Florida man left paralyzed after being shot when he asked
(black) teen party-crashers to leave: police   OAK
HILL, Fla. - A 15-year-old boy who police said shot a 48-year-old
man in the neck early Sunday after being asked to leave a party to
which he had not been invited to has turned himself in.
Investigators said Joel Tatro
had organized a small bonfire party at his Oak Hill home for his
three teenage sons and their friends when, shortly after 1 a.m., James
Powell and three of his friends arrived at the home uninvited.
Deputies said Tatro told the four people to leave his home, and
Powell exited the vehicle and shot Tatro in front of his sons and
their friends. Powell turned himself in to the Daytona Beach Police
Department Wednesday morning, according to the Volusia County
Sheriff's Office. Authorities said Powell has remained silent and isn't
showing any remorse for what happened. Deputies said the
teenage boys are known gang members and face attempted murder

Wis. (WBAY) - A man opened fire on his child's mother in Suamico
Monday morning before turning the gun on himself, the Brown County
Sheriff's Office says. The suspect, 28-year-old Sebastian Royal,
made an apparent confession in a Facebook Live video he recorded
prior to the shooting. Deputies were called to a home on Mystic
Hills Terrace, just north of Lineville Road, at about 2:25 a.m. The
victim's mother had called 911 to report her daughter, Brooke
Fontaine, had been shot in the head. Brown County
Sheriff's Office Capt. Dave Poteat says Sebastian Royal had
approached the home and fired multiple rounds into the bedroom of Brooke
Fontaine's 4-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.
Brooke Fontaine's mother had been staying in the same room as the
child. She shielded her grandchild. That's when Brooke Fontaine
entered the room."Came up to the window, saw Mr. Royal, again yelling at him to stop, and she was shot in the head," Poteat says. Fontaine, 34, was taken to a hospital where she died Monday morning. Royal was dead at the scene of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. The Sheriff's Office says Royal and Fontaine had been involved in a custody dispute in Outagamie County involving their 14-month-old child. "Immediately prior to the shooting, Mr. Royal recorded an apology, an explanation for his son via Facebook Live," Poteat says. "Mr. Royal said he was going to 'Do what was fair.'" Online court records show Royal failed to appear for a court hearing in the custody case and a bench warrant was issued on Jan. 16. "Royal" was previously known as (negro-named) Demitrius D. Moore. Mother, daughter killed in Longview shooting by ("NWORD")
   Longview,
Texas (KETK) - On Tuesday, just after midnight, Longview police
received a call, shots had been fired in the 1700 of Loring Lane.
"When we arrived on scene there were two people that were deceased
in the house, two females," Officer Kristie Brian, Longivew Police
Department. The victims were later identified (as)
Lori Susan Perez, 58, and her daughter Kristy Nicole Perez,
38.Police found the suspect shortly thereafter and believe this to be a domestic violence situation. "It's a sad situation but it's also good that we did have some witnesses able to tell us where he was and most likely going to be found and also who it was so that definitely helped out," said Officer Brian. Queens (WABC) - Police are searching for a man who sexually
assaulted a 9-year-old girl
on a Queens subway. The incident happened on a southbound 7 train
last Thursday. Authorities say the suspect exposed himself to the
girl and and then rubbed up against her. It happened while the train

79-year-old woman’s homeowners threats when she heard
someone breaking in her home. After hearing breaking glass coming

the woman called 911 about a man ransacking the upstairs of her
home. During a 911 call the woman begs the 911 operator for
the authorities to hurry. The operator reminds her to not confront

Keene was pronounced dead at the scene. A Volusia County Sheriff’s deputy found Thomas at a RaceTrac gas station at 4107 Deltona Boulevard, in the act of removing his license plate, Montes said. The bumper of his 2010 Chrysler 300 had already been removed and was found in the woodline nearby, Montes said. Thomas told troopers the damage to his vehicle was the result of a “tire blowout,” Montes said. Thomas was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a fatal crash. that case. Woods was also arrested on suspicion of lewd and
lascivious behavior after he reportedly exposed himself
to two women at a Williamson Street business on Dec. 27,

Texas (KTRK) -- A man was arrested on a charge of lewd conduct after
allegedly exposing himself to a

Harris County. The incident happened on Monday in the 800 block of

of White woman raped inside group home speaks outSEBASTIAN, Fla. — Robert Blanchard couldn’t hold back his emotions as he talked about his daughter and the man accused of raping and impregnating her. “My feelings inside of me are pain,” the Sebastian man said, pausing to gather himself. “A lot of hurt.” Last Wednesday, police arrested ("NWORD") 58-year-old Willie Shorter and charged him with sexually assaulting 43-year-old Dawn Blanchard. Investigators said Shorter is the father of Blanchard’s (illegitimate mixed race bastard) baby boy, born in 2015. Shorter was an employee at a group home in Rockledge, Brevard County run by a company called Bridges. Blanchard was a resident there. Her family said Blanchard has the mental capacity of a small child and has been living at the home for more than 10 years. The Blanchards and their attorney held a news conference Monday afternoon in Sebastian to react to the arrest. “I’m extremely angry, and it takes a lot to hold down,” Robert Blanchard said. Dawn Blanchard was also at the news conference with her 3-year-old son, Robbie, but she did not speak. When Dawn first became pregnant in 2015, she identified several men who worked at the group home as possible fathers. Through DNA testing, police at the time were able to rule out all but one man as the father. They said Shorter refused to provide a DNA sample and they did not have enough evidence to force him to give one. Last year, Dawn again said she had been sexually assaulted. Police said this time, Shorter provided a DNA sample which showed a 99.99% likelihood that he is the father of the baby. “I will give him the same punishment that he gave to my daughter in a prison built to hold his nasty self because he is a rat,” Robert Blanchard said. Dawn Blanchard continues to live at the facility. Her family said they’d like to move her, but they cannot afford to put her anywhere else. Dawn’s son, Robert III, lives with his grandparents. The president and CEO of Bridges, David Cooke, said because no charges were filed in 2015, they were unable to take action against Shorter at the time so he remained employed. Cooke said they fired Shorter shortly after the charges were filed. “Our hearts go out to Ms. Blanchard and her family,” Cooke said. “This is an incredibly difficult time for her family and for our staff. McCracken County, Kentucky said a man has been charged with rape
after incidents that happened in 2016. On February 10 the McCracken
County Sheriff’s Department began investigation a report of sexual
assault. According to sheriff’s department officials, the
investigation showed a 15-year-old
female that had been sexually assaulted between March
and May of 2016 in McCracken County on three different occasions by
Andres Villarrealmercado. He is facing three counts of
rape, first-degree. Officials said Villarrealmercado is in the
United States illegally. On February 15, 2019
Villarrealmercado was located and arrested without incident. He was
lodged in the McCracken County Jail on a $100,000 bond. |

death of a man at a Little Rock auto detail shop. Alundra Hampton,
26, was sentenced to 60 years in the shooting death of Todd
Sieber, a semi-truck salesman, at Hines Auto Detail in Little
Rock back in November 2016.Hampton had taken a plea deal last June, receiving a reduced charge of second-degree murder from capital and first-degree battery. Hampton's sentence had been reliant on truthful testimony she was supposed to give at trial in the case of the two other defendants facing charges. Both defendants eventually took plea deals as well. police. Police also said that neighbors came out of their home and

City School Police contacted sex offense detectives after seeing
news reports with suspect photos. chool police recognized two of the
suspects and the other two were identified soon after. The suspects
were positively identified by the victim and warrants were issued
for three 14-year-olds and the 12-year-old. On Feb. 14, 2019,
detectives arrested 14 tear-old Wilmer Ramos, 14-year-old
Phillip Worrell, and 14-year-old Nile Campbell of the 2500
block of Harlem Avenue. Ramos, Worrell, and Campbell have
all been charged as adults and are currently being held at Central
Booking and Intake Facility. Each of the 14-year-olds have been
