911 and told dispatchers that his parents were “gone."
Inside the home, troopers found the bodies of Flint and Sharon Kressler.

Brothers Donny and Randy Zimmerman live down the road from the Kressler's.
They have ties to the family through marriage.
“It's shocking. It's close to home and it's heartbreaking,” said Donny.
“I’ve known them all my life,” said Randy. “Good family, good family. I didn't know Carl well, just [see him] when's he's going by, that's it.” “They were very good parents, that I`m aware of,” said Donny.

Carl finally admitted to shooting his parents because, in part, they made disparaging remarks about their decision to adopt him.

Carl told investigators he tried to make it look like his parents were shot and killed during a burglary.
Police say Carl had disabled the security system and hid some of his mother’s jewelry.
After the shooting, police say carl left to toss the gun off a bridge into a river then returned home and made that call to police.
“It's just a terrible thing, just terrible,” said Randy. “Terrible, it's terrible. I don't know it's unheard of for this area.”
Carl Kressler was denied bail and is locked up at the Columbia County prison.

        (White female) Georgia cold case rape victim breaks silence after major breakthrough
    black suspect COBB COUNTY, Ga - Advanced DNA technology led investigators to a major breakthrough in three rape cases from more than two decades ago.  The crimes may have been more than 20 years ago, but to the women who lived through the horror, it seems like yesterday.
    "The worst day of my life happened 21 years ago," Nicole Ebbeskotte said.
    It was 1999. Ebbeskotte was in her own Cobb County bedroom when she was raped by a stranger. Investigators were able to link one man to the rapes of Ebbeskotte and two other women in the same area near Windy Hill Road, but they didn't know who that man was. "That was what was frustrating that there was nobody on the other side of the DNA," said Ebbeskotte.
    After the traumatic event, Ebbeskotte went into a career in law enforcement. She worked for the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office for seven years. "It wasn't to find the perpetrator, it was to help women so they didn't have to go through the same thing I did," she said.
    She worked with legislators on new laws to help victims, all while her case grew cold.

    That is until last year. With the help of a $10,000 federal grant, investigators used advanced genealogy testing and identified relatives of Williams. They built the genetic tree forward and it led them to 48-year-old Lorinzo Novoa Williams.
    Investigators went to his home in Arkansas to gather more DNA and question him. 
    The next day, Williams died in an apparent suicide.   - (Black-on-white)

    black suspectA University of Utah football player has been charged  with rape and kidnapping after police say he assaulted the 17-year-old female and refused to let her leave his apartment.

    20-year-old Terrell Perriman faces a first-degree felony count of rape and a third-degree felony count of aggravated kidnapping — he was arrested on Thursday morning and booked into the Salt Lake County Jail, where his bail has been set at $750,000.

    According to the statement describing his arrest, Perriman first communicated with the underage female on the app Instagram before continuing talks through the app Snapchat It was through there that he sent an Uber to pick up the minor and bring her back to his apartment on Jan. 23.

    The minor told police that Perriman, prior to their meeting in person, constantly pressured her into sending nude photos of her self, while he sent her several sexually explicit videos and pictures. It is unknown if she sent any photos. On the date that the alleged incident took place, it's documented that Perriman sent the female and Uber that dropped her off at his apartment. Once at the apartment, it's alleged that he trapped her there, refusing to let her go unless she performed a sexual act on him — the teenager told police she was scared because Perriman was holding a stun gun.

    The teenager refused to perform the activity, stating that was only 17 and still in high school. Perriman blocked the door, took her cellphone and covered her mouth while she attempted to scream and alert somebody.

    Afterwards, according to the statement Perriman pulled his pants down and forced her out of hers and forcibly raped her. He then ordered another Uber and sent the underage female home.


        New DNA tests solve 1991 New Jersey boardwalk rape, murder case
    black suspectFREEHOLD, New Jersey -- Authorities say new DNA tests have allowed them to solve the rape and murder of a woman whose body was found at the boardwalk of a seaside city in New Jersey nearly three decades ago.

    The Monmouth County prosecutor's office said Friday that Clarence Turnage, who died in 2014, has been identified as the attacker, but they are still trying to confirm that Christa Engel was the woman whose body was found under a ramp at the Asbury Park boardwalk in March 1991.

    Prosecutors said Engel, who was born in West Germany and was married in New Jersey in 1961, had been beaten, sexually assaulted and strangled. A suspect was charged initially but later exonerated after initial tests on DNA taken from the crime scene.

    New tests were sought in 2018 from a private forensic laboratory "in light of the more recent advances and innovations in DNA testing technology," prosecutors said. Authorities also received permission to exhume Turnage's body to obtain a DNA sample for a direct comparison.

    In February 2019, prosecutors said, tests confirmed that Turnage's DNA matched DNA profiles from the victim's dress, stockings and body, three profiles not tested in 1991 when the case was originally under investigation. Tests on other items also confirmed the exclusion of the original suspect, prosecutors said.

    At the time of the homicide, Turnage lived about 300 yards away from where the victim's body was found and a block away from the hotel where she was living at the time, prosecutors said.

    In January, prosecutors tried to reaffirm the identity of the victim as Engel since investigators had been unable to identify any next of kin. Prosecutors said they hoped release of the information and conclusion of the investigation would prompt a relative of the victim, whose name was Christa Dierolf before her marriage, to come forward.

    black suspectA man arrested for trying to rape a woman in a Brooklyn train station earlier this week was in jail for almost a year before the state’s new bail reform laws allowed him to go free and allegedly commit more crimes, the Daily News has learned.

    Arjun Tyler, 20, was busted late Friday on charges he beat and sexually assaulted a 31-year-old woman at the 95th St. station in Bay Ridge last week, as well as for several thefts he allegedly committed in recent days. But an NYPD source said Tyler wasn’t charged with sexual assault at his arraignment late Sunday because prosecutors wanted to first interview the victim, who couldn’t be located. Police, however, remain convinced Tyler is the attacker, the source said. An officer who had previously arrested him identified him from the wanted poster, and he was also ID’d on a security video.

The incident happened just before 1 p.m. Sunday at an apartment building on Broad Street. Authorities say three people -- two men and a woman -- broke into the apartment, which is occupied by multiple renters, but that only a woman was home at the time. The men sexually assaulted the woman before fleeing with her cash, car keys and other personal property, according to police.

    Jimmie Tiger, of San Ramona, was arrested on January 19 and charged with attempted kidnapping and assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury for the assault that took place at a Pleasant Hill Target.

    According to the Pleasant Hill Police Department, authorities were called to the Target on January 11 where they found the victim receiving medical treatment for injuries he sustained in the assault.

    black suspectHURST, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) — Two people were injured in a shooting inside a North East Mall parking garage Sunday afternoon, police said. Around 1:45 p.m. Feb. 2, Hurst police responded to a shooting call in the second level of one of the mall’s parking garages. “I heard about four gunshots and they were loud,” said Elicia Wilson, who was leaving Macy’s with her five-year-old son when the shots rang out. “Absolutely terrifying. But you go into mama bear mode, get out of there as quickly as possible. Make sure you’re both safe.” Officers said one victim was shot multiple times and has since been transported to a nearby hospital, and another was struck with shrapnel from a bullet and treated by medics. The suspect — identified as 21-year-old Tacorian Howard — has since been located and taken into custody. At this time, it is believed he was approaching people on foot to rob them of their belongings.

    black suspectHOMESTEAD, Pa. — A man who works as a youth support partner with Allegheny County Human Services is facing charges connected to a home invasion and shooting in Homestead.

    Thomas Tyson, 28, is accused of breaking into an apartment on East 9th Street on Dec. 29 and then shooting a man in the leg. Police said Tyson’s estranged wife was in the apartment with the victim at the time. Police said they were able to identify Tyson through surveillance video that showed him entering and exiting the building where the shooting happened. Tyson is charged with attempted homicide and other offenses. He is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing on Feb. 12.

        ILLEGAL ALIEN Suspect in deadly St Johns hit-and-run faces deportation for killing 82-year-old White American woman
    PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A suspect involved in a 2019 hit-and-run that left an 82-year-old woman dead in Portland’s St. Johns neighborhood is expected to be deported to Mexico.

    The crash happened on April 10 at North Fessenden Street and North Polk Avenue. An off-duty Portland police officer reported the crash and tried to help but the pedestrian — 82-year-old Sandy Bosch — died at the scene.

    “What’s really devastating is that somebody just left and left her like that…broke her cane into pieces,” Sandra’s daughter Tracey Paulson told KOIN 6 News at the time. A witness reported seeing a vehicle heading eastbound on North Fessenden at about 45 miles per hour, according to court documents.
    The driver never stopped.

    Paulson said her mom was outside that night to get some daffodils from across the street. “She absolutely loved flowers and that’s what got her in trouble that night. I took her to the store, she bought a bouquet of daffodils and she expressed she wanted some with the orange centers and there were some across the street,” Paulson said. “She saw those flowers and got it in her head to get those darn orange daffodils.”

    The day after the crash, the University of Portland reported a suspicious vehicle parked near its campus, about 2 miles away from where Bosch was killed.

    According to court documents, the car’s windshield was smashed and what looked like hair was embedded in the glass. Investigators confirmed the evidence collected from the vehicle matched Bosch’s DNA.

    In early June, 42-year-old Jaime Mendoza-Chavez was arrested and charged in the deadly hit-and-run. Authorities said that when they contacted Mendoza-Chavez, he told them he “wanted to tell the truth” and admitted to driving the car that hit Bosch after drinking 2 beers.

    Mendoza-Chavez posted bail and was released two days after his arrest — the same day U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement lodged an immigration detainer on him. ICE officials found and arrested him about a month later.

    The federal immigration agency said Mendoza-Chavez is actually Manuel Garcia-Ledesma and is a Mexican citizen living in the U.S. illegally. A federal immigration judge ordered his deportation to Mexico on Jan. 6.

    According to ICE, Mendoza-Chavez was arrested in Phoenix, Arizona in 1999 by the Immigration and Naturalization Service and was allowed to voluntarily return to Mexico. But he re-entered the U.S. sometime later. ... authorities have told her that there’s a chance Mendoza-Chavez could be extradited back to the U.S. once he’s in Mexico to face charges. But the process could take a long time.

    black suspectMINEOLA, New York -- The brother of rapper Nicki Minaj was sentenced Monday to 25 years to life in prison for sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl at his Long Island home.
    A judge convicted Jelani Maraj of predatory sexual assault and child endangerment in November 2017. The victim testified during the trial that Maraj repeatedly raped her in 2015 while her mother was at work.
    Prosecutors have said DNA evidence recovered from the girl's pajama pants was linked to Maraj. The girl's younger brother also testified at the trial that he witnessed one assault. Maraj's attorney appealed conviction in 2018, claiming that there was jury misconduct. The judge ruled in October that the defense did not meet the necessary burden of proof. Maraj said in court Monday that he had an alcohol problem and asked for a "second chance." One of his attorneys said he suffered from health issues including hypertension, gout and anemia and requested the minimum sentence of 10  to life.

According to police, Hall acted as a lookout while his accomplice robbed a business on the 200 block of West Street Road. Police say Hall and the alleged robber Jonathan Kacewich got away with money and cellphones. Kacewich was arrested on Jan. 3 and charged with two counts of armed robbery, among other charges.

    A machete-wielding man was shot dead by police in south London Sunday after injuring three people in a stabbing spree that officials are calling a “terrorist-related” attack.

    “The circumstances are being assessed,” London’s Metropolitan Police said in a statement. “The incident has been declared as terrorist-related.”

    The incident took place on Streatham High Road in the city’s Streatham neighborhood around 2 p.m. local time, authorities said.

        America's universities are a soft target for Chinese spies, say U.S. intelligence agents
    University of Texas professor Bo Mao, prosecutors say, took proprietary technology from an American Silicon Valley start-up and handed it over to a subsidiary of Huawei, the Chinese telecommunications conglomerate.

    But what makes the case against Mao particularly noteworthy is how he was accused of carrying out the theft: By using his status as a university researcher to obtain the circuit board under the guise of academic testing.

    Mao, who has pleaded not guilty, is among the latest defendants in a string of U.S. criminal cases alleging Chinese spying in the academic world. In late January, the chairman of Harvard's chemistry department was arrested by FBI agents in his office, charged with lying about a lucrative relationship with a Chinese talent recruitment program. The same day, a former Boston University student was accused of visa fraud after she allegedly failed to disclose her status as a lieutenant in the People's Liberation Army.

    Kedarius Oliver, left, Dameon Mosley, center, and Lamarcus Hannah TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - A Tyler man was sentenced Friday to 35 years in prison after pleading guilty to murder in the death of a gas station clerk.

    LaMarcus Hannah was initially charged with capital murder. He pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of murder. Under the plea agreement, Hannah waived his right to a jury trial and his right to an appeal.

    The case stems from the January 2017 robbery and murder at the Conoco Gas Station in the 3300 block of North Northeast Loop 323. Clerk Billy Dale Stacks was shot multiple times. He later died after being on life support.

    Earlier Friday morning, another man charged in the case was also in court. Kedarius Oliver, 26, was scheduled plea hearing and sentencing. Instead, Oliver requested a trial date. He’s now scheduled to be in court for a pre-trial hearing on June 5 with a trial set to start on June 15.

    Three people were charged in Stacks’ death. In November 2019, Dameon Jamrc Mosely, was found guilty of capital murder and sentenced to death. - (Black-on-white)

    black suspectHOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A man has been charged with murder in connection with the death of a woman killed while working at a gas station in northwest Harris County. Sheriff Ed Gonzalez sent a tweet Friday night saying 20-year-old Marcus Kenneth Cox-Davis was arrested during a traffic stop. Gonzalez said on March 8, 2019, two men went inside the Shell gas station on Perry Road near FM-1960 where they robbed and killed Donna Pena.

    "At the time of the murder, it was believed that the suspects could be part of a robbery crew," said Gonzalez in a tweet. Harris County homicide investigators released surveillance video of the killers last year.  They believed they're part of a dangerous crew tied to multiple violent crimes. "There is no higher crime than murder and it's rewarding for all when we can help bring some relief to a grieving family."

    Police released video of the suspect on Tuesday. They say after the attack, he ran into the subway system to get away.Police say Love Park is generally safe and say they haven’t had any sexual assaults there recently.

    black suspectHOLLYWOOD (CBSLA) — Crisis negotiators gave up after a man climbed event scaffolding near the site of the upcoming Academy Awards ceremony in Hollywood Friday afternoon and refused to come down for more than 16 hours before he was finally taken into custody Saturday morning. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, sometime around 4:30 p.m. Friday, a man perched himself on scaffolding about 30 feet above the sidewalk in the 6800 block of West Hollywood Boulevard near the Dolby Theatre, where preparations are underway for the Oscars, which will be held Feb. 9.
    Hollywood Boulevard was then closed in both directions between Highland Avenue and Orange Drive. At around 9:30 a.m., the man was finally brought down and taken into custody, police confirmed. It’s unclear if he will face any charges.

The shooting was reported just after 2:30 p.m. at Victory City Church. A 15-year-old boy and adult male were pronounced dead at the scene. A woman and a juvenile were also shot and taken to a hospital for treatment, Riviera Beach police said in a press release. The church's senior pastor, Tywuante D. Lupoe, said in a Facebook post that the congregation is mourning the loss of "two young black men to a senseless shooting." So far, no arrests have been made. Riviera Beach is about six miles north of Palm Beach.

    black suspectA Marathon man is behind bars after police say he kicked a cat in the face.
    According to authorities, 30-year-old Sheldon Moulton was charged with animal cruelty.
    Officers say, on Tuesday, they responded to a home in reference of a domestic disturbance.
    One they arrived, authorities say a woman told police that her boyfriend, Moulton, became angry when he saw the cat on the couch. She said Moulton then proceeded to kick the cat twice in the face.
    Police on scene said the cat was shaking and hiding behind a curtain in the home. It's nose was noticeably red and swollen.
    When speaking with officers, police say Moulton walked away and tried to hide a small amount of marijuana.
    On top of animal cruelty charges, Moulton also faces charges of possession of marijuana and tampering with evidence.




        Hopkinsville installs emergency call boxes after woman raped on greenway (by black sex beast)

    After pleading guilty in October, Orlando Leavell was sentenced to 10 years in prison this month for rape, disorderly conduct and resisting and evading arrest. Authorities said he attacked a woman in an area of the Hopkinsville Greenway System, otherwise known as the rails trail, away from public view in May 2019.

    The 35-year-old victim managed to escape to call for help at the nearby library. Leavell was found at a McDonald’s with “fresh scratch marks on his arm” and had the same physical description caught on one of the trail’s surveillance cameras.




        Officials: 4-Year-Old Girl Died Of Repeated, Prolonged Injuries At Hands Of EVIL Black Foster Mother

    Detectives say during the course of the case, they uncovered the little girl had been burned, beaten and abused at the hands of her foster mom for most of her life. Singleton’s biological mother attended Tuesday’s proceedings.

    Police say 21-year-old Christopher Daniel has been charged with two counts of theft.
    A source says he was seen on security camera scoping out the area around 10:30 a.m. Monday. That’s when Daniel was captured walking in, grabbing the bag and taking off. It’s not clear if he knew what was inside, but after police released Daniel’s image from a security camera, he turned himself into Warminster police Monday night.

This month, Metro had asked the public’s help to identify the man in the robbery, which happened about 9:20 p.m. Jan. 15 in an elevator on the 300 block of Fremont Street, near Ogden Avenue. Metro identified Moore as a 44-year-old man, but court records and Nevada Department of Corrections records indicate he is 43. Court records show that he had pleaded guilty in two battery cases from 2016. He faces charges of robbery and battery by strangulation, both with an enhancement because the victim is an older person, according to Las Vegas Justice Court records.

    PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A Philadelphia contractor is accused of murdering one of his clients and leaving his body inside a burning car in South Philadelphia. The Philadelphia District’s Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday murder charges have been filed against 39-year-old Luis Cruz in the death of 43-year-old Joslyn Morgan. Morgan’s body was found last Tuesday in a burning Jeep Wrangler on the 2700 block of South 3rd Street. Morgan’s body was wrapped in a blanket inside the car’s trunk. Police say he had been shot in the head. The medical examiner confirmed Morgan died of a close-range gunshot wound to the head. Witnesses tell police Cruz had a falling out over Morgan’s dissatisfaction with his roofing work and refusal to pay. Police say he confessed key details of the crime and his apparent attempt to dismember Morgan’s body and destroy the remains.

    The heartless thief who snatched $20 from an elderly woman’s hands and then refused to give it back has been arrested, the NYPD announced Friday.

    Joanne Garcia, 31, of the Bronx was charged with robbery in the third degree and grand larceny in the fourth degree, police said.  Garcia is accused of walking into a Bronx bodega on Saint Ann’s Avenue on Jan. 24 around 10 a.m. and snatching the $20 bill from the 84-year-old victim’s hand as she was waiting to purchase something, police said.

    A man the Iraqi government says is an Al Qaeda leader has been arrested in Arizona, prosecutors said.
    Authorities in Iraq have accused Ali Yousif Ahmed Al-Nouri, 42, of killing two police officers in Fallujah in 2006 with other members of the terror group founded by Usama Bin Laden, Arizona federal prosecutors said.
    Al-Nouri was arrested Wednesday in Phoenix and appeared before a federal magistrate Friday. The FBI and U.S. Marshals arrested him after Iraq requested his extradition.

    An Orthodox Jewish couple booted off a flight because of alleged body odor are suing American Airlines for discrimination.
    Yehuda Yosef Adler and Jennie Adler     say they showered before the January 2019 Detroit-to-Miami flight and deny they smelled bad, the Detroit Free Press reports. They say a gate agent made a derogatory reference to their religion when they were escorted off the plane. The airline maintains that other passengers complained about an odor. “Our team members took care of the family and provided hotel accommodations and meals, and rebooked them on a flight to Detroit the next morning,” it said in a statement. “None of the decisions made by our team in handling this sensitive situation were based on the Adler’s (sic) religion.”

    Willie James Brumfield, 20, is facing charges of trafficking of a child, compelling prostitution, aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and evading arrest or detention, according to Texas DPS. Brumfield was listed as one of eight human trafficking suspects wanted by the Houston Police Department earlier this month, and DPS announced his name was added to the state’s most wanted list Friday.

    black suspectSAN ANTONIO — Police arrested a man accused of forcing a woman to perform a sex act in exchange for helping another person.
    According to arrest reports, Jesse Douglas Scott met the alleged victim through a friend around mid-January. After giving her a ride, the alleged victim told officers Scott took her to an empty apartment where she claims he sexually assaulted her. The victim said she experienced a second attack involving Scott when he reportedly forced her to perform a sex act on him in exchange for him helping the other friend.
    When the friend was questioned by officers, she stated she suspected Scott may have assaulted the victim, but said the victim refused to talk to her about it.

    black suspectA Shreveport man was found guilty Thursday of the rape of a longtime family friend.
    Dedric Deon Mitchell, 47, faces up to 25 years in prison at hard labor when he returns to face Caddo District Judge Charles Tutt March 10 for sentencing on the charge of third-degree rape. Mitchell also will have to register as a sex offender for life. The seven-man, five-woman jury unanimously determined that early June 10, 2016, Mitchell and his victim, whom he had known at least 20 years, met at a friend's house, where he asked the woman and her sister for a ride home. On the way, Mitchell asked to be allowed to charge up his phone in the victim’s home. She did, but when she asked Mitchell to leave, he refused and started to choke her. He then dragged her to her bedroom and raped her, then fled on foot. There also was a DNA match to evidence from the rape.

    black suspectA Detroit woman is facing an assault charge after Macomb County authorities say she bit off the tip of her friend's tongue when they were kissing. They say she bit off about a 1-inch piece of the Center Line man's tongue. "I believe this is the first case of this nature in my 27 years in the Prosecutor's Office," Prosecutor Eric Smith said Thursday in a release.

    Youlette Wedgeworth, 52, is being held in the county jail after Smith's office charged her Wednesday with one count of aggravated assault, a one-year misdemeanor. Authorities allege that she was visiting her 68-year-old friend at his apartment in Center Line on Tuesday. They were engaging in consensual kissing, and she bit off the tip of the man's tongue. Police arrived and found the man bleeding from his mouth and missing a piece of his tongue, measuring about about 1 inch. Police were able to recover the piece of tongue in the bedroom of the man's apartment.  Tthe suspect was in possession of a stinky marijuana pipe




        (Black) Father Who Made Up Home Invasion Story Charged After 4-Year-Old Son Accidentally Kills Self Playing With Gun
    black suspectPHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A father has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of his 4-year-old son in North Philadelphia. Edward Williams, 28, told police he was the victim of a home invasion Thursday on the 2100 block of North Lambert Street.

    Police later learned Williams was sleeping when his son, 4-year-old Edward Williams Jr., found a 9mm Glock in a bedroom closet. Police say the boy accidentally shot himself in the head while playing with the gun he found in a closet.
    Police say the gun was not stolen but did not belong to Williams. Police say Williams never should’ve had a gun.

    “Our investigation revealed that a home invasion did not, in fact, occur. We believe Mr. Williams made that up, probably due to the fact that he had several prior arrests,” Philadelphia Police Capt. Jason Smith said. “He’s not to have possessed a firearm, therefore he attempted to conceal the circumstances.”

    Williams’ prior arrests include gun charges.

        Store Clerk Fights Back During Attempted Robbery by 2 blacks In West Oak Lane

    Police describe one suspect as a black male in his early 20s with a thin build and a beard.

    Cops probe death of 64-year-old man in Upper East Side apartment Scott, 24, made “incriminating statements” to cops about the death of Kenneth Savinsky, 64, who was discovered by a pal Wednesday at 5:20 p.m. in his apartment on East 83rd Street near Lexington Avenue, according to a high ranking source.

    black suspectThe man sought in connection with the disappearance of a Trussville woman is now in custody.

    Fredrick Hampton, a 50-year-old man charged with abuse of corpse after Paighton Houston’s body was found in a shallow Hueytown grave, was taken into custody Wednesday night in Cleveland, Ohio.

    The U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force has been searching for the Brighton man since shortly after the warrant against him was issued earlier this month. The U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force captured Hampton. He was taken into custody at 7:30 p.m., said Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal Cliff LaBarge.  - (Black-on-white)

        Police: 14-Year-Old BLACK Boy Wanted For Fatally Shooting Elderly Man Behind Wheel Of Vehicle In Chester
    black suspectblack suspectCHESTER, Pa. (CBS) — Chester police are searching for a 14-year-old boy wanted in the deadly shooting of an elderly man in Delaware County. Officials say 14-year-old Zhafir Tinsley-Jones shot and killed 79-year-old Robert Womack, just before 5 p.m. Wednesday, in the area of 3rd Street and Highland Avenue.

    Officers responding to a shots fired call were informed of a vehicle accident several blocks away that might be connected to the shots fired. When officers arrived at the accident scene,  they found Womack in the driver seat of a gray Chevy Impala. Womack was suffering a gunshot wound to the back of his head.

    Paramedics attempted to treat the victim but he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead on the scene.

Police began investigating in late 2019 after students reported incidents to school officials, prosecutors said. Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters told CNN affiliate WXIX that three of the four boys are under 13.

    The cops nabbed the first suspect in the case, Kaleef Harris, 30, on Jan. 2, authorities said. He is being held in the Manhattan Detention Complex on a $500,000 bond and faces a raft of charges including attempted murder, two counts of predatory sexual assault and three counts of first-degree assault. Shawn Webb, 20, was arrested on Jan. 14 and is also charged with predatory sexual assault. He is being held on Rikers Island on a $50,000 bond. The three remaining suspects are still at large, police sources said. A third suspect, Larnel Johnson, 31, was arrested last week and charged with two counts of predatory sexual assault and three counts of first-degree assault. He was released on a $50,000 bond. A prosecutor said during Johnson’s arraignment on Jan. 24 that the victim is homeless.

    Predatory sexual assault carries a maximum sentence of life in prison. Neither of the three suspects who have been arrested so far are accused of sodomizing the victim.

Turner, whose home address is listed in court documents as the federal halfway house at 1585 W. 2100 South, is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in June. The victim is a woman Turner met on a bus, according to Salt Lake police.

    Police: Vicente Guerra shot twice at strangers in car
    A man police say was on meth when he fired a semi-automatic handgun at two strangers outside the Okawa Steakhouse in east Bend earlier this month was charged with attempted murder Wednesday in Deschutes County Circuit Court.

    Vicente Cirildo Guerra, 43, appeared in court by video from the Deschutes County jail, where he’s been housed since his arrest Jan. 20.

    Around 10:19 p.m., Bend Police officers were called to the Okawa Steakhouse & Sushi, where witnesses said a man had approached a 2003 Infiniti G35 as it reversed in the parking lot and he fired two shots through the front windshield.

    The driver, 21-year old William McBride, of Redmond, had been shot once — a grazing wound to his left arm. Bend resident Loryn Hubbard, 28, was also in the car at the time but was not hit.

    McBride told Bend Police officer Eli Allen the man had fired a black semi-automatic handgun and wore a red beanie and black jacket with a hood. And after he was shot at, he and Hubbard fled the scene.
    The steakhouse is located in a commercial development that also includes Binky’s and The Spot Barbershop.
    A few minutes after arriving on the call, Allen saw Guerra leave Binky’s and walk to The Spot, according to police reports. Allen called him and as he walked toward the officer, Guerra “suddenly took off” running and officers gave chase.
    While police searched for Guerra, Binky’s employee Theresa Kelley told officers he was a Binky’s regular and a barber at The Spot who had fallen on hard times since a recent arrest. He’d been acting more and more unusual lately, Kelley told them.
    Kelley told police Guerra was briefly at Binky’s that night and told her he’d “shot at people,” according to police reports. She also said he looked like he was high.
    In the fresh snow near the shooting scene, police found footprints and an unspent .22-caliber round. The gun was allegedly found later.

    black suspectLEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A man charged with murder and first-degree sodomy is now being held in the Fayette County Detention Center in connection with the death of a 3-year-old girl.

    Police said 33-year-old Andrew Charles Buster Jr. sexually assaulted Lillyann Grace Reck on Dec. 10, 2018. Police were called an apartment on Cross Keys Road when the toddler was unconscious. She later died at the hospital on Dec. 14, 2018, officials said.

    Police said Buster was a family acquaintance who was watching Reck while her mother was at work. The case recently was determined to be a homicide by the medical examiner’s office. Police said new DNA evidence led to Buster’s arrest.

    When first reporting on the incident back in 2018, LEX 18’s Leigh Searcy unknowingly spoke to Buster when knocking on apartment doors.
    He told Searcy that he was the one who had been watching the girl. When Searcy asked what happened, Buster replied “Yea I know what happened to her but I can’t talk. I can’t talk about it.” Police confirmed that was in fact Buster. - (Black-on-white)

    Steven Wilson, 34, was arrested on suspicion of homicide, the Sacramento Police Department said in a news release Wednesday. He is in custody at the Sacramento County Main Jail and is not eligible for bail, according to online inmate records.  Patrol officers went to the bike trail near Del Paso and Northgate boulevards around 2 a.m. Monday after a passerby found the woman's body, police said.       A Chicago man accused of following a Wheaton couple on their way home and stealing their car at gunpoint was sentenced Wednesday to 20 years in prison.
      Phillip Smith, 28, pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated vehicular hijacking. DuPage County Judge John Kinsella handed down the sentence. One of Smith's accomplices, Carlos Moore, 28, also of Chicago, was sentenced to 21 years last May after pleading guilty to one count of aggravated robbery with a firearm.
      Both men must serve half their sentences before being eligible for parole.
      A third suspect is still at large.
      Authorities said the crime began around 10:10 p.m. on Feb. 22, 2017, when Moore, Smith and a third person followed the couple until they pulled into their garage. At that point, the three men pulled their vehicle into the driveway.
      Moore and Smith got out of their vehicle wearing masks, pointed a gun at the wife and demanded her keys. The woman gave her purse to Moore and the men took the vehicle.
      Police spotted the vehicle a short time later but lost sight of it during a high-speed chase. It later was found abandoned in a Chicago parking lot. An investigation by Wheaton police led to Moore and Smith.

    The Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued an Amber Alert for the father and son after three women were found shot dead Tuesday in a rural area in south Miami-Dade County. Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco said later during a news conference that K-9 units searched a wooded area near the van and found a dead man with what appeared to be a single, self-inflicted gunshot wound from a rifle.

    Miami-Dade officers had been searching for Ernesto Caballeiro, 49. He is related to at least one of the women found killed, but had not been named as a suspect.

    FREMONT, Ohio (WTVG) - Nationwide vigilantes are banding together to try to stop child predators. A new local group attempted to do just that Tuesday, and a YouTube video documenting the incident at the Fremont Walmart has gone viral.

    The suspect "Dads Against Predators" met in the video is locked up and facing charges after law enforcement viewed the video. But, his arrest isn't for underage sex crimes. Instead it's a deportation case that the United States Border Patrol is involved in.
    On Tuesday morning Joshua Mundy confronted 39-year-old Rafael Valadez-Loera at the Fremont Walmart.
    Mundy says this meet up was planned, except Valadez-Loera was expecting a 14-year-old boy instead.
    Mundy followed him around the store and into the parking lot and even captured video of the suspect's license plate.
    Turns out he was legally admitted on a visitor visa, but U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Detroit tells 13abc he may be deported because he violated his immigration status by engaging in criminal activity which endangers public safety.



        3 inmates facing extradition to US escape Mexican prison
    MEXICO CITY -- Three inmates facing extradition requests from the United States escaped from a Mexico City jail on Wednesday, authorities said. The Mexico City prosecutor's office said in a statement that Luis Fernando Meza González, Victor Manuel Félix Beltrán and Yael Osuna Navarro escaped from a prison on the south side of the city without offering details. Meza González and Félix Beltrán were being held on drug charges and Osuna Navarro for alleged criminal association. Authorities were searching surrounding neighborhoods and had opened an investigation.

    Guia Cabactulan, 59, Marissa Duenas, 41, and Amanda Estopare, 48, who are members of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, the Name Above Every Name (or KOJC), were picked up by agents in California and Virginia following raids of KOJC’s offices in Van Nuys, Glendale and Los Angeles, the FBI said.

    The three allegedly used a children’s foundation as a front to bring in its members from the Philippines and use them to beg for money on the street, the criminal complaint said.

    black suspectsSEATTLE — The only person killed when eight people were shot in Wednesday’s downtown shoot out was described by close friends as a nurturing, big-hearted person who acted as a caretaker for people who shared struggles like she had.

    “She was just an outgoing person,“ said Donella Young-Rials, who said she had been friends with 50- year-old Tonya Jackson for two decades.

    “She had come such a long way,“ Young-Rials said. “She was doing really good after all she’d been through.”

    Young-Rials said she met Jackson when both were struggling with homelessness and addictions on the streets of Seattle for seven long years.

    Eventually, both women accepted counseling, became clean and sober, and both were granted permanent housing at the same time.

    “We had overcome a lot,” young-Riles“We had overcome a lot,“ young-Rials said. “It was crazy, because we both got our housing and it was like ’Wow, we finally did it!”’

    Young-Rials believes Jackson-who was fondly known as “Kristy” and “Big Bird” to her friends- was helping a fellow Plymouth housing resident – a 55-year-old woman confined to a wheelchair – when both were caught in the hail of gunfire outside the door of the McDonalds at 3rd and Pine.

    According to Harborview Medical Center, the 55-year-old victim remains in intensive care after being shot in the abdomen.

    “She is going to be very well missed,“ Young-Rials said—adding a comment directed at the two shooters who police say are still on the run.

    “She was a pillar in our community. She was a good girl. And now the shooters’ family is going to be hurting too. Because when they get caught their family is going to suffer just like you killed yourself and your own family.“

    Pennsylvania State Police continue to investigate a robbery/homicide incident at the Wendy's Restaurant in Edinboro Saturday afternoon.  Erie News Now has obtained a photo of Markese D. Lampley, age 20, the man charged with murder in the first and second degree, robbery, fleeing or attempting to elude police and other criminal code violations.

    Investigators said Lampley, armed with a handgun, entered the restaurant on Route 6 N in Washington Township wearing black clothes and a ski mask.  He then forced a female employee to the back of the restaurant where the safe is located. In an encounter with a second employee, Alexander Cavanah, 22, state police say Lampley fired his weapon, fatally shooting the man.

    black suspectblack suspect Robbery charges have been filed against a teen and his adult friend in a Sunday-morning robbery that led to a Birmingham police officer being shot.

    Christopher Leon Burke, 25, and Jahmari Leshaun Wright, 16, are charged with two counts each of first-degree robbery. Birmingham police obtained the warrants against the pair on Tuesday. Burke was booked into the Jefferson County Jail at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday. His bonds total $500,000.
    Wright, a student at Parker High School, on Monday was charged with attempted murder and shooting into an unoccupied vehicle. Authorities have not released Wright’s mugshot because of his age. 

    Court records do no show any prior arrests for Burke or Wright. They were taken into custody in Ensley within hours of the robbery and shooting. The Birmingham Police Department’s Crime Reduction Team captured the pair after the robbery victims helped track their stolen cell phones to the parking lot of the Winn Dixie on Bessemer Road in Ensley.

    The suspects were in a security company vehicle and Burke was wearing a security guard uniform at the time of the arrests. Court records do not show any previous arrests of either suspects. Authorities said Jahmari Leshaun Wright, 16 is believed to be the shooter.

    The ordeal began at 9:22 a.m. Birmingham police narcotics Det. John Finke was working an extra job at the Woodlawn campus of Church of the Highlands. The officer, who was in uniform but not wearing a protective vest, spotted a robbery in progress of two people reportedly heading to church. He confronted the suspects and a shootout erupted. Authorities said roughly 20 rounds were fired.

    Finke was struck twice in the abdomen area. He was critically injured and rushed to UAB Hospital’s Trauma Center where he underwent surgery. He has since undergone several surgeries but is recovering. FOP President Lt. Richard Haluska said Finke has been able to sit in a recliner for periods of time. - (Black-on-white)

(AP/WJZ) — A Prince George’s County police officer has been charged with murder in the shooting death of a handcuffed man in Temple Hills Monday night.  Police Chief Hank Stawinski announced Cpl. Michael Owen, Jr. has been charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter and weapons charges in the death of William Howard Green, 43, of Washington, D.C.
    “I have concluded that what happened last night is a crime,” Stawinski told reporters.

    The deadly shooting occurred Monday night during an apparent struggle inside the cruiser after Prince George’s County police officers responded to reports that a driver had struck multiple vehicles near the Temple Hills community, department spokeswoman Christina Cotterman told news outlets.

    When officers located the driver, they smelled PCP and believed the man was under the influence, Cotterman said.

    The officer got into the driver’s seat after the suspect was taken into custody and placed in the front passenger seat, according to Cotterman, who said that conforms with department policy, which states, “One officer may transport one arrestee, who will occupy the right front seat. For vehicles equipped with transport partitions, arrestees will occupy the right rear seat.”

    Police said Owen’s vehicle did not have a partition.
    Two independent witnesses told police they either saw or heard a struggle, and heard loud bangs coming from the cruiser, according to Cotterman. Police said Tuesday Owen shot Green seven times.

    Harvard professor among three charged with lying about Chinese government ties
    (CNN) -   A Harvard University professor and two other Chinese nationals were federally indicted in three separate cases for allegedly lying to the US about their involvement with China's government, the US attorney for the district of Massachusetts announced Tuesday.

    Federal authorities told reporters the cases highlighted the "ongoing threat" posed by China using "nontraditional collectors" like academics and researchers to steal American research and technology.

        BOSTON (AP) — A Harvard University professor has been charged with lying to officials about his involvement with a Chinese government-run recruitment program and his affiliation with a Chinese university, prosecutors said Tuesday.

      Charles Lieber, chair of the department of chemistry and chemical biology, was arrested at his office at the prestigious university Tuesday morning and charged with lying about his participation in China’s Thousand Talents Plan, a program established by China to recruit people with access to and knowledge of foreign technology and intellectual property.

      He was expected to appear in court later Tuesday. His attorney didn't immediately respond to an email sent Tuesday.

      Prosecutors say under Lieber's Thousand Talent's program contract, he was paid $50,000 a month by the Wuhan University of Technology in China and living expenses up to $158,000. He was also awarded more than $1.5 million to establish a research lab at the Chinese university, prosecutors said.

      The case reflects ongoing Justice Department concerns that universities are failing to report foreign sources of funding that their professors receive, particularly from China. Federal prosecutors across the country in the last year have charged multiple scientists working in the United States with hiding research grants from Beijing and with pilfering research so that it can it be used for China’s economic gain. Officials have sounded the alarm in particular about talent recruitment programs that they say are thinly veiled efforts to seize on American research.

        (White female) Mississippi postal worker dies a week after being shot (by worthless demonic black man) while delivering mail
    black suspectA Mississippi postal worker who was shot while delivering mail last week has died.

    Sherry Ingold died at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson on Friday night, Postal Inspector Tony Robinson said.

    Ingold was shot on Mississippi Highway 35 in Attala County on Jan. 16. The suspected was then shot by law enforcement.

    Ronald Dampeer, 28, has been arrested in the case, U.S. Postal Inspector Tony Robinson told WTVA. Dampeer is also accused of trying to kidnap a woman earlier on Jan. 16  from the Sunflower Grocery Store near Kosciusko. That woman got away.  Dampeer then encountered Ingold along Mississippi Highway 35, where the sheriff said she was shot. It's unclear where law enforcement shot Dampeer He was also taken to UMMC in Jackson for treatment.

    Updates about Ingold's condition and supportive messages were shared in a group on Facebook called Sherry's Fight. On Friday night, the group shared news of the postal worker's death. In a Facebook post, her daughter, Kristy Ingold, wrote, "Mama I hope you're dancing in the sky, I hope you’re singing in the angels choir, I hope the angels know what they have, I bet it’s so nice up in heaven since you arrived." Sherry Ingold was described in other social media posts as someone who "loves to laugh" with a "contagious smile" and beautiful personality." The local community rallied around Ingold by hosting prayer vigils, dressing in purple and placing purple bows along her mail route. According to posts in Sherry's Fight, Ingold had suffered a brain injury.

    black suspect ST. LOUIS — A nurse who says she was raped last year by a Lyft driver in a St. Louis alley has filed a lawsuit in St. Louis Circuit Court against the company and the driver.

    The 30-year-old woman is referenced in court papers only as Jane Doe, but Cristen Giangarra held a news conference Thursday saying she wanted to speak publicly about the ordeal.

    Giangarra, her lips quivering at times, recounted how on that June night she had several drinks, chose not to drive and contacted Lyft in a decision that “forever altered” her life. “I harbor no shame in my actions,” she said. “I acted responsibly by not drinking and driving. I chose to use the app designed to safely transport passengers, and ultimately I was punished for this decision.”  She is a registered nurse who lived in St. Louis at the time. She has since moved away, her attorney said.

    The driver, who has been charged with first-degree rape and kidnapping, is Larry Donnell Ward, 53, of the 3300 block of Bay Tree Drive in St. Peters. According to charges filed by St. Louis prosecutors on Dec. 5, Ward picked up a woman on June 22 in the 1000 block of Clark Avenue, turned off his ride-share location software and pulled into an alley. He then raped the woman while she was intoxicated, charges allege. The suit contends that San Francisco-based Lyft failed to either conduct adequate background checks on Ward or failed to reject him as a driver.

    Gallagher said his firm’s research uncovered a criminal record for Ward dating back to the 1980s including a sexual assault case from 2002 that did not result in a conviction. Other cases include theft and drug charges in the Chicago area, he said. “When Cristen got in the vehicle that night, she had no idea that Lyft had actually sent a predator to pick her up and take her home,” Gallagher said. - (Black-on-white)




        (black) Detroit man charged with sexually assaulting 3 MSU students during home invasion
    black suspectEAST LANSING — A Detroit man has been charged with breaking into an East Lansing apartment and sexually assaulting three female Michigan State students early Friday.

    Lamont Rodgers, 24, was arrested Friday and arraigned Sunday on six counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, three counts of armed robbery, one count of home invasion, one count of assault by strangulation and six felony weapons charges.
    Rodgers used an unlocked door to enter the apartment in the 25 East apartment complex in the 2500 block of Abbot Road just after 6 a.m. Friday, East Lansing police said.  Deputy Chief Steve Gonzalez said he does not believe Rodgers is a MSU student.  Rodgers is being held without bail.  He has prior charges of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct and assault with the intent to do harm less than murder from an August incident. Those charges are still pending.




        Man Fatally Stabbed at Union Station, interracial couple Arrested: Police
    D.C. police and Metro Transit Police arrested two suspects after a man was fatally stabbed at the Union Station Metro.
    Officers found the man suffering from a stab wound about 8:20 a.m. Sunday, shortly after Metro opened for the day. The man died at the scene. Police said the stabbing happened on the Metro platform at the station.

    Officers arrested 23-year-old Angel Moses and 29-year-old Edward Everstine. Moses was charged with second-degree murder while armed and Everstine was charged with accessory after the fact, D.C. police said. Detectives discovered the stabbing happened during a dispute and the suspects knew the victim, police said Sunday night.

    Two people died and four others were injured     in the shooting early Sunday morning at Mac’s Lounge in the 100 block of Camden Avenue. Darius Grant Dickey has been charged with four counts of attempted murder, pointing and presenting a firearm, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, discharging a firearm into a dwelling, having a gun where alcohol is sold and a violation of a city ordinance.

    Darlington County Coroner Todd Hardee identified the dead as Dicaprio Collins, 21, and Bryan Robinson, 29.


        ‘I hate you…hope you two die!’: Name of slain (black) trooper reportedly found on wall of Lisle shooter’s condo
    black suspectCHICAGO — A clear motive has not been determined regarding the Lisle cigar lounge shooting, but a search of the shooter’s condo provided authorities with more information.

    Police said “I hate you…hope you two die!” was written on the wall of     Lisa McMullan’s condo. Additionally, retired ISP trooper Greg Rieves’ name was listed on the wall along with another man. Police made contact with the second man listed and he was not at the cigar lounge the night of the shooting nor was he harmed. Lisle police responded to a call of a shooting at Humidor Cigar Lounge on the 1600 block of Ogden Avenue just after 10 p.m.  Friday.

    When officers arrived, they found the 51-year-old woman, identified as     Lisa McMullan, dead. Rieves died at the hospital and two others were hospitalized in serious condition.

    A California father suspected in the decades-old killings of five of his infants has been arrested, authorities said Monday.

    Paul Perez, 57, was arrested at a state prison in Delano, days before he was expected to be released on unrelated charges. He is suspected in the deaths of the children born between 1992 and 2001.

    Now you may be able to get a 'real'  'RSS' news feed:  (What Everyone Should Know About RSS Feeds)
    I have one set up for the NNN forum - but it only works with certain browsers - it works with Firefox on my laptop
    but it does NOT work with Safari on iPhones using Safari and it does not work with Google Crome without an add-on.
    So you can try it out and if it works, great
