🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire black suspect WHITE VICTIM PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia officials have arrested and charged a 21-year-old man in connection with a deadly shooting on Monday afternoon near a high school in the city's Mayfair section. According to police, Aaron K. Scott is charged with Murder, Criminal Conspiracy, Attempt to Commit Murder, Aggravated Assault, Possessing Instruments of Crime, Simple Assault and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.

The shooting happened at about 3 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Rowland and Ryan avenues, which is just outside Lincoln High School. Jeffrey Carter, 66, was fatally shot in the head by a stray bullet and a 16-year-old student from the nearby high school was shot in the back of the head as he ran away, police said.

Carter, who was driving by the scene, crashed his SUV off the road and was pronounced dead at the hospital a short time later. The 16-year-old who was shot was taken to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital where he remains in critical condition.

Detectives say two plainclothes officers were in an unmarked cruiser as the gunfire erupted and witnessed the incident unfold. The officers say there was a group of teens outside of a pizza shop when Scott showed up and opened fire. "An altercation now turns into a shooting, which now turns into a homicide because of something that could have been handled in a different way," said Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw.

After the shots were fired, the plainclothes officers got out of their vehicle and pulled their weapons. In addition to Scott, police also arrested a second suspect.

Ex-NFL player’s suit to resume CA executions fizzles after governor’s order made issue moot
SAN QUENTIN — A lawsuit that sought to resume executions in California has fizzled six years after it was filed, in light of Gov. Gavin Newsom’s 2019 order to halt the death penalty, court records show.

In an order late last month, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals officially ended a lawsuit filed in 2015 by Bradley Winchell and ex-NFL player Kermit Alexander, which attempted to compel the state to resume executing the more than 700 people on death row at the time. But the plaintiffs had no path to victory after Newsom’s order and agreed to a stipulated dismissal, the 9th Circuit decision says.

Both Winchell and Alexander, who played in the NFL from 1963-73 for the San Francisco 49ers, Los Angeles Rams and Philadelphia Eagles, were family members of victims of shocking, high-profile murders.

In August 1984, Alexander’s mother, sister, and two nephews, aged 8 and 13, were murdered by members of the Rollin 60’s Neighborhood Crips in a home invasion in Los Angeles. Alexander later gave public interviews detailing how he went on a “manhunt” for the killers until the city’s mayor called him off.

Alexander sought the execution of Tiequon Cox, a high-ranking gang member convicted in the quadruple murder who also stabbed Crips co-found Stanley “Tookie” Williams in the neck in a 1989 attempted murder at San Quentin. Winchell, whose 17-year-old daughter was tortured and murdered by Michael Morales in a murder-for-hire over a love triangle, sought Morales’ execution.

Cox, 55, has been on Death Row since 1986. Morales, 61, has been on Death Row since 1983. California currently has 697 condemned inmates.

(Black) Jamaican preacher Kevin O. Smith, parishioners arrested for alleged human sacrifices
black suspect A Jamaican preacher and 41 of his congregants were arrested last week after two people were killed during an alleged “human sacrifice.” Kevin O. Smith, a self-proclaimed “prophet,” and the church members were arrested for slitting the throats of 39-year-old office worker Tanecka Gardner and an unidentified man.

Friends told the Jamaica Observer Gardner had been buying “essentials” in the weeks before her death, as Smith told his congregants that a flood was about to sweep in. “Even recently, she has been stocking up on kerosene oil and cooking oil,” a friend told the Observer. “She told me that the pastor said that they must buy brown rice because something is going to happen.”

The day of the murders, Smith ordered parishioners to dress in white, wrap their cellphones in tin foil, leave the devices at home and head to the church, the Mirror reported. The pastor wrote on Facebook: “The Ark is loading now! Leave immediately dressed in white
It is a Roman Catholic sacrifice — it will have no survivors.”

According to the Mirror, after Gardner was killed, a man also had his throat slit in a bid to rid his body of “impure” blood. Three others were hospitalized with life-threatening injuries. At the scene vpolice found more potential victims, including naked men and animals, who had been lined up to be next, it is reported. Authorities are also looking into child sexual abuse allegations surrounding Smith.

2nd (Black) Man Charged In Minneapolis Gun Battle-Turned-Crash That Killed Autumn Merrick
black suspect MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A second man is facing murder charges in connection to the downtown Minneapolis gunfight earlier this month that ended in the death of a bystanding teenager. Marvel Galvaston Williams, 33, is charged with two counts of second-degree murder and one count of illegally possessing a gun, court documents filed Wednesday in Hennepin County show. Williams is currently in custody at Hennepin County Jail on another matter.

Earlier this week, Christopher Walker was also charged with murder in the Oct. 6 gun-battle-on-wheels that ended in a fiery crash in the North Loop neighborhood. Autumn Merrick, 18, was on a scooter heading home from work when she was fatally struck by one of the vehicles involved. According to a criminal complaint, Walker was driving a Range Rover that was chasing a Dodge Durango in the downtown Minneapolis shootout. The Durango eventually struck Merrick before crashing into a wall. The Range Rover slammed into a light pole and started on fire. Everyone inside the Range Rover suffered “significant injuries.”

Williams was in the Range Rover’s front passenger seat, the complaint states. A gun with his DNA on it was found near where he was sitting. He is prohibited from carrying a gun, as prosecutors say he was previously convicted of aiding and offered in a homicide. If convicted of a murder charge, Williams faces up to 40 years in prions. Williams is slated to be in court next month on an unrelated drug charge.

Fake money, stolen car, high-speed chase through NC: How a (Black) Virginia man ended up in jail
black suspect ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, N.C. (WFXR) — A Danville man was taken into custody Wednesday night after he reportedly stole a car that he tried to buy with fake money in North Carolina and led deputies on a high-speed pursuit that ended with a crash. According to the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office in North Carolina, at approximately 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 20, deputies responded to the U.S. 29 Bypass to look for a black 2018 Tesla Model 3 after it was reported stolen from the High Point area.

Authorities searching the area were reportedly told that a man tried to buy the Tesla from another man in High Point using counterfeit money. Deputies from Guilford County reported seeing the Tesla heading north on U.S. 29 and crossing over into Rockingham County before they lost sight of it, officials say. Then, Rockingham County deputies spotted the vehicle going at a high speed on U.S. 29 North near the Freeway Drive offramp and initiated a pursuit.

According to the sheriff’s office, the car continued to speed away from the deputies and exited onto Mayfield Road in Ruffin, where it crashed into a guardrail. The driver — who was the only person in the Tesla — reportedly got out of the car and tried to escape on foot, jumping off the Mayfield offramp bridge onto the U.S. 29 bypass below.

However, the driver — identified by authorities as 26-year-old Cortavious Rey-Ray Johnson of Danville — then surrendered to Rockingham County deputies. Johnson suffered minor injuries from the crash and from the jump, but officials say he refused any medial treatment from EMS.

(Black) Woman arrested hours after hit-and-run involving two pedestrians, dog in Danville, police say
black suspect wounded victim DANVILLE, Va. (WFXR) — A woman is facing multiple charges after being accused of intentionally hitting two people and a dog with a car in Danville Wednesday evening. Not only were both of the people injured, but the dog has gone missing. A representative for the Danville Police Department told WFXR News that officers responded to the 500 block of Apollo Avenue for a hit-and-run shortly before 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 20.

According to the department, a burgundy Nissan SUV — driven by 49-year-old Anastasia Carroll Saunders — struck two residents and the dog they were walking and drove away from the scene. Police say a 53-year-old Danville man sustained severe wounds to his legs and body from being hit and dragged by the vehicle. He was flown to a hospital to be treated for his injuries and is currently in stable condition.

The second victim, a 46-year-old woman from Danville, suffered minor lower leg injuries, officials say. Authorities told WFXR News the investigation revealed that Saunders knew the male victim from a previous relationship and that hitting them with the car was an intentional act.

While fleeing the scene of the initial incident, police say Saunders struck another occupied vehicle, which did cause some damage, but no injuries. Within hours of the hit-and-run, detectives reportedly tracked down both Saunders and the suspect vehicle.

According to police, Saunders has been charged with felony hit-and-run, as well as aggravated malicious wounding. As of this writing, authorities tell WFXR News she is still being held in the Danville City Jail.

Rural Canadian pastor spends extra night in jail after refusing condition keeping him from church
EXCLUSIVE: A pastor from Manitoba, Canada, who was arrested earlier this week tells Fox News he spent an extra night in prison after refusing a release condition that effectively required him to stop preaching at his church services.

Pastor Tobias Tissen of Steinbach, Manitoba, was imprisoned for two days after being arrested for a warrant issued in May related to a provincial public health order banning outdoor gatherings of more than five people.

Tissen told Fox News that his bail hearing, at first scheduled for Tuesday, was postponed after he refused the initial conditions of his release. "They had these conditions that I wasn't allowed to attend any gatherings that were in contravention of COVID-19," Tissen said. "And that would automatically prohibit me from going to church and preaching. And I could not agree with that."

Tissen had been in hiding for months before his arrest Monday, for some time only making public appearances at his Church of God Restoration in Steinbach, Manitoba, which is about an hour's drive north of the Minnesota border. Church of God Restoration and its congregation of less than 200 people have repeatedly made headlines during the pandemic for clashing with authorities over church gatherings. Tissen and the church have racked up tens of thousands in fines. In November 2020, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) blocked the church's parking lot to prevent parishioners from attending a drive-in service.

Tissen, whose family left Germany to escape its ban on homeschooling, said he was not thinking about his warrant when he and his family went to spend time together at a park in Steinbach before his mother moved to Austria the next morning. Tissen speculated that someone had seen him at the park and reported him to police, who pulled him over on his way home and informed him he was under arrest.

According to video of the incident, Tissen explained to the RCMP officers that he would like to hug his mother goodbye because she is leaving the country. When the officer tells Tissen he will let him hug his mother if he gets in the car, he agrees. While he was being detained at Steinbach police headquarters, church members walked around the building singing hymns. Later that night, Tissen was driven 45 minutes north to Winnipeg, where he was ultimately jailed at the Winnipeg Remand Centre.

Since the pandemic, other churches throughout Canada have faced imprisoned pastors, locked facilities, steep fines and ongoing government intrusion. Tissen's church was one of seven rural congregations that sued Manitoba over the lockdown orders, which a judge ruled Thursday did not violate the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Tissen believes Canadian authorities are "absolutely" targeting clergy, which he said "shows it's so clear that this is a fight between good and evil, and they're targeting those public figures that are in the lead who are fighting against the evil." "In Ephesians, it says that we're fighting against spiritual wickedness in high places and principalities and powers," said Tissen. "That's it, right now, what we see. And they're after all of us who are giving to God what belongs to God and to Caesar what belongs to Caesar. But now, Caesar wants that which belongs to God. "And as Christians, we just cannot. We cannot comply with that," he added.

He was sentenced to 50 years. Felony murder is defined by state law as a murder committed in the act of another felony, such as robbery.

Meng told police he saw Hlang "shoot his girl" and that he had grown up with Hlang. He described the two other men and gave a possible address for one of the men, according to court documents. Officer Jean Gigli stopped a vehicle at Kenwood Avenue and Carew Street two hours after the shooting. The officer smelled burnt marijuana and saw narcotics and cash in the back-seat passenger door. Paul and Louis were both in the car, although they weren't driving, court records said.

Shortly before 8 a.m., Hlang was pulled over on North Anthony Boulevard near Coliseum Boulevard. At first he wouldn't provide identification, but police were able to identify him from his tattoos, court records said. In the car, a red Nissan Juke, police also discovered a semi-automatic pistol with a magazine in it and a slide locked to the rear "as if it had been run dry," records said.

Detectives Liza Anglin and Brian Martin interviewed Hlang. He told Anglin there were other people with him when the shootings occurred and that he was the last person to leave the house. Hlang said he was supposed to go back to the home and pick up the gun in the morning. The gun was dropped between houses, one of which was his friend's. Then, he said, he was supposed to "get rid of it."

Martin asked him whether the two accomplices received drugs and money when they robbed and shot the victims. Hlang told him the two others "got all the dope and money and he didn't get (expletive)." Martin and Detective Scott Tegtmeyer interviewed Louis, who at first denied any involvement in the shooting. He said Paul was his cousin. Louis then said the three of them went to the Barnhart home to get some "tree," another name for marijuana. When asked whether he could remember who started shooting, Louis said he couldn't remember, records said.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: decomposing corpse of 3-year-old mixed-race boy found - he was shot in the head
🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire black suspect black suspect The dead body of his white mother Mallery Muenzenberger was discovered October 14th.
Her son Major P. Harris, 3, was reported missing soon after, prompting a weeklong search stretching from Milwaukee to Dodge, Washington and Dane counties. On Thursday, Major was found dead in Milwaukee.

"We had so much hope for the return of our beautiful Major that was shattered yesterday," the family's statement read. "We have been left with so many unanswered questions."

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy Friday morning on Major, and determined that the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head. His death was ruled a homicide.

Police had two men in custody in connection with the case, but no one had been charged as of early Friday. The suspect in Muenzenberger's homicide, Jaheem Clark, killed himself Sunday as police approached a house where he was staying. Muenzenberger's father and stepmother are cherishing the memories of their loved ones.

Major had just helped his grandparents harvest their garden, gathered eggs from the chickens and went fishing, and his mother's last words to her father were, "I love you, Dad," the statement said. The family again thanked everyone who helped in the search for Major.

black suspect victim name Authorities say a woman was killed by a man she was dating at the apartment complex where they first met. According to CBS 46, the victim, attorney Courtney Cox, was shot on the 21st floor of the high-rise Atlantic House apartment building located in Atlanta Jarvis Jarrette is believed to have killed Cox early Wednesday. Police officials said Jarrette died while exchanging gunfire with officers after they responded to the incident, though it is unclear if he shot himself or was killed by law enforcement.

Atlanta police said that after killing Cox, Jarrette was seen shooting from a balcony at police officers and at least one police officer fired back. The GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigation) started an investigation into Jarrette’s death because it involved police officers. Fox 5 Atlanta reported that Cox’s loved ones confirmed that she had been in a relationship with the accused 32-year-old killer, Jarrette.

Police said the shooting took place inside Atlantic House Midtown sometime after three in the morning. “It appears that the suspect was inside the apartment,” Deputy Chief Charles Hampton said. “There was no forced entry or anything like that. “As we were getting the information through 911, our dispatchers could hear gunfire being played throughout the building.”

According to reports, during the shooting, one of the bullets struck a water pipe in the apartment complex, which caused some flooding in some of the units. There was also a report of multiple other units being hit by bullets but police officials said they didn’t believe there were any other victims.

Who was Jarvis Jarrette, the Midtown Atlanta balcony shooter?

Police searching for ‘armed and dangerous’ (Black) murder suspect wanted in Gate City homicide
black suspect Birmingham police have identified a suspect, who they deemed “armed and dangerous,” in the Tuesday morning homicide of a Midfield man in Gate City. Jailyn Andarius Bragg, 22, of Birmingham has warrants out against him for capital murder, attempted murder and other charges in the Tuesday’s fatal shooting of Roderick Tavares Chester Jr., 24, police said.

Shortly after 11 a.m., Birmingham police received calls of multiple shots fired in the public housing complex. When they arrived on the scene, they found a wounded man in a vehicle in the 6700 block of Kimberly Avenue. Chester was taken to UAB Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 11:40 a.m. Sgt. Rod Mauldin said the vehicle was also occupied by a woman and a child that sustained minor injuries from glass and shrapnel.

Investigators determined the shooting happened a block away, on Joppa Avenue. Bragg was quickly developed as a suspect thanks to Birmingham’s $3 million Real Time Crime Center, which was unveiled the day Chester was killed, Mauldin said. Bragg is still at large as of early Friday evening, Mauldin said, and should be considered armed and dangerous.

NYPD names, releases photo of (Black) suspect wanted for fatal shooting of young dad inside Bronx deli
black suspect Police on Thursday identified a suspect wanted for the brazen fatal shooting of a 21-year-old man inside a Bronx bodega last summer, officials said Thursday. Cops say Kemel Smith, 31, shot Jayquan Lewis in an Aug. 13 surprise attack inside the B.H. Gourmet Deli down the block from the victim’s home in Fordham Manor.

Police released a photo of Smith on Thursday and asked for the public’s help tracking him down. Lewis was fatally shot moments after he stepped into the deli. The victim was standing at the counter to buy a bottle of water when his killer came from the back of the store, pulled a gun out of a shoulder satchel and fired off at least five rounds, video of the attack shows.

Other customers scattered as the gunman continued to fire off shots before fleeing out the front door. Lewis, a part time actor who dreamed of becoming a nurse, was shot three times in the chest as well as in his left arm and stomach. EMS rushed him to an area hospital, but he couldn’t be saved. Lewis appeared on “Law & Order” as an extra several times, according to his mother. He was also in the movie “The Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete,” she said. There is one credit for him on IMDb, for a 2019 movie titled “Joyland.” Smith clearly targeted Lewis, but the motive for the shooting has not been disclosed.

(Black) Suspect arrested in fatal shooting of black 10-year-old NYC boy
black suspect victim name The gunman allegedly responsible for the senseless killing of a 10-year-old Queens boy was arrested on Tuesday, the NYPD said. Jovan Young, 29, was charged with murder and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the horrifying weekend shooting in Far Rockaway where little Justin Wallace and his cousin were hit, police said.

Law enforcement sources said that cops had recovered a gun tied to the individual. He was awaiting arraignment. Chilling surveillance video showed the shooter pulling up to a home on Beach 45th Street in a dark SUV on Saturday night, before getting out, reaching his arm through an iron railing — and pumping a barrage of bullets at the house.

Wallace — a fifth-grader who would have turned 11 on Tuesday — took a fatal bullet to the abdomen. His 29-year-old cousin suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the shoulder. The slain boy’s father, Albert Wallace, told The Post on Sunday that the shooting stemmed from a long-simmering dispute between his relatives and their neighbors over a shared driveway. “He kill[ed] my son over the driveway?!” the distraught dad said.

(Black) Man kills stepfather during argument over inviting a gay guest into New Jersey home
black suspect A man allegedly shot and killed his stepfather during a dispute at a family gathering over the step-dad’s decision to invite a gay person into the home, prosecutors said. Christian Smith, 23, allegedly objected to step-father Dennis McKenzie, 43, inviting the person to their New Jersey home and confronted McKenzie, according to the Gloucester County prosecutor’s office.

“He made it known to his stepfather that he did not approve of that person coming into their house
that their house was a house of God,” Assistant Prosecutor Dana Anton said on Wednesday, according to NJ.com. Smith’s remarks included homophobic slurs, the prosecution said. Smith’s mother reportedly tried to break up the fight before it escalated.

“The stepfather took a swing at Mr. Smith and, I believe, maybe superficially hit him,” Anton said, adding that Smith was not injured. “In response to that, Mr. Smith took out a Glock 19 that was in his waistband and shot him three times.” McKenzie was hit twice in the head and the body, and died on the scene in front of Smith’s mother and teen relatives, prosecutors said, according to NJ.com.

'General' Biden says U.S. has "commitment" to defend Taiwan if China attacks
Hong Kong — President Joe Biden said on Thursday that the United States would defend Taiwan if China ever attacked the democratically governed island.

The White House quickly walked back his remark as analysts tried to discern whether Mr. Biden might have been signalling a change in Washington's long-held policy of "strategic ambiguity" over the role the U.S. would play in the event of a military conflict between China and Taiwan.

I don't understand, I had assumed that Biden was under the control of the communist Chinese regime because they are blackmailing him for taking payoffs via his son.

Also his top General Mark Milley has confessed to reassuring China that he would warn them if President Trump was planning an attack and reassured them that his Democrat and Military friends would prevent anything like that from happening.

Apparently, the U.S. has never committed with a vote of Congress to go to war against China under any circumstances - and "only Congress has the power to declare war".

So was Biden just trying to sound 'Commander in Chief' for the 'peanut gallery' or what?

(Black) Man wanted for murder in New Jersey found, arrested in Polk County
black suspect POLK COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – A man wanted for numerous crimes, including murder, out of New Jersey was found and arrested in Polk County, deputies say. According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, 51-year-old James Lewis was taken into custody by deputies Tuesday morning at a home located off Kinghill Court SE in Winter Haven.

Deputies say Lewis had warrants for murder, kidnapping, carjacking, and weapons charges. According to the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, Lewis fatally shot a man on Sep. 18 in East Orange, New Jersey, during a carjacking. Officials say he then zip-tied the victim’s girlfriend and stole the car with her in it, before crashing a short time later.

Polk County deputies say Lewis was previously convicted for homicide in a 1989 case in which he was also convicted for robbery and possession of a weapon. He was sentenced to 40 years in prison but only served 30 years in combined jail and prison time. “He spent only 30 years in prison when he was sentenced to 40 years in prison for homicide, robbery, and possession of a weapon. In less than two years of being released early, he murdered again,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said. “The reason we have prisons is to keep violent and repeat criminals away from victims and innocent people in the community.”

'Incredibly vicious and heinous crime':(Black) Md. man gets 45 years in prison for 2017 rape
SUSPECT-NAME GAITHERSBURG, Md. (7News) — A judge sentenced a Gaithersburg man to 45 years in prison for raping a woman near a bus stop in 2017. Authorities say, David L. Williams, pleaded guilty to first-degree rape on Oct. 4. The plea stems from an incident on the morning of Oct. 6, 2017.

Officials say Williams targeted a woman as she waited at the bus stop along Watkins Mill Road near Travis Lane in Gaithersburg. They say he threw her down an embankment behind the bus stop, forced cocaine into her mouth and brutally raped and beat her, then stole her belongings leaving her there unconscious and naked. Police say when the woman attempted to run away, he told her he would kill her. She continued to scream, so he put his hands and her jacket around her neck and strangled her.

According to officials, DNA and injury confirm that Williams vaginally and anally raped the victim. They say the victim was hospitalized for a week following the rape and had to attend physical therapy for eight months. Testing revealed that Williams' DNA matched that of the suspect's DNA taken from the scene of the rape.

(Black) Army veteran faked paralysis to get over $1M in benefits, used money to buy sports car, prosecutors say
black suspect chicken thief An Army veteran received more than $1 million in disability and social security benefits by falsely claiming he was paralyzed, federal prosecutors alleged Thursday.

William "Negro rich" Rich, 41, of Windsor Mill, Maryland, lied about his condition to the Department of Veterans Affairs over several years, the Justice Department said. As a result, he was granted a 100% disability rating in 2007 due to the "loss of use of both lower extremities," authorities said.

Rich also received special monthly compensation for paraplegia and was given allowances for a caregiver and Social Security Administration disability insurance payments, court documents said. In addition to the monthly benefits, Rich received grants from the VA for "automobile and adaptive equipment" and "specially adapted housing." Instead of using the funds to purchase a specially adapted vehicle, he bought a BMW 645ci luxury sports coupe, which was eventually totaled, officials said.

(Black female) Houston area health care worker accused of stealing more than $70K from elderly couple
black suspect chicken thief HOUSTON – A Houston-area health care worker who is accused of stealing from her elderly patients has two felony warrants out for her arrest. Brittany Nicole Kelly, 30, is a wanted woman. Kelly has a criminal history spanning over several years for misdemeanor thefts.

Last July, Kelly was charged in Harris County with two felony thefts for fraudulent use of identifying information of the elderly. Warrants were issued for her arrest. Kelly is accused of stealing the identity of an elderly Houston couple while working in their home as a caretaker for Right At Home In-Home Care & Assistance. The timeline of the alleged crimes spanned12 months, from June 2019 to June 2020.

Rania Mankarious, CEO of Crime Stoppers of Houston, said Texas has very strict laws requiring healthcare workers to undergo background checks, but there are loopholes. “The state of Texas has actually taken measures to ensure that people with criminal records and arrest records don’t end up working in these types of positions,” Mankarious said. “But, ultimately, people still take it upon themselves to find their own person to come into their home and take care of an aging person or maybe deal with agencies that aren’t really following the law, and that’s where you end up with this gray space.”

According to court documents, the then 86-year-old male victim said upon checking his financial transactions, he noticed checked were forged in his name, money was withdrawn from his bank accounts and credit cards were opened in his now-deceased wife’s name. More than $70,933.50 was stolen from the couple. Of that amount, $8,880 was used to pay Kelly’s rent and $374.54 was charged on a credit card to purchase hair extensions. The elderly man said he never gave Kelly consent and believe she took up to 11 identifying information from him and his wife because she had access to their home and could have easily obtained their personal information, checks and credit cards.

SPANISH-SPEAKING HISPANIC Salvadoran "IMMIGRANT" to plead guilty to 4 Nevada killings
🔥Hell Fire 🔥Hell Fire RENO, Nev. -- A 22-year-old Salvadoran immigrant was scheduled to plead guilty Thursday to killing four people in Nevada, in an agreement that a prosecutor said would avoid two death penalty trials and put him in prison for the rest of his life.

Wilber Ernesto Martinez Guzman appeared before Washoe County District Court Judge Connie Steinheimer to admit killing a Reno couple and two women in Gardnerville in January 2019. Martinez Guzman told police he committed the two-week series of break-ins, thefts and shootings because he needed money to buy methamphetamine.

The plea was expected to fully resolve murder, burglary and weapon cases in Washoe and Douglas counties, Washoe County District Attorney Chris Hicks said in a statement before proceedings began, and result in “maximum sentences” that would run consecutively. Hicks and Douglas County District Attorney Mark Jackson initially planned one death-penalty trial for Martinez Guzman, but the Nevada Supreme Court ruled Sept. 30 that the defendant would have to be tried separately in the two county jurisdictions.

Authorities said Martinez Guzman stole a .22-caliber handgun from Gerald and Sharon David in southwest Reno on Jan. 4, 2019; shot and killed Constance Koontz, 56, and Sophia Renken, 74, in separate attacks in their Gardnerville homes several days later; and returned to the Davids' house to rob and kill them Jan 15. Gerald David, 81, and his 80-year-old wife were prominent in the Reno Rodeo Association and had employed Martinez Guzman as a landscaper the summer before.

Martinez Guzman was arrested in Carson City during a manhunt that had investigators track an Apple watch stolen from Koontz to Martinez Guzman’s mother. Martinez Guzman has been held without bail at the Washoe County Detention Facility in Reno.

Washoe County sheriff’s Detective Stefanie Brady told a grand jury several weeks after Martinez Guzman's arrest that he initially denied wrongdoing but later acknowledged through a Spanish interpreter he had “done something that’s unforgiveable.” “He said he needed the money for the meth,” Brady testified.

The case drew attention at the time from then-President Donald Trump, who said it showed the need to build a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border.

SPAISH-SPEAKING HISPANIC Man gets 11 years in prison for drowning daughter in CATHOLIC church
SANTA ROSA, Calif. (AP) — A Northern California man was sentenced to 11 years in prison for the 2016 drowning of his 4-year-old daughter in the baptismal pool of a Catholic church. Gerardo Mendoza, 47, had been smoking methamphetamine for three days and began believing his two youngest children were “being attacked by evil” when he took them to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in the small California wine country city of Healdsburg on Nov. 20, 2016, authorities have said.

The 11-year sentence issued by a judge Wednesday was predetermined, part of a negotiated plea to manslaughter that Mendoza agreed to as he was facing trial on murder charges, which could have put him in prison for 25 years to life, the Press Democrat reported. Sonoma County Superior Court Judge Robert LaForge told Mendoza that several statements he made to probation officers before Wednesday’s hearing were objectionable.

“Certainly, I’m going to give you the maximum allowed by law based on what I read,” LaForge said. “There were a couple things that were concerning. Your statement was concerning, minimizing. I want you to know that.” LaForge was referring to Mendoza's comments to a probation officer, who prepared a presentencing report and recommendation to the court, that he gave his daughter water but never submerged her.

Investigators said Mendoza wanted to find a priest. But after he couldn’t find one, he led his daughter Maria and 9-year-old son into a cross-shaped baptismal pool at least a foot (30 centimeters) deep, court documents show. He then carried the girl’s body to a nearby police station and stood naked in the station’s back parking lot yelling “help” and “police” in Spanish as he held his fully clothed and soaked daughter, authorities said. His 9-year-old son stood next to him wearing only shorts.

The child was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Facing a potential 25-years-to-life sentence if convicted of drowning his daughter, Mendoza pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter. A no-contest plea is not an admission of guilt but is treated as such at sentencing.

(Black)Man who shot into apartment where girlfriend had been hiding caused Oak Cliff explosion
SUSPECT-NAME wounded victim wounded victim wounded victim wounded victim A man accused of causing an apartment explosion in southeast Oak Cliff fired a shot the night before into the unit where his girlfriend and son hid from him. The bullet hit a stove and created the gas leak that ignited and injured residents and firefighters, according to an arrest warrant affidavit obtained Wednesday.

Phillip Dankins, 28, faces seven counts of deadly conduct in connection with the Sept. 29 explosion at the Highland Hills Apartments in the 5700 block of Highland Hills Drive. Firefighters were investigating reports of a gas leak when the blast occurred about 10:30 a.m.

Dankins has been in the Dallas County jail since early October on other charges. His lawyer could not immediately be reached for comment. Phillip Dankins (dob 2/6/93) faces seven counts of deadly conduct related to an apartment explosion in southeast Oak Cliff.

Dankins is accused of shooting into the apartment unit where his girlfriend had been earlier that night, rupturing the hose behind a stove and causing a gas leak, the affidavit says. The couple argued about 10 p.m., and the woman — who is pregnant with their other child — fled and was wandering the apartment complex with their 8-month-old son. A man who lived at the complex saw her and the baby and let them into his unit, the affidavit says. Dankins came to the man’s apartment looking for them, and the man pointed a gun at Dankins, according to the affidavit.

At one point during that time, Dankins returned to the man’s apartment and fired into the front door and side window, hitting the hose behind the stove, the affidavit says. The cameras were not pointed at the apartment and didn’t catch Dankins shooting into the unit, according to the affidavit. The hose leaked gas until about 10 a.m., propelling other apartment residents to call authorities.

Four Dallas Fire-Rescue officials — Capt. Christopher Gadomski, Driver Engineer Ronald W. Hall, Officer Pauline Perez and Officer Andrew Curtis — responded and met with three apartment employees. Perez went into the apartment and smelled gas, the affidavit says. She turned to exit just as the gas from the oven ignited. The blast hurled Perez, who was released from the hospital Friday, 30 feet and she suffered 3rd- and 2nd-degree burns, the affidavit says. Gadomski was blown backwards into a nearby apartment, and he suffered broken tibias and fibulas in both legs, as well as burns to his face and body, the affidavit says.

BLACK-on-White: Gunman in deadly Tucson Amtrak shooting was on the run, facing violence charges
🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM The man who died in a shootout that killed a DEA agent and wounded two others at Tucson’s downtown Amtrak depot was on the run after bonding out of jail in California. Darrion Taylor, 26, bonded out of jail in Alameda County in Northern California in late December last year and had been facing a slew of violent charges, according to the Alameda County District Attorney’s office and the Alameda County Sherriff’s Office.

Sgt. Raymond Kelly, public information officer for Alameda County Sheriff’s Office, called the incident a preventable tragedy. “It’s a disaster, it’s a disaster,” Kelly said. “Everybody involved in the criminal justice will tell you the same thing.”

Taylor’s bail was set at $255,000 on Aug. 21, 2020. He bonded out of Santa Rita Jail in Dublin, California, on 10%, or $25,500, on Dec. 29. Originally, the charge was attempted murder of a law enforcement officer and stemmed from an incident where Taylor, brought into a police station on other charges, lunged at an officer and attempted to remove his firearm.

That charge was eventually reduced to assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest, Kelly said. Taylor was wanted out of Sacramento County on a $200,000 warrant for an earlier incident that saw him accused of robbery, assault with a deadly weapon and cruelty toward a child after allegedly firing into a residence.

According to Kelly, it was those charges out of Sacramento that led to Taylor being brought to the police station where he lunged at an officer. On Oct. 4, Taylor died in a gunfight on an Amtrak train in downtown Tucson. DEA Special Agent Michael Garbo was killed, and another DEA agent was wounded, along with a Tucson police officer.

black suspect CHICAGO (CBS) — An Elgin man has been charged with attempted murder and several other felonies, accused of shooting a Chicago Police officer Monday afternoon, after he kidnapped a woman in Lincoln Park. Police said 23-year-old Jovan McPherson is charged with one count of attempted murder, two felony counts of unlawful use of a weapon, one felony count of aggravated battery , one felony count of armed kidnapping, one felony count of aggravated unlawful restraint, and one felony count of resisting a police officer.

Police Supt. David Brown said it all started with an altercation inside the Ulta beauty store in the North & Sheffield Commons shopping center at 1000 W. North Av. Someone in the store called police because someone was acting erratic, Brown said. It was not clear exactly what happened in the store, but Ald. Brian Hopkins (2nd), who represents the area, noted that McPherson and a person who was with him had failed to wear masks in accordance with COVID-19 protocols. “We do know that the offender and the person he was with were not wearing masks, and there was some type of confrontation,” Hopkins said. “It’s too early to say if that confrontation was the result of them not wearing a mask.”

Police immediately responded, and McPherson got into a struggle with an officer, police said. The struggle continued out into parking lot and another officer arrived, Brown said. The suspect then fired three rounds at an officer and struck him once, Brown said. The officer suffered a through-and-through wound to the face.

The officer was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. He has since been released from the hospital, and stopped by his district police station before he headed home Monday night. Tuesday morning, police said the kidnapping and unlawful restraint charges against McPherson stemmed from the abduction of a 21-year-old woman immediately before he shot the officer.

Family of Miya Marcano files wrongful death lawsuit against Arden Villas, where she was rape-murdered by MEXICAN-named sex-fiend
The family of Miya Marcano is now suing Arden Villas apartments, its parent company, and maintenance man Armando Caballero for negligence, WESH 2 News has learned. Victim Miya Marcano lived and worked at Arden Villas.

A summons was filed in Orange County courts Monday night and lists the apartment complex, its parent company, and the estate of deceased maintenance worker and suspect in Marcano's killing, Armando Caballero. Investigators believe Miya Marcano was kidnapped and killed by Caballero, who used a master key fob to get into her apartment.

The family says Arden Villas did not do enough to protect Miya, and they are now suing for negligence. "The only way that Armando was able to get in to Miya’s apartment was through the unfettered access that he had that was given to him by the Arden Villas," family attorney Daryl K. Washington said.

The lawsuit says the Arden Villas did not take Marcano's fears seriously and did not do a deep enough background check on Caballero. The lawsuit claims a more thorough background check would have uncovered an arrest from years before. Plus, the lawsuit states, had the Arden Villas talked with previous employers, they would have found out about the Seminole County complex where a female resident also raised concerns about him.

Over 60,000 officers assaulted in 2020, with 31% sustaining injuries: FBI
More than 60,000 law enforcement officers were assaulted in the line of duty in 2020, including more than 40 who were killed, according to the FBI.

The total of 60,105 was an increase of 4,071 from 2019, with FBI drawing on reports from some 9,895 law enforcement agencies.

Among those assaulted, about 31% sustained injuries. In 2020, 46 officers were killed, down from 48 in 2019, FBI data showed.

Most of the assaults on officers happened after they responded to disturbance calls, including family quarrels and bar fights, according to the FBI.

"Police officers across the country are facing an increase in violent crime and violent acts committed against them," said Laura Cooper, executive director of the Major Cities Chiefs Association. "Facing these dangerous situations is another reason why it has been difficult for police agencies to find recruits who want to put on a uniform and put their lives on the line."

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Baltimore man convicted of murder in death of White bartender Sebastian Dvorak four years ago
🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM A Baltimore County jury convicted a Northeast Baltimore man Monday of felony murder in the killing of the popular bartender Sebastian Dvorak four years ago in Canton. Jurors deliberated Friday afternoon and Monday before also convicting Malik Mungo, 21, of robbery and gang charges. They acquitted him of armed robbery and gun charges. Baltimore County Circuit Judge Nancy Purpura is to sentence him in December.

“We are grateful that justice was served and for the efforts of the state and law enforcement; this has been a long time coming,” parents of Sebastian Dvorak, Lisa Richard and David Dvorak, wrote in a statement. “This for us is bittersweet. We do not get Sebastian back and the ripples of impact from that night on so many is significant.” Under Maryland’s felony murder rule, everyone involved in a felony crime that results in a killing can be held responsible for the murder.

Dvorak was a popular bartender at Ryleigh’s Oyster locations. Known as “Sebass,” he graduated from Calvert Hall College High School in 2009 before attending Salisbury University and the University of Baltimore. In June 2017, he had been celebrating his 27th birthday in Canton and walking back on Boston Street when he was robbed and shot in his chest near the landmark Can Co. building. His killing launched police and federal agents on a yearlong investigation — wiretaps, undercover drug buys — that brought down an East Baltimore street gang led by the Bloods. The gang sold drugs including heroin, cocaine, marijuana, fentanyl and ecstasy, and based its operations in the 500 block of N. Rose St. in McElderry Park, just east of Johns Hopkins Hospital and north of Patterson Park.

Mungo was tried the first time over three weeks in June 2019. He admitted to smoking pot and wandering Canton looking for unlocked cars to steal, then to ditching the murder weapon and later to lying to detectives. But Mungo insisted he didn’t pull the trigger. The jury deliberated six days but could not agree on the eight most serious charges — murder, robbery, gang participation. Some gang members lived in the county and kept drugs there. Maryland’s gang statute allows prosecutors to charge all crimes committed by a gang in the jurisdiction of any one crime. So the attorney general’s office chose to prosecutor Mungo in Baltimore County Circuit Court.

Dvorak’s family and friends formed the nonprofit Sebass Foundation — a reference to the bartender’s nickname — to provide Baltimore youth with new experiences such as camp in Maine and snowboarding lessons. Dvorak’s parents have said they want to help Baltimore youth see a promising future and stay away from guns. A fundraiser online collected more than $27,000 in donations.

(Black) Man shoots at ex-girlfriend's car to stop her from hitting him, kills (white female) passenger
black suspect victim name OCALA, Fla. — Deputies in Marion County released new details into the death of a 23-year-old woman in Ocala. Authorities said they responded to the 2600 block of Southeast 56th Street for a shooting on Sunday around 3:40 a.m.

Detectives said they learned during their investigation 22-year-old Alexa Newtown drove to her (black) ex-boyfriend Timothy Mack’s home. Sonja Stahl was in the passenger seat, according to authorities. Officials said witnesses told them Newtown got out of her car and broke a window at Mack’s home, apparently trying to get inside.

Mack allegedly told authorities he was able to stop his ex-girlfriend from getting inside and asked her to leave his property multiple times. Mack said when he left his home, Newtown got into her car once more and drove at him. According to authorities, Mack said he fired his gun at the car, hoping to hit the engine block to stop it from hitting him.

Officials say a round struck Stahl, killing her. An investigation into her death will continue as authorities wait for results of forensic evidence. Detectives will review the case with the State Attorney’s Office regarding homicide-related charges after the investigation is complete. Mack was taken into custody and arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon and evidence tampering. Newton faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, battery and criminal mischief.

(Black) N.C. Man Charged with Murdering His Ex-Girlfriend Already Did Time for Killing an Ex: Report
black suspect Charles Combs (image via Horry County Sheriff’s Office), LaPorscha Baldwin (via GoFundMe) A North Carolina man who had spent 12 years in prison for murdering his then-girlfriend in 2004 is now facing murder charges in the death of another woman—his ex-girlfriend. The body of LaPorscha Chantel Baldwin, of Gastonia, North Carolina, was found in South Carolina on Thursday, according to authorities. Charles Combs, Baldwin’s ex-boyfriend, is accused of killing her.

Baldwin, 30, was last seen by family members on Oct. 10, the City of Gastonia website said in a press release. “They met at the parking lot of First Antioch Interdenominational Church,” local ABC affiliate WSOC reported. “LaPorscha Baldwin kissed her 18-month-old daughter and said ‘I love you,’” Baldwin’s mother Marilyn Baldwin said. Her mother said LaPorscha was headed work and never returned. She also never called to check on her daughter, which Marilyn said was unusual.

“Her daughter is her heart,” Marilyn said, according to WSOC. “She would never leave her daughter.” LaPorsha, who worked at Amazon, didn’t show up for work that day, local NBC affiliate WCNC reported. Baldwin’s car was found the next day, on Oct. 11.

“[W]hen Baldwin’s car was found, the tires were slashed, and possible blood was found on the steering wheel, dashboard, and cup holder,” WCNC reported. “Investigators found women’s clothing and duct tape inside as well.” “Police found Baldwin’s phone and discovered that after she left the church, she had a conversation with Combs,” according to WSOC. Combs, 35, is now charged with first-degree murder, according to Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office records.

“Baldwin had broken up with Combs about three weeks prior, police said,” WSOC reported. “According to court records, Combs was distraught and on the day Baldwin vanished, he told a friend about her and said he would kill himself if he could not be with her. According to WSOC, Combs has previously been convicted of murder in the death of another girlfriend. The details are disturbingly similar.

“Channel 9 learned that Combs was convicted of second-degree murder in Charlotte in 2007,” the WSOC report said. “He spent 12 years in prison for the 2004 death of his girlfriend at the time, Marsheida Dorsey. According to court records, Combs told Dorsey the only way out of the relationship ‘was through death.’” In 2020, Combs was arrested and released for driving without a license, Mecklenberg County Sheriff’s Office records show. Baldwin’s death has left “an irreversible pain,” according to a GoFundMe page that was launched in an effort to support Baldwin’s family.

“She was a daughter, a sister, a cousin, a niece, a grandchild, a friend to everyone she met,” the website said. “She had an infectious smile, and knew how to light up a room with her presence. She was funny, she loved life, and wanted to help those around her.” Baldwin’s 18-month-old daughter “now has to grow up without a mother because of a selfish act,” the page also said. Homicide detectives from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg police department, along with state law enforcement in South Carolina and the FBI, worked together to locate Baldwin and arrest Combs. Authorities say Combs will be extradited to Mecklenburg County. As of Monday morning, Combs was still in custody in Horry County, South Carolina, records show.

2 (Black) men arrested in drive-by that killed 13-year-old
James Deanthony Reed.jpg James Deanthony Reed.jpg TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) — Two men have been arrested and police are looking for others in the drive-by shooting that killed a 13-year-old Alabama boy who was playing with his iPad in his bedroom, an investigator said Monday Julian Lamont Gordon Jr., 21, was arrested Monday in the death of Kei’lan Allen, said Capt. Jack Kennedy of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit.

James Deanthony Reed, 18, was charged Sunday with capital murder and was to be held without bond, according to a statement on the Tuscaloosa Police Department’s Facebook page. “We believe Reed was targeting one of Kei’lan’s older family members,” the department said.

The court clerk's records did not show an attorney who could speak for Reed, department spokesperson Stephanie Taylor said in an email. Police said earlier that Friday night's shooting left so many bullet casings in the street that officers had to use folded business card as evidence markers.

A cousin, Corey Prewitt, 26, described Allen as a friendly, respectful straight-A student and artist, Al.com reported. The shooters “just snatched away a future valedictorian from his family and that’s not something that’s easy to deal with,” he said.

Prewitt said Christina Barnes, the child’s mother, called out for her son after the shooting. “He didn’t answer after that, so she walked in the room, and he was slumped over,” Prewitt said. “She just grabbed him and was telling him, ‘I love you. I love you.’ An innocent child with a bullet hole in his head.”

2nd accused in gunfire killing 13-year-old Alabama boy playing on iPad in bed
A second suspect was arrested in a shooting that killed a 13-year-old boy while playing on his iPad at his Tuscaloosa home. The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Division announced the arrest of Julian Lamont Gordon Jr., 21, on Monday. Gordon is charged with the murder of Kaylon Allen, an eighth-grader Westlan Middle School and direct student, on Friday night.

black suspect NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. — A man wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a cab driver in New Rochelle, N.Y., and for an alleged attempted murder in Connecticut was taken into custody after a shootout with authorities over the weekend, police said. Police in New Rochelle said the cab driver was killed around 3 a.m. on Oct. 14.

Andres Valenzuela, 62, of New Rochelle, N.Y., was finishing up his shift as a taxi driver when police say he was shot. Valenzuela was found with two gunshot wounds outside Juliano’s Caterers parking lot at 700 Main St. Valenzuela was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said. On Sunday, after an “exhaustive and extensive investigation,” police worked with FBI to conduct surveillance at an apartment complex in Brooklyn where investigators believed the suspect of the fatal cab driver shooting was staying, according to New Rochelle Police Capt. J. Collins Coyne, commander of the Criminal Investigations Division.

At about 10:30 a.m., detectives spotted the individual — later identified as Percell Lamont Ross, of Covington, Va. — in the complex’s courtyard and tried to take him into custody, Coyne said. When police identified themselves and ordered Ross to stop, Ross started to shoot at the officers and tried to flee on foot, according to Coyne. “The suspect continued to shoot at police in various directions as they converged on him. Several officers returned fire,” Coyne said. “The suspect ultimately surrendered when he ran out of ammunition. Neither the suspect or the police were hit with gunfire.”

Ross was taken into custody by the FBI and is facing federal charges in addition to a murder charge for the killing of Valenzuela, Coyne said.

SUSPECT-NAME MEMPHIS, Tenn. — DNA evidence presented in the trial of a 2019 rape has lead to a conviction. A Shelby County Criminal Court jury took less than an hour Wednesday to convict Frederick Peat, 43, of aggravated rape.

According to the Shelby County District Attorney's Office, testimony revealed, the victim was looking for an acquaintance in the early-morning hours of April 24, 2019, at an apartment near Georgia Avenue and South 4th Street, in South Memphis. She said a man came up to her, told her that he had a gun in his pocket, ordering her to go behind the apartments where he raped her on a mattress.

SUSPECT-NAME Upper Darby Twp, PA - Fiston M. Ngoy is facing charges after police say he raped a woman while aboard a crowded SEPTA train on Wednesday night. Upper Darby Police Supervisor Tim Bernhardt told reporters on Friday that the alleged assault happened around 10 p.m. on a westbound train destined for the 69th Street Terminal.

According to investigators, a SEPTA employee called police to report that "something wasn't right" with a female passenger aboard the incoming train. SEPTA police responded to the terminal and took 35-year-old Fiston Ngoy into custody. The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment and is said by police to be "on the mend." Bernhardt called her an "unbelievably strong woman" and commended her bravery for speaking with police about the assault.

Ngoy, who police believe may be homeless, has been charged with rape, incident assault, sexual assault and numerous other charges. He is being held at a Delaware County jail on a $180k bail. Fishton Ngoy is facing charges including rape, sexual assault and indecent assault.

While investigators are still reviewing surveillance video of the assault, Bernhardt said there were "a lot of people" aboard the train that he believes could have stopped the assault. "There were a lot of people, in my opinion, that should have intervened," Bernhardt said. "Somebody should have done something, it speaks to where we are in society, who would allow something like that to take place?"

In a statement, SEPTA called the assault a "horrendous criminal act" and urged riders to contact law enforcement if they witness an incident. "There were other people on the train who witnessed this horrific act, and it may have been stopped sooner if a rider called 911," a SEPTA spokesperson said.

HISPANIC allegedly kept dead girlfriend in plastic container ‘to remain close to her’
An Arizona man told cops he kept the decomposing body of his teenage girlfriend in a plastic container “because he wanted to remain close to her,” reports said. Daniel Blas Torrealba, 21, and his brother were busted after Phoenix police found the remains of his live-in girlfriend Destiny Munoz, 17, wrapped in plastic and tape in the container, police announced Monday.

The brothers allegedly stuffed Munoz into the container, which reeked with “a strong odor of decomposing matter,” from a car to a truck on Oct. 5 when the body was found, according to court records obtained by azfamily.com. Torrealba and his brother Edwin Chavez-Blas, 19, are now accused of covering up Munoz’s death with a plan to cut her into pieces with a chainsaw and bury her, according to the court records.

Munoz was killed by a gunshot, but Torrealba claimed she shot herself during an argument in one of several differing explanations he gave witnesses over how the teen and mother of his 1-year-old child met her end, the website stated. After Munoz was dead, Torrealba texted her family using her phone so they “would not worry about her,” the court records stated.

Torrealba and his brother Edwin Chavez-Blas, 19, are accused of covering up Munoz’s death with a plan to cut her into pieces with a chainsaw, The Arizona Republic stated. The Blas-Torrealba family had reported Munoz missing on Oct. 5, after they said they hadn’t seen her in about 10 days, the newspaper stated. When police arrived at the home, they allegedly found Munoz’s remains in the container. Police think she died around Sept. 26, reports said.

Torrealba was on probation after a conviction for helping undocumented migrants for money when Munoz was killed, according to 12 News. He had told others in his family she died after he pushed her and she hit her head, the station reported. Chavez-Blas helped his brother clean up the scene, authorities alleged – he was reportedly caught on surveillance video buying the container, tape and the chainsaw at Home Depot. All furniture was found to be removed from the house, 12 News stated.

HORROR MOVIE IN REAL LIFE!!! Paulette Sims was still stabbing and sticking her finger into the wounds of one of the victims...

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Woman gets 38 years for stabbing 2 White humans to death in Allendale
🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM WHITE VICTIM ALLENDALE, S.C. (WJBF/AP) – Prosecutors say a 31-year-old South Carolina woman has been sentenced to 38 years in prison for stabbing to death two neighbors in a rural apartment complex.

Investigators say Paulette Sims was still stabbing and sticking her finger into the wounds of one of the victims when police arrived at the Oakland Apartments in Allendale in March 2020.

Prosecutors say 44-year-old Carolyn Cook and 57-year-old Bobby Heath Jr. were trying to protect their roommate from Sims when they were attacked. Investigators discovered that the attack began when a handicapped man, who was a roommate of Cook and Heath, walked outside their apartment and saw his acquaintance, Sims, “just lying in the road,” according to a news release. Concerned something was wrong with her, the man suggested Sims go back to her apartment. She then retrieved a knife from her apartment and charged at the man, it added.

Heath lay a short distance away from Cook, with a single stab wound to his heart, the release continued. He died on the way to the hospital. Cook was stabbed three times and suffered lacerations of her pulmonary artery and lung. She was pronounced dead at the scene, the release stated.

When Cook intervened, Sims stabbed her instead. Heath then came to Cook’s defense, and Sims stabs him as well. He collapsed while trying to return to his apartment.

The officers had to use a Taser to subdue Sims, and their dashboard and body-worn cameras captured the final moments of her attack. “Ms. Sims attacked two neighbors without provocation and continued to assault one of her victims after she likely was already dead,” said Julie Kate Keeney of the 14th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, who prosecuted the case. “This attack was so brazen and so savage, it would be difficult to believe it took place had some of it not been captured on video.”

A jury found Sims guilty of murder on Thursday. An Allendale County General Sessions jury also found Sims guilty of possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.

(Black) child rapist accused of abducting, raping 9-year-old Farmington Hills girl in his mother's Detroit home
SUSPECT-NAME DETROIT (FOX 2) - A man with a history of sex crimes is facing charges after he allegedly abducted a Farmington Hills girl and raped her at his mother's Detroit home. Aaron McDonald, 40, of Oak Park, is accused of luring the 9-year-old child into his Jeep as she walked in the area of Grand River and 8 Mile in Farmington Hills on Sunday afternoon.

He is accused of trying to sexually assault her in his vehicle but she fought back. That's when he took her to Detroit, police said. Neighbors said McDonald's mother was out of town so he brought the child to her home near 8 Mile and Berg, where he allegedly strangled and sexually assaulted her.

The girl was eventually able to escape the home and ran away with a blanket. A neighbor saw her and called 911. It took collaborative efforts between the Detroit Police Department, Farmington Hills Police Department, FBI, and other departments to arrest McDonald. Police said they surveilled him 24/7 up until his arrest Thursday.

McDonald was released from prison in May after serving 16 years of a 30-year max sentence for two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. He is now facing abduction, criminal sexual conduct, strangulation, and torture charges. "My worry, and I don’t like casting aspersions, but my God if you know that this particular individual had that type of propensity after just being released for this type of thing, why would you give him an opportunity?" said neighbor John Johnson.

🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM NEW PHILADELPHIA — A 21-year-old Canton man is facing a life sentence after pleading guilty to aggravated murder in connection to the death of Gaven J. Carlisle.

Te'Quan A. Franklin also pleaded guilty Friday to murder and two counts of aggravated robbery before Tuscarawas County Common Pleas Judge Michael Ernest.

In exchange for his guilty plea, assistant county prosecutor Fred Scott recommended that the judge allow Franklin to be eligible for parole after 23 years, 20 years for murder and three years for a specification that a gun was used in the crime.

More: Te'Quan A. Franklin involved in Canton marijuana deal that preceded murder

The prosecution dropped gun specifications that carried mandatory prison terms of six years, for having a weapon that could fire in a fully automatic mode, and five years, for firing a gun from a car.

As part of the plea agreement, Franklin agreed to testify truthfully in any further proceedings involving Carlisle's death. Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 15, the same day Ernest is set to sentence gunman Sajjaad J. Butler, 19, also of Canton.

Butler will get a life sentence on identical charges. The prosecutor has recommended the judge make Butler eligible for parole after 30 years, 25 years for the charges and five years for a specification that a gun was fired from a motor vehicle.

Butler shot Carlisle, 22, with a rifle March 5, shortly after he arranged to buy marijuana from him in the 600 block of 11th Drive NW in New Philadelphia.         Interracial couple kept their dead little boy's remains in a freezer for 2 years
black suspect CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The son of Kassceen and Dina Weaver, Eliel Adon Weaver, was found dead inside of a freezer back in May. As officials continue working to figure out the circumstances under which little Adon died, his father appeared in Chesterfield Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court for his preliminary hearing on Friday.

After police found the child’s body, Kassceen Weaver was charged with conspiracy to conceal a dead body, concealing a dead body, failure to render aid, malicious wounding, and domestic assault and battery.

The defense argued on Friday that there was insufficient evidence that Kassceen Weaver showed malicious intent in concealing the body or that he was the one to conceal the body. The judge agreed and dismissed the malicious wounding and conspiracy to conceal a dead body charges. The bulk of the original charges against him were nolle prosequi, meaning they were formally abandoned.

Instead, Kassceen Weaver has now been indicted on three new charges — aggravated malicious wounding, felony murder, felony child abuse and neglect. He will spend the weekend in jail and his bond will be determined in court on Monday. Attorneys said that he will be arraigned on the new charges in circuit court as early as next week.

As for the child’s mother, Dina Weaver, her charges have been continued to Monday. Attorneys said that her preliminary hearing will most likely be waived and she will go on to the circuit court. The couple has separate attorneys. The investigation that led to the discovery of the child’s body started after Dina Weaver’s brother contacted police that he was concerned she was in a potential domestic violence situation. This led to police getting a search warrant and investigating the couple.

In court on Friday, the details on the state of the child’s body were revealed. Authorities recalled searching multiple freezers in the garage of the Weavers’ home. There they found a box deep inside one of the freezers that they believed to be human remains. Police testifying in court said the child’s remains were tied up with twine, wrapped in adult clothing and a sheet and then stored inside of a bag. The bag was placed inside of a sealed plastic container.

Police said upon locating the container, the smell from inside the container was indicative of human remains, so they involved the Medical Examiner’s Office.

Canadian pastor defiant as judge orders him to parrot 'medical experts' from pulpit: 'I will not obey'
EXCLUSIVE: The Polish-Canadian pastor who has been jailed for holding church services in Calgary, Alberta, said he will refuse to obey a court order mandating him to publicly echo the established opinions of medical experts regarding COVID-19.

Pastor Artur Pawlowski was sanctioned by Court of Queen's Bench Justice Adam Germain to 18 months of probation, according to a written ruling released Friday.

The ruling is the latest development in Alberta's ongoing legal battle against Pawlowski, who faced a civil contempt charge for holding church services in violation of a court order forbidding organizing, promoting or attending an "illegal public gathering."

He faced another contempt charge for repeatedly ejecting armed officials attempting to inspect his sanctuary for COVID-19 compliance, for which he first drew international attention.

In addition to tens of thousands of dollars in costs and fines, one condition of Pawlowski's probation requires him to parrot "the majority of medical experts in Alberta" regarding social distancing, mask wearing and vaccines, even when he speaks in church.

"The final term of his probation order will be that when he is exercising his right of free speech and speaking against [Alberta Health Services] Health Orders and AHS health recommendations, in a public gathering or public forum (including electronic social media), he must indicate in his communications the following," wrote Germain, who appended a script:

"I am also aware that the views I am expressing to you on this occasion may not be views held by the majority of medical experts in Alberta. While I may disagree with them, I am obliged to inform you that the majority of medical experts favour social distancing, mask wearing, and avoiding large crowds to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Most medical experts also support participation in a vaccination program unless for a valid religious or medical reason you cannot be vaccinated. Vaccinations have been shown statistically to save lives and to reduce the severity of COVID-19 symptoms."

Pawlowski told Fox News he has no intention of complying with Germain's sanction, which he condemned as "unconstitutional," "illegal," and a clear instance of "compelled speech like in China and North Korea."

"They're telling me what I can and cannot preach," Pawlowski said. "They're telling me that every time I want to address the public, I have to spew their lie first in order for me to deliver my message. That's China. That's North Korea."

"When I grew up under the boots of the Soviets, the courts like this were called 'show courts,'" he said. "It was to show that the government can do with you whatever they want, and there is nothing you can do about it. And it's just to scare the public, telling you, ‘See, we can finish off anyone we want.’ They're terrified of the truth."

"I'm not hiding. I'm not a criminal. I said I will not obey this court order. I refuse to obey a crooked judge's order. He's not a judge, he's a political activist," he added.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BREAKING: English MP brutally stabbed to death by Somalian Immigrant
🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM On Friday, police arrested a 25-year-old Somalian immigrant believed to be responsible for the fatal stabbing of Conservative MP Sir David Amess. According to police, the beloved 69-year-old MP was stabbed to death while attending a constituency meeting at Belfairs Methodist Church. Paramedics, then, worked to save Amess for two straight hours but were unable to save the "irreplaceable" MP.

"He (Amess) was treated by emergency services but, sadly, died at the scene," police said. The investigation is now being led by UK's Counter Terrorism Command, police say.

"It will be for investigators to determine whether or not this is a terrorist incident. But as always, they will keep an open mind," said Ben-Julian Harrington, Chief Constable of Essex Police, while speaking to reporters. Witnesses say the Somalian man was calm when police took him away from the scene, and police have yet to determine the suspect's motive for allegedly murdering Amess. A knife, the suspected murder weapon, was also picked up at the scene.

(Black) Jamal Smith To Make First Court Appearance In Fatal Highway 169 Shooting Of Jay Boughton
black suspect black suspect MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Jamal Smith is scheduled to make his first court appearance in connection to the fatal Highway 169 shooting of Jay Boughton. Smith, 33 of Chicago, faces second-degree murder for allegedly shooting and killing the youth baseball coach earlier this summer. Months after the shooting and thousands of hours of investigative work, Smith was arrested in Decatur, Illinois.

Boughton, 56, was driving home on July 6 with his son after coaching a youth baseball game when he got into an altercation with another driver on Highway 169. The driver shot him in the head, and Boughton lost control of his car, crashing into several other vehicles in a nearby apartment complex parking lot.

His 15-year-old son — who was in the car with him — performed CPR on him until paramedics arrived at the scene. He was taken to North Memorial Health, where he died. In the days following the incident, the police chief called the shooting “one of the most tragic events” he’s witnessed in his 20 years of policing. “It was a really, truly a senseless act that resulted in the loss of a human life,” Fadden said.

UPDATE: Suspected Hwy. 169 road rage shooter now charged with first-degree murder
According to the charges, Boughton's son told police that an SUV pulled up alongside them as he traveled with his father on southbound Hwy. 169 near the Rockford Road exit. His father "gestured" at the SUV's driver, the son said, and within 10 seconds the driver's side window was shattered by a bullet and his father had slumped over.

Prosecutors late last month leveled further allegations about the defendant, saying in a court filing that for weeks and months before the shooting Smith had "pointed guns at other motorists for minor reasons while driving."

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Vermont woman attacked with snowshoe in 'horrific and senseless act of violence'
🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM BURLINGTON, Vt. — The victim of an unprovoked attack in the heart of Vermont's largest city is asking community members to come forward if they have information that could help police make an arrest. "I want him behind bars," Stacy Scribner said of the unidentified man. "He broke my nose!"

Surveillance video released by the Burlington Police Department shows a man hitting Scribner in the face twice Wednesday morning while she was sitting on the ground off Cherry Street. The man used an aluminum snowshoe as a weapon, investigators said. The attack appeared random and unprovoked, Burlington police told reporters.

Scribner remembers the man asking if she'd give him one of her cigarettes, she said in an interview Thursday in Winooski. "And I said, 'No,'" Scribner recalled of the request for the cigarette. "Then he came out of the blue and hit me." The snowshoe had metal cleats on its underside, investigators noted.

Scribner said she needed stitches and will have to go back to a doctor to have her broken nose fixed. "All over a stinkin' cigarette -- and I get slammed," she lamented. Burlington police described the suspect as a Black male, approximately 25-35 years old and standing roughly 5'10" or 5'11". They said he had a medium build and a well-kept beard. He was last seen barefoot and in a white hoodie and dark blue basketball shorts with a black stripe, police added.

Person of interest in snowshoe attack BPD is asking the community to take a close look at a still image it distributed of the suspect, and to come forward with any information that could help them make an arrest. "We have no idea who this individual is," Deputy Chief Matt Sullivan said. "We need the public's assistance in identifying him to hold him accountable for this horrific and senseless act of violence." Anyone with information about the attack is asked to contact the Burlington Police Department at 802-658-2704.

The random nature of the attack left some folks in the area of the bus terminal, between Burlington's iconic Church Street Marketplace and its temporary high school, feeling uneasy. "Knowing that it happened right here, I feel like everybody's public safety is almost in danger," said Taylor Rich, who was walking past the area of the attack on Cherry Street Thursday.

Scribner said she was grateful for any tips from the public, hoping her attacker will be found. "[I hope] that he gets caught, gets arrested -- brought to justice," Scribner said.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: (black 'rapper') Tyga Arrested For Felony Domestic Violence After Ex-Girlfriend Camaryn Swanson Release Black Eye Photo
BLACK SUSPECT WHITE VICTIM WHITE VICTIM UPDATE: Tyga has been arrested for felony domestic violence. He was booked into jail with a $50k bond. Rapper Tyga arrived at the police station to talk about the accusations he gave his ex-girlfriend Camaryn Swanson a black eye.

Paparazzi caught the 31-year-old showing up to the Los Angeles Police Department earlier this morning. He is expected to be grilled about the incident this weekend. As he walked into the station, Tyga refused to say a word about the scandal surrounding him at the moment.

Camaryn claims Tyga invited her over to his home around 3 AM and they got into an argument at one point. The model says the rapper put his hands around her. Sources close to Tyga claim his ex showed up uninvited and stood outside his home screaming at the top of her lungs. Camaryn called the police after leaving the home to report the alleged abuse.

The reports notes the officers saw “visible marks” on her neck. Tyga is being investigated for felony domestic violence and originally refused to speak to police when they showed up to his home. After Tyga’s team leaked his side of the story, Camaryn took to Instagram to post a video and photo of a nasty black eye. She said the story being presented by him was not true.

"I’ve been emotionally, mentally, and physically abused and I’m not hiding it anymore,” she wrote. She then posted a screenshot of an alleged text conversation with Tyga. The messages appear to show the rapper inviting Camaryn over to his home and even calling a car service for her. She denied screaming outside his home or causing a scene.

Camaryn wrote, “I didn’t show up “screaming” or uninvited when I tried to leave he physically assaulted me and refused to let me leave for hours.” Tyga and Camaryn dated earlier this year but apparently broke things off recently. He has yet to respond publicly to the injury photos.

🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM GUILFORD, CT — The husband of a Guilford woman killed last July has been charged with her murder, Guilford police said Thursday.

Robert Faison, 45, of West Haven is being held on $2 million bond in connection with the killing of his wife, Lindsey Hopkins, 42.

Connecticut State Police and the NYPD found Faison in a homeless shelter in New York City, according to a news release from Guilford Police Department Deputy Chief Christopher Massey.

Police said he was identified as a suspect just days after Hopkins was found dead on July 22 inside her Lake Quonnipaug condo.

Police had been called to do a welfare check by "someone close" to Hopkins, police said then. The Guilford Police Department and Fire Department responded and found Hopkins "suffering from obvious injuries," and she was pronounced dead. A spokesperson from the medical examiner's office told Patch at the time that her cause of death was "blunt force trauma to the head and neck."

CT Man Found in NYC Homeless Shelter Charged With Murder in Wife's Bludgeoning Death Court records show the couple had filed for divorce, but later called off those proceedings. Guilford Police Chief Warren “Butch” Hyatt told the Hartford Courant that although the couple had been separated and planned to divorce, they ended up reconciling and getting back together.

The Courant reported that Faison has a history of domestic violence offenses, but it was not clear if Hopkins was a victim in any prior cases. Hyatt said he believed the previous arrests involved other women.

Memphis police responded to a domestic violence burn victim at Regional Med Hospital on Saturday, according to a police report obtained by Fox News. They located a female victim, Rebecca Briggs, who had second-degree burns on her face, neck, chest and arms and was in critical condition. Police said Briggs was difficult to understand because of her facial burns.

She claimed that her boyfriend, Kenneth Upshaw, had set her on fire. She said that she was standing behind Upshaw’s car earlier that day when she told him she didn’t want to be with him anymore. Upshaw said if he couldn’t be with her, then no one would, Briggs told police. The next thing she knew, she said, she was on fire. She told them it happened so fast that she did not know how it happened.

Investigators, speaking with the woman’s mother and sister, later determined that Upshaw poured gasoline on her and set her on fire, the police report said. Police investigated the home where the alleged incident occurred and found a black 2016 Honda Accord parked in the driveway with the rear end of the vehicle burned. The rear bumper was melted off, and there were ashes on the ground, along with a fire-damaged red gasoline can, police said.

KONGSBERG, Norway -- Norwegian authorities said Thursday the bow-and-arrow rampage by a man who killed five people in a small town appeared to be a terrorist act, a shocking attack in a Scandinavian country where violent crime is rare.

Police identified the attacker as Espen Andersen Braathen, a 37-year-old Danish citizen, who was arrested Wednesday night. They said he used the bow and arrow and possibly other weapons to randomly target people at a supermarket and other locations in Kongsberg, a town of about 26,000 where he lived, before he was seized by police on the street.

Police said they believe he acted alone. “The whole act appears to be an act of terror,” said Hans Sverre Sjoevold, head of Norway's domestic intelligence service, known as the PST.

Former Boy Scout youth protection official says group is still ‘not safe for kids’
A former Boy Scouts of America official that was tasked with shielding kids from sex abuse says the organization is still dangerous to children, and not committed to reform. Michael Johnson urged Congress to look into the BSA’s efforts to cover-up abuse during a tearful speech at the National Press Club Tuesday.

In a letter to lawmakers last week, he claimed there remains a “high risk of child sexual abuse that exists within Scouts BSA,” and listed a dozen steps the group should take to become more transparent, including releasing its so-called secret perversion files. “The Boy Scouts of America is not safe for kids. It is safer, but it is not safe for kids,” Johnson said.

NEW YORK — An off-duty NYPD officer, enraged at finding her ex-girlfriend together with another woman, shot them both Wednesday — killing the new lover and wounding the estranged (Asian Lesbo) girlfriend, police sources said.

Officer Yvonne Wu, 31, who is assigned to the 72nd Precinct in Brooklyn, opened fire on the couple in her ex’s home at 19th Avenue near 80th Street in Bensonhurst just after 5 p.m., hitting both in the chest, police sources said. The officer’s ex-girlfriend, 23, suffered a non-life-threatening wound; the other woman, 24, was critically injured and died of her injuries, sources said.

When one of the victims called 911, the operator could hear someone in the background saying, “That’s what you get,” sources tell the New York Daily News. The caller to 911 identified herself as Jenny Li, the officer’s (Asian Lesbo) girlfriend, the sources said.

BLACK Texas man suspected of committing two murders while free on bond in county of Soros-funded DA
A Texas man is suspected of committing two murders after being released on bond in a country run by a hispanic district attorney's office funded by liberal megadonor George Soros.

Documents obtained by Fox News show 29-year-old Laderious Deshawn Nicholson was arrested in 2019 for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and released in 2021 on a surety bond. He allegedly committed two murders after his release. He was arrested in September 2021 for those homicides and is currently in the Travis County correctional system. Austin is mostly within Travis County. Records from the Travis County Sheriff’s Office show that Nicholson was released from its custody on March 15, 2021, when he posted a bond of $75,000 via Kwik Out Bail bonds and was set free without any bail conditions such as a GPS monitor or curfew.

Court papers show Nicholson is suspected of committing a murder on May 15, 2021, during a dice game robbery. Additionally, court papers show another murder warrant being issued for Nicholson related to a deadly shooting in Austin on June 23, 2021, when he allegedly shot a man seven times and killed him during a botched drug deal in Austin, Texas.

The surety bond that released Nicholson back onto the streets was acted upon under Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza, who received over $500,000 from PACs tied to billionaire liberal megadonor George Soros. Garza, a Democrat, defeated incumbent DA Margaret Moore in the 2020 Democratic primary and won the general election in November. He took office 3 months before Nicholson’s release.

Soros has gained notoriety in cities across the country for pushing progressive programs that defund police departments and lower sentencing requirements for violent crimes. In Austin, Soros recently dumped $500,000 into a campaign fighting a ballot measure that would reinstate funding to the police that Mayor Steve Adler and the city council stripped following the death of George Floyd.

(Black) Zebulon man accused of killing roommate called 911 on himself
black suspect > ZEBULON, N.C. — A man accused of killing his roommate turned himself in to police Tuesday night, police say. Around 10:15 p.m., officers responded multiple 911 calls reporting gunshots at a home on Braemar Highlands Drive. Callers told dispatchers there was arguing and multiple shots were fired, according to 911 calls released by police.

When police arrived on scene they found Chauncy Kassim Montague, 35, in the front yard with gunshot wounds. Montague was taken to a local hospital, where he died. Witnesses said the shooter left in a Dodge Charger, but before officers could locate him, Travis Denawn Jordan, 32, called 911 to notify dispatchers of his location, even saying he had a gun on the seat beside him, police said.

Police are not currently releasing the recording of this 911 call. Raleigh police officers stopped the car on Ricker Road, and Jordan was arrested on murder charges.

Police said Jordan was extremely cooperative. They found him in his car with the flashers on. When they arrived, he instantly got out and put his hands up. Investigators said Jordan and Montague were roommates, and an argument had led to the shooting.

(Black) Florida Man Charged in Death of Girlfriend After 2-Year-Old Toddler Fired Fatal Gunshot During Work Zoom Call
black suspect A Florida man has been charged in connection with the shooting of a young mother during a work-related Zoom call. Shamaya Lynn, 21, died when her own toddler obtained an unsecured handgun, pulled the trigger, and fired, authorities said in August. According to court documents, the gun’s owner, Veondre Avery, 22, kept the weapon in a backpack decorated with animated characters form a children’s show and that his 2-year-old son — the toddler who fired the fatal shot — knew how to use toy guns.

Avery was charged this week with two counts in connection with the shooting: failure to securely store a firearm and manslaughter. According to jail records, he was booked into the Seminole County, Fla. jail on Tuesday and was due in court Wednesday afternoon.

One of the participants in the fateful multi-party Zoom was selected to immediately alert the police to what occurred.

The colleague who telephoned 911 said that a child began “jumping on the bed without a shirt on and looked like he was wearing only a diaper” during the Zoom call. The colleague said that “she heard a loud noise and the child in the background beginning to cry.” The victim’s “head fell backwards and moved forward back into [the view of the] screen.” The college noticed “blood on [Lynn’s] nose” before the victim again moved “back off screen.” No one responded when colleagues called out for help.

Eventually, after several minutes had passed, the colleague told police she heard Avery enter the room and yell. The Zoom call remained active while Avery called 911 himself. The colleague said she tried to call out to Avery but that he apparently couldn’t hear her; the child was the only other person in the room when the gunshot rang out.

(Black) Former Trail Blazers executive Larry Miller reveals he shot and killed a man when he was 16
black suspect PORTLAND, Ore. — Larry Miller is one of the most well-known and successful figures in the sports business industry, having directed the Jordan Brand since 2012 after a five-year tenure as team president of the Portland Trail Blazers. But in an interview with Sports Illustrated's Howard Beck, the 72-year-old Miller revealed that he's hidden a secret from his past for decades.

According to Beck's article, published Wednesday by Sports Illustrated in advance of a book Miller wrote with his oldest daughter, Miller said he shot and killed a man in Philadelphia on a September night in 1965, when he was just 16 years old.

Miller said he joined a gang in West Philadelphia when he was 13 years old. Three years later, on Sept. 30, 1965, he said he shot 18-year-old Edward White as an act of retribution after a younger friend had been stabbed and killed during a fight with another gang.

Miller said he went searching for anyone affiliated with the other gang and shot the first person he encountered. He said he didn't know White, didn't know if he had anything to do with the stabbing of his friend or if he was even connected to the other gang. There was "no valid reason" for the shooting, Miller said.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: 2 (black) teens plead guilty to 2nd degree murder of (White) musician
🔥Hell Fire SUSPECT BLACK SUSPECTs SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) - Two teens involved in the murder of a Nashville musician pleaded guilty to second degree murder charges on Tuesday. Decorrius Wright and Diamond Lewis will both serve at least 25 years in prison for their role in the murder of Kyle Yorlets outside him [stet] home during a robbery attempt in 2019.

Lewis entered her guilty plea during a hearing Tuesday morning. She will serve 25 years in prison at 100% with a small possibility of a reduced sentence in the future. Wright pled guilty to second degree murder and aggravated robbery later in the morning. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison for both charges, to be served concurrently. He will also serve an additional year for escaping the Davidson County Juvenile Detention Center after his arrest in 2019 and theft of property, which he was sentenced to 10 years of probation.

The family of Kyle Yorlets participated in the hearing via video conferencing. Assistant district attorney Megan King read victim impact statements prepared by Kyle’s parents, including his mother, Deb, who passed away earlier this summer after a battle with cancer. “Our lives will never be the same, there is unimaginable pain,” Deb Yorlets wrote in her statement read to the court. “It is true torture to go through the holidays without him. Healing will take a very long time. He was someone who you did not easily forget, having such a positive impact on everyone he met. Kyle was an exceptional light and inspiration in our family.”

“Words cannot explain the devastation created by the senseless loss of someone as special as Kyle,” Larry Yorlets, Kyle’s dad, said in his statement. “It’s truly my belief that there is some divine reason whey this happened because nothing else makes any sense. We may never know what the reason is, but I hope it has a huge impact because the sacrifice was immeasurable.” Lewis appeared emotional during her court appearance while Wright seemed to show no remorse, sitting stoically at times in the courtroom. Both wore masks much of the time because of COVID-19 protocols.

Lewis and Wright were charged as adults with killing Kyle Yorlets while attempting to rob him outside of his home. Lewis admitted to approaching Kyle Yorlets outside his home and asking him for money. Kyle Yorlets attempted to hand Lewis a $1 bill when Wright shot him in his arm, according to the plea statement read aloud in court.

Wright and Lewis were each indicted on multiple charges. They are two of the teens charged with the death of Kyle Yorlets. Lewis faced eight charges, included murder, robbery and theft, while Wright faced 11 charges, including murder, robbery and theft before they accepted the plea deal. Five (black) teens were accused of the armed robbery and shooting. The other three involved remained in juvenile court.

‘Justice has been served’ | (Black) Man convicted for 2017 North County quadruple murder
black suspect GLASGOW VILLAGE, Mo. (KMOV.com) – After hours of deliberating, a jury found a 24-year-old man guilty of killing four people, including a 10-year-old boy, in north St. Louis County in 2017.

Ja’Vonne Dupree was found guilty of four counts of first-degree murder and other felony charges just before midnight Friday. On Aug. 24, 2017, police found the bodies of 56-year-old Patricia Steward, 20-year-old Joseph Corley, 18-year-old Deandre Kelley Jr., and 10-year-old Terrence Dehart inside a home in Glasgow Village during a welfare check. All four victims were shot to death.

"It's just as grisly as you'd probably imagine it to be," Benjamin Granda with the St. Louis County Police Department said describing the scene in 2017. During the trial, family members of the victims testified that Dupree was homeless and taken in by the “matriarch of the family, a hip-hop producer who worked with Dupree as a rapper.” The 24-year-old killed them after being kicked out of their home, officials said. Immediately after the shooting, Dupree picked up all the shell casings before stealing various electronics, clothes, shoes, and a car.

He was arrested four months later in Columbia, Missouri. Investigators discovered the 24-year-old boasted about committing the crimes, revealing details not known to the public on social media afterwards. “The unimaginable suffering of an amazing and loving family does not end with these guilty verdicts, but at least they know that justice has been served and that they were intimately involved in the success of this investigation and prosecution,” St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bell said.

Ja'Vonne Dupree's life sentence without the possibility of parole is still drawing public criticism from those who wanted the death penalty.

Trump threatens ‘free speech’ app with legal action, claims it’s luring his fans for $4.99 a week
A mysterious social media app appears to be luring people out of $4.99 a week to access the app while claiming that Donald Trump is on the platform.

The ex-president has now hit the company with a cease-and-desist letter, The Post has learned. The letter demands that the app stop using President Trump’s likeness.

The app, called 2nd1st, is available on Apple’s app store and bills itself as a place for “uncensored news and chat.”

In addition to Trump, the app features profiles for conservative figures like Republican Sens. Marsha Blackburn and Rand Paul, as well as former “The View” host Meghan McCain.

It’s not clear that any of these people actually uses the platform. After The Post contacted a source close to Trump for this story, attorneys for the ex-president’s team sent the cease-and-desist letter.

The Nobel Prize Foundation is facing pushback after saying it would not implement gender or ethnicity quotas in selecting nominees. Only 59 women, or 6.2% of total winners, have ever received a Nobel Prize since its inception in 1901.

Göran Hansson, the secretary-general of the Royal Swedish Academy of Science and vice chairman of the board of directors for the Nobel Foundation, told the AFP in an interview published on Tuesday: “We have decided we will not have quotas for gender or ethnicity. We want every laureate [to] be accepted ... because they made the most important discovery, and not because of gender or ethnicity. And that is in line with the spirit of Alfred Nobel’s last will.”

A resident called 911 and told police that a 29-year-old Rockford man showed up at their home after suffering a non-life-threatening gunshot injury, according to authorities.

Lapeer County deputies said they searched the area and found the body of Jason Stefanski, 35, of Rockford, in a ditch next to the rural section of roadway. About an hour later, deputies located a 2014 Buick Encore two miles away from the shooting scene, they said. The SUV was stopped in the roadway, and the driver, Lydell Dukes, 40, of Detroit, was armed with a weapon, police said.

Officials said Dukes led them on a pursuit that came to an end at M-24 and Coulter Road in Mayfield Township. He was taken into custody and lodged at the Lapeer County Jail, according to authorities.

Following a joint investigation by Dryden Township police and Lapeer County deputies, Dukes was charged with open murder, assault with intent to commit murder, third-degree fleeing, resisting and obstructing police and “numerous weapons offenses,” according to officials. The trial began Tuesday (Oct. 5) at 40th Circuit Court in Lapeer County and ended Friday. The jury deliberated for about three hours before reaching a verdict, authorities said.

Dukes was found guilty of 11 felony counts, including first-degree premeditated murder and felony murder. He’s being held at the Lapeer County Jail without bond and is scheduled to return to court in November for sentencing.

🔥Hell Fire SUSPECTs 🔥Hell Fire TOMS RIVER — Prosecutors say a new murder-for-hire accusation against a New Jersey man in the death of his father two years ago could result in a life sentence without possibility of parole. Mark Austin and a co-defendant were originally charged with murder, conspiracy and weapons counts in the death of Austin's 55-year-old father, Mark, who was found beaten to death in his Brick Township home in September 2019.

Ocean County prosecutors on Friday announced a superseding indictment against 30-year-old Austin, alleging that he procured commission of the murder with payment or promise of payment. Prosecutors said that aggravating factor, if proven, would require imposition of a life-without-parole sentence.

When the original charges were filed, "it was not known at that time that this was a murder-for-hire situation," prosecutors said. Austin's (black) co-defendant, Jeray Melton, 30, of Salem City, pleaded guilty in February 2020 to aggravated manslaughter and is awaiting sentencing, prosecutors said.

Melton originally alleged Austin, his former cellmate at a youth correctional facility, threatened to kill him if he didn't kill the victim but he changed his story several times, according to The Asbury Park Press. Melton told the judge during his plea hearing that Austin offered him $50,000 to do the slaying.

Asked why he changed his story repeatedly, Melton told investigators he was scared and has "mental health problems". Melton told the court that the dispute involved a debt between $5,000 and $8,000 owed by Austin to his father.

black suspect victim name IRVINGTON, N.J. (CBSNewYork) – A beloved nurse who died after being knocked over by a suspected mugger in Times Square will be remembered Monday during a memorial Mass. Now we’re hearing from a family member of the man charged with the nurse’s murder.

(Stepfather of suspect) Orrett montague remains in shock. His stepson, 26-year-old Jermaine Foster is charged with murder in connection with the death of 58-year-old Maria Ambrocio. “He’s never gotten into trouble of this sort,” he said. “I feel so bad for them
 I know, it’s so heartbreaking.”

Ambrocio, a longtime oncology nurse at Bayonne Medical Center, was in Times Square Friday afternoon with friends when police allege Foster plowed into her outside a pizzeria while running away after stealing another woman’s phone moments before. Ambrocio was pushed. She fell and cracked her skull, and later died.

Sources say Foster took off but was arrested minutes later, adding he was also involved in a home invasion robbery shortly before at a woman’s apartment nearby, as well as a groping incident in Midtown last month.

“Stealing a phone? That’s impossible. He has his phone. He’s not that type of guy,” Montague said. “Since he was a religious man.” His family says Foster suffers from mental illness and has been in and out of psychiatric hospitals since he was a teenager. They add his situation worsened when his father, who he lived with in Brooklyn, died of COVID during the pandemic. The family is sure he must have been off his medication to do something like this.

Simmesport police seeking (Black) suspect wanted for attempted second degree murder
black suspect SIMMESPORT, La. (KALB) - Authorities in Simmesport are looking for a suspect they are considering armed and dangerous. On October 7, the suspect, Anthony Williams, 33, got into a verbal altercation on Pecan Street in Simmesport. Police said he then pulled a handgun from his waistband and fired one shot, striking a victim in the abdomen.

Alexander was air-lifted to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and is now in stable condition. “I want justice. I want justice for my cousin because no matter what a person has done in their life, no matter their past, no one deserves to be hurt, shot, stabbed...he didn’t deserve that,” said Anais Brown, Alexander’s cousin.

Simmesport Police Chief Daniel Firmin said Williams is still on the run and considered armed and dangerous. He also said Simmesport PD waited until Monday to release the information about the shooting because they had set up a time for Williams to turn himself in, but he didn’t show. “The chief has really been doing a tremendous job as far as trying to resolve this issue. They had spoken with the suspect and he stated that he would turn himself in and somehow that did not work successfully, but right now it’s ongoing and hopefully, we will get justice,” said Alexander’s Uncle, Andre Alexander.

A warrant has been issued for Williams’ arrest for attempted second-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Williams is described as a black male, about 5′3″ tall and weighing about 154 lbs.

HISPANIC CRIME: Deadly altercation caught on camera before suspect fled the scene
SAN ANTONIO – A 21-year-old man wanted in the shooting death of another man turned himself in to authorities following a manhunt, according to the San Antonio Police Department. Luis Angel Alvarado was charged with murder in the Sept. 20 shooting at the Granada Apartments in the 1400 block of Somerset Road, not far from South Zarzamora Street, SAPD states. His bond is set at $250,000.

Authorities have accused Alvarado of gunning down 31-year-old Santos Cedillo in an altercation in the parking lot of the complex, where both men resided. An arrest warrant affidavit states that an argument between the two men erupted after Alvarado arrived in his vehicle. The altercation was caught on video by a witness, police said.

Alvarado held a semi-automatic handgun in his right hand as Cedillo stood about 8-10 feet away from him, the affidavit stated. The men threatened to assault each other, and Alvarado kept pointing his gun at the other man “several times as they walked through the parking lot,” investigators said. In the video, a woman is overheard possibly speaking to a 911 dispatcher about Alvarado having a gun. Cedillo’s spouse also tried to intervene, police said.

After several minutes, Alvarado raised his handgun and fired multiple times at Cedillo, striking him in the torso. He died at the scene. Police said the suspect got in his vehicle and fled northbound on Somerset Road. Last week, SAPD released a bulletin with information about the wanted man. He turned himself in at the Bexar County Jail on Tuesday, SAPD said.
