(Demonic black) Man charged with murder, sodomy in 2018 death of (White) 3-year-old girl in Lexington
black suspectLEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A man charged with murder and first-degree sodomy is now being held in the Fayette County Detention Center in connection with the death of a 3-year-old girl.

Police said 33-year-old Andrew Charles Buster Jr. sexually assaulted Lillyann Grace Reck on Dec. 10, 2018. Police were called an apartment on Cross Keys Road when the toddler was unconscious. She later died at the hospital on Dec. 14, 2018, officials said.

Police said Buster was a family acquaintance who was watching Reck while her mother was at work. The case recently was determined to be a homicide by the medical examiner’s office. Police said new DNA evidence led to Buster’s arrest.

When first reporting on the incident back in 2018, LEX 18’s Leigh Searcy unknowingly spoke to Buster when knocking on apartment doors.
He told Searcy that he was the one who had been watching the girl. When Searcy asked what happened, Buster replied “Yea I know what happened to her but I can’t talk. I can’t talk about it.” Police confirmed that was in fact Buster. - (Black-on-white)

  • Negro babysitter charged with murder, sodomy in 2018 death of White girl, 3 in Lexington, KY
  • Blonde Caucasian Lillyann Grace Reck, 3, died at University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital.  Investigation underway. - 2018
(The little victim's father) Reck claimed his daughter was left with a neighbor of Lillyann’s mother when the mother and her (new) husband left for work. Because of custody issues, Reck had not seen Lillyann for more than a year, he said. From his short time with her, he remembers a happy and cheerful girl.

“She liked to swing, she liked to go on car rides with me and bobble her little head and dance,” Reck said. “We didn’t listen to my music. We listened to ‘Wheels on the Bus,’ and I had education CDs for her that would make her smarter.”

Reck lives in Grayson, Ky., but was working in Texas when he was notified about his daughter’s condition. He does not have the details about what happened to Lillyann.

“(Police) don’t know what happened. The only people who do know ain’t talking,” Reck said. “I want to know right now. I want to know every day what happened to my baby girl.”

UPDATE: ‘She was a pillar in the community’: Friends of 50-year-old (White female) shooting victim remember her as ‘a survivor’
black suspectsSEATTLE — The only person killed when eight people were shot in Wednesday’s downtown shoot out was described by close friends as a nurturing, big-hearted person who acted as a caretaker for people who shared struggles like she had.

“She was just an outgoing person,“ said Donella Young-Rials, who said she had been friends with 50- year-old Tonya Jackson for two decades.

- (Black-on-white)

“She had come such a long way,“ Young-Rials said. “She was doing really good after all she’d been through.”

Young-Rials said she met Jackson when both were struggling with homelessness and addictions on the streets of Seattle for seven long years.

Eventually, both women accepted counseling, became clean and sober, and both were granted permanent housing at the same time.

“We had overcome a lot,” young-Riles“We had overcome a lot,“ young-Rials said. “It was crazy, because we both got our housing and it was like ’Wow, we finally did it!”’

Young-Rials believes Jackson-who was fondly known as “Kristy” and “Big Bird” to her friends- was helping a fellow Plymouth housing resident – a 55-year-old woman confined to a wheelchair – when both were caught in the hail of gunfire outside the door of the McDonalds at 3rd and Pine.

According to Harborview Medical Center, the 55-year-old victim remains in intensive care after being shot in the abdomen.

“She is going to be very well missed,“ Young-Rials said—adding a comment directed at the two shooters who police say are still on the run.

“She was a pillar in our community. She was a good girl. And now the shooters’ family is going to be hurting too. Because when they get caught their family is going to suffer just like you killed yourself and your own family.“

(White) Woman sues Lyft and the (black) driver she says raped her in St. Louis
black suspect ST. LOUIS — A nurse who says she was raped last year by a Lyft driver in a St. Louis alley has filed a lawsuit in St. Louis Circuit Court against the company and the driver.

The 30-year-old woman is referenced in court papers only as Jane Doe, but Cristen Giangarra held a news conference Thursday saying she wanted to speak publicly about the ordeal.

Giangarra, her lips quivering at times, recounted how on that June night she had several drinks, chose not to drive and contacted Lyft in a decision that “forever altered” her life. “I harbor no shame in my actions,” she said. “I acted responsibly by not drinking and driving. I chose to use the app designed to safely transport passengers, and ultimately I was punished for this decision.”  She is a registered nurse who lived in St. Louis at the time. She has since moved away, her attorney said.

The driver, who has been charged with first-degree rape and kidnapping, is Larry Donnell Ward, 53, of the 3300 block of Bay Tree Drive in St. Peters. According to charges filed by St. Louis prosecutors on Dec. 5, Ward picked up a woman on June 22 in the 1000 block of Clark Avenue, turned off his ride-share location software and pulled into an alley. He then raped the woman while she was intoxicated, charges allege. The suit contends that San Francisco-based Lyft failed to either conduct adequate background checks on Ward or failed to reject him as a driver.

Gallagher said his firm’s research uncovered a criminal record for Ward dating back to the 1980s including a sexual assault case from 2002 that did not result in a conviction. Other cases include theft and drug charges in the Chicago area, he said. “When Cristen got in the vehicle that night, she had no idea that Lyft had actually sent a predator to pick her up and take her home,” Gallagher said. - (Black-on-white)

State Police Identify (White) Wendy's Worker Shot, Killed (by Black) During Robbery
black suspectblack suspectPennsylvania State Police have identified the worker killed in a shooting during a robbery at the Wendy's near Edinboro Saturday.
Alexander Cavanah, 22, of Edinboro, died after being taken to UPMC Hamot.

Markese D. Lampley, 20, of Erie, has been charged with first and second degree murder, robbery, and fleeing and attempting to elude police. He also faces additional criminal charges and vehicle violations.
Investigators said Lampley, who was earlier identified as a man wearing black clothes and a ski mask, came into the store and forced a female employee to the back of the restaurant where the vault is located. During that time, Lampley shot Cavanah.

Lampley fled on a black and red Kawasaki motorcycle, which has since been seized as evidence, according to investigators. State Police attempted to stop a black BMW, which troopers said was driven by Lampley, on Zuck Rd. in Millcreek Township shortly after 5 p.m. Lampley only stopped briefly for a passenger to get out of the vehicle, but he took off, troopers said. The person who got out was taken into custody at gunpoint. The pursuit continued onto Interstate 90 west, and troopers set up tire deflation devices at mile marker 12. State Police said it punctured one of the tires and safely ended the pursuit. At that time, troopers identified the driver as Lampley, who had several outstanding warrants and was already a person of interest in the robbery turned homicide investigation, according to State Police.

Coroner Identifies (White dealer) Killed in Shooting Following Drug Deal Gone "Negro" - (white girl had bag of weed near 'groin')
Erie Police are still looking for two men and have charged two others in connection to the fatal shooting. The coroner has identified the man killed in Sunday's shooting following what investigators said was a drug deal gone wrong.

Devin Way, 26, died from multiple gunshot wounds to the abdomen. His death has been ruled as a homicide following an autopsy Tuesday. Erie Police are still looking for two men and have charged two others in connection to the fatal shooting.

Michael J. Toles, 22, and his girlfriend Melissa A. Seaman, 19, face charges for homicide and conspiracy to commit robbery.

Both were arraigned Monday morning and taken to the Erie County Prison. Police were called to Southgate Dr. and Usonia Ave. for a shooting just before 3 p.m. Sunday.
At the scene, officers found Way unresponsive laying in the snow covered street, according to the criminal complaint. He was taken to UPMC Hamot for treatment but was pronounced dead from his injuries about 45 minutes later.

Neighbors told police the shooting was associated with a gray Honda, which officers spotted nearby. The vehicle drove away before it finally came to a stop at the Taco Bell on Peach St., investigators said.

When police approached the vehicle, they discovered Seaman behind the wheel and Toles in the back seat, the criminal complaint said. Toles told officers he had been shot, and officers said they saw blood in the back seat.

Toles was taken by ambulance to UPMC Hamot for treatment of a gunshot wound to his right arm.

Two other suspects reportedly tried to carjack a woman's vehicle at a nearby Burger King. Both remain on the loose.

Seaman was taken into custody. Officers searched her and found a large bag containing suspected marijuana inside her pants near her groin.

Toles told police he, Seaman and two other men went to buy marijuana and rob Way, the alleged seller.
Way got in the vehicle and produced two bags of marijuana, which were passed around for inspection. A man who was sitting in the back seat of the vehicle with Way and Toles took out a gun, and a struggle ensued, police said. Toles told investigators he and Way were both shot, and Way fell out the vehicle.

(The defiled white girl) Seaman told investigators she recently met Way on social media. They started communicating with one another, and she admitted to contacting him to buy marijuana.

Erie News Now has learned Way worked for Erie Coke, which started shutting down operations and laid off workers in December.

black suspects FOREST PARK—A Forest Park Fire and Emergency Services firefighter paramedic was hospitalized after he was stabbed at a Macon Circle K Monday.

Firefighter Paramedic Alex Mims, 34, was in stable condition after having been moved out of ICU, Chief Eddie Buckholts said Tuesday during a discussion of why city firefighters carry weapons. As of Wednesday afternoon, according to the Bibb County Sheriff's Office, Mims had been released.
According to WGXA-TV in Macon, Mims reportedly tried to intervene when three customers in a Circle K at 2580 Riverside Dr., Circle K gas station got rowdy around 7:34 p.m.

The suspects allegedly turned on Mims, yelled at him, paid for their items, then approached Mims and cursed him out. Mims and two suspects began a physical fight that moved out of the store, where Mims "went to his truck and got his rifle." That's when the fight ended, according to the report. Mims told deputies he was "just trying to scare the two people he was fighting."

During the fight, Mims was stabbed in the abdomen, lacerating his liver. However, he didn't realize he'd been seriously wounded. His wife said he helped clean up the store and drove home. When he arrived, she said, he was "covered in blood." She lifted up his sweater, saw the stab wound, and drove him to the emergency room at Coliseum Northside Hpspital while calling the sheriff's department.

(black) Man convicted in 1996 Windsor manslaughter charged in Michigan murder
black suspectkilled by her nigger sex partnerblack suspectkilled by her nigger sex partner A Michigan man convicted of killing a Windsor woman and assaulting her pregnant daughter more than two decades ago has now been charged with the first-degree murder of his girlfriend in Center Line, MI.

William Faulkner, 68, was arrested Jan. 9 after Center Line police discovered Juliette Peterson’s clothed body with stab wounds in the bathtub at the apartment they shared, according to Paul Myszenski, the municipality’s director of public safety.

Tasha Porter told the Star Tuesday she still has a “soft spot” on her skull from where Faulkner smashed it against a coffee table after she found her unconscious mother, Sandra Porter, bleeding at the bottom of a staircase in their Windsor home in 1996.  Sandra died in hospital the next day at age 45 having sustained two severe blows to the head, while Porter, then 19, remained in a coma for weeks and missed her mother’s funeral. Her unborn baby was unharmed.

“I was in shock to see his face,” Porter, now 42, said of Faulkner. She learned Faulkner had been charged with murder again while watching an American news broadcast Monday night. “I’m still having a really hard time wrapping my head around it.”

Following his arrest in May of 1996 and subsequent conviction for manslaughter and aggravated assault, Faulkner spent about four years of a 10-year sentence behind bars in Canada before being released on full parole and deported to the United States. That prison stay wasn’t long enough, Porter said, and she intends to testify for the prosecution in Faulkner’s recent case during a future hearing.

“I need justice served,” Porter said. Faulkner had been in an off and on relationship with her mother Sandra “many years” before he killed her, Porter added. “I need some peace in my life. I need this man to never be able to kill again and to make another family go through what I’m going through.”  - (Black-on-white)

(White) St. Paul shop owner spots stolen items on Facebook; is run over while meeting (black) ‘seller’ to get them back
black suspectThe man killed in the Blaine Target parking lot Wednesday was run over while trying to get back items that were stolen from his St. Paul auto repair shop and being sold on Facebook Marketplace, according to charges filed Friday against the alleged hit-and-run driver.

Pierre Jerel Anderson, 30, of St. Paul, was charged in Anoka County District Court with second-degree murder (while committing a felony) and accused of running over Kenneth Alan Niesen, 58, of Brooklyn Park. Anderson was being held at Anoka County jail on Friday in lieu of $500,000 bail.

On Wednesday morning, Niesen discovered that someone had broken into Bonded Transmission Specialists, a University Avenue family business that his father, Walt, started in 1983.

Niesen reported the burglary to St. Paul police, telling an officer that the burglary happened either late Tuesday or early Wednesday and that several items were stolen. Later, Niesen learned a number of them were for sale on Facebook Marketplace. Niesen and others arranged to meet up with the “seller” at the Target parking lot in Blaine at 1500 109th Ave. N.E., according to the criminal complaint.

[more details at link]
Anderson drove around Niesen’s vehicle and rapidly accelerated, striking Niesen, who was standing in front of the driver’s side headlight, and running him over, the complaint alleges....
Officers found the SUV at the Speedway on Constance Boulevard in Ham Lake and saw Anderson running from the store. With help from a police dog, officers found Anderson and took him into custody.

Anderson has a lengthy criminal record in Minnesota that dates back to 2007 and includes felony convictions for auto theft, simple robbery, possession of a pistol/assault weapon, possession of burglary/theft tools, theft and fleeing police in a motor vehicle. • Frederick County man accused of killing ex-wife in Maryland
Neighbors say homicide suspect Lemuel Lee Roberts and his ex-wife Kaitlin Nichole Roberts had been fighting in the months leading up to him being charged with killing her. Her neighbor, Tina Deneal, said she saw the two arguing in front of their Oakmont Circle home in Frederick County about a week earlier. “She was yelling and screaming in the front yard and he was trying to get in his car and leave,” Deneal said. “Then, before I knew it, there were two Frederick County police officers here.”
At 3:32 a.m. Saturday, an empty vehicle believed to be the getaway car in the killing was found on fire.
The Robertses were living together despite divorcing in 2018. They married in August of 2017, separated three months later and had a 3½-year-old daughter and 2½-year-old son together, according to their divorce papers. The Robertses also each have a son from previous relationships,
Another neighbor said police were called to the Roberts home between five and 10 times for domestic disputes since late October. The neighbor, who didn’t want to be identified, said Kaitlin Roberts sometimes pounded on the doors of neighboring houses and screamed for help as Lemuel Roberts followed her.
“She was banging on the door and running down the street yelling, ‘Help me! Help me! Somebody please help me!’”

Lemuel Roberts’ criminal record includes convictions for assault and battery and abduction in 2011. The conviction was for a 2010 incident, according to court records. Roberts rammed a woman’s vehicle with his vehicle, then pulled her out of the vehicle and kidnapped her. He beat the woman, with whom he had previously lived, then took her to the Red Roof Inn.

Roberts was sentenced to 2½ years imprisonment, with two years of the sentence suspended. In 2012, while out on probation, he was charged with drunken driving in Winchester. Police said he fought with them when they tried to arrest him and they had to shock him twice with a Taser to get him handcuffed.

(black) Bandit who fatally shot (white) Muncie teen said, 'I want him to see my face'
black suspectblack suspectMUNCIE, Ind. — An 18-year-old Muncie man was arrested early Friday in the Thursday slaying of another local man.

Dimorrea J. Benning was preliminarily charged with felony murder and armed robbery in the shooting death of 19-year-old Seth N. Barton. Deputy Police Chief Melissa Pease said Friday that city police were searching for a second suspect in the homicide. His name was not released. Benning was being held without bond in the Delaware County jail.

A probable cause affidavit reflected the slaying — at White River Apartments, in the 2500 block of West White River Boulevard — stemmed from a drug-related robbery.

It indicated Benning and his unidentified accomplice had been at the apartment earlier in the morning "to carry out a previously arranged drug transaction." A witness said Benning and the other man later returned to the apartment "uninvited" and both began pointing guns at "the three individuals inside the apartment" and demanding money.

In the document, city police investigator Dustin Lee wrote that the bandits took "guns, money and a bag that possibly contained drugs and money." The report indicated Barton was apparently asleep during the holdup, and that the unidentified gunman began kicking him, saying, "I want him to see my face, and know who did this." As that man was leaving the apartment, a witness said, he pointed a gun at Barton, who remained in a recliner, "and shot Seth Barton." Officers found a mortally wounded Barton in the apartment, in a building at the west end of the complex. He was taken by ambulance to IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

A phone call took place between the two around 2:14 a.m. where Milhon said she was in Lampe, Missouri or Blue Eye, Missouri, but the call was disconnected. Crook reported MacKenna missing on December 22, 2019. Investigators reported that Milhon was dropped off the Kum And Go at Kansas Expressway and Norton Road. Milhon was then picked up by the accused killer, Lonnie Williams, and they drove around together. Initially, Williams told police that he had stopped to have sex with Milhon on an alleyway before dropping her off at Atlantic and Main around 1 a.m. on December 20, and that was his last contact with her. Police then say they interviewed a man on January 1, 2020, who said he was at a residence that Williams shared with Olivia Vega, and he saw Williams come into the house with bloody clothing and a knife. This man he and Vega took the clothing and knife to a location where they burned the clothing and that Vega disposed of the knife.

Williams was interviewed a second time where after initially denying contact with Milhon, admitted killing her. He said that he had stopped at the intersection of Farm Road 88 and State Highway H, and before getting back on the highway, claimed Milhon had started hitting him because “he lied to her about having drugs for her.” He claims that’s when he picked up a knife from the floorboard of the car and stabbed Milhon in the neck.

black suspectblack suspectblack suspect MCKEES ROCKS (KDKA) — A father and his 14-year-old son are recovering after they were allegedly attacked the day after Christmas.

Glenn and Justin Woods alleged they were beaten under the McKees Rocks Bridge and had their car stolen on Dec. 26, 2019.

Glenn Woods apparently spotted a table that appeared up for grabs along Munson Avenue and picked up his son from their nearby home to help him put the table in the car. Justin Woods says as they were carrying the table to the vehicle, three males approached them and began making conversation before they unexpectedly attacked Glenn Woods. The 14-year-old tried to help his father. “They picked me up and threw me on the floor and punched my jaw two times,” Justin Woods said. He has bruises on his face and staples in the back of his head.

Glenn Woods spent over four days in the hospital with severe injuries. “His entire face is basically broken,” said Glenn Woods’ daughter Jodie Woods. “Broken nose, broken cheekbones, bruising all over his face. He’s home now and suffering from severe headaches.”

After the attack, the three (black jackals) allegedly drove away in the family’s car. McKees Rocks Police say they still have not been able to locate the car and the suspects were three black males wearing all black. WHITE YOUNG WOMAN DRUGGED AND RAPED BY FILTHY BLACK APE FROM NIGERIA

black suspect Teen, 19, raped by monster at New Year’s Eve party after ‘drink spiked’
A TEEN was raped at a New Year's Eve party by a monster who spiked her drink as she partied with pals at a pub.
Melody Maxwell, 19, was subjected to a 50-minute horror attack by 28-year-old Obi Forgive in Corby, Northants.
The student was lured away by the fiend after he reportedly spiked her drink and attacked in an alleyway. Horrifically, after the assault, Forgive returned to the streets to hunt for further vulnerable victims to prey on. In June this year, Forgive was jailed for 11 years for the violent rape in the early hours of January 1.
Genetics student Melody has now bravely waived her anonymity to reveal her nightmare ordeal.
She told The Sun Online: “Officers think I was spiked as I have no memory of the night.
“I’m glad that I can’t remember what happened.
“I don’t want to be a victim, instead I want to show that you can move on from such a horrific attack.”
“That’s the last thing I remember.”
Hours later, Melody found herself in her mum’s car with a blanket around her shoulders and her knickers around her ankles.
Her purse, bag and phone had disappeared.
In June 2019, Obi Forgive, 28, of London, appeared at Northampton Crown Court and denied raping Melody.
Investigators told the court that Forgive had searched for women who were drunk and that Melody had likely undergone a 50-minute attack.
Forgive had tried to conceal evidence of his actions by changing his clothes before returning to nearby clubs, hunting for more victims.
He was found guilty of rape and jailed for 11 years - with the judge ordering him to serve a further five years on license and be placed on the sex offenders’ register for life. Forgive, who was born in Nigeria, will be deported once he is released from jail. - (Black-on-white)

$500,000 bail for (lying black) man who claims "self-defense" in November homicide of (White) man begging for his life
black suspectFAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) A man charged with first degree murder and evidence tampering had bail set at $500,000 Friday. Ryder Smith appeared before Superior Court Judge Brent Bennett for the bail hearing. His attorney Gary Stapp requested bail be set at a $10,000 appearance bond with a 10% cash posting --- for a total of (only) $1,000 for Smith to get out of jail.

Ryder Smith was charged with murder after he allegedly shot Peter Horace-Wright multiple times with a shotgun. Smith claims he shot Wright in self-defense after Wright began to strangle him. According to assistant district attorney Spenser Ruppert, this version of events was believable at first, but evidence found on scene suggested a different version of events.

Ruppert said that troopers found a phone at the scene that Wright had been using to record the attack on video. The video showed Smith approaching Wright’s truck with a shotgun. Wright told Smith he was recording the event, reportedly said he doesn’t care, and then shoots at the truck.

After this point the phone is dropped -- but Ruppert said audio can still be heard, and that Smith shot Wright numerous other times while he was begging for his life. He said Smith can also be heard smashing another phone he found on Wright in an attempt to destroy evidence.
Many of Horace-Wright's friends and family came to the hearing wearing shirts that said, “Justice for Peter,” with his face printed on the shirts. - (Black-on-white)

White female slave of demon weed - shot dead by black dealer after her two younger friends robbed the wigger midleman
YORK, Pa. (WHTM) – A suspect in the killing of a Dover Area High School student told investigators the shooting was the result of a robbery during a marijuana sale, according to charging documents released Tuesday.

Emily Shoemaker, 17, died at a hospital on Dec. 12 after someone in another vehicle fired into her green Kia Soul in the area of College and Beaver streets.

Sterling Frantz, 20, told York police he was attempting to sell marijuana to Shoemaker and was robbed while sitting in her car. When he told Daiquan Dickerson about the robbery, Frantz said Dickerson became angry and they went looking for Shoemaker’s green Kia Soul, according to the criminal complaint.

The pair drove around until they found the Kia and began following it. In the area of College and Beaver streets, Franz said Dickerson fired into Shoemaker’s car, the criminal complaint states.
Shoemaker’s 17-year-old passenger, also of Dover, suffered one gunshot wound and a cut to his head from the crash. He was taken to the hospital and was listed in stable condition. A 16-year-old Dover boy was in the Kia but left before officers arrived. He was treated for a broken arm he suffered when the car crashed into a tree, police said.

Police said they received a tip on Dec. 17 that Frantz was involved in the shooting. He agreed to speak with detectives and revealed that Shoemaker had contacted him Dec. 12 and asked if he could supply her with a quarter-ounce of marijuana, according to the complaint.Franz told police he was the middle man in the deal. He said he got the marijuana from a man he identified as “Duce.”

Frantz said he made arrangements to sell the marijuana to Shoemaker outside his home. After the sale was completed, Franz was to give Duce $100 and keep $20 for himself.

Franz said Duce arrived at his home and parked in an alley next to his apartment building. He said he obtained the marijuana from Duce and went to Shoemaker’s Kia, parked in front of his home, then sat in the front passenger seat.

Franz told police he gave the marijuana to Shoemaker and as she was about to hand him the money, a backseat passenger grabbed him in a chokehold. He said a second male grabbed his legs and pushed him in the vehicle.

Franz said he was robbed of the marijuana but managed to break free. Shoemaker and her two passengers fled in the Kia.

Police said the investigation determined Shoemaker’s 16-year-old passenger was the person who put Franz in a chokehold and the 17-year-old was the person who pushed him.

Franz told police he ran to Duce’s car and told Duce he had been robbed. He said he and Duce drove off in Duce’s gray sedan to find the Kia.

He said Duce drove him around for about 30 minutes until they spotted the Kia in the area of South Court and East Princess streets. They followed the car onto West Princess Street where Duce drove into the oncoming lane and pulled up next to the Kia.

Franz said they were in front of William Penn Senior High School when Duce put down the window and began to fire at the Kia. Shoemaker drove west on College Avenue and Duce turned south onto Pershing Avenue.

Duce was identified as Dickerson through a photo line-up, police said.

Frantz, 20, of York, and Dickerson, 18, of Red Lion, are charged with homicide and attempted homicide. Dickerson faces an additional count of conspiracy to commit homicide.

Both are in York County Prison without bail.

Caylah Webb, of Lancaster, was arrested Saturday on charges including hindering apprehension and tampering with evidence. Police said she owns the grey sedan Dickerson was driving. - (Black-on-white)

(Black) Philadelphia man charged with deadly shooting (of White woman) in Wilkes-Barre
black suspectZien Council, 18, is charged with an open count of criminal homicide
in the death of Brittney Reynolds, 26.
According to the criminal complaint:
Council was detained by police on Saturday after Philadelphia police spotted Reynolds’ vehicle, a 1999 Toyota, being driven by Jacques Davis.
{There is a black man named "Jacques Ahyquil Davis"in Pennsylvania with a criminal record.}

Davis told police Council allowed him to drive the vehicle as Council told him his girlfriend was arrested on bench warrants and police let him take the vehicle.  Police tracked the vehicle to Philadelphia by EZ-Pass records.

After Davis was stopped in Philadelphia, police learned Council was at Davis’ residence in Philadelphia where he was detained. When Council was detained, police said he was in possession of a green Ruger .380 caliber handgun, the complaint says.
Police said (the victim) Reynolds recently purchased a green Rugar .380 caliber handgun.

Two witnesses who are not named in the complaint told investigators Reynolds was dating a man they knew as “Zien” from Philadelphia, and Reynolds would often drive to Philadelphia to pick him up and return to Wilkes-Barre.

Council told investigators he met Reynolds at the Red Rock Job Corps several weeks ago when she began working at the facility. He claimed they began a sexual relationship, the complaint says.

Investigators said in the complaint Council claimed Reynolds picked him up in Philadelphia sometime between 3 and 4 p.m. on Dec. 17 and they drove to Wilkes-Barre, where she stopped at a Turkey Hill store on George Avenue. Council claimed he purchased two boxes of condoms and they hung out watching television at Reynolds’ apartment.

Council claimed he had a doctor’s appointment in Philadelphia on Dec. 18 and Reynolds wanted to drive him back to Philadelphia. Council did not want to leave and asked Reynolds if he could borrow her Toyota.

Investigators said Council admitted to being alone with Reynolds in her apartment and no one else was present when he left. He claimed he attempted to call Reynolds several times but she never answered, the complaint says.

During the interview with Council, investigators informed him Reynolds was dead but never explained how she was killed.

In response, Council stated he “never pulled a trigger” on anyone, telling investigators he assumed Reynolds was shot, the complaint says.
