BLACK-ON-WHITE: (Black) Man concealed (White) female teen's death, instructed minor to lie about where she died
BLACK SUSPECT WHITE VICTIM A criminal warrant for the man accused of concealing a Johns Creek teen's death shed more light on what happened hours before she was found dead on Valentine's Day. Shawn Mark Anthony Saleem, 25, turned himself in on Tuesday. Saleem had active warrants for concealing the death of another and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Carly Jackson, a 16-year-old student at Johns Creek High School, was found dead on Feb. 14 at an apartment on Craftsman Street. The warrant released Wednesday says Saleem concealed Jackson's death by moving her body from the actual place of death to the place where she was "discovered." The warrant also says Saleem influenced a minor to lie about the facts surrounding Jackson's death and contributed to the delinquency of a minor by providing illegal drugs.

According to a police affidavit, Jackson, Saleem and other friends were at an apartment on Craftsman Street. Witnesses in the affidavit said they were doing drugs and drinking alcohol. A witness said she and Jackson later went to sleep and when the witness woke up, Jackson was unresponsive.

The affidavit says when Jackson’s friend told Saleem about Jackson's condition, he said she had been like that for hours. When the friend asked Saleem why he did not call 911, the friend said Saleem stated he "had drugs and couldn't call the cops." Police say Saleem then moved Jackson’s body to a different apartment in the same complex. Detectives found illegal substances in Saleem's apartment, which have been turned over to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation for testing.

(Black) Man arrested for alleged kidnapping, assault on Lyft driver in Gilbert
SUSPECT-NAME wounded victim GILBERT, AZ — A man is facing charges for allegedly kidnapping and assaulting a rideshare driver in Gilbert on Wednesday. According to court documents, the victim, a Lyft driver, picked up 18-year-old Derrick Caver and drove him to another location where Caver then told her to pull over.

When the vehicle stopped, Caver allegedly began strangling the driver from the back seat with one hand then pulled out a handgun with the other hand, and pointed it into the driver’s abdomen. As the driver started to fight back, Caver exited the vehicle, hit the victim, grabbed her phone, and ran off, according to the report.

The struggle was seen by two witnesses driving behind the victim’s vehicle and also video surveillance from a nearby home. Caver was seen running to a home where he lives with his mother. Inside the victim’s vehicle, Caver left a grocery bag with a Walmart receipt, an open box of condoms, and other unopened items.

The merchandise was discovered to have been purchased with a bank card belonging to a Derrick Caver. Police were able to track down Caver by using surveillance video from Walmart, the witness and victim’s accounts, and other evidence.

A search warrant was issued at Caver’s residence and he was arrested. Caver admitted to being in the Lyft vehicle but denied the assault. He claims the driver exited the vehicle and attempted to attack him with a box cutter.

The victim sustained bruising to her neck and chest area, along with scratch marks on her upper chest. She had difficulty swallowing and, during the incident, she was having difficulty breathing for about 30 seconds.

The victim reported it was several minutes that Caver was restraining her in the vehicle and ordered her to drive around the neighborhood, telling her she was going to die. Caver is facing charges which include armed robbery with a deadly weapon and kidnapping.

New (Affirmative action Blasio-appointee BLACK female) NYC schools Chancellor ‘marginalized’ older white women: suit
black suspect Incoming schools Chancellor Meisha Ross Porter has made it her mission to racially revamp the employment rolls as she moved up the ranks of the Department of Education — often at the expense of white and Jewish educators, critics charge. Porter once boasted about her quotas.

“When I am selecting principals, teachers or leaders — after we make the list, we look at it and we count: how many women, how many people of color, and why. Who we chose, and why,” Porter said. “I look at the makeup, and I literally count — and it’s OK for us to do that,” Porter told a 2018 panel at Fordham University.

The educator, tapped by Mayor de Blasio to replace Richard Carranza after the chancellor abruptly announced his resignation Friday, is accused in at least two recent lawsuits of discriminating against older, white and Jewish educators. She is not named as a plaintiff in either action, but is accused of creating a hostile environment.

Porter, the first Black woman to helm the nation’s largest school system, rose from teacher to superintendent in the Bronx’s District 11. Carranza then promoted Porter as one of nine new “executive superintendents” in August 2018, months after he arrived in New York. She made $209,479 last year. “Disrupt and Dismantle” was Porter’s rallying cry.

Who is Carranza’s successor, new NYC schools Chancellor Meisha Ross Porter?
Before she was named as new schools czar on Friday following Richard Carranza’s sudden resignation, Porter made headlines for throwing herself a lavish $45,000 birthday blowout in 2019 that also celebrated her promotion to Bronx executive superintendent.

Supreme Court upholds SPANIC NECROPHILIAC man’s murder and rape convictions
SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – The state Supreme Court upheld a Clovis man’s convictions on Thursday for first-degree murder and raping the victim after she had died. In a precedent-setting decision, the court unanimously concluded that a victim does not need to be alive during the time of rape for a conviction under the law against criminal sexual penetration.

Back in 2017, 54-year-old Lorenzo Martinez fatally stabbed a woman, then moved her body to his bedroom and had sexual intercourse with the body twice. In Martinez’s appeal, he argued that New Mexico law required the rape victim to be alive at the time of the crime for the criminal statute to apply. The high court disagreed.

According to a press release, this is the first time the state’s highest court had addressed the legal issue. The Court noted in its decision that the state currently “does not prohibit the act of necrophilia or abuse of a corpse. Further, ensuring that the law affords due respect and dignity to the dead in cases where the body of a dead person is sexually penetrated or otherwise used for sexual purposes where the perpetrator did not first kill the victim is a responsibility that we invite the legislature to undertake,” the Court wrote.

Martinez was sentenced to life imprisonment, requiring him to serve at least 30 years before becoming eligible for parole. Martinez suffered from schizophrenia, and expert witnesses for the defense and the prosecution disagreed at trial whether he lacked control over his actions due to his illness.

Martinez also argued that his schizophrenia prevented him from forming the “deliberate intent” to commit the killing, which is necessary for first-degree murder. However, the Court determined that there was enough evidence for the jury to find that Martinez possessed the required deliberation

BLACK-ON-WHITE: (Black) Man convicted in 2019 slaying of (White) Biloxi officer sentenced
BLACK SUSPECT WHITE VICTIM BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) - One of the men involved in the ambush and murder of a Biloxi police officer will spend the next seven years in prison for his part in the crime. Dalentez Brice was sentenced to 15 years on Wednesday after being convicted last year of accessory after the fact in the shooting death of Officer Robert McKeithen.

Eight years of Brice’s sentence was suspended, leaving seven years to serve, including the time he has already spent in jail. After serving his sentence, Brice will have an additional five years of post-release supervision. Brice has been behind bars since he was arrested just days after the 2019 murder. “The men and women of the Biloxi Police Department, the family there, are just pleased that one of the individuals involved in Officer McKeithen’s murder had his day in court and justice was served in this case,” said Biloxi Police Captain Brian Dykes. “We only hope it brings a small amount of closure to (McKeithen’s) friends and family.”

Police say McKeithen was ambushed by Darian Atkinson outside the Biloxi Public Safety Complex on May 6, 2019. A manhunt then ensued for Atkinson. In the days following his arrest, several suspects were arrested and charged with aiding him after the murder, including Brice. Brice pleaded guilty in May 2020 to hindering prosecution by attempting to prevent law enforcement from discovering facts related to the prime suspect’s criminal activity.

Darian Atkinson - who was 19 at the time of the murder - is accused of ambushing McKeithen in the parking lot of the Biloxi Safety Complex and shooting him multiple times. The murder suspect’s two older brothers Davian Atkinson and Wanya Atkinson, along with friends Joshua Kovach, Andre Sullivan and Dalentez Brice, all pleaded guilty to charges related to the murder, admitting to helping Darian Atkinson after McKeithen was killed.

All four suspects have been indicted in connection to the shooting death of Biloxi Officer Robert McKeithen.

The incident happened on January 6th. One of the teens, 17, was arrested on Tuesday, while the other, 15, was arrested on Thursday.

Police spokeswoman Amy Dotson said both were initially taken to the Peoria County Juvenile Detention Center. Galesburg Police Chief Russ Idle said the teens are facing charges of burglary and first-degree murder in connection with the incident at Galesburg Guns and Ammo.

The boys are charged under the state’s felony murder provision, which holds that they are legally responsible for 17-year-old Daryl Keller’s death even though they didn’t shoot him. It was the shop owner who fired several shots at the group of teens who allegedly broke into the business late at night. Last month, State’s Attorney Jeremy Karlin said if someone is killed while a forcible felony is being committed, then the offender can be charged with felony murder.

Marvin said despite having the same last name, the two were not married, though they were in a physical relationship. The investigator said Frank Henderson was released from prison nine months ago after having completed a 25-year prison sentence for a 1996 Crenshaw County homicide. The two knew each other before the prison sentence began but only started a relationship following his release, Marvin added.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: (Black) Ex-Army soldier gets prison for supplying fatal Molly dose to (white) college 'co-ed'
BLACK SUSPECT WHITE VICTIM A former US Army soldier was sentenced to 15 months in federal prison on Thursday for supplying a fatal dose of the party drug Molly to a young woman at the Electric Zoo music festival in 2018. In the remote sentencing hearing in Manhattan federal court, drug dealer Lagaria Slaughter broke down as he apologized for peddling the poison that caused 20-year-old Katherine Schlegel to overdose at the electric music festival on Randall’s Island.

“I want the family and friends of the victim to know that the person I was back then is not who I am, but a selfish and inconsiderate child wrapped up in something I should not have been,” Slaughter said after pausing to collect himself. Slaughter, a specialist in the Army who was kicked out after his arrest, added that he’s been diagnosed with “bipolar depression,” but has found work in a care home since he was relieved of duty.

“I spent the rest of my military career trapped inside my depression as I tried to cope with the events that had taken place,” he said. Slaughter, who in 2018 was stationed at Fort Drum in upstate New York, traveled to the city the weekend of the festival with another soldier, who arranged to buy 57 molly tablets to use with Schlegel and her friend at the gig.

Schlegel — a college student from New Cannan, Conn., who was not a regular drug user — overdosed and died two days later at a New York City hospital. Her mother, Elena Schlegel, said at the sentencing hearing she remains devastated by her daughter’s premature death.

“I will be forever haunted, thinking about her just trapped in her last moments. Was she scared? Was she conscious? Was she wondering where I was?” she said. “Our daughter was the most beautiful, loving, young lady you could ever know. She loved going to concerts. She loved music. She was not a regular drug user,” she added.

Investigators who searched Slaughter’s barracks prior to his arrest recovered 10 capsules of Molly, 55 doses of LSD, psychedelic mushrooms, a scale and other drug-packaging paraphernalia, authorities said. He’ll be required to turn himself in at a federal prison facility in April, the judge ordered Thursday.

UNKNOWN 'aspiring rapper' (Black) Yella Beezy Allegedly Had 5 Guns in His Vehicle During Arrest in Texas
black suspect Police reportedly found five guns on Oak Cliff rapper Yella Beezy last month. According to the Dallas Morning News, an arrest warrant affidavit revealed that the “Bacc at It Again” artist is facing a misdemeanor charge of unlawful carrying of a weapon for the guns found in his vehicle during a search. The affidavit states that Beezy is “a documented gang member and therefore cannot legally possess any handguns in his car.” Yella Beezy, whose 'government name' is Markies Deandre Conway, was arrested on February 13 outside of a strip mall in the east Oak Cliff area of Dallas. Police spotted his vehicle, a black 2017 GMC Yukon, and pulled it over for allegedly failing to stop at an intersection and because the windows were “tinted too heavily.”

Beezy complied with an officer’s request to step out of his vehicle, at which point the affidavit says the 29-year-old was checked and confirmed to be a “documented gang member,” although it’s unclear what that “check” entails. Police used a drug-sniffing dog to search Conway’s vehicle and then searched the vehicle after that, finding five guns in various compartments throughout.

(Black) Man accused in incapacitated woman’s rape contests evidence
black suspect PHOENIX (AP) — A nurse charged with sexually assaulting an incapacitated woman who later gave birth at a long-term care facility in Phoenix is asking a judge to throw out DNA evidence that authorities say ties him to the rape. An attorney for Nathan Sutherland said in a court filing this week that the evidence should be tossed because Phoenix police officers didn’t get a warrant or have probable cause to take his client’s DNA and instead relied on a court order with a lesser standard of proof to gather the evidence.

The pregnancy was discovered in December 2018 when an employee at the long-term care facility was changing the garments of the then-29-year-old victim and noticed she was in the process of delivering a child. Employees told police that they had no idea the woman was pregnant. Police have said Sutherland’s DNA matched a sample taken from the woman’s son. The victim’s mother is the boy’s guardian.

Hispanic California man allegedly tried burying wife alive during beach attack following argument, police say
California police arrested a man after his "badly injured" wife called 911 to report that her husband had allegedly tried to kill her by throwing her in the water and then burying her alive, authorities recently said. The woman called the City of Coronado Police Department just before 9 p.m. local time Wednesday, telling dispatchers "her husband had just tried to kill her on the beach," officials said in a Facebook post announcing the alleged crime.

Officers arrived at the Ocean Boulevard location to discover the victim on the sidewalk, badly injured. Police believe the couple began arguing while at the beach earlier in the night, at which point "the suspect began attacking his wife," they said. After unsuccessfully trying to throw the woman in the water, the suspect purportedly buried her alive in a hole in the sand, police said.

The woman was able to escape and ran off toward the street, where a bystander discovered her on the sidewalk and helped her call 911. Responders took her to an area hospital for treatment. Her husband, identified as 23-year-old Moreno Valley resident Jose Luis Mares III, was charged with attempted murder, assault causing great bodily injury, domestic violence, false imprisonment and a parole violation.

Yet on the very day they were asked to leave, and only about two weeks before the fire, Imad Dawara purchased insurance,” U.S. Attorney William McSwain said.

Hate crime charge added against cowardly (most-likely MUSLIM from YEMEN) suspect who stabbed Asian man
CHINATOWN, Manhattan — Authorities have added a hate crime charge against a Brooklyn man who admitted to stabbing an Asian man in Chinatown in an apparently unprovoked attack, officials announced Friday. The suspect, 23-year-old Salman Muflihi of Bensonhurst, was initially arrested overnight on charges including attempted criminally negligent homicide, criminal possession of a weapon, assault, and possession of a fake ID, police said.

Authorities said Muflihi was also arrested on Jan. 12 for allegedly punching a 23-year-old Asian man in the head in Brooklyn. Charges against Muflihi have been upgraded to a hate crime since there appears to be a pattern in the attack victims.

Authorities said the 36-year-old man, who lives in the neighborhood, was stabbed in the back around 6:15 p.m. Thursday near the corner of Worth Street and Baxter street, right by the federal courthouse. Cops were called to the area after the alleged attacker walked up to a security guard at the nearby Manhattan district attorney's office and said he had just stabbed someone, according to police.

4 MUSLIM JIHAD ASSASSINS convicted in 1993 WTC bombing have had sentences cut
NEW YORK (AP) — Decades after going to prison, some of the men responsible for the World Trade Center bombing that killed six people 28 years ago Friday are still trying to whittle down their onetime life sentences on the remote chance that they could someday be freed. And they are having some success.

In the last year, four men implicated in the 1993 bombing have won reductions to their sentences after one part of their convictions was dropped to be consistent with a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling. Once each sentenced to 240 years in prison, appeals have won them sentence deductions as they continue efforts to get judges to take fresh looks at their cases.

While unlikely, all four could be freed if they live long enough. Ahmad Mohammad Ajaj, 55, could be freed when he is 96 after 30 years were shaved off his sentence last month. Nidal Ayyad, 53, Mohammad A. Salameh, 53, and Mahmud Abouhalima, 61, could be freed if they each live to be 100. All received sentence reductions in the last year. All would face deportation.

Sen. Rand Paul Slammed For Transphobic Questioning During Dr. Rachel Freak-show Levine’s hearing
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — There were fireworks on Capitol Hill on Thursday during the confirmation hearing of Dr. Rachel (jew-boy wasman) "The Thing" Levine, the former Pennsylvania secretary of health. Levine is transgender and has been appointed by "President" Joe Biden to be the assistant secretary of health. Some of the fiery questioning on Thursday centered on transgender issues. Republican Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky criticized Levine for her support of gender-confirmation surgery and hormone therapy for minors.

“Let it go into the record that the witness refused to answer the question,” Paul said. Paul verbally attacked Levine during "her-it" Senate confirmation hearing on Thursday. Levine, if confirmed, would be the highest-ranking openly trans official in the federal government.

Much of the hearing focused on the pandemic and other health issues, but Paul’s questions centered on what’s being called trans psychopathic mental and spiritual demonic disorder. “Genital mutilation is considered particularly egregious,” Paul said.

The senator described gender-affirming surgery and hormone treatments prescribed for transgender adolescence. “Dr. Levine, do you believe minors are capable of making such a life-changing decision as changing one’s sex?” Paul asked Levine.

Texas judge finds national eviction ban unconstitutional
A federal judge in Texas ruled on Thursday evening that the national ban on evictions that’s been in place since September is unconstitutional.

“Although the Covid-19 pandemic persists, so does the Constitution,” U.S. District Judge John Barker wrote, siding with a group of property managers who argued that the ban exceeds the power of the federal government. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s national eviction moratorium was first announced under former President Donald Trump in September 2020. It prohibited evicting renters who were financially struggling because of the coronavirus pandemic.

President Joe Biden has since extended the moratorium through March, and the latest stimulus package in the works would keep it in effect through September 2021.

Biden’s COVID relief bill is chock full of anti-white reverse racism
Polls show most Americans support the federal COVID-19 relief bill. But if they knew what’s in it, they might feel differently. The bill is an affront to the American ideal of equal treatment under law — and a slap in the face for people who want everyone helped fairly.

Section 1005 of the bill offers “socially disadvantaged” farm owners total debt forgiveness of up to hundreds of thousands of no-strings dollars per farmer. But white men needn’t apply. The bill’s definition of “socially disadvantaged,” drawn from elsewhere in federal law, limits aid to racial groups who faced historic discrimination.

Newly elected (BLACK) Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.), who proposed the measure, says it will make up for years of discrimination. Sorry, senator, but this is discrimination.

Discrimination likewise mars the bill’s aid to restaurants. It grants restaurant owners up to $5 million per facility to offset losses caused by lockdowns. That’s a lifeline for restaurants barely hanging on.

Here’s the hitch: Only women, veterans and owners of “socially and economically disadvantaged” concerns (again, defined racially elsewhere in federal law) may apply during the program’s first three weeks. Most white males go to the back of the line, even if their needs are more pressing.

Treating white male farmers and restaurant owners like second-class citizens violates the principle that we are all equal under the law, a principle guaranteed by the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution.

The pandemic is hurting everyone.

Many of New York’s dairy farmers are facing bankruptcy, because the restaurants that accounted for half the demand for their products aren’t buying. Yet the farm aid in the relief bill won’t reach many of these farmers; most are white men.

The sweeping proposal from state Sen. Patrick Testin, of Stevens Point, comes after the Dallas Mavericks did not play “The Star-Spangled Banner” before home games earlier this season. Mavericks owner Mark Cuban agreed to play the national anthem after the NBA reiterated its policy to require the song.

It’s a practice that unites us, and I believe it’s worth preserving.”

The bill simply says that, “No sporting event may be held in a venue the construction of which was financed at least in part from moneys contributed by a state agency or local governmental unit unless the event is preceded by the playing or singing of the national anthem.”

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Oklahoma murder suspect confesses to killing neighbor, cooking her heart
BLACK SUSPECT OK governor let cannibal loose WHITE VICTIM CHICKASHA — A triple murder suspect has confessed, saying he killed a neighbor first and cut her heart out to eat at home, the OSBI reported. "He took the heart back to 214 West Minnesota, Chickasha," an agent with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation told a judge in a request for a search warrant.

"He cooked the heart with potatoes to feed to his family to release the demons," the agent wrote. Lawrence Paul Anderson is accused of killing the neighbor at her home and then going to his home and killing his uncle and a 4-year-old girl on Feb. 9.

He also is accused of stabbing his aunt. She survived. The case already has sparked outrage because the repeat felon had been released early from prison in January. He had been sentenced in 2017 to serve 20 years behind bars but got out after Gov. Kevin Stitt commuted his time.

The governor commuted the sentence to nine years at the recommendation of the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board. Anderson served a little more than three years. He had been staying with his uncle, Leon Pye, and aunt, Delsie Pye, since his release. “This has to be addressed by the Legislature, sooner rather than later, because more people are going to get killed,” Grady County District Attorney Jason Hicks said Feb. 11.

The prosecutor plans to charge Anderson, 42, on Tuesday. The death penalty "is on the table," Hicks said Monday. Chickasha police went to 214 W Minnesota on Feb. 9 after a woman called 911 for help. An officer forced his way into the house after hearing a woman yelling. Inside they found Leon Pye, 67, already dead and his randdaughter, Kaeos Yates, injured. "She was pronounced deceased in the ambulance on scene," the OSBI agent wrote in the search warrant request. WHITE VICTIM

Delsie Pye suffered stab wounds to both eyes, the OSBI reported Anderson was arrested inside the Pye home. "Chickasha Police Officers observed Anderson throwing up in the living room into some pillows," the OSBI agent wrote.

The third death was discovered Feb. 11 after the OSBI interviewed Anderson at an Oklahoma City hospital where he was being treated for injuries. "He confessed to going to 227 West Minnesota Avenue, Chickasha," the agent wrote. "He used his shoulder to knock in the back door. There were two German Shepherd dogs in the house. Anderson advised he killed the female resident and cut her heart out."

The OSBI on Friday identified the neighbor as Andrea Lynn Blankenship, 41. In the request for a search warrant, the OSBI told a judge agents wanted to collect as evidence from the Pye home "pots, pans and any utensils for cooking." (more...)

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Kenosha police ID (black) suspect in missing (white) woman's death
BLACK SUSPECT WHITE VICTIM KENOSHA, Wis. - For weeks, the family of Gia Martin shared photos of her on Facebook. One widely-shared flyer said she had been last seen near the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha near where she lived. Kenosha police said Martin, 40, was reported missing on Jan. 26. She was found dead on Valentine's Day, but police have not yet said where she was found.

Authorities on Feb. 23 publically identified Roderick Smith, 39, as the suspect in Martin's death; police referred charges for first-degree intentional homicide, hiding a corpse, felon in possession of a firearm and obstructing the investigation.

According to online records, Smith was booked into jail the same day Martin's body was found. Her obituary says Martin was a mother of seven and a friend to many. It goes on to say she would do anything for anyone, and she had a heart of gold.

The reason behind Martin's death is unclear. Official charges are expected to be filed against Smith in the coming days.

BLACK SUSPECT WHITE VICTIM WHITE VICTIM WHITE VICTIM WHITE VICTIM WHITE VICTIM WHITE VICTIM WHITE VICTIM A New York City man accused of attacking seven women targeted his victims based on their skin color, prosecutors said while announcing a 52-count indictment against him.

Khari Covington, 29, was arraigned Wednesday on charges of assault, burglary and strangulation as hate crimes among other charges. He was arrested on Jan. 5 and remains jailed on $150,000 bail.

The Kings County District Attorney's Office said that Covington, who lives in a transitional housing center, allegedly targeted "light-skinned women" during a series of attacks between August 2020 to Jan. 4 in the East Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn. Five of the attacks happened in the Morgan Avenue subway station, one was at a building near the station and one was at a s

"I am committed to prosecuting all hate crimes where victims, including as alleged in this case, are targeted because of their gender, skin color or race," he continued.

One of the victims, Bianca Fortis, told NBC New York that Covington "came out of nowhere" and started punching her. "He hit my face, my chest, my shoulder," she said.

Another woman said she was at the Morgan Avenue station in November when Covington allegedly came down behind her and attacked her. "He must have — from the angle and from what I've gathered — kicked me in the side of the face and head from behind," Elizabeth Wakefield told the outlet. "My immediate thought after it happened to me was, I really hope this doesn't happen again to somebody else."

Covington faces up to 25 years to life in prison if he's convicted. His attorney did not immediately return a request for comment on Wednesday.

The victims told police they were first taken to a motel, before being dumped in a rural cemetery about 35 miles outside Albany. The woman managed to free herself and seek help from a nearby home, the report said.

Sources told the newspaper that Douglas was frustrated at his inability to remove tenants due to a COVID-19 order that bans evictions until at least May. Douglas was charged with kidnapping. He was held on $50,000 bond at his Monday arraignment.

Cerrica Jackson, Point’s co-defendant, currently is serving 33-52 months in prison after pleading guilty two weeks ago to conspiracy to commit armed robbery. “The victim in the case testified that he had gone to the North Side Food Market on Red Cross Street around 6:30 p.m. on January 5, 2020,” the District Attorney’s Office stated in a news release. “While in the store, he noticed Point come to the cash register and return outside. When the victim exited, both Point and Jackson walked in the same direction as the victim away from the store. The man reported that upon reaching his back yard, Point brandished a handgun and demanded his wallet.

“Jackson retrieved the wallet after the victim placed it on the ground. The pair got away with $7.     HISPANIC Orlando City soccer player and his brother jailed on sexual battery charge
ORLANDO, Fla. – An Orlando City soccer player and his brother were arrested Tuesday in Osceola County on charges of sexual battery, according to authorities. The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office said Jonathan Suárez-Cortes, a 24-year-old defender for the MLS team, and Rafael Suárez Jr., were booked into jail and were being held without bond.

Sheriff’s officials said deputies were called around 2 p.m. Monday and a woman told them two men had sexually attacked her the previous day. Records show the woman said she and some friends, including Suárez-Cortes and Suárez Jr., went to Topgolf Sunday afternoon to have a few drinks and hang out. When they were done there, Suárez-Cortes invited the group back to his apartment at The Jamison in Kissimmee and they all began playing beer pong.

Deputies said the victim and Suárez Jr. went to his room and began engaging in consensual sex and at some point the doorknob started to move and Suárez Jr. opened it to find Suárez-Cortes at the door. Records show the two brothers spoke for a moment and Suárez-Cortes said the other woman had fallen asleep and, “I want in on the fun.”

The victim immediately said “no” but both men forced themselves onto her, according to the affidavit. “It pretty much started as consensual with one of the brothers and at one point the other brother decided he wanted to engage. The victim said, ‘no.’ No means no. They continued and that was with brought, that’s when the rape began and they were subsequently arrested after the victim (reported it),” Osceola County Sheriff Marcos R. Lopez said.

After the rape, the victim tried to fall asleep but couldn’t so she texted her friend that they needed to leave, authorities said. Detectives said the woman provided information and evidence supporting her claims, and they were able to identify Suárez-Cortes and Suárez Jr. as the suspects. The men were later arrested.

A LOT OF COLATERAL CASUALTIES FROM FALSE FLAG PROPAGANDA MEDIA THEATER TO FRAME TRUMP FOR ANTIFA RIOT

  Tierny REAL News Network Updates

  • Tidbits - extracted from daily briefing....

At the hearings yesterday, the Capitol Police said that the riots happened because it was a pre-planned military-style attack and the Intelligence Community failed to uncover it. Lots of finger pointing going on and conflicting testimony. The FBI issued warnings but they say they were ignored or "inconclusive." Right. We know the NYPD knew the attack was coming. We know everybody in Congress knew the attack was coming - AOC even said so. We know that Trump pushed for 10,000 National Guard to be activated to protect the Capitol, but the head of the US Army & Capitol politicians, like Pelosi, McConnell & Bowser, refused to comply due to "optics." But they had no problem calling up 35,000 Guard for the inauguration? Right.

We know that Trump & the Secret Service fortified the White House on January 6th but the Capitol leadership (Schumer, Pelosi, McCarthy, Bowser, McConnell) did NOT take extra precautions to guard the US Capitol? Obviously because they WANTED the pre-planned attack to happen. Two testified that Pentagon official, Lt. Gen. Walter Piatt, said he would recommend against deploying the National Guard for fear of the “optics” of armed troops in front of the Capitol. They said they received a "bulletin" from the FBI the day before but nobody saw it.

Huh? We spent trillions of dollars after 9/11 to increase our intelligence capabilities but they didn't see this? They're lying. I know they're able to frame and capture some patsy within 2 hours after a mass shooting but they didn't have intelligence that this was going to happen? It was reported for weeks before. It was all over social media. Guys like John Sullivan of ANTIFA-BLM were openly coordinating the assault since NOVEMBER on Facebook & Twitter. This was planned well in advance to make sure Biden was certified on January 6th and could be used to frame & impeach our President & round up his supporters as terrorists.

Officer Brian Sicknick's mother said he died of a stroke - and was not beaten with anything. She wants to know what happened. He was a Trump supporter. You know what happened.

Merrick Garland, the clown that Obama wanted to be on the Supreme Court and Biden wants to be his AG, stammered through his hearing and called January 6th a "bombing" by Trump supporters and white supremacists that he will prosecute, said he'll probably END & BURY the Durham investigation and report, said he's not sure if illegal aliens are illegal, and that he needs to think about whether boys should play in girls' sports because we need to treat everyone with decency and respect. Except the girls? (more...)

BLACK SUSPECT victim name ANTIOCH, Calif. - The suspect in a drive-by shooting that wounded a firefighter and a paramedic in Antioch is also accused in the slaying of a man found shot to death in a home. Now authorities are searching for the suspect’s child and the child’s mother, who they say could be in danger. Darryon Williams, 26, was arrested in Richmond after a police chase late Saturday, the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

A firefighter and a paramedic suffered non-life-threatening gunshot wounds in the drive-by Saturday evening while responding to a call in Antioch. The firefighter was shot in the foot. "They were very fortunate," said Contra Costa County Fire Protection District Capt. Joe Ottolini said. "The injuries could have been much more serious."

Contra Costa County sheriff's deputies chased the stolen SUV they say Williams was driving after he also allegedly robbed a Quik Mart. They didn't catch him until he crashed his car into a parked car in Richmond. After Williams’ arrest, officers carried out a welfare check on a home in nearby Discovery Bay. Family Reveals Discovery Bay Murder Victim Had Taken In Woman, Child Who Are Now Missing The family of Michael Iliff, 64, also told KPIX 5 he was killed on the same day his own daughter had given birth to his grandchild. “I spoke to him last Friday and he was fine,” she said. “He tried to help people, probably a little too much … You know, he’s the kind of person that just wouldn’t hurt a fly. Probably not afraid of people that he should’ve been.”

(Black) Teen to stand trial in rape, killing of (Asian) woman in Washington Park
black suspect MILWAUKEE — A Milwaukee teenager will stand trial in the rape and killing of a woman in Washington Park. That decision came after a preliminary hearing for 17-year old Kamare Lewis.

He and 15-year-old Kevin Spencer are charged in the September attack on 36-year-old Ee Lee. According to the criminal complaint, Lee was in the park on a blanket when she was approached by a group of at least five young men and boys.

Investigators said at least two of the boys severely beat and sexually assaulted her, leaving her to die by the pond. Lewis and Spencer are charged with first-degree intentional homicide and first-degree sexual assault.

Both teenagers are scheduled to be back in court next month.

Warrant: 10+ (feral fatherless black) teens may have beat woman to death at Washington Park
MILWAUKEE - Nearly four months after Ee Lee was brutally beaten in Washington Park, a search warrant details the attack. The warrant does not answer the question of why but does explain how. Investigators say Lee was beaten by a group near a tree and then ran towards a pond, where the assault continued. Convenience store surveillance captured Lee Sept. 16, not long before she was attacked and left for dead inside Washington Park.

The warrant states a group of "younger males" possibly attacked and assaulted Lee near a tree in the park. Lee was able to break away from the group and ran toward the pond. Investigators say several people followed her to the pond where she was dragged and later found beaten, unclothed and unconscious. A hospital examination revealed evidence of sexual assault, the warrant states. Shortly after the attack, surveillance showed 11 people leaving the park on foot and on unique bicycles.

"It hurts so bad, you know?" said Nancy Lee. "It really hurts me." There were two teens who called police to report a body found. Investigators say they were also seen on surveillance shortly after Lee’s assault. When investigators went to one teen's home, his mother told him to go inside and to "delete everything off of his phone." Authorities are looking through that phone record to possibly help crack the case.

Lee died at the hospital a few days after the attack. Her sister is still scared for her safety. If convicted, they face up to 60 years in prison.

(Black) St. Louis man gets two life terms plus 30 years in 2017 attack on 12-year-old girl
SUSPECT-NAME wounded victim ST. LOUIS — Saying he couldn’t understand “the kind of evil that preys on and targets a 12-year-old girl,” a St. Louis judge Friday sentenced Tyrone Butler Jr. to two consecutive life terms plus 30 more years in prison for coaxing the girl into a vacant house in 2017, slashing her throat and leaving her there.

“Mr. Butler, you showed no mercy to this child,” Circuit Judge James Sullivan said. “I sincerely hope that the victim, when she sees the scar or views it in the mirror, she views it as a reminder of courage and her ability to triumph over evil.” Each of the life terms is calculated at 30 years under Missouri law, which means before he can be eligible for parole Butler must serve 85% of those sentences plus minimum prison time for related convictions such as kidnapping and armed criminal action. Butler, 24, did not make a statement in court Friday.

A jury last year found Butler guilty of following the girl as she walked alone to her school bus stop about 6:15 a.m. on Jan. 11, 2017, lured her into a decrepit vacant building in the 5300 block of Terry Avenue and attacked her. It was his second trial after a prior jury could not reach unanimous verdicts. Police said the St. Louis man beat her, removed her clothes, sodomized her and slashed her throat with the jagged edge of a broken liquor bottle.

Authorities found her bloodied body about 64 hours later, believing she was dead. She identified Butler as her attacker in police photos, Facebook pictures, a live lineup and in the two trials. She testified to being punched and choked until she blacked out and awoke in the hospital.

Authorities arrest MUSLIM former UF student for aiding MUSLIM ISIS
The U.S. Attorney’s office for the Northern District of Florida has announced it arrested a former Gainesville resident overseas and returned him to the area for prosecution on terrorism charges. A Department of Justice (DOJ) press release announced the case on Monday, hours before the suspect, a 33-year-old U.S. citizen named Mohamed Fathy Suliman, made his first court appearance at the Alachua County Courthouse. Suliman will next appear at the court on Feb. 8.

According to the criminal complaint, Suliman was born in Washington, D.C., and has lived overseas at times, but he’s spent the majority of his life in Florida. He was a UF student in 2005-06. Between 2009 and 2012 Suliman allegedly obtained audio files, stored in his email, featuring messages “calling for jihad, justifications for jihad, rewards for those who participate in jihad and martyrdom, and that encouraged fighting against the crusaders, infidels (non-Muslims), and those that insult the Prophet Muhammad.”

FBI investigators say in June 2014 Suliman traveled to Turkey and was arrested attempting to illegally cross the border into Syria to join ISIS. The Turkish government fined him and deported him to Sudan—his requested destination—according to the complaint. Investigators say he had not returned to U.S. soil prior to his extradition on Sunday. The complaint says Suliman hid his plans from his family, but after leaving he indicated in emails his desire to reach paradise through martyrdom.

‘White Nationalism’ Isn’t American Minorities’ Biggest Problem
What’s harder to demonstrate is that these attacks stem from a rise in “white nationalism,” as that New York flier claims. Despite efforts to shoehorn such incidents into the left’s favorite political narrative, all the suspects in the attacks described above are black. There have been white-supremacist attacks on Asians, such as the 2012 shooting at a Sikh temple in Wisconsin, which killed six. But are white nationalists responsible for blacks committing crimes against Asians?

Liberals continue to pretend that racism and prejudice are one-way streets—that only whites can be perpetrators, while blacks can only be victims. But criminals and victims come in all colors. Surveillance cameras have caught young black men playing the so-called knockout game, which involves sucker-punching random white pedestrians for amusement. And federal data have long shown that while in most cases the victim and perpetrator of a violent crime are of the same race, black-on-white violent-crime rates far exceed the reverse scenario.

(Black) NYC man caught in Florida, charged in broad-daylight heist of SoHo
black suspect A career criminal from Brooklyn has been nabbed for the brazen broad-daylight heist of a SoHo Chanel store, officials said Monday — weeks after he allegedly bragged on social media about having enough luxury loot to “open a small boutique.” Eric Spencer, 29, was arrested on robbery charges in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on Saturday, according to Manhattan prosecutors.

Spencer and three cohorts are accused of snatching $189,500 worth of pricey goods from the swanky Spring Street shop on Feb. 2, a criminal complaint said. When a security guard confronted Spencer, he allegedly barked, “What are you going to do? Shoot me?” before reaching into his waistband, where the handle of a gun was visible.

“Nobody touch me!” he allegedly yelled. “Get everything! Grab everything!” The next day, Spencer bragged on social media about pocketing so many “Double C” items that he could “open a small boutique,” according to the complaint.

(Black) Pensacola man charged after 3 children in dirty diapers found locked in room
black suspect ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — A Pensacola man accused of leaving three children in deplorable conditions was arrested Thursday. Christain Hakeem Parson, 30, is charged with child neglect and marijuana possession. An Escambia County Sheriff’s Office arrest report says deputies responded to an apartment in Escambia County on Dec. 30. The address is redacted in the report.

When they arrived, they found “a young infant” reaching out of a broken bedroom window,” the report says. No one answered the door when knocking, according to deputies, so a deputy entered the home through the window.

Deputies found three children had been locked inside a bedroom with a charging cable, according to the report. Deputies found the children in the corner of the bedroom wearing only diapers — sitting in their own feces. Deputies say the cord was wrapped around a door handle and attached to another door handle, making it impossible for the children to get out.

Inside a separate bedroom, deputies also found two malnourished dogs covered in fleas and their own feces. Feces were also spread on the walls of a bedroom, according to deputies.

Deputies say they found mail belonging to Parson in the home, along with 550 grams of marijuana. Parson was arrested Thursday after an investigation. He is being held in the Escambia County jail on a $305,000 bond. The children are in the custody of another family member. Animal Control took possession of the dogs.

(Black) Former South Carolina deputy sexually assaulted woman while on duty
black suspect GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) — A former police officer was arrested Friday after investigators said he forced a woman into her South Carolina home and sexually assaulted her while he was on duty. Greenville County Deputy Christopher Abercrombie was fired the day after the Oct. 29 attack while state agents investigated, the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

Abercrombie was in uniform and armed with a gun when he forced the woman to take off her pants and held her against a table before rubbing her genitals without consent, the State Law Enforcement Division agents said in an arrest warrant. Abercrombie, 34, is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping, burglary and other charges. He faces up to life in prison if convicted. He remained in the Greenville County jail Friday. Court and jail records didn’t indicate whether he had a lawyer who could comment.

“It was immediately made clear that Mr. Abercrombie broke the oath he swore to uphold and under no circumstances will behavior of utter disgrace be tolerated in my office,” Lewis said in a statement.

Earlier this month, Page Six reported that the artist in question was canned from the “Untitled Tracy Oliver Project” — the new show from the “Girls Trip” creator dubbed the “Black Sex and the City” — for allegedly saying the N-word repeatedly

"Black face - black voice" - old Jewish guy will no longer voice black ‘Simpsons’ character
Simpsons black doctor Another white “Simpsons” voice actor has stepped down from lending his pipes to a character of color.

According to The Wrap, Harry Shearer, who is white, will no longer voice the black character Dr. Hibbert. He’ll be replaced by Kevin Michael Richardson (“Bless the Harts”) in next Sunday’s episode, “Wad Goals.” Shearer has voiced Springfield’s most skilled doctor — in contrast to Hank Azaria’s incompetent Dr. Nick — since 1990. He also voices Ned Flanders and Principal Skinner, among other characters, and Fox confirmed to The Post that he will continue voicing the other roles.

He joins Azaria, who last year announced that he’d no longer voice the Indian character Apu — in part after a 2017 documentary, “The Problem with Apu,” brought attention to the subject. Azaria still voices a wide range of characters on the show, such as Moe and Chief Wiggum.

“The Simpsons” is far from the only animated series to address this topic in recent months.

Early life Harry Shearer was born December 23, 1943, in Los Angeles,
the son of Dora Warren (née Kohn; d. 2008), a bookkeeper, and Mack Shearer.
His parents were Jewish immigrants from Austria and Poland.

San Francisco ‘cancels’ decision to rename ‘racist’ schools
San Francisco has made a stunning about-face, walking back a controversial decision to scrub 44 “racist” names from its schools — including George Washington and Abraham Lincoln — after the move drew nationwide ire and was criticized for being based on flawed information without insight from historians. “I acknowledge and take responsibility that mistakes were made in the renaming process,” the president of San Francisco’s School Board Gabriela López wrote on Twitter Sunday.

“Reopening will be our only focus until our children and young people are back in schools. We’re cancelling renaming committee meetings for the time being.” In late January, the school board voted 6-1 to rename schools honoring “racist” historical figures like George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln and Paul Revere and replace them with people who didn’t aid or abet slavery, genocide or human rights abuses.

Chinese Stanford researcher allegedly hid affiliation to People's Liberation Army, destroyed information,
A Stanford University researcher has been hit with additional charges in connection with allegations she was "secretly a member of China’s military, the People’s Liberation Army" who lied on her visa application and destroyed information in an attempt to hide her true identity, officials recently announced. A federal grand jury charged Chinese researcher Chen Song, 39, with obstruction of justice, destruction of documents and making false statements to a government agency, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a Thursday press release.

"When Song feared discovery, she destroyed documents in a failed attempt to conceal her true identity. This prosecution will help to protect elite institutions like Stanford from illicit foreign influences," U.S. Attorney David Anderson said in a statement. "The FBI’s investigation revealed Song Chen took active steps to destroy evidence of her official affiliation with the Chinese military, including her current PLA credentials depicting her in military dress uniform," FBI Special Agent in Charge Craig Fair said.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: 2008 cold case of man slain in Columbus home solved, woman charged with murder
BLACK SUSPECT WHITE VICTIM COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - The cold case of a man found dead in his Columbus home in 2008 has finally ended in an arrest more than 12 years later. 40-year-old Shanita Evette Wyatt was arrested and charged with Paul Hill’s murder. Wyatt had been held in the Muscogee County Jail since May 2020 on unrelated drug charges, according to Columbus Chief of Police Freddie Blackmon.

In April 2008, officers went to Hill’s Marathon Dr. apartment to conduct a welfare check. When the door was found to be locked, officers forced their way in and found Hill deceased. “The officers observed the door locked, therefore they had to forcibly enter into the residence. Upon entering the residence, the officer discovered Paul Hill deceased,” said Blackmon.

The cold case has been in and out of investigation three times since 2008. In October 2016, Detective Stuart Carter was assigned to the cold case and worked it through June 2017. In January 2020, he resumed the investigation.

Additional testimony and witnesses were found to corroborate testimony for previous witnesses, leading to a murder warrant being obtained against Wyatt. Carter said they are still investigating the case and there could be another arrest involved.

Blackmon commended Carter’s perseverance “This investigation is evident that Detective Carter honored his oath. He was relentless in this investigation, which led to the arrest of Wyatt,” said Blackmon. Carter said there is more information to be uncovered and there’s potential to be more involved in this murder. Blackmon did not discuss a motive or information on evidence. He said they will discuss more at Recorders Court Friday at 9 a.m.

Townes was the alleged shooter in the case. Glasgow was charged because he drove Townes to where the shooting happened. Charges have not been dismissed against Townes. Glasgow has claimed the capital murder was retribution for his decades of activism around prisoner rights.

Glasgow was believed to have had a scuffle with a Dothan Police Officer during the 2020 arrest. “Allegedly, Mr. Glasgow had an unspecified amount of crack inside his pocket, and as the officer attempted to place Glasgow under arrest a struggle began, injuring the officer. Evidence was also tampered with,” Dothan police Lt. Doug Magill said at the time. A trial date on the other charges has not yet been announced.

He is still awaiting trial in that case on charges of second-degree assault, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.

Jerry DeWayne Jones and Terry Lee Williams made their pleas in a Jefferson County courtroom. They are now convicted of offering or giving anything to a public official for the purpose of corruptly influencing official action.

“The people of Alabama deserve to have confidence that those who do business with public entities are operating with integrity and merit, and not illegally gaining this privilege through corrupt payments,” said Attorney General Marshall. “These convictions should send a strong message that those who betray the public trust will be called to account for their crimes and face serious consequences.” Jones, Williams and former BWWB chairwoman Sherry Lewis were indicted on the state charges in 2017. Jones, 57, of Birmingham, previously served as a vice president of Arcadis, U.S., Inc., an international engineering and consulting firm, and he was the principal-in-charge for Arcadis’s contract with the BWWB. Lewis was charged with using her position for personal gain, or for the gain of a family member, and voting on matters in which she or her family members had financial interest. Jones and Williams were charged with of aiding and abetting Lewis in committing those crimes, with offering her money and other items for the purpose of corruptly influencing official action. The charges revolved around the belief by prosecutors that Jones funneled money to subcontractor Williams at GSI LLC, in order for that company to pay or provide benefits to Lewis or her family. Lewis was convicted in October 2019. She received no jail time. (more....)

France: Protesters oppose move to disband anti-migrant group
PARIS -- Dozens of people rallied Saturday in Paris to support the anti-migrant group Generation Identity, which is fighting for survival following a government order to dissolve it.

An Associated Press reporter saw around 200 protesters at the demonstration, which was largely peaceful. Participants held flags of the movement and signs reading “Stop dissolution.” A counter-demonstration also took place in southern Paris against the controversial group.

Generation Identity has influence throughout France and beyond. It contends its members are whistle-blowers on a mission to preserve French and European civilization, seen as undermined by newcomers, notably Muslims. Critics contend it is a militia espousing a racist cause.

The Lyon-based group was the backbone of a 2017 “Defend Europe” mission on the Mediterranean Seat (sic) that used a chartered anti-migrant ship crewed by European citizens.

New legislation would protect drivers who hit protestors
niggers-blocking-highway OKLAHOMA CITY -- When massive demonstrations against racial injustice erupted across the nation last summer, protesters used an increasingly common tactic to draw attention to their cause: swarming out onto major roads to temporarily paralyze traffic.

This method sometimes resulted in searing images of drivers plowing through crowds, causing serious injuries and in some cases, deaths.

Now, Republican politicians across the country are moving to stop the road-blocking maneuver, proposing increased penalties for demonstrators who run onto highways and legal immunity for drivers who hit them. The bills are among dozens introduced in Legislatures aimed at cracking down on demonstrations.

“It’s not going to be a peaceful protest if you’re impeding the freedom of others,” said Rep. Kevin McDugle, the author of an Oklahoma bill granting criminal and civil immunity to people who drive into crowds on roads. “The driver of that truck had his family in there, and they were scared to death."

Police confirm two (Black) men in Montgomery jail are ‘persons of interest’ in murder of old black trucker
black suspect black suspect JACKSON, Ala. (WKRG) — Two men currently jailed in Montgomery are persons of interest in the murder of 72-year-old Thearthor Dixon, Jackson Police Chief Jerry Taylor confirmed Thursday. Hikeem Edmond and Kylyn Taylor have been arrested on unrelated charges. Both men are in the Montgomery County Detention Center charged with kidnapping and robbery, though it’s not clear yet the circumstances surrounding those charges. We’re told those charges stem from an incident outside of our area.

Dixon was found shot to death beside his log truck near Jackson in the early morning hours of January 28th. Police have previously said they believe robbery was the motive, though it’s still not clear what, if anything, was taken from the scene. According to authorities, Dixon was working near Walker Springs Road when he was killed. His truck and body were near a gravel pit site. An employee located Dixon and called 911, according to police.

WKRG News 5 has been following this story closely since that January morning. We’re learning the two men could be responsible for a robbery at a convenience store in Clarke County that occurred on December 31, 2020. The owner’s granddaughter tells WKRG News 5’s Blake Brown she believed a man was going to kill her grandfather until the store alarm scared him off. Police haven’t publicly linked the two crimes at this point. The store is located on Gainestown Road near Jackson. We’re told Taylor has an address on that road and that Edmond has a Bessemer address.

(Black) Albuquerque motorcyclist arrested after breaking into parking structure
black suspect ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man is facing multiple charges after allegedly breaking into a parking structure on the University of New Mexico campus. Police say 33-year-old DeAngelo Shannon broke the barricade on the Cornell parking structure on the evening of Jan. 7, 2021, and rode a motorcycle – along with three other motorcyclists – up to the roof.

According to a criminal complaint, when campus police responded and approached the group to ask for identification, Shannon said they didn’t have the right to do so. That’s when Shannon attempted to leave and one of the officers moved to take the key out of his bike.

Shannon then allegedly shoved the officer who retaliated by tasing Shannon. The complaint states the tasing had no effect on him. Shannon continued to resist arrest and got on his bike again.

After continuing to struggle with one of the other officers, police tased Shannon a second time – again to no effect. That’s when the complaint states police noticed Shannon was wearing “protective armor” which sustained the tasings. Officers hit Shannon with pepper spray but he was still able to get away from police.

HISPANIC NJ corrections officer admits to killing two women, court papers allege
NJ corrections officer admits to killing two women, court papers allege A New Jersey corrections officer gunned down his older girlfriend and her female buddy — saying he killed them because he was mad his gal pal wasn’t returning his calls, court documents allege.

“I killed both of them — just arrest me, bro,” suspect John P. Menendez, 23, told cops, according to court papers. Menendez — a Hudson County corrections officer from West New York, NJ — was charged this week with two counts of murder and weapons offenses in the slayings of his 40-year-old girlfriend, Anna Shpilberg, and Luiza Shinkarevskaya, also 40, Essex County prosecutors said.

Cops responding to reports of a shooting near Newark Liberty International Airport on Tuesday first found Shinkarevskaya dead from a bullet to her head on a sidewalk at a Jiffy’s parking lot, authorities said. A 9mm Glock pistol registered to Menendez was found at the scene, officials said.

A short time later, a bloodied Menendez allegedly approached a Newark, NJ, cop and confessed to killing both women. The women previously lived in Brooklyn, and Shpilberg was a dental hygenist who worked on Staten Island, NJ.com reported. Menendez said he shot his girlfriend, Shpilberg, because he was angry she had been ignoring his calls after going on vacation with Shinkarevskaya, authorities said.

“This is crazy, I can’t believe I did this,” the suspect allegedly told the officer. He then directed the cop to Shpilberg’s nearby Mercedes-Benz C300, where she was found dead in the passenger seat with a gunshot wound to the head, around Newark Penn Station, authorities said. see also

Menendez later told police in a recorded statement that both women were returning from a vacation and that Shpilberg had been ignoring his calls, according to the affidavit.

“He said he lost it and killed them,” an officer wrote. A witness told police the women were arriving on a flight at the airport Tuesday and that Menendez was scheduled to pick them up, court documents show.

“[The witness] said Menendez was upset about his girlfriend going on vacation,” the affidavit reads. Shpilberg lived in Randolph and Shinkarevskaya in Riverdale, Morris County. They came to the US as children from their native Ukraine, friends told NJ.com.

Shpilberg is survived by a son. Her former fiancé, Fabian Goni, told NJ.com that Menendez regularly demanded she “report to him” on her whereabouts. “He wanted texts and videos as proof of where she was,” Goni said.

Mexican pimp Hugo Hernandez-Velazquez, brothers ran US sex ring, feds say
A Mexican pimp and his brothers ran a yearslong sex ring that forced women into prostitution across the US and used intimidation and violence to keep them in line, Brooklyn prosecutors said Friday. Hugo Hernandez-Velazquez, 45, aka “La Gallina” or “The Hen,” was arrested in Mexico in August and extradited to New York earlier this week to face a 12-count indictment charging him and his two brothers with racketeering, sex trafficking, interstate prostitution, alien smuggling and other raps.

His brothers, Arcelia Hernandez-Velazquez, 47, also known as “La Gordis,” or the “The Chunky Woman,” and Ernesto Hernandez-Velazquez, 40, who goes by “Chapas,” were already busted in New York in November 2019 and are awaiting trial. Arcelia Hernandez-Velazquez allegedly maintained a base for the ring in Queens.

“For nearly two decades, the defendants lured young women into a brutal life of forced prostitution through false promises of a better life,” said Acting US Attorney for the Eastern District Seth DuCharme in a statement. “This Office will leave no stone unturned in its efforts to end the illegal exploitation of young women.” Since 2001, the siblings preyed on at least six women in Mexico, luring them into romantic relationships with declarations of love before kidnapping them, according to a detention memo.

The victims were taken to the homes of organization members in Tenancingo, Mexico, where they were held against their will and banned from contacting their families, the memo says. The women were then smuggled into the US, purportedly for a more prosperous life with their traffickers. Instead, once stateside, the women were transported to brothels and other locations in at least 16 states — from New York to Louisiana to Rhode Island — and forced into sex work.

“The conduct of the organization was incredibly violent and transnational in scope,” wrote Assistant US Attorney Margaret Lee in the detention memo, urging Judge Vera Scanlon to hold Hugo Hernandez-Velazquez without bail. “Along with his family, the defendant operated a business of exploiting and abusing women.” If the trafficking victims tried to leave the network, they were viciously beaten and their families were threatened with violence, prosecutors alleged.     (Black) January double homicide suspect, with prior homicide conviction has preliminary hearing
black suspect MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A double homicide suspect was in court Wednesday for his first hearing, bringing new light on the case. 38-year-old James Wilson IV was in court regarding the double homicide on Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. last month.

Wilson is accused of killing two men, 25-year-old Camdon Jackson, and 26-year-old Van Kennedy. The majority of the proceedings surrounded what exactly happened leading up to the shooting, who shot first, and whether self-defense could be a factor.

A Mobile Police Homicide Detective spoke for the state and witnesses spoken to on scene and after the incident. The witnesses he spoke for told the story of Wilson’s grey SUV coming to a stop in front of the CVS and hearing gunshots coming from both sides. They say the victim’s black Malibu was backed into a tree and Wilson got out of his car and began firing shots at them. The witnesses then saw Wilson get back into his SUV and drive off. He was later questioned by MPD at University Hospital where he was being treated for a gunshot wound to the back of his head.

The witnesses did not know who fired the first shots but the defense’s witness did. She says she was in the parking lot of the Checkers, where she is employed, just in front of the shooting scene and she said whichever man was in the passenger’s seat of the Malibu fired two to three shots at Wilson’s SUV before driving around him, leading to Wilson getting out.

(Black female) Ex-cult leader in Florida gets life for murder, manslaughter of two kids
black suspect A former Florida cult leader was sentenced to 30 years in prison in the deaths of two children, including a boy who was deprived of food and water. Anna Elizabeth Young, the 79-year-old ex-head who ran the “House of Prayer for All People” cult in Micanopy in the 1980s, pleaded no contest in an Alachua County court Wednesday in the murder of Emon Harper via torture and the manslaughter death of Katonya Jackson, who died from being withheld medication, WCJB reported.

Young, aka “Mother Anna,” was arrested in 2017 on a felony child abuse charge for bathing a 12-year-old girl in a steel tub with chemicals, causing severe burns, the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia announced. The Florida woman accused of running a “religious boarding school’ was arrested in Marietta and had been jailed since that time. Emon disappeared from Micanopy, Florida, sometime in 1988, according to the Charley Project, which profiles cold case missing persons. At the time, he and his family were members of Young’s cult, which operated “under a system of collectivism and Old Testament-style beliefs” that included a kosher diet and adherents wearing robes and head coverings.

Members of the group – 24 at its peak – had to change their names and the boy was known as “Moses” Harper. Young allegedly forced members to give up their savings and separated parents from their children, while starving, beating and tortured her followers for their “sins,” according to the missing persons advocacy group. Harper was between the ages of 2 and 3 when his mother gave him to Young’s cult, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

HISPANIC NYC driver who fatally struck toddler hit with manslaughter and homicide raps
A driver who plowed into a mother and her 3-year-old son in Manhattan — instantly killing the tot — has been indicted on manslaughter and homicide raps, officials announced Wednesday. Jaime Sabogal, 61, was driving with a suspended license when he was behind the wheel of a Ford F-250 and made a sharp left turn into an East Harlem crosswalk, striking and killing Bertin DeJesus, who was in a stroller.

“Not only was the defendant driving recklessly with no regard for pedestrians, but he did so knowing his driver’s license had been suspended,” said DA Cyrus Vance Jr. in a statement. On Dec. 9, 2019, Sabogal turned left from 116th Street onto First Avenue at about 9:35 a.m., mowing down the pair.

The distraught mother, covered in blood, was holding her son and wailing, “Save my baby! Save my baby!” a witness told The Post at the time. The 25-year-old suffered minor injuries. The mother and son had just left a Dunkin’ Donuts, where she had a bagel and coffee and DeJesus ate hash browns.

Sabogal, of Yonkers, faces eight counts — including second-degree manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and misdemeanor assault. If convicted on the top count, he faces up to 15 years in prison. A judge ordered him held on a $50,000 bond. But he was already in custody after his arrest last month on an unrelated petit larceny case for allegedly stealing a USPS package from a mail cart, according to court records.

Two men arrested on suspicion of urinating against George Floyd mural in Manchester
Two men have been arrested after a mural to George Floyd in the Northern Quarter was urinated on. The shocking incident was caught on CCTV in the early hours of Wednesday (17 February) morning.

The offenders could be seen urinating against the memorial on Stevenson Square whilst filming themselves, local councillors said. Two men, both aged 22, have since been arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated criminal damage.

They remain in custody waiting to be quizzed by detectives. The latest incident comes two days after the painting was defaced with racist graffiti for a second time.

On Sunday night, the memorial was targeted after a large 'N' was sprayed over it. The mural was also defaced with vile graffiti last summer when a masked vandal sprayed 'NIGGER' over "Mr" Floyd's face.

"George Floyd" was a black criminal thug that committed suicide with an overdose of drugs.

His death was orchestrated into some sort of 'police brutality' in order to foment a black marxist insurrection.

(Black) Cornelius “Cornbread” Whitfield, 31, accused of killing grandmother, great-grandmother, uncle
black suspect A 31-year-old man is accused of killing his grandmother, great-grandmother and an uncle in their home in St. Petersburg, police said. The shooting led to a SWAT team response that ended with Cornelius “Cornbread” Whitfield, 31, being taken into custody by St. Petersburg police, Chief Anthony Holloway said during a news conference. Whitfield is also suspected in a shooting earlier this month that left one man dead and another wounded, the chief told news outlets.

Holloway said Whitfield is expected to face charges connected to all four deaths, as well as two attempted murder charges. Police said Patricia Ann Whitfield Sharpe, 66, Sallie Hobbs Whitfield, 83, and Antonio Maurice Graham, 45, were killed Tuesday afternoon. A woman inside the home was injured in the shooting and expected to survive. Police found a 2-year-old girl unharmed inside the home.

A woman called 911 around 4 p.m. saying she had been shot and ran to a neighbor’s house, Holloway said. Officers arriving at the scene learned the shooter was still inside the home with other people. Several nearby homes were evacuated. The SWAT team knocked down the front wall of the home to get inside the house. They found the victims and took Whitfield into custody, the chief said.

Police identified Whitfield as a suspect in the Feb. 3 shooting that killed Darren Lorenzo Barnes Jr., 31. In a news release related to that shooting, the agency called Whitfield “armed and dangerous” and offered a $3,000 reward for information leading to his arrest. “Everyone that was involved in this the suspect knew,” he said. “It wasn’t random.”

black suspect black suspect Officers in West Virginia arrested him on drug charges after a traffic stop and found he was wanted for a murder while fingerprinting him

BECKLEY, W.Va. — The search for a man wanted in a Macon woman’s 2020 gas station shooting death has finally come to an end, several states away. According to the Beckley Police Department in West Virginia, two officers stopped a taxi for traffic violations around 11 p.m. Wednesday.

While speaking with the people inside, officers smelled marijuana and a K9 officer indicated there were narcotics in the vehicle. Officers searched it and found nearly 60g of meth, 17g of crack, 7g of heroin, marijuana, a digital scale, and two guns. One was reported stolen and the other had the serial number removed.

The two backseat passengers, 20-year-old Henry Albritton and 20-year-old Adairius Copeland, were both arrested after giving officers fake names and ID. The police department says fingerprinting the men revealed their true identities. While fingerprinting Albritton, officers found he was wanted for murder in Macon.

Those charges stem from an incident at the M&M Grocery on Montpelier Avenue back in July. Nadia Andrews, 28, was sitting in her car when someone fired shots at her. She later died at the hospital.

Manhunt Continues For (Black) Devante Dixon, Wanted In Shooting At Delaware County Walmart
black suspect GLENOLDEN, Pa. (CBS) – A Delaware County Walmart is back open after a shooting forced it to close on Sunday. Meanwhile, police are still searching for the suspect, who police identified as 28-year-old Devante Dixon.

“An act like that at a Walmart where God knows how many people could’ve been in the line of fire is very concerning,” Darby Township Police Chief Michael Sousa said. The Walmart on MacDade Boulevard in Glenolden was back open Monday morning. Police say at about 8:30 a.m. Sunday Dixon got into an argument with a store employee over a video game. The argument moved to the front vestibule. That is where the suspect shot at the employee with a semi-automatic weapon. The employee was not hit and is doing OK.

“From what we received at the store, this was just a random act,” Sousa said. “These two did not know each other. It was just some verbal argument that the suspect had with the employee possibly over a video game sale is what we have at this moment.” The shooting then led to an hours-long standoff outside the suspect’s home.

HISPANIC Teen allegedly filmed himself killing Chihuahua puppy, police say
RIVERSIDE, Calif. (KTLA) — A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of animal cruelty after police investigated a social media post showing the possible killing of a dog, officials said. Riverside police provided this booking photo of Angel Ramos on Feb. 14, 2021. Authorities received a call around 7:45 p.m. Saturday regarding an online video posted on social media depicting the possible killing of a dog, the Riverside Police Department said in a news release Sunday.

The video allegedly showed a small dog suffering from a large laceration to its neck and gasping for air “as a young man stood over it making comments about what he just committed,” police said in the release. Based on information from the social media profile of the person who posted the video, officers went to an apartment complex to search for a suspect, the department said.

When they arrived, police found Angel Ramos, who matched the description of the suspect from the video and had fresh blood stains on his clothing. Ramos was also found to be in possession of metal knuckles, which are illegal in California, the department said. While searching the apartment, officers discovered a 4- to 6-month-old Chihuahua in Ramos’ bedroom suffering from a severe neck injury and was “barely alive,” police said.

The Riverside County Department of Animal Services transported the injured animal to an emergency pet clinic. “Unfortunately, veterinarians determined the dog would not survive and had to be euthanized,” the police department said in the release.

Biden Suspends Trump Rules Blocking Chinese Propaganda And Infiltration Sparking Fear Of "Chinagate." Biden ordered the suspension of a Trump administration rule blocking foreign adversaries from our electrical grid. Another policy allows for Chinese propaganda in the US.

Many people are scratching their heads at these moves considering if Biden thought they were bad or questioned them he could have left them until new rules were put in place.

Democrats have mostly ignored or defended the moves claiming that Trump's policies were bad. Many Republicans and conservatives pointed out the moves are odd and claim its proof of Chinagate, that Joe Biden is compromised by China.
