BLACK Jacksonville woman charged with murder after WHITE female stabbing victim dies was in jail 30 years ago for killing her baby  Theresa Lora Thomas is no stranger to life behind bars on a murder charge. The 53-year-old woman spent years in state prison on a 1986 conviction for second-degree murder in the death of her 3-week-old daughter. Now she is facing a new murder charge after the victim of a June 25 stabbing died weeks after the attack, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. Bonnie Sue Hollis was stabbed in the back and paralyzed almost two months ago at the Liberty Center for the Homeless where she and Thomas lived at 600 N. Washington St. But when Hollis died Aug. 10 and the medical examiner determined it was due to the injury, Thomas’ charges were upped to murder Wednesday. After Hollis, 43, was found lying in a pool of blood in the courtyard that morning, Thomas told officers “I’m the one you’re looking for” Police also found a bloody steak knife in her room.. - (Black-on-white) |

Deputies arrest two African-american men in connection to 2015 Dover murder of WHITE sports fan  DOVER, N.C. – The Craven County Sheriff’s Office arrested two men in connection to a 2015 murder in Dover. According to the Craven County Sheriff deputies arrested Joshual Duncan and Alexander Malone on Tuesday. Investigators say the two suspects are wanted in connection to the death of Robert Tripp in Dover on July 14, 2015. Deputies discovered the 27-year-old’s body in an overgrown yard near Dover Fort Barnwell Road. The Craven county Sheriff’s Office says Malone and Duncan face an open count of murder. PSYCHO BLACK GHETTO BEAST attacks WHITE Cleveland woman he accused of being in the KKK in what police say is a hate crime CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A man attacked a 51-year-old woman and accused her of being racist in what police are investigating as a hate crime. The attack happened about 5:45 p.m. Sunday in the 2900 block of Archwood Avenue in the city's Brooklyn Centre neighborhood. The man, whose photo was released in the hopes that someone can identify him, is black and the woman who reported the attack is white, police said. The man walked up to one woman without saying anything and punched her, knocking her to the ground, police said. The man then yelled at the woman and accused her of being in the Ku Klux Klan, said she was a "white supremacist," according to police. The woman told police she had no affiliation to the KKK or any white supremacist group, according to police reports. The woman walked to her home, called police and told her 21-year-old son what happened, police said. The two then walked back to where the man stood. The son took a photo of the man with his cellphone. The man saw him take the photo and knocked the phone from his hand and cracked the screen, police reports say. The man then accused the woman's son of being involved in the KKK. The 21-year-old also told police he had no affiliation with the hate group. BLACK Henderson man charged in burglary that sparked shooting, led to student's death   The circumstances leading to the tragic death of a Henderson County High School student Autumn Burkhart last November started with an alleged burglary. This week, a Henderson man was charged with that burglary. Elijah Roberts, 18, a former student at Central Academy, who was found guilty earlier this year of reckless homicide in the shooting death of Burkhart and sentenced to five years. He was formally charged Monday with the burglary of a First Street residence where 25-year-old Joshua Bumphus resided at the time. Authorities said Roberts and Bumphus were acquaintances and on the day of the alleged burglary had been together at Bumphus' residence. Both men left the apartment, but when Bumphus and his girlfriend returned, they found that roughly $1,200 cash and iPads had been stolen, officials said. - (Black-on-white) |

Prosecutors: BLACK MUSLIM Mass. terror suspect sought to ‘neutralize’ those planning to testify  BOSTON — As a Massachusetts terror suspect gets ready for his trial this fall, court documents reveal David Wright has allegedly been plotting behind bars. Nicholas Rovinski, 25, of Warwick, pleaded guilty in September to conspiring to help the Islamic State. His suspected co-conspirator, Wright, 27, is still awaiting trial. Jury selection for the Everett, Massachusetts man’s trial is set to begin in September. Prosecutors say Wright and Rovinski met on Facebook. In 2015, the pair was charged with plotting to kill people in the United States on behalf if ISIS, including a conspiracy to behead a New York blogger. As Wright’s trial approaches, Eyewitness News obtained court documents, which detail what the terror suspect has been up to during his time at the Plymouth County Correctional Facility. The documents reveal the FBI used a confidential source to help crack the case in 2015, and the unnamed source is set to testify against Wright at trial. The government has asked a judge to protect the source’s identity. Prosecutors state that over the past six months, Wright has requested the assistance of a fellow inmate to “neutralize” the FBI’s source, as well as Rovinski, so they cannot testify against him. The documents also say Wright told his fellow prisoner that neither Rovinski nor his family were “safe.” |

BLACK Rockford Man Arrested for Alleged Sexual Abuse of a Child ROCKFORD - A man wanted for the sexual abuse of a child under the age of 13 turns himself into police. A warrant was issued for Shanan Berry's, 28, arrest after several months of investigation. Berry turned himself into police on Tuesday. He's charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse and battery. Due to the sensitive nature of the case and the age of the victim, no further details will be released. |
Tampa sinner arrested for fornication and sexual battery on preteen inside church classroom TAMPA, Fla. – A man was arrested for sexual battery inside a church on Sunday. According to Tampa police, Le’Angelo Wilkerson, 27, had sex with a victim in a classroom inside the Rehobath Faith Cathedral at 3220 N. 40th Street. A second victim walked into the room, and Wilkerson told her to stay. Wilkerson grabbed the second victim on the buttocks. He is charged with sexual battery on a person 12 or younger, lewd or lascivious molestation and violation of probation. |

Convicted felon arrested in deadly Sumter County crash An Ocala man is charged with felony possession of a firearm by a felon after a fatal four-vehicle crash Tuesday in Sumter County. The Wildwood Police Department tried to pull over a white 2007 BMW driven by Anthony Nepoleon Brown, 27, for a traffic violation at about 1:30 p.m., Florida Highway Patrol Sgt. Steve Gaskins said. Brown sped away, traveling south on County Road 219 and ignoring a stop sign at the intersection of State Road 44, the FHP said. The BMW struck a 2002 Honda SUV, which was driven by Laura Lee Price of Inverness, Gaskins said. The SUV overturned, and Price, 55, died at the scene, Gaskins said. After the BMW hit a 2016 Chevrolet truck driven by Michael Simon of Grand Island and a 2014 Mack tractor-trailer driven by Eugene Randolph Jr. of Jacksonville, two men fled, the FHP said. He denied everything when arrested, but later went on the run after hearing the damning recording and pleaded guilty when he turned up for his trial. "He had not heard the recording until earlier this year and that must have come as a shock to him, the clear evidence of it," his lawyer Miss Marie Spenwyn told Harrow Crown Court. "We now have a man hanging his head in shame over his behaviour." |

Black Man arrested, accused of raping juvenile BOONE COUNTY, Mo. - A 27-year-old man was arrested by Boone County Sheriff's deputies Tuesday in connection to an incident in late June. Deputies say they suspect Thomas O. Carter IV of sexually assaulting a juvenile in the 5000 block of Limoges Drive. Carter was taken into custody just after 5 p.m. Tuesday after being interviewed by deputies at the Boone County Sheriff's Department. A resident of the 4000 block of Thornwood Drive, Carter posted a $9,000 bond and was released from the Boone County Detention Center. Carter faces charges of second-degree statutory rape and statutory sodomy. Deputies say the investigation began earlier this month, after the sheriff’s department received information about the incident from the Missouri Children’s Division. |

'They were wives and they were mothers:' Friends come together to pray, remember two WHITE women killed in bank robbery by BLACK DEVIL    HORRY COUNTY, SC - A group of friends gathered Tuesday at the scene of a deadly bank robbery in Conway to remember two friends who lives were tragically taken on Monday. The two women who died during an armed robbery at CresCom Bank were identified as Donna Major, 59 years old, from Conway, and Kathryn "Katie" Skeen, 36 years old, from Green Sea, according to Horry County Deputy Coroner Michelle McSpadden. Both were employees of the bank. The investigation is on-going. “These women were not just workers at CresCom Bank, they were wives and they were mothers and they had children,” said friend Jeannie Smith. Skeen was a branch manager at CresCom. According to friends, the mother of two would often donate clothes to the Coastline Women’s Shelter. More information can be found on Skeen's obituary here. Friends described Major, a mother, as kind-hearted. “She’s just so friendly and always took time to ask me about myself,” said friend Kathryn Barnhill. The NYPD said Gary Correa, 19, is responsible for the fatal Friday-night knifing of George Carroll, 42, near McGolrick Park. “We came up with an identified perp. We are seeking him now,” said NYPD Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce. “He is the perpetrator. He’s been identified by witnesses at the scene.” Carroll and his wife, Christina Romero Carroll, 41, were walking on Monitor Street near Driggs Avenue at around 9:30 p.m. when the husband made eye contact with two men standing on a stoop. “What are you looking at?” one of the men said, according to Christina. “I’m lookin’,” her husband shot back. Colored Palmdale mother, black boyfriend sentenced to life in prison for murder of 23-month-old (apparently White) boy      LOS ANGELES -- A Palmdale mother and her boyfriend have both been sentenced to life in state prison for killing the woman's 23-month-old son three years ago, prosecutors said Monday. The toddler, Anthony Wilson, was hospitalized after he was hit in the head five times by 27-year-old Brandon Williams. Anthony died 41 days later, on Oct. 5, 2014. Rosie Lee Wilson, 23, received a 15-year-to-life sentence after being found guilty of second-degree murder and child abuse, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office said in a statement. Williams, convicted of first-degree murder, torture and assault on a child causing death, was sentenced to 25 years to life. He covered his face with his hands and remained silent throughout the sentencing hearing. "It really bothers me that you're such a coward that you can't face us after all that you did to that poor little baby," said the murdered boy's grandmother, Christine Harper, addressing Williams. Christina Wilson, the toddler's aunt, read a statement to the convicted woman in court. "I couldn't believe that you could have done this. You let him sit there, suffer and die," Christina Wilson said. "Was this who you really were - a heartless mother who doesn't care about her child? A 31-year-old Gainesville man was arrested Monday on suspicion of raping a 13-year-old girl. Charlie Floyd Manns III faces charges of sexual assault, obscene communication involving an alleged cellphone recording of the assault, and kidnapping. He is being held at the Alachua County Jail in lieu of $300,000 bond. At about 8:15 a.m. on Aug. 8, Manns approached the girl in a black Chrysler and told the girl to get in. He drove her to his home near the A. Quinn Jones Center in Gainesville. Once inside the home, the girl told police she tried to leave but Manns blocked her with his body and told her to go to his bedroom. She said he raped her there, threatening her before and after intercourse, and recording the act with his cellphone. Afterward, she said, he threatened to hurt her if she told anyone. |

Timothy Even is believed to have died of carbon monoxide poisoning when he was found unresponsive in his car at a log landing site near Stoneham, Maine, on Friday. The 28-year-old was a girls' track coach at Westbrook High School until he was arrested last September for having an inappropriate relationship with a student. Even admitted to having sex with a 17-year-old, saying he couldn't control his feelings and was convicted of unlawful sexual contact and assault in December. Even's car was found backed into a log landing in Lovell, Maine, near his hometown's border line. State Police Lt. Walter Grzyb said in a statement: 'His death is not suspicious and is believed to be a suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning. |

In-laws say (BLACK) Raleigh man charged with child abuse is duping the public RALEIGH -- The in-laws of a Raleigh man charged with leaving his children home alone while he went to work say he is duping the public. Last week, Victor King told a Wake County judge he left the five kids, all under the age of eight, at home because he is the sole provider for them and his wife. "My wife was diagnosed with stage four cancer, and I'm practically like her only way to pay for all of her medical bills," King said in court. "So, I was wondering if I could get out early and I can still work, so I won't lose my job?" However, his wife's mother, Princess Burden, said although his insurance is covering her daughter, she is the one taking care of the sick woman and the five children at her Johnston County home since the diagnosis. "Victor is not telling the truth," Burden said.. "He's not telling the truth and that's a shame." Burden said one of the few times the children have been with their father recently was last week when he left them alone at his north Raleigh apartment. Although King's wife and children are not beneficiaries on the fundraiser he said they will get the money.King's in-laws don't believe him and say they are setting up a GoFundMe page to directly benefit their daughter and grandchildren. |

Solar eclipse helps marshals catch ‘most wanted’ negroid sex offender  CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – A wanted sex offender surfaced Monday in Iowa and officers may have the solar eclipse to thank, according to a media release from the U.S. Marshals. Marshals arrested 26-year-old Ladarius Martez Blue outside of a Cedar Rapids residence as part of the U.S. Marshals Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force’s “Operation Most Wanted.” Authorities had been looking for Blue since he failed to register as a sex offender and disappeared in early June. Officers set up surveillance and spotted Blue coming out of the home “in what appeared to be an attempt to observe the solar eclipse.” Blue initially took off running, but, thanks to a tip from “a concerned citizen,” authorities found him hiding in a yard waste container. In 2010, Blue was convicted for a lascivious act with a minor, and, a year later, pleaded guilty for failing to register as a sex offender. |

The vicious but hare-brained Brooklyn criminals ages 15 to 25 were responsible for seven shootings, including one Aug. 12 in Bushwick where an innocent college student – Terrell Henry, 23 – was hunted down and killed for daring to walk along a street where rival gang members were known to gather, officials said. Acting Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez said the gang members also were responsible for a series of “senseless shootings in certain pockets of Brooklyn” between November 2015 and August 2016 in which 14 people were injured or killed. Negro captured on video choking, attempting to drown his pitbull Police arrested a man for animal cruelty Tuesday after he was captured on video delivering a savage beating to his pitbull. Donte Francis, 34, was arrested at his home in the 2000 block of Sheridan Drive by an animal control officer with Tallahassee Police Department. The officer was responding to a call from a witness who told police he saw Francis on top of the dog, punching it with closed fists. The witness took a video of Francis’ cruelty and showed it to officers, who observed him punch the dog about 18 times, throw it in the pool and hold its head under water, choke it and pick it up, slamming it to the ground. A police report on the incident says the entire episode of Francis’ abuse took place over 20 minutes. When officers arrived at Francis’ home to ask him about the footage, they said they saw the dog in a pen in the back yard and were concerned that it was not moving. The arrest report says Francis told officers he had “washed his dog in the back yard.” |

BLACK Man charged in 2015 sexual assault at Robbins assisted living facility ROBBINS, Ill. -- A 57-year-old man has been charged in a sexual assault at a Robbins assisted living facility two years ago, the Cook County Sheriff's Office said Sunday. The sexual assault occurred at an assisted living facility in the 13800-block of Utica Avenue on June 13, 2015, the sheriff's office said. The 58-year-old victim told police that another resident at the facility held her down and sexually assaulted her. After the assault, the victim ran out of the room and notified the staff. In November 2016, the sheriff's office reopened the investigation. DNA results received this year tied the suspect, Charles Bryant, to the victim, the sheriff's office said. |
BLACK Man arrested after standoff in connection with rape  BOONE COUNTY - Columbia Police arrested Christopher Moore Sunday night after a standoff that began in the afternoon, according to CPD. The standoff happened on West Cunningham Drive just north of Columbia city limits. CPD obtained a search warrant for an apartment on West Cunningham Drive. They say they called out to the suspect but he did not respond, so they entered the premises and took him into custody. The department began their investigation Sunday morning around 3 a.m. in connection with a home invasion on Old 63 North. Police said Moore broke into a woman's home and used a gun to force her to have sex with him. Moore faces charges of felony rape, felony sodomy, armed criminal action, burglary, tampering with evidence, domestic assault and more. |

Florida Teen Killed in Drug Rip-Off, 3 BLACKS Arrested PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. – A 16-year-old Arnold High School student was killed in what homicide investigators are calling a drug rip-off. The homicide victim has been identified as 16-year old Jason Ian Price. The incident happened shortly after midnight Sunday at the CVS on Highway 98 near the Hathaway Bridge. Deputies said in a news release they have arrested three people, 18-year-old Rodney Jones, 24-year-old Gertavious Montrez Canada and 21-year-old Demarcus Giddens. All three men are from Auburn, Alabama. Jones and Canada are charged with felony murder and armed robbery. Giddens is charged with an open count of murder and armed robbery. Investigators said they believe Giddens did the shooting. |

Timothy Showell, 27, allegedly fired multiple shots into an empty parked vehicle on the 200 block of Barwell Lane in Newark Sunday at 1 a.m. Showell then fled in his own vehicle but lost control and crashed into another parked car on the 100 block of McCormick Drive, according to investigators. Police say a relative then picked Showell up from the scene of the crash and drove him home. |

BARTOW, Fla. - Authorities say a 20-year-old man sent child pornography to a Florida television news anchor's Twitter account. Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd tells local news outlets that Marchum Browning was arrested Friday and now faces federal child porn charges. Judd says Browning used a Twitter account to follow a Bay News 9 anchor and then began sending explicit images. When she blocked his account, Judd says Browning created additional accounts and continued sending the images. He even sent images to the station's main Twitter page. The anchor wasn't identified by authorities, but Judd says she's "scarred for life" by the "horrific" images. Judd says the anchor's husband reached out to his agency "because he knew of our aggressive stance" on child predators. A lawyer for Browning isn't listed on court records.
