BLACK Suspect in custody for assault on (Canadian, Jewish) 'GHOSTBUSTERS' star
black suspect Police on Saturday arrested a homeless, violent ex-con and charged him with randomly slugging actor Rick Moranis last month on the Upper West Side, The Post has learned.

A Transit Bureau sergeant spotted Marquis Ventura, 35, at 96th Street and Broadway and made the arrest. Images of Ventura’s masked face had been widely publicized in the month since the unprovoked, caught-on-video attack steps from the actor’s Central Park West apartment. “Thanks to an eagle-eyed sergeant from @NYPDTransit, this suspect has been apprehended and charged,” the NYPD said in a tweet announcing the arrest in the Moranis beating.

  • ‘I could see he was crazy’ earlier (White female) victim alleges of Rick Moranis attack suspect
Nearly six months before he allegedly knocked Rick Moranis to the ground outside the actor’s Upper West Side apartment, Marquis Ventura was charged with an even more violent, unprovoked attack on a Bronx subway.

“I could see he was crazy,” the victim in that attack, mom and restaurant manager Ashley Davis, told The Post.
“I was telling the police — This guy’s not right. This guy’s got a mental illness.”

Davis, 34, was on a downtown 5 with her husband, Glenn Smith, 34, when Ventura — who’d been walking between train cars — allegedly jumped them, she said.
Ventura is charged with misdemeanor assault in the April 13 attack, according to online court records.
“This dude just randomly started beating the crap out of me and my husband,” she said.
“He pulled a knife on my husband. He punched my face. I thought he broke my eye socket and jaw,” she said.
“This guy was just kicking and hitting him,” she said. “It was crazy. It happened so fast. This guy was just intent on assaulting us.”
She added, “I thought my husband was dying. His shoulder was so badly dislocated it was down to his belly,” she said.

(Muslim) INDIANA WOMAN GETS SIX YEARS FOR FUNDING ISIS
ELKHART, Ind.–A woman from Elkhart has been sentenced to six and a half years in federal prison for providing money to ISIS. Smantha Marie Elhassani, a.k.a. Samantha Sally, 35, will be on probation for three years when she gets out of prison.

In 2014, Elhassani’s husband and his brother told her that they wanted to travel to Syria and join ISIS. Federal prosecutors say she helped them by taking gold and cash from the U.S., to Hong Kong and depositing them in a safe deposit boxes.

On her final trip to Hong Kong, she traded for tactical gear, including  rifle scopes and image stabilizing binoculars. She and her children then went to Turkey and Syria.

The feds said she did not declare any of the gold at customs, and had disguised it as jewelry by melting it down.

Elhassani was caught in 208, and returned to the United States by Syrian authorities.

“Once again, the Justice Department has held accountable an individual who turned her back on her country to support a terrorist organization,” said Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers.  “As Elhassani admitted, she made multiple trips to Hong Kong to smuggle tens of thousands in cash and gold, knowing that the funds would be used to support ISIS in Syria.  We repatriated Elhassani from Syria because every nation is responsible for holding its citizens accountable and addressing the future threat they may pose.  We will not stop.”

“Samantha Elhassani was sentenced today for providing financial support to individuals who desired to support ISIS, a terrorist organization that has committed acts of violence against Americans,” said U.S. Attorney Thomas L. Kirsch II for the Northern District of Indiana.  “She traveled with her husband and brother-in-law to Syria, both of whom became ISIS fighters, putting the lives of her children at risk.  My office and our law enforcement partners are committed to prosecuting those like Elhassani who provide support to terrorist organizations. ”

(black) Pittsburgh murder convict who escaped in 1971 arrested by FBI in Michigan
black suspectGRAND BLANC, MI — After nearly a half-century on the lam, a convicted murder who escaped custody in Pennsylvania has been arrested in Grand Blanc.

The FBI Pittsburgh Division announced Friday that Leonard R. Moses, now 68, was arrested without incident by a Fugitive Task Force out of Detroit. Moses had been at large since 1971, when he escaped custody while attending his grandmother’s funeral in Pittsburgh. At the time, Moses was serving a life sentence on a conviction of first-degree murder.

Moses' conviction stems from he and four friends throwing Molotov cocktails into a house in Pittsburgh’s Homewood neighborhood on April 6, 1968. Mary Amplo, 72, was inside the house and suffered third-degree burns across 55 percent of her body. Amplo died in July 1968 of pneumonia, with a pathologist testifying in Moses' subsequent trial that she contracted the illness while confined to bed and recuperating from her burns.

The incident was part of the 1968 Pittsburgh riots, a series of disturbances that erupted in the wake of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s assassination in Memphis, Tennessee, on April 4 of that year. Amplo’s death was the lone fatal incident in the upheaval, with 36 others being injured, more than 100 businesses looted or vandalized, and 505 arson fires set.

The unrest lasted through April 11, with 3,600 National Guardsmen needed to quell it. About 1,000 arrests were made.

'Absolutely horrific:' (White) Former Lakeland commissioner, husband killed in random (DEMONIC) act - black killer arrested
black suspect LAKELAND, Fla. — Lakeland Police say a former city commissioner and her husband were killed in what appears to be a "random (DEMONIC) attack".

According to Assistant Chief Sam Taylor, David Henderson, 63, and his wife Edith L. Henderson, 67, were found stabbed to death in the master bedroom of their Lake Morton home after police were called for a wellness check around 5:50 p.m. on Tuesday.

Taylor said at a press conference on Thursday that Edith's son called after he didn't hear back from her during the day. Taylor said the son went to the home and noticed things out of place, so he left and called the police.

Edith, formerly Edith Yates, served as a Lakeland City Commissioner from 2006 until 2018.

On Wednesday night, police arrested Marcelle Waldon, 36, of Lakeland. Police say he's charged with 10 felony counts, including first-degree murder.

Taylor described the crime scene as "absolutely horrific." He said a random act like this is "extremely rare" and something he's seen little of during his 32-year career. At this time, police say there's no evidence to believe Waldon knew the couple. Police say a source led them to Waldon.
According to Taylor, the source described items that were taken from the home, like jewelry and personal items.
Taylor said a vehicle was also missing from the home and was later found set on fire in a field in another part of town.
When police responded, they found the oven on as well as all the gas burners. Taylor said they believe Waldon tried to set the home on fire.

Detectives believe Waldon got into the home through an unlocked or unsecured door. They say there was no sign of forced entry.
Taylor said authorities believe David was in the process of setting up breakfast after picking up take-out from a local restaurant.
According to Taylor, the food was still in styrofoam containers and inside a plastic bag on a table in the kitchen. He said plates, silverware and drinks were set up for two on the table. According to Taylor, police believe Edith was killed while David was picking up food.
Waldon was still in the home when David came home. Taylor said they believe David went upstairs to check on his wife, and a struggle followed between him and Waldon that resulted in David being killed. - (Black-on-White)

(short obese black bitch) attacks (White) California Air Force veteran after he allegedly won't give her money
black suspectA woman in California was caught on video assaulting an Air Force veteran who had allegedly tried to help her after he wouldn’t hand over money, police said Thursday.

The Santa Ana Police Department released the shocking footage on Wednesday that shows the stranger, who is believed to be homeless, kicking and punching the 62-year-old man shortly after 8 p.m. on Oct. 21.

A police spokesperson told Fox News on Thursday the man told authorities he lives in a building on West First Street, which is housing for veterans, and could hear the woman yelling. The man, who told police he was formerly homeless and had previously served as a paramedic in the U.S. Air Force, thought she needed help, and let her into the lobby of his building so she could stay warm while calling for help.

But when the woman asked him for money so she could get a hotel room, he rebuffed her and asked her to leave. Video shows the pair began arguing before the woman appears to spit at the man.

He’s later seen re-entering the building, but the woman follows, prompting the pair to begin kicking at each other. As the woman holds the door open, they continue brawling, at which point she grabs him by the shirt collar and begins repeatedly punching him in the head and face. Police said the victim suffered cuts and bruises but did not need to be hospitalized.

Meanwhile, police are still searching for the suspect, whom they described as being 20 to 30 years old and approximately 5-foot-2 to 5-foot-4, with a heavy build. She was last seen wearing a pink jacket and tan leggings.  - (Black-on-White)

Blood stains lead to arrest in (black-on-white) domestic-related murder in Tuscaloosa
black suspect UPDATE: A 9-1-1 call and blood stains led police to an arrest in an apparent domestic-related murder in Tuscaloosa. Newly released court documents show deputies found 56-year-old Tammy Ledbetter dead on the living room floor of a house on Ridgehaven Drive after someone called 9-1-1 Monday morning about a reported drug overdose.

Investigators said it was apparent Ledbetter had suffered a severe head wound.
Court records show Ledbetter’s (black) boyfriend was found walking about two miles from the crime scene.

Investigators interviewed Eric Marquis Fowler, who court records show admitted making the 9-1-1 call and being present in the house. Fowler denied assaulting Ledbetter. Investigators arrested Fowler for the murder after finding blood evidence on Fowler’s chest and legs which they believe showed his involvement.
Fowler remained in the Tuscaloosa County jail Tuesday with bond set at $150,000.

Fowler had been arrested previously on domestic violence-related charges in 2017 and 2018 involving Ledbetter but two of those cases had been dismissed. A Tuscaloosa County grand jury had indicted earlier in November for domestic violence in the third degree where Ledbetter had been injured. After finding numerous items of evidence and conducting interviews, Ledbetter's long time domestic partner, 28-year-old Eric Fowler was developed as the suspect and located. - (Black-on-White)

black suspect DNA and a prior arrest have tied a 39-year-old man to a sexual assault case involving a pregnant woman more than 15 years ago, according to a Las Vegas police arrest report.

Ricardo Thornton was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with sexual assault after police said he forced a woman who was eight months’ pregnant to commit a sex act on him in July 2005, the Metropolitan Police Department arrest report released Tuesday. black suspect NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A dog shot during a shootout that also wounded eight bystanders is heading to surgery on Wednesday, according to veterinarians at Animal House Veterinary Clinic.

Metro police said Allen Crump, 22, was one of two men who fired into a crowd around 1 a.m. Sunday morning at Second Avenue North and Commerce Street. Several people were gathered in the area, when officers said two men began arguing over a dog that was with one of the men.

Herd says the goal is to save the dog’s leg. The bone is broken, but she remains optimistic they will be able to achieve their goal.

Israeli flag   Female Former Hermantown teacher "Schmaltz" sentenced for sexual misconduct
A former Hermantown Middle School teacher apologized Monday as she was sentenced for the sexual assault of a former student.
Madeleine Ruth Schmaltz, 30, was placed on three years of supervised probation after pleading guilty in September to a felony charge of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct.

Baltimore police identify (black) man killed after allegedly opening fire on police officers, striking one
black suspectBaltimore Police said that a 25-year-old man who was killed after allegedly opening fire on plainclothes officers Monday morning was not the person the officers were in the area searching for at the time.

Rodney Eubanks was shot and killed after police returned fire. Police identified the detective who was shot in the leg and fired back as Det. Brandon Bolt, a member of the department since 2013.

Police were unable to shed light on the seemingly unprovoked attack, but confirmed a detail that could offer a possible clue: Eubanks' older brother, Antonio, had been gunned down in broad daylight at the same intersection just two weeks earlier.

After (elderly White) LSU fan mugged in Tiger Stadium restroom, (young black) contract worker arrested
black suspectblack suspect LSU Police on Monday announced the arrest of a man hired to help clean Tiger Stadium and accused him of beating and robbing a man in an arena bathroom.

Officers said Gary Ramses Walker, 19, of 350 Delphine St., Baton Rouge, worked for a crew contracted to clean the stadium after the Tigers' game against South Carolina on Saturday. Walker was arrested on a count of second-degree robbery.

Danny Dwyer had said in an interview with The Advocate on Sunday that he was beaten over the head and robbed after staying in the stadium following the game to listen to the Tigers' marching band. He said he was attacked in a restroom after three or four other men left the area.

The arrest warrant says the manager of the custodial company that cleans Tiger Stadium was contacted by several employees who said Walker was bragging about the robbery.

Walker had been assigned to that restroom for the entire game day, the arrest warrant said, and didn't show up for work the next day.

Dwyer had said Sunday that he always stayed after the game to listen to the band, and feared his attacker may have been emboldened by the small crowd size. Because of crowd limits imposed due to the coronavirus, Tiger Stadium has had crowds of around 25,000 people.

"Normally, there's 80,000 to 100,000 people at an LSU game. You're never alone," Dwyer said Sunday. "During these unfortunate times, with the lower number of people, there's more opportunity for a one-on-one encounter."

He said that when he entered the restroom after the game, there were three or four men, plus a young man with a broom and dustpan.  The LSU Police Department's arrest warrant says that one of the custodial company employees who contacted his manager about Walker's bragging was able to tell police where Walker threw the stolen wallet out of a vehicle he was riding in, confirmed later by police.

According to arrest records, the victim, Danny Dwyer, walked into the bathroom to use the urinal around 10 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24 and noticed the only other person in the room was Gary Ramses Walker.

“And there was a man who was sweeping the floor and cleaning up,” said Dwyer, an LSU season ticket holder for 25 years.

Authorities say Walker then hit the victim twice on the head when the victim turned his back on Walker to use the urinal. The man fell to the ground and Walker continued to strike him, LSUPD says.

“There were 2 hard blows to the back of my head,” said Dwyer. “And as I was on the floor, the person continued to hit me on the back of the head. And probably rained down 14-15 blows."

Walker grabbed the victim’s wallet and yelled “stay down mother f*****” to the victim before running out of the bathroom, according to arrest records.

Dwyer’s face bleeding profusely as he looked for police.

“And when they saw me, they immediately came to my assistance, they immediately called EMS, they responded immediately, this was all inside the stadium. Took me to their facility in campus, which was inside the stadium, dressed the wounds initially and suggested I go to Our Lady of The Lake Hospital,” said Dwyer, who had three lacerations on his head.

Police say the victim’s wallet contained his credit and debit cards and about $100 in cash. Investigators with the LSU Police Department say they received two phone calls identifying Walker as the suspect.

“I knew I was in trouble, and I knew that unless something unbelievable happened, that this might be the last time that I get to see my grandkids or my wife,” said Dwyer.

A manager with the custodial company contracted to clean Tiger Stadium told police Walker bragged to his coworkers about the attack and robbery, according to arrest records.

A week after turning 21, detectives say Daniel Lucas of West Philadelphia went on a handgun purchasing spree, traveling hundreds of miles to Central Pennsylvania.  In his first transaction, arrest papers claim Lucas bought four firearms from a single dealer in Mount Joy, Lancaster County.
Montgomery County prosecutors were alarmed the purchase of the exact same make and model weapon triggered zero red flags on the part of the dealer.
“Buying multiple handguns right after your 21st birthday is a potential sign of a straw purchase. Buying multiple guns of the exact same make and model, especially four, is a red flag sign of a straw purchase,” Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steel said. In a week’s time, detectives say Lucas bought 16 guns from a variety of area dealers.

ILLEGAL ALIENS violating MEXICAN border Arrested Across Three Consecutive Days
LAREDO, TEXAS  United States Border Patrol agents of the Laredo Sector encountered dangerous criminal aliens with prior convictions of violent acts throughout the Laredo area of operations on three consecutive days.
On the morning of November 6, Hebbronville Station agents arrested an individual east of town who was illegally in the United States. He was identified as Ever Moreno-Espinal, a 39 year old El Salvadoran national. Records checks revealed that Moreno-Espinal had been convicted on the charge of Rape of a Child under 17 years of age in October 2019 in Suffolk County, New York.

The following morning on November 7, agents from the Laredo South Station arrested an individual in south Laredo after he entered illegally into the country. The individual was identified as Saul Hernandez-Cruz, a 46 year old Mexican national. Records checks on Hernandez-Cruz revealed a January 2016 conviction for Aggravated Sexual Assault of an Elderly or Disabled Person.

The final arrest occurred on the evening of November 8, when Laredo South agents arrested Jose Alberto Sanchez-Toledo, a 26 year old Mexican national, for entering the country illegally. Records checks on Sanchez-Toledo revealed a prior Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child conviction in Dallas, Texas, in which he received six months’ probation.

The incidents reported above show the lack of regard criminal aliens and their smugglers have for the laws of this country. The agents of the Laredo Sector are committed to preventing dangerous criminals such as these from entering our country and endangering the communities in which we live. They will be diligent as they carry out their duties of protecting the American people, safeguarding our borders, and enhancing the Nation’s economic prosperity.

Muslim ISIS-linked terrorist savages behead more than 50 people in Mozambique
Terrorists linked to ISIS turned a soccer pitch in Mozambique into a three-day “execution ground” — beheading and chopping up more than 50 people, according to local officials.

The execution squad first attacked several villages in Miudumbe and Macomia, abducting women and children and burning down homes, police told a press conference, according to Al Jazeera.

They then herded others to a sports field in Muatide where they started decapitating and chopping up more than 50 people, police officials said at a press conference Monday, the station said.

“They burned the houses then went after the population who had fled to the woods and started with their macabre actions,” said Bernardino Rafael, commander-general of Mozambique’s police.

Several people were also beheaded in another village, according to the BBC, citing state-run media.

The extremists — who have been fighting to form a local Islamic state there — chanted “Allahu Akbar” during the savage attacks that started Friday and continued till Sunday, the BBC said.

(black Satan-spawn) Teen murders an 82-year-old (White) man and (only) gets 128-year prison sentence
black suspect LOUISA COUNTY, Va. -- A teenager was sentenced to 128 years in prison for killing an 82-year-old man and injuring a 73-year-old woman, the Louisa Commonwealth’s Attorney's Office wrote in an email.

Cameryn Anthony Dickerson, 17, had previously pleaded guilty to first-degree murder, malicious wounding, robbery, burglary, and gun charges in the November 2019 crimes. Dickerson was tried as an adult for killing Roger Payne and shooting Nancy Payne during a home invasion.

"On November 10, 2019, the defendant went to the elderly couple’s home under an alias alleging his girlfriend had been abducted. Authorities believe he was scouting out the home for a future murder," a spokesperson for the Louisa Commonwealth’s Attorney's Office wrote. "Two days later he returned to the home telling the couple everything was fine with his girlfriend. He then left and subsequently returned in different clothing and carrying a sawed-off shotgun."

He told the couple he knew they had money, took their phones, and led them outside to nearby train tracks, according to the Louisa Commonwealth’s Attorney's Office.

"[He assured] them they would be fine. He then shot both of them at point-blank range," the email continued. "Miraculously, [Nancy Payne] survived by playing dead and walked to a friend’s house after the defendant left the scene."

Dickerson, who investigators said used the stolen money to buy a gift for his girlfriend, was arrested hours later driving to his girlfriend's home. He was driving the Payne's car at the time of his arrest. Investigators found the murder weapon in the car, according to the Louisa Commonwealth’s Attorney's Office.

The teen’s father told CBS 6 his son struggled with mental health issues. “This is not my son. I know that’s not him. He’s known for helping people," Andre Dickerson said after a previous court hearing. Dickerson also apologized to the Payne family for his son's actions and added he felt responsible because he was working all of the time as a single dad. - (Black-on-White)

Police ID woman arrested in connection with death of her 2 children
black suspectMetropolitan Police Department records have identified a woman arrested Friday on suspicion of murder in connection with the death of her 1-year-old and 2-month-old children.

Amanda Sharp-Jefferson, 26, was booked into the Clark County Detention Center and faces two counts of murder, according to Metro booking logs and court records. She was arrested after police were called about 12:15 p.m. Friday to an apartment on the 1000 block of Sierra Vista Drive, near East Desert Inn Road and South Maryland Parkway, and found both babies dead, homicide Lt. Ray Spencer said.

“The father of the children came home and noticed that both children were in a corner in the living room area,” Spencer said on Friday afternoon. “(He) went up to both children and noticed that both children were cold and were obviously deceased.”

It was unclear how the children died, although Spencer said detectives had a “very good idea what the cause of injury is” for the 1-year-old.

It was too early in the investigation to determine if the mother suffered from a mental illness, but Spencer on Friday he “would definitely not rule that out at this point.”

black suspectA North Las Vegas man arrested last month in the shooting of a longtime family friend showed police where he hid the gun and cried about how their fights had never been this violent, according to his arrest report.

Kelvis (rhymes with Elvis) Bryant, 37, was arrested just before midnight Oct. 24 after police said he fatally shot DeAndre Harris, 31, during an argument outside a North Las Vegas home earlier that day, according to the report released Tuesday by the North Las Vegas Police Department.

Investigators spoke to Bryant’s mother and uncle along with several other witnesses who said that when Harris came out to fight Bryant, Bryant fired one shot from inside his SUV and drove off.

Bryant’s girlfriend and cousin both told police Bryant had gone to their homes after the shooting and wanted to turn himself in. When officers picked him up, they said he was crying and cooperative in showing them where he disposed of the pistol he’d used.

“While driving Bryant continued to say he was sorry,” police wrote in the report. “He said ‘it happened so fast.’ He said that he did not know why he had done it, because he and (the victim) fight all the time, but nothing like this has ever happened. He said that he just rushed him.
He said ‘I didn’t have my glasses on.’”

President Trump, You Are Still President!
    By Llewellyn H. Rockwell, Jr. - November 9, 2020
President Trump, you won the election, but the Deep State leftists are trying to cheat you out of victory. Even though you led in Michigan, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, mysterious paper ballots materialized, reversing the will of the people. Pepe Escobar, writing in the Asia Times, explains how it was done: “Stuffing the ballot box is a typical scam applied in Banana Republic declinations of color revolution. Blue operators use the tried and tested method applied to the gold futures market, when a sudden drop of naked shorts drives down gold price, thus protecting the US dollar.
    . . . . . . .

You should of course continue to press your legal challenges to the fake vote as much as you can. The news media has no power to declare Biden the winner. But even if you don’t succeed and have to leave the White House on January 20, you are legally President until that day. In the time until then, you should act decisively against the Deep State and the enemies of the American people. Here are a few suggestions on things to do.

(BLACK) Naperville-area woman shot boyfriend, then video-chatted another woman he had been dating, prosecutors allege
black suspect A Naperville-area woman allegedly shot her boyfriend, then video-chatted with a woman he had been dating while the victim bled on the floor in the background, DuPage County prosecutors said Sunday.

Rosa Lagrone, 34, faces attempted murder and other charges. She appeared during Sunday morning’s video bond court call at the DuPage County Jail, sitting in a wheelchair and frequently keeping her face lowered during her hearing.

Lagrone is accused of shooting her boyfriend around 2:15 p.m. Friday during an argument over his relationship with another woman. Lagrone contacted that woman through a video chat feature on social media while her boyfriend was on the floor in the background in what appeared to be a pool of blood, DuPage County Assistant State’s Attorney Mandy Meindl said.

The 27-year-old man was shot once, and the bullet went through his arm and lodged in his spine, Meindl said. The man, who is on a ventilator, remains hospitalized and tests were being conducted Sunday to determine if there was any brain activity. Meindl said charges against Lagrone could be upgraded to murder if her boyfriend does not survive.

Hawaii - (Black?) woman (with bad skin) on trial for attempted murder - continued one year
black suspectTrial has been delayed for a 29-year-old woman accused of attempted murder for allegedly ramming a moped carrying two people earlier this year. The delay of the trial, originally scheduled for Nov. 17, was sought by Keola Kama as the Kailua-Kona woman is in negotiations with prosecutors, her public defender James Greenberg said Thursday during a trial continuance hearing. After Kama waived her right to a speedy trial and with no objections from the state, Kona Circuit Court Judge Robert D.S. Kim granted the motion to continue and set the new trial date for Nov. 16, 2021.

Kama is charged with first-degree attempted murder, two counts attempted second-degree murder and one count each first-degree criminal property damage, leaving the scene of an accident involving serious injury or death, driving without a license and failure to have no-fault motor vehicle insurance in connection with the June 13 crash that critically injured a man and woman. black suspect CHICAGO (CBS) — A Chicago Park District football coach has been charged with shooting his pregnant-ex girlfriend, Stacey Jones, killing her and his baby boy, who was delivered moments before Jones’ death, but also died four days later.

Corey Deering faces two counts of first-degree murder, and is was ordered held without bail Friday afternoon. Police and prosecutors said he is the father of Jones’ baby, and shot her because he didn’t want to pay to care for the child.

“It appears that he didn’t want her to carry the pregnancy through,” CPD Chief of Detectives Brendan Deenihan said. “It doesn’t make any sense to go this far, but this is the way that he chose to resolve it.” Jones, 35, was found unresponsive on the porch of a home in the 2100 block of East 95 Place just after midnight on Oct 13. Jones, who was eight months pregnant, had been shot twice in the back, and was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center in critical condition. She was pronounced dead within minutes of giving birth, and her baby remained in critical condition for four days before he died on Oct. 17. An autopsy determined the baby boy died due to a lack of blood and oxygen to the brain as a result of his mother being shot, and his death was ruled a homicide.

      Tierny REAL News Network Updates

    • Tidbits - extracted from daily briefing....

      REAL News (11/08/20)

LIN WOOD: "Our country has been played. To believe that Covid cannot be treated by available medicines. To believe we must separate by 6 feet. To believe we need masks. To believe we suffer systemic racism. To believe police are bad. To believe Biden won. TIME TO STOP BEING PLAYED!!!"

MORRIS: "This is all a setup. The Democrat Party planned this. They knew they were likely to lose this election, so they faked the polls so that when Biden won, based on FRAUD, everybody would say, 'yeah, he was winning anyway.'"

"As results came in on Election Night, the Democrats constantly held up the count –  they came in with their mail-in ballots, dumped them all of a sudden, barred the Republicans from looking at them, and then announced that Biden had won."

"When Florida fell, they panicked. They contacted their people at Fox News and the other networks and told them to hold off on calling Florida for Trump despite an unambiguous landslide. They had to see if they could manufacture enough to flip it."

When they couldn't, they abandoned Florida and told the networks NOT to call Ohio, Georgia, Texas & North Carolina while they made more ballots in Michigan, Wisconsin & Pennsylvania. Democrats have been pulling this crap for years in Minnesota. I know. I studied voter fraud in Minnesota for six months!

SIDNEY POWELL: ““We’re getting a sworn affidavit from a Postal Worker where it was instructed to back-date ballots in Pennsylvania. When the votes are audited, and when the Real Votes are counted, Trump will win. He is the President and he is in charge of this country. The computer glitches should not have happened at all. We need an audit of all Computer Systems. They had this all planned. They had to stop the vote count. They had the software and paper ballots ready to steal votes from DJT and create votes for Joe Biden. There has been a massive effort to delegitimize votes for DJT and steal this election. We’ve identified at least 450,000 ballots that only have a vote for Joe Biden and no other candidate.”

TED CRUZ: “On Election Day, DJT won the majority of the votes. We’ve seen multiple lawsuits filed and expect more in each Swing State. We’ll see cases files in State and Federal Courts. Dead people voting. Election software glitches. It’s hard to know what the truth is, and there is a process for figuring all of this out.”

I'm sick & tired of the gaslighting from Democrats & Republicans alike saying voter fraud doesn't exist. Anyone who's actually researched the issue knows for a fact it does & how widespread it is. It's been going on for years and years. It's time to expose it and stop it once and for all.

DEMOCRAT JONATHAN TURLEY: “We should look at the votes. We’re just beginning the tabulation stage. We should look at these allegations. We’re seeing a number of affidavits that there has been voter fraud. We have a history in this country of election problems. In Pennsylvania you had an order by a Supreme Court Justice to compel them to separate ballots that were received after the legislative deadline. It required the intervention of Justice Alito. That’s a large group of ballots. [We're talking 900,000 ballots in Pennsylvania alone!]

When you talk about systemic problems, it’s about how these ballots were authenticated, because if there’s a problem in the system about authentication, that would seriously affect the ENTIRE ELECTION - And what concerns me is that we had over a hundred million mail-in ballot in cities like Philadelphia and Detroit with a long series of election problems (to put it mildly).”

HUGE! President Trump announced yesterday that Rudy was going to have a press conference at Four Seasons Landscaping in Philadelphia.  It was a strange statement. Immediately, the fake news started mocking him. An hour later, Fox called Nevada and Pennsylvania for Biden and declared him president. Then Biden went on TV and claimed victory. Coincidence?

Nope. What Trump was telegraphing is that they have proof of the DNC's global money laundering scheme through Act Blue. I found evidence of it on the FEC database. They use it to pay for votes & rioters & launder foreign money. Four Seasons Landscaping is one of their "partners."

I think what they do is use laundered money to bribe people with VISA gift cards - which can't be traced. Those are cashed and then used to donate to the DNC. Then people vote & riot for the Communists.

In other words, they likely have enough evidence now to prosecute the Deep State & their accomplices in the fake news under RICO. They set a trap & they fell right into it.

TOM FITTON: "Counting ballots after Election Day to change the results in multiple states is unprecedented and seems at odds with Federal law requiring states pick their electors on Election Day. Counting ballots in secret is against the law and has fatally compromised results in Pennsylvania."

NEWT GINGRICH: "We believe these people are thieves. The big city machines are corrupt. This was a stolen election. Best pollster in Britain wrote this morning that this clearly was a stolen election, that it’s impossible to imagine that Biden outran Obama in some of these states. Where it mattered, they stole what they had to steal."

LOU DOBBS: "DHS just announced that China & Russia did NOT interfere in our election. They probably didn't want to wait it line!" [It was an inside job by the Democrats & RINOs!]

PAUL SPERRY: "Provisional ballots are the last votes to be counted. There are over 100,000 in Pennsylvania alone & they are said to be cast mostly by Trump voters who initially requested mail-in ballots but then voted in person after Trump advised them to vote on November 3 in-person by provisional ballot."

LINDSEY GRAHAM: "We've found evidence of people registering after they died and voting after they died in Pennsylvania. This is a contested election. There are computer glitches. There's a lot of shenanigans. We must not concede & if we don't fight back Republicans will never win another election again."

According to Merriam-Webster, a "President-elect" is a person who was "elected President" but has not yet entered office.  Joe Biden does NOT qualify to be called "President-elect."

According to the Constitution, the electors are the only "official sources" able to ELECT the President under the 12th amendment. On December 14th, electors chosen by state legislatures cast their votes for President. They ELECT the President. Article II, § 1, cl. 2 of the U.S. Constitution provides that each state legislature decides how electors are chosen.

Not the media. Not Twitter. Not Facebook. Joe Biden has NOT been ELECTED President by the Electors so he does NOT qualify to be called "President-elect."  PERIOD.

29 state legislatures have Republican majorities & are in charge of 300 electoral votes including Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina, Wisconsin & Arizona. If enough voter fraud is proven, the contested swing states could award their electoral votes to Trump. This is the Democrats' biggest nightmare.

Help the Trump team stop voter suppression, irregularities and fraud!  Tell them what you are seeing.  Report a case at: http://djt45.co/stopfraud  or call: (800) 895-4152

The Media Whores Can’t Keep Their Lies Straight

Earlier today I demonstrated the laughable and ludicrus mistakes made by a BBC “Reality Check Team” tasked with covering up the Democrat vote fraud in Michigan.  See here:  https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2020/11/05/press-prostitutes-make-fools-of-themselves-trying-to-cover-up-vote-fraud-for-democrats/

Now the presstitutes at USA Today have come up with a totally different coverup for the same fraud.

The earlier BBC coverup reported that election officials said they had made a “data entry error.” This error, said to have been  corrected, was the way the BBC explained away a sudden 138,000 votes for Biden in the early hours of the morning when no one was watching.

I blew this lie out of the water.

So the presstitutes had to find another coverup.

The new coverup lie from USA Today is that there was no “data entry error” and no election officials admitting to one:  https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2020/11/04/fact-check-typo-led-false-post-michigan-votes-biden/6164385002/  According to the USA Today coverup story, the added votes never happened.  Instead, there was “an apparent typo on a lone national media site,” and this typo was picked up by social media and then by President Trump.

In other words, the USA Today presstitutes are saying that the BBC fact check team is incompetent and unreliable. Why prefer the USA Today’s coverup story over the BBC’s coverup story?

Which coverup story do we believe?  The answer is: Neither.  Both are lies.   --- (more)---
Think what it means that the entirety of the US media, allegedly the “watchdogs of democracy,” are openly involved in participating in the theft of a presidential election.

Think what it means that a large number of Democrat public and election officials are openly involved in the theft of a presidential election.

It means that the United States is split irredeemably. The hatred for white people that has been cultivated for many years, portraying white Americans as “systemic racists,” together with the Democrats’ lust for power and money, has destroyed national unity. The consequence will be the replacement of rules with force.
Why do Democrats have any more right to force than Trump?
The Democrat theft of the 2020 Presidential election has split the country far worse than the Morrill Tariff did in March 1861, leading to the secession of the southern states and the invasion of the southern states by the North.

The Red States, that is, the homes of the original ethnic American population, have been demonized by the intellectuals, professors, press prostitutes, and Democrats for four years and longer.  The Real Americans are demonized as “white supremacist racist Trump deplorables.”

The war against Real Americans will intensify under the Kamala Regime.  Biden’s obvious episodes of mental confusion will cause him to be moved aside. The United States will have as President a leftwing “female of color” who has expressed her hatred of white Americans. Unfortunately for the Real Americans, they are unorganized and Trump is the only leader that they have.

It is not difficult to imagine that one of the first things the Kamala Regime will do is to get rid of the Second Amendment and then begin arresting Red State gun owners to ensure that Red State Americans have no self-protection.  It is easy to imagine, knowing the hate Democrats, intellectuals, professors, and the media whores have for Red State Americans, that next a virus will be released, a pandemic declared, and Red State America moved into internment camps. Why would a demonic moment that is determined to destroy white statues and monuments, white museums, white history and culture, and “white privilege” not also want to destroy white people?

As US armed forces are made up of Red State Americans, Washington’s ability to prance around the world as a hegemon will disappear.  Russia, China, even Iran would be able to easily defeat the “superpower” in war.

It would be poetic justice if the consequence of the openly stolen election is the end of Washington’s hegemony.

Regardless, America’s influence has been cancelled by the stolen election. As one European observer has noted, “The United States has to spread democracy by violence, since it sure as hell can’t do so by example.”

"Joe Biden is no more our president - on this day - than Al Gore was - when the media declared him the winner in 2000"

    7 November  2020

"It's not over': Trump supporters flock to state capitols after Biden victory is announced

Read President Donald Trump’s full statement on the election results, vowing to head to the courts

“We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner, and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him: they don’t want the truth to be exposed. The simple fact is this election is far from over. Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor. In Pennsylvania, for example, our legal observers were not permitted meaningful access to watch the counting process. Legal votes decide who is president, not the news media.

“Beginning Monday, our campaign will start prosecuting our case in court to ensure election laws are fully upheld and the rightful winner is seated. The American People are entitled to an honest election: that means counting all legal ballots, and not counting any illegal ballots. This is the only way to ensure the public has full confidence in our election. It remains shocking that the Biden campaign refuses to agree with this basic principle and wants ballots counted even if they are fraudulent, manufactured, or cast by ineligible or deceased voters. Only a party engaged in wrongdoing would unlawfully keep observers out of the count room – and then fight in court to block their access.

“So what is Biden hiding? I will not rest until the American People have the honest vote count they deserve and that Democracy demands.”

Surveillance video captures deadly police shooting of rifle-wielding (black) man after he pointed a rifle at the officers
black suspectJACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 34-year-old man was killed Wednesday night when he was shot by police after he pointed a rifle at officers in an unmarked police SUV on 63rd Street East, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.

The man, later identified as Justin Reed, can be seen on surveillance video approaching the SUV on the passenger side while holding the rifle. Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Assistant Chief T.K. Waters said the officers had been waiting for detectives to join them on a local gang investigation shortly after 10 p.m. when Reed approached with the rifle.

Reed’s fiancee, Shakeisha Watson, said the SUV had been sitting outside their home for 5 to 7 minutes and that Reed could be heard asking questions of the men inside. She said in the past, JSO officers have announced themselves when they were near the home, but that wasn’t the case Wednesday night.

“He said, ‘Who are y’all looking for?’ Nobody said nothing. No police got out and said, ‘This is the Sheriff’s Office.’ Nothing,” Watson said. “Don’t try to make him out to be this monster, because he’s not. He’s protecting his family. I don’t want nobody standing in front of my house, parked in front of my house and you’re not telling me who you are.” Waters said after Reed approached, he hit the SUV with the butt of the gun. The surveillance video, shared with News4Jax by a nearby church, then shows Reed point the weapon at the SUV with three officers inside. The video appears to show flashes first near the back passenger seat, then the front passenger seat, followed by a muzzle flash from Reed’s rifle before an officer gets out of the back passenger side of the SUV and fires multiple shots at Reed, who falls to the ground wounded.

‘Hammer’ and ‘Scorecard’: Lt. Gen. McInerney explains the election hack by Democrats
What’s happening with the election? As one might normally say, “it’s anyone’s guess.” Except, it isn’t. We have a very good idea of exactly what’s happening. The Democrats are either cheating or powers above them are cheating on their behalf. Either way, the election is in the process of being stolen if we’re to believe Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney during his most recent interview with Two Mikes.

The General described “Hammer” and “Scorecard,” a pair of programs initially designed for the CIA before being privatized by Deep State players from the Obama administration. We explained how they work in an article last week, but the gist is this: “Hammer” or “THE HAMMER” is a counter-intelligence surveillance program used to spy on activities on protected networks (like voting machines) without detection while “Scorecard” is a vote-manipulation application that changes votes during transfer. It’s the least detectable form of election manipulation because it works during data transfer between voting stations and data storage hubs. Unless both sides are looking for irregularities, it’s impossible to catch. If nefarious forces had people on one side or the other (or both) during data transfer, it cannot be exposed.

(Black) Pair Arrested After 17-Year-Old Girl Fatally Shot in Pompano Beach Hotel Room
black suspects A man and woman have been arrested in connection with a shooting at a Pompano Beach hotel that left a 17-year-old girl dead.

The shooting happened just before 2 a.m. Wednesday at the Travelodge Hotel at 1201 Northwest 31st Avenue, Broward Sheriff's office officials said.

Officials said the incident began with a verbal altercation between 23-year-old Jayla Leondrea Patton and a relative of the teen victim. The family member pushed Patton in order to close the door and that's when shots were fired from outside through the hotel room window, striking the 17-year-old, officials said. Deputies and Pompano Beach Fire Rescue responded to the hotel and found the teen unresponsive and suffering from a gunshot wound. She was taken to Broward Health North where she later died from her injuries. Family members later identified her as Alisa Espaillat.

Authorities said Patton and a second suspect, 19-year-old D'Angelo Cincord, fled after the shooting but were found by deputies.

Espaillat's stepfather, Armando Gonzales, says the family was staying at the Travelodge Hotel when a woman came to their room looking for someone they didn’t know. “So I’m telling the girl, ‘Whoever you’re looking for is not here,’” he said.  Gonzales says the woman reached inside the room, and he pushed her out. That’s when a man she was with started shooting through the window. The bullets hit and killed the teen.

“They didn’t kill her,” Gabriel Casanova said. “They killed the whole family.”
Patton and Cincord were arrested on murder charges and booked into jail, where they remained without bond Thursday, records showed.
“These two heartless persons, don’t care for life, don’t care for nothing,” Casanova said. “They took her life.”
Elizabeth Cabrera said they just celebrated Alisa’s 17th birthday on Friday. “I miss my daughter,” said the mother. “I can’t get her back.”

Grand Prairie police say D'jon Antone was arrested on a capital murder charge Wednesday at his home in Dallas. Antone was being held Thursday at the Grand Prairie Detention Center on $500,000 bond. Jail records did not list an attorney for him.

Hassell, 30, was known for his roles in the NBC show “Surface” and the 2010 film “The Kids Are All Right.” Police have said Hassell, who lived in Waco, was fatally shot around 1:50 a.m. on Sunday in Grand Prairie.
Police spokesman Mark Beseda said Hassell was visiting a friend at the apartment complex and was shot after going to the parking lot to retrieve something. Beseda said a car was stolen but Hassell wasn't in it at the time.

“He was just a victim of (HACKNEYED TRITE CLICHE) wrong place, wrong time,” Beseda said.

Ken Osmond, Eddie Haskell of 'Leave it to Beaver,' Dies at 76
Ken Osmond, the actor behind iconic Leave It To Beaver character Eddie Haskell, died on Monday (May 18) at age 76.

After Leave It to Beaver's six-season run ended, Osmond found himself in the same spot as a lot of child actors: typecast based on his best-known sitcom role. Still, a handful of roles followed, including guest appearances on Petticoat Junction and The Munsters.

In 1970, Osmond joined the Los Angeles Police Department. Ten years later, he was shot in the line of action by a suspected car thief. Osmond survived thanks to his bulletproof vest and remained with the LAPD until 1998.

2 (BLACKS) Arrested In Pistol-Whipping, Brutal Sexual Assault In Antioch
black suspectANTIOCH (CBS SF) — An Antioch man and a Stockton man were charged as suspects Monday in what Antioch police describe as a “brutal sexual assault” in the early morning of Oct. 17.

The attack and robbery was reported about 1 a.m. near the foot of G Street, where two people fishing in the San Joaquin River returned to their car just before midnight and were confronted by two armed men.
“The suspects robbed and pistol whipped both victims. After doing so, both suspects forced the female victim to perform sexual acts on them,” police said in a news release. The attackers fled in a vehicle and shortly after attempted to use a credit card they took in the robbery at an ATM.

Video surveillance from the scene of the attack and the ATM helped police to identify Kenry Lee Young, 31, of Antioch, as a possible suspect.
“A reference sample of his DNA was compared to forensic evidence from the scene of the crime, resulting in a positive match,” police said.
Young was arrested Oct. 22 at his home, which police said was near the scene of the attack. Detectives continued to investigate and identified Kenry Young’s brother, Lamar Young, 33, of Stockton, as the second suspect. He was arrested in Stockton on Thursday.

(black) NYPD cop arrested for endangering the welfare of a child
black suspectAn NYPD cop accused of masturbating while asking a 10-year-old girl to lick her underwear has been arrested again — for endangering the welfare of a child, police said Thursday.

Shaun Frazier, 40, was arrested in Brooklyn just after 12:30 p.m. and charged with act in manner injurious to a child, police said.
A police spokesman said the charge was brought following an internal affairs investigation but would not provide any more information. Frazier was busted back in September 2019 for allegedly sexually assaulting his friend’s 10-year-old daughter, according to police sources. The cop, who worked the NYPD’s building maintenance department for five years, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child last year and has since been suspended without pay, the sources said.

Frazier made the advance on the 10-year-old while babysitting her and her 5-year-old brother on Sept. 5, 2019.
Prosecutors alleged he asked to lick the girl’s underwear and told the girl to come into a room while he was masturbating.

(black) Man stabs ex-girlfriend’s new beau inside Brooklyn apartment
black suspectAn enraged ex-boyfriend stabbed his former flame’s current beau during a scuffle in a Brooklyn apartment early Thursday, cops said. The 29-year-old woman and her 26-year-old boyfriend were inside the sixth-floor apartment, part of NYCHA’s Eleanor Roosevelt Houses, on Pulaski Street near Stuyvesant Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant around 4 a.m. when her 34-year-old ex showed up, according to cops and police sources.
The confrontation between the two turned violent when the ex stabbed the younger man twice in the left arm, according to police.
The girlfriend called 911 — and the alleged attacker was busted on scene. Charges are pending.
The new flame was taken to the Kings County Hospital Center in stable condition, cops said.
A woman who lives across the hall said she “woke up to a lot of noise.”
“A man yelling, ‘Leave!, leave!, leave!, Go! Go!, Go!,” said the neighbor. “I looked out and there was a lot of blood.”
A man who was cleaning the hallway, using a mop and bucket from a crime scene clean-up company — filled with blood — called the scene “vicious.” “It looked like Freddy Krueger went to work in this hall!” he said. “Blood all over the walls and floor. Took me over an hour and a half to clean it off.”

DARK DOMINICAN Queens man who denied pointing a gun at cop caught by own cameras
black suspectblack suspectA Queens man was arraigned Thursday on weapons and drug charges after pointing an assault rifle at a detective — as authorities released stills of the incident, which undermined his prior claim he was unarmed.

Julin Liriano, 34, was captured on his own security cameras storming out of his house in Middle Village, Queens, accompanied by a bulldog and clutching the green and black weapon at his side.

Members of the DEA’s New York Drug Enforcement Task Force were in a car conducting surveillance as part of a narcotics investigation Oct. 7 when they allegedly noticed Liriano outside his house and holding the rifle behind his back.

“Liriano then appeared to ‘cock’ or load the rifle and place it in front of his body,” according to a press release from the city’s Special Narcotics Prosecutor, who’s handling the case. “Liriano allegedly pointed the rifle at an NYPD detective inside an unmarked car as it drove by.”

The stills show Liriano holding the gun upright and pointing it.

Mud foreigner female (last name SINGH from INDIA) charged with spitting in NYPD sergeant’s face at Manhattan protest
mud suspect "Phlegm fatale: Woman charged with spitting in cop's face during protest" - (One of Kamala's distant cousins)
A cop-hating demonstrator was charged with spitting in an NYPD sergeant’s face during wild protests in Manhattan Wednesday night, police said. Citizenship status of the suspect has not been reported in this news article...

Devina Singh, 24, was caught on video without a mask and screaming at the sergeant, “F— you, fascist!” before allegedly spitting at him. Singh, who lives in tiny Schwenksville, Pennsylvania, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration, violation of local law and harassment. Singh and her comrades were among the mob of left-wing, anti-cop protesters who clashed with police in the West Village, lit garbage on fire and screamed at diners outdoors, cops said. Sixty people were arrested.

    • Police, protesters clash in NYC as demonstration turns chaotic

    • NYC coddles the privileged, pain-in-ass anarchists who spit on cops
The first thing to notice about the young, ahh, lady arrested in Manhattan Wednesday for spitting in a cop’s face is that she was back on the street before they had time to test the cop for rabies.
Think of that as cause and effect. The second, as Joe Biden inches slowly toward his magic number, is that a goodly number of 2016’s sore losers intend fully to become 2020’s sore winners, should it come to that, so nobody reasonably can expect peace and quiet. Preening self-righteousness is like crack; once you’re hooked, it’s hard to give it up.

And it would be hard to find a preener more suited to the moment than the chick this newspaper’s genius headline writers have tagged the Phlegm Fatale — Devina Singh, 24, of Schwenksville, Pennsylvania, who hangs at high-end swimming pools in Miami, gets busted at “peaceful protests” in Manhattan and smugly hurls hockers at cops.

Lady Devina also has a foul mouth (just check out the arrest video); trouble with the truth (the cops “hit us with their bikes repeatedly … attacking people …”) and a fairly well-developed persecution complex. “We allow white people and those in power to continue to demonize and brutalize [us],” she writes on Facebook.

She is also not unique, which is a big reason why much of Manhattan was sheathed in plywood in anticipation of election night. Manhattan is riddled with angry, paranoid advantage-takers always on the lookout to make an ugly statement, and the one thing they pretty much can count on is getting away with it.

So while no-cost bad behavior is understandable, the anger really isn’t. Hey, if you’re Lady Devina and you’ve been arrested at least three times over the past six weeks and they keep letting you go, how bad can this town be, really?

And there you have the real issue: the letting-you-go part. Those “mostly peaceful protests” — in fact, roving, always-on-the-edge provocations that have plagued the city for months — are one thing. Pain-in-the-ass people are what the First Amendment is about.

But spitting in a cop’s face is an escalation that really should earn one more than a desk appearance ticket. Until it does, expect more of it. Maybe worse.

THE ORTHODOX NATIONALIST - Podcasts and Essays by Dr Matthew Raphael Johnson on Radio Albion

Perhaps of interests heard this falling asleep in my chair last night.

Dr Matthew Raphael Johnson looks at Dugin’s analysis of the US voting system and Trump’s effect on people’s understanding of politics.
The international significance of the 2020 election – which as of this writing has yet to be decided – is wildly exaggerated.

Alexander Dugin has applied the basic principles of Eurasianism and Geopolitical analysis to understand the American system of voting and its regional proclivities.

While the Eurasian idea is fundamentally sound, Dugin both exaggerates the ideological commitment of Donald Trump and the power of the presidency in international affairs.

What is true, however, is the idea that the Trump campaign, at least rhetorically, has resurrected some of the core ideas of nationalism. Whether or not these have been put into practice is irrelevant. Presidents simply don't have the power to ideologically remake anything. Nevertheless, to the extent that things like “America First” have again become part of the vocabulary, the landscape has changed.

black suspectA Fort Hood soldier was arrested Tuesday in connection with the killing of a woman found dead in a Texas hotel in 2019.

Cory Grafton, 20, was taken into custody after a witness and advanced DNA testing allegedly linked him to the killing of 32-year-old Chelsea Cheatham.

“Through the investigation, detectives with the Homicide Unit received information from a witness that 20-year-old Cory Grafton was at the scene at the time Chelsea Cheatham was murdered,” Killeen Police Department said in a statement. “With the assistance from the Texas Rangers, DNA from the scene was submitted and the results confirmed that Grafton matched the DNA located on Cheatham.” Cheatham was found unconscious and not breathing at the Days Inn in Killeen around 10:30 p.m. on June 3, 2019.
