Bail Denied For (worthless African-American killer parasite) Charged With Murder Of CHINESE University Of Chicago Graduate student
black suspect victim name CHICAGO (CBS) โ€” A judge Saturday denied bail for the man accused of murdering Dennis Shaoxiong Zheng, a recent University of Chicago Graduate. Alton Spann is charged with first degree murder, robbery and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon in 24-year-old Zhengโ€™s death.

Zheng, who received a masters degree in statistics from the U of C โ€“ was shot during a robbery at 54th Place and Ellis Avenue on Tuesday afternoon just before 2 p.m. CBS 2โ€™s Asal Rezaei has learned that although the suspect is only 18 years old, he has already had many run-ins with the law. In court prosecutors hilighted Spannโ€™s long juvenile history, asking that he remain in custody with no bail. Prosecutors detailed his lengthy juvenile background, including 2019 charges of robbery and violation of probation.

At the time of his arrest Tuesday, Spann was on parole for aggravated vehicular hijacking and armed robbery.     Steel company that smuggled illegal immigrant workers forfeits $5 million to feds
invasion A steel manufacturing company has been ordered to forfeit $6 million โ€” a near-financial death sentence โ€” after admitting it had run a pipeline for โ€œdozensโ€ illegal immigrants from Mexico to come and work for it, undercutting competitors. All Steel Carports Inc. told the court in a sentencing memo that owner Ignacio Chavez, who came to the U.S illegally himself before winning legal residency in 2009, didnโ€™t consider hiring illegal immigrants to be a big deal.

โ€œIn his culture laws are there but few respect them,โ€ the companyโ€™s lawyers wrote. The OPEN-BORDERS-ILLEGAL-ALIEN-FRIENDLY Biden administration cut him a break, dropping human smuggling and money laundering charges the Trump administration had brought.

Protecting criminals: Illegal immigrant accused of murdering little girl, 2, in sanctuary county
PORTLAND, OR โ€“ A man who should have not even been in this country has been accused by authorities of doing the unthinkable โ€“ murdering his own two-year-old daughter. https://t.co/2PTWEaPA2M Wtf is wrong with people ๐Ÿคข How do you kill your own child โ€” Das ist mir Wurst (@GriffinThomas10) November 3, 2021

The Portland Police Bureau reports that the mother of Gustavo Enrique Villalobos Carranzaโ€™s child contacted police on October 31st to report that he had allegedly kidnapped their two-year-old daughter and was allegedly threatening to harm her. Carranza was tracked to the city of Vancouver where their police department responded in the hopes of finding two-year-old Brianna Villalobos Rodriguez safe.

The Vancouver Police Department began working the case just after midnight and apparently could not locate Carranza or his child. They issued a โ€œbe on the lookout,โ€ (BOLO), for Carranza, Rodriguez, and his vehicle, described as a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander. At some point during their investigation and attempts to locate the pair, they were able to make contact with Carranza and take him into custody just after 4 am in the area of Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard and 57th Avenue in their city.

Sadly, Rodriguez was also located โ€“ deceased. Police initially believed that Rodriguez was murdered in the city of Gresham, however, they were able to determine somehow that Carranza allegedly murdered her in Portland.

Police have not released any details as to Rodriguezโ€™s cause of death as of yet. The Vancouver Police Department took Carranza into custody for various charges, including first-degree murder, first-degree kidnapping, and unlawful use of a weapon. Carranza was eventually turned over to the Multnomah County Jail and is currently being held on a $505,000 bond.

Federal authorities with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement have verified that Carranza is in the United States illegally. They will be requesting that a detainer be placed on him if he were somehow able to bond out before his trial. However, since Multnomah County considers itself as a โ€˜Sanctuary County,โ€ the likelihood of them cooperating with ICE is extremely unlikely.

Oklahoma Guard goes rogue, rejects COVID vaccine mandate after sudden change of command
The new commander of the Oklahoma National Guard has declared the organization will not enforce the Defense Departmentโ€™s COVID-19 vaccine mandate on its troops, according to local media outlets.

Army Brig. Gen. Thomas Mancino was announced as the stateโ€™s new adjutant general Wednesday, though he has not yet been confirmed by the state Senate, according to a press release from Gov. Kevin Stittโ€™s office.

On Nov. 2, Stitt formally requested that DoD not enforce the mandate on the stateโ€™s Army and Air National Guard members. In the letter, which his office posted online, he said that 10% of the stateโ€™s troops had refused the vaccine and that the mandate was โ€œirresponsible.โ€

The Defense Department is aware of the Mancino memo and Stittโ€™s letter and โ€œwill respond to the governor appropriately,โ€ Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said in a statement. He did not elaborate.

Dog Cage, Duct Tape: New Details Released in Hawaii Child Murder Case
black suspect victim name Isabella Kaluaโ€™s older sister told police how the 6-year-old was abused and died.

The 6-year-old girl allegedly murdered by her adoptive parents in Hawaii was starved and kept in a cage with duct tape over her mouth and nose, her older sister told investigators. The horrifying details were contained in arrest affidavits for Lehua Kalua, 43, and her husband, Isaac K. Kalua III, 52, who reported Isabella missing on Sept. 13, triggering a massive search.

The couple said she had vanished the previous night, but investigators eventually determined that the girl actually had not been seen since mid-August. No body has been found. Isabellaโ€™s 12-year-old sister told investigators earlier this month that the Kaluas withheld food from the younger girl and then made her sleep in a dog cage so she could not forage for food at night.

Two months ago, the sister said, the parents woke her up in the middle of the night after Isabella was found unresponsive in the cage. โ€œShe went into the bathroom and saw that [Isabella] had duct tape on her nose and mouth, and was not breathing,โ€ the affidavit says.

โ€œLehua then filled the bathtub with water and put [Isabella] into it to see if she would wake up, but it did not work.โ€ The older sister then had to carry Isabellaโ€™s body into the bedroom and โ€œshe was asked to keep a secret by Lehua and Isaac regarding what happened,โ€ the affidavit said. The sister did not see what happened to Isabellaโ€™s body, it said.

๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire BLACK SUSPECT ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire WHITE VICTIM The Zion Police Department is searching for a 16-year-old boy in connection with a fatal shooting last month, police said in a news release Wednesday.

Authorities said Zechariah C. Myles, of the 2800 block of Enoch Avenue, stepped outside his home Oct. 17 and began firing a rifle at another person.

Melanie Yates, 23, was struck by a stray bullet inside her home and wasn't the intended target, according to police.

An arrest warrant was issued for Myles Oct. 21. Police said they believe Myles, who is being charged as an adult with first-degree murder, is actively trying to avoid capture.

Myles is approximately 5 feet and 5 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair. Anyone with information about Myles' whereabouts should call Zion police (847)-872-8000.

'Beloved' Illinois Mom, 23, Fatally Shot by Stray Bullet While Reading Bible to Baby Inside Home A woman was fatally shot by a stray bullet while reading the Bible to her 7-month-old baby daughter. Melanie Yates, 23, died on Monday after she suffered a "gunshot wound to the head" the night before, according to a GoFundMe set up by the family, who called it the "most devastating news."

According to local news outlet WLS-TV, the incident happened in Zion, Illinois, and police found Yates with the gunshot wound inside her home and she was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Authorities are still searching for the shooter or shooters, and they believe she was not the intended target, the outlet added. A spokesperson for the Zion Police Department did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

Yates is survived by husband David and two young daughters. Her dad Shawn Calderon told WGN-TV that Yates "was with her baby reading a Bible story to her seven-month-old and praying with her." Yates' mom Lam Calderon told WLS-TV that her daughter wanted a large family in the future, perhaps "five to seven kids" total.

Lam added that David first thought the gunshots were firework noises while he was putting one of their kids to bed, and he eventually found his wife: "He looked for her, where she was at in the house, and he found her shot in the head," Lam told WLS-TV. "He came in and he told me that our daughter had been shot and we didn't believe him. It was just unfathomable," said Lam, who added, "We have the hope and the assurance that she is in heaven right now with Jesus and one day we will see her again. That's what we're holding onto."

In the GoFundMe description, the family remembered Yates as "beloved" by many. "Everybody who knew Lanie knows she loved Jesus Christ with every fiber of her being. There is no doubt whatsoever that she is in heaven at this very moment," the page reads. "But we on earth miss her very dearly. We miss her passionate, powerful prayers. We miss her infectious laugh. We miss her beautiful singing voice lifting songs of worship. We miss her feisty, witty humor. We miss her dedication to being an amazing, godly mom and wife. We miss her. And we wish with every fiber of our being she was here, but we know she's in a better place."

(Black) Murder suspect who once escaped from Broward courthouse heads to trial
black suspect Dayonte Resiles has been keeping the Broward State Attorneyโ€™s Office very busy.

Heโ€™s charged with nearly 70 counts that could send him to prison for the rest of his life, including criminal solicitation, bribery of a public servant, witness tampering, conspiracy to commit perjury, racketeering, conspiracy to escape from jail and the brazen escape itself, among other counts.

But nearly all of those charges revolve around one central accusation, the one that brings Resiles to court next week, the one with the highest stakes of all: the 2014 stabbing death of Jill Halliburton Su in her Davie home.

Resiles, 27, faces the death penalty if convicted of first degree murder. Jury selection on the murder case โ€” only the murder case โ€” started Nov. 1, with potential jurors quizzed on whether they knew anything about the man who attracted extensive local news coverage because of both the crime and the lengths to which he went to avoid being held responsible for it.

Jury convicts (Black) Harrisburg man of third-degree murder for killing Hershey-area woman and setting her on fire
black suspect Calvin Purdie Jr. is facing what could be a de facto life prison sentence after a Dauphin County jury on Friday night convicted him of third-degree murder for the May 2019 slaying of a Hershey-area woman who was strangled and set on fire.

Members of the family of victim Charlotte Chaplin were tearful, yet relieved at the verdict, which the jury rendered after 4 ยฝ hours of deliberation. โ€œItโ€™s been a real weight on our family,โ€ said Chaplinโ€™s son Kenneth Martin.

The jurors also convicted Purdie, 35, of Harrisburg, of three counts of arson. They acquitted him of the most serious charge he faced, first-degree murder. District Attorney Fran Chardo and co-counsel Kelly Callihan contended during the four-day trial that Purdie killed the 49-year-old Chaplin in the bedroom of her West Chocolate Avenue home early on May 23, 2019. The prosecutors said he then set the room on fire to try to destroy evidence.

Evidence Chardo and Callihan said tied Purdie to the killing included his DNA that was found under Chaplinโ€™s fingernails and scratches on his body that the prosecutors insisted were made by Chaplin as she fought for her life.

Thank God for DNA!

Purdie, the boyfriend of Chaplinโ€™s daughter, was staying overnight in Chaplinโ€™s house at the time of the slaying.

First Assistant Public Defender Paul Muller and Public Defender Elizabeth Ruby argued that a stalker or perhaps one of several of Chaplinโ€™s former lovers committed the murder. This was Purdieโ€™s second trial for Chaplinโ€™s slaying. The jury for his first trial in April was unable to reach a verdict after deliberating for seven hours. Judge William T. Tully scheduled Purdieโ€™s sentencing for January.

Jury selection begins in trial for BLACK accused serial killer Billy Chemirmir
black suspect Jury selection for accused serial killer Billy Chemirmir begins today in his first capital murder trial. Dallas County prosecutors are not seeking the death penalty according to reports, rather they want life without parole.

In a statement, Dallas County District Attorney John Creuzot says he met with the victim's families, telling them he would instead seek two jury trials in hopes of getting two life sentences which would be sequenced in such a way as to make sure "there will be no chance for Mr. Chemirmir to die anywhere except in a Texas prison."

Chemirmir is charged in 18-murders and he's suspected in a half-dozen more. Prosecutors believe Chemirmir used his experience as a health-care professional to get close to elderly women and smother them before stealing their belongings. Jury selection was initially to take place Friday but because of the publicity surrounding the case, the judge is giving lawyers some extra time.

(Black Bushman-haired) Dezman Ellis, 18, convicted of homicide charge for deadly shooting of mixed-race colored boy (with Hispanic mother)
black suspect victim name victim name wounded victim APPLETON - The teenager arrested after a deadly shooting at the Fox River Mall has been convicted of a homicide charge. Dezman Ellis, 18, of Oshkosh, pleaded no contest to two felony charges, second-degree intentional homicide and first-degree recklessly endangering safety, at a hearing Wednesday afternoon in Outagamie County.

Ellis was charged in connection with the death of Jovanni Frausto, a 19-year-old from Neenah who Ellis has now admitted he shot and killed Jan. 31 at the Fox River Mall. The incident forced crowds of people to shelter in place inside the mall. Ellis could be sentenced to a maximum of 60 years in prison on the homicide charge, plus a maximum of 12ยฝ years on the endangering safety charge. He will be sentenced Feb. 1.

Ellis had been charged with first-degree intentional homicide, which carries a mandatory life sentence, but that charge was amended by prosecutors before Ellis entered his plea. He had been scheduled to stand trial in December. Frausto's mother, Tanya Lopez, spoke in court before Ellis entered his plea.

"By not having a trial, I donโ€™t think my son is getting justice," she said. Lopez told Outagamie County Judge Mark McGinnis she didn't believe Ellis was remorseful for his actions.

"I donโ€™t think he should ever get out, ever," she said. "My son can never come back, now, can he?" Police responded to multiple reports of shots being fired near the food court inside the mall shortly after 3:30 p.m. Jan. 31. Some shoppers fled. Others found places to hide.

The incident happened after Ellis and Frausto โ€” who were both at the mall, but with separate groups of friends โ€” began to "exchange words," apparently about a girl in Ellis' group who used to talk to Frausto, according to a criminal complaint. Ellis told Frausto, "I will shoot this place up, I will kill you," then displayed a gun before opening fire at Frausto, the complaint says. Then, Ellis fled the mall.

A bystander wounded by one of Ellis' shots told investigators he had been talking to a friend when he heard a voice say "drop the gun." He then heard a shot and felt something hit him in the hip, the complaint says. Police found two spent shell casings at the scene, the complaint says. An autopsy later determined Frausto died as a result of two gunshot wounds.

Tโ€˜We Donโ€™t Want Any More Black Pastors in Here,โ€™ Says Defense Lawyer in Ahmaud Arbery Case
An attorney for a defendant claimed that the presence of black pastors could be โ€œintimidatingโ€ and โ€œan attempt to pressure โ€ฆ or influence the juryโ€

The defense lawyer for a man accused of filming the murder of Ahmaud Arbery โ€” a Black (burglary suspect) who was jogging through a Georgia neighborhood when two residents shot and killed him in 2020 โ€” said that he didnโ€™t want โ€œany more black pastorsโ€ in the courtroom during trial.

Reverend Al Sharpton sat with Arberyโ€™s family on Wednesday to observe the court proceedings. Gregory and Travis McMichael, a father and son, stand accused of murder and aggravated assault. Also on trial is William โ€œRoddieโ€ Bryan, who filmed the incident. Bryan is represented by Kevin Gough, the attorney who made the remarks about black pastors. All three men are white. They have pleaded not guilty to all charges.

In court on Thursday, Gough objected to having any more leaders like Sharpton in the room because their mere presence would intimidate the jury (which is made up of almost exclusively white people). โ€œIf weโ€™re going to start a precedent starting yesterday where weโ€™re going to bring high-profile members of the African-American community into the courtroom to sit with the family during the trial in the presence of the jury I believe intimidating, thatโ€™s an attempt to pressureโ€ฆ or influence the jury,โ€ Gough told the judge

That is just unbelievable. But thatโ€™s what weโ€™re dealing with."

TERRORIST "BLACK LIVES MATTER MORE" THREATENS RIOTS BLOODSHED IF NEW (black) NYC MAYOR CRACKS DOWN ON BLACK CRIMINALS WITH GUNS

Wonโ€™t back down: Adams vows return of NYPD gun unit after BLM โ€˜bloodshedโ€™ threat - Message to BLM: Eric Adams is not backing down.
The Big Apple mayor-elect doubled down on his campaign promise to reinstate the NYPDโ€™s plainclothes unit a day after New York Black Lives Matter leader Hawk Newsome threatened โ€œriots,โ€ โ€œfireโ€ and โ€œbloodshedโ€ should Adams follow through on the move.

โ€œI made it clear on the campaign trail,โ€ Adams said on CNN Thursday morning, a day after the heated meeting with Newsome at Brooklyn Borough Hall.

โ€œIโ€™m going to put in place not the Anti-Crime Unit, Iโ€™m going to put in place a plainclothes gun unit. We must zero in on gun violence in our community. Youโ€™ve seen whatโ€™s happening when a young man, 21 years old, was shot by a 17-year-old man carrying a gun,โ€ Adams said, referring to a recent botched gang hit that killed an innocent man in the Bronx.

โ€œThis is what Iโ€™m doing to do. That was my promise and Iโ€™m going to keep it,โ€ Adams said when the CNN host asked if heโ€™d reverse the policy because of Newsomeโ€™s threat.

โ€œIf they think they are going back to the old ways of policing, then weโ€™re going to take to the streets again,โ€ Newsome said outside Borough Hall after the Wednesday meeting. โ€œThere will be riots. There will be fire, and there will be bloodshed,โ€ he warned.

Angelo โ€œAJโ€ Ford, of Sharon Hill, has been arrested on multiple charges, including first-degree murder, in the fatal shooting that took place on Aug. 27. Hasein Strand, 18, of Collingdale, is also charged and is currently being sought by law enforcement.

A witness told investigators they observed Ford on Coates Street just outside the football game as the game ended.     Murder trial begins for (Black) man accused of killing retired Ann Arbor postal worker
black suspect ANN ARBOR, MI โ€“ The fate of a man accused of strangling to death a retired postal worker in his Ann Arbor home more than two years ago will be decided in the Washtenaw County Trial Court this week. Jury selection began Monday, Nov. 8, for the murder trial of Christopher Michael Cheatham who is accused of killing Richard โ€œDickโ€ Fortune, who was found dead during a welfare check on Feb. 20, 2019, in his Ann Arbor home in the 2600 block of Lillian Road.

Cheatham, 27, is charged with one felony count each of open murder and illegal use of a financial transaction device and three counts of stealing a financial transaction device. He is also charged with two misdemeanor counts of receiving and concealing stolen property less than $200.

Cheatham was identified as a suspect and arrested in July 2019 accused of killing the 71-year-old retired Ann Arbor postal worker, records show. Cheatham was linked to Fortuneโ€™s death through both โ€œbiological evidenceโ€ found in Fortuneโ€™s bedroom and cell phone data recovered by police, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Nimish Ganatra said during the arraignment.

Cheatham was one of several tenants living in Fortuneโ€™s home at the time of his death, prosecutors said previously. The additional non-murder related charges stem from Cheatham being found in possession of several stolen credit cards not associated with the homicide and not belonging to Fortune, police said previously.

An autopsy report obtained by MLive/The Ann Arbor News through a Freedom of Information Act request stated Fortune was strangled to death and wrapped in a tarp inside his home. The case was initially delayed as Cheatham was admitted to the stateโ€™s Center for Forensic Psychiatry to undergo a mental competency evaluation to determine if he is fit to stand trial followed by delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Video shows 3 black robbers break into โ€˜Real Housewives of Beverly Hillsโ€™ (White female) star Dorit Kemsleyโ€™s Encino home
๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire BLACK SUSPECT ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire WHITE VICTIM Police are seeking the publicโ€™s help in identifying the suspects who robbed โ€œReal Housewives of Beverly Hillsโ€ star Dorit Kemsley at her Encino home last month. The Los Angeles Police Department released surveillance video Monday from the Oct. 27 robbery, showing two masked men in dark hoodies peering through the sliding glass window of a residence on the 17000 block of Adlon Road. About a minute later, one of the men shatters the glass, making it possible to enter the home.

About 15 minutes later, the time-stamped security footage catches a suspect dragging what police say was bedding filled with high-end items through the front gate. The man hands it off to another person, then goes back, bringing out what appears to be a garment bag. The men then get into a car that pulls up across from the home and leave the scene.

The LAPD did not identify the victim, but the address, time and alleged crime match the publicized case, which police sources confirmed to the Los Angeles Times last month involved the reality star. Kemsley herself also released a statement two days after the incident, thanking fans for their support following the โ€œterrifying ordeal.โ€ The suspects entered her residence around 10:50 p.m., while Kemsley was inside with her kids.

โ€œBoth suspects threatened to kill her as she pleaded for her life and the lives of her young children,โ€ police said. โ€œIn fear for her safety, the victim complied with the suspects demands and directed them to valuables.โ€ The robbers took high-end handbags, jewelry and watches, according to LAPD.

They then exited the home with the items wrapped in bedding and met up with a third suspect. All three of the men fled in a black four-door pickup truck, police said. The suspects are described as three Black men between the ages of 20 to 30, seen wearing black hoodies and dark pants.

BLACK NIGERIAN or Pakistani (migrant?) STABBED INDIAN (migrant?) Psychitrist 160 times

(Black NIGERIAN or Pakistani) Umar Dutt sentenced to life for INDIAN from India psychiatristโ€™s murder
black suspect victim name WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - Four years after stabbing Wichita psychiatrist Dr. Achutha Reddy to death at his business, Umar Dutt was sentenced to life in prison on Tuesday. Dutt will be eligible for parole in 25 years, with credit for time served of four years. Attorneys for both sides and the judge recommended that he serve his sentence at Larned Correctional Mental Health Facility because of a history of mental illness, but that determination will be made by the Kansas Department of Corrections.

Dutt pleaded guilty to the crime in September. The Sedgwick County District Attorney said Dutt went to Dr. Reddyโ€™s office in Wichitaโ€™s Carriage Parkway, near Central and Edgemoor, in 2017 to confine Dr. Reddy and hurt him. Dr. Reddy tried to escape but Dutt pursued him even further. In the alley behind the business, Dutt stabbed Dr. Reddy repeatedly more than 160 times, which led to his death. He then ran over the doctorโ€™s body.

โ€œI have not been able to sleep for four years due to nightmares when I think of the last moments of my husbandโ€™s life, I shake with fear,โ€ said Dr. Beena Reddy, wife of Dr. Achutha Reddy. The wife of Doctor Reddy spoke about the impact of the murder during the hearing.

โ€œUmar Dutt gave me a life sentence of grief and fear and misery. This is my daily reality and it will never, ever change. I will never forgive him and I will never forget,โ€ said Dr. Beena Reddy. โ€œUmar Dutt deserves to go to the state penitentiary for the rest of his life.โ€ Dr. Beena Reddy said the death of her husband left their three kids without a father to be there for all their achievements.

She said, โ€œMy children and I have been devastated by Achuthaโ€™s death. Our stability, our security, our peace of mind, has been destroyed by the premeditated, evil actions of Umar Dutt.โ€ She said Dr. Reddy is being remembered for his love and being a kind and gentle man who cared about helping people. Thatโ€™s what he was trying to for Dutt.

Dr. Beena Reddy said, โ€œMy husband always believed the best of people, including Umar Dutt.โ€ Dr. Beena Reddy said that mental illness isnโ€™t an excuse to kill someone and that Dutt knew what he was doing.

The boyโ€™s mother, Jessica Prater, 37, and her boyfriend Adam Caldwell, 45, were found guilty on several counts related to the 2016 death of Praterโ€™s son, Zachary Prater-Stokes.

The mother and child had moved into Caldwellโ€™s home in the Sacramento suburb of Orangevale in April 2016, the district attorneyโ€™s office said in a statement. โ€œCaldwell began to punish and abuse Zachary, both psychologically and physically,โ€ the statement said. โ€œThe physical abuse became more frequent and more violent. The abuse was also inflicted by Prater.โ€

Roughly two months after moving in with her boyfriend, Prater called 911 โ€œto report that Zachary had swallowed water in the bathtub and was not responsive.โ€ Fire personnel arrived and found Zachary clothed and dry in a bedroom, and transported him to a hospital where he never regained consciousness.

โ€œMedical evidence confirmed extensive abuse,โ€ the statement said. The autopsy showed Zacharyโ€™s death was caused by โ€œblunt force injuries and water submersion.โ€ Both defendantsโ€™ cases involved nearly three years of pretrial conferences and hearings, with trial proceedings then interrupted in March 2020 by COVID-19 protocols imposed at Sacramento Superior County Court, court records show.

Prater was convicted Friday of first-degree murder by torture, child assault causing death and child abuse with great bodily injury causing death, the district attorneyโ€™s office said. Caldwell was convicted last month of second-degree murder and child assault causing death. Each faces 25 years to life in prison. Caldwell is scheduled for sentencing Nov. 19. Praterโ€™s sentencing is set for Dec. 10.

HISPANIC Illegal immigrant pleads guilty to additional killings in northern Nevada murders
An illegal immigrant pleaded guilty Tuesday to killing two additional people during a two-week rampage in northern Nevada in 2019. Wilber Ernesto Martinez Guzman, 22, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder with a deadly weapon in rural Douglas County, in the deaths of Connie Koontz, 56, and Sophia Renken, 74. The two were killed at their homes in Gardnerville.

He pleaded guilty in Washoe County last month to the same charges in the deaths of Gerald and Sharon David at their southwest Reno home during the same two-week period in January 2019. Authorities said Martinez Guzman stole a .22-caliber handgun from the Davids' home, shot and killed Koontz and Renken in separate attacks, and returned to the Davids' house several days later to rob and kill them.

Gerald David, 81, and his 80-year-old wife had employed Martinez Guzman as a landscaper the summer before. Martinez Guzman was arrested in Carson City during a manhunt that had investigators track an Apple watch stolen from Koontz to Martinez Guzman's mother.

Authorities said Martinez Guzman, a Salvadoran national, was in the country illegally, but they didn't say how or when he arrived. At the time, the case drew the attention of President Trump, who said it showed the need for a U.S.-Mexico border wall. Prosecutors initially sought the death penalty but that was dropped as part of a plea agreement. Prosecutors said a factor in that decision was a direct appeal from the victimsโ€™ families who didn't want the case to stretch on with the potential for decades of appeals.

In addition to four consecutive life terms with no possibility of parole, Martinez Guzman faces a minimum of another 214 years in prison for the multiple burglary, larceny, weapons, and possession of stolen property charges under the plea agreement outlined in court documents. He is expected to plead guilty to several property crimes in Carson City later this month. Washoe County District Judge Connie Steinheimer has scheduled sentencing for the Reno crimes for Feb. 28.

MEXICAN-named HISPANIC Portland man raped child, sexually assaulted dog, deer
wounded victim wounded victim PORTLAND, Ore. (Portland Tribune) โ€” A Portland man under investigation for child rape botched his attempt to exonerate himself after providing police with his phone โ€” which contained videos of the suspect sexually abusing a dog and a dead or unconscious deer, authorities allege. Damon J. Cervantes, 32, is accused of raping a three-year-old child he was supposed to be watching on Sept. 25, according to a probable cause affidavit filed in Multnomah County Circuit Court.

Two other young children were present, who reported the incident in detail to another adult that day and later to crisis responders, saying that Cervantes told them to โ€œkeep it a secret,โ€ per court documents. After agreeing to come in for questioning, Cervantes told detectives Sept. 28 that the children were lying and said his cellphone usage would prove he was busy at the time of the incident, according to court records.

โ€œ(Cervantes) showed some screen captures that he had taken to support his contention,โ€ according to the probable cause affidavit. Detectives say Cervantes consented to police downloading a copy of his cell phone during the interview.

A search of the phone turned up two videos, taken from multiple angles, showing Cervantes in his bedroom having sex with a pit bull while wearing a shirt captioned โ€œWhat day is it? HUMPDAY,โ€ per court papers. Detectives say they found another video that โ€œappearedโ€ to show Cervantes having sex with a โ€œrecently deceased or heavily sedated deerโ€ in a separate incident, although the video does not show his face.

The owner of the dog said Cervantesโ€™ behavior around children had often โ€œweirded him out,โ€ adding that the dog had refused to eat for almost a week after being left in Cervantesโ€™ care, according to court docs. Cervantes, who has three prior felony convictions, now faces a slew of sex crime charges, including first-degree rape, first-degree sex abuse, first-degree sodomy, luring a minor, endangering the welfare of a minor and sexual assault of an animal. Cervantes was arrested Oct. 11 and has entered not guilty pleas for all 25 charges.

(Black) Alleged Serial Killer Perez Reed Used Same Gun, Wore Same Shoes to Kill 6 People, Police Say
black suspect A 25-year-old suspected serial killer has been charged with two of six murders he is allegedly connected to in St. Louis and Kansas City, according to local police.

Perez Reed, whose photo shows he sports a crescent tattoo between his eyes, was stopped by authorities as he got off a bus Friday night after police tied his cellphone picked up at a crime scene to an Amtrak ticket he purchased.

St. Louis NBC affiliate KSDK reports the victims of the murders and random non-fatal shootings were mostly women involved in the sex industry and people who may have been part of the citiesโ€™ transgender community. The attacks took place between September and late October and include one shooting in the city of St. Louis, two murders in St. Louis County, and two murders in Kansas City, Kansasโ€”all committed with the same .40 caliber Smith & Wesson pistol, police say. The first murder victim was a 16-year-old girl who was killed on Sept. 13, a few days after she was reported as a runaway.

So far, Reed has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder, one count of first-degree assault, and three counts of armed criminal action, according to St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bellโ€™s office as reported in local media. Reed has also been charged with one federal count of transporting a firearm across a state line with the intent to commit a felony.

The killings in Kansas City took place in a high-rise apartment complex in two separate units. Police say Reed wore the same shoes to both murders and then kept them on at further crime scenes, which led police to search local phone networks to look for a cellphone connection. When they reportedly found his phone number had been used in both locations, they were able to trace the number to an Amtrak ticket he purchased to return home from St. Louis to Kansas City. Police followed him when he got off the train and onto a bus in Independence, Missouri, where he was arrested.

He was wearing the shoes tied to multiple crime scenes and had the gun used in all the alleged murders and shootings on him, officials say.

Autopsies detail brutal deaths of Virginia infant, mother inside apartment
black suspect victim name Another infant's suspicious death under investigation.
NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) โ€” An infant and his mother were brutally killed in their Norfolk apartment in December 2020. 10 On Your Side investigators obtained a copy of the babyโ€™s autopsy, which shows he likely suffered several beatings over the course of his short life before the day the fatal blows were allegedly delivered by his father.

Damere Warren was 3 months old when he and his mother, 22-year-old Epifani Andrews, were killed in their 6th Bay Street apartment. The Norfolk Police Department responded to the apartment after neighbors reported a domestic disturbance around 1 p.m. on Dec. 29, 2020. Officers found the mother and child on the floor of their living room, and the two were pronounced dead at the scene, according to Norfolk police.

Police believe Damere and his mother died at the hands of his father, DuWayne Warren. The 26-year-old was charged with two counts of second-degree murder in connection with the slayings. Court records allege that Warren admitted to โ€œsqueezing the baby around the chest,โ€ and that he was โ€œsorry for what he did.โ€ He also issued an apology on Facebook, which references another child who died a year prior:

Why a (Black) murder suspect was allowed to walk the streets
black suspect MEMPHIS, Tenn. โ€” As Mid-South leaders continue to grapple with increasing crime rates, one of Memphisโ€™ newest murder suspects was walking the streets despite being charged with two other murders earlier this year. With violent crime taking center stage this year, one frustrated community is in Southwest Memphis where police say Lamont Murry shot and killed a man during an argument Sunday afternoon.

Murry is now facing a second-degree murder charge. However, WREG has learned that Murry was already facing other murder charges. He was accused of killing two people in August of 2020 at a motel on American Way; one of the victims was the daughter of a member of Memphis rap group Three 6 Mafia.

According to police, surveillance video showed Murry killing a man in the motel lobby. He later admitted both killings were gang retaliations for another homicide. Despite all of this, prosecutors dropped his murder charges last year. They told us Monday they did that because their witnesses didnโ€™t show up to court and the judge wouldnโ€™t let them postpone, so Murry was free to go.

Now โ€” a year later โ€” police say heโ€™s killed another person. We wanted to know why was an accused murderer allowed back on the streets. Itโ€™s something Memphis Mayor Jim Strickland spoke about recently, commenting on our โ€œbroken judicial systemโ€ and the โ€œrevolving door at 201 Poplarโ€ that allows violent people to commit more crime.

All the DAโ€™s office would say is that โ€œfurther investigation was needed.โ€ Thatโ€™s what they say they did for another nine months, until a grand jury indicted him again for the American Way murders.

We asked District Attorney Amy Weirich whether quicker action could have potentially saved the life of the third victim. A representative did not respond to that question.

(Black AFRICAN) Tennessee pastor tackles gun-wielding BLACK AFRICAN from THE CONGO during church service
black suspect African wounded victim black preacher Being led away after Pastor Ezekiel Ndikumana tackled him, Dezire Baganda said all churches and schools need to be shot up. A 26-year-old man has been charged with 15 counts of felony aggravated assault after pulling out a gun during church services at a north Nashville church.

The pastor of Nashville Light Mission Pentecostal Church and several parishioners tackled Dezire Baganda, who was sitting in the front row of the church on Sunday afternoon. According to a press release from the Nashville Police Department, Baganda approached the altar where Pastor Ezekiel Ndikumana and several members of the congregation were praying.

โ€œBaganda told everyone to get up while he waved and pointed the handgun at the congregation,โ€ NPD officials wrote. The pastor quickly tackled Baganda before any shots were fired. Several church members jumped in to assist in disarming Baganda and holding him to the ground until officers arrived on scene.โ€ Video from the Nashville Light Mission Pentecostal security cameras captured the entire encounter.

According to the police report, Baganda was not a member of the church but had visited in the past. Police noted that Baganda could be hit with additional charges.

In a local interview with WKRN, the Burundi-born Ndikumana said Baganda โ€œwanted to kill.โ€ โ€œHe was standing in the front of almost everybody. No one was behind him yet, so he could have done anything,โ€ said choir member Nzojibugami Noe, who translated for the pastor.

โ€œI would say that God used me because I felt like I was going to use the back door as an example as going on by trying to go behind him. And then I felt the feeling that I would go and grab him โ€ฆ and thatโ€™s what happened,โ€ Ndikumana told WKRN. According to the arrest report, Baganda had visited the church in the past and had been asked not to return after interrupting sermons. While being led away, he reportedly said that all churches and schools need to be shot up.

โ€œGod wanted to show that heโ€™s a powerful God,โ€ Ndikumana explained. โ€œOne main thing I said, we had faith.โ€

(Black) Rapper Lit Yoshi gets July trial date in Baton Rouge on multiple attempted murder counts
black suspect Baton Rouge rapper Lit Yoshi will stand trial next summer on seven counts of attempted first-degree murder stemming from two rap-rivalry shootings in the city last year, a judge decided Monday. The trial of the jailed rap artist, whose real name is Mieyoshi Edwards, will begin July 18. It could last more than a week, prosecutor Stuart Theriot told state District Judge Tarvald Smith.

The selection of the trial date by Theriot and Edwards' lead attorney, Ron Haley, came two months after Smith revoked the rapper's $1.82 million bond and sent him back to jail. The judge had set that bond last summer. An FBI agent testified at a Sept. 9 bond revocation hearing that five guns, ammunition and a bulletproof vest were found in July in a Florida home where Edwards was under house arrest while awaiting trial in Baton Rouge on the attempted murder charges.

Haley told Smith on Monday that he intends to file a motion asking the judge to reconsider his decision to revoke Edwards' bond. Smith said his ruling stands for now, but he will consider any new evidence presented. The seven attempted first-degree murder counts that Edwards faces in Baton Rouge stem from two shootings โ€” one on April 20, 2020, and the other July 4 of that year โ€” that injured three adults and two children.

Detectives have attributed those shootings to a simmering feud between the rival NBA (Never Broke Again) and TBG (Top Boy Gorilla) record labels, groups that authorities also have described as gangs.

Seattle grand jury indicts two BLACK AFRICANS FROM THE CONGO for allegedly smuggling poached ivory, rare white rhino horns
African African chicken thief Two foreign nationals from the "Democratic Republic" of Congo were arrested outside Seattle last week and indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of conspiracy and money laundering for allegedly smuggling elephant ivory and rhino horns into the United States.

Herdade Lokua, 23, and his cousin, 31-year-old Jospin Mujangi, both of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), are accused of working with a middle man โ€” described in the 11-count indictment as an โ€œunindicted co-conspiratorโ€ โ€” to facilitate four shipments of the poached items into Seattle in August, September and May of last year, according to court documents.

Both men arrived in Washington on Nov. 2 to negotiate further shipments of prohibited animal parts and were arrested in Edmonds, according to officials from the Department of Homeland Security. They appeared Thursday in U.S. District Court, where they pleaded not guilty to charges, including conspiracy, money laundering, smuggling and violations of the Lacey Act, which prohibits submitting false records in interstate or foreign commerce.

At least seven bullet casings were found inside the store, but no one inside was hit by gunfire, the prosecutor said. Uribe then fled the scene.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: 4 facing murder charges in SpringHill Suites fatal robbery
๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire BLACK SUSPECT ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire WHITE VICTIM Four people have been charged in connection with a fatal shooting in a downtown St. Paul parking ramp earlier this year. Charges have trickled in as the investigation has unfolded in the August shooting of 37-year-old Alexander Christoff in the SpringHill Suites parking structure.

Anthony Pryor, 20, was charged with two counts of second-degree murder on Sept. 17 and entered a not guilty plea on Oct. 1. Tarrance Hardie, 27, was charged via a warrant on Oct. 18 and is facing one charge of second-degree murder. Thursday, Leneil Colbert Jr., 31, and Danell Christner, 37, were both charged with one count each of second-degree murder. Colbert made his first appearance Thursday; there is a warrant out for Christnerโ€™s arrest.

A fifth person is named as an alleged accomplice in the three most recent criminal complaints. On Aug. 29, police went to Regions Hospital on a report of a shooting victim who had been driven to the facility by a friend, according to various court filings. The black Audi the friend had driven, which police were told belonged to the victim, had a broken driverโ€™s side and passenger's side window, a large dent in the driverโ€™s side rear bumper, broken taillights, a bullet hole in the trunk and a bullet lodged in the passenger door.

The victim, identified as Christoff, was pronounced dead at the hospital. According to a criminal complaint, Christoff had hired a sex worker on the evening of Aug. 28, who officers identified as Christner. Cell phone records indicate that immediately after Christner left Christoffโ€™s hotel room, she called Colbert and told him that the victim had โ€œa lot of money, a lot of drugs and a nice car,โ€ and provided his room number. The complaint states that they called or texted one another at least nine times prior to the shooting.

Christoffโ€™s friend, who had driven him to the hospital, told police that he was on the second floor of the garage โ€” they were both staying at the hotel in separate rooms โ€” when he saw a dark Mercedes-Benz drive by slowly and โ€œcheck [him] out.โ€ The car drove off, then he heard a crash, arguing, gunshots and moaning, the complaint states. The Mercedes-Benz then peeled out. The friend went up a level in the garage and found Christoff lying facedown near the Audiโ€™s open passenger's side door. Christoff only groaned when his friend tried to ask who shot him, and after his phone didnโ€™t work, he drove him to the hospital.

(Black) Man accused of fatally shooting woman during road rage incident arrested
black suspect wounded victim SAN ANTONIO โ€“ A man accused of shooting at a family and fatally wounding a woman during a road rage incident in April has been arrested, according to the San Antonio Police Department. Cedrick De Shay Wallace, 27, has been charged with murder and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon following the April 9 shooting, SAPD Public Information Officer Cory Schuler said late Thursday.

Schuler said the suspect shot at a family in another vehicle for โ€œsome unknown reasonโ€ as they were traveling in the 2800 block of Interstate 35 North. The driver of the other vehicle, Lucia Mendoza, was struck by the gunfire and crashed her car into a fence, police said. She was transported to a hospital, where she died from her injuries.

Two other children were also traveling with Mendoza at the time. One of those kids, a 14-year-old girl, was taken to the hospital and remains in critical condition, Schuler said. Schuler said that tips from citizens led to Thursdayโ€™s arrest. Wallace remained silent as officers escorted him from Public Safety Headquarters to jail.

โ€œHomicide detectives have been actively working this case since April, and today they just got a break and were able to make an arrest,โ€ Schuler said. The case remains active and under investigation, he added.

Jail records show Wallace also faces a charge of family assault. His bond has not yet been set.

BAY CITY, MI โ€” Two summers ago, three men broke into a Bay City home planning to steal marijuana. The plan went awry when the homeowner interrupted the would-be heist, leading one of the intruders to shoot him down with his own gun.

The question now before a jury is whether one of other intruders is equally to blame for the homicide as the triggerman, or if the homicide was the act of conspirator going rogue when he happened upon a firearm.

Hamtramck City Council will be all Muslim, likely first in US, in January
The six-member City Council of Hamtramck will consist of all Muslims starting in January, another historic first for the metro Detroit city known for its sizable immigrant population.

The newly elected mayor, Amer Ghalib, 42, is also Muslim, which means all of the city's elected officials will be Muslim.

In Tuesday's election, three candidates who are all Muslim were elected and will join three current City Council members who are also Muslim. Five of them are immigrants and one is a convert to Islam with ancestral roots in eastern Europe.

Advocates with Muslim groups and experts say they do not know of any other city council in the history of the U.S. that has been entirely Muslim.

(Black) Woman shot man dead at Fort Lauderdale apartment, police say
black suspect FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. โ€“ A woman is behind bars after a man was killed in his apartment Wednesday morning in the 1300 block of Northwest 2nd Avenue in Fort Lauderdale. Investigators say a neighbor called 911 around 8:30 a.m. and that officers arrived to find a man shot dead inside.

Police say the suspected shooter is a woman who took off in the victimโ€™s car and briefly barricaded herself in the car near 31st Avenue and 19th Street before surrendering. Authorities identified her as Juanita Sawyer, 41, a resident of Fort Lauderdale. The victimโ€™s family said Sawyer is the victimโ€™s girlfriendโ€™s niece and would frequently visit the couple at that apartment.

โ€œOur SWAT team and our hostage negotiations team were called to the scene, and after a brief confrontation with the suspect, she did immediately surrender without any further problems,โ€ said spokeswoman Casey Liening of the Fort Lauderdale Police Department. โ€œWeโ€™re still working to determine the exact circumstances. We donโ€™t know what led up to the shooting, but we believe she is responsible for shooting the victim.โ€

(Black) Jury decides verdict in murder trial involving death of Lamar High School student
black suspect Sarah Seely turned her gaze from the jurors and raised her voice at Kendrick Johnson, a 21-year-old standing trial in the ambush and fatal shooting of a Lamar High School student near the River Oaks campus.

โ€œDelindsey Mack never saw it coming,โ€ the prosecutor said, speaking directly to the defendant. โ€œYou are guilty of the murder of Delindsey Mack,โ€ she added later.

The Harris County jury agreed. After about three hours of deliberation, jurors convicted Johnson on Thursday in the Nov. 13, 2018 killing, which unfolded at a church parking lot while Mack was walking to meet his ride home.

The guilty verdict is the first of three that the Harris County District Attorneyโ€™s Office hopes to attain in Mackโ€™s death. Two other defendants, a suspected getaway driver and a girl accused of luring the 18-year-old to the ambush location, are expected to stand trial at an undetermined date.

Pastor, Al Sharptonโ€™s younger brother indicted for distributing cocaine
Sharpton Sharpton Alabama Pastor Kenneth Sharpton-Glasgow, the troubled younger half-brother of civil rights activist Al Sharpton, pleaded not guilty in federal court Wednesday to distributing cocaine with an unnamed suspect.

An indictment alleges that Glasgow, 56, who runs Kenny Sharpton-Glasgow Ministries International, distributed drugs over a period of time, WDHN reports. It did not specify how long the distribution continued. A hearing for the case against Glasgow is scheduled for March 2022.

Glasgow, from Dothan, has a checkered past with law enforcement, including a capital murder charge in 2018 that was eventually dropped.

Jamie Townes, a passenger in his car, shot a woman who had apparently stolen Townesโ€™ vehicle, WAFF reported. Townes was charged with murder, and Glasgow was also charged under Alabamaโ€™s complicity law because he was driving when the shooting occurred.

Glasgow is the son of Sharptonโ€™s father, Al Sharpton Sr., and Sharptonโ€™s older half-sister Tina Glasgow, ProPublica reported. Tina Glasgow is one of two children Sharptonโ€™s mother Ada had during her first marriage in Alabama.

Cyprus: France to help migration talks with African nations
African African African African African African NICOSIA, Cyprus -- France has agreed to help initiate talks between Cyprus and French-speaking African countries for a deal to take back their citizens whose asylum applications have been rejected, the Cypriot interior minister said Saturday. Interior Minister Nicos Nouris said his French counterpart Gerald Darmanin made the pledge during a brief visit to the Cypriot capital on Friday.

Nouris said โ€œthe overwhelming majorityโ€ of migrants who arrived at ethnically split Cyprus in the last year hail from sub-Saharan African countries with which the European Union doesnโ€™t have such send-back agreements. Nouris said he would possibly travel to Paris next month to thrash out details of such potential agreements and other migration issues. Cyprus says it has the highest number of first-time asylum applications among all 27 EU members relative to its population of 1.1 million and its reception system has reached a breaking point.

Around 80% of all migrants enter Cyprus from its breakaway north and then cross a porous, U.N.-controlled buffer zone to seek asylum in the internationally recognized south. Nouris said 15,000 migrants who have had their asylum applications rejected canโ€™t be deported from Cyprus because of the lack of any EU send-back agreements with their countries.

Cyprus this week signed a 27.5 million euro ($31.8 million) deal with Israel for the installation of a camera system to monitor the 180-kilometer long buffer zone. The Cypriot government claims that Turkey systematically forwards asylum-seekers to the Mediterranean islandโ€™s Turkish Cypriot north so that they pressure the island's southern, U.N.-recognized government.

Cyprus was split in 1974 when Turkey invaded following a coup by supporters of union with Greece. Only Turkey recognizes a Turkish Cypriot declaration of independence in the north. Decades of reunification talks have got nowhere.

(Black) Man beat girlfriendโ€™s dog to death, discarded remains in Providence park
black suspect dead dog PROVIDENCE, R.I (WPRI) โ€” Police arrested a Providence man Thursday after the remains of his girlfriendโ€™s dog were found inside a shopping bag, according to the Providence Police Department. Lindsay Lague, a spokesperson for the Providence Police Department, said officers responded to a home on Updike Street for reports of a woman arguing loudly with her boyfriend.

When the officers arrived, Lague said the woman told them that her boyfriend, Devon Hernandez, 29, had killed her dog, Davinci. The woman explained that Hernandez had called her while she was at work to tell her that he hit Davinci for peeing on the bed, according to Lague, and she had video evidence of her boyfriend abusing the dog.

Lague said the footage showed Hernandez picking up Davinci, throwing him to the ground and kicking him several times. In the footage, the dog can be heard yelping while attempting to hide under a table as Hernandez attacked him. The footage also showed Hernandez carrying a lifeless Davinci wrapped in a red sweater sometime after the attack, Lague said.

Officers were able to locate the red sweater, according to Lague, along with a pink collar that belonged to Davinci. Hernandez initially told officers he didnโ€™t kill Davinci and that the dog ran off after he brought him outside, Lague said.

Lague said officers ultimately found Daviciโ€™s remains in a Price Rite shopping bag at a park near the intersection of Whitmarsh and Updike streets. Hernandez was arrested and has been charged with maliciously injuring or killing an animal. Court documents reveal he was arrested in 2018 on domestic violence charges.

Jason Banegas, 18, is accused of shooting 28-year-old Chirino during a confrontation with officers on Oct. 17.

Hollywood Police responded that night to the Emerald Hills neighborhood after getting a call of a man โ€œgoing house to houseโ€ on a bicycle and trying to break into cars. Chirino spotted the teen first and tried to arrest him, but Banegas resisted and pulled out a stolen semi-automatic handgun, the arrest warrant said. Banegas told detectives he was trying to kill himself when he pulled out the gun, โ€œbut the officer kept moving around during the struggleโ€ and he pulled the trigger.

Chirino was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead of a gunshot to the face, police said. Banegas is charged with first-degree murder with a firearm, armed burglary of a dwelling, two counts of attempted burglary of a conveyance, possession of a firearm, resisting an officer with violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer.

Banegas, whose criminal record began when he was just 12, had recently been released from a โ€œhigh-riskโ€ residential juvenile detention center for selling cocaine, authorities said. Despite the city's large Arab community, it has never been led by an Arab- or Muslim-American.

Federal court blocks Biden administration's vaccination mandate
A federal court in Louisiana has blocked the Biden administration's mandate that millions of workers get vaccinated against Covid-19 or be tested weekly, ruling in a suit filed by several states, companies and conservative religious groups.

"Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate, the Mandate is hereby STAYED pending further action by this court," a panel of judges for the New Orleans-based Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Saturday.

The states of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Utah are among the plaintiffs.

More than two dozen states have filed multiple legal challenges in federal court against the Biden administrationโ€™s vaccinate-or-test mandate for private businesses, arguing that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration doesnโ€™t have the authority to issue the requirements.

The four lawsuits were filed by groups of 26 states in the 8th Circuit, 11th Circuit, 6th Circuit and 5th Circuit over the past few days. They seek to nullify an emergency rule released Thursday that requires companies with more than 100 employees to verify their workers are vaccinated or have unvaccinated workers wear masks and submit to weekly Covid-19 testing.

The small business group Job Creators Network, as well as the Republican National Committee, have also said they plan to file lawsuits.

Broadly, the lawsuits argue that the Department of Labor lacks the authority to issue a rule and that it did not follow the proper procedure in issuing the emergency temporary standard.

The suit led by Florida, Georgia and Alabama in the 11th Circuit also argues the requirements conflict with the First Amendment and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

โ€œThis unlawful mandate is yet another example of the Biden administrationโ€™s complete disregard for the Constitutional rights afforded to our state and our citizens,โ€ said Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr in a statement. โ€œThe federal government has no authority to force healthcare decisions on Georgiaโ€™s companies and its employees under the guise of workplace safety. We are fighting back against this unprecedented abuse of power to stop this mandate before it causes irreparable harm to our state and its economy.โ€

The court gave the government until 5 p.m. Monday to respond to the plaintiffs' request for a permanent injunction.

Bidenโ€™s OCC Nominee as Bank Overseer Faces Difficult Confirmation Dance

Jim Hartman: Bidenโ€™s radical anti-bank nominee
Further evidence that President Biden is a weak follower of the far-left in his party rather than a strong mainstream leader is his intent to nominate radical Saule Omarova as Comptroller of the Currency. The Comptroller of the Currency is an important agency. It has the power to regulate all national banks and federal savings institutions.

Born in Kazakhstan, a former Soviet republic, and educated at Moscow State University on the V.I. Lenin Personal Academic Scholarship, Ms. Omarova is a Cornell University law professor. She has praised the Soviet-era economic system. Omarova is celebrated on the far-left for promoting ideas she herself describes as โ€œradical.โ€

U.S. Senate Banking Committee Ranking Member Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) told the Senate โ€œI donโ€™t think Iโ€™ve ever seen a more radical choice for any regulatory spot in our federal government.โ€ Omarova doesnโ€™t want to just tighten regulation on banks. In her words , she wants to โ€œeffectively end banking as we know itโ€ by โ€œthe complete migration of demand deposit accounts to the Federal Reserve.โ€

Demand deposits are the standard checking and savings accounts most Americans have with private banks.

Thursday on the Senate floor, Sen. Dan Sullivan (R-AK) spoke about the nomination of Saule Omarova.

(Black) Violent felon avoids possible death penalty with guilty plea in 2017 Midfield double murder
black suspect A convicted felon with a violent criminal history has pleaded guilty to a 2017 double murder in Midfield and avoided a possible death penalty by doing so.

Corey Marcell McGhee, initially charged with capital murder, pleaded guilty this week to a reduced charge of murder in the slayings of Larry Vincent Price Jr., 42, and Brandon Durrell Conwell, 31, during a dispute over a cell phone.

Bessemer Cutoff Circuit Judge David Carpenter sentenced McGhee to 20 years in prison. They called out to McGhee, who was in the back of the apartment but came out with his hands up. McGhee has been held without bond in the Jefferson County Jail since his arrest.

Florida jury to weigh sanity in murder trial of MUSLIM-CONVERT Corey Johnson, teen who said he was inspired by ISIS:
A Florida man on trial for murder when he was 17 still has lingering questions about his sanity after the brutal stabbing death of a 13-year-old that brought national headlines after Johnson told police he was inspired by ISIS. Closing arguments for Corey Johnsonโ€™s trial were completed Thursday, WPBF reported. Johnson is charged with first-degree murder in the death of his friend Jovanni Sierra at a sleepover after celebrating Sierraโ€™s birthday in Palm Beach County. He also was charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder.

After his arrest in 2018, Palm Beach Gardens police say Johnson told them he stabbed his friend Jovanni 49 times because of his religious beliefs. Police said Johnson told them he killed because of his Muslim faith, and had followed the terrorist group ISIS on social media, including watching videos of beheadings by ISIS. Prosecutors argued thereโ€™s no doubt Johnson, who was 17 in 2018, killed Sierra in addition to nearly stabbing to death another teen and his mother.

Whatโ€™s left to discover now is whether he was insane at the time of the killings. Prosecutors said Johnson was a disturbed teen who followed ISIS while the defense argued he was psychotic after stopping his medications, WBPF reported.

Chinese SPY convicted for stealing aviation trade secrets
suspect name A Chinese intelligence officer has been convicted by a US jury of plotting to steal secrets from aviation companies, according to the US justice department. Xu Yanjun was found guilty of five counts relating to economic espionage and trade secret theft. He faces up to 60 years in prison and fines of more than $5m (ยฃ3.7m).

Xu was first arrested in Belgium in 2018 and is possibly the first Chinese operative to be extradited to the US for trial. Chinese authorities have not commented publicly on Friday's verdict. Beijing has previously dismissed the accusations, saying there was no basis to the charges. According to a statement by the US justice department, Xu is a senior member of the Jiangsu branch of China's Ministry of State Security - an agency responsible for counter-intelligence, foreign intelligence and internal security.

Xu was accused of targeting employees at several companies based in the US, among other countries since at least 2013. In one instance, he arranged for a GE Aviation employee to travel to China in 2017 to give a presentation at a university - paying for their travel expenses and a stipend. The following year, Xu asked the expert for "system specification, design process" information. With co-operation from the company - which was working with the FBI - the employee emailed Xu a two-page document labelled as having sensitive information.

Xu later asked the employee to send a copy of the file directory for his work-issued computer. He also tried to arrange to meet the employee in Belgium, leading to his eventual arrest.

"For those who doubt the real goals of [China], this should be a wakeup call," said FBI Assistant Director Alan Kohler. "They are stealing American technology to benefit their economy and military."

The charges come at a time of raised tension between the two countries - with China recently testing a new form of hypersonic missile, and US President Joe Biden pledging to protect Taiwan from any Chinese military incursion. According to CNN, CIA Director Bill Burns described China as the greatest technological threat to the US. Last month he said the spy agency would boost its efforts towards China.

Chicago reinstates gun and ammunition tax after court deems it unconstitutional
The Cook County Board of Commissioners reinstated its firearm and ammunition tax after it was struck down by the Illinois Supreme Court in October.

During Thursday's board of commissioners meeting, members voted to approve an amendment to a previous ordinance dealing with how firearms and ammunition are taxed in order to comply with an Oct. 21 Illinois Supreme Court ruling. One Republican commissioner, Sean Morrison, told the Tribune the measure is still unconstitutional, even with the revision.

โ€œThe FBI took materials of current, and former, Veritas journalists despite the fact that our legal team previously contacted the Department of Justice and voluntarily conveyed unassailable facts that demonstrate Project Veritasโ€™ lack of involvement in criminal activity and/or criminal intent,โ€ he said.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Mississippi SOULLESS DEMON-SCUM suspect arrested after KIDNAPPING White female Lyft driver, made to crawl in woods before getting shot 7 times
๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire BLACK SUSPECT ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire WHITE VICTIM JACKSON, Miss. โ€” Police in Jackson, Mississippi say a suspect kidnapped a Lyft driver on Tuesday afternoon and made her crawl through a wooded area before shooting her multiple times, according to reports. Dontarius McGee was taken into custody in Jackson following the series of crimes, Deputy Chief Deric Hearn of the Jackson Police Department said.

Hearn said that Brandy Littrell, 36, picked up McGee at Spring Lake Apartments in Byram and drove him to another apartment complex in Jackson, WJTV reported. The suspect drew a firearm on Littrell and forced her into the backseat of a black Dodge Journey before driving her to a wooded area. McGee, 17, forced Littrell to crawl through the woods before shooting her multiple times, according to Hearn.

โ€œHe said, โ€˜Get on your knees,'โ€ Littrell told WAPT-TV. โ€œSo, I got on my knees, and then I heard the first shot.โ€ The woman was shot seven times during the coercive attack. She thought she would likely die.

Littrell said she covered her blood-drenched face and waited several minutes for her attacker to leave before making her trek to a nearby apartment complex to seek critical help, New York Post reported. โ€œIt took every strength in me because, at this point, I am concerned (because) my grandmother is at my house, and I was worried he was going to go after her,โ€ Littrell said later.

After first responders arrived at the scene, Littrell was transported to a local hospital. She suffered serious, life-threatening injuries. Jackson police arrested Magee in the area of Beasley Road near Adkins Boulevard for the kidnapping and subsequent shooting.

โ€œHe did confess to the crime. He did confess to calling the female up for the Lyft driver,โ€ Hearn said. โ€œIt is my understanding through our interview with this individual, this is not the first time this has occurred.โ€ Littrell told WAPT-TV Wednesday that she is alive โ€œby the grace of God.โ€

McGee faces charges of carjacking, kidnapping and aggravated assault. He is being held in jail without bond, police said.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Hartford gang member who fired on police officer but missed will be charged with murder of another woman hours earlier, police say
๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire BLACK SUSPECT ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire WHITE VICTIM A Hartford gang member who opened fire on and narrowly missed a young Hartford police officer early Tuesday morning has been charged with attempted murder and is expected to also be charged with the murder of a 53-year-old Hartford woman fatally shot a few hours earlier.

Jose Cajigas, 31, was apprehended trying to run from the parking lot where he shot into the officerโ€™s marked police cruiser after she was able to pull away to safety while still radioing his location to the other responding officers, police officials said Tuesday afternoon, hailing the officer as a hero.

The officer, who was not identified publicly Tuesday, sustained only cuts from the shattered glass of her cruiserโ€™s driverโ€™s side window after the bullet missed her. She returned to police headquarters after seeing doctors at a nearby hospital to help detectives with the documentation for Cajigaโ€™s charges, police Chief Jason Thody said Tuesday afternoon.

Cajigas was charged with attempted murder, criminal possession of a firearm and unlawful discharge for shooting at the officer and then already was a person of interest in the murder of Catherine Hays, 53, who was found dead inside a Spring Street apartment Monday afternoon.

A forensic analysis finished Tuesday afternoon revealed the shell casing found at the scene of the officerโ€™s shooting matched the casing found at the scene of Hayesโ€™ death and police now plan to charge Cajigas with murder in the Hays case, Thody said.

โ€œBy saving herself, she likely saved other officers and other members of the community if this individual was still at large. โ€ฆ The work she did and the reaction she had is so impressive,โ€ Thody said. โ€œI canโ€™t say enough about her strength, her courage and what she did.โ€

The incident with the officer began at about 1:30 a.m. when she was on a directed patrol in her marked police cruiser in the parking lot of 1921 Main St., about a mile away from the scene of Haysโ€™ death hours earlier, police said. A man approached her car and, believing he was intoxicated or in need of medical help, the officer requested an ambulance to the parking lot.

Instead, the man โ€œwithout provocationโ€ drew a firearm and fired through the driverโ€™s side window of the cruiser โ€” narrowly missing her with the bullet but shattering glass into the officerโ€™s face, Lt. Aaron Boisvert said.

St. Tammany deputies nab BLACK murder suspect and woman hiding marijuana inside herself after car chase
black suspect A New Orleans murder suspect โ€” accompanied by a woman accused of trying to hide marijuana inside her body โ€” led deputies on a high-speed car chase through the north shore before authorities disabled his stolen car with a spike strip and arrested him early Thursday.

Alphonse Dorsey, 26, was wanted in connection with a Sept. 24 shooting that killed 30-year-old Terrence Clayton in Central City when deputies in Hancock County, Mississippi, spotted him driving a stolen 2006 Toyota Highlander west on Interstate 10 Thursday morning, according to various authorities.

Dorsey allegedly sped off and, with Hancock deputies pursuing him, made his way to the Slidell area. St. Tammany Parish Sheriffโ€™s Office deputies were notified of the pursuit and set up a spike strip just past westbound I-10โ€™s exit to Oak Harbor Boulevard. The Highlander's tires were punctured, forcing it to a stop, St. Tammany Sheriff's Capt. Lance Vitter said in a statement.

Deputies booked Dorsey as a fugitive wanted on a warrant accusing him of second-degree murder in Claytonโ€™s slaying. Also, he was booked on separate warrants obtained by New Orleans police that accused him of domestic abuse battery as well as child endangerment.

black suspect victim name OAKLAND, CA โ€” Nearly two years after 34-year-old Shuo Zeng was struck and killed by a vehicle as he tried desperately to retrieve his stolen laptop from three men in a BMW, the fate of two suspects is in the hands of a Bay Area jury.

Hereโ€™s what is not disputed: Zeng, a research engineer, was working at the Starbucks on Mountain Boulevard in Montclair on the morning of his birthday, Dec. 31, 2019, when his laptop was stolen. He chased after the thief, clinging to the BMW the man hopped into and yelling for the perpetrators to stop, then was struck by the car it sped down Antioch Street.

Three men were identified as playing a role in the crime: Byron Reed, 24, and Kejuan Wiggins, 20, who are on trial facing murder and robbery charges, and 23-year-old Javon Lee, who has pleaded no contest to robbery charges and awaits sentencing. black suspect Jurors have convicted a 20-year-old man of first-degree murder for chasing down a man in a north Minneapolis alley and shooting him in the head.

The guilty verdict on that count means Xavier D. Gilleylen, of Minneapolis, will receive a life prison sentence with no possibility of parole when he's back in court on Dec. 6 before Hennepin County District Judge Daniel Moreno.     (Black) Tennessee man on TBIโ€™s โ€˜most wantedโ€™ list dies after running across freeway, police say
Race of wounded wife not reported.
black suspect A man who was on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigationโ€™s most wanted list was killed Thursday after darting across a freeway while fleeing a highway patrol officer, authorities said. Rodney Garrett, 59, who was wanted for attempted criminal homicide, died following an "incident" on I-840 Thursday morning in Smyrna, Tennessee, TBI said in a press release.

A state trooper patrolling I-840 Thursday morning spotted a man walking on the shoulder of the westbound side, Tennessee Highway Patrol Lt. Bill Miller told reporters at a press conference. The man reportedly fit the description of the man described in a police "BOLO" โ€” "be on the lookout" โ€” who authorities believed was armed.

Miller said the trooper observed that the man on the freeway had a pistol. The trooper turned on his blue lights and turned the vehicle around to investigate, Miller said. Smyrna Police Chief Kevin Arnold confirmed that the man on the highway was Garrett. He said Garrett was a suspect in a "domestic shooting" that happened just after midnight Monday.

Garrettโ€™s wife sustained a gunshot wound and was taken to an area hospital, where she is recovering, Arnold said. After the shooting, Garrett fled and remained at large until yesterday.

HISPANIC CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIEN MURDERER - MORE BLOOD ON BIDEN'S HANDS
The illegal Honduran immigrant busted in the fatal stabbing of a Florida father of four was arraigned Thursday on murder charges. Yery Noel Medina Ulloa, 24, pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder and tampering with evidence charges in Duval County Court in the brutal Oct. 7 stabbing death of Francisco Javier Cuellar in Jacksonville.

Cuellar, 46, had taken in Ulloa, who had illegally entered the country in Texas months earlier claiming he was a 17-year-old named Reynel Alexander Hernandez, The Post reported. According to Jacksonville police, Ulloa was found wandering around covered with blood when cops found him after the stabbing.

Police said Ulloa was speaking on a cellphone when officers arrived. โ€œAnother witness responded to the scene and stated to detectives that he had received a call from the suspect stating that he killed the victim because he โ€˜hit him,'โ€ according to an arrest report filed in the case.

โ€œDue to poor phone connection, the witness requested that the suspect text him the information that he was trying to say,โ€ the report said. โ€œThe suspect then texted the witness that he had โ€˜killed Uncle Francisco.'โ€ Security cameras inside the home โ€œshowed the suspect stabbing the victim numerous times and repeatedly hitting him with a chair,โ€ the report said.

Ulloa is not related to Cuellar despite using the moniker. Cops said he was seen throwing the bloody knife into the woods, leading to the tampering with evidence charge against him.

Authorities didnโ€™t learn that Ulloa was actually a 24-year-old man until being notified by the Miami Field Office of Enforcement and Removal Operations on Oct. 13. Ulloa was then moved out of the Duval Regional Juvenile Detention Center and relocated to an adult facility, authorities told The Post.

It is unclear how Ulloa got to Florida after being detained at the border, but Cuellarโ€™s daughter, Marycarmen, said she believed he arrived on a flight that is part of a secret resettling operation by the Biden administration. The Post revealed the flights in an exclusive expose last month, noting that Jacksonville is among the routes used in the relocation.

James' wife and daughter, Kanina Eurez and Daniella James, agreed to the plea deal Tuesday but presented statements in a Tampa courtroom and later in a video posted to Facebook taking issue with the justice system. "We have no doubts that in a retrial that [Dooley] would again be found guilty, and he would be sentenced, but his lawyers would request bond, and he would be out of jail again," Eurez said in a statement posted to Facebook Tuesday after Dooley's plea hearing.

"Then we'd wait a couple of more years, and then we would finally await for him to go to prison, and his lawyers would likely put in โ€ฆ a motion that he not go to jail because of his elderly age or whatever. But, bottom line, he would never go to jail again." A Florida court initially found Dooley guilty in 2012 and sentenced him to eight years in prison but he was granted bond in 2013 to await his appeal. Dooley finally began serving his prison sentence in 2014 before being granted a new trial in 2019.

Eurez added that the U.S. "justice system is very screwed up," and accepting Dooley's plea deal was a way for her family to get "the closure and justice" they need more than a decade after James was killed. In another statement posted to Facebook, Eurez and her daughter said Dooley "should face the shame of people turning their backs on him every time he is in public but this will only happen if everyone is aware of his crimes."

Dooley, who lived across the Valrico park where Danielle and David James were playing basketball on Sept. 26, 2010, had initiated a dispute with the veteran over a skateboarder who was using the other side of the basketball court. A struggle ensued, and Dooley fatally shot James in the chest, according to James' family and witness testimony. Danielle James, now 20, described Dooley as a "coward with a firearm" who ruined her childhood "without cause or justification" in her statement.

"I don't deserve to be strung along after having already told my story, twice," she said in her statement. "I'm only telling it now so people know what really happened to the man who fought for their freedom and the family who never got to see justice enacted."

Woman killed in (UNKNOWN BLACK FOOTBALLER) Henry Ruggs DUI crash named in police report, witnesses recall attempts to save her from FIERY wreck
๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire BLACK SUSPECT ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire The 23-year-old woman killed in a fiery car crash early Tuesday morning after former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs crashed into her vehicle driving 156 mph has been identified, according to police records. A Las Vegas Metropolitan Police report from the morning of the incident, obtained by Fox News on Wednesday, revealed the identity of the victim as Tina Tintor.

HENRY RUGGS WAS DRIVING 156 MPH SECONDS BEFORE DEADLY DUI CRASH, LOADED GUN FOUND IN CAR

Ruggs, 22, appeared in court on Wednesday, facing two felony charges of DUI resulting in death and reckless driving. Prosecutors said the NFL player was driving at around 156 mph seconds before crashing into Tintorโ€™s 2013 Toyota RAV4 just before 4 a.m.

Prosecutors said a loaded gun was found in Ruggโ€™s car and that his blood-alcohol level was more than double the legal limit, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported. According to a police report, Ruggs was traveling at "a high rate of speed" when he veered into the right lane, hitting the back of Tintorโ€™s car. Ruggs' Corvette traveled "approximately 519 feet post-impact," while the Toyota went approximately 571 feet.

Police say the Tintorโ€™s car caught fire, and both she and a dog died from as a result of being trapped (AND BURNED ALIVE!) Several witnesses told law enforcement that bystanders ran to help the trapped driver. A security guard said he saw Ruggs' car speeding before the collision and ran over to help. He observed Ruggโ€™s "feet were in the driverโ€™s side floorboard and his body was laying on the road," according to the report. The security guard then told police he heard screaming from the other car and ran over but was unable to extract the driver because he was "overcome with smoke and heat from the flames." Another witness told police he tried to help the driver get out but she was "stuck or pinned in the car" and was forced to back away because of the fire.

US sanctions Israeli firm NSO Group over spyware
The Biden administration has blacklisted Israeli firm NSO Group, accusing the technology company of developing and supplying spyware to foreign governments โ€œthat used these tools to maliciouslyโ€ target a range of actors, including journalists and activists. In a statement on Wednesday, the US Department of Commerce said NSO Group was among four firms being added to its Entity List of companies considered to be engaged in activities contrary to US foreign policy and national security. NSO Group and another Israeli firm, Candiru, were added because their spyware has โ€œenabled foreign governments to conduct transnational repression, which is the practice of authoritarian governments targeting dissidents, journalists and activists outside of their sovereign borders to silence dissentโ€, the commerce department said.     Judge orders Jan. 6 DEMO FALSE-FLAG SHOW TRIAL POLITICAL PRISONER with cancer freed after 'deplorable' conditions found at DC jail
A federal judge on Wednesday ordered that a Jan. 6 defendant diagnosed with cancer be transferred to another prison after an inspection at a D.C jail found that prisoners were living in "deplorable" conditions. Judge Royce Lamberth ordered that Christopher Worrell, an (ALLEGED) member of the Proud Boys, be immediately transferred to another jail and then released to home detention for chemotherapy as soon as possible, CNN reported. He stated that the "court has zero confidence" that the D.C. jail would provide proper treatment and not retaliate against Worrell.

Last month, Lamberth called on the Department of Justice (DOJ) to conduct a civil rights investigation into the alleged civil rights violations that Jan. 6 defendants suffered under D.C. Jail Warden Wanda Patten and the director of the D.C. Department of Corrections, Quincy Booth. "I donโ€™t know if itโ€™s because heโ€™s a January 6th defendant or not, but I find this matter should be referred to the attorney general of the United States for a civil rights investigation into whether the D.C. Department of Corrections is violating the civil rights of January 6th defendants ... in this and maybe other cases," Lamberth said at the time.

Lamberth held the two officials in contempt following a long delay in paperwork needed to approve a surgery Worrell reportedly needed on his pinky finger after a fall earlier this year. CNN noted that the U.S. Marshals Service is currently moving 400 prisoners out of a section of the D.C. jail โ€” Worrell being the first of them โ€” after an inspection discovered poor conditions, including water being shut off for days, toilets being clogged and one inmate developed an infection when he was unable to wash himself after being pepper sprayed.

Worrell, who is from Florida, allegedly pepper sprayed police officers during the Jan. 6 Capitol riot and was arrested in March. He has been indicted on six federal charges and has pleaded not guilty. Since being incarcerated, Worrell has contracted COVID-19 and has been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Last month, prosecutors argued that Worrell was making false claims about his health, writing in court filings that they have "repeatedly been unable to sort fact from fiction."

Prosecutors said Worrell's claims have โ€œoften been refuted, or at best unsubstantiated, by the medical notes and records that the government later obtains.โ€ According to the prosecutors, the pinky surgery Worrell sought approval for was โ€œnot medically necessary and not urgent, but instead an elective procedure," citing an orthopedic specialist. An attorney representing Worrell, Alex Stavrou, shot back at prosecutors' characterization and asserted that his client's medical issues were real.

โ€œMr. Worrell also suffers from Non-Hodkins Lymphoma. To date he has not received chemotherapy. He has never caused any delay in seeking treatment for his cancer," Stavrou said. When reached by The Hill regarding Lamberthโ€™s order, Stavrou said in a statement, โ€œWe are pleased with the Courtโ€™s Order allowing Mr. Worrell to obtain the life-saving cancer treatments he needs. We are also pleased that over 400 inmates will be transferred to facilities where they will receive proper treatment and care, and not be subjected to the deplorable conditions noted by the United States Marshallโ€™s investigation.โ€

the bleeding heart liberal and possibly anti-white parole board say 'free de bro'

๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire BLACK SUSPECT ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire OKLAHOMA CITY โ€” Paul Howell's family members were vocal about their feelings for Julius Jones after the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board recommended clemency for the death row inmate. Jones has been on death row for the 1999 murder of Howell, an Edmond businessman and father.

His family said Jones is lying about his innocence, and many of them are angry with the board members. Howell's family said they feel the Pardon and Parole Board members' votes stem from the anti-death penalty movement. "The facts have been, are and always will be overwhelming pointing to his guilt," Paul Howell's brother, Brian Howell, said. "I think their votes for clemency personally came from the anti-death penalty, that they were going to vote for clemency no matter what the facts presented."

Howell's family now looks forward to a meeting with Gov. Kevin Stitt, who has the final say on Jones' clemency. His office only said that he is aware of the Pardon and Parole Board's vote but won't comment until he's made a decision.

A website for the family, justiceforpaulhowell.com, includes information about the prosecution and conviction of Julius Jones and states: โ€œThe overwhelming evidence in this case supports the courtsโ€™ decision/conviction that Julius Jones murdered Paul Howell on July 28, 1999. โ€ฆ Jonesโ€™ defense teamโ€™s only hope now is to create such an uproar through a misinformation campaign as to put pressure on those that grant commutation or clemency.     Quick thinking saves woman during alleged sexual assault by BLACK AFRICAN IMPORT sex pervert at shopping center
SUSPECT-NAME FULTON COUNTY, Ga. (CBS46) โ€” Police have arrested 47-year-old Mouhamadou Kane and booked him in the Fulton County Jail for both felony and misdemeanor counts of sexual battery, kidnapping, and criminal trespassing. Sandy Springs Police say on Oct. 23 a young woman was leaving the Gateway Shopping Center on Roswell Road when the incident happened. She says he was stopped at a stop sign when Kane walked up to her trying to flirt with her.

"She continued through the parking lot trying to get away from the male suspect and she came to a stop light he was able to catch up to her again," said Sandy Springs Police Captain Mike Lindstrom. The womanโ€™s doors were locked so police say Kane couldnโ€™t open her driverโ€™s door when he tried. But, her passenger window was rolled down. Police say Kane reached in, opened that door, and got inside the woman's car. He proceeded to ask the young woman for oral sex and grabbed her breasts.

Police say Kane then asked the young woman to get him something to drink so she drove to the Starbucks next door. Still in the car Kane allegedly told her he was an FBI agent. The young woman then told him she was younger than she was to get him to believe she was underage. "At which point he got scared and ended up leaving the vehicle," Lindstrom said. "I thought she did a good job of continuing to have that dialogue and continuing to try to reason with him."

Knife-wielding MUSLIM man shouting 'Allahu Akbar' detained by French police after attempted attack
French railroad security officers have detained a knife-wielding man after he allegedly charged at them in a dispute over wearing a face mask while shouting "Allahu Akbar!" and "France is ruled by the Islamic State!," reports say.

The incident surrounding the suspect โ€“ identified by the Le Parisien newspaper as a 47-year-old French national who is familiar to police for acts of violence โ€“ unfolded Monday night in Parisโ€™ busy Saint-Lazare station.

The suspect, according to BFMTV, became agitated with four security guards after being flagged for not wearing a face mask per COVID-19 guidelines. He then allegedly brandished a knife and lunged at the guards while shouting the slogans, the station adds.

Two of the guards responded by firing at the suspect, striking him three times in the hand and lungs and forcing him to fall onto the tracks, Le Parisien reports. The suspect then climbed back onto the platform and rushed at the guards a second time โ€“ only to be repelled by batons and tear gas and once again fall onto the tracks, according to the newspaper.

Nominees for a Science Award Were All White Menโ€”Nobody Won
A protest by a group of scientists has ignited spirited discussions about the persistent lack of diversity in such awards.

Five of the nationโ€™s top ice scientists found themselves in a conundrum. Theyโ€™d been tasked with a formidable job: reviewing candidates for the American Geophysical Unionโ€™s fellows program, the most prestigious award given by the worldโ€™s largest earth and space science society. But when the group looked at its list of candidates, all nominated by peers, it spotted a problem. Every nominee on the list was a white man.

(Black) Man charged with murder in North Philly hit-and-run
black suspect A 21-year-old man turned himself in Sunday in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash last week that killed an 8-year-old boy in Strawberry Mansion, authorities said.

Khadeir Harris, of North Philadelphia, has been charged with third-degree murder, homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, receiving stolen property and several other crimes, according to police.

He was allegedly behind the wheel just before 4:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 25, when a speeding white SUV struck Ja-Kha House at 33rd and Huntingdon streets. The boy died less than an hour later.

Investigators said officers found the vehicle, a 2014 Buick Enclave that had been reported stolen, abandoned near Fairmount Park in West Philadelphia. Two men had been spotted running from the vehicle, police said.

A day after the crash, authorities released surveillance images of a man detectives believed was connected to the crash. Police told Metro on Monday that Harris is the man in those photos.

(Black) Man accused of kidnapping, sexually assaulting Memorial Park jogger expected in court Monday
SUSPECT-NAME HOUSTON โ€“ A man who allegedly kidnapped, robbed and sexually assaulted a jogger in Memorial Park in late September is expected to appear in court Monday. 30-year-old Terrian Leescott Brewer is charged with aggravated sexual assault, aggravated kidnapping and aggravated robbery in the horrific incident, which occurred on Sept. 29.

During a probable cause hearing Saturday, a judge called Brewer a threat to public safety and denied him bond. Court records show Brewer is a convicted felon who had been out on bond for an alleged robbery when the Sept. 29 assault occurred.

The jogger told police a man robbed and sexually assaulted her the night of Sept. 29. As she was running near E. Memorial Loop Dr. around 11 p.m., a man grabbed her from behind, threatened her with a sharp plastic object and demanded money from her. When she struggled to free herself from his grasp, the man warned her he had a gun, and had shot people for less than what he was asking her for, according to court documents.

What ensued was a night of terror during which the man sexually assaulted the woman at numerous locations around the park while intermittently demanding money from her. Ultimately, the woman got help from a man who had been walking his dog. The Good Samaritan called police and stayed with the jogger until help arrived. Investigators identified Brewer as a suspect in the case and arrested him Friday.

2 (blacks) Charged In Double Fatal Burnsville Crash Caused By โ€˜Excessively High Speedsโ€™
black suspect black suspect MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) โ€” Two people have been charged in a high-speed crash that killed two young adults in early April. According to the Dakota County Attorneyโ€™s Office, Camille Dennis-Bond, 19 of Burnsville, faces two counts of third-degree murder, two counts of criminal vehicular homicide and one count of criminal vehicular operation in connection to the April 4 incident.

An 18-year-old man faces the same charges, but was 17 years old at the time, so he will be prosecuted as a juvenile unless the court certifies him as an adult. A delinquency petition and a petition for adult certification has been filed. According to the criminal complaint, Dennis-Bond and her brother, who is the other person charged in the incident, were racing separate vehicles at excessively high speeds prior to the crash. The pair were speeding side-by-side eastbound on County Road 42 between Burnsville Parkway and Newton Avenue in Burnsville.

Meanwhile, a motorist in a Honda CRV entered the intersection, crossing the county road, when the car driven by Dennis-Bondโ€™s brother collided into the Honda. The occupants of the Honda, Tayler Garza of Woodbury and Dalton Ford of Burnsville, died in the crash. Ford was driving. They were both 22 years old.

(Black) Syracuse ex-con arrested for fleeing scene after hitting and killing man on dirt bike, police say
black suspect Syracuse, N.Y. โ€” A Syracuse ex-convict was arrested Thursday for leaving the scene of a fatal crash on Oct. 3 that caused the death of a 33-year-old man on a dirt bike, police said. Kedarriel Lavender, 37, of Syracuse, was arrested at the Public Safety Building on State Street, according to a news release issued by the Syracuse Police Department.

Lavender will face a felony charge of leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle collision, Syracuse police spokesman Sgt. Matthew Malinowski said. He also will be charged for running a red light and unlicensed driving, Malinowski said. Michael Hathorn, of Syracuse, was riding the dirt bike west on East Colvin Street in Syracuse at about 3:30 a.m. Oct. 3 when a car traveling north on South State Street hit the dirt bike, Malinowski said.

Lavender left the scene in his vehicle, which was later recovered unoccupied, Malinowski said. Hathorn was taken to Upstate University Hospital with a head injury and pronounced dead three days later, on Oct. 6, Malinowski said. Lavender was previously convicted of 2003 armed robbery, according to Syracuse.com | The Post-Standard. Lavender and another Syracuse man were accused of stealing over $400 from a couple at gunpoint on July 16 2003 in the 100 block of Fernwood Avenue.

Two BLACK men sentenced to federal prison for destroying police car in George Floyd protest
black suspect Two Pennsylvania men have been sentenced to federal prison after they were convicted of destroying and attempting to set fire to a police vehicle during last yearโ€™s protests over the murder of George Floyd.

Daโ€™Jon Lengyel, 24, of McKees Rocks was sentenced Friday to 27 months in prison. Christopher West, 36, of Pittsburgh was ordered to serve four years, receiving more time than Lengyel in part because of his criminal history.

Videos showed two men identified as the defendants jumping up and down on the roof of the vehicle during protests on May 30, 2020, in downtown Pittsburgh. They are seen with other rioters trying to set a fire in the police car. Prosecutors said the group placed cardboard and paper into the passenger compartment and one ignited the material.

Both pleaded guilty earlier to conspiracy and obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder in connection to the riot. West still faces state charges over allegations that he took a news photographerโ€™s camera during the riot. He acknowledged wrongdoing in a lengthy speech to the court.

Bond hearing set for BLACK suspect in Memorial Park sexual assault case
SUSPECT-NAME HARRIS COUNTY, Texas โ€” A court date has been set to request bond for a man accused of multiple crimes against a woman in Memorial Park. Prosecutors said Terrian Brewer repeatedly sexually assaulted a jogger, took her money, phone and Apple Watch, and forced her to fill his carโ€™s tank at a nearby gas station. Court records show he was denied bond on Saturday during his first court appearance.

Harris County Attorney Johna Stallings said a judge set a hearing on Nov. 16 to decide if Brewer will be granted bail. She also stressed the importance of the case in support of the victim and other people who visit Memorial Park. โ€œWe know that this series of offenses rattle the public,โ€ Stallings said. โ€œItโ€™s a very well-known park where this offense occurred and weโ€™re taking this matter very seriously in order to make sure that this defendant is appropriately punished.โ€

HISPANIC Kidnapped, raped and murdered White North Dakota CO-ED in 2006
victim name FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - North Dakotaโ€™s first and only federal capital punishment case is on hold after a federal judge threw out the death sentence given to Alfonso Rodriguez Jr. in 2006 in the death of college student Dru Sjodin.

Judge Ralph Erickson cited what he called misleading testimony from a medical examiner and failures by defense attorneys to say a new sentencing phase would be warranted. Prosecutors have to decide whether they will appeal first. Thatโ€™s a question that comes as President Joe Biden personally opposes capital punishment and executions nationwide are on hold. Sjodinโ€™s family has said they support the death penalty for Rodriguez.

MUSLIM Ohio man pleads guilty in Islamic State training case
DAYTON, Ohio (AP) โ€” An Ohio man has pleaded guilty to a terrorism offense related to an attempt to fly overseas to train with an Islamic State-affiliated group. The release said that Almadaoji had traveled to Egypt prior to his arrest in order to join ISIS Wilayat Sinai, but was unsuccessful. The government accused Naser Almadaoji, an Iraqi-born U.S. citizen, of arranging with an Islamic State supporter in 2018 to move through Kazakhstan to Afghanistan, where he intended to train with a group called ISIS Wilayat Khorasan. The supporter was actually an FBI informant, and federal agents arrested Almadaoji on Oct. 24, 2018, at the Columbus airport before he departed.

Almadaoji said he hoped to to set off a car bomb at a federal building, but needed training first, according to a document unsealed Monday. Almadaoji pleaded not guilty in 2018 to a federal charge of attempting to provide material support and resources to a foreign terrorist organization.

Almadaoji pleaded guilty Friday before federal Judge Walter Rice to the same charge, which carries a possible punishment of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Sentencing was set for Jan. 31. A message was left with Almadaoji's attorney seeking comment.
