Judge allows for conditional release of BLACK woman charged with running over WHITE state trooper
black suspect BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A federal judge has allowed for the conditional release of Deyanna Davis, the Buffalo woman facing attempted murder charges for running over a New York State trooper and injuring two other law enforcement officers.

Davis' release from federal custody is dependent on the state release, under which she is being held on $200,000 bail. Under terms of the release, Davis will be allowed to return to her home in Buffalo with her husband and children. She must wear an electronic ankle monitor, cannot use alcohol or drugs, cannot possess any weapons, and is not allowed to have contact with her co-defendants. She will also only be allowed to leave her home for medical and legal purposes. Prosecutors have until Tuesday to temporarily block the judge's order, otherwise she will be released.

Surveillance video shows an SUV, driven by Davis, plow into a line of law enforcement officers in riot gear on Bailey Avenue on June 1. Davis was shot by police as prosecutors say she drove away from the scene. When police caught up to her vehicle, they say they found a loaded 9mm stolen handgun in the back seat. Two passengers were also arrested.

Prosecutors say Davis was under the influence of ecstasy and alcohol at the time. Toxicology reports show she had marijuana, cocaine, fentanyl and morphine in her system.

Trooper Ronald Ensminger, Jr. suffered a shattered pelvis and broken leg. After several weeks of rehabilitation, he was recently released from ECMC. Another state trooper and a Buffalo police officer were also injured.

(black) 18-year-old Mt. Morris man charged with attacking Macy’s store manager
black suspectFLINT TOWNSHIP (WJRT) (6/26/2020) - Charges were filed Friday in the attack of a Macy's employee at the Genesee Valley Center in Flint Township last week. Video of the incident circulated social media for nearly two weeks.
Friday afternoon, the Genesee County Prosecutor charged 18-year-old Damire Palmer with assault to do great bodily harm less than murder, a 10-year felony. Flint Township Police have been looking for Palmer and his brother in connection to the case since it happened June 15th. Investigators still have not been able to question the brothers. But Friday afternoon the Genesee County Prosecutor moved forward with charges against one of them.
Why is only Damire Palmer charged?
Leyton explained he received the case just this week on Tuesday, after looking at video on Wednesday and talking to additional witnesses, he said the evidence so far only points to assault and there's only enough evidence to charge one person.
Leyton said the 18-year-old is the attacker in the 18-second clip seen across the country on social media. “This was an unprovoked attack,” he explained. “The internal video for Macy's shows the suspect approaching from behind the victim. The store manager appears unaware that he's even there.” As you can see in the video, Leyton said, Palmer sucker punched the store manager

Daughter Sets Her (White) Father Up To Be Robbed In His Westmoreland Co. Home,
But Her Brother Accidentally Catches One Of The Suspects

black suspect FAIRFIELD TOWNSHIP, Pa. (KDKA) – Dennis Paul Stiffey says he simply can’t understand why it happened. “Yes, indeed, it just gutted me,” he says.

The soon-to-be 82-year-old was allegedly attacked and robbed by 41-year-old Lawrence McLaughlin and 44-year-old Maurice Terrell Patterson inside his Fairfield Township home. The pair allegedly put duct tape on his legs and hands, then put a pillow case on his head.

“I was lying on the couch. Oh man, I thought they were gonna kill me,” he says.

State police say the two stole $1,900 cash. Patterson took off in a getaway car, leaving McLaughlin all alone.

McLaughlin, who is from Johnstown, was roaming around Bolivar looking for a lift. He got lucky someone was willing to give him a ride, but according to state police, this is where McLaughlin should have kept his mouth shut. Behind the wheel of that car was the victim’s son, Ken Stiffey, who knew what had happened to his dad.

“This guy starts spilling his guts, Ken starts digging deeper, this guy telling him ‘we went to a party up on the hill, that was the slickest $1,900 we ever got,” says the older Stiffey.

Keeping his cool, Ken Stiffey called troopers after dropping off McLaughlin at a New Florence convenience store. Maurice Patterson would be arrested afterward. And according to investigators and the victim, the mastermind behind the alleged robbery was Dennis Stiffey’s own daughter and (the black) Patterson’s girl-sex-friend.

“If she’d asked, I’d given her money if she needed it. She says ‘dad I need a couple hundred,’ I’d have given it to her,” says Dennis Stiffey. McLaughlin and Patterson are in jail tonight while Michelle Stiffey is free on bond. They’re facing charges including robbery, assault and conspiracy. - (Black-on-White)

Dolton shooting, failed carjacking attempt leaves man, 72, dead; 2 charged
black suspectsDOLTON, Ill. -- Two men have been charged with killing a 72-year-old man during a failed carjacking Sunday in south suburban Dolton.

Treyante Maxwell, 19, and David Johnson, 18, allegedly tried to carjack the man about 8 a.m. in the 14600-block of Lakeside Avenue, according to a statement from Dolton Police Chief Ernest Mobley.

Johnson was scouting the neighborhood for a car to steal when he found 72-year-old Carl Kosmos sleeping in his car with the engine running behind his home, according to the Cook County state's attorney's office. He then went to get Maxwell from a home they were staying in a few blocks away.

Johnson tapped on the driver's window with a 9 mm pistol while Maxwell stood by the passenger door, prosecutors said. Johnson ordered Kosmos to get out of the car and hand over his money.

Kosmos tried to get away by reversing away from the suspects and then driving forward, prosecutors said. Johnson fired multiple shots through the windshield and passenger-side window.

He was hit once near the left side of his ribcage and was able to drive around to the front of his house, the state's attorney's office said. He got inside and his wife called 911 while the suspects ran away.

Kosmos was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he died during surgery, Mobley said. The Cook County medical examiner's office ruled his death a homicide.

Investigators used security footage to identify Maxwell and Johnson, prosecutors said. They were arrested about 12:30 am. Monday at Maxwell's home.

Johnson admitted to the shooting during interviews with police and identified himself in surveillance video from the area, according to prosecutors. Maxwell also allegedly admitted to going with Johnson to rob Kosmos.

Both men were ordered held without bail Wednesday on charges of first-degree murder and attempted aggravated vehicular hijacking, according to court records.

(black ex-convict) Man kills (white) girlsexfriend, self, with a handgun he was not allowed to have
black suspectWOONSOCKET – In what police say was a murder-suicide, the bodies of a man and a woman were found Wednesday in their home at the former Social Street School, which had recently been converted into a multi-unit apartment house. Police says Charles Johnson, 43, shot his longtime girlsexfriend, Tanya Gagnon, 44, with a handgun before he turned the weapon on himself.
Their bodies were found in separate rooms of their apartment when a relative went to check on Gagnon after she failed to show up to give someone a ride to a medical appointment, said Police Chief Thomas F. Oates III. The chief said the couple was discovered about 4 p.m. Wednesday but police were still awaiting a report from the medical examiner yesterday to get a better idea on how long they might have been deceased.
Gagnon and Johnson had been a couple for several years.
Although Johnson had never been arrested in Woonsocket, police say he had at least one prior felony conviction, on charges that originated elsewhere, that would have prevented him from lawfully owning a firearm

(black) man stabbed his (white) Girlfriend to death - captured Without Pants, Shoes, Carrying their 2 Young Kids
black suspectUPDATE: A Queens man who authorities said brutally stabbed his (girlfriend dead in her Dumont apartment before dawn Tuesday was captured by Closter police after he knocked on a local resident's door in the middle of the night not wearing pants or shoes and carrying their two young children in his arms.

Jeffrey Daniels, 36, was charged with murder, child endangerment and illegal weapons possession in the slaying of Michelle Boccellari Burns hours earlier in the garden apartment they shared on Knickerbocker Road.

Burns, a 36-year-old mother of three girls, had been stabbed several times in the head and neck, authorities said.
Dumont police got a 12:20 a.m. call Tuesday of Burns's 5-year-old daughter "wandering unattended" near the victim's apartment off Lexington Avenue, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. Police found the girl in the courtyard.

They also spoke with a woman who said she'd been unable to reach Burns on her cellphone after hearing arguing in the apartment, Musella said. The woman told police Daniels had knocked on her door while carrying his and Burns's two daughters -- one six months old, the other 18 months -- and asked for a ride. Police found Burns dead in her apartment. She'd been stabbed in the neck with a kitchen knife, Musella said. Closter police captured Daniels a couple of hours later.

The 6-foot-3-inch, 180-pound Daniels wasn't wearing pants or shoes and was carrying the two young girls when he knocked on the door of a Closter resident who immediately called police. The younger girls were at Hackensack University Medical Center awaiting response from the state Department of Children and Families. The oldest daughter was with family. Daniels, meanwhile, remained held in the Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.

UNARMED WHITE MAN SHOT BY BLACK TERRORIST WITH RIFLE - WHILE HE WAS JOGGING IN SELMA, AL
black suspect SELMA, Ala. (WSFA) - Harrison Smith was shot twice in the leg during his Tuesday morning jog, just as he ran through the railroad crossing on Landline Road in west Selma. Even veteran law enforcement officials found the crime beyond bizarre, brazen, and a special kind of cruelty.
“By the amount of blood on the scene he was bleeding profusely,” said Dallas County Sheriff Mike Granthum.

28-year-old suspect Chadwick Mitchell faces an attempted murder charge. Mitchell is 28 years old. Harrison Smith is 32, a Selma native who often works overseas. “At this time, we don’t know the motive,” said Selma Police Sgt. Ray Blanks.

After Smith was shot, a wonderful thing happened, according to investigators. A couple of witnesses saw it all. They stopped and applied a tourniquet to Smith’s leg and rushed him to the hospital. Smith was eventually airlifted to UAB in Birmingham where he’s already had one surgery with another planned soon.

“You know how our community is right now. Not just us but the nation.. the black and white thing and law enforcement and stuff. These were two black gentlemen who stopped and helped the white gentleman so that was encouraging,” said sheriff Granthum.

The witnesses gave authorities a good description of the brown van Mitchell was driving, including the license plate. It turned out that one hour before Mitchell allegedly shot Smith, the suspect reportedly harassed a driver on the same road.
“He began to back up at the high rate of speed, got away from him and called authorities,” said Blanks.

Mitchell is in the Dallas County Jail. Doctors say Harrison Smith will survive. Still unclear is the motive behind the strange encounters near the tracks on Landline Road. - (Black-on-White)

(black) Spokane man has attempted murder charges dropped, is arrested for murder three weeks later
black suspectSPOKANE, Wash – A Spokane man with a violent criminal history was arrested for murder in late May, just weeks after he had attempted murder charges dropped in another case.

Jordan Knippling was booked into the Spokane County Jail June 1st on second-degree murder charges. On May 1st, prosecutors dismissed charges stemming from a stabbing last May in which Knippling was accused of stabbing a man he says wasn’t paying his share of the rent.
According to court documents, deputies saw Knippling at I-90 and Sullivan on the night of May 31st. He was yelling, cursing and waving a large piece of a tree limb at another man. According to court documents, Knippling identified himself to deputies and said he was mad at the other man for leaving drug needles around the homeless camp.

The sergeant said Knippling was “extremely agitated.” No one was arrested and deputies left the camp at 11:22 pm.

10 minutes later, a man called 911 and said another man had been stabbed near I-90 and Sullivan. When deputies arrived, they found Clifford Breeden with six stab wounds to the back. This was not the man Knippling had been arguing with on the earlier call.

BLOOD ON HIS HANDS

Deputies brought in a canine to search the area and, while they were setting up a perimeter, they saw Knippling coming out of the trees. A deputy says Knippling had “visible blood staining on both hands that was not completely dry.”

Court documents say that on the way to the jail, Knippling told them “if you would have asked me I would have told you I saw the stabbing and it was two white guys.” He also said he cut his hand on a rock.

Knippling also served prison time for other charges, including assault and animal cruelty.

(black) St. Petersburg man arrested in fatal shooting of (White) University of South Florida senior
black suspectblack suspectblack suspectUniversity of South Florida St. Petersburg, Florida
A 19-year-old St. Petersburg man has been arrested for the murder of USF St. Petersburg student Owen Melin, police announced today.

Melin, 22, was shot and killed during a home invasion while visiting friends at an apartment at 458 Fourth Ave. S, six blocks from campus, on May 27.

Joshua S. Pilley Jr. was arrested June 9 on one count of felony murder and is being held without bail at the Pinellas County Jail. Two other men involved in the home invasion are still being sought by police.

Melin, a psychology major, transferred to the university last fall from St. Petersburg College. Family and friends described him as a kind, passionate person who loved to work out and tinker with old cars. His father, Charles Melin, praised the work of St. Petersburg police.
“We are very, very impressed with the St. Pete Police Department,” he said. “The detectives have done an absolutely outstanding job.
“They are not backing down an inch until everyone involved is brought in,” Melin said. The Melin family is offering a reward for information leading to further arrests until Sept. 10.

According to a police affidavit dated May 29, Owen Melin had gone to the apartment to visit friends. He was inside with one friend while three others were outside on the front porch. A shirtless, heavyset man approached the men on the porch and asked about the friend who was inside with Melin, police said. The man left, but returned 10 minutes later with two other men and what police called “a modified rifle.” The shirtless man ordered the three friends on the porch “to get on the ground” and forced one of them to unlock the apartment. One or two minutes later, police said, the friends on the porch heard gunshots and the intruders fled.
Detectives found five 9mm shell casings in the kitchen near the body of Melin, who was pronounced dead by members of St. Petersburg Fire/Rescue. He was shot once in his left chest.

A fingerprint was recovered from a car outside the apartment by detectives, identifying Pilley Jr. as a suspect. He was also identified by a witness. Police urge anyone with information regarding the home invasion to call its non-emergency line at 727-893-7780.

Pilley Jr., a St. Petersburg resident who played football at Gibbs High School in 2019, has had previous brushes with the law.
On Feb. 28, court records show, he was involved in a collision at Interstate 275 and 38th Avenue N that led to citations for careless driving and driving with a suspended, revoked license. He was scheduled to appear in court on those charges on June 15.
In October 2019, Pilley Jr. was a passenger in a car that fled when police tried to make a traffic stop. When  the car eventually came to a stop, Pilley Jr. and the driver ran from police and  were  found hiding in a shed behind a residence. Police arrested Pilley on a misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer without violence, but the Pinellas-Pasco state attorney’s office dropped the charge a month later. - (Black-on-White  - (How much does this 'black life' matter?)

[NNN reader comments on case]
The shooting happened on Wednesday, May 27, 2020;
Joshua Pilley was arrested on Tuesday, June 9, 2020. From what I understand, Pilley had an accomplice who has not yet been named or arrested. The house where Owen Melin was visiting friends is an old house that has been subdivided into three apartments -- all on one floor. There are about 60k blacks in St. Petersburg; most of them live on the south side. The house where the shooting took place is about one-half mile from the majority south-side black community. This means that the blacks thugs have easy access to the area where the shooting took place.

No number of George Floyds or Ahmaud Arberys would be worth as much as the life of Owen Melin.

Caucasian Owen Melin was shot while visiting friends May 27 at a home west of downtown.

Negro Joshua Pilley Jr., 19, is accused in the fatal shooting of 22-year-old Owen Melin during a home invasion in May.

-- I need help please!!!!”
Investigators said that was one of the last text messages sent by a mother before a killer shot her inside her own bathroom.

After her murder, someone took her baby to a Kansas City fire station. Her boyfriend is charged with second degree murder and armed criminal action for her death.
Camry Alonzo’s family and friends said she didn’t deserve what happened to her.
Police say her boyfriend came to East Patrol and set down the suspected murder weapon outside. Then, he went inside to confess to shooting her.
Camry Alonzo, 22, will not be able to raise her son. Her family members say she got to spend just six short months with him before her death. “She was so ready to have that baby in her arms and hold him,” said Cathy Comstock, her mother. “She loved him so much,” said Megan Alonzo, her sister.

Police said her boyfriend, 25-year-old Deon Sanders, told investigators he got home just before 6:00 a.m. on May 26th after drinking with friends and other women. He said he previously argued with Camry about who he was going out with.

He told police that once, inside their Independence, MO apartment, he found the bathroom door locked and got “scared” because he didn’t know who was inside. So, he fired shots into the bathroom. Police said they found inconsistencies from what he said happened and evidence found at the crime scene. According to court records, Sanders eventually admitted to punching and kicking the locked door then shooting into the bathroom killing Camry.

Sanders told police he took their baby to a family member’s house. Someone brought the child to a Kansas City fire station near 20th and Hardesty. First responders took the boy to Children’s Mercy. “I’m glad that he is safe,” Alonzo said. “I’m just waiting to be able to see him.” While they wait to see Camry’s son, they are mourning the loss of her. “I know she is here with me in spirit because I feel her,” Comstock said. “She is always going to be loved in my heart.”

(black) 16-Year-Old Charged With Capital Murder In Shooting Death Of (Unarmed White female) Dallas PR Executive Leslie Baker
black suspectblack suspectblack suspectDALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Dallas police said a 16-year-old will face a charge of capital murder for the shooting death of Leslie Baker, 59, who was found in her driveway this week.
The juvenile was one of three suspects arrested Wednesday night on the 1100 block of Deerwood Drive in South Oak Cliff after a high-speed chase. The suspects were found in a shed, police said.

Police said two handguns, one of which was the murder weapon, were found in the shed.

The suspects were under surveillance for the alleged carjacking of a business owner in Richardson the night after Baker was fatally shot in front of her home on Royalton Drive, which police said was an attempted carjacking.

Police said the teenage suspect was later tied to the Richardson incident and another one in Dallas.
Police said the suspect posted had bragged about stealing the Richardson business owner’s vehicle hours before he was tracked down.

Baker was the Director of Marketing at Texas Health Center for Diagnostics and Surgery. She was well-known in the community, a beloved friend, neighbor, wife and mother of two. “It’s pretty sick to think that juveniles have just no remorse that they would just unload a gun into a 59-year-old innocent woman sitting in her car,” Candace Evans, a nearby homeowner, said. Police said security cameras from nearby homes were helpful identifying a car seen in the neighborhood before Baker’s death. Sources told CBS 11 News the suspects targeted random victims and their violent crime spree includes murder.

Decomposing body of missing (White) Fort Pierce woman found in (black) serial rape suspect's car
black suspectFORT PIERCE, Fla. — The St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office revealed gruesome new details Wednesday in the case of a serial rape suspect arrested last week.

Kano Brown was arrested last week on multiple rape charges after violent attacks on women dating back to 2016. Sheriff Ken Mascara said the property owner of the apartment where Brown was arrested called family members and asked them to remove his car, which was parked at the apartment. A member of Brown’s family moved the car to their house, but on Sunday family members began to notice an odor coming from the vehicle.

They began searching Brown's car, opened the trunk and found a decomposing woman's body later identified as Kathleen Black, 49, of Fort Pierce. Black had been reported missing to the Fort Pierce Police Department last week. "The autopsy of Black proved she died from injuries consistent with Brown’s violent attacks reported by other victims,” said Mascara. "We think these were random attacks."
Mascara said they believe Brown picked up Black prior to his arrest on Thursday, violently attacked and killed her before hiding her body in the trunk of his car. The sheriff said last week that DNA linked Brown to all three sexual assaults.

black suspectA 20-year-old Ypsilanti man has been charged with multiple felonies in the beating of a 75-year-old at a Detroit nursing home after a graphic video of the incident circulated on social media.

Jaden T. Hayden is charged with two counts of assault with intent to do great bodily harm, larceny in a building and two counts of financial transaction device steal/retaining without consent, the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said in a new release Sunday. Hayden is expected to be arraigned Sunday in the 34th District Court in Romulus.

“The alleged actions of this defendant are truly and uniquely disturbing. We must be able to trust our loved ones in specialty care facilities. I truly hope that the facts of this case are one of a kind,” Prosecutor Kym Worthy said in the news release.

Hayden and 75-year-old Norman Bledsoe shared a room at Westwood Rehabilitation Nursing Center. Hayden allegedly set up his cellphone in the room May 15 when he began to attack Bledsoe by repeatedly punching him in the head.

When nursing home staff came into the room, Bledsoe's injuries were thought to be the result of him falling from his bed, according to the release. At that time he was taken to the local hospital for treatment of his injuries.

Hayden then allegedly posted the video to social media and later stole Bledsoe's credit cards, police said.

The social media videos were originally noticed by the Ann Arbor Police Department and passed on to the Detroit Police Department. Hayden was arrested by Detroit police May 21.  - (Black-on-White)

(White female) Modesto retail worker attacked by (rabid black female) customer asks shoppers to 'be nice' (not baboonish)
black suspectblack suspect MODESTO, Calif. — Samantha Clarke said she was "split open pretty good" two weeks ago when she was allegedly assaulted by a customer while police say she was working at a Big 5 Sporting Goods store.

Clarke said she has been working at the sporting goods store for 17 years now. Earlier this month, in the middle of the pandemic, she says a woman calling from Tracy asked her staff to hold a swimming pool for her.  "We told them that we would hold it for 30 minutes, they showed up 45 minutes later and the pool was gone," Clarke recalled. "So the lady was upset, understandably. I could understand that she was upset."

Clarke says the woman started throwing items off the counter, hit her in the face with something metal in her hand and casually walked out of the store with her baby's stroller in tote. She said the woman even took the time to cover up her license plates on the way out.

"It was so fast, I couldn't even put my hands up," Clarke recalled. "I had no idea she was going to hit me, like, didn't see it coming."

This week, the Modesto Police Department posted a picture of the alleged assaulter on its Facebook page. The photo shows a woman standing in the parking lot wearing a black mask with a Chanel logo.

Since the attack, Clarke created a Facebook page called "Retail life during Covid-19" to help gain awareness of the struggles of retail workers working during the pandemic.  - (Black-on-White)

UK: (BLACK Jamaican) Rapist jailed for life in 2013 for raping 66-year-old (White) woman under new double jeopardy law
is cleared for release from jail by Parole Board

black suspect A sex attacker who raped a pensioner in her own bedroom before leaving her tied up in a cupboard has been cleared for release after serving seven years in prison.

Wendell Baker, 63, assaulted 66-year-old Hazel Backwell in 1997 after breaking into her home in Stratford, east London, while she slept.

Ms Backwell, who died in 2002, was bound with flex before being beaten beyond recognition, raped and finally locked up while her attacker ransacked her home. Baker initially walked free from court but was jailed for life with a minimum of 10 years in 2013 after fresh evidence was unearthed.  But the Parole Board yesterday cleared the rapist for release at an oral hearing, insisting that the decision was taken with 'great care' and 'public safety' at the forefront of the panel's minds.
The case was then reopened in 2009 and Jamaican-born Baker, from Walthamstow, north east London, but of no fixed address, was arrested in 2011.  He was once again brought to trial, under the new double jeopardy laws, and found guilty by a unanimous jury.
The judge ordered Baker spend 10 and a half years behind bars, but this was later reduced by two years, making him eligible for parole last week. - (Black-on-White) - (UK)

Mourning a murder and solving a murder in the age of coronavirus: A California family’s hunt for answers
black suspectJackson Reese Butler died after being stabbed in the Hyatt House Pleasanton parking lot on April 15.  Jackson, who turned 19 Feb. 1, was fighting for his life following a brutal knife attack in a Pleasanton, Calif., hotel parking lot. Jackson soon succumbed to multiple stab words. (sic) Five weeks later, no murder charges have been brought and little is publicly known about what went down when the young student wandered into the parking lot in shorts and flipflops for the last time.
On April 21, about a week later, police arrested two in connection with the case, although neither suspect was charged with murder. Isaiah Joseph Howard, 19, was detained briefly at the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin on suspicion of accessory to murder, and concealment or destruction of evidence. He promptly made $40,000 bail and was released. A second suspect, who is 17 (a minor so his name was not released), was held at the juvenile hall on charges of robbery and conspiracy.
According to Jackson's sister, (the black suspect) Howard and her (White) brother played football together. As far as she knows, they were acquaintances – not enemies – and followed each other on Instagram.  The minor, she said, is closely related to Howard and was also (an aspiring black athlete).
She pointed out that her brother saved up to buy himself a designer bag, which arrived in the mail that day. He posted a picture of it on his social media as well as a picture of an old one he was selling, raising red flags about whether he was a victim of a robbery. The new bag was $900.

black suspectHOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The man accused of stabbing an 80-year-old woman to death on Saturday was out on bond at the time of the murder.

(black) Ex-con on parole arrested in Chicago for strangulation of (white) woman found half-naked dead in Bronx garbage can
black suspectAn ex-con has been arrested in Chicago for the strangulation of a woman whose body was found half-naked in a garbage can in a Bronx alley, police sources said Wednesday.

Khphruan Campbell, 39, who also goes by the alias Kaffron Kimeall, was nabbed by authorities in the Windy City on Monday for the murder of 38-year-old Becky Crown.

Crown’s body was found stuffed in a trash can on Park Ave. near E. 182nd St. in Belmont, across from the Metro-North train tracks, on April 20. Campbell, who has family in Illinois, was staying at the home of someone he knows in Chicago when he was captured. He’s expected to be extradited back to the Bronx to be arraigned on murder charges.  Campbell did three years in prison after being convicted of attempted robbery and assault in Manhattan in 2014. His parole was expected to end in October.

A building super found Crown’s body in the trash can. Her corpse was clothed in a top but had no underwear or pants on, cops said.
The city Medical Examiner determined the cause of death was compression of the neck and chest and the case was ruled a homicide.
The super told the News he and investigators watched surveillance video showing a man pass through an open gate to head to an alley leading to the building’s basement. The man went down a small flight of stairs and dumped the woman into one of the three garbage bins that were lined up on one side of the alley.

Detectives also recovered video that shows Campbell with Crown before her death, sources said, but Campbell, who lived around the corner from where Crown’s body was found, had fled the state before NYPD cops could arrest him.
Crown had lived in shelters until four years ago when she became a resident of Rustin House, an Upper West Side transitional housing facility for the formerly homeless run by Lantern Community Services, friends said. - (Black-on-White)

In recent murder, (black) shooter said “It’s all good. He’s gone,”   - [woman was dating black suspect and white victim]
black suspectLUBBOCK, Texas — An arrest warrant against Christopher Carmona, 22, which was made available on Tuesday morning described the events that led up to the most recent murder case in Lubbock. Carmona was arrested Monday and charged with murder.
Early Monday morning, police were called to the 4900 block of Bangor Avenue. They found a dead man lying on the grass outside of some apartments. He appeared to have been shot multiple times according to the warrant. “The deceased male was later identified as Walter Harper through fingerprint analysis,” the warrant said. After the release of the warrant, police said Harper was age 23.
Police began to look for witnesses and found one who saw the shooting.
“[A witness] stated he had observed a black male chasing a white male between building D at 5401 50th Street.
The black male stopped on 50th Street and fired a handgun numerous times at the fleeing white male.

Another (female) witness had "ties" to both Harper and Carmona. “She stated she had been in a dating relationship with Walter Harper and had also been seeing Carmona,” the warrant said. “She stated Harper was at her apartment and Carmona wanted to come over also,” the warrant said. “She told Harper that Carmona was coming over and he began to get dressed to leave.
She stated Carmona arrived and knocked on the door. Harper answered the door and saw it was Carmona and shut the door.”

The two men went outside and argued so the woman did not see what happened but she heard three gunshots, according to the warrant.
The warrant did not say how many shots were fired but indicated “a large number of casings were located.”

“Carmona returned to the apartment and she asked him about the gunshots. He told her ‘It’s all good. He’s gone,’” the warrant said. When police questioned Carmona he at first claimed to know nothing about the shots. He later said he fired into the air because Harper had an AR-15 shooting at him. Police did not believe him.

“Video surveillance from the apartment complex was obtained and the video captured the shooting in its entirety,” the warrant said.

In April, Carmona was one of two gunshot victims with non-life-threatening injuries in the 2700 block of East Baylor Street.
Carmona remained in the Lubbock County Detention Center Tuesday morning on a $250,000 bond.

Hill, 59, who made history in 2016 by becoming the first African American elected as Indiana's top law enforcement official, said in a statement that he accepted the ruling issued on Monday "with humility and respect" to the state's highest court and will begin his suspension on May 18.

"Rep. Mara Candelaria Reardon, who is now a Democratic candidate for Congress, according to the complaint.

Slain (White) woman’s family alarmed by (black) murder defendant’s release to tether
black suspectThe sister of a slain Ypsilanti woman is beside herself after a judge ordered the release of the murder defendant in the case, citing a lengthy time behind bars set to be exacerbated by the novel coronavirus.
Orlando Whitfield, 31, of Ypsilanti Township, faces an open murder charge in the January 2018 death of 25-year-old Marissa Edmunds.

Officials have said Edmunds was shot in the head and her boyfriend was critically injured during a robbery of them and two others Jan. 11, 2018, at the University Green Apartments, 725 Green Road in Ypsilanti.
Whitfield was arraigned the same month on the murder charge, along with four counts of armed robbery and possessing a firearm in the commission of a felony. He was denied bond.

Now, Whitfield has been in custody for 28 months while presumed innocent, Washtenaw County Trial Court Judge Carol Kuhnke said in a May 5 order for a personal recognizance bond, with Whitfield restricted to an Ypsilanti Township home and using a GPS tether.

The release was bad choice for a dangerous man, said Marissa Edmunds’ sister, Amanda Edmunds, 32, of Ypsilanti.

She pointed to the timing of her sister’s death — two months after Whitfield was discharged from the Michigan Department of Corrections.

He had served time for assault with intent to commit sexual penetration for a 2007 incident in Washtenaw County. Prior to that, he was serving probationary sentences in Wayne County on two counts of third-degree fleeing police and operating or allowing someone to drive with an invalid license.

Whitfield faces up to life in prison if convicted of first-degree murder or armed robbery, and Amanda Edmunds said that’s also a reason to keep him locked up.

“Who’s to say he’s not going to get out, cut his freaking tether off and then just disappear?” she said. She also said the family kept a teenage sibling home from work out of concern for the release.

Jankowski was just driving down U.S. 1 near Founders Park when he says it “absolutely” looked intentional when someone jumped in front of a moving car. “I seen the man run out from that side of the road across the southbound lane into northbound lane, and ran right into the side of the truck is what it appeared to me,” he said.
The person who was hit was confirmed by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office to be Weisberger.
He remains at Jackson Memorial Hospital where his condition is described as severe.

Weisberger is accused of stabbing and killing his 14-year-old brother and seriously injuring his father at the Executive Bay Club townhomes near Mile Marker 87.2 in Islamorada. When Monroe County Sheriff’s deputies arrived, Weisberger was gone.

"AFRO ROOTS" T-shirt wearing Ariel Jacob Poholek was airlifted by Trauma Star to Ryder Trauma Center in Miami. It’s unclear what spurred Weisberger to stab his younger brother and then his father, said sheriff’s spokesman Adam Linhardt in an email. Linhardt said a number of agencies, including Miami-Dade police, assisted in the search for Weisberger, who was consider armed and dangerous. After being located, Weisberger was taken to a Miami hospital with serious injuries.

Monroe County Sheriff Rick Ramsay called the fatal stabbing a “heinous crime,” which was discovered when a neighbor called 911 after a bloody Ariel Jacob Poholek came to his door, bleeding saying his own son stabbed him.  Ariel Jacob Poholek reportedly told the neighbor that Weisberger stabbed his younger brother multiple times, including in the neck. Ariel Jacob Poholek worked for NOAA Fisheries, who released the following statement: “We are deeply saddened by this unexpected tragedy. Our thoughts are with Ariel and his family, and we ask for privacy for him during this very difficult time.” - (Black-on-White)

Demon-posessed black man entered Diesel Barbershop proclaiming "God sent me here to kill you" - stabbed one WM to death, & WF
black suspect San Antonio, Texas --San Antonio police arrested 42-year-old Damion Terrell Blue Campbell on Wednesday night in connection to an incident that left one person dead and another wounded at a Northwest Side barbershop earlier in the day. Campbell was charged with murder."

At around 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, officers were called to the Diesel Barbershop in the Bandera Oaks shopping plaza for a cutting in progress. When police arrived, they found 20-year-old Evan Sorrell Ford O'Regan, an employee of the barbershop, laying near the back door of the business suffering from multiple stab wounds. Oregan died at the scene.

While police were on scene, they were directed to another injured person inside a Pei Wei restaurant nearby. The woman, 30-year-old Gabrielle Harrell, was found with multiple stab wounds and was transported to University Hospital. Harrell was also an employee at Diesel Barbershop.

Witnesses told police that Oregan and Harrell were inside the barbershop taking customer appointments and preparing for the shop to open when Oregan had gone outside to talk with a man. The man, later identified as Campbell, entered the barbershop with Oregan and witnesses thought he was trying to make an appointment as the two went to the work computer and the victim began to type information in.
But then, armed with a knife and a gun, Campbell took all of the employees to the back of the business, the affidavit said.

Once there, Campbell put Oregan into a chokehold until he passed out, which allowed one witness to escape, the affidavit continued. Investigators said video surveillance footage then showed Campbell stabbing Harrell and Oregan multiple times before fleeing from the business.

When investigators were collecting evidence, they found the babershop's computer on with a prompted window that said "Damion Campbell must have a card on file in order to book this appointment," the affidavit said. Detectives were able to obtain a copy of Campbell's driver's license. Police searched for Campbell for hours before he was eventually captured around 4:30 p.m.

DNA match leads to arrest (of black man) in 2016 cold case murder (of a homeless White woman)
black suspectPHOENIX, Arizona (3TV/CBS 5) - After 3 and a half years of investigating, the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office said deputies have arrested a man for the murder of a woman found shot to death thanks to a DNA match.
Tony Tyrone Reed, 60, was taken into custody on Friday.

It all started on Nov. 9, 2016, when deputies found the body of 39-year-old Sabrina Rollins in the area of 107th and Southern avenues. Deputies said she was shot and killed less than two days after she was released from the Lower Buckeye Jail. Investigators did a sexual assault kit and developed a DNA profile but no suspect was identified at the time.

Fast forward to April 2019, when MCSO asked the Arizona Department of Public Safety for help. DPS' crime lab did a DNA search in its database of those arrested and those convicted of crimes for a possible relative of the DNA found in the sexual assault kit. In November of 2019, the results came back and they led investigators to Reed. When deputies first talked to Reed, they said he denied being involved in Rollins' murder. Days later, investigators got a warrant for Reed's DNA to compare it to the DNA recovered from the victim. Based on that comparison, Reed was identified as the suspect and was arrested. Investigators didn't say what led up to the murder or release a possible motive. - (Black-on-White)

Cowardly lowlife fatherless black predators snuck up on an 84-year-old White woman, knocked her down, breaking bones for purse
black suspectblack suspectblack suspectATLANTA, GA - Police say an 84-year-old woman was robbed in the middle of the day by men wearing surgical masks. The men are still on the run and the woman is in the hospital with broken bones.

"I want them caught. You don't do this, much less to an old lady. Take me, take on my husband, but not an old lady," said Jennifer Heffron.

Jennifer Heffron says her 84-year-old mom, Dorothy Lamson, is in incredible shape. Ms. Lamson had just picked up a prescription at a CVS on Peachtree Road and wanted to walk home Monday afternoon. It was only a couple of blocks to Heffron's home in the Brookwood Hills Community.

Police say as Ms. Lamson was walking on the sidewalk, someone came up from behind her, knocked her to the ground, grabbed her purse, and took off.  "I can't believe anyone would be so brazen to do that in the middle of the day in a neighborhood where people are always out walking, running, taking babies for a stroll," said Heffron. Ms. Lamson was rushed to the hospital. She has a hairline fracture in her forearm and had so many broken bones in her shoulder she had to have a shoulder replacement. "She broke her shoulder, the doctor said she had 4 pieces of bone moving around, so she now has a bionic shoulder," said Heffron.

Police reviewed security video and found images of 2 men wearing surgical masks in a dark 2018 or 2019 Honda Accord with a drive out tag.  One of the men was caught on camera with what appears to be the woman's purse in his hand.

"I still can't get over the fact that my mother was mugged seven houses form my own," said Heffron.
A despicable crime made even worse by the fact that the crooks were wearing masks during a pandemic.
"I think it's even worse that they're wearing masks, that's going to make it harder, but I want them caught," said Heffron.

(black) Teen was driving aggressively before intentionally accelerating toward White man who was run over and died
black suspectVANCOUVER, WA (KPTV) - The 18-year-old man accused of hitting and killing a skateboarder in a Vancouver parking lot on Wednesday claims he was trying to scare the victim by driving toward him, according to court documents.

Joshua Lamont Jones is facing a charge of second-degree murder. He is scheduled to make a first court appearance Thursday morning.
The charge stems from an investigation that began Wednesday when officers responded to the report of a pedestrian who was hit in a parking lot in the 5000 block of East Fourth Plain Boulevard. At the scene, officers found a man, identified by court documents as 45-year-old William Miller, underneath a 2013 Hyundai Sonata that had been driven by Jones.

Miller was transported to an area hospital in critical condition and later died.

Jones told police that he was driving through the parking lot eastbound from General Anderson to avoid traffic lights on Fourth Plain Boulevard and drove past Miller, who was on a skateboard. Jones told police that Miller (allegedly) had an object in his hand which he thought could be a knife. Court documents state that Miller struck Jones' driver's side window with his fist as Jones drove past. Jones told police that he was not afraid of being hurt by Miller, but was angry that Miller had (allegedly) struck his window.
According to court documents, Jones then made a U-turn, accelerated toward Miller and hit him. Jones told police that he intended to swerve out of the way before hitting Miller, but claimed Miller jumped in the same direction that he swerved.
Jones told police that he intended "to scare him" by driving his vehicle toward Miller. He also stated that he knew if he hit Miller, he knew it would cause serious injury or death. Witnesses told police that they saw the Hyundai driving aggressively through the parking lot before the crash. Witnesses also reported that it appeared the Hyundai drove close to Miller while in the parking lot.

(black) Police: Man ambushed police; stood over body, kept shooting
black suspectAccording to the affidavit supporting the first warrant for Kato, his girlfriend of 18 years had taken refuge at her mother's house after an argument, went out because her car horn was beeping and went back in when she saw Kato. Police identified the man as Curtis Richardson, 58, news outlets reported.
Evidence, including what appeared to be close-contact wounds, indicated that Kato had stood over the dead officer's body and kept shooting him, the statement said.

Gavin Eugene Long was a member of a black anti-government movement who shot six police officers in 2016, killing three and wounding the others. He was arrested after an hours long standoff in which shots were exchanged with a SWAT team.
