    NJ Transit officer nabs (BLACK) suspect in (WHITE) Voorhees man's killing
black suspectWhite victimNEWARK - The suspect in the killing of a Camden County man was arrested last week when an NJ Transit officer spotted him smoking in a bus lane. Lonnie Arrington, 48, was arrested about 8:30 a.m. Oct. 16 at Newark Penn Station, officials said Monday. According to NJ Transit, an officer on foot patrol spotted the man illegally smoking in the bus lanes. While talking to Arrington, the officer became suspicious and ran a computer search, officials said. "Something didn’t feel right and the officer followed up on his hunch, which led to a dangerous individual being taken off the streets," NJ Transit Police Chief Christopher Trucillo said in a news release.

The search confirmed Arrington, of Newark, was wanted in connection with the death of Michael Shendock. The 38-year-old Voorhees man was shot to death on Sept. 23 in Newark.  Police said Arrington also was wanted on an attempted homicide charge involving a second victim.  - (Black-on-white)

black suspectWhite victimForensic evidence and a bit of luck led Oceanside authorities to arrest a transient in the slaying of a 77-year-old man, whose wife found him dead when she came home from an overnight work shift two months ago, police said Monday. Detectives had surmised that the August slaying of John Roth may have happened during a botched burglary. On Sunday they arrested Carey Lamont Reid, Jr. in a parking lot near the home of the victim.  Police said the suspect had left DNA at the scene. On Friday, police learned that the DNA belonged to Reid, a 21-year-old transient, police said. And then Sunday, someone called to report a person sleeping in the parking lot of a tire shop on North Coast Highway, not far from Roth’s home on Tremont Street. That person was Reid, who was subsequently arrested and booked into jail on suspicion of murder.
Roth’s death had been a mystery for weeks. Around 6:30 a.m. on Aug. 14, Roth’s (CHINESE) wife, Zui Pang, returned from work and found his body in their home...  he had sustained significant trauma to his upper body.  Roth — who had mild dementia — may have been asleep and possibly just waking up when he was killed.  Roth was well known in the neighborhood and a regular at a tavern not far from his home. - (Black-on-white)




    Hancock deputies arrest (black dread-locked) man suspected of five murders in La.
black suspectDeputies from the Hancock County Sheriff's Office this week arrested a Waveland man suspected of at least five murders in Louisiana.  Darrell Williams, Jr.is believed to be responsible for up to five separate murders that occurred in the Sabine Parish area." After receiving the warrant, the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office tracked Williams and his wife Casi down at a Waveland Avenue apartment.
 At around 4 p.m. the deputies conducted a stop on a vehicle that was occupied by Williams and his wife, Skinner said.
"During the stop, agents located marijuana and a .40 caliber handgun," Skinner said. "Darrell was taken into custody for the outstanding murder warrant, while his wife, Casi, was arrested on the charge of possession of marijuana while operating a vehicle. Both were taken into custody without incident." Deputies then conducted a search warrant on the Williams' residence, Skinner said, locating approximately 3.5 pounds of marijuana, digital scales and $11,000 in U.S. Currency.

It was 2 a.m. and the 35-year-old was dozing off when she heard two men come into her backyard, according to a DeKalb County police report.  Moments later, as she wrestled with one of the men, she heard two gunshots, police said.  Her husband Teddy Mierzwa had been fatally shot in the chest. 

Last week, police arrested Brandon Lowe at a business in Buckhead in connection with the drug-related home invasion and are searching for another possible suspect.

Police have not provided a motive for killing, but indicated the homicide was drug-related. It is not clear if Lowe and an accomplice were searching for “the large sum of narcotics” found inside the home.  The crime was a targeted attack. 

Beavers, a former assistant professor at Georgia State University, was arrested the night of the killing on trafficking cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana or methamphetamine. She bonded out of jail Oct. 6, according to DeKalb County Jail records.  - (Black-on-white)

Michael Paul Griffin was charged with murder and possession of a stolen weapon after a allegedly shooting a woman living with him, according to the statement. Police were called out to a home on Norman Street at about 6 a.m. Saturday, according to the statement. Jerri Lynn Sigmon had been shot, and she was quickly taken to a local hospital. Shortly afterward, she was pronounced dead, according to the statement. Initially, Griffin told police Sigmon was shot during a home break-in, according to the statement. Griffin was arrested and taken to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center. - (Black-on-white)

    Police arrested two people this week after a residential search yielded powder and crack cocaine and marijuana.  Nickolas Shawn Wright, 31, and Jerri Lynn Sigmon, 24, each face charges on several drug offenses, including possessing with the intent to sell or deliver cocaine and maintaining a dwelling for the substance. Police in Lincolnton acquired a search warrant for the 2057 Dale Ave. home after receiving several complaints about drug activity at the house. Police say they found items of paraphernalia consistent with packaging, distributing, manufacturing, selling and consuming of drugs. Detectives found nine grams of cocaine and a small amount of marijuana. Police say the street value of the drugs is around $400, depending on how it is packaged and sold.

black suspectLANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. —  Lancaster Police have arrested and charged a Kentucky man for a rape that occurred on the Franklin & Marshall College campus in 2017.  On Oct. 11, 2018, an arrest warrant was issued for 22-year-old Felicius Bucyukundi, of Louisville, Kentucky, who's been charged with two counts of rape, two counts of sexual assault, three counts of aggravated indecent assault, and three counts of indecent assault. According to Lancaster Police, the rape was reported to police on Nov. 17, 2017 and assigned to a detective who worked with the victim and Lancaster County District Attorney's Office. Bucyukundi was taken into custody in Kentucky and extradited to Lancaster County. He arrived at the Lancaster Bureau of Police station on Oct. 20 2018 and was processed on the Criminal Complaint and held for arraignment. Bucyukundi was committed to LCP in lieu of $200,000 bail.

black suspectDENVER -- A woman said she feels uncomfortable and violated after a burglar broke into her apartment, used her shower, sat on her couch naked and watched pornography on her TV.

Hannah Jones said she woke up about 6:20 a.m. Sunday to her two dogs barking relentlessly inside her apartment in the 6300 block of East Girard Avenue. Jones said when she got up to investigate, she found the dogs had corned a stranger, later identified as 32-year-old Dewayne Jordan, in her guest bedroom. "He said he needed to shower," said Jones. "I kind of froze and was just like ... I didn't know what to say."  Jordan asked Jones to keep the dogs back and went into an unoccupied guest bedroom and closed the door. When Jones heard the shower running, she left the apartment and called police.

When officers arrived, Jones said they went into the apartment and saw Jordan sitting naked on her couch masturbating to pornography on her TV. Jones said police showed her a bag of women's underwear the burglar had been carrying with him.
Jones told police that she had seen Jordan walking around outside of the apartment complex in the past but does not know him.

black suspectblack suspectTAMPA, Fla. — A man accused of shooting and killing his girlfriend and her 10-year-old son has been charged with murder.  Tyrone Johnson, 42, called 911 Sunday night, shortly before 7 p.m., stating he had shot his 34-year-old girlfriend and her 10-year-old son inside their apartment at the Mariner's Cove apartment complex in Tampa, according to an arrest affidavit. According to the arrest affidavit, the shooting stemmed from an argument when he changed the channel to watch football. After arriving and finding both the mother and her son dead inside the apartment, Johnson was taken into custody for questioning. He gave the police a stupid story which the police did not believe.

black suspectPolice in Charlotte have arrested a man they say sexually assaulted a woman on Thursday. The incident happened around 11 a.m. at a home on the 3500 block of Shamrock Drive. The victim told police she was in the home talking to 40-year-old Tommy Williamson when he pulled out a weapon and began sexually assaulting her. The victim was able to free herself and call 911. Williamson then ran from the scene before police arrived, the report states. Williamson was found and arrested early Friday morning. He’s charged with attempted rape, assault on a female, two counts of first-degree forcible sex offense and kidnapping.

Diquese Young — who was Woodrow Wilson High School homecoming king — died last Tuesday after he accidentally fired the gun at his own head while at a pal’s home in Camden, the Gloucester Township Patch reported. The popular athlete died from his injuries at Cooper University Hospital two days after the game gone wrong.
His friends who witnessed the shooting have been charged in his death, prosecutors said. Morton Newman Jr., 20, and Nasir Mason, 19, face aggravated assault and other weapons charges in the fatal incident. ("with friends like these"...)
Newman told authorities the trio was taking turns pointing the firearm at themselves and pulling the trigger.     black suspectCops are on the hunt for a man who used fraudulent credit cards to swipe approximately $13,000 worth of fine jewelry — from a vending machine, according to officials. The suspect was caught on surveillance cameras outside the luxury William Vale hotel in Williamsburg on Thursday using the swanky jewelry dispenser, which was reportedly created by Manhattan-based designer Marla Aaron. The items inside the machine range between $165 to $1,588 for things such as lock necklaces and silver link chains. Cops did not say what pieces were purchased by the man.

The Attorney General's Office identified the victim as 19-year-old Jacob Servais of Millville, New Jersey. Authorities said Jacob Servais was in a very serious crash back in June while trying to evade police that killed his passenger. Four months later another run-in with the law ended in his death.

He’s also charged with robbing Fantasy Gift Shop on Route 70 in Marlton of $140 nine days later. Police say Franklin may be driving a silver Mercury Sable with New Jersey license plates. Franklin faces armed robbery and theft charges and is considered armed and dangerous.

Investigators say 38-year-old Rhonda Alvin shot her son once in his left knee following an argument, inside a home.  He was rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he is listed in stable condition. Alvin was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, endangering the welfare, simple assault, and other related offenses. Police say they recovered two firearms inside the home, both belonging to Alvin who has a permit to carry.

    Police charged 38-year-old George Odemns with second-degree burglary after he broke through at least one set of glass doors that the station says require an ID to swipe for entry. The security guard first used pepper spray, but then she fired her weapon when the spray didn't slow the man down, police said. The intruder was shot once in the chest. The suspect has made previous threats against Fox News, as well as law enforcement, and was known to both Fox News executives and local police.

        Police: (CHINESE) South Jersey Pair (Wang Tang and Yanping Ye) Scammed Thousands In Best Buy Gift Card Scheme
    HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) —  Police in South Jersey have arrested two people allegedly involved in a Best Buy gift card fraud scheme. Hamilton Township police say they were contacted by the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Department in Virginia regarding the fraud investigation. “The fraudulent activity included victims being scammed into purchasing Best Buy gift cards, which the victims would then send electronically to the suspects,” said police in a news release.

    The fake gift cards, with a value in excess of $8,000, were used to make purchases at the Best Buy in Mays Landing. On Thursday, Yanping Ye, 34, of Galloway Township, was charged with theft by deception, fraudulent use of a credit card and money laundering, among other charges. Police also charged Wang Tang, 45, of Galloway Township, with theft by deception, fraudulent use of a credit card, money laundering, conspiracy to commit theft by deception and other related offenses.

        Cleveland police looking for two mouth-breathing negros robbing 74-year-old white woman at gunpoint

It happened around 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in the parking lot of Sheliga Drug True Value Store.
     The outside video is dark and grainy due to inclement weather. A tree blocks the camera from recording the actual attack, but according to police, the young men robbed the 74-year old woman at gunpoint. She is seen laying on the ground in the video. Police say the men got away with her purse, which included her cell phone. - (Black-on-white)


        NIGERIAN Negro Employee At Wilkinsburg Hospital Charged With Sexual Assault
    black suspectWILKINSBURG (KDKA) – An employee at the Life Care Hospital in Wilkinsburg is now facing charges of sexual assault. Detectives in Wilkinsburg have charged a male employee at Life Care with the sexual assault of one patient and the indecent assault of another.  56-year-old Adesile Solawon, of Turtle Creek, is facing a long list of criminal charges. The charges include rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault and institutional sexual assault.
     
    In one case, a female patient told detectives Solowan, a nurses aide, repeatedly forced sex on her without her permission. The criminal complaint says that patient said after she was given her usual dose of prescribed sleeping aids by a female nurse and as she became drowsy, Solowan would come into her hospital room lock the door behind him and force himself on her.

    In the second criminal complaint, another female patient said Solowan slipped into her room and touched her under her clothes. She said when she tried to leave the room, Solowan stood in her way, but when she got loud, he left the room and was then sent home for the evening.   SEND THEM ALL BACK!

    At least 30 people were injured when a large portion of a floor at a party near Clemson University's campus collapsed, dropping people into the basement early Sunday morning. Witnesses said the party at the event space of an apartment complex was just getting started when the floor collapsed. "Everybody was jumping, next thing you know, I'm jumping, I had my hands in the air and I can feel myself falling. Then I wake up, because I blacked out, and there [were] girls everywhere with blood all over their face."   No deaths were reported, but police said some of the injured had broken bones. Authorities said an investigation into the collapse will continue this week.


        Police Arrest 19-Year-Old Suspect In New Castle Triple Murder
    NEW CASTLE (KDKA) — Police in Lawrence County have made an arrest in the murder of three people, including a 10-year-old child, inside a New Castle home earlier this week. New Castle Police say they have arrested 19-year-old Steven Procopio of New Wilmington. He was taken into custody Wednesday night and questioned for five hours. Procopio faces three counts of criminal homicide in the murders of 31-year-old Nichole Pumphrey, her 10-year-old daughter Amariah Emery and 30-year-old Lawrence Cannon. Police say they believe Procopio may have babysat for Pumphrey’s children at one time. “We believe he used to babysit the children. He was an acquaintance with Nichole, one of the victims,” New Castle Police Chief Robert Salem said. Emery and Cannon were both shot once in the face, while Pumphrey was shot twice in the face. “All we know is that the 10-year-old was coming down the steps when the shooting occurred,” Washington County District Attorney Joshua Lamancusa said. Jody Hammer was charged with operating a marijuana growing business.


    • Charges Filed Against Second Suspect In New Castle Triple Murder
      NEW CASTLE (KDKA) — Charges have been filed against a second suspect in a triple homicide in New Castle. The New Castle Police Department says they filed criminal homicide charges against 19-year-old Anthony Lavon Cooper Jr. on Friday in connection to the murders of 10-year-old Amariah Emery, 31-year-old Nichole Pumphrey and 30-year-old Lawrence Cannon. According to a criminal complaint, Procopio said Cooper was the one who shot the victims. When police went back to talk to Cooper on Wednesday, they learned he had possibly taken a bus to Michigan. Cooper is described as a black man, approximately 5-feet-5-inches tall and about 135 pounds. Police believe he may be in Detroit, and he is believed to be
      armed and dangerous.

    black suspectA career criminal with more than 50 prior arrests added yet another to his résumé Monday — when cops busted him for tampering with 16 MetroCard machines, according to sources. Jimmy Glover, 33, allegedly messed with the slew of different machines over a four-month span. He began targeting the devices in June, sources said. Cops charged him with 16 counts of criminal tampering. “He probably just want to bust the machines so he could sell swipes,” a police source said. The stations that Glover allegedly targeted were all in Manhattan. He has a total of 53 previous arrests on his record, mostly for pot and trespassing.

Police say 32 year-old Butch Brandford has been charged with, 1st & 2nd degree assault, several handgun violations and assault by shooting at. At approximately 7:39 p.m. Tuesdsay, officers were in the area of Mount Clare junction when they heard gunfire. Moments later, the Shot Spotter alert system advised officers of gunfire on James Street.  While following the mini-van they say a gunman inside the van discharged a firearm in the officer's direction.
    While behind the mini-van, officers said they saw a man jump out. Police continued to follow the mini-van and continued to take on gunfire from a suspect inside the vehicle. The mini-van crashed and a suspect came from the driver's side of the vehicle with a 3 year-old girl.

    black suspectPHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are searching for a man they say attempted to light a Philadelphia Police cruiser on fire in the Kensington section of the city. The incident happened around 7 a.m. Wednesday. Police say the suspect placed a napkin into the vehicle’s gas tank and lit it on fire. The vehicle was parked and unoccupied at the time. Police say they are disturbed at the thought of what could’ve happened.  The suspect is described as a black man in his 40s, last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with an “S” on the front, black pants and black shoes.

    black suspectblack suspectPolice in Texas are hunting a 'beer baron' who stole five cases of Bud Light from a convenience store. Arlington Police posted two pictures of the suspect from surveillance footage on Twitter on Wednesday in a bid to track him down.
    They said the man took off from Murphy's Express in the 5000 block of Little School Road with five cases of beer.


        Anaheim negro arrested on suspicion of killing woman, 55 found dead in Santa Ana motel room
    black suspectSANTA ANA – A 55-year-old Anaheim man was arrested in Visalia on suspicion of killing a woman found dead in a Santa Ana motel room after he confessed on a freeway shoulder that he might have killed her, authorities said  Wednesday.
    At about 4:50 a.m. Tuesday, California Highway Patrol officers out of the Visalia station called Santa Ana police to report that they had encountered a man in a disabled vehicle on the side of the freeway in Tulare County. Milton Louis Mayfield “made spontaneous statements indicating he may have killed a woman in a motel room” near First Street and Grand Avenue, Santa Ana police said in a statement on Wednesday, Oct. 17.  Detectives also took the vehicle he was found with that belonged to the victim, Deborah Ann Simon, 55, of Santa Ana, authorities said.

Police arrested 48-year-old Donnell Rogers of 608 Greenfield Boulevard and charged him with attempted murder, kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.

    On Monday, October 15, at approximately 8:00 A.M., officers were dispatched to the area of Melody Lane and Mooring Lane after a passerby found a 33-year-old woman crawling on the ground. The woman had severe lacerations to her head. At the time, the victim was unable to provide information about what occurred; however, detectives were later able to secure evidence linking Rogers to the assault. The investigation revealed Rogers assaulted the victim numerous times with a television during a dispute.
    The victim was transported to Vidant Medical Center with serious injuries but is expected to survive.

    TAMPA — A 25-year-old Brandon woman was arrested on Thursday in connection with the Sept. 30 murder of Justin Heilig in Hyde Park, according to Tampa police. Melissa McNutt faces charges of first-degree murder and armed robbery.  Heilig, 34, of Salisbury, N.C., was found bleeding in front of a porch  at about 4:30 a.m. He had been shot and stabbed. He was taken to a hospital and later died. Detectives said they found a bloody knife and Pandora bracelet at the crime scene.  Then they learned that Heilig had been with McNutt. They met in Ybor City, and Heilig was seen getting into the passenger seat of her car. That car matched the vehicle seen leaving the neighborhood on surveillance cameras when residents heard gunshots.  McNutt’s DNA was also found on the bracelet, police said. Police did not disclose how Heilig and McNutt knew each other  McNutt is being held without bail.

    WHEATON, Md. (ABC7) — A D.C. Public Schools teacher promised to help a woman learn English and assist in her quest for U.S. citizenship, but instead raped her to the point she needed reconstructive surgery,
    Last Tuesday morning, an employee at the Wendy's found a woman lying unconscious in a patch of decorative bushes outside of the fast food restaurant. Medics took the woman to Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center in Rockville where staff performed a sexual assault forensic exam. That test revealed multiple cuts and hematomas around and within the woman's genitalia, which required surgery. Additionally, there was significant bruising on the woman's breasts and her body was generally sore. The victim would later tell investigators that she had met a man named Rudy Gonzalez at her place of work. Gonzalez, who is a native of El Salvador, had suggested he could help the woman learn English and obtain her U.S. citizenship. The woman’s next recollection was waking up to Gonzalez shaking her body around 7 a.m. the following day. She was in his bed, fully naked.

    LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Gwinnett County police confirmed late Wednesday evening that they had found the body of a missing DeKalb County teacher accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student.

    Meadors was a sixth-grade English teacher at Freedom Middle School in Stone Mountain. He had been with the school for two years. He was supposed to meet with district officials on Monday about the accusations, but he never showed up. Investigators said they found Meadors body slumped over in a vehicle along Scenic Highway in Lawrenceville shortly after 5:15 p.m. Police said it appeared Meadors died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.  Meadors was wanted on charges of child molestation, computer pornography and child exploitation. The victim was a 12-year-old boy.

    black suspectsWhite victimCHARLOTTE, NC (FOX 46 WJZY) - A man and a woman were caught on camera throwing food and drinks, and injuring a bartender at a restaurant in uptown.

    The pair reportedly walked into Pinky's Westside Grill on Morehead Street Friday night. A cup was thrown at the bartender's the face causing a serious cut to his cheek that later required stitches.

    Pinky’s employees tell FOX 46 the two ordered drinks while waiting for their takeout orders. After paying, workers said they wrote an inappropriate message on the tip line and started demanding a refund.  Surveillance video shows the pair throwing the food and drinks they ordered. The man, who has not been identified, struck the bartender directly in the face with a cup. Officers plan to charge him with assault when they identify who he is.

    Officers have identified the female as Latifah Long. She has been charged with disorderly conduct and will have to go to court. Officers said she claims to not know the other suspect. Workers at Pinky’s don't believe that. They say the two were riding in the same car, sitting at the bar together and were on the same bill. Officers are working to make sure both are charged.

Just before 9:30 p.m.,  the suspect, 27-year-old Michael Nash, was walking with a woman when he started to physically and sexually assault her. Police said they knew each other. A witness, 54-year-old Patricio Salazar, from Arlington saw the assault and tried to help the victim. The suspect then assaulted the witness and left him unconscious. Salazar was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.

    After the assault, Nash ran off and tried to steal a cell phone from two victims. The pair was able to fight off Nash. He took off and then stole a cell phone from another woman. Officers were able to find Nash and arrest him. He is being charged with abduction with the intent to defile, forcible sodomy and animate object sexual penetration.

    This incident stemmed around Ferrigon approaching a 30-year-old female neighbor who was sitting in in her car. Ferrigon proceeded to open the unlocked car door and sat in the front passenger's seat. Once inside he proceeded to tell the female that he "loved her, wanted to have her (sexually), and wanted to marry her".
    As she started to leave the vehicle, Ferrigon grabbed her wrist and continued shouting the same statements about "having her" and marrying her. She became frightened, started beeping the car horn causing her relatives to come out and see what was happening. She was able to break free and run out of the vehicle and into safety.

    Ferrigon followed and was confronted by the female's father and a fight ensued. Police say that during the scuffle, Ferrigon stated that he wanted to rape the female. As Ferrigon and the father of the victim wrestled, the father shouted to his wife to get his gun. Reports say the father was then handed a .44 caliber revolver and he fired two shots into the air. Ferrigon then stopped his aggressions and returned to his own yard.

    Officers were able to locate Ferrigon in the driveway of his home a few hundred yards away. Ferrigon was passive resistant at first, refusing to comply with officer's verbal commands but then a taser was displayed, but not used. Once compliant, Ferrigon was taken into custody without incident.

    Criminal charges for the father would not be applicable for firing the weapon in this incident.

    Jared David Grimes, 27, who is believed to be homeless, was arrested Thursday for investigation of forcible sexual abuse and drug possession.

    On Thursday, a 15-year-old girl reported to police that Grimes sat next to her on a TRAX train in South Salt Lake.

    The male "began to ask the girl for her cellphone number and took the victim's cellphone placing his number into her phone. The female victim said that the male then asked if she wanted to get a hotel room at which time she said no and told the male she was only 15 years old," a Salt Lake County Jail report states.

    Grimes then kissed the girl and inappropriately touched her, according to the report.

    When the girl got off the train, her friends waiting for her noticed something was wrong and notified UTA police. Officers obtained a photo of Grimes through a surveillance camera and "discovered that the male was the same suspect from a similar incident reported early in the day on the FrontRunner train in Salt Lake City during which the same male approached juvenile females and asked them for their phone numbers and made them uncomfortable," the report states.

A probe linked him to a shooting of a 19-year-old man. Peterson has been charged in both the rape and shooting. In connection to the rape, he is charged with one count of rape, one count of abduction with intent to defile, one count of forcible sodomy, three counts of use of a firearm in commission of a felony, and two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

    black suspectA massage therapist in Pennington was arrested and charged recently with sex crimes after a woman alleged he assaulted her during a massage. The woman alleges she was getting a massage from Asmar Berry, 40,  at Renewed Spa Massage   in September when he "touched the intimate parts" of her without her consent. Berry has since been charged with one count of second-degree sexual assault and one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact.  He was charged on a summons and then released, pending a court date, the office said.

    UPPER DARBY, Pa. (WJAC) — Authorities in Pennsylvania and Ohio arrested a woman and her ex-boyfriend on several child sex abuse charges as well as charges of creating child pornography. Agents from the attorney general's office executed a search warrant in July 2018 at the apartment of 25-year-old David Carbonaro.  Investigators found naked photos and a video of a 3-year-old girl on a camera inside Carbonaro's apartment.  Authorities found over 150 photos of the child posing either partially or completely naked. One of the photos showed a woman sitting with the child touching her inappropriately. Agents later identified that woman as 26-year-old Kayla Parker (wicked mother of victim).

    Wilson met the female victim at a bar in Iowa City and offered to give her a ride home after the bar closed. He instead drove to a secluded road south of Iowa City.

    Police say Wilson struck the victim in the face, choked and threatened her as he sexually assaulted her. The victim later became conscious in a cornfield without pants or shoes on and ran to a house close by where a resident called 911 for help.

    black suspectPHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A woman has been charged with the murder of a 1-year-old girl whose body was found in a shallow grave at a Philadelphia park earlier this week. Philadelphia Police announced Thursday morning they had arrested and charged 33-year-old Nyishia Corbitt in connection with the death of 1-year-old Alina Barnes. Corbitt was Alina’s caregiver. Corbitt was charged with murder, possession of an instrument of a crime, false reports, tampering with evidence, obstruction of justice, and abuse of a corpse. “It’s a terrible tragedy for a child to meet such an end,” said Philadelphia Police Capt. Jack Ryan. “It shouldn’t happen at all.”
    Corbitt has been caring for Alina for the past several weeks. She has two young children with Alina’s father.
    Alina’s mother is currently in a Montgomery County jail on theft charges.

(WKRN) - A Nashville man faces felony animal cruelty charges after he admitted he drowned his brother's fiancé's dog.   It happened Sunday morning when police responded to an apartment complex on Thompson Place in South Nashville.   That's when they discovered that a 1-year-old Yorkie mix has been drowned in a bathtub.  Kimon Meriweather lives in the apartment and gave the dog named Diamond to his fiancé as a gift.  

    "I was mad, upset, hurt because I love my dog. She was very playful, very friendly to others. My fiancé is very hurt. I bought this dog for her, it was a gift."  According to investigators with Metro Animal Care and Control, the victim's twin brother,  Kimah Meriweather, admitted to killing the dog, drowning Diamond in a bathtub.  Kimah was staying with the couple when the tragedy took place.  “He said there was a demon in the dog, that's what he was saying, and I was letting him know there ain't no such thing,” said Kimon.   Investigators shared a text with News 2, reportedly sent from Kimah, who claims God told him to do it. Kimah Meriweather has been arrested in Metro before on theft charges.

    black suspectA Bethlehem man is accused of drowning a dog in a toilet. Allentown police were called for a disturbance a little before 4 p.m. Monday at a home. A woman told responding officers that Julius Walters drowned her dog. The woman reported she found Walters passed out in the bathroom, and the deceased dog in the toilet. The 22-year-old Walters reportedly said, "I didn't mean to do it." Walters was arrested. At police headquarters, officers said they found seven wax packets commonly used to sell heroin, and a clear plastic bag with a brown powder that tested positive for heroin and methamphetamine.

They then fled into the parking lot.

    black suspectblack suspectLINDENHURST, Ill. (WLS) -- A Chicago man who was shot and killed Tuesday by the man he was trying to rob in north suburban Lindenhurst has been identified. The 34-year-old Chicago man was identified to the Lake County Coroner's Office as Joseph McHaney. He and Michael Zachery, 23, of north suburban Evanston, went to a home in the 300-block of Teal Road to purchase a firearm early Tuesday morning.

    Shortly after arriving and speaking to the man selling the firearm, McHaney and Zachery allegedly tried to rob the victim and beat him with a hammer. The victim managed to shoot McHaney, killing him. Someone in the home called 911. Responding officers found McHaney dead and Zachery being held by a resident of the home.

    Zachery was arrested and charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery, for his involvement in an incident resulting in death. He is due in court Wednesday. Autopsy results showed McHaney died from injuries caused by gunshots. The man who shot McHaney was treated at a local hospital and released Tuesday.

Police took a suspect into custody at the time, and Wednesday charged Donald M. Nelson with three counts of murder in Williams' killing, as well as attempted robbery, trespassing, and unlawful possession of a gun by a felon. At this point the killing appears random.  Williams leaves behind a wife and six daughters, and the community has mourned his death.  Investigators believe he was at the home, which was recently put up for sale, to check the lock boxes. - (Black-on-white)

Police say Connally Klein, 52, was intentionally pushed into oncoming traffic from the median and was struck by a vehicle. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital. Quantara Melton was arrested at a nearby business on unrelated warrants. After police interviewed her, they determined she was involved in Klein’s death.     black suspectblack suspectblack suspectblack suspectThe 36-year-old man who's accused of shooting an Omaha police officer at close range has been released from the hospital.  John Ezell Jr., who police say is a known gang member, was booked in the Douglas County Jail on Thursday afternoon on suspicion of attempted murder, first-degree assault of an officer and three weapons charges. On Sept. 11, Officer Kenneth Fortune was shot in the shoulder after a traffic stop that started near 26th Street and Laurel Avenue and ended on 30th Street.
    Fortune and two other gang unit officers, Christopher Brown and Jeffrey Wasmund, had pulled over a sedan driven by Brandon Richey with Ezell in the passenger seat.  Richey complied at first, then drove away. Officers followed and Fortune went to the car to put out stop sticks. Ezell opened the passenger door, pointed a handgun at Fortune, said, "What's going on?" and shot Fortune, Omaha police said.  The round went through Fortune's radio and into his shoulder.  The two other officers returned fire, hitting Ezell multiple times. Authorities took Ezell and Richey into custody without further incident.  Fortune was released from the hospital after a few days and recently returned to work.

    A Bronx man trying to enjoy lunch at his favorite pizza joint had his face slashed and his eye socket broken with what he described as “a Mike Tyson punch” in an unprovoked bias attack, the victim told The Post.

    Chris Bilcik, 59, said he was sitting alone in Ray’s Pizza on East 138th Street on Oct. 6 when the unhinged man walked in, grabbed a slice of his own, and launched into a racially charged diatribe for no apparent reason.

    “He starts rambling about ‘f–king white people,’ then he turns around and starts gesturing towards me about the evils of the white man, talking about how they’re the devils of the world,” said Bilcik, who is white. “And he’s pointing at me.”

    The assailant, who is black, then tried to sit down at Bilcik’s table, despite the Mott Haven slice-shop being practically empty.

    “You’re not a white man, you’re a white boy,” the suspect allegedly sneered, but rather than escalate the confrontation, Bilcik just got up and moved to another table, he said.

    But the run-in wasn’t over.

    When Bilcik got up to throw out his trash and leave, the guy was waiting by the door.

    “Stupidly, I just hoped he wouldn’t do anything,” said Bilcik, a registered nurse and aspiring writer who’s lived in the neighborhood for nearly 20 years.

    When Bilcik tried to maneuver around the thug to the door, he smacked Bilcik in the face.

    “I threw coffee at him, and then he punched me,” recalled Bilcik. “It’s a Mike Tyson punch. I’m lucky he didn’t keep hitting me.”

    The brute also cut Bilcik across the face with a sharp object during the scrum, captured in brutal detail on surveillance video posted to Youtube by Bilcik.

    “When I got hit, I felt very dizzy. My eye was mostly closed, and I had severe double vision,” he said. “I could’ve been knocked out. Blood was gushing from it.”

    As Bilcik, clutching his face, staggered to the counter for help and bewildered patrons looked on, the suspect first lingered for a few moments before calmly walking out of the eatery at the corner of St. Ann’s Avenue.

    Cops are still on the hunt for the suspect.

    “This was totally unprovoked,” said Bilcik, who has had one retinal surgery and is slated to go under the knife again for his broken eye socket. “I got bashed in the eye because I’m white.”

    Bilcik said he’s now scared to leave his home, but that didn’t stop him Wednesday from hitting up his favorite pizza place. “I’ve been coming to this pizza shop for 18 years,” he said. “I’m nervous, but I’m not going to let anyone intimidate me to the point where I’m afraid to leave my house.” - (Black-on-white)

    black suspect (CNN)A Maryland police officer has been arrested and charged with rape after allegedly assaulting a woman during a traffic stop. Ryan Macklin, a six-year veteran of the Prince George's County Police Department, was taken into custody Monday evening, according to a news release from the department.
    He has been suspended without pay, the department said, and has been charged with first-degree rape, second-degree rape, perverted practice, second-degree assault and fourth-degree sex offense.
    It was unclear whether Macklin has an attorney. Macklin is being held without bond. Another hearing on bond is scheduled for October 26, officials said. Police said Macklin, 29, pulled the woman over at about 1 a.m. on Thursday.

    black suspectFRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Fresno City College Associated Student Governments President, Christopher Washington, has been arrested according to college administrators.
    Washington was initially charged with sexual misconduct but now faces charges of rape or other specified crimes and sexual penetration with a foreign object. In a press release, Fresno City College says police were called Monday evening about three people in a women's restroom possibly engaging in sexual misconduct. When officers arrived, they found a locked restroom stall with those three individuals inside. (WHY WOULD SOMEBODY NEED TWO HELPERS IN A BATHROOM?)
    According to police, the three people were intoxicated and were all current Fresno City College students.
    The officers cited the students and banned them from the campus. Action News has uncovered court documents that show Washington was convicted of misdemeanor child abuse in 2016, a charge to which he pleaded no contest.

The first occurred in the 2100 block of South Vaughn Way; the second assault was in the 12400 block of East Jewell Avenue. Initially, investigators did not believe the two incidents were related due to discrepancies in the suspect’s description including the vehicle involved, the release read.         Priest accused of child sexual abuse in grand jury report pleads guilty to felony charges
    (CNN) One of the priests accused in a Pennsylvania grand jury report of sexually abusing children pleaded guilty Wednesday to two felonies, the state attorney general's office said.
    David Poulson, who was a priest in Pennsylvania's Diocese of Erie for four decades until this year, pleaded guilty in a court in Brookville to corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of children, both third-degree felonies, Attorney General Josh Shapiro's office said.
    Poulson assaulted one boy multiple times and attempted to sexually assault another boy, Shapiro said in the release. The boys were eight and 15 at the time.

      The white woman who tried to block a black man from entering his St. Louis apartment building last week said she doesn't believe she did anything wrong. Hilary Thorton, whose encounter with D'Arreion Toles went viral after he posted videos of the Friday night confrontation, said she was just following directions given to her by the condo association board members. "I do not think that I did anything wrong. I upheld the ask of me to its fullest extent," Thorton said.

      She told KTVI that board members tell tenants not to let anyone who they don't know into the building. Elder Shirt Lofts has 31 units, according to a realty site. Thorton said she had the front door to the building slightly open when Toles came home. She asked to see his key fob. Toles refused to show his fob, which prompts Thorton to tell him she's "uncomfortable." He then managed to get into the building in what Thorton called an "altercation." She followed Toles into the elevator and up to his apartment, where he entered his key.
      Toles said Thorton called police, and two officers showed up at his door a short time later. St. Louis Police said a call was made to the apartment building, but no report was written.

      Thorton was fired from her job working for a luxury apartment building company, which is not affiliated with the building she and Toles live in. The station reported that Thorton is "legally married to an African-American man." Thorton filed for divorce from Brandon Mueller on Oct. 9, Missouri records show. A man with a Facebook profile under that name, posted a video Sunday expressing "deep disappointment" with the situation and criticizing Thorton's actions. Mueller, who identifies himself as "a man of color," said he has been separated from Thorton for more than a year and doesn't live in the Elder Shirt building.
