Founder of all-Black armed activist group faces federal charge after FBI says he aimed a rifle at officers
black suspect(CNN)The founder of an all-Black armed activist group is facing a federal charge after the FBI alleges he aimed a rifle at federally deputized task force officers during a September rally in Louisville, Kentucky.

FBI agents arrested John Fitzgerald Johnson, the founder of the Not F**king Around Coalition who is also known as Grand Master Jay, Thursday at his home. The 57-year-old appeared before a federal judge in Louisville later that afternoon, and the judge appointed the Office of the Federal Defender to represent him.
Johnson did not immediately respond to CNN's requests for comment, and the head of the defender's office declined to comment. A combined preliminary and detention hearing is set for Friday. If convicted, Johnson faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison.

Police and task force officers (TFOs) went to the roof of the Jefferson County Grand Jury building to watch the people when some of the officers were blinded by a light, according to the federal complaint. They determined the light was coming from a flashlight mounted to "an AR platform style rifle" that Johnson was aiming at them, it alleges, noting officers recognized Johnson after seeing him earlier in the day and previously in videos he'd posted on social media.

Florida officers who opened fire at black suspect in Dollar General cleared of wrongdoing

Officers repeatedly told the suspect to 'get on the ground' but were ignored.
[another 'suicide by cop' by criminal low IQ black]

Two Florida officers who fired 42 rounds at a suspect accused of robbing a Dollar General, fatally shooting him in the head, were cleared of wrongdoing by the Hillsborough State Attorney’s Office on Tuesday.

Store employees called police on the morning of Oct. 20 to report a Black male wearing an orange shirt and carrying a revolver and attempting an armed robbery.  When officers arrived, 26-year-old Dominique Mulkey was holding a black garbage bag full of items.

"For at least 11 seconds, the officers repeatedly shouted commands, including 'Tampa Police—get on the ground!' and 'Get on the ground—show me your hands!' Mulkey ignored these commands and continued to walk down 50th Street, away from the officers," State Attorney Andrew Warren's office said in a press release.

Mulkey then dropped the bag and pulled a handgun from his waist, according to body camera footage taken from the officers at the scene.
"Officers shouted more commands, yelling 'Drop the gun!' several times. Instead of dropping the gun, Mulkey—who had been walking away—turned around completely to face the officers and raised his left hand from his waist up to chest height, pointing the gun in the direction of the officers," the statement said.

The Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe says China running operation to influence US lawmakers
WASHINGTON — China’s Communist government is waging a covert operation to influence members of Congress into supporting pro-Beijing policies, the Director of National Intelligence said Thursday.

In an op-ed published in the Wall Street Journal, DNI boss John Ratcliffe warned that officials in China were engaged in a “massive influence campaign” which targeted US lawmakers with six times the frequency of Russia and 12 times that of Iran.

“This year China engaged in a massive influence campaign that included targeting several dozen members of Congress and congressional aides,” Ratcliffe wrote.

The intelligence chief warned of a scenario where Chinese-owned manufacturing facilities employing thousands of Americans could influence union chiefs to turn against lawmakers supporting disadvantageous policies — or risk losing their jobs.

The warnings came as part of a stark op-ed which described the Communist nation as the biggest national security threat to the United States.

  • Trump admin names China biggest national security threat to the US
“Beijing intends to dominate the U.S. and the rest of the planet economically, militarily and technologically. Many of China’s major public initiatives and prominent companies offer only a layer of camouflage to the activities of the Chinese Communist Party,” Ratcliffe writes early on in the piece.

“I call its approach of economic espionage ‘rob, replicate and replace.’ China robs U.S. companies of their intellectual property, replicates the technology, and then replaces the U.S. firms in the global marketplace,” he continued.

China is collecting the world’s DNA and the reason is sinister
The Peoples Republic of China (PRC) has been collecting people’s DNA for years, and according to Gordon Chang, author of ‘The Coming Collapse of China,’ the country’s sinister motivations should be of great concern to the United States.

With over 80 million health profiles, China has the largest DNA database in the world, and growing. In an interview with Fox News, Chang warned that China plans to use this information to create bioweapons designed to target specific ethnic groups.

“The coronavirus is not the last pathogen that will be generated from Chinese soil. And so we've got to be concerned that the next disease is more transmissible and more deadly than the novel coronavirus,” said Chang. China reportedly collects the DNA of its own citizens for purposes of law enforcement, tracking down dissidents, and forming a tightly controlled surveillance state.

That's where Thoue Nichole Bronowski, 45, was rescued Tuesday night after police killed the man in a shootout at a hotel in Pineville, La., about 100 miles northwest of Baton Rouge. An FBI agent was also injured during the gunfight. His condition was not released.

The dead suspect was identified as 47-year-old James Edward Hawley, also known as Ahmad Ben David, police said during a Wednesday morning press conference.

Bronowski is expected to be reunited with her family soon, authorities said, though she was described as being extremely distraught by the ordeal.

Police said Hawley shot and killed Matko and then drove Bronowski to Cleveland in Matko's vehicle, which was later found abandoned and burnt. It is believed Hawley then took Bronowski to Louisiana in a different vehicle.

Investigators determined that the suspect posted numerous photos of himself with firearms on social media, with statements saying he wanted "to kill some cops.” Being a felon and in possession of firearms, the FBI pursued federal charges, News 5 Cleveland reported. - (Black-on-White)

St. Paul Police Officer (unjustly) Fired After Shooting (allegedly) Unarmed Naked black male rapist kidnapper
black suspectMINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A source tells WCCO the St. Paul police officer who shot a man Saturday night has been "relieved" of duty. (lynched)

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension said Tuesday that the shooting "victim" — 31-year-old Joseph Javonte Washington — is still being treated at St. Paul’s Regions Hospital. He has been charged by the Dakota County Attorney’s office with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, one count of kidnapping and one count of second-degree assault in connection to alleged crimes perpetrated in his Lakeville home several hours before he was shot.
Investigators said the vehicle Washington and his victim were in crashed just before 8 p.m. near the intersection of Rice Street and Maryland Avenue in St. Paul’s North End neighborhood. Investigators said Washington then broke into a nearby home. The homeowner called 911, and officers soon arrived to find Washington naked and hiding in a dumpster just after 9 p.m. on the 1000 block of Rice Street.
St. Paul police said officers tried to talk him out, and one deployed a PepperBall, which is an irritant similar to pepper spray. Washington then climbed out of the dumpster and ran towards the officers. The officers used Tasers and a K-9 officer in an effort to stop him, and then one officer — who a source says is Officer Anthony Dean — shot him at least twice.

(black) 9-year-old admitted to slashing baby sister in Brooklyn, family says
A 9-year-old boy admitted to slashing his baby sister in Brooklyn on Tuesday, the boy’s great-grandmother told The Post.

The 14-month-old toddler, named Kiya, was left with cuts to her stomach after the knife attack in the back room of a Bedford-Stuyvesant apartment on Patchen Avenue near Jefferson Avenue around 5 p.m.

“I heard the baby crying but it was a normal cry,” Elaine Thomas, the children’s great-grandmother, told The Post. “It wasn’t like screaming or anything.” “I came in and she was covered in blood,” said Thomas, 79. “I held the baby like, ‘What the hell is going on?’ I called her mother and said, ‘Get home quick, fast.'” She said she asked the boy if he had done it, and he answered, “Yes.” He wouldn’t say why, Thomas said.

The baby was at Bellevue Hospital on Wednesday morning, where police said her condition had stabilized.
The brother, Jamill, who has autism, was taken to the Kings County Hospital Center for a psychological evaluation.
Tiffany Douglas, the baby’s 32-year-old mother, left the baby with Thomas while she was out shopping, according to police sources.
When she came home, she found her young daughter bleeding and a knife on the scene, the sources said.

(black) Florida man who shot cop killed after being hit 38 times
black suspectA Florida man who shot and wounded a St. Petersburg cop during a shootout Wednesday was killed after being hit 38 times.

Dominique Harris, 20, who was “a person of interest” in a 2019 murder, got into a dramatic, caught-on-video gunfight with police outside a convenience store, with cops firing 50 shots in the exchange, the Tampa Bay Times reported. Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualitieri said Harris fired first, shooting at cops “at least four times” with a semiautomatic handgun after he tried to ram a roadblock — hitting one officer.

Police said he was currently being sought on a child abuse charge, the Times said.

The cops then returned fire, hitting Harris with a barrage of bullets, fatally wounding him.
Gualitieri said there were six officers involved, five of them undercover cops.
The wounded officer, who was not identified, was shot twice in the torso and was in stable condition after undergoing surgery.

St. Petersburgh Police Chief Anthony Holloway urged residents to remain calm and to “wait for the facts to come out.”

Rev. William McCandless, Former DeSales University Catholic Priest & Adviser To Monaco’s Royal Family, Indicted For Child Porn
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A former DeSales University Catholic priest who lives in Wilmington, Delaware, has been indicted on child pornography charges. Rev. William McCandless, a former adviser to Monaco’s royal family, was charged in Philadelphia. Prosecutors say McCandless — a member of the Wilmington-based religious order Oblates de St. Francis De Sales and formerly assigned to DeSales University in Lehigh County — amassed a trove of thousands of illicit images of children, including some involving torture.
However, the charges unsealed Wednesday were not the first time McCandless had been on the radar. In 2010, the clergy sex abuse watchdog group, Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests, called for his suspension, saying his name had surfaced in an ongoing clergy abuse lawsuit involving a 14-year-old boy.

Roman Catholic Church shielded Sodomite priest who homo-sexually abused NY man as a kid: suit
A New York man says the Catholic Church shielded a priest who sexually abused him for years beginning when he was 13 and homeless in Queens in the 1970s, new court papers show.

Evan Manderson, 63, says the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn failed to report the Rev. Coleman Costello to law enforcement — and even allowed him to retire with a clean slate despite the church’s knowledge of his alleged sexual abuse of children, a new Queens Supreme Court lawsuit alleges.

Manderson says he was only 13 and was living on the streets when he met Costello through an outreach program for children in Rockaway Beach, the court documents say. Costello allegedly groomed Manderson and sexually abused him for two years, starting in 1971, until he was 15, the court papers say.

A Queens man was sentenced Wednesday to 21 years in prison for the broad-daylight slaying of his daughter-in-law on a city street, officials said.

A crazed Lin then raced into the house and returned with a kitchen knife, repeatedly driving the blade into her neck, authorities said.
Another bystander flagged down a police car, and He was taken to a nearby hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.

The Orthodox Nationalist: The 2020 Presidential Farce

Dr Matthew Raphael Johnson looks at parallels between the recent fraudulent election and the way the monarchies were marginalized.

Dr. Johnson doesn't normally deal with current events, but the 2020 Presidential farce is simply too good to ignore. He's been condemning liberal democracy and republicanism for almost 30 years and today – in the  most blatant way possible – he is again being proven correct.

This farce isn't a “subversion” of liberalism, but is its very essence. “Democracy” is liberal by its very structure. It is not a set of procedures, but the expected results that they mean by the word. No one fights for a “procedure” for any other reason than it is expected to put their man into power.

Liberal republicanism was a useful way to castrate the crown and the church in modern Europe and stealing an election to them is no different than overthrowing Nicholas II.

There are no governments in Banana-Republicland that have tried to pull anything off like this. Its a blatant, laughable fraud from a group of people who swore to destroy Donald Trump by any means necessary. A group of people who were talking about a military coup in 2016, that went on to arm violent militia groups and burn whole cities in 2020 will hardly recoil at vote rigging.

It has never been a matter of principled disagreement, but is rather a war between two sides with nothing in common. We are not “all Americans” and there is no such thing as “the American people.”

Judge cites ‘sheer terror’ of gunpoint rapes by brutal rutting black bushy-haired savage beast, sends nig teen to prison for decades
black suspectAlmost two years after a Trotwood teenager broke into a home and raped an unsuspecting woman at gunpoint, a judge sentenced him to 39 years in prison.

William Jones, 18, was sentenced in Tuesday afternoon in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court. Authorities said Jones early in the morning on Dec. 3, 2018, used an unlocked door to enter a Trotwood home, where he raped a 24-year-old woman at gunpoint. Two days later, authorities said Jones used an unlocked window to break into a different Trotwood home and raped a 34-year-old woman at gunpoint. Both sex crimes happened in the Salem Village neighborhood.

In a trial Jones was found guilty of rape, aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery and kidnapping in October after he was transferred from the juvenile justice system. Montgomery County Common Pleas Judge Michael Krumholtz said Tuesday he landed on the sentence because of the fear Jones caused. “The sheer terror caused by Mr. Jones to the women is difficult to imagine,” the judge said.

(Black male) accused of randomly shooting 2 people in the head at north Austin gas station
black suspect AUSTIN (KXAN) — A 27-year-old man has been charged with two counts of felony aggravated assault in connection to what police describe was a “random” shooting of two men at a north Austin gas station Monday morning.

According to police, an officer responded to the Mobil Gas Station located 700 block of East St. Johns Avenue near Interstate 35. The officer says he found both victims with gunshot wounds to the head. They were later transported to a nearby hospital, where they’re expected to recover from their injuries.
Witnesses described the gunman as wearing red sweatshirt, red sweatpants and a blue backpack. Officers were then able to track Dante Crawley, who they say matches that description, to a nearby hotel.

Detectives later reviewed the gas station’s surveillance footage and say they saw the gunman, also matching Crawley’s description, pacing next to a small group of men in the parking lot. They say the gunman in the video suddenly opened fire while one of the victims was turned away and talking on his cell phone. As the second victim approached the gunman, he was shot in the head, stomach and legs. Detectives say the gunman is then seen leaving the area in the direction of the hotel where Crawley was later detained.
Crawley is being held in the Travis County Jail on a $2 million bond.

black suspectsAssembly Speaker Carl Heastie’s chief of staff and her husband, who is charged with smuggling cocaine into the country, lived an “opulent lifestyle” that included extravagant shopping sprees at Christian Louboutin and a bank account bulging with hundreds of thousands in cash, according to prosecutors.

In less than two years, Dennis blew $12,000 at Christian Louboutin, more than $1,500 at Gucci, more than $1,300 at Burberry and more than $1,000 each at Louis Vuitton, Moschino and Prada. The woman — who entered the bathroom immediately after Rodriguez exited — took the phone and found footage showing Rodriguez “angling the device to capture anyone using the toilet opposite the dispenser,” Katz said.

6 charged in 'birth tourism' scheme that cost U.S. taxpayers millions
The ringleaders advertised their services on Turkish-language Facebook pages with titles like “My baby should be born in America”

mud suspect Six people were charged in an elaborate “birth tourism” scheme that helped Turkish women secure U.S. citizenship for their children and cost American taxpayers upward of $2 million, federal prosecutors said Wednesday.

The alleged ringleaders, Sarah Kaplan and Ibrahim Aksakal, both residents of Long Island, New York, brazenly advertised their services on Turkish-language Facebook pages and websites with titles like “My baby should be born in America,” prosecutors said.

The defendants are accused of providing expectant mothers a full-service experience: lodging in New York, transportation, help applying for citizenship for their children, and purported “insurance” to cover all medical costs, which amounted to fraudulently-obtained Medicaid benefits.

The cost for these services: roughly $7,500, nearly all in cash, prosecutors said.

Between January 2017 and September this year, the suspects were paid approximately $750,000 in fees, and Medicaid disbursed more than $2.1 million in illicitly-obtained benefits, according to prosecutors.

Nelly Myers, a 58-year-old customer service worker at London’s Gatwick Airport, was found dead at her posh home in Rotherfield, East Sussex, about a year ago, the Sun reported about a court hearing.

The divorced mother of two became “totally obsessed” with Jayesh Gobar, whom she had met at work, but the 35-year-old was actually “only interested in her money” to buy drugs, according to the report about the hearing.

The relationship took a violent turn at one point and, 18 months before Myers was slain, Gobar wrapped his hands around her neck and threatened to kill her during a robbery at her home, the Hove Crown Court heard. Gobar was convicted and received a three-year prison sentence — but was sprung early in May 2019 and fitted with an ankle bracelet on condition of not contacting Myers or visiting her hometown until April 2021, the Sun reported.  Despite the violence and his ensuing conviction, the couple resumed their relationship after she sent him a friend request on Facebook, according to the outlet. Myers was “so besotted” with Gobar that she regularly gave him money, the court heard.

Nine more Catholic priests, including one well known for helping Denver's homeless, were found to have sexually abused children in an updated report on sex abuse in Colorado's Catholic churches released Tuesday by state Attorney General Phil Weiser. The late Rev. Charles B. Woodrich, known as Father Woody, and the other eight were not previously identified in an initial report released in October 2019 based on a review of church records in the Denver, Colorado Springs and Pueblo dioceses under an agreement between Weiser's office and the church. Six of the newly named priests are dead while the others were previously removed from the priesthood or retired. A day shelter for the homeless had been named in honor of Father Woody several years after his death in 1991. But his name was removed from the Haven of Hope's name earlier this year after its leaders learned of the allegations against him, board President Don Gallegos said in a statement.

Edgecombe County machete attack yields - (Black-on-White) hate crime charges, deputies say
black suspect TARBORO, N.C. (WNCN) – Edgecombe County deputies say hate crime charges are possible in a machete attack on Friday. The attack happened Friday around 9 a.m. at a house on Carr Farm Road in Macclesfield.

According to deputies, the suspect, identified as Carlos Antonio Washington, was waiting behind the couple’s house and attacked the homeowner once the victim went inside the house. Deputies said the homeowner fought the suspect off momentarily and deflected the machete. The homeowner’s wife came out with a gun and shot at Washington – ending the attack.

The suspect ran to his car and started to drive on U.S. 258 toward Tarboro, deputies said.
While deputies were on the way to the scene, Deputy A. Lewis located the suspect’s vehicle.
Washington and the couple had no known interactions before.
“It was kind of scary,” said neighbor Dereck Draughon. “Everybody knows one another.”
Washington was not known to authorities before Friday’s attack.
The couple will be OK, deputies said.
    - (Black-on-White)

Deputies said federal hate crime charges are possible as the suspect is a Black Hebrew Israelite who attacked a white family at random. The Anti-Defamation League said there are many sects. Some are considered extremist and are outspoken anti-Semites and racists. They’re unrelated to the Jewish faith. Authorities said two people associated with that group were behind the 2019 attack of a kosher market in New Jersey.
Washington was charged with attempted first-degree murder and placed in the Edgecombe County Detention Center under a $2 million secured

California high court upholds death penalty for black male convicted of raping, strangling 10 women in L.A.
black suspectThe California Supreme Court on Monday upheld the death sentence for a man convicted of raping and strangling 10 women in Los Angeles. However, the court reversed his conviction for the death of one victim’s fetus.

Chester Dewayne Turner, a 54-year-old one-time pizza deliveryman, was convicted in 2007 of first-degree murder for killing the women over the course of more than a decade in the 1980s and 1990s. Most victims were vulnerable women who were homeless, drug users or prostitutes, prosecutors said.

Turner also was convicted of second-degree murder in the death of the female fetus of a woman who was about 6 1/2 months pregnant.
During an automatic appeal, the state Supreme Court agreed with defense attorneys who argued that hearsay evidence about the ability of the child to survive outside the womb undermined the second-degree murder conviction. However, the court ruled that error didn’t require throwing out the death sentence for Turner, who is considered one of the city’s most prolific serial killers.

The APD Special Victims Unit canvassed the surrounding area on November 25, while also reaching out to citizens and MARTA Police in the area for assistance.  Only days later on November 27, a MARTA Police officer recognized the suspect at the MARTA station, at which point MARTA PD units detained the suspect. APD SVU investigators were notified immediately, and arrived on scene to take custody of the suspect.

Law enforcement felt they had substantial evidence to arrest the man, identified as 33-year-old Dwayne Bailey, and subsequently charged him with Rape, Aggravated Assault, and Kidnapping. He was then transported to Fulton County Jail.

(black) Shelbyville man accused of shooting, stealing money from 83-year-old woman found dead at home
    black suspect SHELBYVILLE, Ky.
A Shelbyville man has been arrested in connection with the deadly shooting of an 83-year-old woman at her home just days before Thanksgiving, officials said.

Alvin L. Brooks was arrested on charges of murder, tampering with physical evidence and first-degree robbery, according to records from the Shelby County Sheriff's Office.

Investigators said Brooks is the suspect in the shooting of Deanie Logan, who was found dead Monday at her home on Zaring Mill Road. The coroner's office said the 83-year-old woman died of a gunshot wound.

According to the sheriff's office, a witness told police that they spotted a suspicious vehicle in the driveway of the home over the weekend. Investigators were able to track down the vehicle, a white car with plastic over the driver's side window, and also located a firearm they said matched casings found at the victim's home.

Brooks allegedly told investigators that he was on Zaring Mill Road Saturday night, but that he had no role in the murder, according to the arrest report.

Investigators said they interviewed Brooks' wife who told them that her husband had shot an elderly woman on Saturday and took $500 from the victim.  According to the arrest report, Brooks showed his wife the victim's purse and identification before dumping the items in a body of water.         (White female) Concealed Carry Holder Killed, (black male) Career Criminal Charged
black suspect Carrying a firearm for self-defense can increase your odds of surviving an encounter with a violent criminal, but a gun in the hand of a law-abiding citizen is still a tool, not a magical talisman that guarantees protection. The murder of Anna Marie Wagener in St. Paul, Minnesota is a painful reminder of that fact, just as the history of her accused killer is a reminder that the criminal justice system doesn’t always deliver justice to criminals.

Wagener, a 41-year old mother and grandmother described by family as “tough” and “no nonsense, but with a heart of gold,” was shot and killed in St. Paul back on September 3rd, but Antoine Powell wasn’t charged for the crime until this week, when the 44-year old added second degree murder to the long list of criminal charges he’s faced over the past few years.

An informant came forward with information about her killer. According to the confidential informant, a man named Antoine or Shantoine was responsible for her death, as well as stealing her firearm after her murder. The informant also told police that the same man had been a part of the north Minneapolis shooting, and also informed officers that Wagener’s killer had been wearing an ankle monitoring device, but had since cut off the device.  - (Black-on-White)

(black) Man dragged 2 officers with SUV, ran over one of them, court records allege
black suspect CROWN POINT,  Indiana— A man awoke a Dyer (Indiana) couple about 5:10 a.m. Monday by repeatedly ringing their doorbell, dragged two sheriff's officers with his SUV and ran over one of them and was arrested in St. John while attempting to change a flat tire, court records allege.

Ernest L. Hoover Jr., of Chicago, left the Dyer couple's home before police arrived, but he returned about 6:15 a.m. and again began repeatedly ringing their doorbell and walking back and forth from their porch to a Cadillac SUV parked in their driveway in the 15000 block of West 103rd Avenue.

The couple again called police, and Lake County sheriff's Officer Alex Gallegos arrived and began talking with Hoover, according to Lake Criminal Court records. Gallegos determined Hoover had an active warrant in Lake County and attempted to take Hoover into custody, but Hoover ran from him.  Sheriff's Officer Michael Maggi arrived as Hoover struggled with Gallegos, and Maggi began attempting to help Gallegos arrest Hoover. Hoover was able to get back in the SUV and accelerated in reverse, dragging both officers for several feet until they fell off. The SUV hit Maggi in the left leg, knocking him to the side of the vehicle, records state.

As Gallegos was dragged, one of his legs hit the concrete and the SUV's tire ran over his right foot. He fell from the vehicle, striking his head on the concrete.  A witness told police Hoover appeared to be lining up the SUV to run over the officers again when Maggi drew his gun but didn't fire.  Hoover fled the scene and was found behind a business at 93rd Avenue and U.S. 41 in St. John, where he was attempting to change a flat tire on the SUV. Maggi suffered knee and leg injuries. Gallegos suffered injuries to his shoulder, knee and head. Both officers were placed on medical leave.

Wilborn was last seen October 21 and was missing for nine days before his body was found in a creek in Hatchechubbee. His truck was later found abandoned near Pine Road. Sheriff Heath Taylor said DNA was used in the case. The killing appears to have begun as a robbery. Sheriff Taylor says that the suspects and victim might have been acquaintances. Investigators believe the two men’s asked Wilborn to help jump the vehicle’s battery. Wilborn attempted to help the two when they overcame him.

HISPANIC Latin Kings Career criminal slashes NYC correction officer, captain in Thanksgiving scuffle
A career criminal gangbanger with 70 prior busts slashed a correction officer in the arm and stabbed a captain in the knee at the Manhattan Detention Complex on Thanksgiving Day, union officials said Friday.

The inmate, identified by a Correction Officers’ Benevolent Association spokesman as Franklyn Dominguez, a member of the Latin Kings, was already fighting with two Correction captains — and waving a sharpened piece of metal — when the officer got out of an elevator at the Lower Manhattan facility and walked right into the fracas in the vestibule.

But he began to swing the piece of metal even more violently, slashing the officer in the arm, according to the spokesman. The officers used pepper spray again — at which time the inmate slid to the floor, stabbing the female captain on the knee with the weapon, sources said. The officer, 35, who has been with the department for three years, needed 10 stitches for his injury, and said he needs to take some time off work to recover. “I’m in a little bit of pain,” he said Friday. “I can’t move my arm the way I usually do.”
The captain also required stitches, according to the COBA spokesman.
