MUSLIM TERROR: Switzerland narrowly votes to ban face covering in public
(CNN)Swiss voters have approved a ban on full facial coverings including niqab and burqa in nearly all public places in a closely contested referendum on Sunday. The result means facial covering will be banned in all publicly accessible places, including on the streets, in public offices, on public transport, in restaurants, shops and in the countryside.

The controversial proposal gained support of 51.21% of voters and the majority of the country's 26 cantons, according to official provisional results published by the federal government.

The only exceptions include places of worship and other sacred sites. Face coverings will also be allowed if worn for health and safety reasons, because of the weather and in situations where it is considered a "local custom" to do so, such as at carnivals, according to the text of the proposal published by the Swiss federal government.

There will be no additional exceptions, for example for tourists, the government document said. The proposal, put forward by several groups including the right wing Swiss People's Party, does not mention Islam specifically, but has been widely referred to as the "burqa ban" in Swiss media.

(retiring) NJ Sen. Bob Pumpkinhead Menendez has spent almost $300K at Mortonโ€™s Steakhouse
New Jersey Sen. Bob "Pumpkinhead" Menendez has dropped just over $298,000 at Mortonโ€™s Steakhouse since 2003, averaging more than $16,000 a year on bovine indulgences, a review of FEC records by The Post shows. The Democrat charged the bills to donors of his Senate campaign committee and his New Millennium Leadership PAC. The largest single check โ€” a $12,957.69 whopper โ€” came in February 2020.

โ€œHe is one of our regulars,โ€ a steakhouse staffer confirmed to The Post. The Chicago steak chain was founded in 1978 and currently has 72 locations around the United State. Today itโ€™s a subsidiary of Landryโ€™s, Inc, headed by GOP billionaire and close Trump ally Tilman Fertitta.

Almost all of Menendezโ€™s charges for Mortonโ€™s came from its Washington DC location, where his fondness for the spot is well-known around town. A 2019 profile of Menendez in the Star Ledger called the eatery one of a โ€œfew indulgencesโ€ which also included after-dinner cigars. Those smokes cost the senatorโ€™s various committees more than $3,200 at Jamieโ€™s Cigar Bar & Restaurant in Clifton, N.J. โ€œHe spent enough money on steak and cigars to buy a new house in New Jersey,โ€ said Garden State political consultant Bill Cortese. โ€œItโ€™s the best lobbyist-funded lifestyle money can buy.โ€

(Black) Arrested for the 2012 cold-blooded cold case murder at Milwaukee store
black suspect MILWAUKEE - A cold case that FOX6 News featured in 2020 has been solved -- thanks, in part, to viewer tips submitted to Milwaukee police. Donald Moore, 32, of Milwaukee has been charged in the death of beloved convenience store owner Fawzi "Fred" Abu-Hamdan.

Abu-Hamdan was shot and killed near 32nd and Brown on Milwaukee's north side in 2012. At the time, detectives thought it may have been a robbery gone wrong. A criminal complaint states two confidential witnesses linked Moore to the crime -- the first in 2013, the second in November 2020. In February 2021, the complaint states, two additional witnesses identified Moore as the shooter.

One of the witnesses told police that Moore intended to rob the store, but shot Abu-Hamdan by accident when the store owner went for a gun. Moore is charged with one count of first-degree reckless homicide -- party to a crime, habitual criminal repeater. If convicted, he could face up to 71 years in prison, according to the Milwaukee Police Department.

Abu-Hamdan was from the country of Lebanon. He moved to the U.S. when he was about 18 to go to college. He met his wife, and the two got married, growing their family in Milwaukee in the 1980s. Everyone began calling him "Fred." From early on, his son, Sam, remembered his father working long hours seven days per week, but with good reason.

(Black) Suspect in double homicide at Family Dollar store in Columbus in custody
black suspect COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - Two families are mourning the lives of loved ones killed in broad daylight Tuesday at a Family Dollar store on Floyd Road in Columbus. Police believe 25-year-old Quartez Thomas is the person responsible for the deaths of 30-year-old Jasmine Trice and 28-year-old Kiera Williams. They were shot and killed in a car at the Family Dollar store.

Police say Thomas was an ex-boyfriend of Williams. Williamsโ€™ six-year-old daughter was in the back seat of the car at the time of the shooting. According to Triceโ€™s friend, Erika Crawford, Trice died while trying to help out a friend in need who feared for her and her childโ€™s safety.

โ€œShe was telling me about how the guy shot Kieraโ€™s momโ€™s house up the night before,โ€ said Crawford. โ€œAnd I just was like, โ€˜be careful with that.โ€™ โ€˜Donโ€™t get in the middle of that.โ€™ I know they had already called the police and the dude kept calling Kiera and the dude kept calling Kiera texting her and telling her he was going to kill her. And he kept calling from all kind of different numbers, and thatโ€™s all I know.โ€ Triceโ€™s sister, Christine Trice, said she was someone who would do anything for the people she loved and she looked up to her a great deal.

โ€At the end of the day, we live in a very broken world, right, for an individual such as my sister to contribute what she did with what little she had. Thatโ€™s the darkness not overcoming the light,โ€ she said. Trice and Williams leave behind a combined total of five children between them.

Columbus police confirmed that Thomas is also the suspect in another shooting just this past Sunday. Thomas is believed to have fired several shots into Williamsโ€™ motherโ€™s house. Investigations are ongoing and anyone with more information is encouraged to contact the Columbus Police Department.

(Black) Dallas Cop Accused of Arranging 2 Murders, Including Woman He Allegedly Called 'Informant'
Bryan Riser A Dallas police officer is behind bars this morning, accused of orchestrating the 2017 murders of two people โ€” including a 31-year-old woman who was acting as a police informant. Murder charges were announced Thursday against 36-year-old Bryan Riser, a 13-year veteran of the city's police force.

Dallas Police Chief Edgardo Garcia outlined the allegations against the officer during a press conference, alleging that Riser had hired someone to kidnap and kill both Albert Douglas, 61, and Liza Saenz, 31. One of the three men charged with Saenz's killing approached prosecutors nearly two years ago, claiming to have information on Riser, according to Garcia's press conference.

The man, described in charging documents as a "witness," said he and Riser had been longtime friends who had allegedly robbed houses together years earlier. After reconnecting in 2013, Riser allegedly approached the witness with an offer. According to the press conference, Riser is alleged to have arranged Douglas' murder first, paying $3,500 for the killing. The witness said Douglas, whose body has never been found, was abducted in early 2017, fatally shot and dumped in the Trinity River.

The witness claims there was a second job two weeks later, when Riser allegedly offered him $6,000 to kidnap and kill Saenz โ€” whom Riser had described as "an informant." Saenz was shot several times. Her remains were tossed in the river and found on March 10, 2017.

In September of that year, police arrested Kevin Kidd, 28, Emmanuel Kilpatrick, 31, and Jermon Simmons, 35, charging all three in Saenz's slaying. Riser is now charged with two murder counts for his alleged role in the slayings. He is being held on $5 million bail. PEOPLE was unable to ascertain the name of his defense lawyer.

Garcia admitted Thursday that Riser remained on active patrol even after the witness allegedly implicated him in the killings.

(Black) Phoenix police arrest BLACK man for 'random' slaying of ASIAN grandfather, 74
black suspect Phoenix police this week arrested a suspect on suspicion of murder in connection with the violent slaying of an elderly man. Juanito Falcon, 74, was walking in a Phoenix neighborhood on the morning of Feb. 16 when he was allegedly hit in the face by the suspect "for no apparent reason," court documents said, according to FOX 10 of Phoenix.

Falcon fell and hit his head on the pavement. He reportedly suffered a fractured skull and brain bleeding and died two days later in a hospital. The suspect ran from the scene but Falcon managed to describe the suspect's car and part of the license plate number to police before he ultimately died, the Arizona Republic reported.

The suspect, identified as Marcus Williams, was arrested Wednesday and booked into jail on a $500,000 bond. "Detectives have been unable to uncover a motive for this attack," police said, according to FOX 10.

No one should have to go through what her father suffered, Malou Acunin, Falconโ€™s daughter, said in a statement. "I have a lot of questions," she said of the attack. "I want this incident to be a cause of awareness to everybody. I donโ€™t want the same incidence of violence and crime to happen to anybody -- especially to the elderly. My father was just doing his morning walk. He was a good man and loved by many. He could have lived longer with his family if this didnโ€™t happen."

Falconโ€™s death came amid an uptick in anti-Asian crimes across the country but it was unclear if the assault was race-based, police said. Falcon was of Filipino descent.

Carmen Pawnell was found shot to death in a home in the 4800 block of Carter on June 29, 2020. According to charging documents, witnesses told police they saw John Thomas Albert, 24, of Ferguson, arguing with Pawnell while holding a gun before getting into a fight. During the altercation, Albert allegedly began shooting at the front door of the home, hitting Pawnell several times in the chest.

Surveillance video captured moments of the shooting, detectives said. โ€œShe just turned 20, my baby didnโ€™t get a chance, he took her away โ€ Valeria Bell, Carmenโ€™s mother, told News 4 at the time.

โ€œJust graduated and we were trying to help her get work and she went and joined a church, gave her life to Christ, and then this happened," Frank Bell, Carmenโ€™s father, said. In a press conference, Attorney General Gurbir Grewal said the Democrat City Council members tried to interfere with a special election last year with an illegal ballot harvesting scheme. Two city council members in Paterson have been indicted for allegedly interfering with a special election last year, Attorney General Gurbir Grewal announced Wednesday, in a case cited by then-President Donald Trump in his unsuccessful lawsuit to try and invalidate voting by mail in New Jersey.

Alex Mendez won the special election to fill a council seat on May 12, but voter fraud claims soon surfaced. The state attorney generalโ€™s office initiated a probe after U.S. Postal Service inspectors said they found hundreds of mail-in ballots located in a mailbox in Paterson, along with more found in nearby Haledon. Ultimately, the Passaic County Board of Elections decided not to count 800 ballots cast in the race and a judge ordered a new election for last November.

Mendez, 45, and Paterson City Councilman Michael Jackson, 49, were originally charged in a criminal complaint last June. Despite the pending criminal charges, Mendez won a tight race in November. The indictments handed up last month charge Mendez and Jackson with multiple counts including election fraud, unauthorized possession of ballots and falsifying or tampering with public records. The state attorney generalโ€™s office alleged the men collected ballots from voters and delivered them to county officials, which candidates are prohibited from doing.

Calcasieu Parish Sheriffโ€™s Office arrests (Black) man for 62 counts of ID theft
black suspect LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - On Monday The Calcasieu Parish Sheriffโ€™s Office arrested a Houston man on 62 counts of identity theft and 3 counts of bank fraud. In January, Calcasieu Parish Sheriffโ€™s Office detectives received several complaints from various financial institutions in reference to a possible bank fraud taking place in our area.

According to CPSO spokeswoman Kayla Vincent, during the investigation it was learned two suspects were making fraudulent ATM transactions at local convenience stores throughout the parish. Detectives also learned the suspects were purchasing gift cards with fraudulent debit cards at local grocery stores in the parish. Vincent says detectives viewed numerous surveillance videos from the locations in which the transactions had taken place and observed the same two suspects responsible for making the fraudulent charges. During further investigation detectives learned there was approximately 62 victims of identity theft and a total of approximately $23,000 had been stolen.

On March 1, CPSO detectives learned one of the possible suspects was at a local business making ATM withdrawals and detectives were able to obtain a description of the suspectโ€™s truck. A short time later the truck was located at a different gas station nearby, according to Vincent. Detectives made contact with the suspect, Nasquier Perz-Cardona, 30, Houston, Texas, and observed him to be one of the men seen in the surveillance videos. He was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with 3 counts of bank fraud; and 62 counts of identity theft. Perz-Cardona was released the following day on a $46,000 bond set by Judge Tony Fazzio.

Detectives believe the suspects possibly obtained the victimsโ€™ debit card numbers from a fuel pump skimming device, and the investigation is continuing and more charges and arrests are likely.

black suspect LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - A Lake Charles man has been arrested following accusations that he was using a stolen credit card information, according to the Calcasieu Parish Sheriffโ€™s Office. Detectives say they also located marijuana, methamphetamines, and other drug paraphernalia in the room. They also say they later learned that John was modifying credit cards using a tablet computer, uploading them, and making online transactions.

John was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center for identity theft under $5,000, computer fraud, possession of a Schedule II drug, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Tony Fazzio has set Johnโ€™s bond at $18,500.

South Texas community seeing spike in car chases involving undocumented immigrants
suspect name suspect name suspect name BRUNDAGE, Texas โ€“ As the U.S. Customs and Border Protection reports a spike in people crossing the southern border, communities in South Texas are seeing an increase in car chases involving undocumented immigrants CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIENS.

Emily King and her family run an onion farm in Brundage, Texas, about 40 miles from the border.

They live on about 200 acres between two busy highways. In the last month, cars have driven over five fences on their property. According to King, Border Patrol helicopters hover over their home weekly, in an effort to track down vehicles.

"In the last month, 45 days, we have had literally a fence down at least once a week. Sometimes twice," said King. King said the cars are usually smuggling people, and once they drive into the brush on her property, they leave the car and disperse.

"Once they drive through the fence, they find and look for heavy brush. And thatโ€™s whatโ€™s known as a bail out and they all scatter. That's when Border Patrol has to gather or find or search for them," said King. "The part thatโ€™s the most difficult for us is one, we donโ€™t know if they found them or apprehended them. And two, you donโ€™t know if they are still on your property or hiding out. Itโ€™s just not good," said King.

Since the Kings have farm animals, theyโ€™ve had to fix their fences in the middle of the night so their animals canโ€™t escape. "We were watching TV, about to go to bed at about 9 o'clock I heard the Border Patrol helicopters flying like extremely low and a circular pattern right around our house. It's just really uncomfortable with a 1-year-old. Not knowing you know who's on your property, who is out there, what are their intentions," said King. The Kings have spent about $5,000 in repairs to their fences.

The Collier County Sheriffโ€™s Office said Godines ran out of the victimโ€™s room and barricaded himself in his own room.

Asian Man who fatally beat โ€˜Law & Orderโ€™ actressโ€™ dog gets probation, no jail time
suspect name A TV โ€œLaw & Orderโ€ actress is outraged the man who beat her Maltese pooches so savagely that one of them died wonโ€™t spend a single day in jail for his crime. Vincent Tang appeared remotely Friday in Manhattan Supreme Court, where he was handed down the promised slap on the wrist of five yearsโ€™ probation after agreeing to mental-health counseling, a 10-year ban on animal ownership and registration on the cityโ€™s animal abuse registry for beating the pooches belonging to Janis Dardaris, who has appeared in everything from โ€œLaw & Orderโ€ and HBOโ€™s โ€œThe Sopranosโ€ to the movie โ€œThe Sixth Sense.โ€

โ€œI am beyond disappointed at the decision to sentence Mr. Tang to only probation,โ€ Dardaris told The Post in a statement. โ€œI donโ€™t understand how someone who committed such cruel and violent acts against two small dogs would not have to face more serious consequences. Mr. Tang has caused me so much pain. I live with the consequences of his actions every day.โ€

Tang previously copped to two counts of aggravated cruelty to animals for the shocking slaying of Dardarisโ€™ beloved pup Alex, 11, and the near-fatal beating of pooch Frankie, 12. โ€œThis has been a mental-health issue since day one,โ€ defense lawyer Jason Goldman told The Post.

โ€œWeโ€™re appreciative that the court, unlike the government, agreed that ongoing treatment is a better solution for him than sitting in a jail cell,โ€ the lawyer said, referring to the deal the judge offered Tang over the prosecutorโ€™s objections. Dardaris had entrusted her pooches to the care of a dog-sitter, who was Tangโ€™s then-girlfriend, in the fall of 2019 while she acted in a play in South Carolina, she previously told The Post.

Tang snuck into his girlfriendโ€™s apartment when she wasnโ€™t home and viciously tortured Dardarisโ€™s white-furred companions Oct. 24, 2019. After fatally beating Alex, Tang was accused of taking Frankie to the buildingโ€™s rooftop and punching, throwing and kicking him.

The disturbing assault was captured on video by an alarmed neighbor, according to the criminal complaint. Police showed up to the apartment and rushed the injured pooch to an animal hospital with head injuries, two cracked ribs and a permanently damaged left eye, court papers allege. Alex wasnโ€™t as lucky. He died of traumatic brain injury after sustaining multiple skull fractures, the criminal complaint states.

If convicted at trial, Tang faced up to two years in prison. Dardarisโ€™ lawyer, Robert Cannata, filed a suit against Tang for intentional infliction of emotional distress and trespass. The civil case is still pending.

In other words, we have a Democrat President again.

Meanwhile, hedge funds are making a killing! The big hedge funds raked in large gains at the start of 2021. See how that works? The swamp invests in hedge funds and then they tell the hedge funds what their plans are and where to invest. Then they enact policies to help themselves win!

Now itโ€™s headed to the Senate where it wonโ€™t pass, unless they somehow override the filibuster (60 votes.) My question to the Supreme Court is how does Congress have โ€œstandingโ€ to do this over the Constitutionally-appointed State legislatures in determining election procedures?

Also, if everything was legal, above board and Constitutional in the 2020 election, why would Congress have to pass a law to LEGALIZE it. Iโ€™m no lawyer but I do have common sense.     Canada Posted: Jul 11, 2017: BLACK-ON-WHITE: Woman, 28, charged with murder in death of St. Albert senior Ron Worsfold
BLACK SUSPECT WHITE VICTIM RCMP have charged a 28-year-old woman in the death of St. Albert senior Ron Worsfold. Worsfold was last seen Friday at a home in St. Albert.

The 75-year-old was reported missing Saturday and police asked for the public's help in finding him. On Monday, RCMP said the search ended after his body was found Sunday. His body was found in a rural area of Parkland County, near Stony Plain, police confirmed Tuesday.

An autopsy completed Tuesday in Edmonton confirmed Worsfold's death was a homicide. Police did not specify the cause of death. Beryl Musila, 28, has been charged with first-degree murder and indignity to human remains.

She is scheduled to appear in Sherwood Park provincial court Wednesday. Police have said little about the circumstances surrounding Worsfold's disappearance and death.

At a news conference Tuesday afternoon, Sgt. Jack Poitras said Musila and Worsfold knew each other, but police aren't certain how well. Worsfold's car, a Toyota Corolla, was reported stolen five days before he went missing. On Tuesday, RCMP said the vehicle theft was not connected to his disappearance or death.

On Monday, Worsfold's daughter Stacey Worsfold told CBC News she has an idea what happened to her father but did not want to elaborate, preferring to leave those details to the police and focus on her dad's legacy instead. She said her dad's "life is great" attitude was well-known throughout St. Albert, in part because so many people knew him from the Petro-Canada where he worked as an attendant for more than three decades.

"So many people in St. Albert know him and cared for him, loved him," she said. "He was a part of many families and he gave his all to every family he was involved in."

BLACK-ON-WHITE: (Black) Woman Charged With Shooting (White) Man In Front Of Daughter At Miami Hooters
BLACK SUSPECT WHITE VICTIM MIAMI (CBSMiami) โ€“ A Tampa woman went before a Miami judge Wednesday morning after police say she shot a man several times in front of his 8-year-old daughter. Quanesha Lewis, 34, is facing charges of attempted second-degree murder and child abuse.

Some witnesses say it began with an argument about leaving a tip at a Miami Hooters on Coral Way. Aileen Campbell is the mother of the little girl and ex-wife of the victim, Darren Campbell.

Speaking virtually in court, she made an impassioned plea to the judge. โ€œI pray that you donโ€™t let this person out,โ€ she said. โ€œBecause who would have the heart to shoot a father and a little girl walking out? I donโ€™t care what went on verbally. How dare they do that to my family.โ€

She says Campbell is in critical condition at the hospital, and their daughter narrowly avoided the crossfire. She held up a small gold ring to the camera.

โ€œYour honor, I want you to know that she had two earrings on. This is one of them,โ€ Aileen Campbell explained. โ€œHalf of the earring was blown off by a bullet. My daughter couldโ€™ve been killed on Saturday.โ€ Quanesha Lewis is accused of pulling the trigger, after an argument outside Hooters.

The way it all started depends on who you ask. According to the arrest form, witnesses told detectives that Lewis followed Darren Campbell and his daughter out of the restaurant. He said โ€œget away from meโ€ and โ€œI donโ€™t want to fight.โ€

When Lewis pursued, Campbell got into, whatโ€™s described as, a โ€œfighting stance.โ€ Lewis pulled out a gun, and when he reached to his pocket, she fired four times.

Lewisโ€™ attorney says she has a conceal carry permit. The report says Campbell was not armed and had a phone in his pocket.

Lewis, who is from Tampa, left the scene of the shooting and returned home with her family. The next day, she turned herself in, saying she acted in self-defense after feeling threatened.

Lewisโ€™s brother, Roshard Lewis, who was with her at Hooters at the time, also spoke virtually in bond court. He said it was the victim who started everything. โ€œI donโ€™t know what this guy had going on or why he was messing with us,โ€ said Lewis. โ€œHis daughter was telling him โ€˜daddy, come on.โ€˜ He pushed his daughter back and kept coming toward us.โ€

In the police report, Quanesha Lewis Told investigators that Campbell came up to their table and threatened to slash their tires if they didnโ€™t tip properly. Lewis told investigators Campbell continued, saying: โ€œIn fact, Iโ€™ll go slash them right now.โ€ Lewis says thatโ€™s when she followed him out to see what he was going to do.

She says Campbell was making threats and charging toward them. She pulled out her gun, and says when he reached down, she fired. Lewis told detectives when he fell, she realized he had a phone in his hand.

The judge ultimately charged Lewis with Attempted 2nd Degree Murder & Child Abuse.

Denver police said that Roxann Martinezโ€™s death is not believed to be connected to the murder trial. Martinez was shot and killed at the intersection of E. Kenyon Dr. and S. Wabash St. at 11 p.m. on Feb 25. The Denver medical examiner ruled her death a homicide from a gunshot wound.

โ€œDenver police officers were notified of a woman down in the streets,โ€ Denver Police Department spokesperson Christine Downs told CBS4โ€™s Dillon Thomas. Police would not release many details about the investigation as a suspect has not been identified publicly.

Martinez was supposed to testify for the prosecution in the ongoing murder trial in Pueblo. Lucas has been charged with murdering Schelling, even though her body has never been found. Lucas pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in August 2018.

We donโ€™t believe there is a danger to the community at this time. And, we donโ€™t believe it was related to any trials or any other issues that are going on right now,โ€ Downs said. โ€œWe donโ€™t believe that there are any connections to anything else.โ€

black suspect An Ohio man wanted in a triple homicide that left his estranged ex-wife and two other men dead in the Cincinnati area was wounded by Detroit officers during a shootout at a motel Monday as police closed in on the suspect who crossed statelines overnight.

Chandra Moore, 55, was transported to a local hospital in critical condition Monday, Detroit Police Chief James Craig said at a press conference, Fox 2 Detroit reported. Authorities said he traveled about 300 miles overnight from the Cincinnati area after he was accused of murdering three people, including his estranged ex-wife, and injuring two others in shootings reported at two separate locations Sunday.

Detroit police had received a tip around 3 a.m. Monday that Moore was located at the Rivertown Inn & Suites on Jefferson Ave in Detroit. Police set up a perimeter and conducted surveillance before Moore emerged from his motel room around 9:50 a.m.

"As he was coming out of the hotel, he observed officers deployed at the location. He made his way to a parked vehicle and then he turned and open-fired on officers," Craig said. Several officers responded with fire, striking Moore multiple times. Police later recovered three hand guns, a semi-automatic rifle and two revolvers from Mooreโ€™s motel room. No officers were injured.

Cincinnati police responded to the 3600 block of Idlewild Avenue in Evanston around 7 p.m. The department initially identified the first victim as 35-year-old Andrew Wesley, who was found dead at the scene. Three other surviving victims were transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, The Cincinnati Enquirer reported.

Timothy L. Dugar, 33, has since died at the hospital, Cincinnati Police Chief Eliot K. Isaac said in an updated statement Monday. The investigation Sunday led officers to the 2500 block of Victory Parkway, in Walnut Hills, where police found 28-year-old Brittany Waggoner, dead at the scene, the department said. According to court documents, the three men assaulted an unidentified man after he stepped on or bumped into a woman at about 1 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 29, 2019 inside the Red Carpet.

Surveillance video shows McGill appear to touch Lawrence Johnson on the shoulder, prompting Lawrence Johnson to punch McGill and McGill to punch back. Bouncers then removed the three men from the bar. A witness outside the Red Carpet testified during the Feb. 22-24 trial he heard Christopher Johnson say they were going to "serve some type of punishment" and "kill him," court documents state.

The three men then re-entered the Red Carpet. Surveillance video shows the brothers exchanging a shiny object that reflected the light. Just before 1:30 a.m., the three men attacked McGill on the dance floor and Christopher Johnson "grabbed Mr. McGill with his left hand and made a series of jabbing motions with his right hand," documents state.

About three minutes after the fight began, McGill can be seen collapsing out the front door; he was pronounced dead at 3:20 a.m. at St. Cloud Hospital. An autopsy found McGill had nonlethal blunt-force trauma to the head and multiple stab wounds on his chest, abdomen and back. The medical examiner ruled the cause of death was excessive bleeding.

(Black) Mid-City Man Tries To Evict Tenant, Finds Heโ€™s Been Accused Of Stealing Nearly $2K From Georgia Charity "I Found Out That He Is A Conman"
black suspect black grinch MID-CITY (CBSLA) โ€” A Mid-City property manager got more than he bargained for when he decided to help a man he thought was down on his luck. โ€œThe more I found out, the more it kind of set in, and I realized that I was dealing with a professional scammer,โ€ Christian Palencia said.

Palencia thought he was doing a good deed when he befriended Jeremy Foreman at a hostel he helps run. Palencia said after listening to all the work Foreman claimed to have done with charity organizations, he felt bad when he learned that Foreman had nowhere to go. โ€œI figured Iโ€™d help him and get his feet underneath him,โ€ Palencia said.

He offered Foreman a room to rent at a home in Mid-City where Palencia, who is also the manager, lives. Foreman signed a month-to-month lease in March, agreeing to pay the $1,200 rent. โ€œHe did pay me in the beginning,โ€ Palencia said. โ€œIt was usually late, but I came into this knowing that he needed some time, and we would work together. And then it would come in parts, and then it didnโ€™t come anymore.โ€

According to Palencia, Foreman is behind $6,000 on rent and has refused to leave. Making matters worse is that Foreman is not who he said he is. โ€œI decided to do a little bit of due diligence on his charity work, and I found out that he is a conman,โ€ Palencia said.

According to authorities in Georgia, Foreman was accused in 2014 of stealing $1,800 from a charity that feeds families around the holidays. Authorities said he has already been indicted and could be arrested โ€” if he didnโ€™t live in California. โ€œThis case is flagged as a Georgia or surrounding states arrest,โ€ Deputy Chief Rob Bryan, of the Statesboro Police Department, said. โ€œIt is definitely a case that I would like to see closed. I think itโ€™s despicable when a charity gets taken advantage of like this.โ€

Back in Los Angeles, Foreman declined a request for an interview. Palencia said he filed eviction forms, but a judge ruled Foreman could not be removed from the property due to the pandemic eviction moratorium.

โ€œUntil then, he is free to just live in my home with no concerns or anything,โ€ Palencia said. me Changer' In Battling Blazes, Firefighters Say Palencia said he offered to let Foreman stay in the hostel, but said Foreman declined the offer. As for the eviction process, it could go until October because Foreman has asked for a jury trial. A request for comment from Foremanโ€™s attorney was not immediately confirmed.

Accused (Black) New Jersey pimp sobs after indictment on sex-trafficking charges
black suspect black suspect black pimp A New Jersey man accused of coercing women into prostitution by beating them and threatening their lives broke down in sobs Wednesday in a Manhattan courtroom when he learned heโ€™d been indicted on sex-trafficking raps. Akil Martin, aka Damion, 28, (aka Demon) surrendered Thursday to what he thought was a lesser charge.

However, it turns out heโ€™s facing three counts of sex trafficking and one count of promoting prostitution โ€” and up to 25 years in prison. As soon as prosecutor Meghan McNulty began chronicling his alleged crimes, the not-so-tough thug dissolved into tears b

efore Justice Gilbert Hong in Manhattan Supreme Court. McNulty read a series of vile texts Martin allegedly sent his victims. โ€œBitch, I promise youโ€™ll get pistol whipped!โ€ he allegedly wrote Dec. 14, 2020.

โ€œI donโ€™t care if I get locked up or none of that. I got a million bitches to take my bail up,โ€ prosecutors said he wrote another woman in 2019, as Martin continued to weep uncontrollably. A young woman from the Bronx told cops in January that Martin had threatened to shoot and kill her in a text message.

โ€œMr. Martin has spent the last two years using social media, death threats, beatings and guns to recruit, transport and coercively prostitute five young women who lived in constant and very real fear for their lives,โ€ said DA Cyrus Vance Jr. in a statement. Since at least 2019, Martin recruited the women in their late teens and early 20s from New York and other states, then trafficked them to johns at hotels throughout the city โ€“where they were forced to turn tricks and hand over their profits, authorities said.

In addition to allegedly using brutal assaults to keep his victims in line, Martin also took their identity documents so they couldnโ€™t leave, prosecutors charge.

Two SUVs breached US-Mexico border in California โ€“ then crashed, burned in separate accidents
Thirteen illegal immigrants diedin one crash while 19 people were found hiding in the brush after the other, authorities say Two SUVs involved in separate accidents in California on Tuesday entered the U.S. from Mexico through a 10-foot gap in a border barrier, federal authorities said Wednesday, according to a report.

One of the SUVs, said to have 25 illegal immigrants crammed inside, soon became involved in a deadly crash at State Highway 115 and Norrish Road in Holtville that killed 12 of the vehicleโ€™s occupants at the scene and a 13th a short time later, the Los Angeles Times reported. Ten of the dead were Mexican citizens, according to the Mexican government while the nationalities of the three others were not immediately clear, according to The Associated Press.

The other SUV was found in flames about 10 minutes after entering the U.S., with 19 people spotted hiding nearby in the brush, the report said. It was unclear how the fire started. Gregory Bovino, the Border Patrolโ€™s El Centro sector chief, said the incidents exemplified the disregard with which human smugglers treat their victims.

"Human smugglers have proven time and again they have little regard for human life," Bovino told the AP. "Those who may be contemplating crossing the border illegally should pause to think of the dangers that all too often end in tragedy -- tragedies our Border Patrol agents and first responders are unfortunately very familiar with."

Everyone riding in both SUVs was suspected to have entered the U.S. illegally, the Border Patrol said in a news release

Bidenโ€™s US-Mexico border pullback creating โ€˜roads for the cartels,โ€™ Arizona sheriff says: report
Without border wall halted, roads built for Border Patrol agents now aiding smugglers, Cochise County sheriff says The U.S.-Mexico border region in Arizona is becoming less secure since President Biden took office, a sheriff is alleging, according to a report.

"We just built roads for the cartels," Cochise County Sheriff Mark Daniels said, according to the Washington Times.

Daniels explained that by halting work on the border wall championed by former President Donald Trump, the Biden administration has left intact the high-speed roads that were built to help Border Patrol agents manage the region โ€“ but is failing to follow through with the barrier that was planned to keep illegal immigrants and smugglers of humans and drugs out of the U.S. The result: Smugglers are able to use the new roads to operate more deeply inside the U.S., Daniels told the Times.

Marjorie Taylor Greene drops Dr. Seuss-style rhyme calling for Biden impeachment
Biden blooper Marjorie Taylor Greene.jpg Lightning-rod Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene tweeted a rhyme in the style of Dr. Seuss on Thursday calling for the impeachment of President Biden.

108 illegal immigrants released by Border Patrol in Texas test positive for coronavirus, officials say
More than 100 illegal immigrants released by the Border Patrol into Texas since "NO-BORDERS BIDEN" illegal executive orders late January have tested positive for the coronavirus following their arrival, officials in a city on the U.S.-Mexico border tell Fox News. Felipe Romero, a spokesperson for Brownsville, said Wednesday that the 108 positives represent 6.3% of the number of total migrants who have been rapid-tested at the cityโ€™s main bus station, where they are being released by the Border Patrol. Rapid testing of the individuals began there on Jan. 25. He added that Brownsville does not have the authority to prevent those who test positive from traveling elsewhere in the U.S. -- and are advising them to quarantine, follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and socially distance.

"IMMIGRANTS IMPORT DEADLY DISEASE"
The Immigration and Nationality Act mandates that all immigrants and refugees undergo a medical screening examination to determine whether they have an inadmissible health condition. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has technical instructions for medical examination of prospective immigrants in their home countries before they are permitted to enter the U.S. They are screened for communicable and infectious diseases such as tuberculosis, malaria, hepatitis, polio, measles, mumps and HIV. They are also tested for syphilis, gonorrhea and other sexually transmitted diseases. The CDC also has medical screening guidelines for refugees. These screenings are usually performed 30 to 90 days after refugees arrive in the United States.

But what about people who enter our country illegally? The CDC specifically cites the possibility of the cross-border movement of HIV, measles, pertussis, rubella, rabies, hepatitis A, influenza, tuberculosis, shigellosis and syphilis. Chris Cabrera, a Border Patrol agent in South Texas, warned: โ€œWhatโ€™s coming over into the U.S. could harm everyone. We are starting to see scabies, chickenpox, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infections and different viruses.โ€ Some of the youngsters illegally entering our country are known to be carrying lice and suffering from various illnesses. Because there have been no medical examinations of undocumented immigrants, we have no idea how many are carrying infectious diseases that might endanger American children when these immigrants enter schools across our nation.

3rd man accuses a Chicago activist priest of HOMOsexual abuse
CHICAGO (AP) โ€” A third man has come forward with sexual abuse allegations against a Chicago priest who has gained widespread acclaim for his activism, saying he felt he owes it to two brothers who have faced criticism for accusing the priest of abusing them decades ago when they were teens. The 59-year-old man alleges in an affidavit shared late Tuesday with church officials that the Rev. Michael Pfleger once grabbed his crotch over his clothes in the priestโ€™s bedroom area at St. Sabina Church in the summer of 1979 as the then 18-year-old accuser pretended to sleep.

Although he wasn't a minor at the time, the man said he did not consent to the sexual contact with Pfleger, whom he said he met about three years earlier and considered a trusted mentor and friend. The affidavit also alleges that he and Pfleger often drank alcohol and smoked pot together, beginning when the man was 15 or 16 and within years of the priestโ€™s ordination.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Man who died after being punched by BLACK on Strip was Massachusetts visitor
black suspect The Clark County coronerโ€™s office has identified a man who died after being punched on the Strip early Sunday. He was 57-year-old Thomas Driscoll of Chicopee, Massachusetts, the coronerโ€™s office said. Chicopee is about 90 miles west of Boston.

A doctor pronounced Driscoll dead at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center early Sunday after Driscoll took one punch from a man on the Strip, according to a police report released Monday by the Metropolitan Police Department.

Shortly before 4:30 a.m. Driscoll was walking with a woman, identified by police as Nava Fuehrer, on the pedestrian bridge between The Cromwell and Ballyโ€™s when they walked past a group of men.

One of the men, identified as 33-year-old Brandon Leath, made a comment about Driscoll and Fuehrer walking through the group, according to the report. Seconds later, Leath ran toward Driscoll and Fuehrer and ran down the stairs as the two took an escalator down.     BLACK-ON-WHITE: gruesome details of murder of White Ohio mother in Reno by (black) killer
BLACK SUSPECT WHITE VICTIM RENO, Nev. (FOX19) - Amber Morris met her accused killer hours before her brutal Nevada death, new police records show. A report from the medical examiner says the Ohio mother had multiple face fractures, a brain bleed, and appeared to have been sexually assaulted. Tevin Johnson remains in custody, charged with the 38-year-oldโ€™s murder.

Morris grew up in Ross, Ohio. Police said her body was found July 19 at Circus Circus Reno hotel. โ€œEverything weโ€™ve gotten is very vague,โ€ said the victimโ€™s cousin Mary Mullins. โ€œJust that she was found at 2 a.m.โ€

The new records say Morris met Johnson while she was staying at the hotel and casino in Reno. According to police, Johnson was seen taking an elevator to Morrisโ€™ floor during the time of her murder. The documents say itโ€™s believed Johnson strangled Morris with some type of mechanism and stomped her in the head and face.

Johnsonโ€™s motive is still unclear. Police records say Morris traveled to Nevada with her husband and sister, and that Morris and her husband had been arguing so he spent little time in the room. The records say Morris and her sister were hanging out with Johnson and another man drinking and engaging in some drug activity.

Now, as the family works to process all that happened, they are trying to hold on to happier memories. โ€œWe want people to remember her for her smile and all the good things about her,โ€ said Mullins. In the records released, police stated that they found bloody shoes that Johnson left behind in an elevator. They also collected several fingerprints.

black suspect A Louisiana police officer was shot dead last week during a mask dispute at a high school basketball game. Authorities confirmed the death of Cpl Martinus Mitchum, 38, of the Tulane University Police Department in a Facebook post on Saturday.

John Shallerhorn, 35, was identified by police as the suspect who fatally shot Mitchum at George Washington Carver High School in the 3000 block of Higgins Blvd on Friday. The school was put on lockdown after the shooting, local news outlets reported, and the game was ultimately called off.

First responders transported him to University Medical Centre in New Orleans, where he later died from his injuries. The couple was charged with manslaughter this week for allegedly feeding their daughter a diet of only French fries for five years without providing her with any medical treatment, leading to a โ€œrash all over her body.โ€ According to court documents, the girl โ€œwas not receiving proper nutrition; the Akinlobas only fed [her] Whataburger French fries making her diet inappropriate as it was insufficient for important vitamins, minerals and other micronutrients.โ€

It also said the girl had โ€œan entire body skin rash for more than a year that the Akinlobas failed to seek medical treatment,โ€ and that she โ€œexhibited signs of sepsis for multiple days before the Akinlobas ultimately took her to the hospital where she died.โ€ The court documents noted that the girlโ€™s parents stopped vaccinating her when she was about a year and a half old, when they made a โ€œself-diagnosisโ€ that she had Autism and erroneously believed vaccines were the cause.

In the final four years of her life, the document says, the girl didnโ€™t see a doctor, dentist or any kind of behavioral therapist, and the couple stopped vaccinating her. The Nigerian couple were charged with one count each of aggravated manslaughter of a child under 18 by culpable negligence, malnutrition and a delay in medical.

(Black) LA Man Accused In Instagram Modeling Scam Targeting Orange County Women

The suspect in this scam, Ricklynn Parnell, sent a direct message to her on Instagram asking about if sheโ€™d be interested in modeling and sent over what appeared to be official contracts. Parnell offered the woman to model for $175 an hour, and because of his convincing items and approach, she decided to meet him at the Seal Beach Pier.

โ€œHe was very charismatic, nice, gentleman. There was no red flags with that,โ€ she said. After he took photos of her with a camera, he then wrote her checks for $2,000, but they werenโ€™t any good.

He arranged another meeting, and thatโ€™s when officers got involved and met him there. โ€œWe have reason to believe there are at least five victims heโ€™s done this to, but based on the ease of this crime, itโ€™s very likely he has targeted other women which is why itโ€™s so critical for us to get the suspectโ€™s picture and the M.O. out there because we are very interested in having other victims come forward to make sure they can prosecute those crimes as well,โ€ police said.

Parnell, who has a criminal history, now faces three felonies for identity theft, defrauding by false pretense and check fraud.

black suspect GRANTSVILLE โ€” Tooele County prosecutors have charged a man in connection with the 2019 kidnapping and sexual assault of woman who was left naked on the side of a road in Grantsville. Martin Mau Jock Kol, 27, of Salt Lake City, was charged Monday in 3rd District Court with aggravated sexual assault, aggravated kidnapping, forcible sodomy and aggravated robbery, all first-degree felonies.

In May of 2019, a woman reported to police that she had been held against her will in Kolโ€™s vehicle and was physically and sexually assaulted as Kol and at least one other man drove around, never slowing down enough for her to jump out, according to a police affidavit filed in court. โ€œThe victim also reported her clothing and other items were taken from her by force and she did not get them back. During the past year, Disney Corporation has experienced billions of dollars in losses and thousands of layoffs. Yet it is continuing to ignore families by promoting the homosexual agenda by public and explicit gay pride event at Disneyland Paris and promoted LGBTQ characters in children and family TV and movies. A petition including approximately 1 million signatures was presented at Disney's annual meeting in 2020, which Disney ignored.

Because of the financial downturns, however, investors are now exceedingly worried about the budget shortfall. In these difficult times for Disney, it may be more receptive to our concerns about family programming and events. Families remain the top source of income for Disney and are its largest market.

It is planned to add to the petition to Disney, with the goal of 1.5 million signatures and presenting it on March 9 to the executives of Disney and board of directors of the corporation. They must understand they are making a serious mistake on forcing the LGBTQ agenda on families.

Add your signature by March 9 to put the pressure on Disney during its difficult time to produce family-friendly content and events only.

The comment was the final straw after Lindell spent much of the 17-minute interview railing about the jabs. The CEO earlier took aim at Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, claiming the leader is โ€œmaking the whole countryโ€ get a shot โ€” before whining other countries would soon follow suit.

โ€œRight now with the vaccine over there, theyโ€™re making the whole country take it so you canโ€™t go in shopping malls, you wouldnโ€™t be able to get a job, and if this happens, itโ€™s the start for the world โ€” the worst thing that could happen to this world,โ€ Lindell said. The My Pillow founder continued, โ€œThis is our bodies, this is โ€˜mark of the beastโ€™ stuff. And I donโ€™t care. Iโ€™ll just put right out there. This is Revelations.โ€

El Paso murder suspect claiming he's 'Jesus Christ' to undergo mental health evaluation
black suspect black jesus action figure A judge on Monday ordered a psychological evaluation for an El Paso man claiming to be "Jesus Christ" who is accused of killing a man in a shooting earlier this year. Grant Rutledge, 31, faces a murder charge in the death of Anthony Martin, 32, who was shot twice during a fight Jan. 10 at the Pine Village Apartments on Fairbanks Drive in Northeast El Paso, according to court documents and officials.

During a 34th District Court virtual hearing Monday, Judge William Moody ordered Rutledge to undergo a mental health evaluation to determine if he's competent to stand trial. At the hearing, Rutledge's attorney Dereck Wyatt said his client repeatedly claimed to be "Jesus Christ incarnate."

"I tried to talk to him several times about statements like that, but he continued to insist that he was Jesus Christ and quoted some Bible verses and said some other things," Wyatt said. Rutledge was not present at the court hearing held via video conferencing.

A day after the shooting, the El Paso Police Department SWAT team arrested Rutledge in the 3500 block of Keltner Avenue in the Northeast.
