BLACK-ON-WHITE: Final EVIL BLACK KILLER of PREGNANT WHITE WOMAN GUILTY
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A man accused of fatally shooting a pregnant woman in 2015 has been found guilty by a judge following a bench trial.
Larry Jo Taylor, Jr. had been accused of murdering Amanda Blackburn during a home invasion in November 2015. Blackburn was the pregnant wife of pastor Davey Blackburn.
Taylor, along with Diano Gordon and Jalen Watson, were linked to a series of home invasions. Taylor and Watson were also charged in a rape case at Westlake Apartments as well as the murder of Rolando Gonzalez-Hernandez less than a week before Blackburn’s murder.
Gordon and Watson previously took plea deals in their cases.
“We are pleased with today’s verdict and that we are finally able to bring justice for Amanda and her family,” said Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears. “It has taken a tremendous amount of patience and grace to get to this moment. This case would not have been possible without cooperation from the community and their continued support over the past several years.”
Taylor was found guilty 12 of the 14 charges against him. He will be sentenced on Oct. 14.
His rape case is still pending and is set for trial on Nov. 21.
NWORD NEGRO Larry Taylor found guilty in RAPE-MURDER of WHITE pregnant Indianapolis woman
INDIANAPOLIS — It was a crime that shocked the city.
Amanda Blackburn, 28 years old and expecting her second child, was attacked in her home on the northwest side of Indianapolis. Her husband, Pastor Davey Blackburn, came home and found his wife naked and unconscious.
Their home was burglarized, but their first child was unharmed.
Since that day November day in 2015, three men have been linked to Amanda Blackburn's murder.
Investigators say it was Larry Taylor who pulled the trigger. The two other men charged in the case took plea deals and agreed to testify against Taylor, who is facing 14 charges, including murder.
On Thursday afternoon, a judge found Taylor guilty of murder in Blackburn's death.
Taylor was found not guilty on two robbery charges, but the judge found Taylor guilty on the 12 other charges he was facing.
Taylor will be sentenced Friday, Oct. 14.
"We are pleased with today’s verdict and that we are finally able to bring justice for Amanda and her family. It has taken a tremendous amount of patience and grace to get to this moment," Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears said in a statement. "This case would not have been possible without cooperation from the community and their continued support over the past several years."
Amanda Blackburn's husband testifies On Monday, Davey Blackburn took the stand in Taylor's trial.
Before the trial, Amanda Blackburn's family and friends huddled in prayer before entering the courtroom.
Davey Blackburn testified that he got up around 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 10, 2015, read his Bible, then went to the gym at about 6 a.m. He said he left the door unlocked because they only had one house key at the time and it was on his wife's key ring.
Blackburn said he was at the gym for about an hour. He was on the phone with a friend when he came home, so he stayed in the driveway so his conversation didn't wake his pregnant wife or their toddler.
He entered the house after 8 a.m.
RELATED: Pastor speaks publicly one year after wife's murder
Blackburn told investigators he found Amanda face down, naked on the floor near the fireplace and Christmas tree. She was unconscious and bleeding. He called 911.
Prosecutors allege that Taylor and two accomplices, Jalen Watson and Diano Gordon, went on a crime spree that morning, burglarizing an east side apartment and stealing a car, then ransacking and stealing TVs from a home across the street from the Blackburn house on the northwest side.
RELATED: Davey Blackburn speaks about losing wife, unborn baby in violent home invasion
They allegedly saw Davey Blackburn leave and decided to burglarize his house.
The prosecution says cellphone and bank records indicate Watson and Gordon tried to withdraw cash at ATMs while Taylor was still at the house with Amanda, demanding a PIN for her bank card.
Taylor allegedly told his accomplices, "I smoked her."
The defense says the evidence will show reasonable doubt over who had possession of cellphones and from where calls were made.
Watson testified that Taylor told them he tried to have sex with Amanda. When she refused, he shot her in the head. Watson said he was stunned. He just wanted quick cash and would never want anyone to get hurt or even be in homes they burglarized. Watson said he would never commit a sexual crime.
BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK FELON who shot and killed WHITE Seabrook man in dispute over car now faces federal charge
SEABROOK — A local man who shot and killed a man last year but was not charged in his murder is now facing federal charges in connection with the same incident for allegedly being a felon in possession of a weapon.
Garrito “Tony” Fort, 38, formerly of Seabrook, was arraigned Tuesday on one count of possession of a firearm and ammunition by a prohibited person. He pleaded not guilty but is being held in custody pending a bail hearing on Friday, according to the office of U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire Jane E. Young.
Fort, a convicted felon, is charged with the unlawful possession of a Taurus 9mm caliber pistol and assorted 9mm ammunition on November 1, 2021, when he shot and injured Richard Janvrin, Jr., 50, and fatally shot 35-year-old Christopher Coletti, both of Seabrook, during an altercation that took place at Fort’s home on Boynton Lane.

She learned last week that the attorney general was not planning to charge Fort with homicide because his claim of self-defense could not be disproved.
BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Killer of WHITE Officer Langsdorf sentenced to life in prison
Bonette Meeks was found guilty in June of second-degree murder, one count of armed criminal action, unlawful possession of a firearm and resisting arrest in the death of North County Police Cooperative Officer Michael Langsdorf.
Defense attorneys for Meeks were seeking the minimum sentence of 10 years, citing Meeks' PTSD diagnosis and saying Meeks' constitutional rights were violated in the incident. Prosecutors asked for two life sentences plus 17 years.
On June 23, 2019, Langsdorf was responding to a call for a bad check at Wellston Food Market on 6520 Page Ave. He was shot inside the store during a struggle with the suspect.
Langsdorf's parents, fiancé and daughter all testified at the sentencing hearing Wednesday.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: "BI-RACIAL" KINKY-HAIRED BLACK Georgia man sentenced to 10 years in WHITE teen girl's road death
STATESBORO, Ga. (AP) — A biracial man who says he was fending off a racist attack on a Georgia highway when he fired a gun into a moving pickup truck and killed a teenage passenger was sentenced Tuesday to 10 years in prison.
A judge imposed the maximum prison sentence for Marc Wilson, 23, who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter last month by a Bulloch County jury in the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Haley Hutcheson. Prosecutors had unsuccessfully sought a conviction on felony murder charges.
Wilson's attorneys insisted during his August trial that he was justified to shoot in self-defense when the pickup truck's driver tried to run Wilson's car off the road during the summer of 2020. Prosecutors argued Wilson had no legal grounds for firing a handgun in traffic and could have escaped if he was being harassed by another driver.
Superior Court Judge Ronnie Thompson rejected requests for leniency by Wilson's attorneys, who noted that he had no prior criminal record. The judge said Wilson will receive credit for the 20 months he already served in jail awaiting trial, news outlets reported.
Defense attorneys acknowledged that Wilson fired the shot that killed Hutcheson, of Reidsville, on a bypass circling the southeast Georgia city of Statesboro the night of June 24, 2020. One of the bullets he fired pierced the truck’s rear window and struck Hutcheson in the head. She died after her friends rushed her to a hospital.
Wilson turned himself in and surrendered his gun to police three days after the shooting.
Prosecutors had charged Wilson with felony murder, arguing he caused Hutcheson’s death while committing another felony — aggravated assault — by firing his gun at the truck. The jury acquitted Wilson of both those charges and found him guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
Had Wilson been convicted of felony murder, he would have faced an automatic sentence of life in prison.
Wilson — the son of a Black father and white mother — and his white girlfriend had just picked up food from a Taco Bell about 12:30 a.m. when the pickup truck pulled alongside Wilson’s much smaller Ford Focus. BLACK RAPE-KILLER - VIOLATED-MURDERED TWO WHITE WOMEN
(Black) California man given two life sentences 1980s cold case rape-murders
Horace Van Vaultz Jr., 67, was described by Los Angeles County prosecutors as a 'Sexually motivated serial killer'.
A man described as a "sexual predator" and convicted of raping and killing two women in the Los Angeles area in the 1980s was handed down Monday two life sentences after both cases went cold for decades.
Jurors deliberated about three hours in August before convicting Horace Van Vaultz Jr., 67, of two counts of first-degree murder for the deaths of Selena Keough and Mary Duggan, Fox Los Angeles reported.
They also found him guilty of special-circumstance allegations of multiple murders, murder during a rape involving both women and murder during sodomy involving Keough.
Keough, a 21-year-old mother, was killed by strangulation on July 16, 1981, in San Bernardino County and dumped under brushes. Duggan was found dead of asphyxiation on July 9, 1986, in the trunk of a car in Burbank.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Testimony begins following opening statements in Watkins double murder trial
SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – Family members sat stoically in the courtroom Thursday as prosecutors in the DeWayne Willie Watkins double murder trial showed the jury photos of the inside the burned-out Kia containing the bodies of Heather and Kelly Jose.
The Shreveport couple had been shot to death, their bodies left in the car to burn.
On the stand, a ShrevepoKelly-and-HeatherJosert police crime scene investigator explained what the image showed, because the bodies were nearly unrecognizable to the untrained eye.
Prosecutors say Watkins, 37, shot the Joses after they gave him a ride from Mall St. Vincent and withdrew money from an ATM for him on the night of the slayings before burning their bodies inside a vehicle in the carport of a vacant home in the Queensborough neighborhood in an attempt to destroy evidence.
Caddo Parish Assistant District Attorney Bill Edwards told the jury during opening statements that the State believes Watkins dumped the .22 caliber gun used to kill the couple into a bucket of water inside a home down the street from where the Joses’ charred bodies were found.
In the defense’s opening statement, attorney Mariah Holder of New Orleans emphasized Watkins’ innocence, claiming although the Joses did give Watkins a ride, they were alive and well when they dropped him off at a home on Penick Street about a block and a half from where their charred bodies were later found.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Georgia man charged with murdering WHITE ex-wife, her boyfriend during custody exchange for teen daughter
A Georgia man reportedly turned himself in after allegedly shooting his ex-wife and her boyfriend during a custody exchange of the former couple’s 15-year-old daughter.
The suspect, Marquez Smith, is charged with two counts of felony murder, two counts of felony aggravated assault, one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, two counts of cruelty to children and one count of violating parole, FOX 5 Atlanta reported.
Deputies for the Newton County Sheriff’s Office responded at about 6:15 p.m. to a home on Pebble Lane in Covington, Ga., to find a man and woman suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victims were at the home to drop off the woman’s 15-year-old daughter, but the teen girl did not want to go into the house with her father, investigators said.
At some point, Smith returned to the house to retrieve a gun and came back outside, shooting his ex-wife and her boyfriend while they sat inside their vehicle.
They both were struck, and the man, who was behind the wheel, attempted to flee the scene, but the vehicle careened into a mailbox, WXIA-TV reported.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, while the woman died in an ambulance while in transport to the hospital. FOX 5 identified the deceased woman as Desiree Cash.
Smith initially fled in a pick-up truck but made arrangements to turn himself in at the Newton County Sheriff's Office around midnight.
A relative of one of the victims told FOX 5 that a seven-month-old was also in the car when Smith allegedly fired into the vehicle.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Man who killed his white defiled sex-pocket girlfriend's WHITE parents in the University of Wisconsin's arboretum sentenced to life in prison
The SUB-HUMAN NEGRO SEX SQUATTER convicted in the fatal shooting of a University of Wisconsin physician and her husband in the school's arboretum was sentenced to life in prison Wednesday without the possibility of parole.
Khari Sanford abducted Dr. Beth Potter, 52, and Robin Carre, 57, at gunpoint from their Madison home on March 30, 2020, and took them to the UW Arboretum where he shot both of them in the head. He was convicted of two counts of first-degree intentional homicide in the slayings.
Sanford, 21, had been living (in sin) with his WHITE girl-SEX-friend — the couple's daughter — in their home until tensions rose over coronavirus precautions. That prompted Potter and Carre to temporarily rent a place for Sanford and their daughter until they could find a permanent apartment.
During sentencing, Dane County Circuit Judge Ellen Berz told Sanford she didn't know if he would ever "evolve into a person who cares about other human beings, will not harm or kill them," the State Journal reported.
WHITE Doctor and her WHITE husband were murdered in ‘brutal execution’ by BLACK LIVE-IN SEX-FRIEND OF THEIR WHITE DEFILED DAUGHTER
MADISON, Wis. – A Wisconsin doctor had an underlying health condition and was worried about coronavirus. As a result, she and her husband moved their daughter and her boyfriend to a separate residence for which the parents paid, prosecutors said Tuesday in court documents.
Then in late March the boyfriend allegedly shot both parents in the head in an apparent robbery and left them for dead in a ditch, according to the filing.
The bodies of Dr. Beth Potter, 52, and Robin Carre, 57, were found the morning of March 31 by a jogger near the entrance to the University of Wisconsin’s arboretum, which is several miles from the Madison campus. According to the prosecutor, they were each shot in the back of the head.
Carre was dead when they were discovered, but Potter died after being transported to a hospital, investigators said.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Columbus police say a suspect has been arrested in the shooting death of a 19-year-old man on the city's east side. On Saturday around 3:30 p.m., officers were called to a home in the 3400 block of Bolton Avenue just east of Barnett Road on a report of an accidental shooting.
When officers got to the scene, they found Caleb Day shot. He was pronounced dead at 3:36 p.m. According to police, witnesses who were inside the house at the time of the shooting said Day was handling a gun when it discharged.
Police said after looking at the evidence, it does not appear Day shot himself. Court records state 20-year-old Tejuan Files III was sitting on a couch next to Day and was holding a gun. Files fired the gun one time and the shot hit Day.
Files left the residence after the shooting, but returned sometime later. A witness later identified Files, according to police.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK RAPE BEAST, 33, charged with rape of WHITE FEMALE Indiana University student who was found dead
An Indiana man was charged with raping an Indiana University sorority member before she mysteriously died at his parent’s house earlier this month.
Eric Montgomery, 33, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for rape when the victim is “disabled or deficient,” as well as furnishing alcohol to a minor, according to court records.
The arrest came amid an investigation into the Aug. 17 death of Avery McMillan, 20, who had been heavily drinking before being picked up by Montgomery, who then plied her with more alcohol, police said.
Montgomery told police he met McMillan that morning near campus and had sex with her in the parking garage of her apartment building and at his house, according to WXIN.
The rape suspect also said he provided McMillan with weed and alcohol and consumed it with her. A search of his vehicle turned up two half-empty bottles of liquor.
Roommates of the college student told detectives she had “got a little more drunk than she intended or wanted to” at a party the night before. She then became “frazzled and aggressive” and exited the car in the middle of their drive home around 2 a.m.
The young woman was then seen on security footage trying in vain to access her Bloomington apartment without her key for almost two hours.
Much of that time was spent in the building’s parking garage, where McMillan appeared “highly intoxicated,” detectives told the station.
A 2010 Ford Crown Victoria believed to belong to Montgomery entered the garage around 5 a.m. and stayed there for about nine minutes before leaving, according to the article. McMillan was not seen in the garage after the car left.
At 9:45 a.m., a man called 911 from an off-campus house owned by Montgomery’s parents, police reportedly said. McMillian was reportedly found unconscious and unresponsive.
Montgomery was not charged in connection with her death, the cause of which remains unknown pending the results of an autopsy report.
McMillian was a “beloved” and “dedicated” member of Zeta Tau Alpha who “went out of her way to be an involved and present member of the chapter,” said chapter President Ella Gebke.
She hailed from Valparaiso, Indiana, about 200 miles north of the university, according to her sorority sisters.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Jury to decide fate of BIRACIAL BLACK man who says teens in truck yelling slurs led to deadly shooting
STATESBORO, Ga. — A jury began deliberating murder charges Tuesday in the trial of a biracial man who says he was trying to fend off a "racist" attack on a Georgia highway when he fired a gun into a pickup truck and fatally shot a 17-year-old WHITE girl riding in the back seat.
Marc Wilson, 23, faces life in prison if he’s convicted of felony murder in the killing of Haley Hutcheson. Jury deliberations began Tuesday afternoon after prosecutors and defense attorneys made their closing arguments in Bulloch County Superior Court.
Prosecutors said Wilson had no justification to fire a handgun in traffic and could have escaped if he was being harassed by another driver. One of the bullets he fired went through the truck’s rear window and struck Hutcheson of Reidsville in the head. She died after her friends rushed her to a hospital.
“He introduced the firearm, he introduced the bullets,” prosecutor Barclay Black told the jury. “He committed the aggravated assault ... to cause her death, which makes it felony murder.”
Wilson, the son of a Black father and white mother, and his white girlfriend had just picked up food from a Taco Bell about 12:30 a.m. when the pickup truck pulled alongside Wilson’s much smaller Ford Focus. Wilson told police the pickup truck tried to run his car off the road as white teenagers inside ALLEGEDLY yelled racist slurs.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Man bought gun less than a week before shooting WHITE 70-year-old woman near Florence
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — An affidavit reveals the man accused of killing an elderly woman outside Florence earlier this month bought a pistol less than a week before shooting.
Joshua Gilbreath, 26, was arrested Saturday and charged with murder in the death of Diana Lynn Pier, 70. She was a grandmother, and deputies believed she may have stopped to help someone on the road before the shooting.
KXAN has reached out to Gilbreath’s attorney. We will update this story once a response is received.
‘Unprovoked’: Arrest made in murder of 70-year-old Florence grandmother
The shooting took place the night of Aug. 4 in the 4500 block of CR 245, west of Highway 195 and south of Florence.
The arrest affidavit for Gilbreath stated a witness said she saw a silver sedan, which deputies identified as the suspect’s car, parked in the southbound lane of CR 245 with its flashers on. Then, another vehicle, identified as Pier’s, passed the suspect’s car and pulled into a driveway area.
According to the affidavit, the witness saw someone running from the rear of Pier’s car to the suspect’s car, which was still parked in the roadway. The suspect’s car drove off “at a high rate of speed” afterward.
After the suspect’s car left the area, the witness told deputies she walked to the end of the driveway and saw a woman, later identified as Pier, lying in the roadway in a pool of blood. Deputies wrote in the affidavit a shell casing was found in the road near Pier’s head.
The affidavit stated a tip on Aug. 11 said Gilbreath divulged details about the shooting to someone while at a Pflugerville bar.
“Joshua stated he pulled his vehicle over on a side road and a vehicle pulled over behind his vehicle. The woman got out of her vehicle, and he shot her when she approached him,” the affidavit stated of the conversation.

Deputies also said in the affidavit they obtained a receipt showing Gilbreath bought a used pistol in Pflugerville on July 29. They also got photos of the cartridges Gilbreath purchased the same day, and they matched the cartridge found at the CR 245 scene. Deputies said based off the matching shell casings and cell phone records that put Gilbreath at the scene of murder, among other factors, they believed Gilbreath was the suspect, according to the affidavit.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Missing WHITE teen found shot to death in Detroit - BLACK charged with MURDER
DETROIT (FOX 2) - A 23-year-old man from Westland was arraigned on Friday for the murder of 18-year-old Jacob Hills in Detroit last month. Avion Sanders was arrested Tuesday and has been charged with first-degree murder, among other charges, in connection to the death of Hills, who was found shot to death in the basement of a Detroit apartment complex's garage.
The court entered a not guilty plea on Sanders' behalf when he appeared in court for his arraignment on Friday. Sanders said little, aside from his name and acknowledging that he understood the charges and when he would appear in court next. The prosecution, citing the seriousness of the murder charge, asked him to be held without bond. Meanwhile, Sanders' defense attorney said there is a question about the credibility of a witness involved in the case and asked for a bond to be set.
Ultimately, the judge ordered him held without bond and set his next court hearing for Aug. 26. Hills, 18, was reported missing on July 24 after he went to a party in Detroit. A few hours later, his car was found abandoned in Dearborn Heights. A few hours after that, Hills' father received an anonymous call that said his son was in a basement on Warren in Detroit.
According to the Wayne County prosecutor, Hills and Sanders were together on July 24. Hills met with Sanders at a party in Detroit and brought his new AR-15, authorities said. It is believed that when the pair went into the basement of the home, Sanders killed Hills, stole his gun, and abandoned the car in Dearborn Heights.
"We try to never rush to judgment on cases because the facts are sometimes not as they initially appear or as reported. After thoroughly reviewing the DPD investigation and the timeline of events, we believe that we can prove this case beyond a reasonable doubt in court," said Prosecutor Kym Worthy. Sanders was arraigned Friday morning and, along with first-degree murder, Sanders was charged with felony murder, larceny (from $200-$1000), felon in possession, and three counts of felony firearm.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Black Man Charged With Murder After WHITE Veteran's Charred Remains Found
A night of partying at a hangout for biker veterans in northern California turned deadly, authorities say — and one man is accused of torturing and murdering a 70-year-old Vietnam vet before burning his remains.
Sean Bryant, 51, was booked Sunday for allegedly murdering and torturing Stanley Owen Norman. Bryant initially told cops that he and Norman spent the night of April 14 drinking together into the next morning. He said he eventually passed out as the sun was coming up and woke up in the afternoon to find Norman, his Hummer H2 and his poodle KoKo all missing.
Cops searched for Norman for a month and eventually found his charred remains on one of Bryant’s properties. Both Norman and Bryant belonged to a local chapter of the American Legion Riders, a motorcycle club for veterans. They and other riders would regularly hang out at a garage at Bryant’s house that he referred to as his office, but others called “the man cave,” according to Day.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Brothers plead guilty to 2017 killing of WHITE Baldwyn car dealer
Aug. 5—TUPELO — Two brothers have admitted their guilt in the 2017 shooting death of a Baldwyn car dealer at his home.
Ojerrin Burress, 23, and Quindaris Burress, 18, were arrested three years apart and were both originally charged with capital murder for the October 2017 killing of Henry Adams. The older brother pleaded guilty to manslaughter and armed robbery on Thursday and will spend the next 30 years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. His younger brother pleaded guilty to second degree murder in May and awaits sentencing.
Ojerrin Burress was scheduled to go to trial on Monday, Aug. 8, on the capital murder charge. The state was not seeking the death penalty. Late Thursday, he changed his mind and reached out to prosecutors about a possible plea. If the case had gone to trial, his younger brother would have been one of the first witnesses to take the stand. "As you get closer to a court date, the defense can get anxious and start to worry," District Attorney John Weddle said. "His attorneys were in court this week preparing for trial, and we were in court. It turned into a conversation about a possible agreement."
Adams' daughter, Lesley Adams Berry, has worked closely with his office as they prepared the cases and got ready to prosecute. "I am happy with the outcome. It's the best outcome with what they had to work with when folks are not willing to talk," Adams said. "There will always be holes. I don't think we will ever know exactly what happened that night. That's something I will have to deal with, and that's tough."
She does have the consolation of sitting in the courtroom when both faced the judge and admitted they robbed and killed her father. Ojerrin Burress stood before Senior Circuit Court Judge Paul Funderburk on Aug. 4 and pleaded guilty to the reduced charges of manslaughter and armed robbery. After accepting the plea, Funderburk sentenced the older brother to 20 years to be served day for day on the manslaughter charge. A 10-year sentence for the armed robbery will be served consecutively.
Quindaris Burress was just 13 when he was arrested on Nov. 3, 2017. He has celebrated five birthdays inside the Lee County Jail. In May, he pleaded guilty to second degree murder in exchange for giving truthful testimony against his brother. He will be sentenced at a later date.
Henry Adams Jr., 70, was robbed of $20, shot multiple times and left to bleed to death in his Baldwyn home on Oct. 22, 2017. He sold cars from his house on a heavily wooded and isolated stretch of South Second Street and was known to keep large amounts of cash. "Either dad opened the door or they bum-rushed him," Berry said in a 2021 interview. "They went looking for money but only got $10-$20. And they shot and killed him anyway."
The trial of Quindaris Burress was initially set to begin in November 2018 but was postponed several times. There were issues scheduling a mental evaluation. Then the defense wanted a separate evaluation. The coronavirus pandemic caused further delays. The trial was on the spring docket in Lee County Circuit Court.
When Ojerrin Burress was arrested in March, prosecutors began working to get the younger brother to plea and testify against the older brother. Since he was only 13 at the time of the crime, the maximum penalty for Quindaris Burress was life in prison for capital murder.

According to police, the 21-year-old fired multiple rounds into a unmarked, parked vehicle late Thursday, killing 29-year veteran Officer Anthony Mazurkiewicz and wounding Officer Sino Seng. A 15-year-old girl in a nearby house was also shot and wounded.
The two officers were part of a plainclothes unit and were investigating a murder. Vickers was found an hour later in a vacant house nearby, and police said a loaded handgun was found that may have been used in the shooting.
Vickers is from the Boston area and has an extensive criminal background, according to police, who didn’t say why Vickers was in Rochester.
He was represented by a public defender at Saturday’s arraignment but indicated he would be seeking his own attorney, the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle reported.

Manhunt on for BLACK ‘armed and dangerous’ James Howard Jackson, who allegedly shot Lady Gaga’s dog walker
US Marshals are searching for an “armed and dangerous” man accused of shooting Lady Gaga’s dog walker last year, only to be mistakenly let out of a Los Angeles jail three months ago.
Fugitive James Howard Jackson, 19, has been on the lam since April 6 when a clerical error showed the charges against him had been dropped in connection to the shooting of Ryan Fischer in a bizarre scheme to kidnap Lady Gaga’s three French bulldogs.
The US Marshals Service announced Monday it was offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to Jackson’s arrest after the agency was asked to get involved by the LA County Sheriff’s Department.
“Jackson should be considered armed and dangerous,” the service said in a news release. “Anyone with information as to his whereabouts should contact law enforcement immediately.”
Jackson was one of three men who allegedly shot and robbed Fischer as he walked the three bulldogs on Feb. 24, 2021. The three men made off with two of the dogs — Koji and Gustav — which an accomplice then tried to return for a $500,000 reward, claiming she had found the kidnapped canines.
In April 2021, Jackson, Jaylin White, 19, and Lafayette White, 27, were arrested and slapped with charges of attempted murder, conspiracy to commit robbery and robbery in the crime. Two others were charged as accessories after the fact: Harold White and Jennifer McBride, who acted as the person who found the dogs.

Third-Degree Murder Charge Dropped Against drunk and doped up BLACK female Jayana Webb, Accused Of Killing 2 Pennsylvania State Troopers, and Hispanic Man In Crash
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A third-degree murder charge has been dropped against Jayana Webb, the woman accused of striking and killing two Pennsylvania state troopers and a man who the troopers were trying to help. A judge dropped the charge at Webb’s preliminary hearing Wednesday.
Webb’s defense attorney says the commonwealth failed to prove his client acted with malice. But Webb is still charged with manslaughter, homicide by vehicle and DUI.
The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office has already refiled third-degree murder charges against Webb. A hearing will have to be held to determine if that charge will be reinstated.
The state laid out its case against Webb in a preliminary hearing that lasted more than five hours at the Criminal Justice Center.
Dozens of Pennsylvania State police troopers filed into court Wednesday morning for the much-anticipated preliminary hearing.
Webb is charged in the crash on I-95 South near the stadium complex on March 21 that killed Pennsylvania State Troopers Martin Mack, Branden Sisca and a pedestrian, Reyes Rivera Oliveras.
The assistant DA called nine witnesses to the stand, including a toxicologist who testified that Webb’s blood alcohol content was 0.211, more than twice the legal limit, and that marijuana was found in her system.
Another key witness was a trooper who testified that Sisca and Mack, in a tragic twist, had pulled Webb over that fateful day for driving 113 miles per hour, but the two quickly left to respond to another emergency, a pedestrian walking on the highway.
A crash reconstruction expert testified that Webb was driving at 78 miles per hour when her Chevy Captiva slammed into the three men, launching them over the concrete barrier separating the north and southbound lanes.
Webb broke down in tears when the prosecutor played surveillance video from Lincoln Financial Field showing the deadly crash. Her lawyer says she apologizes for her actions.

ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOV) – The trial for the man accused of murdering North County Police Cooperative Officer Michael Langsdorf began Tuesday.
Officer Langsdorf was shot and killed on June 23, 2019 at Clay’s Wellston Food Market in the 6200 block of Page Boulevard. According to police, the 40-year-old officer was called to the store for a report of someone cashing a bad check.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Florida man arrested after video shows him dragging WHITE woman’s lifeless body - (link fixed)
A Florida man was arrested and charged with abuse of a corpse after he unknowingly supplied police with home surveillance footage that showed him dragging the lifeless body of a 38-year-old woman through his house.
William Redden, 51, allegedly wrapped the corpse of Stephanie Shenefield in a sheet before dragging her lifeless body to his car and driving to a ditch, where he tossed her remains, according to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.
It was not clear how the woman died.
Shenefield, a mother of two, took an Uber to the home of Redden, an alleged drug dealer, at 1:20 a.m. on Friday, June 3, investigators said.
At some point in the night, Shenefield died inside the house and Redden allegedly disposed of her body instead of calling for help, Manatee County Sheriff Rick Wells said.
“William Redden does nothing about it,” Sheriff Wells said at a press conference aired on WTSP Tampa Bay 10. “He doesn’t call 911, he doesn’t call authorities, he doesn’t call anyone.”
Redden, an eight-time convicted felon, told detectives that Shenefield stayed at his house that night — but left the next morning.
The detectives then asked Redden if they could take the DVRs from surveillance cameras on the inside and exterior of the house. He complied and said the cameras don’t record inside his house and are only a “live monitoring” system, according to the sheriff’s office.
“He tells them they do not record inside the residence. He was wrong,” Wells said. “Thankfully he’s ignorant and didn’t know that. Because it worked for us.”
To investigators’ surprise, the video unveiled the final moments of Shenefield’s life and provided hints as to how her body ended up in a ditch in Palmetto.
The detectives verified through the video footage that Shenefield was at Redden’s home in Palmetto and died there during the night. Investigators have not yet determined the cause of death.
Redden then can be seen “dragging her lifeless body throughout the house” and loading it into a car before driving off, Wells said.
Two people walking their dog found Shenefield’s “badly decomposed” body in a 12-foot-deep drainage ditch near railroad tracks Thursday, June 9, according to the sheriff’s office.
The Florida mom was reported missing after Sunday, June 5, when she didn’t show up for work and also had missed a concert Friday evening.
“William Redden is a piece of crap, that’s what he is. He had the opportunity to call law enforcement, to call 911, to try to save her,” Wells said.
“He could have done a lot of things, but that’s not his character,” he added. “The only thing he thought of was trying to get rid of the evidence that was in his car – that was a human being; that was someone that was truly loved in this community.”
Redden was charged with abuse of a corpse, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of an altered firearm. Additional charges are expected to be brought as the investigation continues, Wells said.
“We will continue to investigate this, but we want you to know that our hearts break for the family of Stephanie,” the sheriff said.

Three worthless blacks arrested in connection to fatal beating of WHITE Ohio teen Ethan Liming
Three fatherless violent killer jungle apes - one with green-vomit-colored-"dreds" captured.
Three men have been arrested in connection to the killing of a teenager outside LeBron James-founded Ohio high school in early June, federal authorities announced Saturday.
Ethan Liming, 17, was found beaten to death on June 2 in the parking lot of I Promise School in Akron.
In a press release, the US Marshals Service revealed that the federal entity’s Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force and Akron Police on Saturday morning arrested Deshawn Stafford Jr., 20, Tyler Stafford, 19 and Donovon Jones, 21, at two different residential buildings in Akron.
Liming was brutally beaten to death at around 10:46 p.m. on June 2. Authorities have said the teen died from blunt force trauma to the head after he drove around with his friends and shot a water gun at people.
Liming was lying on the ground in the parking lot when police arrived, officials have said. They were unable to save him, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
“I am happy to report that today, officers with the Akron Police Department, made several arrests in connection with the death of Ethan Liming. We thank the members of the community for their outpouring of support that helped investigators throughout this investigation,” said Akron Police Chief Stephen Mylett in the news release.
“While I believe the news of the arrests will be welcomed by Ethan’s family and loved ones, we all recognize that nothing will bring Ethan back,” he added. “Violence in this country must stop. We are losing too many lives to senseless acts of violence.”
Akron Mayor Dan Horrigan said that Liming’s “senseless and tragic death has touched every person in our community.”
“My thoughts and prayers remain with the entire Liming family at this time,” he said.
“This crime impacted an entire community and we stand alongside the community in seeking justice for Ethan,” U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott said in a statement.
Police said “that in the moments leading up to the incident, one or more occupants in the [Liming]’s vehicle were riding around the surrounding area shooting a SPLATRBALL Water Bead Blaster at objects and possibly unsuspecting people,” according to a statement cited by Fox News.
They then drove to the basketball courts, where the group of teens “targeted or approached the subjects who were on the court and fired the gel soft gun at them,” in an incident that apparently provoked the killers.
On Thursday, police offered a reward of up to $30,000 for information leading to the arrest of Liming’s killers, according to a local report.
Liming’s father, Bill, told Fox News in a story published Friday that his son was a loving and charitable person with a “bright future” ahead. Liming’s father said that his son planned on becoming a lawyer.

(Black) Suspect in Tallahassee PD officer’s death has history of domestic violence and drug charges - (link fixed)
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - The man suspected of ramming a patrol car and killing a Tallahassee police officer Wednesday has served time in prison for domestic violence and cocaine sales, public records show.
Tyrone Cleveland is accused of shooting three members of his family at a home on Saplin Court early Wednesday morning, then crashing into a Tallahassee Police Department officer Christopher Fariello’s car about an hour later at the intersection of Capital Circle NW and Northwest Passage.
Leon County court records show Cleveland was charged with a violent domestic attack in November 2012 and later entered a plea to multiple felonies, including aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, domestic battery by strangulation, child abuse and more. WCTV has requested copies of those arrest reports.
Cleveland was also charged with resisting officers with violence, as members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force tried to arrest him in a motel room a few days later. Those arrest records say Cleveland was tased twice after reaching under the bed and kicking the two officers trying to handcuff him. Officers also described suspected cocaine in plain view in the motel room and razor blades swirling in the bottom of the toilet.
Leon County court records show Cleveland was sentenced to four years in state prison, and Florida Department of Corrections records show he was released in August 2016.
Leon County court records show Cleveland was also wanted in Georgia on cocaine charges and Florida DOC records show that Georgia’s Department of Corrections had issued a detainer for him upon his release.
A search of GDC’s online records indicates Cleveland has a history of drug arrests — including the sale of cocaine — in Grady County.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Truck driver jailed for killing a White woman in California
and for killing another woman in Texas in 2002 after raping her.
(CNN)A recently retired truck driver who traveled across the country for decades has been charged in a California woman's death, just weeks after he was arrested in Texas for another woman's killing, prosecutors said.
Douglas Thomas, 67, was charged Friday in the death of Sherri Herrera, a 30-year-old mother of four who was found on a highway on-ramp in March 1993, the Riverside County, California, district attorney's office said in a news release. Herrera was last seen alive a few days before her body was found, the release said.
The office also filed a special circumstance allegation of murder during the commission of a rape, according to the news release.
It is unclear if Thomas has legal representation. Throughout more than 40 years working as a truck driver, Thomas traveled extensively, the release added.
Just weeks before the district attorney's announcement, authorities in Texas arrested Thomas on the suspicion of murder for the April 1992 killing of a woman found in Titus County. "Thomas was connected by authorities to that murder by a DNA match to evidence from that crime scene," the district attorney's office said.
Thomas was taken into custody in Texas in late May under a $2 million bond on a murder warrant for the April 1992 killing, according to CNN affiliate KWTX, which cited a search warrant affidavit filed by a Texas Ranger. The woman's body was found near a rest area along a highway and an investigation showed she was strangled "with a device made of wire and cord," according to the affiliate. There was also evidence of sexual assault, the affiliate reported.
Investigators from the two different states were able to make the connection with the help of forensic genealogy: An investigator with the district attorney's office in California uploaded DNA profile from the scene of Herrera's killing in 2002 and roughly five years later, there was a match connecting the killings in the two states, KWTX reported.
After forensic genealogy investigations from both cases, the Riverside investigator contacted the Texas Ranger on the case, informing him of several people in Texas who were "in the right genetic range for comparison," the station said.
Authorities took a DNA sample from Thomas in late April and the results matched the suspect profile, according to KWTX.
While he was in custody in Texas, investigators from California traveled to Texas and interviewed Thomas about Herrera's killing, the news release said.
Thomas remains in custody in Texas, where he will be prosecuted for the 1992 murder, the release said. The Riverside County district attorney's office will then request he be extradited to California to be prosecuted for Herrera's death.
BLACK-ON-WHITE: Another mistrial for BLACK suspect for RAPE AND MURDER OF PREGNANT wife of pastor in Indianapolis, Amanda Blackburn
INDIANAPOLIS – A juror's admission led to another mistrial in the high-profile case against a man charged with murdering Amanda Blackburn.
Larry Jo Taylor Jr. is accused of killing Blackburn during a home invasion in November 2015.
Taylor's trial was scheduled to begin Monday morning, but the jury was dismissed in a surprise move. A juror revealed to other members of the panel that she knew about the long-developing case and a previous mistrial. The juror had previously told the court she had no knowledge of the case.
Judge Grant Hawkins granted a motion for a mistrial requested by both the defense and prosecution, according to court records. The judge planned to confer with the Marion County Prosecutor's Office to see if the jury should face any disciplinary action.
Taylor's December 2021 trial also ended in a mistrial when jurors learned Blackburn was pregnant. As Taylor is not facing charges in connection with the unborn baby's death, the judge declared a mistrial after jurors found out about the pregnancy. The judge was concerned the information could affect the jury’s feelings.
The Blackburn murder was one of Indy's most infamous cases of the 2010s. Blackburn, 12 weeks pregnant with her second child, was shot to death during a home invasion robbery. She was the wife of pastor Davey Blackburn; the couple had moved from South Carolina to Indianapolis to establish a church.
Two suspects in Amanda Blackburn case agree to plea deal, won't face murder charges Two other defendants in the case, Jalen Watson and Diano Gordon, accepted plea deals and no longer face murder charges. In exchange, they agreed to testify against Taylor.
The case against Taylor has taken years to put together, with dozens of witnesses needing to be whittled down to a manageable level. In addition, COVID-related delays and a series of different attorneys have contributed to the case's long development.

The second New York City suspect being sought in connection to the murder of 11-year-old Kyhara Tay is also wanted for a pair of armed robberies that happened a month before the Bronx deadly shooting.
Omar Bojang, 18, is accused of driving a scooter around 4:50 p.m. on May 16 on Fox Street towards 165 Street before his 15-year-old passenger opened fire, and Tay was fatally struck by stray bullets while standing outside. Police said the girl was not the intended target. Video shows the scooter pass a 13-year-old boy running away from them before the passenger turns and unleashes a barrage of bullets in his direction.
The 15-year-old was arrested at approximately 2:05 a.m. Friday and is charged with murder, manslaughter and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
The New York Police Department revealed Saturday that Bojang is also being sought in connection to two gunpoint robberies that took place within the confines of the 42nd precinct in April.
At approximately 2 p.m. on April 18, a 46-year-old male victim was approached by Bojang and at least three other male individuals behind an apartment building on Webster Avenue after arranging a meeting to purchase merchandise through a digital media platform, police said.
One of the suspects displayed a firearm and struck the victim in the head, while the others forcibly removed his wallet containing credit and debit cards, police said. The individuals fled on foot in an unknown direction.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: DERANGED BLACK Tulsa gunman Michael Louis targeted black doctor who had operated on him
Police in Oklahoma say that the gunman who attacked a medical center in Tulsa was determined to kill the surgeon who had operated on him weeks earlier, as well as “anyone who got in his way.” Michael Louis, 45, shot and killed four people at the St. Francis Hospital on Wednesday.
One of those victims, Dr. Preston Phillips, was an orthopedic surgeon. He had operated on Louis just weeks earlier. Louis’ other three WHITE victims—Dr. Stephanie Husen, also an orthopedic specialist; Amanda Glenn, a receptionist at the medical center; and William Love, a patient —appear to be collateral damage.
A deranged gunman with a rifle and a handgun who killed four people at an Oklahoma medical building targeted a doctor who previously operated on him “and anyone who got in his way,” authorities said Thursday.
The gunman, identified as Michael Louis opened fire at about 5 p.m. Wednesday at an orthopedic office on the second floor of the Natalie Medical Building at Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, Police Chief Wendell Franklin told reporters at a press conference.
Louis, 45, of Muskogee, went to the hospital on May 19 for back surgery, which was performed by Dr. Preston Phillips. Louis was released on May 24, Franklin said.
Louis proceeded to call several times to complain of pain and sought additional treatment. He then saw Phillips on Tuesday and called the doctor’s office again on Wednesday seeking additional help, Franklin said.

(Black) accused of shooting WHITE man in head, killing him - suspect denied bond
ST. LOUIS (KMOV) -- The suspect in a weekend murder in South City was denied bond by a judge Wednesday after he was charged with murder.
On Friday night, Christopher Brennan was shot and killed in the backyard of his home around 7:20 p.m. Friday in the Shaw neighborhood in south St. Louis City. Kyle Stone is facing charges in the shooting death of Brennan. He is accused of shooting Brennan in the head.
Witnesses and surveillance video helped police quickly track down the suspect. Court documents state police watched surveillance video showing someone approaching Brennan in his backyard and pulling out a gun. The two struggled briefly before Brennan was shot. The suspect then fled the area, police said. Police later identified the person in the surveillance video to be Stone.
Stone’s initial hearing was pushed back because his assigned public defender knew the victim personally. The Brennan family’s lawyer sent the following statement regarding the hearing Wednesday:
“The Brennan family is thankful that Judge Burlison denied bond today. This has provided a small measure of relief as the family continues to grieve. As we all process his senseless death to more gun violence, we hope everyone can embrace Chris’s greatest quality and open your hearts and homes to your neighbors and friends.”

(WHITE) EMT shot in back of ambulance by (BLACK) intoxicated man he was treating in Staten Island
An EMT was shot in an ambulance by an intoxicated man being transported to a Staten Island hospital on Wednesday night — and a retired NYPD detective helped apprehend the suspect, police said.
The wild chain of events began after EMTs from Richmond University Medical Center picked up the patient from in front of the Funkey Monkey Lounge on Forest Avenue and Llewellyn Place at about 7:40 p.m., police said.
Calls made to 911 reported the man, identified by police as 37-year-old Thomas McCauley, to be drunk and disorderly at the time, sources said.
Responding EMTs placed the man in the back of the ambulance and proceeded towards the hospital.
About a mile into the transport, McCauley allegedly pulled a gun out of his waistband and fired a shot, striking a 25-year-old male EMT, Richard McMahon, in the shoulder, NYPD Inspector Mark Molinari said at a Wednesday night press conference.
The ambulance driver immediately pulled over around 646 Forest Avenue. The perpetrator then fled out the back of the ambulance on foot before he was apprehended with the help of a retired NYPD detective and an off-duty Department of Sanitation lieutenant, Molinari said. The wounded EMT was transported by the ambulance driver to RUMC hospital in stable condition.
A .38 caliber revolver was recovered at the scene. McCauley was also allegedly in possession of a knife and mace, according to police. McCauley was known to police for a prior call of an emotionally disturbed person, Molinari told reporters. Charges against him were pending as of early Thursday.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: 22-Year-Old Christopher Tyson Charged In The March Murders Of Two Women In Baltimore
BLACK Baltimore man pleads guilty to strangling two women to death, gets life in prison
A Baltimore man will serve life in prison after he admitted to strangling to death two women whom he solicited for sex less than a week apart in 2021, the state’s attorney’s office said.
Christopher Tyson, 23, pleaded guilty Tuesday to two counts of first-degree murder in the killings of Ashley Lambert and Denita Barrett.
The state’s attorney’s office said a judge handed down concurrent life sentences after the women’s families testified to the toll of their untimely deaths, according to the prosecutor’s office.
Lambert, 37, had four children, and Barrett, 21, had two.
In a statement, Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby called Tyson’s actions “sickening.”
“As a mother of two girls, it pains me to think of the devastating loss of these women for the six children left behind to live without their mother,” Mosby said. “Mr. Tyson’s actions exhibited a dangerous and calculating pattern to prey on vulnerable women.” An attorney was not listed for Tyson in online court records for the two murder cases. He is being represented by the Office of the Public Defender on rape charges stemming from an incident approximately a month after Barrett and Lambert were killed. A spokeswoman for the public defender’s office declined to comment Thursday.
The same prosecutor who handled the murder cases, Assistant State’s Attorney Elizabeth Stock, is prosecuting the rape case against Tyson. At the time of his arrest, Baltimore police suspected Tyson might have assaulted more women and asked for help finding victims who survived his attacks.
Barrett’s sister discovered her unclothed body in the living room of her home March 21, 2021 and flagged down officers in the city’s Westport neighborhood. Paramedics pronounced Barrett dead, and her body was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, where a pathologist performed an autopsy and ruled her death was a homicide caused by strangulation. An employee of the Deluxe Plaza Motel on Pulaski Highway called 911 around seven days later, at approximately 11:30 a.m. The staffer reported finding an unresponsive woman in a room after the occupants did not check out.
Police officers and medics found Lambert face-down on the floor when they arrived March 28, 2021, the state’s attorney’s office said. She was pronounced dead in the motel. The medical examiner’s office later found blood on her face, noted that it appeared she had not dressed herself and determined she was suffocated to death with a maneuver like a chokehold, the state’s attorney’s office said.
Detectives reviewed surveillance footage from the area and were able to make out the last person seen with Lambert. The investigators learned that man bought something from a business in the area, got a receipt of the purchase and identified Tyson from his Visa card. Police soon labeled him as a person of interest in Barrett’s death.
The Wells Fargo card also clued detectives in on Tyson’s address. Equipped with a search warrant and a battering ram, they forced their way into his residence when nobody answered. Police said they found Tyson in a second-floor bedroom. In interviews, detectives recognized Tyson’s explanations were not consistent with the evidence.
Confronted with an image of the last person seen with Lambert alive, Tyson admitted it was him, according to police and prosecutors. He told police he met Lambert online and agreed to pay for sex. In the motel room, Tyson told detectives, they got into an argument, and he strangled her with a chokehold. Police and prosecutors say he later admitted to killing Barrett after arranging to pay her for sex. He said he used an application to contact Barrett and that they agreed to meet at her house.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: White Sheriff's corporal shot in 2016 Baton Rouge Black Supremacist assassination dies
BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Nick Tullier, a Baton Rouge sheriff’s deputy who was shot in the head and stomach during a July 2016 ambush that killed three other law enforcement officers during a summer of DOMESTIC TERRORISM AND INSURRECTION over the police killing of a Black criminal, died Thursday at age 47.
Tullier's death was announced on the Facebook page of is father, James Tullier, and on a companion page dedicated to Tullier's effort to recover in the years since the shooting. They did not mention the cause of death, but Tullier had struggled for years to recover from the 2016 shooting.
Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards ordered that flags fly at half-staff over the Capitol and other public buildings in East Baton Rouge Parish until sunset Friday. He called Tullier, a corporal in the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office, and the other officers shot in the July 17, 2016, shooting “true heroes.”
The Sunday morning ambush came less than two weeks after Alton Sterling, a Black Baton Rouge resident, was fatally shot in a struggle with two white Baton Rouge police officers outside a convenience store on July 5. Video of Sterling's killing spread on social media and led to protests against the police in Baton Rouge and beyond. No officers were ever charged for Sterling's death, although the local government paid a $4.5 million BLACKmail settlement with his family years later.
Two days after the Sterling shooting, a BLACK ASSASSIN sniper in Dallas killed five police officers and wounded seven others during DOMESTIC TERRORIST INSURRECTION protests over the shootings of Sterling and the July 6 shooting death of Philando Castile.
The July 17 ambush ended when the suspect was shot and killed. He was identified as Gavin Long, 29, of Kansas City, Missouri, a Black military veteran. He died after killing Baton Rouge police officers Montrell Jackson and Matthew Gerald and another East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's deputy, Brad Garafola,
“I am heartbroken at the passing of a true hero, Cpl. Nick Tullier this morning,” East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff Sid Gautreaux said in a statement. “Nick’s injury was a result of his selfless actions to courageously answer the call to protect and serve. For nearly six years he has defied all odds in recovery through his unwavering tenacity.”
Tullier, a father of two, had 18 years of service with the sheriff's department when he was shot.
BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Jamon Buggs shot (White couple)Darren Partch, 38, and Wendi Miller, 48, to death on April 19, 2019 - (link fixed)
A Huntington Beach man was convicted Tuesday of special-circumstances murder for the brutal slaying of a man and woman in a Newport Beach condominium, killings apparently driven by his jealousy at those he believed were in relationships with an estranged girlfriend.
That Jamon Buggs shot Darren Partch, 38, and Wendi Miller, 48, to death on April 19, 2019 was never disputed during his two week-long trial in a Newport Beach courtroom, with Buggs attorneys instead arguing that he committed the slayings in the "heat of passion" and should be convicted of a lesser charge.
The jury deliberated for about three hours. Buggs showed no reaction to the verdicts as they were read in court.
Sentencing is set for June 3. Buggs faces up to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
The Orange County District Attorney’s Office opted not to seek the death penalty against Buggs. But (alleged) "racially charged comments" made by DA Todd Spitzer during internal deliberations that led to the death penalty decision ignited a controversy when they surfaced earlier this year.
According to internal DA memos, Spitzer asked about "the race of Buggs’ former girlfriends and told his senior management that he “knows many Black people who enhance their status by only "dating" ‘White women.’”
Buggs is Black; Partch and Miller were White, as is Buggs’ ex-sexfriend, Samanta Brewers.
In a statement released following the verdict, Spitzer said, “The allegations of any racial animus or bias against the defendant are baseless and quite frankly offensive.” The DA added that his comments were in response to arguments that Buggs’ defense attorneys repeated during the criminal trial.
Buggs wrongly believed that Partch was in a relationship with Brewers. Miller had no ties to Buggs, and had only met Partch hours before her killing.
“The motive, probably as old as human history, is jealousy,” Deputy District Attorney David Porter said. “He doesn’t want anybody to be with Samantha if he can’t.”
Defense attorneys alleged that Buggs mistook Miller for his ex-girlfriend when he burst in on Miller and Partch having sex, telling jurors during the trial that Buggs wasn’t prepared for how he would react when faced with evidence of what he long feared.
“This is not a whodunit,” Alternate Defender Michael Hill said. “This case is a why did he do it.”
Buggs and Brewers met at a Riverside gym, where he was working as a trainer, and quickly began dating before moving in together at a Huntington Beach apartment. Buggs’ attorneys said the two saw themselves as a “power couple,” as Brewers, with Buggs training, won body building competitions.
Brewers during the trial described her relationship with Buggs as “toxic.” The prosecutor told jurors that the relationship ended in late 2018, though defense attorneys contend both Buggs and Brewers continued to be in contact and meet with each other, ignoring restraining orders they had each taken out.
In late March 2019, Brewers sent Buggs an emailing saying she had “moved on,” adding “I don’t know why you can’t leave me alone.” In the days and weeks that followed, Buggs began focusing on men he believed were in relationship with Brewers.
Partch also met Brewers at a gym, and exchanged social media contact info with her, but according to testimony in the trial he was never in a romantic or sexual relationship with Brewers. The other man Buggs was accused of targeting, Jared Young, was in a relationship with Brewers.
Buggs called Partch and told him to stay away from Brewers, according to testimony, and confronted Young at his business and gave him the same ultimatum. He also looked up addresses for both men and Brewers and visited Partch’s residence multiple times, according to evidence presented during the trial.
On the night of April 19, 2019, Buggs, armed with a .38 caliber revolver, went to Partch’s condominium. When an acquaintance texted him to ask what he was doing, Buggs responded shortly before midnight by writing “Street business baby.”
Partch and Miller met at a nightclub that night and went back to Partch’s condominium, where Partch apparently forgot to lock the door. Buggs entered the condominium and interrupted Partch and Miller having sex. Partch apparently stood up, prosecutors said, while Miller rolled off the bed.
Buggs fired four shots at Partch, hitting him first in the shoulder, which spun him around before a second bullet hit him in the back of the head, according to testimony. Buggs was accused of then walking up to Miller, putting the gun either directly up against her head or only inches away, and then pulling the trigger.
“It was barbaric, it was cruel,” Porter said. “Even saying it was heinous doesn’t accurate describe what was happening. In a manner of seconds the defendant became a cold-blooded killer.”
Buggs’ attorneys say the killings were the result of a “slow burn” within Buggs from months of pressure in his relationship with Brewers building up. Buggs had become “consumed” with finding out if Brewers was with another man, the defense attorneys said.
“He walks in the room and all his fears, all his suspicions, the thing he has been consumed of for days and weeks leading up to this event come to fruition,” Hill added.
The prosecutor countered that there was no evidence that Buggs mistook Miller for Brewers, telling jurors that Partch was Buggs’ target and he could have killed Miller since she witnessed the slaying.
Less than a day after killing Partch and Miller, Buggs went to an Irvine apartment complex where he wrongly believed Young, the man Brewers had begun dating, was living.
A woman sitting in her living room screamed when she saw Buggs on her second-story balcony, leading Buggs to quickly flee. As he climbed down, Buggs apparently fired a shot from the revolver he was carrying, leaving a bullet later recovered by police in an eave above the balcony.
Irvine investigators set up a surveillance at the apartment complex, and the next night Buggs returned. Officers tried to pull Buggs over, kicking off a pursuit and search through a residential neighborhood that ended with Buggs arrest. A bag with a gun in it was found in a nearby backyard.
Ballistics tests tied the gun to the Newport Beach killings and the Irvine shooting. DNA evidence tied Buggs to the revolver and the bag it was found in.
The race of Buggs, the victims and his ex-girlfriend was not part of arguments during the criminal trial. But the potential impact of the racial comments made in the lead-up to the trial remain unclear.
In his statement on Tuesday, Spitzer said there was “not one iota of truth that my office is engaged in any racial bias in this case or any other case.“ He noted that Buggs’ attorneys argued that Buggs mistook Miller for Brewers, and since both women were White and had blond wavy hair that raised the issue of “cross-racial identification.”

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Remains confirmed as Taylor Pomaski, (white) girlfriend of BLACK ex-NFL player Kevin Ware
Authorities in Texas have identified human remains as belonging to missing 29-year-old Taylor Pomaski.
“The Institute of Forensic Science determined the remains to be that of Taylor Pomaski,” Senior Deputy Thomas Gilliland told Law&Crime in an email. “The investigation is still open and active and homicide investigators are diligent on bringing this case to a close.”
Gilliland and the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office did not respond to a Law&Crime request for comment on cause and manner of death.
Investigators found remains in December as part of the investigation.
Pomaski disappeared April 25, 2021 after going to a party, authorities have said. Her family reported her missing on May 11, saying she uncharacteristically did not reach out on Mother’s Day, which was also her father’s birthday.
Authorities have never announced charges in the case, but amid the disappearance, a prosecutor in Montgomery County, Texas, described her boyfriend Kevin Ware, 41, as a suspect in her murder. Witnesses said that Ware and Pomaski had a “violent fight,” according to KTRK. Ware, who played tight end in a brief NFL career in the early 2000s, allegedly began to no-show court dates in drug and weapon charges in Montgomery County, and was later arrested for that.
“He was out on bond,” Pomaski’s mother Leslie Mandeville told KTRK in a November report. “He had his chance. He broke his bond. Why would we give him another chance?”
Ware’s attorney has said that his client has been cooperative, contrary to allegations that Ware was uncooperative.
“He’s told the police everything that he knows and he’s led them through his house,” lawyer Coby DuBose said in December, according to KPRC. “He’s let them in his home, and that’s really all we’re going to say about that.”
Authorities have not talked to Ware or himself recently, DuBose told NBC News in an email Saturday. Meanwhile, Ware remains behind bars because his bond was revoked.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Promiscuous BLACK Florida man gets 40 years in 2012 murder of (white) 17-year-old teen who he 'got pregnant'
A St. Petersburg man who killed a pregnant teenage girl after she went missing nearly a decade ago was sentenced Thursday to 40 years in prison after authorities could not locate the victim’s body.
Jacobee Flowers, 34, agreed to give investigators information about the location of Morgan Martin’s remains in exchange for the possibility of a shorter sentence. Flowers would receive 25 years in prison if Martin’s body was found and 40 years if she was not located.
Still, even after investigators brought Flowers himself to Alabama this week to point them in the direction of the body, authorities said there were no updates in the search for Martin.
The 17-year-old disappeared in 2012, after she left her house in her pajamas to speak with Flowers just after midnight one July morning. She said Flowers was the father of her [ILLEGITIMATE MIXED-RACE] child.
Martin never saw her family again. Her missing persons case was reclassified as a homicide about a year later, and Flowers remained a person of interest throughout the investigation.
It took four years for police to gather enough evidence for a grand jury to indict Flowers and the St. Petersburg Police cold case squad was assigned the investigation. In text messages, Flowers begged Martin not to keep the baby. Flowers, who was 24 at the time, worried he could face criminal charges for having sex with a minor and also expressed concerns about how the child would impact his romantic relationship with another woman, according to court documents.
Investigators used cell phone records to track Flower’s movements on the night of Martin’s disappearance. He went to the area where Martin’s house was located before returning to his home and then to the KFC restaurant where he worked.
According to court records, Flowers left the KFC, visited the mother of two of his other [ILLEGITIMATE] children and then returned to the KFC. He then made a loop throughout Tampa Bay, driving up to Pasco County before heading to Brandon and then returning to St. Petersburg by way of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.
Flowers pleaded guilty to a second degree murder charge earlier this month.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Man gets 10 years in prison for first-degree murder of 14-year-old girl
BEDFORD, Texas (Gray News) - A BLACK Texas man pleaded guilty Thursday to the first-degree murder of a 14-year-old WHITE girl and was sentenced to ONLY 10 years in prison.
According to the Bedford Police Department, Jordin Roache, 21, reached a plea deal for the 2017 murder of Kaytlynn Cargill. Roache has been incarcerated since his arrest in 2017.
Cargill was reported missing from her apartment complex on June 19, 2017. The next day, police identified Roache, who was 16 at the time, as a possible suspect after witnesses said they saw Cargill with him the day she disappeared.
The following day, Cargill’s body was found in a landfill. During investigation, detectives said they found several pieces of evidence that lead to Roache’s arrest, including Cargill’s DNA and blood in the apartment he was living in at the time.
Bedford police said the case experienced several delays caused by various factors, including the COVID-19 pandemic.
Roache was sentenced Thursday to 10 years in prison. Following his sentencing, he was transferred to the Texas Department of Corrections.
Bedford Police Chief Jeff Williams said in a statement that Roache’s sentencing was a long time coming.
“We’re grateful for the hard work and countless hours put in by Bedford police officers, detectives and forensic investigators, along with the prosecutors from the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office,” Williams said. “The Cargill family remains in our thoughts as we reach the conclusion of this tragic case.”

According to the arrest warrant obtained by PEOPLE, a teen boy — whose name was redacted on the report — has been charged with murder in connection with her death. He is being held on $250,000 bond. The warrant states that the teen was arrested at Fort Worth-area high school.
Cargill vanished on June 19 while walking her dog near her home on Bedford’s Oak Creek Lane. Her body was found two days later, on June 21, in the Republic Services landfill in nearby Arlington, Texas.
In August, her death was ruled the result of “homicidal violence,” according to the medical examiner.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: PACK of black females in Boston allegedly brutally beat down a light skinned woman over her 'black' hairstyle
BOSTON — Five young teenage girls are facing charges in the brutal beating of a young woman in Downtown Crossing.
According to a police report, the juveniles pounced on the victim after making a comment about her hairstyle. The attackers reportedly called the victim “white [expletive] with braids” and told her she could not wear her hair in the style because she was “not Black.”
Witnesses told investigators that as many as 20 teens, some as young as 12 years old, swarmed the victim, who is 19 years old. The juveniles are charged with pulling her hair, punching her and kicking her repeatedly near Washington and Winter Streets just before 7 p.m. Monday night.
“There were at least 15 monkey 'girls' chasing after the woman on the bike, and they started pounding on her,” said witness Christopher Jackson. “They got her down on the ground, and they were holding her down.” Jackson, who works at a nearby flower stand, described the attack as unprovoked and brutal.
“Her face was all red and scratched. She got up, and she looked like she didn’t know where she was,” recalled Jackson. Jackson said that the teens also attacked two witnesses who intervened. Police allege the girls also assaulted responding officers and hurled “racially motivated insults” at them.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Chilling police video shows 'nearly naked negro-named' home intruder "Demetrius" holding gun to (apparently white) woman’s head after 'alleged' (bestial) sex assault
Horrifying police bodycam video captured the moment a nearly naked nword held a woman hostage at gunpoint after allegedly breaking into her San Diego home, masturbating inside a bathroom and sexually assaulting her. Demetrius Trussell, a 40-year-old parolee, allegedly broke into four other homes before bursting into the 53-year-old woman’s residence on Viacha Drive, where she barricaded herself with her father on Saturday, the Times of San Diego reported.
The woman called 911 about the terrifying home invasion at about 2:20 a.m. She reported that the armed intruder broke into her home as she slept, ran down the stairs and masturbated in a bathroom, according to audio of the call that police released along with the chilling footage.
One of the cops who responded to the address made “verbal contact” with the woman’s father before a loud bang and screams are heard when the man broke into a room where she was hiding. “Let me see your (expletive) hands! Let me see your hands!” an officer shouts as he starts to walk upstairs, pointing a flashlight at the suspect.
He and his partner then point their guns up the staircase as the man pulls the victim into what appears to be a bathroom — holding a gun to her head for several minutes. “Gun! Gun!” the officers scream.
“This is a hostage situation. We have a "Mexican standoff",” the man is heard saying in an audio clip, a reference to an armed confrontation between multiple parties that no one can win. Why is this a hostage situation?” a cop asks. “’Cause I don’t have no way out, so I gotta take a hostage with me,” the man answers.
“No, no you don’t,” the officer says. The man then says cops are “going to have to send a SWAT team.” “And then what?” an officer asks.
“I want you to back out … before I shoot her,” the hostage-taker says. “I’m going to shoot her in the kneecap.” The woman screams, “No! No! Please, God. Please, God, no!”
Seconds later, the man fires his gun. The woman says it went off accidentally and that she was not hurt. Meanwhile, an officer is seen climbing a rear balcony and leading the elderly father to safety while another cop heads onto a neighbor’s rooftop, where he had a clear view of the intruder.
After the gun went off inside the house, the officer fired multiple rounds at the suspect, who dropped to the floor and surrendered, police said. Neither the hostages nor the suspect were injured in the gunfire, officials said.
Trussell was charged with 18 felonies, including hot prowl burglary, kidnapping, false imprisonment with a hostage, negligent discharge of a firearm, possession of a stolen vehicle, indecent exposure, assault with the intent to commit a sex crime, sexual battery and assault with a deadly weapon, police Lt. Jud Campbell told the Times of San Diego. “The suspect exposed himself and sexually battered the homeowner multiple times,” police said.
On Wednesday, prosecutors alleged that Trussell committed five residential burglaries and tried to break into two other homes before terrorizing the woman and her father. During the crime spree, he allegedly drove a white minivan that had been reported stolen in a carjacking, according to the newspaper.
Deputy District Attorney Meghan Buckner said Trussell was on parole at the time of the attack, the San Diego Tribune reported. He was convicted of robbery in North Carolina in 2009 and of a “hot prowl” residential burglary in San Diego in 2018, according to the paper. A prosecutor said Trussell was being held in an advanced observation unit, which monitors inmates who may pose a danger to themselves or others.

(Black-on-White) Store owner to be returned to California in girl's shooting
LAS VEGAS -- A Southern California shoe store owner accused of shooting and wounding a 9-year-old girl when he opened fire at shoplifters agreed Thursday to be returned from Nevada to face charges in the case.
Police have said that Marqel Cockrell, 20, fled from the California desert city of Victorville in his car just after the girl, identified by family members as Ava Chruniak, was mistakenly hit by bullets on Tuesday as she waited to have her picture taken with a mall Easter bunny.
Cockrell, 20, stood in court and told a Las Vegas judge that he understood that California authorities had 30 days to extradite him. He was not represented by an attorney because Nevada does not provide lawyers for extradition cases.
Cockrell co-owns the shoe store Sole Addicts at the Mall of Victor Valley and was chasing two shoplifters about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday when he fired shots that “instead hit the 9-year-old female victim,” Victorville police said in a statement.
The girl suffered three gunshot wounds, including two in an arm, her grandmother, Moraga-Saldarelli said. One of the bullets fractured an arm bone.
She was released from the hospital on Thursday but will require another operation to repair nerve damage, KCBS-TV reported.
“I will never forgive him. What he did to me is not OK," Ava told the station from her bed at home. “No one should have a gun in the mall."
Police have said that Cockrell drove from the mall before responding officers arrived after receiving reports of gunfire and that he was arrested in Nevada's Clark County, about a three-hour drive from Victorville.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: F-ing BLACK muslim found guilty of murdering WHITE UK lawmaker David Amess
A "fanatical Islamist" inspired by Islamic State was found guilty on Monday of murdering veteran British lawmaker David Amess by knifing him to death in a frenzied attack in a church where he was meeting voters.
Ali Harbi Ali, 26, a British citizen and son of a former media adviser to a prime minister of Somalia, repeatedly stabbed Amess in an attack last October for what he said was revenge for the lawmaker's support for airstrikes on Syria.
This court artist sketch shows Ali Harbi Ali in the dock at the Old Bailey on March 21, accused of stabbing to death Conservative MP for Southend West David Amess.
Prosecutors said he was a "committed, fanatical, radicalized Islamist terrorist."
"This was a horrific act of terrorism motivated by religious and ideological beliefs," said Nick Price, head of the Crown Prosecution Service's Counter Terrorism Division. "Ali chose to commit this abhorrent crime for his own selfish and hateful reasons."
Ali was found guilty of murder and preparation of terrorism at London's Old Bailey court after the jury took less than half an hour to reach a verdict.
The killing of 69-year-old Amess, a married father of five children and a member of Prime Minister Boris Johnson's Conservative Party, sent shock waves through Westminster and led to calls for better security for members of parliament (MPs), coming just five years after another lawmaker was murdered.
British lawmakers regularly hold "surgeries," or one-to-one meetings, with voters in their constituencies, a tradition considered a bedrock of democracy. But with little or no security and an emphasis on access for all, surgeries can make lawmakers vulnerable.
Ali told detectives he had spent years planning to kill a lawmaker and had previously carried out reconnaissance at the Houses of Parliament, and of two other MPs, including cabinet minister Michael Gove.
Stabbed at meeting in church
On October 15, he made an appointment to meet Amess at the Belfairs Methodist Church in Leigh-on-Sea, northeast of London, on the pretext that he had recently moved to the area.
At their meeting in an office at the back of the church, he tried to engage Amess in conversation, before producing a 12-inch-long knife and stabbing him 21 times.
"I want him dead. I want every Parliament minister who signed up for the bombing of Syria, who agreed to the Iraqi war, to die," he told a man who had also been due to meet Amess.
He had hoped police would shoot him dead at the scene, but gave himself up after his crying sister begged him to as they spoke on the phone, and as unarmed officers arrived.

Black-on-White???? Colored Teen wearing leather do-rag arraigned on murder charge for shooting death of Bronx girl that looks white
A teenager accused of killing a 16-year old bystander and wounding two other teens outside a Bronx high school was arraigned on a murder charge Saturday night.
Suspect Jeremiah Ryan, accused of shooting 16-year-old Angellyh Yambo, was ordered held without bail until at least his next court appearance on Monday.
Ryan, who was arrested earlier Saturday, appeared in a black hoodie and black sweatpants in the Bronx courthouse.
As he entered the courtroom, he briefly turned around to look at both his parents who were sitting in the audience.
The prosecution requested that Ryan be remanded without cash bail due to the severity of the charges — which could mean a life sentence if he’s convicted.
` Prosecutors also noted the evidence cops obtained as reason not to release the teen — including footage of the shooting, six 9mm shell casings found at the scene, a gun that was seen tossed out of Ryan’s building, and the clothing and sneakers he was allegedly wearing at the time of the shooting.

Moments before a McHenry County sheriff’s deputy was shot to death outside a Rockford motel, police said, blasts of gunfire barely missed three other officers trying to arrest the gunman inside the motel.
Officers testified Tuesday about their narrow escape at the trial of Floyd E. Brown, charged with murder in the death of Deputy Jacob Keltner in 2019. A guest at the motel also described how he saw a man limping to his car and driving off just after the shooting, before the witness discovered Keltner lying shot in the parking lot.
A search of a laptop Brown and his girlfriend bought showed searches online for “cop get ambushed” and “killing cops,” prosecutors wrote in court documents. In a series of videos Brown made on his cellphone a month before the shooting, prosecutors alleged, he said he hated police.
“If you don’t know me by now, you will before long,” he said. “These (expletive) police want to make me famous, but I’m gonna make they ass famous.” The trial, which began Monday, is expected to last three to four weeks.

To her defense attorney, Breyiana Brown is a 21-year-old college student with no criminal record and a supportive family.
To police and prosecutors, Brown is a drug dealer and a killer, one who didn't hesitate before ending the life of a bright but troubled Denham Springs teenager over a petty debt. Michelle Verasmende, a 2015 graduate of Denham Springs High School, was found lying on the ground near a dumpster in the parking lot of the Mark VII apartments in New Orleans East on the evening of July 13. She had been shot four times.
Homicide Detective Debra Normand said she soon got a key break in the case. A confidante of Verasmende’s — who is not named in court records — told the detective she had received text messages from the victim before she was killed.
In the text messages, Normand said, Verasmende told the other person that she had been trading jewelry for drugs, but the jewelry was stolen. Verasmende confessed that she then had stolen drugs from a woman she called “Bee” and her brother.
“She expressed how she felt that Bee was going to kill her, and she wanted to let the (friend) know that if something happened to her, that is why,” Normand said.
Verasmende’s confidante provided Normand with a telephone number and Instagram account name for “Bee.” The detective said she quickly discovered that “Bee” was Brown, a connection she confirmed when the unnamed acquaintance picked Brown’s photo out of a lineup.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: DRUNKEN BLACK FEMALE KILLED TWO WHITE Pennsylvania state troopers and a WHITE HISPANIC pedestrian - IMAGE OF WHITE HISPANIC VICTIM provided by family
Jayana Tanae Webb is a DUI suspect accused of killing two Pennsylvania state troopers and a pedestrian in a Philadelphia highway crash. Just months before the deadly crash, Webb tweeted from her @Tanae_jay Twitter account that she’s “the best drunk driver ever.” The 21-year-old Webb is facing several charges, including murder, after her March 22, 2022 arrest, police said.
The crash killed Pennsylvania State Police Troopers Martin Mack III and Branden Sisca, authorities said. Reyes Rivera Oliveras, a pedestrian who was being helped by the troopers, was also killed in the crash. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Webb crashed her SUV into Mack, Sisca and Oliveras on Interstate 95 about 1 a.m. on Monday, March 21, 2022.
The other victim, Reyes Rivera Oliveras, was from Allentown.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK FEMALE Driver Charged With Murder, DUI In South Philly I-95 Crash That Killed 2 White Pennsylvania State Police Troopers, Pedestrian
PHILADELPHIA - Authorities have announced charges against a woman they say was driving under the influence when she struck and killed three people, including two Pennsylvania state police troopers, Monday morning.
Jayana Tanae Webb, 21, has been charged with third-degree murder, homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, DUI, and related charges in connection with the crash that occurred shortly before 1 a.m. in the southbound lanes of I-95.
Investigators say Webb was behind the wheel of an SUV when she struck Trooper Martin Mack, Trooper Branden Sisca, and 28-year-old Reyes Rivera Oliveras on the left side of the highway.
Webb was walked out of the Pennsylvania State Police Troop K barracks in Philadelphia Tuesday afternoon wearing handcuffs that belonged to the fallen troopers.
Troopers Mack and Sisca had responded to a call for a person walking on the left side of the southbound lanes and had made contact with the man on the roadway. The troopers were taking the man into custody and walking him back to their state police SUV.
As all three men were walking back to the police vehicle, authorities say Webb was traveling at a high rate of speed in the left lane and struck all three men, the patrol vehicle, and the barrier between the north and southbound lanes. The impact of the crash knocked both troopers into the northbound lanes and ripped both driver’s side doors off of their SUV.
Webb’s vehicle later came to a stop on the right shoulder of the southbound lanes and she remained at the scene prior to being taken into custody.
Police dispatch called for backup after the officers stopped responding. Backup arrived as bystanders were attempting to perform life-saving measures on the troopers. Both Trooper Mack and Trooper Sisca were later pronounced dead at the scene.
A law enforcement source tells FOX 29's Steve Keeley that state police had conducted a traffic stop involving the striking vehicle shortly before the crash. They say that stop was cut short because troopers were responding to reports of pedestrian walking on I-95.
Authorities had announced Monday morning that they were conducting a ‘DUI-related’ investigation. Law enforcement sources told FOX 29 that a 21-year-old driver had a blood alcohol content more than twice the legal limit.
Officials say Trooper Mack, 33, joined the force in 2014 while Sisca, 29, only recently graduated from the academy and had enlisted in February of 2021. Sisca was also a Fire Chief of Trappe Fire Company in Montgomery County.
Webb, of Eagleville, faces a total of 18 charges in connection with the crash.

(Black killer serial rapist) pleads guilty in 2 slayings, string of rapes in Texas
Will be afforded all the respect and rights of a human American Citizen .
FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — A man who pleaded guilty to killing two women and committing a string of rapes in Texas has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, prosecutors said.
Reginald Kimbro,28, pleaded guilty Friday in Fort Worth to two counts of capital murder in the deaths of two women who were raped and strangled. Kimbro was sentenced in each case to life in prison without the possibility of parole. He also pleaded guilty Friday to raping four other women, the Tarrant County district attorney's office said.
His jury trial had been set to start Tuesday.
“He used his personality and charm to attract women or drugged them when that did not work,” Assistant Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney Allenna Bangs said in a news release.
One of Kimbro's victims, Molly Jane Matheson, 22, was killed on April 9, 2017, and her body was found the next day at her Fort Worth home, prosecutors said.
Kimbro, who'd previously dated Matheson when they both attended the University of Arkansas, was linked to the slaying through evidence including DNA and cellphone records, prosecutors said.
Prosecutors said that as police were investigating Kimbro, he raped and strangled 36-year-old Megan Getrum, a stranger to him, on April 14, 2017, as she hiked through a nature preserve near her home in the Dallas suburb of Plano. Getrum's body was found days later in a Dallas-area lake.
Kimbro also pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting three women in Collin County, located just north of Dallas, and a woman in South Texas’ Cameron County. Kimbro received sentences of 20 years for each rape in Collin County and life in prison for the Cameron County case.

Molly Jane Matheson, 22, had briefly dated Kimbro when the two were students at the University of Arkansas, according to the complaint filed by the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office. She was found beaten and strangled to death on April 10, 2017, when her concerned mother went to check on her after she failed to show up for work.
Investigators later determined that Kimbro had washed Matheson’s body and her clothes to erase all traces of himself from her apartment. However, he left behind his underwear, which provided detectives with a DNA sample they could match at the scene.
BLACK-ON-WHITE: Jury convicts BLACK Canton drive-by shooting suspect, Terrel J. Lipkins

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Florida middle schoolers accused of racially motivated attack against white students
Five middle school students were arrested Wednesday after allegedly beating up three white students in what police deemed a racially charged crime in Coconut Creek, Florida.
The five students from Lyons Middle School, three of whom were black and two white, according to the arrest report, are being charged with battery and evidence of prejudice while committing battery. The charged students allegedly "whipped, kicked, and hit" the three other students, a parent of one of the children told Local 10 News. The alleged perpetrators were 12-15 years old.
"We are disappointed to take law enforcement action in response to a racially-motivated crime by school-aged children within the City of Coconut Creek," Coconut Creek Police Chief Butch Arenal said in a statement. "This is an extremely rare occurrence in our community. But these are children, and as such, poor judgment can occur."
The alleged incident only lasted a few seconds — and just steps away from the police, the Local 10 News report said. The attackers allegedly shouted to the victims that they were "white" and said it was "opposite day." They also reportedly used the phrase "brown power." According to one of the victims, the [RACIST BLACK SUPREMACIST] bullies used a black cord.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: NEGRO DEMON ARRESTED FOR DEMONIC SLAUGHTER OF WHITE COUPLE in Daytona Beach
Daytona Beach police have arrested a suspect in the horrific deaths of a married couple killed last weekend. Jean R. Macean, 32, was arrested Thursday at approximately 11 a.m. in Orlando where he lives.
“I’m pleased to announce that we have arrested the man responsible for the murders of Brenda Aultman and Terry Aultman,” Daytona Beach Police Chief Jakari Young wrote on Twitter. RELATED: ‘Vicious and gruesome’: Married couple found with throats slashed were riding bikes in Daytona BeachAt a news conference Thursday night, Young said Macean arrived to Daytona Beach by bus on Saturday during Bike Week and left the area on Sunday.
Police say Macean was charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the case.“Everyone can now breathe a sigh of relief,” Young said. “The suspect responsible for committing these heinous crimes is in custody.”Young said there was evidence recovered related to the stabbings, but he did not go into details.“They didn’t deserve what happened to them,” Brenda’s daughter Sara Turner said through tears. “Get this monster off of the streets.”
There are still a lot of unanswered questions about the stabbing deaths of the Aultmans, Young said. Police have still not determined a motive yet.RELATED: ‘Completely senseless’: Daytona Beach residents on edge after couple stabbed to death “It is still a random, senseless act of violence that should have never occurred,” Young said.
Young said Macean has a minimal criminal history mostly related to drugs. He has had one felony arrest and two misdemeanor arrests in Orange County in the past. Macean is now being questioned by investigators in Orlando while in custody. He is cooperating so far, Young said.
Couple found deadThe victims were found Sunday morning in the 700 block of North Wild Olive Avenue with multiple stab wounds and lacerations.Authorities confirmed the identity of the pair as 48-year-old Terry Aultman and 55-year-old Brenda Aultman. The couple was found on the side of the road.”We found two people possibly dead… there’s blood everywhere,” a 911 caller said. The 911 callers stated they found the man lying face-down on his chest and the woman lying face-up on her back in a grassy area next to the sidewalk.
Police say at first, they thought it was a hit and run, but then, saw that both had slashed throats.Investigators say the victims were married and were riding their bikes home from Main Street when they were attacked. Struggle to identify motivePolice were baffled by the crime, unable to determine a motive.”This is probably one of the most vicious and gruesome incidents that I’ve witnessed in my 20 years,” Chief Jakari Young said.
“We can’t rule out that this may be totally random, but if it is totally random, the person responsible has to be deranged.””We believe they were followed. Based on what we’re looking at, they were followed,” Young said.Police say they do not think it was a robbery. Person of interestThe only information they have about the suspect, is that it’s a man, who was possibly wearing light-colored pants, and had a backpack. A video of a person of interest was released Tuesday.”We obviously know that we are looking for a black male. He is very stocky. He’s in shape.
We are trying to focus on tattoos,” Young said. The chief said he doesn’t believe that person is from Daytona Beach, but recent surveillance footage leads them to believe he is still in the area. The chief says he appears to be a loner and potential transient, an issue residents believe is causing many issues in recent years.”We believe they were followed. Based on what we’re looking at, they were followed,” Young said. The person of interest appears to have been on foot and stabbed the victims multiple times, even slicing their throats, prompting the question of whether the murderer appeared to have special training.
”We can only speculate. I really don’t like to speculate for something like this. They are a couple. They’re husband and wife. They love each other obviously. If one is getting attacked, the other is not going to run away,” Young said.Evidence was taken from the scene including DNA from one victims’ fingernails.
Lives shattered by lossBrenda Aultman’s daughter told WESH 2 she is horrified by this tragedy and said her mother was her best friend. She said her mother and stepfather were the most beautiful, fun, loving couple.
Residents in the area are unnerved, to say the least. Jesse Dylan lives next door to the Aultman’s.He said the couple had purchased their home six months ago and they were beyond happy. ”They walked to the beach every day. It was like their dream house. They bought bicycles. They just bought a jeep. They were loving it. They loved the neighborhood,” Dylan said. “He was a responsible guy. They even took bicycles because he was drinking. He left his car, left his motorcycle here. Left their car, left their truck here. It is a real shame what happened to them you know.”
Family members have created a fundraiser page to help pay for funerals and other costs. ”This is the most unbelievable situation, and the only way I can cope is by dissociating, so I can keep a clear, rational mental state to get through this the best I can. I feel like I’m outside of my body, witnessing everything from above.
Please keep my family in your thoughts and prayers during this devastating time in all of our lives. Nothing will ever be the same again. We’re all broken and destroyed, inside and out. I pray to God they find the suspect, and justice is served for my beautiful parents. They were the last people on Earth to deserve this, and had so much life ahead of them,” a message on the fundraiser page reads.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Hate crime charges filed against BLACK FAGGOT WHO HOMO-RAPED 14-YEAR-OLD WHITE BOY BECAUSE HE HATES WHITES AND IS A BLACK HOMO-FAGGOT (insert more adjectives)
LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Court records show new charges were filed against a man accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy. The charges have been upgraded to include crimes motivated by hate. Willie Collins, 42, was already registered as a sex offender for a sex crime against children in 2017, and told police he attacked the child because he was white, a prosecutor said.
He is now charged with:
First degree kidnapping of a minor – motivated by bias or hatred toward victim
2 counts of sexual assault against a child under 16 – motivated by bias or hatred toward victim
Battery with intent to commit sexual assault against a child under age 16 – motivated by bias or hatred toward victim
Child abuse or neglect – motivated by bias or hatred toward victim.
Police arrested Collins Feb. 24 after he allegedly approached the child as he was walking to school, and, according to the boy, told him he was armed and would kill him if he didn’t do as he said. According to police, Collins then directed the boy to get into a dumpster area in a back alley.
During the alleged sexual assault, the boy and Collins got into a fight, and the boy was able to escape. Collins had left the area by the time the boy had gotten help and police arrived at the area. Police said Collins was located 6 hours after the alleged assault because he had been wearing an ankle monitor, and had been on house arrest for burglary while in possession of a gun which was committed in November 2021 in North Las Vegas.
The 8 News Now I-Team reported that Collins had previously been deemed a flight risk, but North Las Vegas Justice Court Judge Kalani Hoo set his bail at ONLY $1,500 and placed him under "house arrest", giving him the freedom to walk out of jail. Collins is currently being held at the Clark County Detention Center with no bail. He is scheduled to appear again in court Mar. 25 for a competency hearing at 8:30 a.m.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Handyman arrested after body of missing WHITE Florida woman is found in backyard septic tank
Friends and neighbors of a missing Florida woman found dead in a septic tank are struggling to find answers in her gruesome slaying, saying she “didn’t deserve” to be buried in her backyard.
A body believed to be Cynthia Cole, 57, was discovered submerged early Saturday in the backyard of her Jensen Beach home. Police said her handyman of several years, Keoki Hilo Demich, 34, likely killed the missing mom before disposing of her body in the cesspool — accusations that enraged her friends and neighbors, WPBF reported.
“She was murdered and put in the septic tank,” neighbor Lisa Stiger tearfully told the station. “Like, who does that to somebody? It’s just not fair.”
Cole, also known as Cyndi, was last seen with friends at the Jammin Jensen art festival in Jensen Beach on Feb. 24. One of her neighbors and close friends, Barbara Deal, went with her and said nothing unusual happened during the outing.
“She had a fun night and was ready to go home and said goodbye and we never knew that we’d never see her again,” Deal said.
Cole, a devout Christian, loved being outdoors, especially at the beach, and enjoyed traveling and photography, friends told WPBF. They were dumbfounded as to why anyone would hurt her.
“Cyndi was a beautiful person,” Stiger continued before noting the excavated site in Cole’s backyard. “It breaks my heart and I literally — out of my kitchen window — that’s what I see, is her house. So every day I drive by that is what I’m going to see.”
Demich, of Stuart, was working on renovations at Cole’s house, according to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office. A medical examiner must identify the body, but detectives have “every reason” to be believe it’s Cole, sheriff’s officials said Saturday.
Security footage showed Demich getting out of Cole’s car near his home on the same night she vanished, Sheriff William Snyder told WPBF.
Deputies then went back to Cole’s home after Demich was arrested Friday for second-degree murder and found the top layer of soil disturbed above the septic tank. A body was found inside, Snyder said.
“I’ve been doing this 40-plus years, I’ve never seen anything like it,” Snyder said.
A message seeking additional comment from the sheriff’s office was not immediately returned early Monday.
Deal, meanwhile, said Cole was an affable woman who impressed everyone she met.
“Cyndi was a joy to be around,” Deal said. “She had a lot of friends. Everybody loved Cyndi. She was kind to everyone in all walks of life. She was a special person. She didn’t deserve it. Nobody deserves it. I’m going to miss her, I miss her already.”
Another friend, Victoria Boyd, said she’ll try her best not to think of how investigators discovered Cole’s body.
“This is not how we want to think of Cynthia,” Boyd told WPEC. “She is not buried in some God-awful grave.”

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK son-of-satan Michigan murder suspect leads cops to likely shallow grave of missing fornicating white mother-of-2 that slept with spook in a trailer
A Michigan murder suspect led cops to a shallow grave that held the likely remains of his girlfriend who disappeared nearly two years ago, police said.
Skeletal remains believed to be those of Amber Griffin, 27, were discovered Thursday buried about 3 feet deep in a wooded area in Battle Creek, police told reporters at the site Thursday.
Battle Creek police Detective Sgt. Joel Case said Griffin’s former boyfriend of five years, Derek Depree Horton, directed cops to the remains on the second day of his trial Wednesday as part of a tentative plea agreement.
Horton, who was charged with Griffin’s slaying six days after she vanished, will plead guilty to second-degree murder as part of the deal. He’s set to be sentenced on April 18.

Taking a public bus while being a "74-year-old White man"
BLACK-ON-WHITE: Black Las Vegas woman, 28, who admitted to shoving an elderly WHITE man off a bus to his death in 2019, is sentenced to eight to 20 years in prison as part of a plea deal
A Las Vegas woman who admitted to pushing an elderly man off a bus to his death in 2019 was sentenced to prison on Friday as part of a plea deal. Cadesha Bishop, 28, was sentenced to eight to 20 years in jail after the incident that claimed the life of 74-year-old Serge Fournier.
Bus surveillance video from March 21, 2019, shows Bishop arguing with Fournier after the elderly man asked her to be nicer to other passengers. Bishop can then be seen pushing Fournier when he turned his back to exit the bus, causing him to fall onto the sidewalk below. Fournier was taken to a hospital but died a month later.
His death was ruled a homicide resulting from blunt force trauma to the torso, according to the Clark County Coroner-Medical Examiner's Office. Bishop was initially charged with murder and released on a $100,000 bond on May 16, 2019.
Her bail was revoked in 2021 after she was charged with grand larceny, with prosecutors arguing she stole a 2020 Chevrolet Impala from a rental car company. Bishop claimed she lent the rental car to someone and they failed to return it.
Court records also show that Bishop was convicted twice, in 2014 and 2015, of misdemeanor domestic battery charges. The prosecution downgraded the murder charge to abuse of an elderly person resulting in death, and Bishop pleaded guilty on December 27.
She will be eligible for parole in eight years. Bishop's exact sentence length is expected to be based on her behavior. Her alleged mental health history could also play a part in the parole board's decision.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Black homo-demon charged with brutal stabbing murder of WHITE 4-year-old Cash Gernon found incompetent to stand trial
The man charged with the brutal stabbing murder of 4-year-old Cash Gernon was found incompetent to stand trial after he was assessed by both the prosecution and his defense team. Dallas Police claimed that Darriynn Brown kidnapped the boy from his bed and stabbed him to death in May 2021. The boy's body was found in the middle of a street eight blocks away by a jogger the morning after he died.
Police released home surveillance video showing someone looking like Brown grabbing Cash and walking off with him. The video showed that the same man later returned for Cash's twin brother Carter, but he was scared off. Brown's defense team claimed that he was in a trance-like state during the murder and that he suffered from hallucinations.
A medical expert hired by the prosecution also came to the conclusion that Brown was mentally incapable of standing trial. On Friday, Brown was officially declared incompetent to stand trial. "He can finally get the help that he needs so he can assist us in his representation," said Brown's defense attorney Heath Harris.
Brown will be likely be transferred to Vernon Psychiatric Hospital according to Harris. "Maybe someday we can get to the facts of this case, which we believe are going to show he has a mental defect that potentially led to this tragedy," Harris added. "He may be entitled to an insanity defense."
The boy and his brother were in the care of a woman who was reportedly dating their father at the time of his murder. Their father had been on a work trip for months when his boy was murdered. The twins' mother accused the father of running off with the boys and said she had been searching for them for months.
Brown may never be found competent to stand trial for the murder of Cash. Even if he is found competent to stand trial in the future, his defense may argue that he was insane at the time of the murder. If that's the case, the prosecution will have to prove that Brown knew what he was doing was wrong at the time that he did it.

The Strange New Turn in the Case of 4-Year-Old Cash Gernon
DALLAS—After the kidnapping and killing of 4-year-old Cash Gernon in Dallas last week, neighbor Jose Alvarado checked his security cameras for any footage that might help investigators. What he found sent a chill up his spine.
The video is from 10 weeks before little Cash was left dead of stab wounds on the ground. But it shows the teenager charged with abducting him, Darriynn Brown, skulking down the street, opening Alvarado’s backyard gate and peering in before quickly walking away.
“It’s really scary,” Alvarado told The Daily Beast. “I have two kids, one girl and one boy, and they play basketball in the backyard.”
Alvarado’s house shares a back alley with the home of Monica Sherrod, 35, who was taking care of Cash and his twin, Carter. She has said she was dating the twins’ father, Trevor Gernon, a 31-year-old construction worker, until he reportedly left town in March when a court ordered him to report to rehab.
That left Sherrod to care for the boys for the next two months—unbeknownst to their mother, Melinda Seagroves, who lives in Houston.

BLACK-ON-WHITE/Hispanic: Family of mother murdered at Sheffield Village McDonald’s won’t rest until suspect is behind bars
SHEFFIELD VILLAGE, Ohio (WOIO) - It has been five and a half weeks since suspected killer James Kimbrough went on the run. Detectives in Sheffield Village believe he brutally murdered his ex-girlfriend, Milenna Lopez, the mother of four young children, including two with Kimbrough.
Local police and the U.S. Marshals have been working to find Kimbrough since the Jan. 6 murder. An arrest warrant for him on a charge of aggravated murder was signed by a judge on Jan. 10.
The victim’s mother Jessica Mojica tells 19 News she won’t rest until the man who killed her daughter is powerless and behind bars. Mojica sat down with 19 News surrounded by photos of 24-year-old Milenna, “I have this picture and when I don’t see the kids they’re all in the living room and they’re just looking at her. Just to see them just stare at their mom’s picture is emotional.”
For Mojica of Lorain and her entire family the pain runs deep. Her oldest daughter Milenna Lopez was ambushed, shot and killed on Jan. 6t, allegedly at the hands of ex-boyfriend James Kimbrough, in the parking lot of the Sheffield Village McDonald’s where she was the general manager. Milenna a tragic victim of domestic violence lived in fear for her life and for that of her family.
After one of many domestic violence attacks allegedly by Kimbrough the young mother was injured and made a post to social media telling of her fear according to her mother, “She put a status on Facebook that said: Please God just let me make it to my mom’s wedding.” Mojica who now cares for her daughter’s four young children, ages six, five, two and one, along with two of her own, said the two oldest have expressed the hurt, pain and fear of losing their mother to domestic violence, “They said they want a punishment to the bad man. They say he (James Kimbrough) ruined their lives, and it’s hard to hear a five and six year old say that.”
Milenna had been granted a ninth protection order against Kimbrough in October after he beat her so badly she was hospitalized. Two arrest warrants ironically were issued for Kimbrough’s arrest according to the Lorain City Prosecutor the day before the murder and the day after.
In the incident where Milenna was hospitalized, she was holding her youngest child, a 10-month-old baby girl that was also injured during the violence. Court records obtained by 19 News show a protection order was granted for that child and the mother on Oct. 18, 2021, just two over two months before the Lorain woman’s death.
“She [Milenna] had bruises everywhere she wasn’t the same person I seen two or three hours before. She sent me a text and said I need you here now. Her face was disfigured, her forehead had a knot on it, her face was swollen. He [Kimbrough] must have ripped her clothes because she was in her underwear. You could see marks on her. The baby had a black bruise on her forehead. Both were taken to the hospital,” Mojica said. Milenna’s family is now on a mission to share her story, hoping it will go viral, along with Kimbrough’s photos.
Her mother believes someone is likely helping him elude police. There are rumors he could be in Columbus where he was raised, or a southern state like Alabama where he has family, they also believe he could be hiding in Northeast Ohio in plain sight, “It makes me very angry but I have to get justice for my daughter and that’s what I’m going to do. I just want someone to do the right thing if they see him and call police.”
Kimbrough had not only abused Milenna and her 10-month-old baby, he’s accused of harming or assaulting her oldest child over a year ago, and threatening her oldest brother, her mother and other members of the family. Jessica Mojica said she knows an arrest won’t bring her daughter back, but at least the family can stop looking over their shoulder.
But as she’s moved to tears thinking about Milenna, Mojica looks at her photo and said, “I miss her smile, I miss her calling me and just telling me anything random. Her one year old baby has now learned to walk and it’s emotional because she didn’t live to see her baby’s first steps. If you have information on James Kimbrough’s whereabouts, he goes by the nickname “FAM.”
You can remain anonymous and receive a $5,000 reward. Tips can be called into the U.S. Marshals at 1-866-4WANTED, or contact Sheffield Village Police or 911. Kimbrough is considered armed and dangerous according to police and they ask that you don’t approach him.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Four decades after Robin Brooks’ slaying, trial starts in Phillip Lee Wilson rape-murder case
Forty-two years after Robin Brooks was raped and stabbed to death inside her Rancho Cordova apartment, a jury on Wednesday began to hear the damning evidence that led authorities to arrest Phillip Lee Wilson two years ago and charge him with murder. His blood was inside her apartment, Deputy District Attorney Timothy Carr told the Sacramento Superior Court jury in his opening statement. DNA from semen found with the slain 20-year-old doughnut shop worker matched Wilson’s, Carr said. And his prints were found at the crime scene.
“He knew Ms. Brooks from the doughnut shop, he became obsessed with her,” Carr said as the 72-year-old defendant sat in a wheelchair watching quietly as Carr displayed photos of the young woman’s nude, lifeless body on a courtroom video screen. “He snuck into her apartment through a window while she was sleeping.
“He bound her, he raped her, he killed her with a knife.” Wilson’s lawyer, Assistant Public Defender Thomas Clinkenbeard, didn’t dispute the evidence that led authorities to arrest Wilson decades after the crime. The DNA was Wilson’s, as was the blood, Clinkenbeard conceded. But not because he’s a killer. “This is a case about a man who had a consensual sexual relationship with his neighbor 40 years go, leaving behind his DNA before she was killed by another person,” Clinkenbeard said, suggesting instead that Brooks may have been killed by her sister’s volatile boyfriend at the time, a deceased former Sacramento man named Norbert Holston.
“You will learn after the murder that this man admitted to law enforcement that he had broken into Robin’s apartment,” Clinkenbeard said. “He broke into her apartment. He admitted it. “The exact same window that law enforcement suspected the murderer climbed through.” The dueling versions of who killed Brooks on April 24, 1980, come as District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert’s office is trying to notch another courtroom victory using its expertise in DNA evidence.
The trial is underway in the downtown courthouse’s largest courtroom, the same one where prosecutors won a conviction of NorCal Rapist Roy Charles Waller in 2020 based on DNA he left behind years earlier, the same one where hearings were held for Golden State Killer Joseph James DeAngelo, who also was brought to justice by DNA evidence. The prosecution theory in the Brooks case is that Wilson, who lived in the same Rosemont apartment complex as Brooks, knew her from his visits to the Donut Time shop where she worked nights and became obsessed with her.
Carr told jurors Brooks died from five stab wounds to her chest area, including a fatal one that pierced her heart, and that Wilson cut his hand in the attack, leaving behind his blood. He also said he planned to call another rape victim as a witness, a woman identified as “Sharon Doe,” who was attacked inside her apartment not far from Brooks’ three weeks before the slaying. That assailant was a masked man who attacked the victim while he was armed with a knife, Carr said.
BLACK-ON-WHITE(caucasian): Louisville activist arrested for attempted murder of jewish mayoral candidate pushed socialism, gun control
The suspect charged in Monday’s targeted shooting of Louisville, Kentucky, mayoral candidate Craig Greenberg has been identified as an activist for civil rights and gun control.
Quintez Brown, 21, was charged with attempted murder and four counts of wanton endangerment, the Louisville Metro Police Department confirmed to Fox News Digital.
Brown previously worked for the Louisville Courier Journal as an intern and an editorial columnist, according to the newspaper. In December, Brown shared a short campaign video on Twitter announcing that he was running to represent District 5 for Louisville’s Metro Council in 2022. His writing advocates for the ideals of communism, socialism, liberation and has criticized "gun-loving" Republicans.
As a freshman in college, Brown also reportedly was selected to meet former President Obama.
LOUISVILLE MAYORAL CANDIDATE CRAIG GREENBERG TARGETED IN SHOOTING, POLICE SAY
Greenberg is a Democrat, and police have not provided details about the possible motive for the shooting.
The Louisville Metro Police Department responded around 10:15 a.m. Monday after multiple shots were fired at Greenberg’s campaign headquarters in Butchertown. Investigators say Greenberg was not struck and no one else was injured.
Police said an article of clothing Greenberg was wearing was struck, and the candidate said his sweater was grazed by a bullet. Greenberg said the suspect had walked into the campaign office, pulled out a gun, "aimed directly at me and began shooting."
"Today is not a day for politics, but it’s not lost on me that the violence my staff and I experienced today is far too common in our city," Greenberg said, also thanking the Louisville Metro Police. "Too many Louisville families have experienced the trauma of gun violence. Too many aren't as blessed as me."
The arrest report, obtained by Fox News, said a man later identified as Brown entered the building and fired a 9mm Glock handgun at Greenberg. He then fled the building. About 10 minutes later, officers located a man matching the suspect description less than a half-mile away. He was found carrying a loaded 9mm magazine in his pants pocket and was taken into custody, the arrest report says.
Surveillance video reportedly captured the incident. Brown is a civil rights blactivist who reportedly participated in 2020 black supremacist racial riots (domestic terrorism). In his Twitter bio, he says, "We have one scientific and correct solution, Pan-Africanism: the total liberation and unification of Africa under scientific socialism."
In a Feb. 1 post on Instagram, Brown, using the handle "tez4liberation," shared a post celebrating "Black Radical Month" and a list of names that included convicted cop killer Assata Shakur.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: FILTHY BLACK DEMON HAS RESERVATION IN HELL FOR his part in the KIDNAP DEFILEMENT AND BRUTAL MURDER OF 18 YEAR OLD WHITE TEEN IN 1984
PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — On Friday, investigators announced a break in a 41-year-old cold case. Wayne Walker, 58, has been charged with the murder of 18-year-old Denise Marie Pierson, from Marcus Hook. Pierson went missing in April of 1981, and her body wasn't discovered for another three years.
Walker faces first, second and third-degree murder charges. He's also charged with criminal homicide, kidnapping, and conspiracy. When Pierson's body was discovered in 1984, an autopsy concluded that she died from blunt force trauma to the head, Delaware County District Attorney's Office and Pennsylvania State Police said.
According to the DA a second man, Peter Horne, was also a suspect in Pierson's murder, but he died in prison nearly a decade ago. Authorities are still investigating two more suspects. Investigators said that Pierson didn't return home after visiting a friend in Marcus Hook on April 14, 1981. In January 1984, a crisis center took a phone call from someone who said they killed Pierson.
Call tracing efforts identified Horne's home address as the source of the call. Authorities found a pair of billy clubs at his house, along with other evidence. In Feb. 1984, Pierson's mother said that she and her daughter had often gone to the garage where Horne worked, and he quit working at the garage the day after Pierson disappeared.
Her skeletal remains were found near railroad tracks at Seventh and Market streets in Marcus Hook on July 18, 1984, about 300 yards from Horne's home, the District Attorney's office said. Nearly 10 years after Pierson's body was found, investigators talked to the first of the two currently unnamed suspects, and he said that he believed Walker and the second unnamed suspect could have killed Pierson, according to prosecutors.
The DA's office said that later in 1994, a man who shared a jail cell with Walker told investigators that Walker had admitted to carrying Pierson's body to the train tracks with Horne and the first of the unnamed suspects, and the three of them buried her body. Walker had also reportedly told his cellmate that Horne had struck Pierson before they went to bury her. During other interviews in 1994-95 cited by the DA's office, Walker said he had been at Horne's home on the day of the killing when the two of them, both unnamed suspects and Pierson played a game called "Spin the Stick."
Walker told investigators that Horne struck Pierson with a stick, the second unnamed suspect gave Horne a clothesline to tie her up, Horne put the victim in bags, and the four of them took her to the Marcus Hook school parking lot. Walker also said that when they arrived, the second unnamed suspect hit Pierson with a railroad spike, and that Horne and the first suspect threatened Walker to never speak about the murder.
The DA's office also said that Walker told investigators that he had later returned to where Pierson was buried by the railroad tracks to "have sex with the corpse." Horne was arrested for firearms violations in 1995 and in 1997 for stalking and was convicted. He died while in custody in 2013.
Investigators interviewed Horne's wife the same year he died, and during [stet] htat interview, she admitted that she believed he killed Pierson. In 2018, investigators found that suspects had talked about Pierson's murder with "numerous acquaintances." Between then and now, after gathering weapons, case facts and a study of photos of the victim's remains, investigators discovered that Pierson's injuries were consistent with the weapons used.
“For 40 long years, the family of Denise Pierson has sought answers in connection with the death of their loved one. We hope that today’s announcement brings a measure of healing and closure that they’ve been denied for too long,” said District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer. “As with any cold case Homicide Investigation, the passage of time should not be looked at as a burden to the investigation, but rather an advantage,” said Pennsylvania State Police Trooper First Class Andrew Martin.
“It is often found that relationships change throughout the years. Witnesses who may have been reluctant to come forward in the past, are now more willing to assist. People previously confided in by suspects because they were trustworthy may not have the same loyalties 40 years later, and this is exactly what we have found with this investigation.” Authorities are offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of other suspects. The Pennsylvania State Police ask you to call them with information at 215-452-5216.

(Black female sociopathic) Woman accused of shooting WHITE male server 'Anthony' in the face over missing burger
Two women have been charged with attempted murder after a fast food server was shot in an argument about a missing burger. Bryanna Johnson and Breanta Johnson are charged with the shooting at a George Webb restaurant in Wauwatosa, a suburb of Milwaukee on 30 January. They are both sisters, according to CBS58.
A restaurant employee told Milwaukee police that the two 20-year-olds were being “impatient and rude”, and allegedly argued with severs over a missing burger, WISN reported. One of the two women returned shortly after being asked to leave the restaurant and according to court documents seen by Fox6 News Milwaukee the “women were up by the register” when the shooting victim was punched.
They were among a pack of four (almost certainly black women. “The other woman pulled out a handgun and fired one round at (the victim) striking him in the face while (the victim) was lying on the ground,” the complaint added.
It remains unclear who fired the handgun at the 26-year-old George Webb employee, who reportedly encountered serious injuries and was recovering in hospital following the altercation. A fundraiser for the shooting victim has meanwhile raised almost $35,000 on GoFundMe. He was identified only as “Anthony”, who was “working as a waiter on the overnight shift when some customers got upset, pushed him down, and shot him in the face”, a message claims.
“They then proceeded to (negro) stomp on him before leaving”, the statement added. Ms Johnson and Ms Johnson appeared in a Milwaukee County court Monday to hear the charges of attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and a bond of $100,000 (£73,737) each.
They are due to appear in court again on 15 February.
All in for Anthony - George Webb Shooting
In the early morning hours of January 30, Anthony was working as a waiter on the overnight shift when some customers got upset, pushed him down, and shot him in the face. They then proceeded to stomp on him before leaving.
Anthony was rushed to the hospital, where the staff worked hard to stabilize him and ultimately saved his life. Anthony is a hard worker, just doing what he can to support his 3 year old son. He doesn't have insurance and the recovery is sure to be long and expensive. Every dollar will go directly to Anthony to assist with a long and arduous recovery where he will have no income coming in.
Every dollar and every prayer is appreciated.
His photo is not being used at the moment for privacy purposes since the assailants are still at large.
BLACK-ON-WHITE: Man convicted of murder in deaths of Mansfield couple, unborn child
A Dayton man was found guilty of murder Thursday in the November 2019 shooting deaths of a Mansfield couple and their unborn child.
Larry Dwayne Rodgers, 33, is scheduled to be sentenced Feb. 11 in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court after he was convicted on all charges and specifications, including four counts of aggravated murder; four counts of murder; four counts of kidnapping; four counts of felonious assault; and two counts of involuntary manslaughter, each with a three-year gun specification. He also was found guilty of one count of having weapons while under disability for a prior offense of violence.
Kyla Hayton, 21, and her boyfriend Todd Burkhart, 28, were reported missing Nov. 16, 2019, from Mansfield. Relatives told Mansfield police they may have been trying to get a gun in Dayton for protection, a report stated.
Burkhart’s body was found Nov. 22, 2019, in a vacant West Stewart Street house in Dayton. Three days later, on Nov. 25, 2019, Hayton’s body was found with the help of cadaver dogs in a different vacant house on West Stewart Street. Hayton was five months pregnant, expecting a boy, family members said.
Montgomery County Coroner Dr. Kent Harshbarger said at the time that Burkhart and Hayton were each shot in the head. Although Hayton was hit by multiple gunshots, her unborn child was not hit by bullets but died because Hayton died, the coroner said.
The involuntary manslaughter charges were because the shooting death of Hayton “cause[d] the unlawful termination of another’s pregnancy,” prosecutors said.
Rodgers was the sole person of interest in the case, Dayton police Lt. Jason Hall said after the deadly shootings.
He was arrested the day Burkhart’s body was found for having a weapon as a convicted felon.
As part of the police investigation into the homicides, detectives searched a Groveland Avenue house where they found a handgun determined to have been used to kill both victims, the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office said.
However, Rodgers was not indicted in the deaths until March 2020. Multiple delays due to the coronavirus pandemic and motions filed in the case pushed the trial to this month.
BLACK-ON-WHITE: 46 BLACK-ON-WHITE (PLUS A COUPLE OF ASIAN AND WHITE HISPANIC) HOMICIDES: January 2022—Another Month In The Death Of White America
January 2022 saw a record since we began this series: 46 black-on-white homicides! But that’s partly because we count homicides in the month we find out about them. A mere thirty-six actually happened in January. (But that’s still a record.) They include a police officer, an 18-month-old baby boy, and the usual toll of white women killed by their black significant others. [By Kenn Gividen on 02/07/2022] [posted on VDARE]

BLACK-ON-WHITE: (defiled White female) Alabama College Student Found Murdered by her BLACK "boyfriend"
An Alabama woman who was attending college with dreams of pursuing a career in graphics and design was found murdered in her apartment over the weekend, according to police. Madison Shea Pilkington, 25, of Hoover, was found dead Saturday inside her apartment at The Halston, the Hoover Police Department said in a statement Sunday.
Pilkington's family became concerned when they learned she failed to show up at work Friday at Baumhower's Victory Grille in Vestavia Hills, AL.com reports. A family member went to check on her and found her unresponsive inside her apartment just after 4 a.m. on Saturday and called 911, according to the HPD.
"Evidence collected in the case revealed that Pilkington died as a result of an assault," the HPD said. Pilkington died of blunt force trauma, AL.com reports.
Authorities quickly identified (negro) Cortez Lenarde Warren, 32, of Hoover, Pilkington's "fornication-friend", as the suspect, the HPD said in an update Monday. He is believed to have been Pilkington's "fornication-friend" for less than a year, AL.com reports.
On Saturday, police issued a BOLO for Warren and the white Nissan Altima he was driving, AL.com reports. Warren was spotted driving through Irondale and Birmingham and then onto Interstate 65 with officers from three different towns in pursuit.
Warren allegedly led the pack of officers on a long car chase that ended when he pulled over on the highway, ABC 33/40 News reports. As an officer from Fultondale was pulling over, a passing motorist struck his SUV from behind, the outlet reports.
The officer and the driver were taken to a local hospital. The officer was treated and released and the driver remained in the hospital, ABC 33/40 News reports. Police arrested Warren, who was held in the Hoover City Jail.
On Monday, the HPD announced that detectives obtained the necessary warrants against Warren to proceed with the case. Warren is charged with murder, tampering with physical evidence, and unlawful possession of marijuana, say police.
He is being held on three bonds totaling $262,000. Warren will be transferred to the Jefferson County Jail later on Monday.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Victim of deadly Greyhound bus shooting was single mom on cross-country move with her kids
The woman who was shot dead on a bus in Northern California was identified Friday as a single mother who was moving her family across the country for a new life.
Karin Dalton, 43, was killed when a passenger that was acting erratically opened fire at a rest stop in Oroville, an hour north of Sacramento, on Wednesday, the Butte County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release.
Dalton and her 14-year-old son and an 11-year-old daughter were leaving their old home in Seattle to move to New Mexico, according to The Los Angeles Times.
Dalton’s daughter was being treated after being shot twice in the face, and was expected to recover, the newspaper reported. The girl’s brother was not harmed.
A pregnant woman and two men were also shot, in addition to Dalton and her daughter, police said.
‘Literally Covered Her With Her Life’: Daughter Sheds Light On Brave Mom Who Took Bullets For Children
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – It was a selfless leap to save her kids. Karin Dalton, 43, was killed in the Oroville Greyhound bus shooting, and died while protecting her kids. Her daughter, Alane Castillo, wants to shed light on her brave mom and the children she saved so everyone knows what a hero she was.
“We always had that very close relationship. I would call her Mama-bear and she would call me love-bug,” Castillo told CBS13. “When I got the news it was pretty hard to handle. It was overwhelming,”
“Mama-Bear” proved to be a fitting name for Karin, jumping in front of her two children to take the bullets and save their lives.
Alane talked to the children, 14-year-old Liam and 11-year old Audrina, who’s still in the hospital.
“She seems fine right now but she’s young. It’s going to take some time for it to hit her. She’s not going to see mom, she’s going to start to wonder,” said Alane. “It’s hard to tell right now because I don’t think they’re grasping it or understanding how serious this is just yet.”
Alane said Audrina had two bullets graze her in her ear and then got shot in the butt but it came out.

OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma City police are investigating why a metro man shot his wife and then turned the gun on himself. Police officials said on Thursday the apparent murder-suicide happened inside Michael and J’Lynn Releford’s southeast Oklahoma City home on Wednesday.
Police do not have any record of domestic issues between Releford’s, and investigators do not believe drugs or alcohol played a role in the deaths.
Police were notified around 6 p.m. that something was wrong inside the couple’s home near southeast 89th and Sooner Road. “It was the couple’s juvenile daughter who contact police,” said Sgt. Dillon Quirk, Oklahoma City Police Department. “She had not been picked up from school. That got the ball rolling on the investigation and where they were.”

BLACK-ON-WHITE: LACK Columbia stabbing spree suspect cried out for ‘mommy’ after arrest: court docs
The ex-con and alleged gang member charged in the December stabbing rampage that left a Columbia University student dead cried out for his “mommy” following his arrest, court documents reveal. Vincent Pinkney’s tearful Dec. 3 outburst in front of detectives interviewing him in the NYPD’s 26th Precinct was recorded on video, prosecutors disclosed in a filing obtained by The Post on Wednesday.
The footage shows the 25-year-old accused killer “crying and saying I am sorry. Saying he needs his mommy. Saying that he did bad and did good,” the court doc states. A call the suspect made to his mom about an hour later was also captured on camera, as was a conversation he had with a detective about how his parents “love” him and how he “is not all evil,” according to the filing.
Pinkney — who has a lengthy rap sheet — was arraigned in Manhattan Supreme Court Wednesday on a five-count indictment including murder and attempted murder. He entered a plea of not guilty through his lawyer. He’s accused of going on a horrifying 20-minute stabbing spree, starting at around 11 p.m. on Dec. 2, when he allegedly knifed Columbia University graduate student Davide Giri, 30, in the stomach in Morningside Park.
The Italian native, who was pursuing a Ph.D. in computer science, staggered out of the park and along West 123rd Street before collapsing near Amsterdam Avenue. He was pronounced dead at Mount Sinai Morningside hospital. Pinkney then allegedly attacked Italian tourist Roberto Malaspina about 20 minutes later, stabbing him in the back and the abdomen on West 110th near Columbus Avenue. Malaspina, 27, was treated at a hospital and survived.
The assailant then ran into Central Park, where he ran into lawyer Gregory Johnson, 30, — and allegedly swung a kitchen knife at him without saying a word. Johnson said he and his girlfriend flagged down cops outside the park and helped track down Pinkney, who sources said was caught with a white-handled boning knife with a 6-inch blade.
Pinkney is being held without bail. His next court date is scheduled for April 20.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Man charged with stabbing RPD officer Denny Wright rejects plea deal, will face trial
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Rochester man charged in the attack on a Rochester police officer more than two years, rejected a plea deal Wednesday and will face trial. Keith Williams is charged in the attack on Officer Denny Wright back in October 2019 on Peck Street in Rochester.
During the attack, Officer Wright suffered severe injuries which caused him to lose his sight. He underwent surgery on the day of the attack and spent the next three weeks receiving treatment at local medical facilities. Williams is charged with attempted aggravated murder and aggravated assault of a police officer and was held without bail.
In court Wednesday, Williams rejected a plea deal that would have sent him to prison for 25 years. If convicted in trial, he faces 40 years to life. Williams was deemed competent to stand trial in August 2020 after a judge heard evidence from doctors and psychiatrists.
There was a large showing of support from fellow officers in court Wednesday, including an appearance from Wright himself. Wright is a 20-plus year veteran of the force and is well respected for his community outreach, which includes dancing with Rochester City School District students in his wife’s classroom.
Wright’s wife, Sonia Lagares-Wright, is an RCSD teacher who won a Golden Apple award in 2017. In an interview with News 8’s Adam Chodak in early 2020, Officer Wright spoke about the challenges of overcoming the injuries and what’s next for himself and his family.
“I’ve been doing exceptional considering the circumstance that I’m currently in, it’s a big learning curve to all-of-the-sudden-loss of eyesight, but it is a doable situation and I’m moving forward and learning every day,” Wright said during the interview last month.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Cracker Barrel shooting suspect killed by HCSO deputies identified
Nathan Humphrey was shot as deputies tried to arrest him on Monday night, two days after authorities said he shot and killed 59-year-old Robin Baucom.
HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — The Harris County Sheriff's Office confirmed Tuesday the identity of the man who was shot and killed Monday night by deputies near Atascocita High School. HCSO said Nathan Humphrey was shot as deputies tried to arrest him. Investigators believe Humphrey, 28, shot and killed a Cracker Barrel manager last weekend.
Deputies said Humphrey was out on bond at the time of the shootings and also had an outstanding felony arrest warrant. Baucom had worked at Cracker Barrel for 34 years. According to investigators, just after 6 a.m., a suspect in a newer model Dodge Charger got out of the passenger side of the car and tried to steal an employee’s purse at the Cracker Barrel in the 14800 block of the North Freeway. The business was not open at the time and authorities said the employee was outside ringing a bell to get in when Baucom tried to push back on the door and was shot.
Baucom was taken to an area hospital in critical condition but was later pronounced dead, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. Robin leaves behind a husband, three kids and three grandkids.
On Monday night, Gonzalez said Humphrey was spotted by authorities in the 17700 block of West Lake Houston Parkway. Deputies said they got out of their vehicle and approached Humphrey, who was on foot.
When they called out his name, Humphrey started running, authorities said. Deputies said Humphrey appeared to have a weapon and was acting like he was pointing it at them. That's when authorities said the deputies opened fire. HCSO said two deputies were involved in the shooting and Humphrey was taken to an area hospital in critical condition. He was later pronounced dead.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Denver police name Joe Michael Ervin as serial killer suspect in 4 cold cases through DNA evidence
The Denver Police Department on Friday named deceased Joe Michael Ervin as a murder suspect linked to four cold cases dating back to the 1970s, according to local reports. Four Colorado women — Madeleine Furey-Livaudais, Delores Barajas, Gwendolyn Harris and Antoinette Parks — were killed between 1978 and 1980, though the suspect was not identified until Friday after DNA testing linked Ervin, who is now deceased, to all four cases.
"When the lives of our community members are tragically taken, we are committed to doing everything possible to identify and arrest the person responsible," Denver Police Chief Paul Pazen said in a Friday statement. "While we recognize that identifying the suspect will not bring these ladies back, we hope it provides closure and healing for their loved ones and the Denver community." Furey-Livaudais was the first victim killed in December 1978, when she was a 33-year-old mother of two. An unknown man came to her door, confronted her and then stabbed her to death, according to a press release.
"Madeleine grew up in central Florida, one of five sisters, and was an avid swimmer, continuing to swim throughout her life. She attended high school in Florida and graduated from Tulane University. Prior to getting married, she led an adventurous life, traveling to Africa and Europe as part of her work as an editor on the beloved children’s magazine, Ranger Rick," her family said in a statement. Their statement continued: "Her greatest joys in life came after the birth of her two daughters, whom she cherished beyond anything. She was a loving wife and mother of two at the time of her death. The Livaudais and Furey families are grateful for receiving answers after all these years and express their gratitude for the continued work put in by all the individuals who ever worked to solve this case."
Barajas was killed in August 1980, when she was a 53-year-old wife, mother and grandmother. She was attacked and fatally stabbed while walking to work. Barajas was visiting family in Denver that summer and working at a hotel downtown. The Sunday she was killed was supposed to be her last day of work before she returned home, according to her family, who expressed appreciation for all those who helped solve the case, according to the press release.
Harris was found stabbed to death in December 1980, when she was a 27-year-old mother. Harris was last seen at a lounge in downtown Denver about a block away from Ervin's residence. "Because of the decision of another to take life with no regard, the 1980 murder of Gwendolyn Harris was devastating and unimaginable to the family. Gwen will forever be in our hearts and always our JOY," Harris' family said in a statement. They described Harris as a bright, soft-spoken and athletic woman.
In January 1981, Evin allegedly killed a 17-year-old girl named Antoinette Parks when she was six-to-seven months pregnant. Parks was found stabbed to death in Adams County. Parks was the youngest of six and a high school student in Aurora. She loved music, and her family described her as "caring, determined and loved children." Her family said Parks likely would have gone on to work in childcare or education as an adult and was excited to have children of her own one day.
Ervin was also apprehended for the June 1981 murder of Aurora Police Officer Debra Sue Corr. The officer contacted Ervin about a traffic violation while on patrol and attempted to handcuff him. Ervin took Corr's weapon and fatally shot her. He also shot Aurora Police Explorer Scout Glen Spies in the back when Spies witnessed the incident and tried to intervene. Ervin was later apprehended at his home. While in custody in July 1981, Ervin committed suicide.
The Denver Police Crime Laboratory linked the four cold cases using DNA evidence between 2013 and 2018. After conducting a familial search, the crime laboratory identified Ervin and exhumed his remains in Texas for a direct DNA comparison to the crime scene evidence. "In some cold cases, the passage of years and decades makes solving cases more difficult, but where DNA evidence exists, the evolution of science and technology has made it possible to identify perpetrators, seek justice for victims and provide answers to victims’ loved ones," Dr. Greggory LaBerge, director of the Denver Police Forensics and Evidence Division, said.
(Black-on-White) Man convicted of murdering woman found in Knoxville alley
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — A Knox County jury has returned a murder conviction in the 2020 shooting death of a woman found in an East Knoxville alleyway.
Robert Atkins, 40, was convicted of second-degree murder in the February 2020 shooting of 29-year-old Kaitlyne Warwick.
Her body was found in the Mechanicsville neighborhood in an alley between Iredell Avenue and Pickett Avenue.
Atkins was arrested at a residence in the 1200 block of Pickett Avenue. Investigators determined Warwick was shot at the residence before her body was moved to the alleyway. A sentencing date has been set for Feb. 28.
Atkins has been banned from numerous Knoxville public housing properties through the years for causing disturbances. Records show he's also attacked and beaten several women, at least one of whom was pregnant with his child at the time, records show. Sometimes charges were dropped because the victim didn't want to press charges. He has a 20-year arrest record including assault and drug charges in Knoxville.
Atkins will be sentenced on Feb. 28 in this case. The jury started deliberating Wednesday evening. He was also charged with second-degree murder for giving drugs, including fentanyl, to a 37-year-old woman. The drugs later killed her, and Atkins will face trial for that incident too.

Oklahoma executes WORTHLESS BLACK POS sociopath for murdering two unarmed WHITE FEMALE workers at a LaQuinta Inn in Del City during a robbery on July 18, 2001.
McALESTER, Okla. — An Oklahoma man, who had offered to be executed by firing squad, was put to death via lethal i njection on Thursday morning, officials said. Donald Anthony Grant, 46, was pronounced dead at 10:16 a.m. CST at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary, a state corrections spokesman announced.
The execution began at 10:03 a.m. and Grant was declared unconscious at 10:08 a.m. before his death at 10:16 a.m., said Department of Corrections Director Scott Crow. There were 18 witnesses to the execution, including news reporters, prosecutors, a police chief and loved ones of Grant and his victims.
When asked if he had a final statement, Grant rambled for more than two minutes with disjointed phrases such as, "Yo I got this," "It's nothing" and "I've done this before." His microphone was cut off but Grant kept speaking even as the execution unfolded. At one point, tears appeared to be rolling down his face.
Grant killed Brenda McElyea, 29, and Felicia Suzette Smith, 43, so there’d be no witnesses to his robbery at the La Quinta Inn in Del City in July 2001. "Although Donald Grant's execution does not bring Brenda back, it allows us all to finally move forward knowing that justice was served," Shirl Pilcher, a sister of McElyea, told reporters.

Jeremiah Tabb, 18, was indicted on a charge of tampering with evidence by disposing of an illegal gun involved in a shooting that killed one person and injured 14 in Austin in June 2021 and was released on a personal bond on January 20, according to KVUE.
While Tabb was not required to put down any money in order to be released, the judge did attach a $150,000 condition on his release meaning he would have to pay if he does not attend his future court hearings.
Tabb, a gang member who allegedly instigated the shooting and fired at a rival gang member, was indicted in December 2021 for allegedly disposing of the weapon that shooting suspect De’Ondre Jermirris White used in the mass shooting in downtown Austin that killed 25-year-old Douglas Kantor, a Ford Motor Co. employee from Michigan who was in Austin to celebrate earning his master's degree, and left 14 people injured.Sixth Street is the heart of Austin's live music and entertainment scene.
Tabb’s release comes as "progressive" (commie) Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza has faced criticism since taking office last year for releasing violent criminals back onto the streets and declining to prosecute certain crimes.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: San Francisco police announce possible new victim in 'Doodler' serial killer case, raise reward to $200,000
San Francisco police on Thursday revealed a sixth victim may be linked to the 1970s serial killer who targeted the city's gay community and doubled reward money in hopes of ramping up efforts to solve the decades-old cold case.
The "Doodler" was previously suspected in at least five homicides of gay, white men between January 1974 and June 1975, police said in 2019. But police said Thursday that a potential sixth victim has been tied to the killer, exactly 48 years after the first victim was killed.
The possibility of a sixth victim was raised during a series in the San Francisco Chronicle last year, which followed cold case detectives Dan Cunningham and Dan Dedet as they investigated the death of Warren Andrews. The department confirmed it now believes Andrews is connected to the serial killer case.
"On April 27, 1975, Andrews was a victim of an assault at Land’s End," the department said in a release. "Andrews was found unconscious and never regained consciousness dying several weeks later."
Investigators have spent years attempting to identify the killer, who they believe targeted men at gay clubs and restaurants around San Francisco and often had sex with them before attacking them. Four bodies were found around Ocean Beach, a fifth at Golden Gate Park.
Andrews was attacked near Lands End, a popular hiking spot north of Golden Gate Park and about a 1.5 mile walk north from Ocean Beach.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Milwaukee man charged with homicide in fatal shooting of WHITE local immigration attorney
MILWAUKEE — A Milwaukee man was charged with homicide for shooting and killing an area immigration attorney in September.
Theodore Malcome Edgecomb, 30, was charged with first degree reckless homicide - use of a dangerous weapon; felony bail jumping; and misdemeanor bail jumping. If Edgecomb is convicted of all three charges, he could spend up to 71 years behind bars and up to $10,000 in fines.
As TMJ4 News has reported, immigration attorney Jason Cleereman, 54, was shot to death on North Holton Street on Sept. 22. Milwaukee police released photos of a suspect with a bike, which eventually led to Edgecomb's identification.
Prosecutors concluded in a criminal complaint that Cleereman was in a car with his wife when they had to swerve out of the way of Edgecomb, who was riding a bike. Edgecomb approached them, punched Cleereman in the face and, when Cleereman followed him and confronted him about it, Edgecomb allegedly pulled out a firearm and shot and killed Cleereman, according to the criminal complaint. A warrant has now been issued for Edgecomb's arrest.
The criminal complaint states that Milwaukee police officers were called to Holton Street on Sept. 22, where they found Cleereman lying face down on the staircase leading to Water Street. Officers observed that Cleereman had a gunshot wound above his left eyebrow and that he had died from the injury. The officers also found a single 9mm round near the body, the complaint states.
Blood was found on the window of the victim's car, parked nearby. A medical examiner concluded that Cleereman had died from the gunshot wound. The examiner further observed blunt force injuries to his face.
Cleereman's wife told investigators that she was driving with her husband near Humboldt and Brady Street when she was forced to swerve to avoid hitting a bicyclist. With the windows down, Cleereman uttered, "what the heck," the complaint states. That's when the bicyclist, identified in the criminal complaint as Edgecomb, pulled alongside and asked Cleereman, "are you talking to me?" Cleereman said he was.
The complaint states Edgecomb then punched Cleereman, causing him to bleed. Edgecomb continued biking along Brady. Cleereman's wife told prosecutors that they followed the suspect in their vehicle, and at Holton, Cleereman got out of the car.
Cleereman approached the suspect, who still had his bike. Cleereman's wife says she saw the suspect had a firearm and yelled to her husband, but it appears he did not hear her. Cleereman's wife says the suspect drew the gun and fired, hitting Cleereman, according to the complaint. She says that "the suspect looked at her, as though he was contemplating shooting her." The suspect then left with his bike, according to prosecutors.
Following the shooting, Milwaukee police found surveillance footage from several locations. That footage confirmed Edgecomb's interactions with the Cleeremans, according to the complaint. The video was shown to one Milwaukee police officer, Patrick Tivnan, who works as the primary bicycle mechanic for the department. He recognized the suspect's bike as a GMC Denali, due to its "unique grip shifter, drop handlebars, saddle, as well as similar graphics on the top tube and downtube," the complaint states.
Stills from the video were also shown to family members of the suspect, who confirmed his identity, prosecutors say. Surveillance footage further shows a moment when Edgecomb appears to pull his shirt up over a bulge in his waistband, consistent with a firearm, according to police. The footage showed Edgecomb allegedly arrive at his residence in the City of Milwaukee.
Law enforcement then executed a search warrant at the home, where they found the bike and a firearm loaded with 9mm rounds. Edgecomb was previously charged with several misdemeanors including carrying a concealed weapon in Waukesha County, and charged with similar crimes in Milwaukee County.

UPDATE: Who is Shawn Laval Smith? Homeless convict wanted for stabbing UCLA grad student Brianna Kupfer to death
A massive manhunt is underway for 31-year-old Shawn Laval Smith, who is accused of stabbing UCLA graduate student Brianna Kupfer to death at a furniture store. Ms Kupfer, 24, was alone on a shift at the Croft House showroom in Hancock Park on 13 January when a masked man walked in and attacked her.
Five days later, the identified Mr Smith as her killer, who was seen on surveillance video leaving the store through a backdoor. Mr Smith is considered “armed and dangerous”, and anyone who sees him has been urged to call 911 immediately.
A $250,000 reward is on offer for information leading to his arrest. Who is Shawn Laval Smith? Mr Smith is said to have a lengthy rap sheet spanning the US from South Carolina to California.
His most recent arrest was for shoplifting, according to Fox News. He was also jailed in San Mateo for assaulting a police officer, the outlet reported. Los Angeles County jail records also showed an October 2020 arrest on a misdemeanour charge. He was released on $1,000 bail in that case, the outcome of which was not immediately clear.
Before that case, records reportedly showed Mr Smith was arrested in Charleston, South Carolina, on suspicion of firing a weapon into an occupied vehicle in November 2019. He was released on $50,000 bond in that case. He also reportedly faced multiple arrests in Cherokee, North Carolina, between 2015 and 2018.
Prior to Mr Smith being named in connection with the Kupfer case, police said they believed the assailant was homeless. He was described as 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing about 190 pounds.
Alleged connection to the Kupfer case Investigators believe Mr Smith entered the Croft House store on La Brea Avenue at around 1.30pm on 13 January and stabbed Ms Kupfer to death with a knife. She was found bleeding out on the floor by a customer 20 minutes later and was pronounced dead at the scene.
LAPD Lt John Radtke told the media on Tuesday that Kupfer had texted her friend to say that a man was making her uncomfortable moments before she was killed. “She sent a text to a friend letting her know that there was someone inside the location that was giving her a bad vibe,” he said, adding that the friend did not immediately see the message.
Surveillance video purportedly showed the suspect leaving the store through the back and walking calmly down an alley wearing a face mask, backpack and dark clothing. About half an hour later, another surveillance camera captured Mr Smith purchasing a vape pen at a 7-Eleven.
Police said Mr Smith has been known to frequent many areas of Southern California, including Pasadena, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Covina and San Diego. Los Angeles City Councilman Paul Koretz on Tuesday urged other city leaders to add $50,000 more to the $200,000 reward for information leading to the capture of the suspect.
“We will find this vicious criminal, we will arrest him and we will get him prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” he said. “But we must fight for justice for her even though nothing will bring her back. Our mission and my objective is that the perpetrator that took away Brianna from her beloved parents, colleagues, friends and our community will be permanently locked away, constantly reminded of his horrible, ugly and senseless murder of an innocent young woman who had endless potential.”
On the Murder of Sam Collington:
The Liberal Snake Eats One of Its Own
The murder of Sam Collington has the normie in me raging against my dissident self like Norman Bates in a dress.
On November 30 in Philadelphia, a 17-year-old black criminal named Latif Williams shot and killed Collington, who was a white and devoutly Marxist 21-year-old college student. This little news item has put my alter-egos in a tizzy in part because it’s the perfect example of ideology eating itself. A dogmaboros, if you will.
First, you have Collington, who was more than just another soft-headed, liberal undergraduate. He was also an activist in training, a passionate Bernie Bro, and a person who worked with city commissioners and state senators to advance a far-Left agenda. This is how Chris Black of Investment Watch describes him:
An anti-White BLM-supporting communist activist who campaigned for criminal justice reform and against “White supremacy” was killed by a Black man in a mugging in Philadelphia. This took place on Holodomor remembrance day, which he had mocked just hours earlier.
I cannot verify the part about mocking the Holodomor, but the rest of Black’s assessment appears to hold up after a deep dive into Collington’s still-active social media accounts. Collington seems to have been a true believer in Leftist ideology who wandered off the plantation only when attending Free Palestine rallies or retweeting people who claim that Zionism equals White Supremacy.
Collington also retweeted Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner back in August. In it, Krasner asked a court to hold the Philadelphia Police Department in contempt for withholding officer misconduct information. Since it was Krasner’s indulgent attitude on black crime which led directly to Collington’s murder, I’m sure the irony here is lost on no one. (More on Krasner later.)
Suspect in shooting death of (white) Temple University student arrested for carjacking in July then released by black-criminal friendly 'no justice' Soros-funded Krasner DA The 17-year-old suspect in the murder of a Temple University student over the weekend was arrested and charged earlier this year for a "gunpoint carjacking" but was released after prosecutors withdrew the case because a key witness failed to testify in court, a report says.
Latif Williams, on Wednesday night, turned himself in to the Philadelphia Police Department’s Homicide Unit following the killing of 21-year-old Samuel Collington on Sunday. Officers that day responded to a 911 call for a person with a gun in the city’s north side and found Collington with gunshot wounds to his chest and back. He later was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
"Latif was fully cooperative with police upon learning of his arrest warrant, and he turned himself in voluntarily this evening," Williams’ attorneys, Patrick Link and Marni Jo Snyder, told Fox29 Philadelphia. "We are in the process of investigating the facts of this case and we expect his presumption of innocence to be maintained throughout the judicial proceedings."

Who is Larry Krasner? - Philadelphia District Attorney - elected by George SOROS
Early life and education Krasner was born in St. Louis in 1961. His father, William Krasner, was the son of Russian Jewish immigrants, an author of crime fiction, and his mother, Juanita Frazier, was an evangelical Christian minister.
Career After graduation and passing the bar, Krasner returned to Philadelphia to work for the Federal Public Defender's Office. He opened his own law firm in 1993 and worked as a criminal defense lawyer in Philadelphia for 30 years, specializing in BLACK 'civil rights', and frequently representing protestors pro bono. Krasner's representation of Black Lives Matter and Occupy Philadelphia members led many to call him an "anti-establishment" candidate during his 2017 primary campaign for the Democratic nomination. He campaigned against existing policies that had resulted in disproportionately high numbers of minority males being jailed and proposed other reforms in criminal justice. Krasner was a featured speaker at the 2017 People's Summit.

He pleaded guilty on Nov. 9.
He also was sentenced to four and a half years for first-degree attempted aggravated robbery. The two crimes will be served concurrently. He will serve about 21 years behind bars and 10 and a half years on supervised release. He must also pay $3,412 in restitution, plus fees. He was given credit for 491 days of time served.
“I am pleased that Mr. Buford has entered pleas of guilty for the commission of these violent crimes thereby sparing those victimized by his actions from having to endure the stressors of a trial,” said Dakota County Attorney Kathy Keena. According to the criminal complaint, officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Christensen Avenue in West St. Paul for a domestic disturbance. Buford was seen arguing with Koffi-n’guessan,. He shot her and took her 15-month-old son and ran through the parking lot.
As officers responded, they heard screaming and saw a woman standing outside of her car holding an infant. Buford was in the backseat of the car. The woman’s 7-year-old son was standing next to her and her 12-year-old son was still in the car. The woman told police she heard a loud bang and saw Buford running toward her with a gun. BLACK-ON-WHITE: (Negress) femme fatale named 'UNIQUE' facing aggravated murder charge in shooting death of off-duty officer: I-Team
CLEVELAND (WJW) — An 18-year-old woman has now been charged with aggravated murder in the shooting death of off-duty Cleveland Police Officer Shane Bartek. According to Cleveland Municipal Court records, Tamara McLoyd was charged Sunday with a count of aggravated murder.
She was arrested hours after Bartek was shot twice and killed in an alleged carjacking Dec. 31. Court papers say Tamara McLoyd “did purposely cause the death of Shane Bartek during the armed robbery of his vehicle.”
The complaint says detectives looked at security video which showed the officer being ambushed and robbed. Police say “McLoyd shot Bartek during a struggle.” Police sources say after she allegedly shot Bartek on Cleveland’s west side, she took his car and drove off. She is then accused of giving the car to Anthony Butler Jr.
Richmond Heights police spotted the stolen car Butler was driving and pursued the vehicle. Butler crashed the car into a fence in Euclid. He was arrested and is facing charges of fleeing and eluding, receiving stolen property and numerous traffic related charges.
Lyndhurst Municipal Judge Dominic Coletta set his bond at $5,000,000. Butler was arrested after leading police on a pursuit. Butler was driving the stolen vehicle taken Friday following the murder of off-duty Cleveland police officer Shane Bartek. The Richmond Heights Police Chief said the officers involved demonstrated tremendous bravery and put their lives at serious risk to apprehend Butler.
