NIGERIAN-named career criminal shot White combat veteran in face in BLACK ROAD RAGE
black suspect Charles Jost Charles Jost LEXINGTON, N.C. — A Lexington man told FOX8 bullets came flying through his SUV’s windows. One of them struck the 51-year-old war veteran’s face. Charles Jost was on his way home from his mother’s funeral when a car pulled alongside of him on I-77 near the North Carolina/South Carolina line. “I saw him in the side rearview mirror. It looked like he was holding a gun outside of the window,” he recalled. Then he heard a gun go off. The glass of his vehicle shattered. Jost wasn’t sure if his family would have to plan another funeral.

“The bullet went in right here and came out right here,” he explained, pointing to the fractures in his face. “All of these bones here are broken.” Jost now has his eye patched. “I’ve lost all of my sight in my right eye. They’re not 100 percent sure if it will come back,” he added. On Dec. 19, Jost was driving through I-77 in York County, South Carolina, when a man started firing at his car. “The second round went through this window, through my face and out the other window,” he said. “I don’t know if it was because I was going too slow in the fast lane… I don’t know.” Jost spent 96 hours in the hospital. He’s still trying to recover.

During the interview with FOX8, he made a joke and laughed, and then touched his face. “I like to smile. It hurts, but I like too,” Jost said. “Because I’m still here to smile. Jost fought in Desert Storm. He was never wounded. “I came home with no extra holes, but now I have a few extra ones,” he said. A simple drive down a highway put his life on the line. “If you would have told me three weeks ago I was going to be shot in the face, I would have laughed at you,” added Jost. He believes a tiny metal cross in his pocket that day was his protection. “I carry that everywhere,” Jost said, as he took out the cross from his pocket. He knows someone was watching over him.

(Black suspect) Faces Charges In Fatal St. Paul Gas Station Shooting of (White) man
Glenn Lee Burton Todd Gerleman MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Charges have been filed in a fatal shooting near a gas station in St. Paul’s North End neighborhood Tuesday. The Ramsey County Attorney’s Office on Thursday announced 40-year-old Glenn Lee Burton of St. Paul is charged with second-degree murder and second-degree attempted murder in the shooting death of 56-year-old Todd Gerleman.

Burton is accused of shooting and killing Gerleman, who was found suffering from a gunshot wound outside an ARCO gas station on the 300 block of Larpenteur Avenue East. Gerleman, who is from South St. Paul, died at the scene.

According to the criminal complaint, the incident happened when Burton’s girlfriend and her friend, Gerleman, drove to Burton’s mother’s residence. Burton, approaching them, allegedly told his girlfriend that she wouldn’t escape him and that he owns her before shooting at her. Gerleman was struck by the bullet. Burton shot Gerleman again pointblank before Burton’s girlfriend was able to drive away and call 911 at the gas station.
Officers took custody of Burton near the intersection of Larpenteur Avenue and Oxford Street on the same day of the shooting. He was arrested hours earlier by members of the Ramsey County SWAT team. While being interviewed at police headquarters, he tried to fight officers.

  • Murder charge: Man assaulted girlfriend before shooting her friend in St. Paul
A 29-year-old woman told police she was dating Burton for about two weeks and he was “Prince Charming” at first, but things changed and he “became very possessive and physically abusive,” according to the criminal complaint against Burton. ....
The woman and Gerleman drove to Burton’s mother’s home on West Larpenteur Avenue, near Rice Street, in St. Paul’s North End. She asked Burton’s mom to call her son and get him to leave her house, saying she would otherwise have to call the police because he’d already broken into her house two or three times. Burton’s mom begged her not to call the police, saying she didn’t want two sons in jail, and said she would call Burton if the woman would come inside and help her put money on her other son’s jail account. ....

When she was able to get in the driver’s seat, Burton looked into the car and demanded to know who Gerleman was. Gerleman told Burton he was the woman’s friend, after which Burton shouted at the woman, “(Y)ou ain’t gonna escape me — I own you!,” the complaint said.
She begged Burton to stop and tried to close the car door, but Burton pointed a handgun at her and pulled the trigger, according to the complaint. She felt something pass by her face, and then Gerleman screamed he’d been shot and clutched his arm.
The woman put the car in reverse and stomped on the gas, but Burton went around to the open passenger door, stuck the gun in Gerleman’s face and pulled the trigger at point-blank range, the complaint said.

(Two black) Brothers charged with murder in death of Hardee County [WF] teen
black suspects MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. — Nearly 15 years after the murder of a Hardee County teen, investigators have charged two brothers with the crime. In February 2006, the body of 16-year-old Amber Woods was discovered about 20 feet off the south side of State Route 62 about three miles west of the Hardee County line. Detectives say she was shot in her back and have continued to follow leads for years. On Monday, the Manatee County Sheriff announced brothers Ralph Williams, 36, and Tyjuan Williams, 32, have been charged with Woods’ murder. Detectives say Ralph Williams was "dating" Amber and wanted to end the relationship at the time of her death. He conspired a plan with Tyjuan to kidnap her, take her to a remote area and kill her because he thought she was pregnant. Text discovered by investigators revealed Ralph was concerned he would face criminal charges due to Amber being underage. An autopsy revealed Amber was not pregnant.

Marrero double murder followed failed internet date, investigators say

Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives suspect Jamal Harris shot and killed Jessica Troulliet and her father, Robert Templet Jr., leaving their bodies in her SUV in Marrero, after his internet date with the woman didn’t go as planned.
Investigators can’t say for sure what set off their suspect in the October double homicide. But from text messages and a statement that Harris, 36, gave them, they pieced together that the pair argued at Troulliet’s home during the date after she tried to get rid of him by pretending she had a rendezvous planned that night with another man, homicide detective Steven Keller said during a court hearing.

“She said he did not look like his profile pic, and she [said] he looked like a pumpkin head,” Keller testified Tuesday of Troulliet’s texts. “She told him she had another date, and he had to leave.” Harris, a New Orleans resident, is facing two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Troulliet, 35, and Templet, 56, both of Westwego. The hearing, in Magistrate Court to determine whether authorities had probable cause to arrest Harris, provided new details about the killings and the prosecution's case.

Witnesses reported that Davidson and the other suspects fled Hudson in a van with Minnesota license plates. That van was tracked to Blaine, a suburb north of Minneapolis. black suspect Carrying a firearm for self-defense can increase your odds of surviving an encounter with a violent criminal, but a gun in the hand of a law-abiding citizen is still a tool, not a magical talisman that guarantees protection. The murder of Anna Marie Wagener in St. Paul, Minnesota is a painful reminder of that fact, just as the history of her accused killer is a reminder that the criminal justice system doesn’t always deliver justice to criminals.

Wagener, a 41-year old mother and grandmother described by family as “tough” and “no nonsense, but with a heart of gold,” was shot and killed in St. Paul back on September 3rd, but Antoine Powell wasn’t charged for the crime until this week, when the 44-year old added second degree murder to the long list of criminal charges he’s faced over the past few years.

An informant came forward with information about her killer. According to the confidential informant, a man named Antoine or Shantoine was responsible for her death, as well as stealing her firearm after her murder. The informant also told police that the same man had been a part of the north Minneapolis shooting, and also informed officers that Wagener’s killer had been wearing an ankle monitoring device, but had since cut off the device.  - (Black-on-White)

His family believes Humet stopped at an ATM at the Dade County Federal Credit Union the night before to withdraw money.

4 arrested for Bluffton man’s murder - (3 black males, 1 defiled white female)
black suspect BLUFFTON, S.C. (WSAV) – Four suspects have been arrested in connection with a murder in Bluffton earlier this week.

Monday night, Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) deputies responded to a report of shots fired at the home of Timothy Milliken on Kensington Boulevard. There, authorities found the 45-year-old man dead from apparent gunshot wounds.

Investigators were called to the scene and gathered information on a suspected vehicle and the whereabouts of those responsible for Milliken’s death. On Tuesday, BCSO contacted the Gwinnett County Police Department for assistance locating the individuals who were believed to be in the area. Gwinnett County officers found the suspected vehicle outside of a home provided by BCSO investigators. As police approached, three men fled on foot but were quickly apprehended.

Officers ran a check on the three men and determined 26-year-old Devante White, of Green Pond, South Carolina, and 22-year-old Malik White, of Beaufort, were wanted for felony warrants out of Hardeeville. The third man, 22-year-old Jamal Coakley Jr., of Dale, was arrested on a separate charge. BCSO investigators traveled to Gwinnett County to interview the men about Milliken’s murder and subsequently sought warrants from a Beaufort County magistrate for their arrests. The magistrate issued warrants for murder, kidnapping, armed robbery and possession of weapons during a violent crime against all three men. They’ll be extradited to Beaufort County for the charges.
A fourth suspect, 17-year-old Sarah Barr, has since been arrested on warrants for murder, armed robbery and kidnapping in Milliken’s death.

Friday morning, BCSO investigators traveled to the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office in Summerville to meet with Barr. She was transported to the Beaufort County Detention Center where she remains at this time pending a bond hearing.

The sheriff’s office says it appears Milliken was familiar with at least one of the subjects and was specifically targeted by the four.

Timeline: BLACK Alleged serial killer accused in spree of shootings across Dallas-Fort Worth
black suspect A 31-year-old man is accused of killing four people and shooting at least four others in what were mostly random attacks, law enforcement officials said Friday.

Jeremy Harris faces four charges of murder in connection with a spree that spans more than two weeks. Police said most of the shootings appear random, with the exception of the father of Harris' ex-girlfriend.

Dallas police announced Friday that they were filing three additional murder charges against Harris. He was already jailed in connection with the death of his ex-girlfriend's father.  With the exception of Blair Carter in Celina, Harris does not appear to know any of the people he's accused of shooting, authorities said.  "I believe this is the definition of a serial killer. It's random," said Deputy Chief Reuben Ramirez.

At 2:56 a.m. Oct. 31, a Southern Methodist University student was shot in Downtown Dallas.
Robert Jaden Urrea, 19, was walking downtown near the intersection of Harwood and Jackson streets.

Around 8:33 p.m. Nov. 14, Adam Gautreau, 36, was shot and killed along Stemmons Freeway at Empire Central Drive in Dallas.  His mother said he moved about four years ago to Dallas but struggled with drug addiction. Gautreau was homeless and panhandling at the time of his death.  A black Chevrolet Tahoe pulled up near where Gautreau was.  “He was beckoned back over and when he turned around they just fully shot him from head to toe, nine times,” said the man's mother, Marlowe Gautreau. “It seems completely random.”

Around 9:02 p.m. Nov. 14, Kenneth Hamilton iskilled at the intersection of South Beckley Avenue and Clarendon Drive in Dallas. He was at a stoplight when he was shot.  Surveillance video shows a black Tahoe pulled beside Hamilton’s car and then drive off.
“He was killed senselessly,” said Kenneth's wife, Joyce. “A car pulled up and just shot him, just randomly, for no reason, just shot him.”

Around 11:10 a.m. Nov. 18, firefighters respond to a house fire on Anvil Drive in Celina.

black suspect A second suspect has been charged in the murder of a 17-year-old Delaware teen who was lured into the woods and beaten to death last month, prosecutors said.

Annika Stalczynski, 17, was arrested Monday after investigators found she conspired with Noah Sharp to ambush and kill Madison Sparrow, the Delaware Attorney’s General Office said.

“I was telling the police — This guy’s not right. This guy’s got a mental illness.”

Davis, 34, was on a downtown 5 with her husband, Glenn Smith, 34, when Ventura — who’d been walking between train cars — allegedly jumped them, she said.

'Absolutely horrific:' (White) Former Lakeland commissioner, husband killed in random (DEMONIC) act - black killer arrested
black suspect LAKELAND, Fla. — Lakeland Police say a former city commissioner and her husband were killed in what appears to be a "random (DEMONIC) attack".

According to Assistant Chief Sam Taylor, David Henderson, 63, and his wife Edith L. Henderson, 67, were found stabbed to death in the master bedroom of their Lake Morton home after police were called for a wellness check around 5:50 p.m. on Tuesday.

Taylor said at a press conference on Thursday that Edith's son called after he didn't hear back from her during the day. Taylor said the son went to the home and noticed things out of place, so he left and called the police.

Edith, formerly Edith Yates, served as a Lakeland City Commissioner from 2006 until 2018.

On Wednesday night, police arrested Marcelle Waldon, 36, of Lakeland. Police say he's charged with 10 felony counts, including first-degree murder.

Taylor described the crime scene as "absolutely horrific." He said a random act like this is "extremely rare" and something he's seen little of during his 32-year career. At this time, police say there's no evidence to believe Waldon knew the couple. Police say a source led them to Waldon.
According to Taylor, the source described items that were taken from the home, like jewelry and personal items.
Taylor said a vehicle was also missing from the home and was later found set on fire in a field in another part of town.
When police responded, they found the oven on as well as all the gas burners. Taylor said they believe Waldon tried to set the home on fire.

Detectives believe Waldon got into the home through an unlocked or unsecured door. They say there was no sign of forced entry.
Taylor said authorities believe David was in the process of setting up breakfast after picking up take-out from a local restaurant.
According to Taylor, the food was still in styrofoam containers and inside a plastic bag on a table in the kitchen. He said plates, silverware and drinks were set up for two on the table. According to Taylor, police believe Edith was killed while David was picking up food.
Waldon was still in the home when David came home. Taylor said they believe David went upstairs to check on his wife, and a struggle followed between him and Waldon that resulted in David being killed. - (Black-on-White)

Blood stains lead to arrest in (black-on-white) domestic-related murder in Tuscaloosa
black suspect UPDATE: A 9-1-1 call and blood stains led police to an arrest in an apparent domestic-related murder in Tuscaloosa. Newly released court documents show deputies found 56-year-old Tammy Ledbetter dead on the living room floor of a house on Ridgehaven Drive after someone called 9-1-1 Monday morning about a reported drug overdose.

Investigators said it was apparent Ledbetter had suffered a severe head wound.
Court records show Ledbetter’s (black) boyfriend was found walking about two miles from the crime scene.

Investigators interviewed Eric Marquis Fowler, who court records show admitted making the 9-1-1 call and being present in the house. Fowler denied assaulting Ledbetter. Investigators arrested Fowler for the murder after finding blood evidence on Fowler’s chest and legs which they believe showed his involvement.
Fowler remained in the Tuscaloosa County jail Tuesday with bond set at $150,000.

Fowler had been arrested previously on domestic violence-related charges in 2017 and 2018 involving Ledbetter but two of those cases had been dismissed. A Tuscaloosa County grand jury had indicted earlier in November for domestic violence in the third degree where Ledbetter had been injured. After finding numerous items of evidence and conducting interviews, Ledbetter's long time domestic partner, 28-year-old Eric Fowler was developed as the suspect and located. - (Black-on-White)

“Investigators determined Latavious Johnson arrived at the location where he fatally shot Jamie Francis Wright and then shot her husband, Theron Wright, multiple times. Theron Wright attempted to defend himself and a struggle ensued between the two men,” said Commander Heath Sanders of the Melbourne Police Department. “Latavious Johnson was shot and injured during the struggle. He then fled to an awaiting SUV and was driven to HRMC by the occupants.” Authorities say Johnson was released from the hospital on November 7 and transferred to the Brevard County Jail where he has been charged with the following: - (Black-on-White)

When police arrived, they saw a vehicle speeding away and performed life-saving measures on the victim, identified as 23-year-old Carly Rae Baron, who later died at the hospital.

“He wasn’t on anybody’s radar”: Police arrest (black) man in Green Bay’s oldest cold case - rape/murder of White woman
black suspect GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) -  Green Bay Police have made an arrest in the city’s oldest cold case murder investigation.

Lisa Holstead was found dead in August of 1986. She was 22-years-old.
Investigators say Lisa had been murdered.

On Thursday, police announced the arrest of  Lou Archie Griffin, 65  [corrected age], on a charge of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide. He’s being held in the Brown County Jail.

“Recent developments in the case and physical evidence were used by investigators to link Mr. Griffin to this homicide,” police say.

We do not yet know a possible motive. Green Bay Police Chief Andrew Smith says there’s no known connection between Griffin and Holstead.

“I don’t know of any connection. It wasn’t dating, relationship or friends or anything like that, as far as I know,” says Smith.

On Aug. 12, 1986, Lisa Holstead left a family gathering with her boyfriend. Witnesses say they saw Lisa get out of her boyfriend’s car in the area of Mason and Taylor Streets. That was about 2:30 a.m.

Lisa’s body was located in a marsh in what is now the Ken Euers Nature Park area. She had been strangled.

At the time, police were hesitant to say that Holstead was sexually assaulted before her death, but today we’re learning it’s DNA from that which led investigators to Griffin, a man who wasn’t considered a suspect for decades.

“He wasn’t on anybody’s radar back in 1986 when this homicide occurred," Chief Smith said.

Her murder went unsolved for 34 years.

Investigators are still mum on exactly how Griffin was developed as a suspect recently, but they say once he was they discovered he lived within a few miles of the area where Holstead was last seen alive.

Smith says Detective David Graf worked for a year to uncover evidence leading to the arrest of Griffin on Oct. 28.

Police traced Griffin’s current address to Racine, where last month a Racine County drug unit officer conducted surveillance on Griffin, spotting him smoking and drinking outside.

The complaint says  he watched Griffin “throw away beer cans (in) a dumpster... and smoke a cigarette ... then throw it on the ground.”

Three weeks ago, crime lab analysts matched DNA from Griffin’s cigarette and beer cans to the DNA found on Holstead’s body.

Griffin was arrested outside his home in Racine without incident. - (Black-on-White)

Four evil predator scum arrested on homicide charges in shooting that killed 38-year-old (White and/or Vietnamese) man in Mesa
black suspect A 38-year-old man was shot and killed Monday afternoon in Mesa, according to police officials.

The man was identified as 38-year-old Brandon Van,, according to an email from Mesa police Detective Jason Flam, a department spokesperson.

Four people were arrested and charged with murder in connection with the shooting.   Mesa police said in court documents that Jaquan Bailey, 18, Stephon Mitchell, 18, Ashley Herrell, 37, and Vincent Culbreath, 38, were in a car driving when they pulled over and began talking to a man, later identified as Van, in front of a residence around noon on Oct. 26. This was all captured in surveillance camera footage from homes in the area, the documents said.

After following the man in their car, Bailey, Culbreath and Mitchell exited the vehicle and began running after him, the documents continued. Mitchell allegedly began to shoot at the man, who hid behind a planter and shouted that he did not have anything and not to shoot him. Bailey allegedly shot at the man as well, who then surrendered his backpack to them and stood up with his hands in the air.

Mitchell took the backpack and searched the man, and then pushed him down and began punching him. Bailey then allegedly shot the man, killing him, and all three fled back toward the car.

Less than an hour before this shooting incident, police allege that Bailey, Culbreath and Mitchell had robbed a nearby convenience store and flashed their guns at the clerk while Herrell sat in the car parked in the lot outside.  Following the shooting, police say the four were also seen stealing four tires and then, while attempting another armed robbery, shot a woman who intervened, leaving her in critical condition, records say. Police arrested all four after shots were fired during a fight among them in Phoenix shortly after. - (Black-on-White)

(black) Colorado Man Charged with Murder of Woman Found Dead in Alleyway Who Witnessed His Other Alleged Killing
black suspect A man has been charged with the murder of the witness of a homicide, which he is also suspected of committing, in Denver, Colorado.

Steven Young, 45, was charged with murder in the first degree and possession of a weapon by a previous offender by the Denver District Attorney Beth McCann on Wednesday for the June killing of Charly Lewis.

Lewis, 32, was found dead in an alleyway by a cyclist on June 7 around 5 a.m., according to a public arrest affidavit.

When officers arrived on the scene, they discovered Lewis' body "slumped against the fence with a hooded sweatshirt pulled up tight to her chin and around her head. Officers observed blood running down from underneath the female's head and neck area." Paramedics who arrived ahead of police said that she was first found facedown, according to the affidavit.

A spent .40 caliber shell casing was found by officers on the ground near Lewis' foot. An intact bullet was found underneath her head. Investigators discovered that officers in Aurora, Colorado, had been attempting to contact Lewis because she was a witness to a murder there just days earlier.

Young was listed as the suspect in that homicide and had an outstanding warrant for murder in the first degree that was issued on June 4. Aurora police had contacted Young on June 1 while he was in a car with Lewis, the affidavit says.

Investigators "learned that a witness had identified Charly Lewis as the person who was present with Young during the murder and that Ms. Lewis had witnessed Young commit the murder in Aurora," the affidavit says. Aurora detectives told Denver police that "one of the reasons the Attempt to Locate was issued for Lewis was because they were in fear for her safety" if she was a witness to the homicide. On June 8, Aurora police had arrested Young in connection to the homicide — one day after Lewis was found dead.

According to the affidavit, investigators "observed other surveillance videos from around the area where the victim was found dead," and " observed the black male and the victim walking together on numerous occasions throughout the early morning hours, including seeing the two of them on the same surveillance camera" at the location Lewis was killed.
An autopsy conducted on June 8 revealed that Lewis had been shot in the back of the head, and the medical examiner ruled her death a homicide, according to the DA's office. - (Black-on-White)

ATLANTA - SERIAL BLACK CARJACK-KIDNAP-ATM-THIEF : Driver tells of kidnapping where black man forced her to go to ATM
black suspect ATLANTA — Atlanta Police and Sandy Springs Police confirmed to 11Alive News on Tuesday that they believe the same man, who has already kidnapped two drivers in Atlanta and forced them to withdraw money from ATMs, is probably the same man who later attacked a third driver, this time in Sandy Springs.

On Thursday, Atlanta Police released an artist's sketch of the suspect they said they believe is responsible for the robbery and kidnapping.

One of the drivers, named Robin, told 11Alive Tuesday that the man threatened to kill her, then claimed he had lost his job and needed money to feed his 6-year-old son. She is still terrified. “It was horrendous,” Robin said of the attack.
On Sept. 25, Robin had just left a hair appointment, at a salon near Piedmont Road and Sidney Marcus Boulevard, NE, and she walked to her car in the parking lot.  And as soon as she opened her car door, a man jumped in the passenger side. She tried to get out.
“He leaned over and grabbed me--yanked me--back in the car, and said, ‘Drive, or I’ll blow your effing head off.’”

The man forced Robin to drive to an ATM, and withdraw cash. Two days later, police said, the same man is the one who attacked a woman at a QT gas station nearby, at Sidney Marcus Blvd. and Adina Dr., and forced her to drive to an ATM to withdraw cash for him.
And now police believe it was the same man who, on Oct. 9, attacked a third driver, at the Summit Condos on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, inside the Perimeter—again, forcing the driver to take him to an ATM for cash. - (Black-on-White)

Little revealed about Hispanic man arrested in California in 2016 Portland, Maine slaying of a White man
Portland, (Maine) — police would not say Wednesday how they connected a former South Portland man to a 2016 homicide or what new information led detectives to pursue an indictment this year, more than four years after the killing.
Aristotle Stilley, 23, is being held at a Sacramento, California, jail until his first scheduled court appearance Thursday in Sacramento Superior Court, where he faces extradition to Maine. But there has been no public release of information describing the probable cause supporting the murder warrant or any description of how police linked Stilley to the crime and secured the August grand jury indictment. The indictment has been sealed.

Portland police spokesman Lt. Robert Martin said detectives in Maine had been working with police in Sacramento to find Stilley since his indictment in August. But a Sacramento police spokesman said it was a random, run-of-the-mill traffic stop that led California officers to discover the Maine arrest warrant.

Stilley is charged with the murder of David Anderson, 36, who was shot inside a third-floor apartment on Gilman Street on March 15, 2016. Anderson was one of four guests at the apartment, in addition to the full-time resident. - (Black-on-White)

(black) Suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of 7-Eleven clerk in Waldorf
black suspect WALDORF, Md. — The Charles County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a man wanted in the murder of a 7-Eleven clerk in Waldorf earlier this month.

Gregory DeShawn Collins, Jr., 22, of Waldorf, was identified as a suspect in the murder of 49-year-old Lynn Marie Maher.

Detectives have identified Gregory DeShawn Collins, Jr. as a suspect in the Middletown Road 7-Eleven homicide which occurred on October 1. A cash reward of up to $42,500 is being offered for his arrest and indictment. For details, visit Charles County Sheriff's Office.

The shooting happened around 1 a.m. on Oct. 1 at the 7-Eleven on Middletown Road in Waldorf. Charles County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Diane Richardson said the shooting happened within seconds of Collins entering the store and demanding money.  "He approached her, he produced a gun, it looked like she was complying and he shot her at that time," Richardson said.

Several customers were inside the store when the shooting happened, according to Richardson.
Maher was a mother of three, and stepmother to a fourth, who was regarded as a friendly fixture that made the convenience store a community gathering place, according to her family. Her husband, Travis Maher, talked about his wife's tragic death Friday with WUSA9.

“I just thought we'd be growing old together here in White Plains," Travis Maher said. “The hardest part lately has been just being alone, and being where I always thought she'd be coming home but she never wound up coming home that morning.”

Travis Maher said he and Lynn had been married for eleven years, and had four boys between the two of them. He said he heard about Friday's update in the case from his brother, Chris Maher, who is in law enforcement, but said he wouldn't feel any closure until he has answers.

“I just want to know why," Travis Maher said. "Why, when my wife was willing to give you everything and put her hands up and just say you got it, you got everything, and then still to take her life. A mother, a wife, a daughter, sister. It's just, just wanting to know why, that's the biggest thing."   - (Black-on-White)

(Black) Man dared to shoot mother's boyfriend, now charged with manslaughter
black suspect West Palm Beach - City in Florida — A man is facing a manslaughter charge in connection to the killing of his mother's boyfriend after the victim dared him to pull the trigger.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, 21-year-old Christopher Jamal Nelson shot and killed Nicholas Shane McReynolds on Monday night.

Investigators said McReynolds, 44, got into a fight with his girlfriend, Nelson's mother. Nelson became angry over McReynolds pushing his mother. Deputies said Nelson pulled out a gun and demanded McReynold's leave the home. According to the arrest report, McReynolds (allegedly) dared Nelson to shoot him.     (Black) man and (Dark Hispanic) female arrested in shooting of (White male) Oklahoma Lyft driver - demon-rat shot out man's tongue!
( OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Two people have been arrested in connection to the shooting of a Lyft driver in Oklahoma City.
“They shot me six times,” Tommy Cross said. Fifty-five-year-old Tommy Cross is suffering from gunshot wounds down his arm and side. His shoulder is shattered, and the force of the gunfire fractured his jaw, blowing out his teeth.

My tongue is gone,” Tommy said.

Tommy said it all started when he picked up three passengers earlier this month in Del City. Tommy quickly became suspicious when the trio in the back seat kept changing their destination, so he stopped at a nearby 7-Eleven. “He was trying to get them out of the car and that’s when the gentleman jumped out,” Sheryl Cross, Tommy’s wife, said. According to police, a male suspect fired a gun while Tommy scrambled to drive away.

He eventually crashed into a truck and a wall while the left side of his body continued to bleed out.

Update: Arrest warrant for (black) man accused of killing (White) attorney in road rage shooting
MILWAUKEE - An arrest warrant has been issued for a Milwaukee man accused of fatally shooting Jason Cleereman, a Milwaukee immigration attorney, during a road rage incident near Brady Street and Holton Street on Sept. 22. Prosecutors say he was out on bond at the time of the shooting in separate cases -- released in March.

Theodore Edgecomb,30, faces one count of first-degree reckless homicide, use of a dangerous weapon, one count of felony bail jumping and a third count of misdemeanor bail jumping.

Cleereman died from a single gunshot wound to his head, an autopsy revealed. He also suffered blunt force injuries to his face.  A criminal complaint says Cleereman's wife told investigators she was driving westbound on Brady with both the driver's side and passenger's side windows down when she saw a man on a bicycle headed east in the westbound lanes. She said she had to swerve to miss him, and Cleereman said, "What the heck!"

At the light at Humboldt and Brady, the bicyclist pulled alongside them, leaning into the front passenger window, asking Cleereman, "Are you talking to me?" When Cleereman said, "Yes," he was punched, and began bleeding, according to prosecutors.
The bicyclist then continued west on Brady, turning north at Holton and Brady. Cleereman's wife said Cleereman told her to turn north on Holton, where he got out of the vehicle.

At this point, Cleereman's wife said her husband approached the bicyclist, and she saw that the bicyclist had a gun. She said she yelled to her husband about the gun, but "he did not hear her." She then saw the man shoot her husband before looking at her "as though he was contemplating shooting her."

The complaint said after the shooting, he was caught on camera carrying his bike down to Water Street. Cameras at Water and Humboldt showed him pulling his shirt over a bulge in his waistband, consistent with a firearm, before continuing east on Water Street toward the Beerline Trail. Prosecutors believe Edgecomb stored his bicycle at his Milwaukee home after the shooting -- and found it in the basement when a search warrant was executed days later. Investigators also found a Ruger SR9 9mm handgun magazine loaded with 10 brass 9mm unfired cartridges, and a second unloaded 9mm Ruger magazine.  - (Black-on-White)

Cowardly evil (black bush-hiding) troll arrested for 'random' face-slashing attack that left (White) teen injured in Orange City
black suspect ORANGE CITY, Fla. – A man accused of slashing a teen’s face in a random attack showed up drunk to a family friend’s house after the fact and admitted that he hid in the bushes and attacked someone, according to the Orange City Police Department.

Records show a 15-year-old boy was playing basketball by himself at Mill Lake Park Saturday afternoon and as he was walking home because it had started to rain, a man came up from behind and used a sharp object to cut the right side of the boy’s face.

Police said the cut was 6 to 8 inches long and 1 inch deep. A picture of his injury shows that it required about two dozen stitches. The boy said he had no enemies, wasn’t involved with drugs and didn’t know who would attack him, according to the report. On Tuesday, a witness met with detectives to provide information about the case.
The witness said that on Saturday, Nathaniel Peoples, a close family friend, came to his home drunk and “off his meds” and said that he had just “gave a jit a buck fifty,” records show. A “buck fifty” is prison slang for slashing someone’s face from their mouth to their ear.

The witness said 23-year-old Peoples hid in the bushes then jumped out and attacked the boy.  - (Black-on-White)

(black) UofSC student wanted for deadly shooting on Senate St. turns himself in
black suspects COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - One day after police announced the arrest of a suspect in the deadly shooting that happened near the University of South Carolina campus, the second suspect has turned himself in to police.

Zachery Williams, 20, turned himself in to the Columbia Police Department on Thursday morning with the assistance of his attorney, officials said. UofSC confirmed Williams is a student who lives off campus. His (black) co-defendant, 20-year-old Xavier Glover, was arrested Wednesday.

Both men are charged with murder and armed robbery in the death of 26-year-old Wesley Brown, of Greenville. Investigators believe Williams and Glover saw Brown walking alone in the 1700 block of Senate Street early Sunday morning. Moments later, police say Williams approached Brown, stole his personal belongings and shot him before both suspects drove away from the scene. Because police believe Williams was the shooter, he also faces a charge of possession of a weapon during a violent crime. A couple out for a walk around 8 a.m. Sunday found Brown lying on the ground and called 911. When officers and medical personnel arrived, they pronounced him dead. Officials said Brown was in Columbia for a wedding when he was shot and killed.

The shooting was reported just before 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Florida Club Condominiums near Florida Club Boulevard, which is off State Road 16, deputies said.

Both victims -- a young man and young woman -- were taken to local hospitals in critical condition and later died, St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Chuck Mulligan said.     (Juvenile White) Girl beaten unconscious in food court of mall in Naples by DERANGED dirty old black sex-obsessed violent primitive
black suspect Naples, Florida — A man was arrested at the Coastland Center mall Tuesday after a witness said he beat a girl unconscious for spurning his advances.

An officer from the Naples Police Department responded to a call at around 4 p.m. regarding a fight in the food court. Bruce Gordon, 37, (20 years older, 'dirty old man') told the officer that he had struck the victim, who police say is a juvenile, in self-defense after she had accosted him unprovoked.

But a witness reported that Gordon had responded violently after the victim had refused Gordon’s flirtation with her in the Panda Express line. The witness said Gordon swore at her, left, then returned to punch her repeatedly in the face and then kick her and stomp on her as she lay unconscious on the ground, not stopping until a bystander hurled a chair at him.

One witness says Gordon could have killed her, had the bystander not stopped the attack.

“Directly in front of me was a 17-year-old looking girl with what appeared to be her grandmother,” the witness said.
He says Bruce Gordon approached the girl on a mission. “I guess he wanted to start some sort of romantic relationship with her but he was very close and very intrusive,” recalls the witness.

The victim said no and wanted Gordon to get away from her. “It seemed to just happen and fizzle away. The suspect then walked away,” said the witness. But the incident was far from over. Gordon came back, and the witness says, approached the victim at the table she was sitting at. “Delivered this blow to the person’s face and the victim immediately fell like a sack of potatoes. If I were hit in that manner I would have fallen in the same way,” he said. The witness describes her body as lifeless, lying there on the ground.

“Then after that he was continually pummeling while she was on the floor completely unresponsive,” said the witness. “The kind of beating that he delivered to this girl just looked like to me he had every intention of killing her.

Bystanders began throwing chairs at Gordon. The witness, himself, yelled at Gordon and began following him, taking pictures for evidence. He was waiting for the police to show up.

The witness just hopes justice is served. “This person I don’t believe should be allowed to live amongst us. He needs to be locked up. And they need to throw away the key because this person is completely deranged,” he said.

The victim was taken to Naples Community Hospital and treated for a severe concussion as well as many injuries to her head, jaw, face and lips. Police say the girl is still unconscious. Gordon was taken into custody, and the victim’s mother intends to seek prosecution on her daughter’s behalf. He faces a felony charge due to a prior battery conviction.

(72-year-old White female) Victim's family in Minneapolis carjacking speaks out after 3 black criminal teens die
black suspects black suspect"That kind of blatant attack in the middle of the day to an elderly person who was there just feeding a cat, it's like, that's not right."
MINNEAPOLIS, MN — "She's a strong woman, she really is," said Theresa Schlee who's husband's aunt was involved in a carjacking incident Sunday.  Pictures capture the marks left on a 72-year-old woman's face after she was the victim of a carjacking in north Minneapolis. It's an experience Schlee says has also left a mark on her aunt's overall well being. " They punched her and knocked her to the ground to get her purse. They took off in their car, got halfway down the alley, realized they had the keys to her car backed up and she was standing up by now they got back out, hopped in her car," said Schlee.

Schlee says her aunt's car is the one Minneapolis police were chasing through north Minneapolis early Monday morning, with three teenagers inside. All three teenagers in the car died when they lost control and crashed. Schlee says her aunt had been in the area near Dowling Ave. N, taking care of a relative's cat.   "That kind of blatant attack in the middle of the day to an elderly person who was there just feeding a cat, it's like, that's not right," said Schlee.

black suspect   (black) NIGERIAN Ayoola Ajayi pleads guilty to murdering (White female) Utah student Mackenzie Lueck
black suspect An attorney for Ayoola Ajayi, accused of murdering the University of Utah student whose burned and bound body was found in a northern Utah canyon last year, said Ajayi had planned to kill Mackenzie Lueck even before he picked her up at a park.

Defense attorney Neal Hamilton said Ajayi and Lueck met on Seeking Arrangement, a dating website where wealthier men pay for dates — and sometimes sexual intimacy — with women. Police had not previously specified how Ajayi and Lueck met, although court documents showed they both had accounts on the site.

Ajayi, 32, pleaded guilty Wednesday to aggravated murder and desecration of a human body in connection with her slaying. Judge Vernice Trease is expected to sentence him on Oct. 23 to life in prison without the possibility of parole, under the terms of a plea deal. Prosecutors agreed to dismiss some of the charges filed against Ajayi in exchange for not seeking the death penalty in Lueck’s murder. Ajayi pleaded guilty during a status hearing; a preliminary hearing — where prosecutors offer evidence to show charges should go to trial — was not held in the murder case.

He also pleaded guilty to one count of forcible sexual abuse in an unrelated case. A child pornography case was dismissed.
Ajayi has been in jail since he was arrested on June 28, 2019, more than a week after he killed Lueck.
