The NYPD has busted a serial subway perv who is a “poster child” for prolific transit offenders — renewing the call to ban such recidivists for life.
Cops nabbed James Hunt — one of the “Dirty Dozen” repeat offenders who has scores of arrests for subway sex crimes — at the 42nd Street Bryant Park station Thursday for groping a 13-year-old girl who was buying a MetroCard, officials said.
Hunt, who allegedly likes to masturbate in front of commuters while sucking his thumb, has racked up at least 78 arrests, including 32 for transit sex crimes, according to sources.

Man will spend decades in prison for sexually assaulting 9-year-old
girl multiple times
A Union County man who was found guilty of sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl multiple times was sentenced to decades in prison Friday.
Angel Flores, 72, of Plainfield, was sentenced to 25 years in state prison, according to a release from the Union County Prosecutor’s Office. Flores was convicted in May of aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, officials said. Flores sexually assaulted the girl various times between December 2015 and January 2016, when the two lived in the same multi-family home in Plainfield, Assistant Prosecutor Caroline Lawlor said.
Flores would give the girl small quantities of cash, $5 to $10, before the assaults, Lawlor said.
Flores, who was known as “Don Benito” to the residents, was an acquaintance of the girl’s family, and was arrested days after the final assault took place, authorities said. “This man her family knew and trusted took her innocence away from her,” Lawlor said during Friday morning’s sentencing hearing.
The victim, who is now 13, and several relatives took the stand during the two-week trial and testified about the trauma she endured before a jury convicted him, officials said.

A US citizen was charged Thursday with transmitting information to Hezbollah for possible terrorist attacks in the United States, the Justice Department said.
According to prosecutors, 42-year-old New Jersey resident Alexei Saab, who became a naturalized US citizen in 2008, began training in 1999 with the Lebanese Hezbollah, which the US designated as a terrorist organization in 1997.
Saab became a member of the Hezbollah branch concerned with foreign operations – such as a 2012 attack on Israeli tourists at an airport in Bulgaria – and since his 2000 arrival to the US, Saab passed information to the group about possible targets in major American cities, such as New York’s Empire State Building, Times Square, bridges, tunnels, and airports.
Outside the US, he attempted in 2005 to kill a man suspected of being an Israeli spy, the Justice Department said.
“Alexei Saab allegedly used his training to scout possible targets throughout the US,” said New York US Attorney Geoffrey Berman in a statement.
“Even though Saab was a naturalized American citizen, his true allegiance was to Hezbollah, the terrorist organization responsible for decades of terrorist attacks that have killed hundreds,” Berman said.

men, federal charge says
Ed Buck, a Democratic donor arrested this week in Los Angeles who allegedly preyed on vulnerable, younger black men, had multiple victims he injected with methamphetamine, earning the nickname "Doctor Kevorkian" with some, federal investigators said.
Buck, who faces a federal charge of distribution of methamphetamine resulting in death, exploited at least 10 men, offering them drugs, sex and money, prosecutors said in a court filing Thursday.
Gemmel Moore, 26, and Timothy Dean, 55, fatally overdosed inside Buck's West Hollywood apartment. Buck faced no charges initially.
Buck was arrested Tuesday and charged with multiple felonies in connection with an incident during which he "nearly killed a third victim," the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office said.
Piper of Hamelin
The Pied Piper of Hamelin is the titular character of a legend from the town of Hamelin (Hameln), Lower Saxony, Germany. The legend dates back to the Middle Ages, the earliest references describing a piper, dressed in multicolored ("pied") clothing, who was a rat-catcher hired by the town to lure rats away with his magic pipe.
When the citizens refuse to pay for this service, he retaliates by using his instrument's magical power on their children, leading them away as he had the rats.
This version of the story spread as folklore and has appeared in the writings of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, the Brothers Grimm, and Robert Browning, among others.

SARASOTA, Fla. -- Sarasota County deputies have arrested a man for breaking into an elderly woman's home and sexually forcing himself on her.
James Mitchell, 22, is charged with sexual battery, burglary and grand theft of a motor vehicle.
According to an arrest report, Mitchell knocked on the victim's home, located on Maple Hollow Court, Sunday night asking for a glass of water. Mitchell initially left after she denied that request.

murder, attempted rape charges filed after (black) 19-year-old’s
MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A 19-year-old was arrested after police say he’s been terrorizing a local community.
Jamario Dotson was arrested Tuesday and charged with aggravated sexual battery, aggravated robbery, attempted aggravated rape, aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon.
The victim in the most recent incident said she was leaving the DMV at 3200 East Shelby Drive Monday morning when a male began following her down the street while asking for her number. She told him no and that’s when she said he grabbed her inappropriately.
The woman said as she continued to walk away from the man, he pulled out a gun and tried to pull her into a nearby yard to rape her. She fought back and was eventually able to break free.
Several moments later, she said he attacked her again and tried to pull her into a wooded area. The subsequent struggle caused her to fall to the ground at which time the man told her to “give me your money or I will shoot you.” The woman said she complied, giving the man $400 and he let her go.
But the incident didn’t end there.
The woman said she walked to a nearby KFC for help and was again followed by the man. He began fondling her again and even tried to pull her into the restroom saying he would give her the money back if she had sex with him.
Again the woman said she fought him off and then watched as he ran to the Shelby Meadows Apartments.
After the incident, the woman said she and a friend she called for help drove through the apartment complex looking for the suspect. When they came upon him, he reportedly recognized the victim, pulled out a handgun and pointed it at her.
The victim was able to provide a description of the suspect to police. They later identified him as Dotson.
On the same day, Dotson was also charged with attempted second-degree murder, attempted aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony in regards to several other cases.
On Monday, Sept. 9 a woman said she was robbed in her driveway. Less than an hour later the same man reportedly tried to rob another man outside his home. The suspect in that case ended up firing a shot into the home while three people, including two children, were asleep inside.
The following evening a suspect pointed a gun at a woman as she was sitting in her driveway before firing a shot in the air. Thirty minutes later another woman was robbed of her money and jewelry while at home.
All of those victims were shown a picture of Dotson and confirmed he was the suspect.
In February 2019, WREG reported that Dotson had been shot in the foot after he allegedly tried to rob a man in the 3400 block of Castleman. He was arrested and charged with attempted aggravated robbery.

CINCINNATI (WKRC) — A man charged in a deadly stabbing apparently hurt himself in jail, and investigators want to figure out exactly what happened. arrested after stop leads to human trafficking discovery
ELIJAY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A traffic stop in Elijay City ended in the arrest of the driver for human trafficking, police said. On Friday, Sept. 13 around 1 a.m., a City of Elijay police officer conducted a traffic stop to investigate a vehicle that failed to dim its headlights and had no working tag light. Officials say the driver, identified as 26-year-old Cordarrel William Blandburg, was driving without a license and had multiple active warrants out of Clayton County for obstruction of an officer and aggravated assault. Blandburg told the officer that he was taking his female passenger, who he said was his fiance, to the hospital for possible seizures. The officer allowed Blandburg to continue to a nearby hospital so that the woman could be treated. It's there that police say the officer discovered the woman was not Blandburg's fiance but instead what she described as her "owner and enforcer." An additional investigation led police to the conclusion that the suspect was participating in human trafficking.

activist Charles Leslie molested kid in penis-filled apartment:
A Los Angeles man is suing Manhattan gay-rights icon Charles Leslie for $10 million claiming Leslie sexually abused him as a child inside his notorious “phallus palace” Soho apartment filled with art and sculptures of penises, according to a new lawsuit.
Thor Gold says the abuse happened in the 1970s, according to the suit filed in Manhattan Supreme court late Tuesday — thanks to the new Child Victims Act allowing accusers to bring new suits in old cases.
Gold’s suit claims his alcoholic single mother frequently let him spend time at Leslie’s apartment — which is popularly known as the “phallus palace” because it’s notoriously chock-full of bawdy testaments to the male member.
At the time, Leslie shared the Prince Street apartment with his since-deceased life partner Fitz Lohman, a real-estate magnate with whom he founded the Leslie-Lohman Museum.

killer beast) arrested in 2016 strangulation death is a 'serial
killer' linked to at least three other Florida slayings
(CNN)Genetic genealogy led Florida investigators to a suspect in a 2016 killing, and he has been linked through DNA and other forensic evidence to at least three other slayings from a decade prior, authorities said Monday.
Even with that link, it was a cigarette butt that the suspect dropped at a bus station last week that led to his arrest, court documents indicate.
Robert Hayes, 37, was arrested Sunday without incident. A Palm Beach County judge ordered him held without bail Monday on a first-degree murder charge, pending a grand jury proceeding. Hayes, wearing a dark jail uniform, his wrists shackled at his waist, appeared alongside a public defender.
Though Hayes has been charged only with 32-year-old Rachel Bey's March 2016 strangulation death in Palm Beach County, Daytona Beach Police Chief Craig Capri said Hayes will be charged in at least three killings in that city:
those of Laquetta Gunther, 45, in 2005;
Julie Green, 34, in 2006;
and Iwana Patton, 35, in 2006, all of whom were shot in the head.
Investigators will continue their investigations to determine if Hayes is a suspect in any other killings,
including that of 30-year-old Stacey Gage in 2008, authorities said.
Calling Hayes a "disgusting serial killer," Capri said the delay in charging Hayes in the other three killings stems from his department's desire to build a "solid, solid case" against him and to ensure he never gets out of prison. - (mostly Black-on-white)
BLACK thug fractured (white) girlfriend’s face by smashing her
head through back car window
A victim of domestic abuse has bravely decided to share pictures of the horrific injuries she was left with at the hands of her violent ex-boyfriend. Leon Thompson, 39, viciously attacked girlfriend of two years Danielle Perry, 27, outside his home, smashing her head through his car windscreen. As she lay on the ground bleeding from multiple facial fractures, Thompson continued to pummel her in the head by kicking and stamping on her.
Hours before the violent attack in Chelmsley Wood, Solihull, in the early hours of 17 February, Thompson had told friends: ‘I’d never hit a woman.’ After his arrest he told police her injuries were ‘self-harm’. The couple had gone to a friend’s house earlier in the evening when the conversation turned to domestic violence. Danielle reminded Thompson how he had previously slapped her in the face − almost breaking her nose − to the shock of others in the group. During the drive home, Thompson flew into a rage over the disclosure in front of their friends.
Once outside his home, he punched his girlfriend in the face before grabbing her head and shoving it through the back window of his car. Danielle later told hospital staff how she had been injured, who alerted police. Thompson was arrested by West Midlands Police at Heartlands Hospital on the same morning. - (Black-on-white) - (UK)

NIGERIAN Cleveland Heights pimp pleads guilty to drug,
prostitution charges tied to woman’s fatal overdose
CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A Cleveland Heights man avoided trial and pleaded guilty Monday to charges related to a woman’s fatal 2017 drug overdose, which prosecutors said was linked to a prostitution ring.
Linus Undiandeye, 34, wiped away tears as he pleaded guilty to charges including corrupting another with drugs, promoting prostitution and drug trafficking in a case in which he was originally charged with involuntary manslaughter.
Undiandeye is the third person to plead guilty in the investigation into the Dec. 1, 2017 overdose death of an 18-year-old woman.

Jose Bell, 26, also pleaded guilty last year to promoting prostitution. Bell is currently serving a four-year prison sentence on felonious assault charges out of Lorain County. His sentencing in this case was postponed as Undiandeye’s case made its way through the courts.
The trio was charged in the woman’s death after someone dropped her off at University Hospitals on Dec. 1, 2017. The woman tested positive for both cocaine and carfentanil, an extremely potent relative of the opiate fentanyl, according to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office.

tosses out lawsuit over law center's hate group labels
COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) — A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit that accused leaders of the Southern Poverty Law Center of trying to financially destroy one of the organizations that it has labeled as a hate group.
The Center for Immigration Studies' lawsuit is devoid of any allegation that the law center made a false statement about the Washington-based nonprofit, U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson in Washington, D.C., said in her ruling Friday.
"The upshot of the complaint is that defendants advanced a conclusion that was debatable, and that this expression of a flawed opinion harmed plaintiff's reputation," Jackson wrote. The research group accused the Montgomery, Alabama-based law center's leaders of conspiring to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act when they designated it as a hate group in 2016. The judge, however, said the suit improperly attempts to "shoehorn" a defamation claim into the framework of a RICO case.

cables, crochet hook among weapons in deadly Minneapolis
MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - A 66-year-old man is charged in connection to a deadly, brutal attack in which the victim suffered more than 100 injuries caused by multiple weapons, including possible jumper cables and a crochet hook, according to a Hennepin County criminal complaint.
Larry Joe Foster, 66, of Burnsville is charged with second-degree murder. He faces up to 40 years in prison. According to the charges, just after midnight on September 2, Minneapolis firefighters responded to a fire at the 2600 block of 13th Avenue South in Minneapolis. Inside the home, they put out the fire and immediately found a body, later identified as 60-year-old Daniel Martin Bradley.
Firefighters determined the fire started from the kitchen stove and did not impact Bradley, who had "obvious homicidal injuries." Minneapolis police responded and inside the room found a broken walking stick, two broken chair legs and a set of jumper cables, which appeared to be used in the attack. Along the blood trail, police found a bloody butcher knife in the backyard and a cordless power drill covered in blood in a neighbor's back yard.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner determined Bradley suffered 100 blunt-force and sharp-force injuries. The examiner confirmed multiple weapons were used, including a crochet hook, which was found lodged in his chest. The examiner also identified defensive wounds on Bradley's hands.
The charges state a fingerprint in blood found on the home's back door matched Foster's right middle finger, identified from a database. Blood samples recovered from the scene also matched Foster's DNA profle in the Minnesota Convicted Offender DNA Database.
Once Minneapolis police identified Foster, they learned he was the subject of a missing person case in St. Paul, according to the complaint. Early on September 2, a citizen found an apparently abandonded silver Ford truck with its lights on at Hidden Fall Park. St. Paul police found blood throughout the vehicle as well as a bloody knife and a shirt soaked in blood. A blood trail led to the river, where they found a pair of blood-soaked underwear on the beach. St. Paul police determined Foster was the registered owner and exclusive driver of the truck, but were unable to find him.
According to the complaint, surveillance video from Bradley's neighborhood in Minneapolis showed Foster's truck arrive at 9:22 p.m. and park near his home along the sidewalk where investigators later would find the end of the blood trail. More footage showed Bradley's front door opened at 9:37 p.m. and it appeared two people went inside. The front door did not open again. Witnesses reported smelling smoke around 11:40 p.m.
After receiving a tip that Foster was at a treatment center, police arrested him on Wednesday, according to the complaint. Officers found he had a long, deep cut on the palm of his left hand that needed 30 stitches. In a police interview, Foster told them he knew Bradley. After being shown a surveillance photo, Foster admitted he recognized his truck outside of Bradley's home, but then he declined to answer any other questions.

Ferndale man charged with open murder following Lapeer County
shooting of at least one (white) man
DRYDEN TOWNSHIP (WJRT) (09/11/19) - A Ferndale man has been charged with open murder among other charges following a shooting incident over the weekend in Lapeer County. It all unfolded sometime around 3 a.m. Sunday. That's when Lapeer County sheriff's deputies say residents at a home on Hollow Corners Road woke to the sound of around 15 to 20 gunshots. They then noticed a man in their backyard that had been shot in the back, so they called 911.
Police say 29-year-old Nick Palazzolo was taken to a nearby hospital to be treated. But during that time, a deputy was on the way to the scene at the home and noticed some broken glass in the road. "Finding this odd, started to look around and then indicated to dispatch that he had discovered the body of a male individual," said Dryden Township Police Chief Shawn Peters.
Jason Stefanski, 35, of Rockford, Michigan, was found shot to death in a ditch. His body was discovered just down the road where Palazzolo was found with a gunshot wound. "Deputy Rhodes went to leave the scene, and upon leaving there he's looking in the roadway west of where the actual body was found, there were grooves in the roadway," said Lapeer County Sheriff Scott McKenna.
That indicated to deputies someone had been driving on one rim. So Rhodes followed the tracks eventually up to Wilder road, where he spotted a burgundy SUV. "Deputy Rhodes approaches the door and as he approaches the door, he observes a male that we later find to be Dukes, the suspect in this vehicle," McKenna said. That man, 37-year-old Lydell Dukes, had a gun in his lap at the time.
Rhodes called for back up and tried to get Dukes to come out of the car, but instead a police chase began.
Deputies eventually arrested Dukes a couple miles north of Lapeer off M-24.
Deputies believe the incident was drug related. Dukes is facing 10 charges, including open murder and assault with intent to murder.

illegitimate mixed-race 4-month-old baby, (white) baby-momma
SHELBY COUNTY, Tenn. — The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has charged a man with the murder of a woman and a 4-month-old baby boy found stabbed in a house that was set on fire.
The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office says that 25-year-old Enoch Zarceno, who is the father of the 4-month-old baby, has been arrested and charged with numerous felonies, including two counts of first-degree murder and aggravated arson.
Family believes he was angry about the possibility of having to pay child support.
Heather Cook, 32, and her son Bentley were found dead in an apartment on Bennington Circle sometime after 9:30 a.m. Friday morning. Shelby County Fire crews found their bodies while responding to a call of a house fire.
Deputies pronounced both of them dead on the scene. Fire marshals later determined that the fire was intentionally set.
Both Cook and the baby were stabbed multiple times. Zarceno was the father of baby Bentley, and t Zarceno and Cook had recently gotten into an argument over custody issues. Family, however, tells WREG that the argument was about child support for Bentley.
Just two weeks ago, Cook posted to a private Facebook group for single moms, asking for advice. She said that she and Zarceno had just begun (having sex) when she got pregnant, and he was already in a six-year (sexual) relationship with someone else.
She wrote Zarceno asked her to “remedy the situation,” offering to pay for an abortion, and that she hadn’t heard from him until she filed for child support last month. - (Black-on-white)

South Jersey Man Convicted Of Shooting Girlfriend In Foot After
She Refused Sex Denied New Trial
LOWER, N.J. (AP) — A New Jersey man convicted of shooting his girlfriend in the foot, requiring amputation of her lower leg, has been denied a new trial. Ernest Davis was convicted of attempted murder and other charges in 2017. The 46-year-old Lower Township man argued in his appeal that the jury was improperly instructed on the murder charge and his 38-year sentence was excessive. Davis began arguing with his girlfriend when she declined to have sex with him on boat docked in Lower in October 2015. He threatened the woman with a gun and shot her in the foot when she tried to get away. Her leg was amputated from the middle of the calf. The appellate court found evidence of attempted murder was “overwhelming.”

Boy Scout leader sang (Swahili theme song from Disney's Lion
King) while naked. The organization didn't investigate
For the worried New York mom, her young son’s account about how his scout leader stripped naked and belted out a bawdy version of “Hakuna Matata” in front of the boys was a big red flag that something was terribly wrong in Troop 95.
Michael Kelsey, according to an affidavit the mother later signed and filed with Dutchess County Supreme Court, performed “The Lion King” song “with his hips gyrating and penis swinging about” on April 13, 2012, in a locker room after a “night swim” at a pool in Millbrook, New York.
“All of this occurred not only in front of my son, but also in front of the other boys present at the time,“ the woman stated in the affidavit. When she complained, a den mother assured her that “Mr. Kelsey’s behavior was a serious issue and Troop 95 would investigate.”
The lawsuit contends the BSA failed to vet Kelsey when they made him assistant scoutmaster. It says the scouting organization should have been aware of his “propensities” when they allowed him to accompany their sons in August 2014 on a trip to the Cranberry Lake State Campground in St. Lawrence County, New York.
It was there, prosecutors charged, that Kelsey on the first night of the trip groped the genitals of one of the scouts for 10 to 20 minutes while the teen tried to sleep in the scoutmaster’s Volkswagen Jetta. Kelsey later tried to do the same to the other 15-year-old but the sleeping scout batted his hand away, prosecutors said.

SPORTS: Former (has been) NFLer charged after allegedly staging
racially-motivated burglary -
DULUTH, Ga. (CBS46) Police have arrested a former NFL player and local business owner after he allegedly staged a racially-motivated burglary inside his Gwinnett County restaurant.
On Wednesday, officers were dispatched to the Create and Bake Restaurant and Coughman's Creamery on the 1900 block of Duluth Highway in unincorporated Lawrenceville.
When they went inside, they found several racially-motivated words and symbols spray-painted on the walls and doors. They also found several booth cushions sliced open, broken mirrors and cut wires. The surveillance system was also damaged.
A witness told officers that they saw a black Chevy Silverado with no license plate leaving the business.
Officers eventually caught up with that truck and noticed several televisions and electronics in the bed and cab of the vehicle.
The driver of the truck was identified as 31 year-old Edawn Louis Coughman, the owner of the business. He told them he noticed the damage and called his insurance company but did not call 911.
After investigating further, the lead detective sensed something was wrong and Coughman was arrested and his truck was impounded.
Inside the truck, officers then found a crow bar used to pry open the back door of his business as well as several cans of black spray paint.
Gwinnett County Police say Coughman conjured a premeditated plan to collect insurance money from his damaged business, disguising it as a hate crime, and selling off the undamaged electronics found in his truck.
Coughman has been charged with false report of a crime, insurance fraud and concealing a license plate.

“I don’t play about my food,” Davis reportedly said after receiving five cold burgers.
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said the employee instead went to the back of the restaurant to call 911. Deputies arrived while the two customers were still at the drive-thru window waiting for their new order. Davis told authorities that the pair was only joking when they whipped out the handguns — but they weren’t pleased that their food was cold. Both men were arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Dunn also faces charges of marijuana possession while Davis was booked on charges of driving without a Florida license and grand theft of a firearm.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — The Latest on the sentencing of a former New Mexico priest convicted of sex abuse case
A former Roman Catholic priest who authorities say fled the country in the early 1990s as he faced sex abuse allegations in New Mexico has been sentenced to 30 years in prison after being returned to the U.S.
A judge sentenced 81-year-old Arthur Perrault on Friday in Santa Fe, saying it was the worst case of child sex abuse she had handled over the course of 26 years. Prosecutors had requested a maximum of more than 30 years in prison for Perrault after several men testified that they had been abused by him as children.
Archdiocese files for bankruptcy amid sex abuse claim
The Catholic Archdiocese of Rochester Thursday filed for bankruptcy protection amid its massive financial and legal exposure to child sexual abuse claims.
“This is a very difficult and painful decision,” said Rochester’s Bishop Salvatore R. Matano in a Letter to the Faithful and video message Thursday.
“After assessing all reasonable possibilities to satisfy the claims, reorganization is considered the best and fairest course of action for the victims and for the well-being of the Diocese, its parishes, agencies and institutions. We believe this is the only way we can provide just compensation for all who suffered the egregious sin of sexual abuse, while ensuring the continued commitment of the Diocese to the mission of Christ,” the bishop said.
The Child Victims Act approved by Gov. Andrew Cuomo and the New York Legislature earlier this year opens up a one-year, one-time-only period to allow victims to seek civil action, regardless of how long ago the abuse occurred.

Explosive new allegations surface in Terry Bean HOMOsex abuse case
EUGENE -- The trial dropped bombshell after bombshell allegation: a Grindr app meeting, adult men engaging in sex acts with a 15-year-old boy, a scorned ex-boyfriend, a purported extortion plot against a well-known Portland gay activist and disavowals that any crimes occurred.
But a Lane County Circuit Court jury sorted through the details and took only two hours Friday to return a guilty verdict against Kiah Loy Lawson on two counts of third-degree sodomy and one count of third-degree sexual abuse.
The verdict is a blow to Lawson’s co-defendant and former boyfriend, Terry Bean -- the Portland real estate developer, civil rights trailblazer and Democratic fundraiser. Bean, 71, faces trial in two months on the same charges.
Both men were accused of picking up the 15-year-old boy in Bean’s Mercedes S500 from a 7-Eleven in Eugene in September 2013 after meeting him via Grindr, an online dating app for gay men.
