threatens to kill (White) 4-year-old during violent robbery: 'He
had no remorse'  LOWELL,
N.C. - A jaw-dropping violent robbery was caught on surveillance
video inside a Lowell convenience store over the weekend and police
are still looking for the suspect. A man brought his 4-year-old
nephew to visit the boy's grandmother Sunday night at the
Lowell Mini Mart on McAdenville Road where the woman works as a
clerk. The man, who didn’t want to show his bloody face on camera,
told Channel 9 that seconds before the attack, he looked into the
robber’s eyes and felt something was wrong. “As soon as he walked
in, I had an eerie feeling about the whole thing,” the victim said.
The surveillance video shows the robber put the man in a chokehold
and point the gun at the clerk while the 4-year-old boy watched,
clutching a drink. Police said the gun may have been a pellet gun,
but it seemed real when the suspect pistol-whipped the man in the
head. The clerk, who also didn’t want to be identified, said the
robber targeted the 4-year-old. “He aimed the gun at my grandson and
said he would kill him,” the clerk said. The clerk grabbed her
grandson and put herself between the child and the gunman. The
gunman rushed her and hit her on the head. She said she told her
grandson to run. “He had no remorse, no concern for anyone,

male) Cheerleader Sues College Over Alleged (homo) Sexual

(CBS 11 NEWS) – A North Texas college, known for its incredible
cheer program, is being sued by a former cheerleader. The now
20-year-old says he was drugged and (homo) sexually assaulted by an
assistant coach. “Living in fear is… probably the hardest part,” he
said. “Just the images, the memories, you can never shake them.”He enrolled at Navarro College in 2015 hoping to win a national cheerleading championship. He and his family met Andre McGee the very first day. “Everybody said, ‘Oh you’re one of the new cheerleaders. Andre takes great care of you boys,'” said the cheerleader’s mother. “All campus police, the man who was in charge of the dorms, they all knew Andre.” In his civil lawsuit against McGee and Navarro College, he says McGee would “slap and hit male cheerleaders” and make them “drop their pants at his command.” He claims McGee had hundreds of nude photographs of the cheerleaders and would force the rookies to “drink and/or consume drugs,” calling it “big girl games.” According to the suit, in October 2015 McGee forced the alleged victim to take Xanax. He says he later “awoke to McGee sodomizing him.” He says he stayed quiet about the alleged assault because he still dreamed of winning a championship. But three months later he called police. CBS11 obtained the police report, which shows a second cheerleader making similar claims. That cheerleader did not want to talk on the record for this story, but attorneys for the first cheerleader believe others will come forward. “We have spoken to other victims in this case,” said Lacey Turley Most. “And we’ve heard from other cheerleaders that there were other victims.” |

accused of beating 4-month-old puppy, breaking multiple bones   ZIONSVILLE,
Ind. -- A man has been arrested and charged with severely beating a
4-month-old puppy so badly that he broke multiple bones. Lemontrae
Bible, 24, was arrested Friday at a home on N. Kenyon Street.
According to police reports, Bible was charged as part of an
investigation into animal abuse where a 4-month-old puppy was beaten
severely. Bible's girlfriend, Holly Brand, says he
started hurting the puppy shortly after she got it for her daughter.
"He had pistol whipped her and actually had a broken tooth," said
Brand. She says the abuse started after the puppy had an accident in
their home. Halsey was so
abused that she suffered extensive jaw and head fractures, broken
bones and had to have a tube inserted so that she could get
nutrients while she recovers. |

executes (black) Dallas man for ex-girlfriend's 1999 slaying HUNTSVILLE,
Texas -- A Dallas man was executed Tuesday for the 1999 slaying of
his ex-girlfriend while he already was on parole for killing his
estranged wife. William Rayford, 64, became the nation's
second inmate put to death this year, both in Texas, when he
received lethal injection for beating, stabbing and strangling
44-year-old Carol Lynn Thomas Hall.Hall's body was found about 300 feet inside a drainage pipe behind her home in South Dallas' Oak Cliff area. Hall's 11-year-old son, Benjamin, also was stabbed in the attack but survived. He testified against Rayford. Asked by the warden at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Huntsville Unit if he had a final statement, Rayford apologized repeatedly to his victim's four children who watched through a window a few feet from him. "Carol didn't deserve what I done," he said. "Please try to find it in your heart to forgive me. I am sorry. It has bothered me for a long time what I have done." |

teen charged with committing sex crimes against 4-year-old RALEIGH,
N.C. (WNCN) — A Raleigh teenager is facing multiple sex crime
charges that involve a child who was 4 years old when the first
crime was committed, according to a Wake County Magistrate’s
Order. Randolph Takay, 18, of the 2000 block of Hodges
Creek Drive, is facing three felony counts of indecent liberties
with a child for crimes that documents show occurred beginning March
1, 2017 and lasting until Jan. 23, the day before he was arrested.
Court documents show Takay “willfully and feloniously did commit and
attempt to commit a lewd and lascivious act upon the body” of the
child. The victim was 4 years oldwhen
the first crime is said to have occurred. Takay was 17. The child is
now 5. |

released of (black) man who raped woman in N. Houston alley HOUSTON
– Houston Police and Houston Crime Stoppers have released a sketch
of a man who raped a woman in an alleyway at a north side apartment
complex. According to HPD, the crime happened shortly before 5 a.m.
Nov. 5, 2017 at an apartment complex. The victim told police
the suspect grabbed her by the arm and forced her into the dark
alley between the apartment building and a fence. “The suspect then
raped and viciously beat the victim. The suspect fled the scene on
foot in an unknown direction. A forensic sketch artist composed a
drawing of the suspect,” stated a press release from authorities. The
suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’07” with
a skinny build. |

police release sketch of (black) suspect wanted in rape and
assault of woman WAYNE,
Mich. (WXYZ) - The Wayne Police Department has issued a composite
sketch of a man wanted in the sexual assault of a woman. The
incident happened at around 7:00 p.m. on January 25. The victim, who
is in her 40s, was walking home in the are of Merriman Road and
Michigan Avenue. When she got home, the man enter her home without
permission and sexually and physically assaulted her. The man is
described at African American, between 18 and 20-years-old. He
is 6'2" tall, weighs about 200 pounds and has shorter curly/twisted
hair. |

Heights Sex Offender Busted Offering Private Basketball Lessons HAYWARD
(CBS13) —Just six months after being arrested for making
inappropriate contact with a minor in Roseville, a so-called private
basketball coach and registered sex offender, is caught once again,
this time in the Bay Area. Melvin Flemings, 28 of Citrus
Heights, was arrested by police in Hayward after offering a student
private lessons. He’s a registered sex offender with a growing rap
sheet. The man who goes by the alias “Melvin Allen” was arrested
most recently in Hayward after he allegedly approached a teen at Mt.
Eden High and offered private basketball lessons through his
so-called company, Evolution Sports. Luckily, that teen told his mom
who then got involved. |

SQUARE, Manhattan (WABC) -- Police released video of a random attack
in the subway in Times Square. The video shows a man punch a
48-year-old woman in the face after she bumped into him at the
turnstile. It happened on Sunday at around 7:30 p.m. inside the
station near the "A" train. After he punched her, the suspect ran
away. The victim was treated for a cut to her face. The suspect is
described as 35 to 45 years old; last seen wearing a green and
orange hooded sweater, a blue knit cap, a black jacket, light blue
jeans and black sneakers. |
Woman
punched, robbed (by black) while holding her toddler  WINTER
HAVEN, Fla. (CBS12) — A woman was punched and robbed in broad
daylight while at a park with her child, police say. According to
Winter Haven Police, a woman was at Kiwanis Park with her toddler
when she saw two men in dark hooded sweaters come into the
park. The woman told officers she felt uneasy, so she grabbed her
child and headed to her car. According to a news release, one
of the robbers came up to the victims and said, "give me your money
or I'll shoot!" The man then punched the woman in the face, and she
fell to the ground while holding the child.One of the men punched the woman again and took off with her purse, according to police. The child was not injured. Two days later, police arrested 19-year-old Marques Haines for the crime. "This guy thinks he's a big man to attack a vulnerable mother holding a small child in a park," said Chief Charlie Bird. "He is now where he belongs... behind bars." |

charged after kidnapped woman found stabbed, naked on side of
the road  DEKALB
COUNTY, Ga. - A mother spoke to Channel 2 Action News days after her
she says her daughter was kidnapped and left for dead. Surveillance
video shows the victim being dragged out of the Budget Inn on
Memorial Drive on Thursday. Police said the victim’s 1-year-old
daughter was left behind in the motel room. A passerby later found
the victim beaten, stabbed and naked along Jack Neely Road in Newton
County. Police have charged Derwin Johnson with aggravated
assault and aggravated battery, among other charges. The victim’s
mother said Johnson is her daughter’s ex-boyfriend and the
father of her child. Johnson treated her daughter like a
punching bag. “He was stomping on her. She was nothing. He stabbed
her in the head and the leg and hit her. She has a black eye,
missing teeth,” she said. |

Auto Repair Shop Employee Critically Injured After Getting Shot
During Robbery (by black scum)PHILADELPHIA
(CBS) — An auto repair shop employee is fighting for his life after
getting shot during a robbery on Friday. Philadelphia police say two
suspects, one of them armed, entered Mike’s Service Center on the
8900 block of Ridge Avenue around 10 p.m. and demanded money. Police
say when the employee fought with the suspects to get away, he was
pistol whipped with a Tech-9 semi-automatic handgun about the head
and face. According to police, the employee was taken down to the
floor and continued to be beaten before being shot in the side. The
suspects fled the store on foot and were last seen heading east on
Manatawna Avenue. The victim was transported to a local hospital and
is listed in critical condition. The first suspect is described as a 6-foot tall black man, with an athletic build, wearing a grayish/green jacket, black knit hat, dark pants and armed with a Tech-9 handgun. The second suspect is described as a 6-foot tall black man, with a stocky build, wearing a dark-hooded jacket with unknown logos on the front, and dark-colored pants. |

Hugh Barry and an another officer on the ride up. Long Beach men suspected of stealing a half-million dollars worth of
merchandise from retail cosmetic stores across Southern California
and in Las Vegas were arrested Saturday, Jan. 27, in Riverside,
according to a Riverside County Sheriff’s Department news release
and jail records. Niko Hayes, 28, and Burrell Doumont
Roberts Jr., 27, have been linked to at least 20 commercial
burglaries, according to the release. The investigation is
continuing and more may be discovered, officials said. |

have identified a Virginia man who was shot and killed after he
allegedly intentionally struck a pedestrian with his car and then
attacked an off-duty officer who confronted him. Police say Khalil
Lawal, 31, of Arlington, Virginia, was driving a black
Honda Civic south on Broad near Marconi Plaza around 7:30 a.m. He
then made a left onto Bigler Street and struck a man who was exiting
his parked car. Investigators say it appears Lawal did this

waiting more than two decades for an arrest in her older sister’s
killing, Marie Ann Iverson Coker’s first instinct was to look up the
suspect’s social media accounts.“I have waited almost 21 years. I needed to see the last person she saw,” Coker said. “I needed to.” Last week, Las Vegas detectives arrested Arthur Lee Sewall Jr., 51 — a former Metropolitan Police Department officer previously convicted of using his badge to threaten women for sexual favors — on charges of murder and sexual assault in Nadia Iverson’s cold case killing. Police learned in early 2017 that Sewall’s DNA was found in Iverson’s rape kit. On May 8, 1997, four days after Iverson’s 20th birthday, Metro found Iverson’s body with a gunshot wound to her head inside a duplex under construction north of downtown Las Vegas. OH (FOX19) - A 40-year-old man was found shot to death in a parking
lot near the University of Cincinnati early Saturday, Cincinnati
police said. Officers responded to a parking lot behind businesses
in the 200 block of West McMillan Street about 2 a.m. Kenneth
Ridener, 40, was pronounced dead at the scene, which is about
a block away from UC's campus. Police arrested Robert Williams,
28, and charged him with murder. The incident remains under

Man arrested, accused of trying to rape and kill 15-year-old
girl Calcasieu
Parish Sheriff's deputies arrested a Westlake man Thursday in
connection with the attempted murder and rape of a teen.
Deputies were called to a home at about 8:30 a.m. Thursday. They
found a 15-year-old girl
who said Patrick Brown pulled a knife on her, made her
expose herself, and tried to rape her with the knife at her throat,
a spokesman said. She told deputies he choked her, pinned her to the
ground, and hit her in the back of the head with something, a
spokesman said. She was able to get away, but had lacerations on her
neck and hand, the spokesman said. The child described Brown

Pensacola man faces up to 30 years in state prison after a jury
convicted him of exploiting a blind, elderly victim. An Escambia
County jury on Tuesday convicted John Louis Wages, 45, of

over 60 years of age and exploitation of the elderly, according to a
release from Attorney General Pam Bondi's office. The victim was
deemed legally blind and suffered from hearing loss and was moved

45-year-old Terry May also struck her with a belt. May is
sought on a charge of child abuse. Deputies did not say if he is
related to the victim. The girl's injuries include "an extensive

office as "consistent with a burn injury," as well as contusions and
swelling on her head, a six inch scar on her back, and other

discovered the newborn’s body in the 23-year-old woman’s trunk when
she was pulled over Nov. 14 in Jackson for an expired tag, according
to the report. The baby, who was born Nov. 9, was allegedly

to WALA. Officials said the baby was not stillborn. Results of an

taking his own life by hanging after carrying out the killing.“The defendant told me he took two loaded handguns and two additional loaded magazines and went to the victim’s residence to kill the victim,” according to the complaint affidavit. Ke opened Tudor’s front door Tuesday afternoon and walked in to “surprise” Tudor, who was unarmed and holding a small dog when Ke shot him once, according to deputies and surveillance footage from outside of his home. Va. – A sniper who randomly killed 10 people and terrorized
the Washington, D.C., region more than 15 years ago has asked for a
new hearing to argue for a lighter sentence. A lawyer for Lee
Boyd Malvo made that argument Tuesday in a federal appeals
court. Malvo was 17 when he and his older mentor, John Allen
Muhammad, shot people in Virginia, Maryland and Washington
during a three-week period in 2002. Muhammad was sentenced to death
and was executed in Virginia in 2009. A jury convicted Malvo of
capital murder for killing an FBI analyst in one of the attacks, but
spared him the death penalty. Malvo later struck plea deals in other

outlined the allegations against Mohamud.Mohamud, 26, told Watson he knew what he'd done was wrong and that he'd fallen into the trap of radicalization while abroad. "Do you have any idea how misguided that was?" Watson asked Mohamud before he sentenced him. "Absolutely," replied Mohamud, who appeared in jail clothes and had shackles around his ankles and his hands chained to his waist. "I wish I could take it back, your honor." — Police arrested a man Thursday and charged him with sexual battery
after a woman said he raped her.Around 3:30 a.m. Thursday, a Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputy stopped an Ocala police officer and told her he was near the Shamrock Motel at 215 S. Pine Ave. when he saw a woman running nearby. The deputy said he stopped the woman, who told him she had been sexually assaulted by a man she met at a pool hall. The deputy went to the motel and found Alexander G. Harvey, who said he and a woman were at Downtown Billiards and later left. He told the deputy they were becoming intimate and then went to the motel. The woman told the officer that she met Harvey at Downtown Billiards; they talked and left. She told officials that she was in Harvey’s truck, and he then dragged her from the vehicle and raped her. She said he also choked her repeatedly. She said she managed to escape from him. |

A Jeannette woman faked a medical problem over the weekend in order
to get an ambulance ride to the hospital where her husband was being
treated, Greensburg police allege. But after Alysia A. Edwards,
27, arrived at Excela Health Westmoreland hospital in Greensburg and
learned her husband already had been discharged, she became angry
and assaulted a nurse and a responding police officer, police wrote
in court documents. Edwards was arraigned on two counts of
aggravated assault and single counts of insurance fraud, public
drunkenness and assault by a prisoner. District Judge Helen Kistler
on Sunday ordered her held in the county prison after she failed to
post $25,000 bond. |

COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – Police have arrested a suspect in the murder
of 41-year-old Kimberlee
Graves. On Thursday, Fort Collins police announced Khalid
White, 29, had been arrested. Graves, a Fort Collins resident,
was reported missing in early December. Police were unable to
contact Graves, her car was gone, and her home appeared to have been
ransacked. Detectives found her car days later, abandoned in a
parking garage.Graves’ body was found in Lory State Park on Jan. 9. The Larimer County Coroner determined she was killed by blunt force trauma and manual strangulation. The coroner also found evidence of sexual assault. Police said White was acquainted with Graves, but didn’t say how. After he missed a probation appointment on Dec. 14, an arrest warrant was issued. Detectives learned he had left Colorado on a commercial bus and he was intercepted by police in West Wendover, Nevada on Dec. 20. When he was booked into the Elko County Jail, officers discovered that he was in possession of Graves’ identification and other items that belonged to her. Margie Vinton. Margie is the mother of 35-year-old Wanda

"He took everything from me and my son."Vinton says there is not a day that goes by that she doesn't think about Wanda and her 15-year-old granddaughter, Chyenne. The mother and daughter died in a house fire on January 15, 2015 in Hearne. "He took my only daughter and he took my only grandchild," said Vinton. "He's getting away with it, and I don't think that's right." Wyo. - Prosecutors allege the Lovell man who made his initial court
appearance Monday for the murder of his ex-wife allegedly plotted
her death for several days, writing journal entries about his desire
to kill her and “get even.”Donald Crouse, 48, is charged in Big Horn County Circuit Court with murder in the first degree. Crouse allegedly stabbed his ex-wife, Carol Jean Barnes, multiple times on Jan. 4 at the apartment where she was living in Lovell. Prosecutors believe Crouse plotted the murder for at least four days, documenting his obsession with ending Barnes’ life in handwritten notes he left at the crime scene. Barnes’ son asked authorities to conduct a welfare check. Authorities found blood near the front door and on the door jam, according to court documents. Inside the home, officers found Barnes dead on the floor. She had injuries consistent with being stabbed and there was a large amount of blood inside the apartment, according to court documents. Multiple knives with blood on them were found inside the apartment. that led to his arrest. He is facing charges of first-degree murder,
kidnapping and sexual battery. “If he takes this to court, I will
fight tooth and nail for the death penalty,” Jackson said last week.
“I want him dead. But I want it to be a slow death.”“She looked up to him,” her mother said. “She looked to him as uncle and he looked to her as niece. … Peavy was high, acting weird and insisting on sex, Aleaya’s friend, told deputies. “Uncly Larry” put a box cutter to Aleaya’s throat after she screamed for help when he tried to put tape over their mouths, the victim said. I have one set up for the NNN forum - but it only works with certain browsers - it works with Firefox on my laptop but it does NOT work with Safari on iPhones using Safari and it does not work with Google Crome without an add-on. So you can try it out and if it works, great

Alejandro Gamboa, a 35-year-old former substitute

court Friday after his arrest Wednesday on charges of improper
relationship with a student and sexual assault.
Violence
