A Race War Is Prophesied
Immigration is one of the biggest concerns on Americans’ minds in this coming election. Yet most people fail to see the real danger.
Why won’t politicians secure America’s borders? Many conservatives believe Democrats are importing voters. That is true. But the plan goes beyond just that. There is also a plan to sow division, confusion, violence and terrorism. These people are essentially bringing in foot soldiers for race war and civil war! “Make no mistake! This is no light matter to pass over casually! Race war is coming!” the late Herbert W. Armstrong wrote in the October 1963 Plain Truth, based on the prophecies of the Bible. “Racial tensions, passions and hatreds are being deliberately stirred by organized planning. It will explode into mass violence that will stagger the imagination! It will be whipped into an accelerating crescendo until human blood runs like rivers!” America saw that prophecy come true to some degree in the 1960s. But as bad as racial violence at the time was, it is prophesied to get far worse in the time ahead of us. An illegal immigrant accused of killing three Floridians in a drunken car crash was deported this month, leaving families of his alleged victims reeling that he didn’t face justice.
Erwin Rommel Recinos Zuniga, 28, had been on house arrest for the 2022 crash in West Flagler that killed Paola Sabillon, her boyfriend Jason Meza and his cousin Giselle Reyes before he was sent back to Honduras Sept. 6. “He gets deported. He’s living. He’s sleeping. He is seeing his family. My sister stopped growing at 19 years old,” Miriam Castillo, Paola Sabillon’s sister, told NBC Miami. “I have lost the little bit of faith in the justice system,” her sister Jailene Najera added.

He allegedly stabbed each victim in the neck and chest multiple times. “Obviously, the allegations are troubling,” Assistant District Attorney Perry Duckles told the outlet. “They are difficult to deal with. ALBANY — A jury found a 21-year-old South Glens Falls man guilty of second-degree murder in the killing of an Albany musician/music promoter after deliberating for less than an hour in Albany County Court on Friday.
The verdict came in at 4:30 p.m. against Jeff Henderson, who was prosecuted for killing Benjamin Rowe on June 25, 2023. Henderson was also found guilty of criminal possession of a weapon. He faces 25 years to life at his scheduled sentencing at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 8. Earlier in court, Henderson did not deny shooting or killing the 25-year-old music promoter last year, instead he justified his actions by telling the jury he did so in self-defense. A Guilderland High School and state University at Albany graduate, Rowe was a popular figure in the Albany music scene. He had no connection to Henderson. Families of both Rowe and Henderson were in court Friday. Henderson said he had been heading to a party at a fraternity house on Hudson Avenue with a group of friends that night. Matthew Brewer of Queensbury was driving; in May, the 20-year-old pleaded guilty to attempted hindering of prosecution. At an intersection around Hamilton Street, someone walked in front of them, and someone in the car shouted profanity at the pedestrian, Henderson said. The defendant said he couldn’t remember if it was him who shouted, but that the person — Rowe — responded with a hand gesture. Henderson said he and two friends got out to walk to the party while Brewer and another friend went to a store on Ontario Street when they saw Rowe a second time. Video later presented in court shows Henderson and two others on the street as Rowe walks past. The group turns to him and confronts him. “I asked Mr. Rowe why he had flipped the car off,” Henderson said. The two continued “having words,” he said. Rowe, dressed in a T-shirt and skinny jeans, stood only six feet from Henderson. Henderson said he was watching his hands. One held a cigarette. The other, he said, was reaching in his pocket. A one-time Venezuelan prison gang has erupted into a multinational migrant crime syndicate that is ravaging the US — and is the subject of more than 100 police investigations across the nation. Tren de Aragua, a vicious South American gang that sneaked into the US among the millions of migrants who have crossed the border, is peddling drugs, guns and women across the 50 states — from urban centers like New York and Chicago to Florida beaches and once-tranquil Middle America. In Colorado, the gang even got a “green light” to shoot at cops, according to a federal memo. “I would say that like six months ago, their organized presence wasn’t so obvious on the border,” a Texas law enforcement source told The Post. “But now they’re getting organized and they’re staying. “They’ve definitely gotten their operations organized to facilitate movement, to facilitate human trafficking, to get people in to cross the border, and once they get them across the border, to get them to other locations throughout the country,” the source said. “They’re taking over hotels, they’re taking over apartment complexes. That’s their MO. They’re coming and they’re taking over.” One federal official described the gang as “MS-13 on steroids” — a reference to the brutal Salvadoran street gang that has terrorized communities on Long Island and elsewhere in recent years, according to a new report on the marauding migrants by the Wall Street Journal. “It’s a certainty that the Tren has expanded,” another source told the outlet. “And they have a big market for narco-trafficking in the US.” The gang’s tentacles have cut deep into the country in a matter of months, with gangbangers recruiting members inside tax-funded migrant shelters set up to handle the overflow of asylum seekers. Hampering law enforcement efforts to curtail the gang’s violence are the “sanctuary city” policies in left-leaning hubs like Chicago and the Big Apple — with local pols refusing to work with federal immigration. “Sanctuary states and cities do not share any information with immigration authorities,” one source with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement told The Post on Thursday. “Local police department arrests don’t lead to detainers from ICE, which in turn do not lead to arrests by ICE,” the source said. “They do not contact us when they find out the subject is possibly illegal. “That is where the difficulty lies.” Among the recent hotspots hampered by Tren violence is Chicago, where gang member Jean Franco Torres-Roman, 21, was nabbed trying to stash a gun at a shooting and was seen dumping 43 rounds of ammunition under a nearby garbage can, according to a police report. But a Cook County judge cut him loose — allowing Roman to flee to Denver, where he went on to terrorize workers at a jewelry store, pistol-whipping several before making off with stolen gems. In Denver, four Venezuelan migrants with ties to the gang were indicted last week in the violent armed robbery of another jewelry store — including two with busts in other states. |

Granddaughter arrested, charged in murder of (black) elderly Fort Lauderdale couple
FORT LAUDERDALE — The granddaughter of a murdered elderly Fort Lauderdale couple has been arrested and charged with their murder, police said.
On Thursday, Fort Lauderdale police said Jalisa Hill, 38, is charged in the March killing of Major and Claudette Melvin. Her boyfriend, Maurice Anthony Newsom, 30, was arrested last month and charged with their murders. Newson faces two counts of first-degree murder and one count of robbery with a firearm. Newsom, an on-and-off again boyfriend of Hill, was previously arrested in May for stealing the Melvin's 2014 red Ford Fusion after they were murdered and then trying to sell it, according to police. At that time, he was charged with theft of a motor vehicle and dealing in stolen property. Neighbor Tommy Lavelle knew the Melvins for 25 years. He was relieved to learn of an arrest. The Melvins were "nice people, and I hated to see somebody get away with that," Lavelle said. |

(Black) Man in custody in connection with murder of Goldsboro woman, police say
GOLDSBORO, N.C. (WNCN) — A man who was wanted for an August murder turned himself in to police Wednesday morning, according to the Goldsboro Police Department.
Jaalin Dasani Applewhite, 21 of Goldsboro, was reported by police as wanted in connection to the murder of 23-year-old Nymirra J. Bynum, also of Goldsboro. Applewhite is being held at the Wayne County Detention Center without bond. Bynum died from her injuries on August 2 after being shot in her home that day on the 300 block of Kornegay Street in Goldsboro, according to the police. |

"One of the ladies that came with me, she took a picture of the Democrats on the other side as we were speaking and telling our stories, us, the mothers, mothers crying, telling our stories – and one of them is sleeping, and the other one's on his phone," said Patty Morin, whose daughter Rachel was brutally raped and murdered after police say an illegal immigrant attacked her on a jogging trail near her home in Maryland. Cathie Groenewold, a church friend of Morin's who took the photo, said she found Nadler's demeanor deeply offensive. "I was astounded at the careless attitude of Jerry Nadler and… the man sitting to his right," she told Fox News Digital. "They are pouring out their hearts, these women, who have lost their children to fentanyl and the most gruesome murders you could imagine, and they don’t have the common decency to sit up and give them their undivided attention." Nadler and other Democrats appeared to treat the hearing as a partisan "stunt," she said. "I'm sorry, but these women are drawing attention to a serious issue," she said. "It's not a stunt, and they weren't coerced into coming." Morin's 37-year-old daughter was a mother of five and small business owner. KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The man accused of shooting and killing Lisa Lopez-Galvan at the end of the Chiefs Super Bowl rally is scheduled to stand trial in January 2026.
Dominic Miller, 19, is charged in Jackson County Court with second-degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon. A judge set Miller's bond at $1 million, cash-only. He is being held in the Jackson County Detention Center. The shooting happened at the end of the Chiefs Kingdom Champions Victory Parade and rally on Wednesday, Feb. 14, outside Union Station. Police officers responded to the sounds of gunfire in the area of Pershing and Kessler roads, according to a court document. Two (Black) suspects arrested in death of 12-year-old Dayton girl
DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) -- Sources at the Dayton Police Department say two suspects have been arrested in the death of a 12-year-old girl who was shot and killed while sleeping in her bed Friday morning.
According to the Montgomery County Jail, Antawan Benson and Javen Conner are due in court at 1:45 p.m. Thursday. Benson is booked on a charge of having weapons under disability. Conner is booked on a murder charge. Police sources say both were suspects in Isabella A'more Carlos' death and were arrested by a homicide detective. Earlier this week, Miami Valley Crime Stoppers announced it's offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to suspects. Police say approximately 37 rifle rounds were fired at the scene during the shooting, striking 33, 39 and 41 West Fairview Avenue homes. Police did not think her home was the intended target. Earlier this week, Dayton Police Major Brian Johns said, “We're trying our best to try to bring some justice to Isabella and her family and that's why we're actually here today. A lot of folks that investigated these crimes, it's been a busy, busy summer. So they have very little sleep, including myself but we're trying to make this happen, and make arrests in this case." Two children, aged two and five, were forced to crawl through their mother’s blood to get help after she was shot dead, police say. Laquana Lang, 27, was killed on Saturday at a house in Augusta, Georgia. Davante Parks, 26, who is believed to have had a relationship with Lang, has been charged with her murder. He is being held in Richmond County Jail on one count of murder, two counts of cruelty to children in the first degree, possession of firearm or knife during commission of a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, according to jail records. Arrest warrants, obtained by WRDW, revealed the horrific circumstances of the killing. Following the shooting, Lang’s two young children were left alone with her body for more than four hours. The children eventually crawled through a pool of her blood to seek help. They also identified Parks, who is believed to be their stepfather, as the shooter, according to police. The shooting comes less than two months after Parks was released on parole after shooting Brittney McKie in May 2016, according to an arrest warrant from the time. McKie was wounded in her right arm, right thigh, left middle finger, and “possibly her genitals” acccording to the initial deputy report. Parks was charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and pleaded guilty. “I didn’t go to sleep; I haven’t been to sleep since I heard he was out,” McKie told WJBF after reports broke of Park’s latest arrest. “Saturday I had to find out from a Facebook post that it was him that was out– nobody told me he was out.” |

Two men are now facing the death penalty in connection to a 2023 kidnapping and murder of a Doral man whose apartment was ransacked by armed home invaders who claimed they were members of a violent Venezuelan street gang.
On top of the first-degree murder charges, Assistant State Attorney Gabriela Alfaro told Judge Laura Cruz the state will be prosecuting the co-defendants on robbery home invasion, carjacking, kidnapping, and burglary charges. According to an arrest warrant, Sanchez-Valera had gone to a hotel in Miami to meet a woman the night of Nov. 27. Surveillance video from the hotel showed him leaving and getting into his Toyota 4Runner as three suspects in dark clothing emerged from a silver sedan and physically removed him from the driver's seat, the warrant said. Sanchez-Valera was forcibly placed in the back seat of his SUV as the suspects fled, the warrant said. Hours later, a home invasion robbery was reported at Sanchez-Valera's apartment in the 6400 block of Northwest 102 Path in Doral. According to the warrant, two armed males entered Sanchez-Valera's apartment and demanded jewelry from Valera's roommate. They also took a safe from Sanchez-Valera's bedroom and fled in the silver sedan, the warrant said. After the home invasion robbery, the roommate contacted Sanchez-Valera's son, who was able to track Sanchez-Valera's location with a phone app. Sanchez-Valera's "blood splattered" 4Runner was discovered at Northwest 28th Street and Northwest 37th Avenue with his body in the back seat. He had his hands and feet bound, the warrant said. |

An undocumented migrant who was released at the border last year was arrested for abducting a teenage girl walking on her way to her Virginia high school, according to a new report. Jesus Enrique Ramirez Cabrera, 23, was arrested Friday after allegedly approaching the girl on her morning walk to school and falsely identifying himself as a police officer, according to Fox News. The undocumented migrant from Peru allegedly forced the high schooler into his car and drove away with her — until she was able to jump out of the vehicle and run away, according to her mom. “She told me that she did it regardless of whether she broke a bone,” the mom told InsideNoVA. “She took the risk because she was afraid that she would be raped or murdered.” Authorities were able to locate Cabrera’s red Jeep SUV within 48 hours, leading to his arrest. Cabrera was caught last year crossing the border illegally in Arizona before he was released into the US, sources told Fox. “This horrific crime is a direct result of Kamala Harris putting her political agenda above the safety of American citizens,” Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares wrote on X of the presidential candidate tasked with leading the current administrations border policies. “It’s not just negligence; it’s a betrayal,” he added. “Our communities’ safety should never be sacrificed for reckless, politically driven decisions.” Cabrera was charged with abduction, robbery, impersonating a police officer and petit larceny. A South Carolina inmate forced to choose his execution method left the decision to his lawyer, who reluctantly selected lethal injection rather than the electric chair or a firing squad.
Freddie Owens, 46, said in court papers he cannot choose his execution method because doing so would be taking an active role in his own death and, citing his Muslim faith, he believes suicide is a sin, according to The Associated Press. Owens' execution is set for Sept. 20 for the 1997 killing of store clerk Irene Graves during a string of robberies in Greenville, which will mark the first time South Carolina has put an inmate to death in more than 13 years after an involuntary pause in executions over struggles in recent years obtaining lethal injection drugs. OSWEGO — Jaiwann D. Watson, the Syracuse man charged with shooting an Oswego man in April during an argument about drugs, made his first appearance, since being arraigned, in Oswego County Court on Thursday.
Watson, 21, is charged with second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter, first-degree criminal use of a firearm, first-degree burglary, first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon in the fatal shooting of Nathan Goodway, 31. Watson, who has been held without bail at the county facility on Churchill Road in Oswego since his arrest, appeared for the first time with new attorney Shaun Chase of Syracuse. |

ST. LOUIS (First Alert 4) -- A 42-year-old man was convicted Tuesday of a 2021 murder in Madison, Illinois.
Larry D. Lovett was found guilty of first-degree murder, attempted armed robbery and unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon. He faces up to 75 years in prison on the murder conviction. Lovett was charged after an attempted robbery and shooting on Dec. 7, 2021, in Madison. Andre Hutson, 38, died in the shooting in the 1700 block of Wayne Lanter Avenue. He was shot multiple times. A co-defendant in the case, William A. Jenkins, was found guilty in 2022 of first-degree murder and armed robbery. He received a 75-year prison sentence. (Black) Man gets 50-year sentence for 2020 kidnapping, murder of Norfolk teen
NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — Devin Albritton will spend the next 39 years in prison, plus another 11 in suspended time, after a Newport News judge sentenced him Friday afternoon.
Albritton was charged with first-degree murder after he and his wife, Crystal Kaiser-Albritton, kidnapped and killed 17-year-old Asia Cowell in 2020 to keep the teen from testifying in her own rape case. They both pleaded guilty. In court Friday, Judge Christopher Papile told Albritton, "This was senseless, but we do know the motive. I don't believe it could be more depraved or grotesque." He added that Cowell "was more than brutally murdered; she was executed." In addition to the prison time, Papile sentenced Albritton to 25 years of uniformed good behavior and five years of supervised probation. According to an investigation, the Albrittons lured Cowell to a home in Norfolk, tricking her into thinking she was there for a hair appointment. They held her captive there before taking her to Newport News, where she was shot and killed. Though Albritton didn't shoot the gun that killed Cowell, Judge Papile told him, "You could have prevented it, no question." Papile added that he struggled with the sentence, saying, "I can't imagine what that girl went through." |
Two (negroes) face murder charges from Kinnaird Avenue fatal shooting in Fort Wayne
Two people have been arrested and face preliminary charges of murder stemming from the Labor Day shooting on Kinnaird Avenue, Fort Wayne police said Friday.
Damerion Freeman, 19, and Trace Pallone, 24, were arrested Thursday after an investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department's Homicide Unit, a news release said. They were booked into Allen County jail facing charges of murder (acting in concert), felony murder, and attempted robbery. The police department's Gang and Violent Crime Unit assisted in the investigation along with other related local departments and agencies. A 24-year-old Fort Wayne man was identified Wednesday as the victim of the shooting. The Allen County Coroner's office said Zane Elijah Stoll died Monday evening from multiple gunshot wounds. His death is the 30th homicide of the year in the county. A probable cause affidavit released late Friday afternoon indicated Pallone and Freeman went to Lutheran Park where Stoll planned to meet with someone. The "confrontation between the two guys had something to do with his child's mother." |

HOUSTON — A man has been arrested and charged in the killing and carjacking of a 90-year-old Navy veteran over the weekend, Houston police announced Wednesday. Kyliel Denzel Arceneaux, 21, faces several charges, including capital murder, two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and tampering with evidence. Arceneaux is accused of shooting and killing Nelson Beckett on Saturday outside an assisted living apartment complex off Westbrae Parkway in southwest Houston. Police said after he pistol-whipped and shot the victim, Arceneaux took his car and ran Beckett over as he sped away. According to court documents, Arceneaux also threatened two people who were trying to help Beckett. Tim Beckett said the family is relieved to know the accused gunman is in custody. "We're glad to hear he was captured," Beckett said. “We’re very thankful that there’s been a lot of support, it doesn’t bring him back but we are thankful for the support, from those who contributed to finding the culprit." Beckett’s car was found less than three miles away from where the shooting happened. Arceneaux allegedly tried to wipe his fingerprints off of the stolen car and throw away the bloody shirt he wore the day of the shooting. A $15,000 reward was offered in the case but it was HPD and the Texas DPS's Criminal Intelligence Division that identified Arceneaux as the suspect. He was arrested on Tuesday. Court documents say Dana Jermaine Shepherd, 52, was arrested in Boone County, Missouri last week. He’s charged with two counts of murder and one count of rape related to the death of Carmen Hope Van Huss.
Carmen Van Huss was a 19-year-old college student living at an apartment complex on North Harcourt Road on the north side of Indianapolis in 1993. When Van Huss didn’t show up to work at Pizza Hut March 24th of that year, her co-workers started making phone calls. Van Huss’ father went to her apartment and found his daughter dead on the floor. She was completely naked and had been stabbed 61 times. She was stabbed in the head, face and body. DNA was taken at the time and throughout the years to eliminate multiple suspects, but detectives had no luck in matching the DNA to a solid suspect. That was until the year 2000 when DNA samples were added to national and state databases. Twenty-three years later, detectives with Indianapolis Metro Police were given a tip that the DNA samples from the crime scene matched the relative of a potential person of interest. Police say Dana Shepherd’s DNA matches that of a blood stain found at the scene. Shepherd, who would’ve been 21 at the time, lived in the same apartment building. Shepherd and Van Huss’ rooms were connected through a common area. Shepherd now works as a custodian at the University of Missouri. He was arrested Friday and is currently held in the Boone County Jail in Missouri. Shepherd has a criminal history with a few cases in both Indiana and Missouri, although nothing of the severity of the Van Huss case. He has a court hearing set for Wednesday, September 4th. The assailant is accused of using a screwdriver or pocketknife in the attack, the FBI said. Shepherd and Van Huss lived in the same apartment complex. WIBC reported. “We hope after all this time people understand just how violent my sister’s murder was,” Jimmy Van Huss, the victim’s brother, told WXIN. “She was raped and stabbed over 60 times and my dad had to see her like that, blood everywhere, blood on walls, his daughter was naked, laying there … he had to see that. A Chicago man who allegedly shot and killed four passengers at random as they were sleeping on a train on Monday has been charged.
Rhanni S. Davis, 30, is charged with four counts of first-degree murder, Fox Chicago reported. The four victims were sleeping on a Chicago Transit Authority Blue Line train around 5:30 a.m. when they were shot, authorities said. The train arrived at the Forest Park station and CTA workers notified police. Three victims were pronounced dead at the scene. The fourth victim was taken to Loyola University Medical Center before being pronounced dead. Two of the victims were identified as Adrian Collins, 60, and Simeon Bihesi, 28. The other two victims have so far been identified only as a male and a female. Davis fled the scene after the shootings but was arrested on the CTA's Pink Line. Police reportedly recovered a gun during the arrest. "This heinous and egregious act of violence should never have occurred, nonetheless on a public transit train," the CTA said in a statement. (BLACK AFRICAN) Man charged with murder of woman found dead at Logan Airport extradited from Kenya to Boston
BOSTON - Kevin Kangethe, the man accused of stabbing his girlfriend to death, leaving her in an SUV at Logan Airport in Boston and fleeing to Kenya last year, is back in Massachusetts to face charges.
The FBI's Boston office said Monday they brought Kangethe back from Nairobi on a flight to Boston Saturday evening after he spent ten months overseas. He's now being held by the Massachusetts State Police and will be arraigned on a first degree murder charge in Suffolk Superior Court Tuesday. Investigators say Kangethe stabbed 31-year-old Maggie Mbitu of Whitman to death and then took a one-way flight to Kenya on October 31. Mbitu was found in a car at a Logan Airport garage on November 2, three days after her family reported her missing. Kangethe was arrested in Kenya on January 29, but he escaped from a police station there a few days later by slipping out into a minivan. He was captured again on February 14 outside of Nairobi and was indicted in Mbitu's murder in Suffolk County. Kangethe, 42, of Lowell, renounced his American citizenship. The extradition process to get him back to Boston took nearly seven months. |

Illegal immigrant arrested after stabbing of teen girl at Indiana baseball game: police
A previously deported illegal immigrant from Honduras was arrested Sunday, authorities said, following an intense manhunt in Indiana after he was deemed a person of interest in the random stabbing of a teen girl at a baseball game.
The manhunt for Dimas Gabriel Yanez, 26, began Saturday after a 14-year-old girl was stabbed in the hand with a butcher-style knife while at her brother’s baseball game in unincorporated Lowell, Indiana, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office said. When the girl’s mother tried to help, the suspect also tried to stab the mother before fleeing, according to authorities. The teen has since been treated and released from a hospital. Authorities recovered a knife believed to have been used in the attack and named Yanez as a person of interest, warning the public that he should be considered armed and dangerous. The sheriff’s office said Yanez had previously been deported to Honduras in 2018 and "may have been engaged in criminal activity across the United States since returning to the country illegally." |

Convicted killer who's been deported four times arrested again in Houston, ICE says 
HOUSTON — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Houston have arrested a woman who once served time for murder and has been deported repeatedly since 2000.
Maribel Martinez Garcia, 40, was arrested in north Houston on Thursday by ICE's Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO). They said she had a counterfeit Social Securit card and a fake lawful permanent re According to ICE, Martinez is a Mexican national who was 16 the first time she got caught entering the U.S. illegally in 2000. She was arrested by ICE agents in Houston and deported. On January 1, 2004, border patrol agents caught Martinez trying to enter Progreso in South Texas and she voluntarily returned to Mexico. She tried to cross into Progreso again nine days later on January 10 but was sent back a third time. It's not clear when Martinez successfully entered the U.S. for the fourth time but she was arrested on Jan. 1, 2007, and charged with capital murder. In 2008, she was convicted of the lesser charge of murder and sentenced to 20 years in prison. Garcia served a few years in prison before being sent back to Mexico. She came back at some point and ERO Houston tracked her down with help from ERO New Orleans. |

A Manhattan pizzeria worker who was allegedly beaten by an enraged customer and then mauled by the man’s dog is in a coma, according to his angry colleagues who said they don’t accept his accused assailant’s apology.
Zakaria El Sherief was attacked by a pit bull at Roma Pizza late Aug. 19, police and sources said. At Roma Pizzeria Saturday, an employee who gave his name as Rodrigo told The Post during a lunch rush that El Sherief was “still in the hospital” and “in a coma,” per his manager, who has been visiting the pizzeria worker since the attack. Rodrigo said the vicious assault — which was caught on surveillance video — shook workers. “Not safe,” he said when asked how he felt after the incident. The brutal beatdown was set in motion when El Sherief told the crazed customer the dog wasn’t allowed in the eatery, cops and sources said. The dog’s owner, Tyshaun Watson, 35, was hit with an attempted murder charge for allegedly pummeling the employee, authorities said. The suspect muttered “sorry” when he was cuffed, cops said. Asked if his colleagues accepted Watson’s apology for the assault, he said bluntly, “Hell no!” A sign warning customers that dogs weren’t allowed in the pizzeria had been torn down, although Rodrigo wasn’t sure by whom. “Nobody cares. Nobody listens. We have a sign over here — they took it off,” he said with disgust. El Sherief tried to wave off Watson for bringing his dog inside the Flatiron eatery, sparking a heated argument, according to sources. Watson flew into a rage, kicking and punching the worker, cops said. The dog then hopped on top of the injured worker, biting him several times all over his body, according to the video and sources. Watson also went back and kicked the worker in the head several times, according to footage of the attack. The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, intubated and unconscious, sources said. Watson was charged with attempted murder and assault with attempt to cause disfigurement or dismemberment, police said. “Sadly, since August 19, 2024 Zach has been in the hospital in ICU under critical condition with brain bleeding and is unable to move the left side of his body,” according to a GoFundMe started for El Sherief to help pay his medical bills. Tyshael Elise Martin, 34, claimed to have discovered little Jamaria Session unresponsive when she went to wake her up for a family vacation to California on June 17, WESH 2 reported. But investigators sought out footage from their Montverde home’s security system because the little girl was covered in cuts, bruises, burns and even bite marks, the outlet said. An accused Kenyan serial killer dubbed “a vampire” and suspected of murdering 42 women has escaped from custody with 12 other detainees, officials said Tuesday.
Mohamed Amin, the head of the nation’s Directorate of Criminal Investigations, said Collins Jumaisi Khalusha of Kenya and other suspects from Eritrea had been allowed to escape from Nairobi’s Gigiri police station with the help of eight officers, including the station commanders. Officials claim the inmates cut through wire mesh in their cells and scaled a perimeter wall, with top brass only learning of the escape when officers went to the cells to serve the detainees breakfast. “Our preliminary investigations indicate that the escape was aided by insiders, considering that officers were deployed accordingly to guard the station,” Amin said. “This was a high-value suspect who was to face serious charges,” Amin said of Khalusha, 33 — whom police have described as “a vampire, a psychopath.” “We are investigating the incident and will take action accordingly,” Amin said. The breakout occurred after officials ordered Khalusha to remain under police custody for another week as detectives continued to investigate the 42 homicides linked to him. OLATHE, Kan. (KCTV) - A Johnson County judge sentenced a Kansas City, Missouri, to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Zarrell Semaj Finley, 26, was convicted of first-degree murder for a 2022 gas station shooting. On July 31, 2022, the Overland Park Police Department said it was called to the BP gas station at 8698 College Blvd. with reports of shots fired. When they arrived, they found Shaquille J. Jackson, the victim, was seriously wounded. He was taken to a nearby hospital and pronounced deceased by medical officials. Witnesses told police the suspect, later identified as Finley, had sped away from the scene in a Toyota Highlander before police arrived. Finley was found, arrested and charged with murder in the first degree and felon in possession of a firearm. |

A Paris, Texas, father has been charged with attempted capital murder after he allegedly gave his infant child gasoline to drink, police say.
The Paris Police Department told Fox News Digital 24-year-old Edgar James Bridgemon was also charged with evading arrest. On Saturday, officers responded to the 1300 block of Pine Bluff Street to help Paris Emergency Services. Police learned that a 4-month-old infant was allegedly given gasoline to drink by Bridgemon. After learning who the father was, officers saw Bridgemon fleeing on foot. After a brief pursuit, he was taken into custody. Police said Bridgemon admitted to giving the infant gasoline to drink, intending to end the child’s life. He was arrested for attempted capital murder and later processed and jailed. |

Two suspected illegal immigrants were charged Sunday in a knifepoint rape near the Coney Island boardwalk. Authorities said the assailants attacked a 46-year-old woman and beat up her boyfriend who tried to intervene.
New York City police said David Davon-Bonilla, 24, from Nicaragua, and Leovando Moreno, 37, from Mexico, were taken into custody following the incident. Mr. Davon-Bonilla is facing charges of rape and sexual abuse on top of assault, menacing and weapons offenses. Mr. Moreno was charged with assault and weapons charges, and he will be psychologically evaluated at a hospital. Authorities said the attack happened on the corner of Surf Avenue and West 16th Street at about 9 p.m. when two men shoved the woman to the ground. Police said one of the suspect’s held a knife to the woman’s throat while he raped her. The woman’s 34-year-old boyfriend, who left her briefly to go buy a coffee, tried to fend off the suspects once he spotted the assault taking place. One of the suspects hit the boyfriend in the head with an unknown object as he ran toward his girlfriend. Police said they arrested Mr. Davon-Bonilla first, and later took Mr. Moreno into custody. Both men are thought to be homeless. |

Investigators say Burton confessed saying she asked me why I was doing it and that I didn't have to do it. "She asked him if he knew God and she forgave him, and he murdered her," Ogg said. "He went back to the scene several times because he heard her coming back to life." Nancy Adleman's family attended the execution. "Her husband, her oldest son, her brother," said Ogg. "Arthur Burton looked entirely different today than he looked in the hearing about his mental health and well being. His last ditch effort to use intellectual disability to escape the death penalty." Burton's brother Michael was his only relative to witness the execution. "He said he was sorry but did not admit on the gurney as to what he did," Ogg said. "I want the public to know he beat Nancy Adelman just about to death and he strangled her to finish the job." Burton is the third inmate to be put to death in Texas this year. ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A metro Atlanta father is standing trial for the murder of his eight-year-old daughter in Gwinnett County and the girl’s step-mother is also accused of murder.
Cledir Barros is standing trial in connection to the murder of 8-year-old Sayra. Investigators said on Jan. 30, stepmother Natiela Barros was angry with Sayra and allegedly hit her in the back of the neck between 10 and 20 times with a wooden rolling pin. Detective Angela Carter answered questions from the prosecution on the stand about what she encountered during her investigation. “He said that she had an anger problem, and she said the anger stemmed from her being the child of another woman when they were separated,” Carter said. After Sayra passed out, Natiela called Cledir. When he came home, he allegedly prayed over Sayra for 10 to 20 minutes before calling 911. The homicide detective testified Cledir told her that the child’s stepmother had an anger problem and that there had been prior signs of abuse. “He mentioned an incident where Sayra got in trouble at school for stealing and when the school called about it the mother took things too far and hit her in the back of the neck and she skipped and fell into some stairs,” Carter said. The girl’s father was charged with second degree murder and two counts of child cruelty. The stepmother could take the stand as early as Friday. |

The older one came inside and said she was scared. When asked why, the girl asked her mom to go outside. Minies was reportedly following Holman closely and asking him about money, Detective Luke MacDonald wrote in a probable cause affidavit. |

Nicole N. Cunigan, Jr. is accused of murdering 32-year-old Precious Taste, her unborn fetus and a teen on Shaftesbury Road in May. He was eventually found and taken into custody in the Cleveland area. 2 men sentenced to over 65 years for 2022 murder of Indy funeral director
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office on Monday announced the sentencing of two men responsible for the killing of an Indianapolis funeral director who was gunned down after being robbed in 2022.
Jashon Wallace-Carswell and Stacey Fuller were sentenced to serve over 65 years for their roles in the shooting death of James Dixon III after pleading guilty in June following a four-day trial, according to a release. Wallace-Carswell was sentenced to 66 years and was found guilty of two counts of murder and robbery resulting in serious bodily injury (Level 2 Felony). Fuller was sentenced to 76 years and was found guilty of two counts of murder, robbery resulting in serious bodily injury (Level 2 Felony), two counts of armed robbery (Level 3 Felony), and criminal recklessness (Level 5 Felony). On Aug. 4, 2022, officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to a carjacking that occurred at a residence in the 5000 block of Gateway Drive. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim, who stated she was sitting in her vehicle when two men approached and forced her out of the vehicle at gunpoint. The men were later identified as Wallace-Carswell and Fuller. The following day, the IMPD Covert Robbery Team placed a tracker on the vehicle and, along with IMPD SWAT, began tracking and surveilling it. On Aug. 6, an FBI agent observed the vehicle traveling north on Lafayette Road, eventually stopping at a business on Belleview Place. The agent then saw Wallace-Carswell and Fuller approach Dixon and begin arguing with him. As the agent attempted to exit his vehicle to intervene, he heard multiple gunshots and saw Dixon fall to the ground. Wallace-Carswell and Fuller fled the scene in the stolen vehicle and were pursued by officers. Wallace-Carswell was quickly taken into custody. Fuller then fled on foot and fired a shot at an IMPD SWAT vehicle before he was taken into custody. |

Des Moines police say a woman died Friday, nearly a week after being shot multiple times in her legs.
Officers responded to the report of a shooting at the intersection of Cambridge Street and Ovid Avenue around 3:45 a.m. July 27. Sign up for our Newsletters "Patrol officers and Polk County Sheriff's Office deputies arrived at the scene to find 42-year-old Des Moines resident Nikki Marie Loffredo suffering from multiple gunshot injuries to her legs," according to a news release from Des Moines police. "Lifesaving measures, including the application of tourniquets, were immediately initiated." Loffredo died Friday due to those injuries. Police have arrested James Bernard Johnson, 43, of Des Moines, and charged him with first-degree murder and felon in possession of a firearm. "Evidence in the investigation indicates that as Loffredo was walking along Cambridge Street, she was approached by Johnson who was driving in the area," according to the release. "Video evidence shows the vehicle stop next to Loffredo. Loffredo was shot at least three times and the vehicle is seen speeding away from the scene." Johnson is in custody at Polk County Jail.
