bites negro who raped her to escape   BATON
ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A 15-year-old girl
bit the man who raped her and held her against her will Saturday,
according to authorities. Court documents show Joshua Moore,
30, of Baton Rouge, was booked Sunday in connection with this crime.
According to the probable cause report, Moore saw the girl walking
on Boulevard de Province and offered her a ride. The report stated
she got into the vehicle with him and they rode around until
ending up at an apartment on West Brookstown Drive. It added
Moore raped her at the apartment. According to the PC, Moore then
put her back in his vehicle and was driving her to another location
on Nicholson Drive near Ben Hur Drive when she tried to get out of
the vehicle. Officials reported Moore grabbed the girl to stop her
from getting out of the vehicle and a struggle ensued. They added
the victim bit Moore on the hand during the scuffle, got out of the
vehicle, and was able to flag down a driver who helped her get away
and contacted police. |

Va. (WDBJ7) A man who admitted to killing a woman at a
Christiansburg audiology clinic last year has been ordered to spend
the rest of his life in prison. A judge in Montgomery County Circuit
Court sentenced Cyron Stokes to life plus 10 years in prison
Friday.Stokes pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder January 31 as part of an agreement with prosecutors. He was accused of killing Amy Byrd Shrader, an employee of Anderson Audiology, and for trying to kill Tracy Neyhart, a Blacksburg attorney. Stokes' crime was carried out on January 6, 2017. Police at the time said Shrader suffered stab wounds to the neck and was laying on top of a steak knife when she was found by officers in a bathroom at Anderson Audiology. Stokes is deaf and was a patient of the hearing aid clinic. Shrader was sitting at the front desk. During a hearing in January, 2018 prosecutors said Stokes lured Shrader into a restroom, claiming there was an issue, and locked the door behind him. That's when he told investigators he attacked her with a knife and sexually assaulted her. Stokes was later found hiding in a crawlspace underneath a home and arrested. - (Black-on-white) |

Fort Worth woman faces a charge of murder after police say she cut
another woman with broken glass over the weekend, causing severe
bleeding that led to the woman's death. Stephanie Renee Graham,

according to jail records. The assault happened Saturday at about
1:30 a.m. at the Radisson Hotel at 2540 Meacham Blvd., police say. Jennifer
Cobb, 43, of Fort Worth died at John Peter Smith
Hospital at about 2:30 a.m. Saturday after Graham broke glass on
her, causing a cut to her upper body and severe bleeding,

a worker in the face at the George Webb restaurant near South 21st

This time, he was angry about the service he was given and lost control. The attack happened around 1 a.m. on Friday, June 29. her on a porch outside an address in Southwark, south London, and
filmed the attack on his mobile phone last May. He then raped
her again despite being interrupted by the victim's friends who
had come to find her. Glenn was found guilty by a jury at Inner
London Crown Court of two counts of rape at an earlier trial. He was
jailed for 11 years and will also serve a further five years on

targeting prostitution at the Super 8 Motel on Reiger Road in Baton
Rouge. During the investigation, officers found Latesha Bennett's,
22, ad on the Backpage.ly website, where she was allegedly
soliciting prostitution. An undercover officer then met with Latesha
at the Super 8. Latesha's mother, Amber Bennett, was also arrested. She was reportedly seen sitting on the stairs next to the room. Amber allegedly worked with Latesha to help her get "dates," set up ads on the website, and stand as a lookout while Latesha was on her "dates." |

At about 5:15 p.m., the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension
found the missing girl and detained the suspect in St. Paul,
Minnesota. "Thank you to all that provided information in this
matter and the media's assistance in sharing the alert so rapidly,"
the authorities said. The Amber Alert has been canceled.

Delaware County District Attorney’s Office. Emarievebe was found guilty of numerous charges after a four-day trial. The counts include involuntary deviate sexual intercourse involving a child, indecent sexual assault of a child, and endangering the welfare of a child. He faces up to 80 years in state prison. |

On June 20, he pleaded no contest to two counts of attempted murder and two counts of second-degree robbery. have arrested a man who they say phoned in a threat to Miami's
Jackson Memorial Hospital.Juvane Raheem Hylton, 21, was arrested Friday on charges of making a false report about a bomb or explosive and misuse of 911, Miami-Dade Police said. The threat was made last Friday. According to the arrest affidavit, Hylton made a phone call to Miami-Dade police with a hospital phone and threatened to shoot and kill the staff, doctors and nurses with an AR-15 that he owned, including an AK-47. |

When the first officer arrived, the officer saw a man in the lobby

Sonata, Orlando police Lt. Cindy Lane said. "The suspect sexually

Police say Paige Armani Franklin was caught on surveillance

employee of the security company monitoring the video called police.
Franklin was still at the scene when officers arrived a short time
later. Police say a small puppy
was found dead in the dumpster with “severe wounds to its head.”
“Cruelty of this type is not only criminal, but despicable,” DeSoto
police Sgt. C.D. Williams said in a media release Friday. Franklin
was arrested for cruelty to animals, a third-degree felony, and
taken to the Tri-City Jail. Animal control officers took the dog to
an animal hospital for a necropsy – an autopsy performed on an

County District Attorney’s Office says 35-year-old Anthony
Cheathem is facing numerous charges after the teen went to an
adult with messages from him that complimented her photos and asked
for her cellphone number. Officials say the adult then pretended
to be the girl and exchanged messages with Cheathem. In those
messages, the adult made sure to express that the
teen was only 15. Cheathem’s messages stated that he
wanted to meet her and became sexual in nature, according to the
DA’s office. |

SAN ANTONIO — A man was arrested for allegedly stealing a “Make
America Great Again,” or "MAGA," hat from a 16-year-old. According
to police, three friends were eating at a Whataburger in far
northeast San Antonio when the suspect approached their table. The
suspect allegedly removed the MAGA cap from one of the teen’s head

assigned to the Robbery Unit Task Force were able to identify the
suspect as 30-year-old Kino Jimenez and issued a
warrant for theft of person. Jimenez was located in Universal City,

Mother shoots (bug-eyed) man in head after he attempts to steal

-- Around 10 p.m. on July 4, a woman and her two toddlers were at a
gas station when a man tried to steal her car with her kids inside.

Mecklenburg County Jail. The registered sex offender is accused of

Saturday morning. Investigators say the 31-year-old victim picked up
the suspect near a shopping center on Albemarle Road after midnight.
While driving to the destination, the victim says Neal began to
sexually assault her. Eventually, police say he forced he( to pull
over near a storage center on North Graham Street, where he’s
accused of raping her. The suspect, Neal, got out of prison in
April. He served nine months for kidnapping and sexual battery.

- A Detroit rapper's career is now on hold after he used thousands
of stolen credit cards to pay for a tour and recording equipment,
federal agents said. According to federal documents, ShredGang Boogz, whose birth name is Albert Hill, used the stolen cards to pursue his career and wire money to himself as part of the BandGang Crew. Instead of dealing drugs, the gang steals credit cards to make millions and brag about its cash on social misfit media. The U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan, Matthew Schneider, said the credit card thefts sometimes resulted in violence. Federal agents said Hill was once shot in the face at one of his concerts in Portage, Michigan, and sometimes the violence associated with the crimes has caught innocent bystanders in the crossfire. |

HANOVER, N.J. -- Police say two women left four children, one as
young as 11 months old, alone in a hot car while they went into a
Marshall's store and stole items, CBS New York reports. Arlena
T. Keye, 27, of Easton, Pennsylvania and Shaday H.
Williams, 27, of Newark, were arrested and charged with
shoplifting and cruelty and neglect of their children, aged 7, 6, 5,
and 11 months.According to police, the four children were left unattended in a vehicle, windows slightly down and engine not running for approximately 90 minutes in the 90 degree heat. |

Driver charged with slamming car into pedestrian, killing him

unlicensed driver was arrested on Sunday after he hit and killed a
Brooklyn pedestrian Saturday night and tried to run away from
the crash, police said. Leonel Ortega-Flores,
35, was trying to park a van on 21st Street near 4th Avenue in
Greenwood at about 8 p.m. when he lost control and drove onto the
sidewalk, authorities said. The van smashed into Jose
Cardoso, 32, who was walking on the sidewalk,
and pinned him up against a building, cops said. Police said he hit
the accelerator instead of the brake.Cardoso was rushed to Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and pronounced dead. |

CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- Atlantic City police have released bodycam
video from a fatal police-involved shooting that occurred two
weeks ago. The video released Tuesday shows 32-year-old Timothy
Deal lunging at an officer and stabbing him, in what the
prosecutor calls an unprovoked attack. The officer
immediately shoots Deal several times. The incident
occurred on the 600 block of North Kentucky Avenue on June 22,
as officers were investigating a hit-and-run accident. Deal died
at the hospital.
