BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK NBA Star's Nephew Convicted in Road Rage Shooting That Injured a WHITE FEMALE TEEN - BULLET WENT THROUGH HER SPINAL CORD
๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire BLACK SUSPECT ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire WHITE VICTIM WHITE VICTIM WHITE VICTIM wounded victim The nephew of a former Washington Wizards star was convicted Thursday in a road rage shooting that injured two teenagers in 2019. Elimar DePaula Padilla was wounded so severely, doctors told her she would never walk again. She was 19 years old when she got into her then boyfriendโ€™s Infiniti sedan about 7:30 p.m. Aug. 8, 2019.

He drove to an apartment complex on Crystal Hill Circle in Germantown, Maryland. Unfamiliar with the area, he made a lane change, cutting off another car a Chrysler 200, enraging the driver, 30-year-old Dโ€™Andre Wall. Moments later, Wall fired a handgun into the back of the Infiniti before fleeing the scene, prosecutors said. Padilla and the driver were struck and injured.

โ€œThe doctors told me Iโ€™m never gonna walk again, that it was a complete spinal cord injury,โ€ Padilla said. โ€œThe bullet went through my spinal cord.โ€ A few hours later, Wall exchanged texts with his uncle โ€“ NBA star John Wall, who was playing for the Washington Wizards at that time โ€“ asking for help getting a hotel room in North Carolina that night. He also texted he might need a lawyer, sending a screen shot of the apartment complexโ€™s emergency alert about the shooting.

Padilla testified at the trial, but after her appearance, she had to watch the proceedings via a Zoom link in another room. She said after Dโ€™Andre Wall was found guilty, she was told the judge felt her continued presence in the courtroom in a wheelchair could have unduly influenced the jury. โ€œIt kind of just caught me off guard, because I wasnโ€™t them to deny me something that should be my right,โ€ Padilla said.

Padilla has vowed that she will walk again. Montgomery County Stateโ€™s Attorney John McCarthy noted Wall was legally prohibited from carrying a gun.

โ€œHe should not have had a handgun in the first place based on the convictions he had down in Raleigh, North Carolina,โ€ McCarthy said. Dโ€™Andre Wall was convicted of one count of attempted manslaughter for the shots that injured the driver of the Infiniti sedan. He also was convicted of using a handgun in a violent crime. He is scheduled for sentencing on Jan. 10. He faces a maximum sentence of 60 years in prison.

HISPANIC FUGITIVE psychiatrist Miami-Dade Sex Crimes Suspect Captured After Years On The Run
MIAMI (CBSMiami) โ€“ Former South Florida psychiatrist and fugitive sex crimes suspect Dr. Joan Humberto Marcelino is back behind bars in Miami-Dade, after years on the run.

An arrest warrant was issued for Marcelino on Sept. 27, 2011, after an investigation uncovered information indicating he allegedly engaged in sexual contact with victims under the age of 18, according to the Miami-Dade State Attorneyโ€™s Office. But before he could be taken into custody, he fled to the Dominican Republic.

Attempts to return Marcelino to Miami-Dade were initially unsuccessful due to extradition laws. However, in January 2020, the Extradition Unit of the Miami-Dade State Attorneyโ€™s Office requested a status review of the case, and it turned out, the treaty between the US and the Dominican Republic had changed, allowing for his extradition.

He is now facing charges of lewd and lascivious molestation on a child 12-16 years old, lewd and lascivious exhibition on a child under 16, unlawful sexual activity with a specified minor and indecent exposure. Marcelino, according to prosecutors, appeared to use his gym membership to meet high school students who later became his victims.

Police said the incident happened at Leonardโ€™s Mountain Top home after midnight on Saturday. And officers responded to the scene after Watson called 911 to report the killing. โ€œSomebody got killed,โ€ the suspect said.

Disgruntled (Black) neighbor who killed 9 by arson gets life sentence
black suspect An Ohio man was sentenced to life in prison on Tuesday for killing nine people in his neighborhood in arson fires. Stanley Ford, 62, was ordered by Judge Christine Croce to serve the terms consecutively.

Ford was found guilty in September to 26 of 29 counts against him, including aggravated murder and aggravated arson, for the fires prosecutors said he set because of feuds with neighbors. Prosecutors said Ford killed a couple in a 2016 blaze and then two adults and five children in a fire the next year.

Ford has maintained his innocence. During his trial, prosecutors presented surveillance footage, testimony from neighbors and security alarm records to pin the crimes on Ford. Fordโ€™s attorney argued at trial that his client could not be identified in the surveillance videos and said that other potential suspects were identified.

INDIAN-named Pharma executive is murdered by (BLACK) would-be robber who saw him win $10k at casino: Killer 'followed victim for 50 MILES then shot him dead in his home as wife and kids slept upstairs'
black suspect victim name A New Jersey pharmacy executive was murdered in his home after a robber who witnessed him win $10,000 at a Philadelphia casino trailed him 50 miles to his home to rob him. Sree Aravapalli, 54, was shot multiple times inside his Plainsboro, New Jersey home in the early hours of Tuesday during an attempted robbery after he was spotted winning $10,000 at Parx Casino just outside of Philadelphia and cashing in the windfall.

Police say 27-year-old Jekai Reid-John, who did not know Aravapalli, then followed him for 50 miles to his residence in a quiet, upper class New Jersey suburb in the dead of night. Security footage from a nearby farm stand captured Reid-John's car trailing Aravapalli's, NBC New York reported.

When the pharmaceutical executive arrived home shortly after 3 am, the 27-year-old was close behind and broke in through a back sliding door. Aravapalli was still downstairs when Reid-John shot and killed him while his daughter and wife were asleep upstairs, police said.

Naked Georgia NEGRO arrested in NC after stealing truck from Charlotte, breaking into home, deputies say
black suspect chicken thief UNION COUNTY, N.C. (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) โ€“ A naked Georgia man was arrested in Union County last Friday after deputies said he crashed a stolen box truck from Charlotte, fled the scene and broke into a home, according to the Union County Sheriffโ€™s Office. Deputies accused 24-year-old Demetrius Oglesby of Snellville, Georgia, of crashing a stolen box truck from a Charlotte business down an embankment in the 6600 block of Weddington Road on Oct. 22.

A witness reportedly told authorities that a man was seen running from the vehicle after the crash. Deputies started using K9 units to check the area. During the search, a โ€œstartledโ€ homeowner on Chambwood Drive reported a man inside her home who was โ€œcompletely in the nude.โ€ The homeowner told authorities they confronted the man and he had fled the house.

A short time later, deputies received a call concerning a โ€œsuspicious personโ€ on Potter Road about a naked man wrapped in a piece of construction material. Deputies responded and found Oglesby wearing a piece of house wrap used to cover the outside of homes during construction.

Oglesby had allegedly fashioned the material in a โ€œmakeshift togaโ€ that was failing to cover his body parts. Deputies said they were able to identify Oglesby as the driver of the stolen truck and learned that he was the naked intruder who entered the Chambwood Drive home.

The sheriffโ€™s office said Oglesby was arrested and โ€œprovided with adequate clothing.โ€ He was charged with one count of felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle. He also had an existing warrant for his arrest for a hit-and-run traffic crash in Georgia.

QUEER FAGGOT California Sodomite accused of HOMO-sexual assault of man on Denver-bound plane
A Northern California man exposed himself and inappropriately touched another passenger while flying to Colorado this week, authorities said. Robert Earl Glasper III, 26, was arrested after his flight from Sacramento touched down at Denver International Airport on Monday at about 8:44 p.m. MDT, FBI Special Agent Brandon Barnes wrote in an affidavit supporting the Oakland man's arrest.

As Glasper and the male passenger seated next to him put on their seat belts, the defendant allegedly "reached out with his hand and grasped the left side of the victim's buttocks, giving it a squeeze," Barnes wrote. Glasper kept touching his seat neighbor's hands and legs and "also repeatedly asked the victim to `jerk him off,' " the affidavit revealed.

The suspect went to the restroom before returning to his seat and exposing himself, the FBI said. "At this point, the victim noticed that Glasper appeared to have an erection," Special Agent Barnes wrote. "Glasper began masturbating and exposed his penis to the victim saying to the victim, 'Look at this.' " At least one fellow traveler, seated across the aisle from the two men, allegedly saw Glasper masturbate and wipe his hands on the seat.

Former US soldier returns to Afghanistan, rescues Christians from MUSLIM Taliban
A former U.S. soldier said heโ€™s brought at least 30 at-risk people, including Christians, from Afghanistan across the closed Pakistan border and was lashed by the Taliban for his efforts.

The Afghan native went to Pakistan about a month ago and illegally crossed into Afghanistan to rescue his family. Relatives hid around Kabul after the Taliban took over, fearing they would be killed for their familial connection to an Army staff sergeant as well as their own past work against the extremist group. "They say on the news there is no U.S. soldier in Afghanistan," the former staff sergeant told Fox News. "But I'm here, and I'll help as long as it takes."

"I'm a proud American soldier," the Afghanistan war veteran, who was discharged after suffering traumatic brain injuries, added. "I've taken an oath, and I'll never forget that oath." "I pleaded for help from the U.S. government," the veteran told Fox News. "I did not receive any."

Polish lawmakers OK anti-migrant wall on Belarus border
Poland and other EU nations are accusing the Belarusian regime of President Alexander Lukashenko of encouraging and aiding migrants from the Mideast and Africa to seek entry into the EU through their borders with Belarus. It says the government in Minsk is seeking to destabilize the whole bloc in retaliation for Western sanctions.

Some migrants, chiefly from Iraq and Syria, have died from exhaustion near Poland's border with Belarus, which runs over 400 kilometers (250 miles) through forest, bogs and along the Bug River. Poland has built a razor-wire fence on the border and sent thousands of border guards, troops and police, but the measures have failed to stop the inflow of migrants. The border guards have also been pushing migrants back across the border, including some families with children, and a new Polish law makes that legal.

Poland is also in talks with the European Union's border agency Frontex regarding plans to fly the migrants back to their home countries. Migrants who get into any EU country can ask for international protection, or asylum that will cover all of the EU, but in most cases the requests are denied.

Police officials exchanged warnings of Antifa, Black Lives Matter โ€˜blending inโ€™ with Jan. 6 crowds
SUSPECT SUSPECT Newly revealed documents show that law enforcement officials were concerned that far-left activists would โ€œattempt to blend inโ€ with Trump supporters at Jan. 6 protests and โ€œcause trouble especially around cameras.โ€

In a Jan. 5 email, a U.S. Capitol Police Intelligence and Interagency Coordination Division official alerted several federal and police agencies to a Twitter post about Antifa and Black Lives Matter protestors from Baltimore and Washington โ€œalready busing people in to disturb January 6th.โ€ The email went to the U.S. Park Police, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Transportation and Washington Metro Police Department. It was among 300 pages of U.S. Park Police records related to the Jan. 6 riot that were obtained by Judicial Watch through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.

โ€œOrders given to dress like โ€˜MAGAโ€™ blend in cause trouble especially around cameras,โ€ read the Twitter post that was shared by the USCP intel official. โ€œAt night arson has been ordered. All to be blamed on Trump supporters attending.โ€ In the email, the official told law enforcement colleagues that the post had received โ€œmultiple repliesโ€ saying that BLM and Antifa activists โ€œwill wear MAGA hats backwards, wear camouflage and attempt blend into the MAGA crowd.โ€

During and after the Jan. 6 riot, news outlets including The Washington Times reported that activists from leftist organizations had been present in the crowd that stormed the Capitol. While law enforcement identified far-right extremists in the crowds, no Antifa or other far-left activists were identified. The Times issued a correction for its erroneous report.

However, the emails confirm that the possibility of agitation by leftist activists was on the radar of law enforcement officials as they prepared for the protests. In the emails, the officials do little to assess the credibility of the tweet. โ€œThis guyโ€™s Twitter says heโ€™s a US Senate candidate for MD in 2022,โ€ the email reads. โ€œHe retweets a lot from Lin Wood.โ€

The account that posted the tweet referenced by the officials has since been suspended. Law enforcement officials were also concerned about the possibility of counter-protestors clashing with pro-Trump demonstrators on Jan. 6, according to a U.S. Park Police Incident Briefing the day before.

The incident briefing note, which also was obtained in the FOIA lawsuit, outlines several rallies scheduled to take place throughout the day and details the number of anticipated attendees for each rally gleaned from social media posts. The report identified the Women for America Firstโ€™s โ€œMarch for Trumpโ€ featuring President Trump and members of his family as keynote speakers as a potential flashpoint.

โ€œThis group has significant potential to attract counter-protesters, similar to events in November and December 2020,โ€ the report reads. โ€œMultiple acts of violence have occurred in the downtown Washington, D.C. area during and after similar events hosted by the same organizer.โ€

A Capitol Police spokesperson told The Times that the email exchange alone does not indicate that the officials found the claim credible. โ€œIntelligence and law enforcement agencies across this region receive a lot of tips about social media chatter,โ€ the spokesperson said. โ€œThere is no indication the information in that online chatter ended up being credible.โ€

โ€œWe donโ€™t have proof ANTIFA was on-site on 1/6,โ€ the spokesperson said. โ€œANTIFA was not among the dozens of people who were arrested on 1/6.โ€ Utah resident John Sullivan, who sold riot footage from inside the Capitol to new outlets for upwards of $35,000, was later arrested for being inside the Capitol. He has described himself as a Black Lives Matter supporter and founder of Insurgence USA, which Utah-based Deseret News described as โ€œa social justice group โ€ฆ that calls itself anti-racist and protests police brutality.โ€

Mr. Sullivan says he was acting as an independent journalist on Jan. 6 and has denied any affiliation with Antifa. Prosecutors noted that he was not affiliated with a news outlet and did not have press credentials on Jan. 6.

(Convicted black killers of unarmed White victims) John Grant, Julius Jones executions temporarily stayed
black suspect
Grant was convicted of murdering Gay Carter, an UNARMED WHITE FEMALE prison cafeteria worker, in 1998 and Jones was convicted of murdering businessman Paul Howell in 1999.

She saw her dad slain at 9. Now she sees celebrities plead for convicted killer Julius Jones' release

OKLAHOMA CITY โ€” Rachel Howell was 9 years old when her father was shot and killed in front of her. Contacted by the Tulsa World, Howell, now 31, agreed to talk about her father, the crime and the convicted killer who is waging a public relations campaign to avoid the death penalty.

Silent slaying Howell, her sister, their aunt and their father had been out shopping for school supplies on July 28, 1999. They swung into Braumโ€™s for ice cream before pulling into the driveway at her grandparentsโ€™ house in Edmond. She said a Black man walked up to the vehicle.

โ€œI was sitting in the back seat behind the driverโ€™s seat, and my dad was in the driverโ€™s seat, while my little sister was next to me and my aunt was in the passenger seat up front,โ€ she said. โ€œI remember waving to him at first when he was walking up, not really sure what was about to happen.โ€ She said her father had cracked his door open when the man shot him in the head, without saying a single word. Her sister and aunt rushed out of the car with her, she said. She remembers a second gunshot.

โ€œHe was clearly shooting at us but missed,โ€ she said. The killer left in the familyโ€™s car, a brown Suburban. โ€œI remember going to the hospital and seeing my dad and saying goodbye,โ€ she said. โ€œIt was hard seeing him like that.โ€

After the murder, she dealt with post-traumatic stress disorder and extreme panic attacks. She grew up with close family who lived nearby and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelorโ€™s degree in hospitality business management. Now she works in finance out of state. Although it has been more than two decades since her fatherโ€™s murder, Howellโ€™s memories of him are vivid.

She remembers her father taking her and her sister to the park to play โ€œLion Kingโ€ because the rocks looked like Pride Rock, she said. โ€œHe would pretend to be the monkey, Rafiki, and chase us around the park,โ€ she said. He would take her to swim in her uncleโ€™s pool next door.

โ€œHe would throw me high in the air,โ€ she said. โ€œIt always felt like I was flying. My mom always called him the โ€˜human pool toy.โ€™โ€ She remembers vacations to South Padre Island and the beach.

โ€œI also had a huge obsession with Beanie Babies,โ€ she said. โ€œHe would drive around rural Oklahoma so he could find the one I wanted at the time.โ€ A website for the family, justiceforpaulhowell.com, includes information about the prosecution and conviction of Julius Jones and states: โ€œThe overwhelming evidence in this case supports the courtsโ€™ decision/conviction that Julius Jones murdered Paul Howell on July 28, 1999. โ€ฆ Jonesโ€™ defense teamโ€™s only hope now is to create such an uproar through a misinformation campaign as to put pressure on those that grant commutation or clemency. So for that, they turn to celebrities.โ€

BLACK-ON-WHITE: (white) Man Killed On Highway 153 Had Just Been Involved In Drug Deal With The (black) Shooter
๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire BLACK SUSPECT ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire WHITE VICTIM wounded victim Genesis Vaughn Charged With Killing Stewart Luttrell
A man who was killed while driving along Highway 153 on Tuesday night had just carried out a drug deal with the shooter, police said. Stewart Brodie Luttrell, 35, was killed in the incident that resulted in traffic being clogged for hours. Luttrell's wife, 27, was also shot. Their two-year-old son was not injured.

Police said Wednesday night that homicide investigators had arrested 26-year-old Genesis Latroy Vaughn in connection with the incident. He was charged with criminal homicide, two counts of attempted criminal homicide, felony reckless endangerment, possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony, and unlawful possession of a weapon. Police said they were dispatched to 590 Highway 153 northbound, where they found Luttrell dead with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and head. His wife had been shot in the hand.

A detective retrieved video from Midnite Oil at 4831 Bonny Oaks Dr. that showed Vaughn and Luttrell making a hand to hand drug transaction at a gas pump. The Luttrells were in a white Ford F250 pickup truck and Vaughn got into the rear of a gray Nissan Versa. The vehicles exited toward Highway 153. Witnesses said the Versa sped off in pursuit of the Ford pickup.

Police said it was determined that Vaughn and Luttrell were texting one another just prior to the homicide. The cell phone number contacting Luttrell just before the shooting was registered to Vaughn. The wife of Luttrell said the man who shot them was in the rear seat behind the driver. She said it was the same man who carried out the drug transaction.

Police located Vaughn and he admitted having a drug deal with Luttrell. He also said he was in the back seat of the Versa. He also admitted the phone number that called Luttrell after the drug deal was his. Vaughn was last arrested last September for vandalism, drugs and possessing a firearm with intent to go armed.

At approximately 8:31 p.m., Chattanooga Police were dispatched to a person shot at 590 Highway 153 Northbound. Upon arrival, officers located two adult victims suffering from gunshot wounds and one uninjured child.

Mr. Luttrell had an apparent life-threatening gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased on scene. The woman's injury is considered non-life threatening. She was taken to a hospital by Hamilton County EMS. Investigators with the Violent Crimes Unit responded to conduct an investigation and collect potential evidence from the scene.

During the initial on scene investigation, police obtained information to indicate this is not the result of a random road rage incident.

Stewart Brodie Luttrell was in the news on April 27, 2015. That day 9:30 p.m. Hamilton County Sheriff Deputy Andrew Voss observed a gray Hyundai matching the description of the vehicle of Luttrell, who had outstanding felony warrants issued out of Hamilton County and Signal Mountain. The vehicle was observed at a car wash. Deputy Voss pulled into the car wash and was able to positively identify the suspect, along with a female companion, Amanda Alexandria Keener. Deputy Voss activated his emergency equipment and pulled in front of Mr. Luttrell's vehicle, blocking the Hyundai from exiting. Luttrell stopped, and Ms. Keener entered the vehicle's passenger side.

Luttrell then put the vehicle into reverse and fled the scene, traveling towards Sequatchie County on Taft Highway. Deputy Voss initiated pursuit. Upon entering Sequatchie County, Luttrell took a corner too closely near the Mount Carmel Baptist Church parking lot and spun out of control, wrecking his vehicle and completely disabling it.

Luttrell exited the vehicle and fled on foot, with Deputy Voss close behind. After a lengthy foot pursuit of over 1,000 yards, Deputy Voss was able to successfully apprehend him, taking him into custody with considerable resistance. Ms. Keener did not flee the accident scene and was compliant with commands. She was also taken into custody. The vehicle was unregistered and Luttrell had no insurance.

Luttrell and Ms. Keener were married last August.

(Black) Columbus City Schools teacher arrested by Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force
SUSPECT-NAME COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) โ€” A Columbus City Schools teacher has been arrested by the Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and Columbus Police Chief Elaine Bryant announced Wednesday. Robert Pea, 60, of Columbus, was arrested Wednesday morning and is charged with one count of compelling prostitution.

The Northland High School teacher is accused of contacting a 16-year-old girl through an online advertisement to have sex at a hotel in Reynoldsburg. Court records show, Pea had agreed to pay the girl $80 in exchange for sex. "This morning, we arrested him at Northland High School. Luckily, none of the students were in school because today was a teacher work day,โ€ said Sgt. Dana Hess, director of the Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force.

According to Columbus City Schools, Pea was a social studies teacher, boys bowling and golf coach at Northland High School and has been with the district since 1998. Hess says the investigation began in August after detectives received multiple tips about a teen who was possibly a sex-trafficking victim. After several interviews and cell phone data, they were able to identify Pea as a potential suspect.

"We started investigating the primary targets for this case and during the course of our investigation, we uncovered the teacher who was a sex buyer, who was paying for sex with the victim,โ€ said Hess. On Monday, Pea was interviewed by agents and not long after, investigators filed a charge of compelling prostitution against him.

"We wanted to act as quickly as possible, so he was no longer in contact with any children,โ€ said Hess. As for the victim, Hess says she's safe.

(Black NIGERIAN) Virginia Tech football player, a former Cox High star, indicted on second-degree murder charge
black suspect A suspended Virginia Tech football player from Virginia Beach will be tried on a second-degree murder charge in Montgomery County Circuit Court. Isimemen David โ€œIsiโ€ Etute, accused of killing a man he mistook for a woman when they met for sex, was indicted by a grand jury Tuesday, the Roanoke Times reported.

A hearing is scheduled for Nov. 18 so attorneys can work out a timeline for the case, according to the newspaper. Etute, 18, a former star at Cox High School, was preparing for his first season at Virginia Tech when he was arrested and charged in the death of Jerry Paul Smith.

Etute was matched with someone named โ€œAngieโ€ on Tinder and met for a sexual encounter April 10, according to previous police statements. Etute returned to Smithโ€™s Blacksburg apartment May 31 to determine if Smith was male or female, according to attorneys and witnesses at earlier hearings.

A detective testified at Etuteโ€™s preliminary hearing that the football player told investigators that on May 31, he groped Smith to try to determine his gender, used his phoneโ€™s flashlight to get a better look at Smith in the dark apartment, then began punching him. Etute was released on a $75,000 secured bond about a week after his arrest and since then has been under house arrest and electronic monitoring. Etute has been suspended from the Virginia Tech football team per athletic department guidelines.

black suspect [L-to-R: Christie Parisienne, Jaslyn Smith, and Andre Clements] MIRAMAR, FLA. (WSVN) - Three teens charged in the murder of 18-year-old high school student Dwight Grant will be charged as adults. The Broward State Attorney plans to file formal charges against 17-year-old Andre Clements, 17-year-old Christie Parisienne and 16-year-old Jaslyn Smith in the coming weeks.

โ€œIf this case were to be handled as a juvenile matter, the maximum term of residential treatment would be 36 months prior to release,โ€ the state attorneyโ€™s office said in a statement. โ€œA juvenile charge would mean that the person would be released after three years in the system and could only be kept under supervision in the community until age 21.โ€ Grantโ€™s body was found last week at his apartment complex in Miramar.

Investigators said the three teens planned the murder, lured Grant out of his apartment before ambushing him and beating him for 31 minutes. Detectives said Clements then stabbed Grant in the neck before stabbing him in the chest with a sword.

(Black) Accused Texas con artist's scam breaks cellmate lover out of jail, both on the run:
black suspect chicken thief Davion Sandifer and Devante Jones being sought by police.
A Houston man described by prosecutors as a "repeat con artist" is on the run after allegedly committing fraud to bond his lover out of jail, reports say. Police in Texas now have an arrest warrant out for Davion Sandifer, 22, according to KTRK.

"He's just willing to do anything he can for his own objectives," Harris County Assistant District Attorney Keith Houston told the station. In court documents viewed by KTRK, prosecutors allege Sandifer became romantically involved with 26-year-old Devante Jones โ€“ a convicted felon โ€“ while they were housed in the same jail unit.

After Sandifer bonded out of jail last month, he then illegally used the identity and personal information of two other people to secure an $80,000 bond for Jonesโ€™ release, the documents further allege. In July, Sandifer โ€“ whom KTRK says prosecutors have described as a "repeat con artist" -- was arrested, charged and accused of running an employment scam. Prosecutors said Sandifer set up a fake charity called the Genisis Charitable Foundation and then used personal information shared by a job applicant to obtain a loan, lease an apartment and open a debit card, according to KTRK.

When officers moved closer to the vehicle, the driver, Derrick Henley, 41, of Clarksburg, โ€œmade a sudden sharp exit to the rightโ€ at which point officers attempted a traffic stop on the vehicle, according to the complaint.     (white) Boyfriend (of black woman with 3 black kids) in Houston House of Horrors
charged with murder of 8 yr old boy whose decomposing corpse found with black siblings

black suspect The Houston man who has been charged with beating to death his girlfriend's eight-year-old son and then leaving the child's body to rot in the insect-infested apartment housing the victim's three starving brothers would routinely stop by to abuse the younger children, authorities said on Wednesday. Brian Coulter, 31, on Tuesday was arrested and charged with felony murder in connection with the death of the eight-year-old child, identified in court documents obtained by DailyMail.com as Kendrick Lee. His bond was set at $1million.

Coulter was not present in court on Wednesday because he was undergoing a mental health evaluation. Gloria Williams, 35, Coulter's girlfriend and the victim's mother, is charged with injury to a child by omission and tampering with evidence - a human corpse. She is expected to appear before a judge later on Wednesday. During a press conference held by Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez on Wednesday, investigators revealed that a few weeks prior to Sunday's gruesome discovery, Coulter had allegedly broken the jaw of Williams' youngest son. The child was denied immediate medical attention and will now require surgery.

According to authorities, the younger children had been subjected to 'consistent' beatings at Coulter's hands and were never allowed out of the apartment. 'This is a textbook case of a person that abuses children,' said Harris County Sgt Dennis Wolfford.

Wolfford, who heads the sheriff's homicide unit, also had some harsh words for Williams, calling her 'an abuser by omission.' The sergeant said that there is no evidence that the mom-of-six was a victim of domestic violence herself, and that she had a year to report her son Kendrick's murder and her other children's abuse, but she chose not to do it.

Sheriff Gonzalez said that at least two of the three brothers, ages 15, 10 and 7, are on the autistic spectrum. All three children told responding officers that they were hungry and requested donuts. 'They were very sweet children, very nice, very well-spoken,' Wolfford said, noting, however, that they had 'blankness in the eyes.'

He added: 'it was very sad. They are good kids.' Gonzalez and his investigators offered some further disturbing details on what they found inside the family's apartment, revealing that all that was left of Kendrick Lee's body was a 'dry' skeleton, which was out in the open, and that the unit was swarming with flies and cockroaches. According to the sheriff, Kendrick and his three surviving brothers were fathered by two different men, one of whom has died.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK AFRICAN FROM LIBERIA pleads guilty in demonic murder of innocent 14-year old White girl - stabbed MORE THAN TWENTY TIMES
๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire BLACK SUSPECT ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire WHITE VICTIM WHITE VICTIM WHITE VICTIM FARGO, N.D. -- A North Dakota man has pleaded guilty to killing Jupiter Paulsen, a 14-year-old girl who authorities said was strangled and stabbed more than 20 times in a random attack outside a store in June. Arthur Kollie, 22, entered an Alford plea Monday in the death of Jupiter Paulsen. With the plea, the Fargo man maintains his innocence, but acknowledges there is enough evidence for a conviction.

Charging documents say a sanitation worker saw Kollie attack the girl the morning of June 4 outside a Party City store in Fargo. The witness told police he saw Kollie strangling her. After Kollie ran away, the worker said he began life-saving efforts and called 911. An autopsy said the cause of death was asphyxiation by strangulation complicated by multiple sharp-force injuries. The girl was stabbed more than 20 times, according to court documents.

Kollie told investigators that he suffers from anxiety, depression and multiple personality disorder and had used methamphetamine that day, KVLY-TV reported, citing court documents. Investigators have found no evidence that Kollie and the girl knew each other.

Kollie initially pleaded not guilty Monday in Cass County District Court to felony counts of murder, robbery and aggravated assault, but later in the day changed that to an Alford plea.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Upstate New York Man Charged With Murder After Allegedly Stabbing WHite Ex-Girlfriend 40 Times in Front of Her Friend and a Child
๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire black suspect ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire WHITE VICTIM An Upstate New York man was charged on Monday in connection with the three-dozen-plus-times stabbing death of his ex-girlfriend. Kason Parker, 33, stands accused of murder in the second degree over the death of 27-year-old Meghan Kiefer. The defendant hails from Albany, N.Y.; the slaying occurred more than three hours away in Coram, N.Y. on Long Island east of New York City.

According to New York City CBS affiliate WCBS, family members of the deceased cried in court as details of the slaying were read aloud. Prosecutors say that Parker was staying at Kieferโ€™s house when the victim returned to retrieve her credit card. Kiefer requested the card back from her ex when, according to a witness cited by law enforcement, the brutal incident occurred on the womanโ€™s own lawn.

Suffolk County District Attorney Timothy Sini said that Parker โ€œpulled her out of the carโ€ and that it initially appeared Parker was โ€œpunchingโ€ his victim. That read on the situation quickly gave way to a different interpretation of the scene, however, as it became clear to the witness that Parker allegedly had a โ€œknife in his hand.โ€ โ€œMotionless, [Kiefer was] stabbed 40 times,โ€ the prosecutor alleged.

Kiefer had just moved back to Long Island several months ago and was living with her grandmother when she was killed. The violent incident is alleged to have occurred right in front of Kieferโ€™s friend and her friendโ€™s 1-year-old child as they sat in the car from which the victim was dragged.

โ€œShe was with her friend and they drove back to the residence and he was there,โ€ Sini told NBCโ€™s flagship New York City affiliate WNBC. โ€œAnd an argument ensued and the defendant attacked. The defendant attacked the victim in cold blood. And stabbed her approximately 40 times โ€” all over her body.โ€

Their relationship was reportedly โ€œan abusive situationโ€ for some time, one neighbor told the television station. Law enforcement officials say a neighbor reported an injured woman around 4:45 p.m. on Saturday. The victim was found laying still on the grass with multiple stab wounds and was rushed to nearby Stony Brook University Hospital, but by then it was already too late. She was pronounced dead as she arrived.

Parker was arrested on Sunday by homicide detectives who allegedly caught him en route to North Carolina at a Port Authority bus terminal. Police say the defendant initially gave a fake name before his arrest. The defendant has multiple prior convictions including strangulation and assault, according to Albany NBC affiliate WNYT.

โ€œThis is a tragic, tragic incident and this defendant murdered this woman and then fled the scene and tried to evade law enforcement,โ€ Sini added. โ€œHe tried to evade law enforcement and we will get justice on behalf of the victim.โ€

Modawi, who also worked as a valet, was reportedly doing doughnuts in a parking lot on the evening of Oct. 1 in a clientโ€™s car. A police officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but Modawi took off. The car then hit three valets, 22-year-old Eric Orduna, 23-year-old Nick Rodriguez and 18-year-old Fnan Measho, before flipping and crashing into a fence. The men were declared dead at the scene. Modawi and a passenger in his car also sustained injuries.

Trial begins for (Black) Catholic priest accused of rape
SUSPECT-NAME Father Jean Claude Philippe, she said, was family. He officiated her wedding at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Homestead, where she taught children at Sunday school. The priest served as the godfather for her โ€” and her daughter. Philippe accompanied her and church members on vacations, and often brought her family gifts from his own trips abroad.

But on Oct. 30, 2018, she told jurors on Tuesday, Philippe invited the woman to his home on the church grounds to give her gifts from a recent trip. In the kitchen, he gave her a mysterious tea drink in a bottle and she passed out. She woke up two hours later, completely naked on his bed. โ€œHe was naked, except for some white underwear,โ€ she recalled. โ€œHe wanted to embrace me and say everything was okay, that nothing was happening.โ€

But what happened, Miami-Dade prosecutors told jurors, was that the priest had raped the woman โ€” an attack Philippe partially confessed to when confronted by detectives five months later. โ€œSheโ€™s going to tell you as a devout Catholic, this shattered her foundation of trust,โ€ Assistant State Attorney Khalil Quinan told jurors in opening statements. โ€œShe is going to tell you she stopped going to church. She stopped going to mass.โ€

BLACK-ON-WHITE: "Enough is enough!" (Black) Gunman gets life in prison for killing (White) woman at Bob Evans
๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire BLACK SUSPECT ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire WHITE VICTIM CANTON โ€“ An East Canton man who killed his on-again-off-again lover inside a busy Canton restaurant got the maximum sentence of life in prison without parole. "There's nothing I can do to bring her back, but I'd just like the court to understand that I am very sorry and remorseful, and I would love for her family to forgive me," Richard Nelson told the court prior to sentencing Monday.

A Stark County Common Pleas jury last week convicted Nelson, 55, of aggravated murder for the shooting death Rebecca Rogers, a 38-year-old waitress who died while she worked April 16 at Bob Evans. Rogers' family was not in the courtroom for sentencing because the trial and lengthy deliberations had "taken a lot out of them," Stark County Chief Prosecutor Dennis Barr said.

The judge said the community is tired of killings, shots being fired, young people dying and tired of the bloodshed that seems to be happening on a weekly basis. Forchione pointed out that Nelson admitted being selfish in one of his phone calls from jail that were recorded by investigators.

"You're damn right you're selfish...you took so much from so many people in this room and now you have to answer for it," he said. "...this community needs to know that enough is enough and I've had enough," Forchione said just before handing down Nelson's life term with no chance at parole.

"While nothing can bring Rebecca back, at least her family will now know that Richard Nelson will spend the rest of his life in prison for taking the life of their daughter, sister and mother." Throughout the trial, Nelson was heard on recorded jail calls saying how much he loved Rebecca and that they were supposed to be together.

"If he would've loved her, he never would have in cold blood went to that restaurant and shot her dead three times. He took away her life because he was some scorned lover," Forchione said. Nelson hunted down Rogers as she worked the breakfast shift at the Bob Evans at Lesh Street and U.S. Route 62 on April 16.

According to trial testimony, Rogers was ending her relationship with Nelson and had started dating another man, unbeknownst to Nelson. Nelson called Rogers over 300 times within the 24 hours leading up to Roger's death. He'd claimed she'd given him a sexually transmitted disease and was trying to get in touch with her, but she wasn't answering his calls.

Nelson's defense team argued the shooting wasn't planned, but occurred in a moment of rage, which was the difference between aggravated murder and murder. "We were supposed to go down together," Nelson told his former wife from jail.

Suspect in Canton shooting death of (white) Bob Evans waitress in police custody
Nelson and Rogers had been in a(n interracial sexual) relationship, but recently separated.
Rogers had filed a police report against Nelson in March 2017 after he entered her home. Nelson was charged with stalking by menacing and burglary and taken to the Stark County Jail.

Investigators arrest two more (Black) suspects in shooting that killed 2 women, injured another
black suspect ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - The Orangeburg County Sheriffโ€™s Office have announced the arrest of two more suspects for the murder of two women. Sheriff Leroy Ravenell announced the arrests of Dimonte Fields of Orangeburg and Trevon Dixon of Columbia, both 19.

Each have been charged with two counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder in connection with a September ambush shooting that left two women dead and another injured. โ€œWe havenโ€™t stopped since that initial call came in early that morning,โ€ Ravenell said. โ€œWe have followed the leads until we came up with these two being there during this senseless and tragic shooting.โ€

Ravenell said 18-year-old Jamore Ellison of Orangeburg is facing the same charges after he was taken into custody earlier this month. The charges are the result of an early morning Coleman Avenue shooting on Sept. 12. Investigators learned four women were fired on as they traveled toward their homes around 3:40 a.m. and were cut off by another vehicle.

โ€œFields and Dixon were formally charged and presented their rights during a hearing on Monday,โ€ OCSO officials said. โ€œRavenell said the investigation is ongoing.โ€

2 (Blacks )arrested in deadly Ladyโ€™s Island shooting, sheriffโ€™s office says
black suspect LADYโ€™S ISLAND, S.C. (WCSC) - Two people have been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting on Ladyโ€™s Island last weekend, the Beaufort County Sheriffโ€™s Office said Saturday. The Oct. 16 shooting at a home on Brickyard Point Road North left 47-year-old Laventis Cohen, of St. Helena Island, dead. An autopsy later found he died as the result of multiple gunshot wounds.

Law enforcement officials arrested 21-year-old William Johnson III, of St. Helena Island, on unrelated assault charges Thursday in Richmond County, Georgia. The sheriffโ€™s office said it notified deputies in Richmond County after identifying Johnson as a person of interest in the shooting and learning of the charges in Georgia. Officials also arrested 29-year-old Brittany Smalls at a home on St. Helena Island on Saturday morning. The sheriffโ€™s office said Smalls lived at the home where the shooting happened, adding she was found at the scene and interviewed but not initially arrested.

Warrants were issued for both Johnson and Smalls Friday morning for murder, obstruction of justice and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime. Smalls is being held at the Beaufort County Detention Center and has not yet had a bond hearing. Johnson is being held in Richmond County and awaiting extradition to Beaufort County.

Deputies continue search for (black) double murder suspect who failed to appear in court
black suspect COLLETON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - Colleton County Sheriffโ€™s deputies are โ€œexhausting all resourcesโ€ searching for a man charged with two counts of murder after he failed to appear for his scheduled court date. Jonathan Moore is accused of killing Brandon Dewayne Ferguson, 23 and Alexander Blair Blakeney, 28 in 2018. Ferguson and Blakeney were cousins.

Moore posted a $125,000 bond in July. One of the conditions of his bond required him to wear an electronic monitoring device. The court has issued a warrant for his arrest for failing to appear for court.

While deputies continue to search for Moore, the families of the two victims are reliving the nightmare. Kawana Floyd, Fergusonโ€™s aunt, says Moore never should have been eligible for bond. โ€œIt doesnโ€™t feel real,โ€ Floyd said. โ€œEvery time itโ€™s even discussed with anyone else they canโ€™t get past the shock of him even having a bond.โ€

Judges consider two things when setting bond: flight risk and danger to the community. Floyd says they believe Moore fits the description of โ€œdanger to the community.โ€ โ€œIf he is capable of doing what heโ€™s done already, what else would he do,โ€ Floyd said. โ€œSo yeah, I do fear for the community.โ€

Deputies arrested Jamison Saturday after he admitted to firing a rifle at the victim who was taken to an area hospital where he later died. โ€œIโ€™ve said it countless times there is no justification for this,โ€ Sheriff Leroy Ravenell said. โ€œThis is just a senseless act with no concern for life.โ€

(Black) Connecticut pimp convicted of sex-trafficking women, teen at Super Bowl
SUSPECT-NAME A Connecticut pimp has been convicted of sex-trafficking two women and a teenager at last yearโ€™s Super Bowl and faces up to life in prison, officials said. A Fort Lauderdale, Fla., jury found Edward Walker, 48, of New Haven, guilty last week of two counts of sex trafficking by force and coercion and transporting a person for sexual activity during the 2020 Super Bowl, the US Attorneyโ€™s Office for the Southern District of Florida said Friday.

Prosecutors said Walker took two women and a 17-year-old girl from Connecticut to Miami in January 2020 ahead of Super Bowl LIV at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, where he coerced them to sell sex for money โ€” โ€œall of whichโ€ he kept. Walker had also plotted to take the women to Chicago during the NBAโ€™s All-Star Game in February and to Mardi Gras in New Orleans, where he planned to further sexually exploit them, prosecutors said.

A criminal complaint obtained by the Miami Herald shows Walker was busted after an undercover officer answered an online ad for a sex worker named โ€œFoxxy,โ€ whom the investigator met at a Comfort Suites Inn in Kendall in January. โ€œFoxxyโ€ said the other woman, the 17-year-old and Walker were planning to move to Arizona from Connecticut but headed to Miami ahead of the Super Bowl. Walker then took them to a strip club and tried to get them jobs, but they werenโ€™t hired because they didnโ€™t have identification, according to the complaint.

โ€œFoxxyโ€ said Walker bought the women high heels and โ€œorderedโ€ them to walk around Ocean Drive, where they were forced to prostitute themselves for sex acts. Walker also threatened to punch the 17-year-old if she didnโ€™t earn him enough money selling her body, the complaint states. Walker decided to advertise online when the two women and teen didnโ€™t make any money. The 17-year-old also told investigators Walker had previously advertised on backpage.com and had taken her to Texas before, the Miami Herald reported.

Walker, who was also charged with production of child pornography in June, faces up to life in prison when heโ€™s sentenced on Jan. 6, federal prosecutors said. The FBI announced Walkerโ€™s arrest in February 2020, saying he was one of three people arrested by its Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force on federal sex-trafficking charges during the Super Bowl festivities.

According to police, Aaron K. Scott is charged with Murder, Criminal Conspiracy, Attempt to Commit Murder, Aggravated Assault, Possessing Instruments of Crime, Simple Assault and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.

The shooting happened at about 3 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Rowland and Ryan avenues, which is just outside Lincoln High School. Jeffrey Carter, 66, was fatally shot in the head by a stray bullet and a 16-year-old student from the nearby high school was shot in the back of the head as he ran away, police said.

Carter, who was driving by the scene, crashed his SUV off the road and was pronounced dead at the hospital a short time later. The 16-year-old who was shot was taken to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital where he remains in critical condition.

Detectives say two plainclothes officers were in an unmarked cruiser as the gunfire erupted and witnessed the incident unfold. The officers say there was a group of teens outside of a pizza shop when Scott showed up and opened fire. "An altercation now turns into a shooting, which now turns into a homicide because of something that could have been handled in a different way," said Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw.

After the shots were fired, the plainclothes officers got out of their vehicle and pulled their weapons. In addition to Scott, police also arrested a second suspect.

Ex-NFL playerโ€™s suit to resume CA executions fizzles after governorโ€™s order made issue moot
SAN QUENTIN โ€” A lawsuit that sought to resume executions in California has fizzled six years after it was filed, in light of Gov. Gavin Newsomโ€™s 2019 order to halt the death penalty, court records show.

In an order late last month, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals officially ended a lawsuit filed in 2015 by Bradley Winchell and ex-NFL player Kermit Alexander, which attempted to compel the state to resume executing the more than 700 people on death row at the time. But the plaintiffs had no path to victory after Newsomโ€™s order and agreed to a stipulated dismissal, the 9th Circuit decision says.

Both Winchell and Alexander, who played in the NFL from 1963-73 for the San Francisco 49ers, Los Angeles Rams and Philadelphia Eagles, were family members of victims of shocking, high-profile murders.

In August 1984, Alexanderโ€™s mother, sister, and two nephews, aged 8 and 13, were murdered by members of the Rollin 60โ€™s Neighborhood Crips in a home invasion in Los Angeles. Alexander later gave public interviews detailing how he went on a โ€œmanhuntโ€ for the killers until the cityโ€™s mayor called him off.

Alexander sought the execution of Tiequon Cox, a high-ranking gang member convicted in the quadruple murder who also stabbed Crips co-found Stanley โ€œTookieโ€ Williams in the neck in a 1989 attempted murder at San Quentin. Winchell, whose 17-year-old daughter was tortured and murdered by Michael Morales in a murder-for-hire over a love triangle, sought Moralesโ€™ execution.

Cox, 55, has been on Death Row since 1986. Morales, 61, has been on Death Row since 1983. California currently has 697 condemned inmates.

black suspect A Jamaican preacher and 41 of his congregants were arrested last week after two people were killed during an alleged โ€œhuman sacrifice.โ€ Kevin O. Smith, a self-proclaimed โ€œprophet,โ€ and the church members were arrested for slitting the throats of 39-year-old office worker Tanecka Gardner and an unidentified man.

Friends told the Jamaica Observer Gardner had been buying โ€œessentialsโ€ in the weeks before her death, as Smith told his congregants that a flood was about to sweep in. โ€œEven recently, she has been stocking up on kerosene oil and cooking oil,โ€ a friend told the Observer. โ€œShe told me that the pastor said that they must buy brown rice because something is going to happen.โ€

The day of the murders, Smith ordered parishioners to dress in white, wrap their cellphones in tin foil, leave the devices at home and head to the church, the Mirror reported. The pastor wrote on Facebook: โ€œThe Ark is loading now! Leave immediately dressed in white โ€ฆ It is a Roman Catholic sacrifice โ€” it will have no survivors.โ€

According to the Mirror, after Gardner was killed, a man also had his throat slit in a bid to rid his body of โ€œimpureโ€ blood. Three others were hospitalized with life-threatening injuries. At the scene vpolice found more potential victims, including naked men and animals, who had been lined up to be next, it is reported. Authorities are also looking into child sexual abuse allegations surrounding Smith.

2nd (Black) Man Charged In Minneapolis Gun Battle-Turned-Crash That Killed Autumn Merrick
black suspect MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) โ€” A second man is facing murder charges in connection to the downtown Minneapolis gunfight earlier this month that ended in the death of a bystanding teenager. Marvel Galvaston Williams, 33, is charged with two counts of second-degree murder and one count of illegally possessing a gun, court documents filed Wednesday in Hennepin County show. Williams is currently in custody at Hennepin County Jail on another matter.

Earlier this week, Christopher Walker was also charged with murder in the Oct. 6 gun-battle-on-wheels that ended in a fiery crash in the North Loop neighborhood. Autumn Merrick, 18, was on a scooter heading home from work when she was fatally struck by one of the vehicles involved. According to a criminal complaint, Walker was driving a Range Rover that was chasing a Dodge Durango in the downtown Minneapolis shootout. The Durango eventually struck Merrick before crashing into a wall. The Range Rover slammed into a light pole and started on fire. Everyone inside the Range Rover suffered โ€œsignificant injuries.โ€

Williams was in the Range Roverโ€™s front passenger seat, the complaint states. A gun with his DNA on it was found near where he was sitting. He is prohibited from carrying a gun, as prosecutors say he was previously convicted of aiding and offered in a homicide. If convicted of a murder charge, Williams faces up to 40 years in prions. Williams is slated to be in court next month on an unrelated drug charge.

Fake money, stolen car, high-speed chase through NC: How a (Black) Virginia man ended up in jail
black suspect ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, N.C. (WFXR) โ€” A Danville man was taken into custody Wednesday night after he reportedly stole a car that he tried to buy with fake money in North Carolina and led deputies on a high-speed pursuit that ended with a crash. According to the Rockingham County Sheriffโ€™s Office in North Carolina, at approximately 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 20, deputies responded to the U.S. 29 Bypass to look for a black 2018 Tesla Model 3 after it was reported stolen from the High Point area.

Authorities searching the area were reportedly told that a man tried to buy the Tesla from another man in High Point using counterfeit money. Deputies from Guilford County reported seeing the Tesla heading north on U.S. 29 and crossing over into Rockingham County before they lost sight of it, officials say. Then, Rockingham County deputies spotted the vehicle going at a high speed on U.S. 29 North near the Freeway Drive offramp and initiated a pursuit.

According to the sheriffโ€™s office, the car continued to speed away from the deputies and exited onto Mayfield Road in Ruffin, where it crashed into a guardrail. The driver โ€” who was the only person in the Tesla โ€” reportedly got out of the car and tried to escape on foot, jumping off the Mayfield offramp bridge onto the U.S. 29 bypass below.

However, the driver โ€” identified by authorities as 26-year-old Cortavious Rey-Ray Johnson of Danville โ€” then surrendered to Rockingham County deputies. Johnson suffered minor injuries from the crash and from the jump, but officials say he refused any medial treatment from EMS.

(Black) Woman arrested hours after hit-and-run involving two pedestrians, dog in Danville, police say
black suspect wounded victim DANVILLE, Va. (WFXR) โ€” A woman is facing multiple charges after being accused of intentionally hitting two people and a dog with a car in Danville Wednesday evening. Not only were both of the people injured, but the dog has gone missing. A representative for the Danville Police Department told WFXR News that officers responded to the 500 block of Apollo Avenue for a hit-and-run shortly before 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 20.

According to the department, a burgundy Nissan SUV โ€” driven by 49-year-old Anastasia Carroll Saunders โ€” struck two residents and the dog they were walking and drove away from the scene. Police say a 53-year-old Danville man sustained severe wounds to his legs and body from being hit and dragged by the vehicle. He was flown to a hospital to be treated for his injuries and is currently in stable condition.

The second victim, a 46-year-old woman from Danville, suffered minor lower leg injuries, officials say. Authorities told WFXR News the investigation revealed that Saunders knew the male victim from a previous relationship and that hitting them with the car was an intentional act.

While fleeing the scene of the initial incident, police say Saunders struck another occupied vehicle, which did cause some damage, but no injuries. Within hours of the hit-and-run, detectives reportedly tracked down both Saunders and the suspect vehicle.

According to police, Saunders has been charged with felony hit-and-run, as well as aggravated malicious wounding. As of this writing, authorities tell WFXR News she is still being held in the Danville City Jail.

Rural Canadian pastor spends extra night in jail after refusing condition keeping him from church
EXCLUSIVE: A pastor from Manitoba, Canada, who was arrested earlier this week tells Fox News he spent an extra night in prison after refusing a release condition that effectively required him to stop preaching at his church services.

Pastor Tobias Tissen of Steinbach, Manitoba, was imprisoned for two days after being arrested for a warrant issued in May related to a provincial public health order banning outdoor gatherings of more than five people.

Tissen told Fox News that his bail hearing, at first scheduled for Tuesday, was postponed after he refused the initial conditions of his release. "They had these conditions that I wasn't allowed to attend any gatherings that were in contravention of COVID-19," Tissen said. "And that would automatically prohibit me from going to church and preaching. And I could not agree with that."

Tissen had been in hiding for months before his arrest Monday, for some time only making public appearances at his Church of God Restoration in Steinbach, Manitoba, which is about an hour's drive north of the Minnesota border. Church of God Restoration and its congregation of less than 200 people have repeatedly made headlines during the pandemic for clashing with authorities over church gatherings. Tissen and the church have racked up tens of thousands in fines. In November 2020, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) blocked the church's parking lot to prevent parishioners from attending a drive-in service.

Tissen, whose family left Germany to escape its ban on homeschooling, said he was not thinking about his warrant when he and his family went to spend time together at a park in Steinbach before his mother moved to Austria the next morning. Tissen speculated that someone had seen him at the park and reported him to police, who pulled him over on his way home and informed him he was under arrest.

According to video of the incident, Tissen explained to the RCMP officers that he would like to hug his mother goodbye because she is leaving the country. When the officer tells Tissen he will let him hug his mother if he gets in the car, he agrees. While he was being detained at Steinbach police headquarters, church members walked around the building singing hymns. Later that night, Tissen was driven 45 minutes north to Winnipeg, where he was ultimately jailed at the Winnipeg Remand Centre.

Since the pandemic, other churches throughout Canada have faced imprisoned pastors, locked facilities, steep fines and ongoing government intrusion. Tissen's church was one of seven rural congregations that sued Manitoba over the lockdown orders, which a judge ruled Thursday did not violate the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Tissen believes Canadian authorities are "absolutely" targeting clergy, which he said "shows it's so clear that this is a fight between good and evil, and they're targeting those public figures that are in the lead who are fighting against the evil." "In Ephesians, it says that we're fighting against spiritual wickedness in high places and principalities and powers," said Tissen. "That's it, right now, what we see. And they're after all of us who are giving to God what belongs to God and to Caesar what belongs to Caesar. But now, Caesar wants that which belongs to God. "And as Christians, we just cannot. We cannot comply with that," he added.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: drug-addled soulless black awarded 146-years of free room and board, etc. for murder of a White woman, Asian
๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire BLACK SUSPECT ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire WHITE VICTIM wounded victim A Fort Wayne man convicted of killing a man and woman in a northeast-side home last year will likely spend the rest of his life behind bars. Allen Superior Judge Fran Gull sentenced Kerwins Louis, 22, Friday to 146 years in prison.

A jury last month found Louis guilty of two counts of murder, two counts of felony murder and robbery in the February 2020 shooting deaths of Mon Ong, 21, and Brooke Wendel, 23, at 2405 Barnhart Ave., near East State and Coliseum boulevards. Meng Kem, then 27, was shot in the neck and the head but survived. He told police men came to rob him of his money, which he estimated to be about $1,500.

Louis is the third person to be sent to prison in the case. Gull also sentenced Jamesley Paul, 24, in July to 146 years. He was convicted of murder, felony murder and robbery. The jury found him guilty in Ong's death, but not guilty in the death of Wendel. Kyaw Htet Hlang, 24, pleaded guilty last year to two counts of felony murder and attempted robbery. He was sentenced to 50 years. Felony murder is defined by state law as a murder committed in the act of another felony, such as robbery.

Meng told police he saw Hlang "shoot his girl" and that he had grown up with Hlang. He described the two other men and gave a possible address for one of the men, according to court documents. Officer Jean Gigli stopped a vehicle at Kenwood Avenue and Carew Street two hours after the shooting. The officer smelled burnt marijuana and saw narcotics and cash in the back-seat passenger door. Paul and Louis were both in the car, although they weren't driving, court records said.

Shortly before 8 a.m., Hlang was pulled over on North Anthony Boulevard near Coliseum Boulevard. At first he wouldn't provide identification, but police were able to identify him from his tattoos, court records said. In the car, a red Nissan Juke, police also discovered a semi-automatic pistol with a magazine in it and a slide locked to the rear "as if it had been run dry," records said.

Detectives Liza Anglin and Brian Martin interviewed Hlang. He told Anglin there were other people with him when the shootings occurred and that he was the last person to leave the house. Hlang said he was supposed to go back to the home and pick up the gun in the morning. The gun was dropped between houses, one of which was his friend's. Then, he said, he was supposed to "get rid of it."

Martin asked him whether the two accomplices received drugs and money when they robbed and shot the victims. Hlang told him the two others "got all the dope and money and he didn't get (expletive)." Martin and Detective Scott Tegtmeyer interviewed Louis, who at first denied any involvement in the shooting. He said Paul was his cousin. Louis then said the three of them went to the Barnhart home to get some "tree," another name for marijuana. When asked whether he could remember who started shooting, Louis said he couldn't remember, records said.

Rod Mauldin said the vehicle was also occupied by a woman and a child that sustained minor injuries from glass and shrapnel.

Investigators determined the shooting happened a block away, on Joppa Avenue. Bragg was quickly developed as a suspect thanks to Birminghamโ€™s $3 million Real Time Crime Center, which was unveiled the day Chester was killed, Mauldin said. Bragg is still at large as of early Friday evening, Mauldin said, and should be considered armed and dangerous.

NYPD names, releases photo of (Black) suspect wanted for fatal shooting of young dad inside Bronx deli
black suspect Police on Thursday identified a suspect wanted for the brazen fatal shooting of a 21-year-old man inside a Bronx bodega last summer, officials said Thursday. Cops say Kemel Smith, 31, shot Jayquan Lewis in an Aug. 13 surprise attack inside the B.H. Gourmet Deli down the block from the victimโ€™s home in Fordham Manor.

Police released a photo of Smith on Thursday and asked for the publicโ€™s help tracking him down. Lewis was fatally shot moments after he stepped into the deli. The victim was standing at the counter to buy a bottle of water when his killer came from the back of the store, pulled a gun out of a shoulder satchel and fired off at least five rounds, video of the attack shows.

Other customers scattered as the gunman continued to fire off shots before fleeing out the front door. Lewis, a part time actor who dreamed of becoming a nurse, was shot three times in the chest as well as in his left arm and stomach. EMS rushed him to an area hospital, but he couldnโ€™t be saved. Lewis appeared on โ€œLaw & Orderโ€ as an extra several times, according to his mother. He was also in the movie โ€œThe Inevitable Defeat of Mister & Pete,โ€ she said. There is one credit for him on IMDb, for a 2019 movie titled โ€œJoyland.โ€ Smith clearly targeted Lewis, but the motive for the shooting has not been disclosed.

(Black) Suspect arrested in fatal shooting of black 10-year-old NYC boy
black suspect victim name The gunman allegedly responsible for the senseless killing of a 10-year-old Queens boy was arrested on Tuesday, the NYPD said. Jovan Young, 29, was charged with murder and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the horrifying weekend shooting in Far Rockaway where little Justin Wallace and his cousin were hit, police said.

Law enforcement sources said that cops had recovered a gun tied to the individual. He was awaiting arraignment. Chilling surveillance video showed the shooter pulling up to a home on Beach 45th Street in a dark SUV on Saturday night, before getting out, reaching his arm through an iron railing โ€” and pumping a barrage of bullets at the house.

Wallace โ€” a fifth-grader who would have turned 11 on Tuesday โ€” took a fatal bullet to the abdomen. His 29-year-old cousin suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the shoulder. The slain boyโ€™s father, Albert Wallace, told The Post on Sunday that the shooting stemmed from a long-simmering dispute between his relatives and their neighbors over a shared driveway. โ€œHe kill[ed] my son over the driveway?!โ€ the distraught dad said.

(Black) Man kills stepfather during argument over inviting a gay guest into New Jersey home
black suspect A man allegedly shot and killed his stepfather during a dispute at a family gathering over the step-dadโ€™s decision to invite a gay person into the home, prosecutors said. Christian Smith, 23, allegedly objected to step-father Dennis McKenzie, 43, inviting the person to their New Jersey home and confronted McKenzie, according to the Gloucester County prosecutorโ€™s office.

โ€œHe made it known to his stepfather that he did not approve of that person coming into their house โ€ฆ that their house was a house of God,โ€ Assistant Prosecutor Dana Anton said on Wednesday, according to NJ.com. Smithโ€™s remarks included homophobic slurs, the prosecution said. Smithโ€™s mother reportedly tried to break up the fight before it escalated.

โ€œThe stepfather took a swing at Mr. Smith and, I believe, maybe superficially hit him,โ€ Anton said, adding that Smith was not injured. โ€œIn response to that, Mr. Smith took out a Glock 19 that was in his waistband and shot him three times.โ€ McKenzie was hit twice in the head and the body, and died on the scene in front of Smithโ€™s mother and teen relatives, prosecutors said, according to NJ.com.

'General' Biden says U.S. has "commitment" to defend Taiwan if China attacks
Hong Kong โ€” President Joe Biden said on Thursday that the United States would defend Taiwan if China ever attacked the democratically governed island.

The White House quickly walked back his remark as analysts tried to discern whether Mr. Biden might have been signalling a change in Washington's long-held policy of "strategic ambiguity" over the role the U.S. would play in the event of a military conflict between China and Taiwan.

I don't understand, I had assumed that Biden was under the control of the communist Chinese regime because they are blackmailing him for taking payoffs via his son.

Also his top General Mark Milley has confessed to reassuring China that he would warn them if President Trump was planning an attack and reassured them that his Democrat and Military friends would prevent anything like that from happening.

Apparently, the U.S. has never committed with a vote of Congress to go to war against China under any circumstances - and "only Congress has the power to declare war".

So was Biden just trying to sound 'Commander in Chief' for the 'peanut gallery' or what?

(Black) Man wanted for murder in New Jersey found, arrested in Polk County
black suspect POLK COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) โ€“ A man wanted for numerous crimes, including murder, out of New Jersey was found and arrested in Polk County, deputies say. According to the Polk County Sheriffโ€™s Office, 51-year-old James Lewis was taken into custody by deputies Tuesday morning at a home located off Kinghill Court SE in Winter Haven.

Deputies say Lewis had warrants for murder, kidnapping, carjacking, and weapons charges. According to the Essex County Prosecutorโ€™s Office, Lewis fatally shot a man on Sep. 18 in East Orange, New Jersey, during a carjacking. Officials say he then zip-tied the victimโ€™s girlfriend and stole the car with her in it, before crashing a short time later.

Polk County deputies say Lewis was previously convicted for homicide in a 1989 case in which he was also convicted for robbery and possession of a weapon. He was sentenced to 40 years in prison but only served 30 years in combined jail and prison time. โ€œHe spent only 30 years in prison when he was sentenced to 40 years in prison for homicide, robbery, and possession of a weapon. In less than two years of being released early, he murdered again,โ€ Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said. โ€œThe reason we have prisons is to keep violent and repeat criminals away from victims and innocent people in the community.โ€

'Incredibly vicious and heinous crime':(Black) Md. man gets 45 years in prison for 2017 rape
SUSPECT-NAME GAITHERSBURG, Md. (7News) โ€” A judge sentenced a Gaithersburg man to 45 years in prison for raping a woman near a bus stop in 2017. Authorities say, David L. Williams, pleaded guilty to first-degree rape on Oct. 4. The plea stems from an incident on the morning of Oct. 6, 2017.

Officials say Williams targeted a woman as she waited at the bus stop along Watkins Mill Road near Travis Lane in Gaithersburg. They say he threw her down an embankment behind the bus stop, forced cocaine into her mouth and brutally raped and beat her, then stole her belongings leaving her there unconscious and naked. Police say when the woman attempted to run away, he told her he would kill her. She continued to scream, so he put his hands and her jacket around her neck and strangled her.

According to officials, DNA and injury confirm that Williams vaginally and anally raped the victim. They say the victim was hospitalized for a week following the rape and had to attend physical therapy for eight months. Testing revealed that Williams' DNA matched that of the suspect's DNA taken from the scene of the rape.

(Black) Army veteran faked paralysis to get over $1M in benefits, used money to buy sports car, prosecutors say
black suspect chicken thief An Army veteran received more than $1 million in disability and social security benefits by falsely claiming he was paralyzed, federal prosecutors alleged Thursday.

William "Negro rich" Rich, 41, of Windsor Mill, Maryland, lied about his condition to the Department of Veterans Affairs over several years, the Justice Department said. As a result, he was granted a 100% disability rating in 2007 due to the "loss of use of both lower extremities," authorities said.

Rich also received special monthly compensation for paraplegia and was given allowances for a caregiver and Social Security Administration disability insurance payments, court documents said. In addition to the monthly benefits, Rich received grants from the VA for "automobile and adaptive equipment" and "specially adapted housing." Instead of using the funds to purchase a specially adapted vehicle, he bought a BMW 645ci luxury sports coupe, which was eventually totaled, officials said.

(Black female) Houston area health care worker accused of stealing more than $70K from elderly couple
black suspect chicken thief HOUSTON โ€“ A Houston-area health care worker who is accused of stealing from her elderly patients has two felony warrants out for her arrest. Brittany Nicole Kelly, 30, is a wanted woman. Kelly has a criminal history spanning over several years for misdemeanor thefts.

Last July, Kelly was charged in Harris County with two felony thefts for fraudulent use of identifying information of the elderly. Warrants were issued for her arrest. Kelly is accused of stealing the identity of an elderly Houston couple while working in their home as a caretaker for Right At Home In-Home Care & Assistance. The timeline of the alleged crimes spanned12 months, from June 2019 to June 2020.

Rania Mankarious, CEO of Crime Stoppers of Houston, said Texas has very strict laws requiring healthcare workers to undergo background checks, but there are loopholes. โ€œThe state of Texas has actually taken measures to ensure that people with criminal records and arrest records donโ€™t end up working in these types of positions,โ€ Mankarious said. โ€œBut, ultimately, people still take it upon themselves to find their own person to come into their home and take care of an aging person or maybe deal with agencies that arenโ€™t really following the law, and thatโ€™s where you end up with this gray space.โ€

According to court documents, the then 86-year-old male victim said upon checking his financial transactions, he noticed checked were forged in his name, money was withdrawn from his bank accounts and credit cards were opened in his now-deceased wifeโ€™s name. More than $70,933.50 was stolen from the couple. Of that amount, $8,880 was used to pay Kellyโ€™s rent and $374.54 was charged on a credit card to purchase hair extensions. The elderly man said he never gave Kelly consent and believe she took up to 11 identifying information from him and his wife because she had access to their home and could have easily obtained their personal information, checks and credit cards.

SPANISH-SPEAKING HISPANIC Salvadoran "IMMIGRANT" to plead guilty to 4 Nevada killings
๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire RENO, Nev. -- A 22-year-old Salvadoran immigrant was scheduled to plead guilty Thursday to killing four people in Nevada, in an agreement that a prosecutor said would avoid two death penalty trials and put him in prison for the rest of his life.

Wilber Ernesto Martinez Guzman appeared before Washoe County District Court Judge Connie Steinheimer to admit killing a Reno couple and two women in Gardnerville in January 2019. Martinez Guzman told police he committed the two-week series of break-ins, thefts and shootings because he needed money to buy methamphetamine.

The plea was expected to fully resolve murder, burglary and weapon cases in Washoe and Douglas counties, Washoe County District Attorney Chris Hicks said in a statement before proceedings began, and result in โ€œmaximum sentencesโ€ that would run consecutively. Hicks and Douglas County District Attorney Mark Jackson initially planned one death-penalty trial for Martinez Guzman, but the Nevada Supreme Court ruled Sept. 30 that the defendant would have to be tried separately in the two county jurisdictions.

Authorities said Martinez Guzman stole a .22-caliber handgun from Gerald and Sharon David in southwest Reno on Jan. 4, 2019; shot and killed Constance Koontz, 56, and Sophia Renken, 74, in separate attacks in their Gardnerville homes several days later; and returned to the Davids' house to rob and kill them Jan 15. Gerald David, 81, and his 80-year-old wife were prominent in the Reno Rodeo Association and had employed Martinez Guzman as a landscaper the summer before.

Martinez Guzman was arrested in Carson City during a manhunt that had investigators track an Apple watch stolen from Koontz to Martinez Guzmanโ€™s mother. Martinez Guzman has been held without bail at the Washoe County Detention Facility in Reno.

Washoe County sheriffโ€™s Detective Stefanie Brady told a grand jury several weeks after Martinez Guzman's arrest that he initially denied wrongdoing but later acknowledged through a Spanish interpreter he had โ€œdone something thatโ€™s unforgiveable.โ€ โ€œHe said he needed the money for the meth,โ€ Brady testified.

The case drew attention at the time from then-President Donald Trump, who said it showed the need to build a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border.

SPAISH-SPEAKING HISPANIC Man gets 11 years in prison for drowning daughter in CATHOLIC church
SANTA ROSA, Calif. (AP) โ€” A Northern California man was sentenced to 11 years in prison for the 2016 drowning of his 4-year-old daughter in the baptismal pool of a Catholic church. Gerardo Mendoza, 47, had been smoking methamphetamine for three days and began believing his two youngest children were โ€œbeing attacked by evilโ€ when he took them to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in the small California wine country city of Healdsburg on Nov. 20, 2016, authorities have said.

The 11-year sentence issued by a judge Wednesday was predetermined, part of a negotiated plea to manslaughter that Mendoza agreed to as he was facing trial on murder charges, which could have put him in prison for 25 years to life, the Press Democrat reported. Sonoma County Superior Court Judge Robert LaForge told Mendoza that several statements he made to probation officers before Wednesdayโ€™s hearing were objectionable.

โ€œCertainly, Iโ€™m going to give you the maximum allowed by law based on what I read,โ€ LaForge said. โ€œThere were a couple things that were concerning. Your statement was concerning, minimizing. I want you to know that.โ€ LaForge was referring to Mendoza's comments to a probation officer, who prepared a presentencing report and recommendation to the court, that he gave his daughter water but never submerged her.

Investigators said Mendoza wanted to find a priest. But after he couldnโ€™t find one, he led his daughter Maria and 9-year-old son into a cross-shaped baptismal pool at least a foot (30 centimeters) deep, court documents show. He then carried the girlโ€™s body to a nearby police station and stood naked in the stationโ€™s back parking lot yelling โ€œhelpโ€ and โ€œpoliceโ€ in Spanish as he held his fully clothed and soaked daughter, authorities said. His 9-year-old son stood next to him wearing only shorts.

The child was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Facing a potential 25-years-to-life sentence if convicted of drowning his daughter, Mendoza pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter. A no-contest plea is not an admission of guilt but is treated as such at sentencing.

(Black)Man who shot into apartment where girlfriend had been hiding caused Oak Cliff explosion
SUSPECT-NAME wounded victim wounded victim wounded victim wounded victim A man accused of causing an apartment explosion in southeast Oak Cliff fired a shot the night before into the unit where his girlfriend and son hid from him. The bullet hit a stove and created the gas leak that ignited and injured residents and firefighters, according to an arrest warrant affidavit obtained Wednesday.

Phillip Dankins, 28, faces seven counts of deadly conduct in connection with the Sept. 29 explosion at the Highland Hills Apartments in the 5700 block of Highland Hills Drive. Firefighters were investigating reports of a gas leak when the blast occurred about 10:30 a.m.

Dankins has been in the Dallas County jail since early October on other charges. His lawyer could not immediately be reached for comment. Phillip Dankins (dob 2/6/93) faces seven counts of deadly conduct related to an apartment explosion in southeast Oak Cliff.

Dankins is accused of shooting into the apartment unit where his girlfriend had been earlier that night, rupturing the hose behind a stove and causing a gas leak, the affidavit says. The couple argued about 10 p.m., and the woman โ€” who is pregnant with their other child โ€” fled and was wandering the apartment complex with their 8-month-old son. A man who lived at the complex saw her and the baby and let them into his unit, the affidavit says. Dankins came to the manโ€™s apartment looking for them, and the man pointed a gun at Dankins, according to the affidavit.

At one point during that time, Dankins returned to the manโ€™s apartment and fired into the front door and side window, hitting the hose behind the stove, the affidavit says. The cameras were not pointed at the apartment and didnโ€™t catch Dankins shooting into the unit, according to the affidavit. The hose leaked gas until about 10 a.m., propelling other apartment residents to call authorities.

Four Dallas Fire-Rescue officials โ€” Capt. Christopher Gadomski, Driver Engineer Ronald W. Hall, Officer Pauline Perez and Officer Andrew Curtis โ€” responded and met with three apartment employees. Perez went into the apartment and smelled gas, the affidavit says. She turned to exit just as the gas from the oven ignited. The blast hurled Perez, who was released from the hospital Friday, 30 feet and she suffered 3rd- and 2nd-degree burns, the affidavit says. ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire BLACK SUSPECT ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire WHITE VICTIM The man who died in a shootout that killed a DEA agent and wounded two others at Tucsonโ€™s downtown Amtrak depot was on the run after bonding out of jail in California. Darrion Taylor, 26, bonded out of jail in Alameda County in Northern California in late December last year and had been facing a slew of violent charges, according to the Alameda County District Attorneyโ€™s office and the Alameda County Sherriffโ€™s Office.

Sgt. Raymond Kelly, public information officer for Alameda County Sheriffโ€™s Office, called the incident a preventable tragedy. โ€œItโ€™s a disaster, itโ€™s a disaster,โ€ Kelly said. โ€œEverybody involved in the criminal justice will tell you the same thing.โ€

Taylorโ€™s bail was set at $255,000 on Aug. 21, 2020. He bonded out of Santa Rita Jail in Dublin, California, on 10%, or $25,500, on Dec. 29. Originally, the charge was attempted murder of a law enforcement officer and stemmed from an incident where Taylor, brought into a police station on other charges, lunged at an officer and attempted to remove his firearm.

That charge was eventually reduced to assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest, Kelly said. Taylor was wanted out of Sacramento County on a $200,000 warrant for an earlier incident that saw him accused of robbery, assault with a deadly weapon and cruelty toward a child after allegedly firing into a residence.

According to Kelly, it was those charges out of Sacramento that led to Taylor being brought to the police station where he lunged at an officer. On Oct. 4, Taylor died in a gunfight on an Amtrak train in downtown Tucson. DEA Special Agent Michael Garbo was killed, and another DEA agent was wounded, along with a Tucson police officer.

Police Supt. David Brown said it all started with an altercation inside the Ulta beauty store in the North & Sheffield Commons shopping center at 1000 W. North Av. Someone in the store called police because someone was acting erratic, Brown said. It was not clear exactly what happened in the store, but Ald. Brian Hopkins (2nd), who represents the area, noted that McPherson and a person who was with him had failed to wear masks in accordance with COVID-19 protocols. โ€œWe do know that the offender and the person he was with were not wearing masks, and there was some type of confrontation,โ€ Hopkins said. โ€œItโ€™s too early to say if that confrontation was the result of them not wearing a mask.โ€

The officer was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. He has since been released from the hospital, and stopped by his district police station before he headed home Monday night. Tuesday morning, police said the kidnapping and unlawful restraint charges against McPherson stemmed from the abduction of a 21-year-old woman immediately before he shot the officer.

Family of Miya Marcano files wrongful death lawsuit against Arden Villas, where she was rape-murdered by MEXICAN-named sex-fiend
The family of Miya Marcano is now suing Arden Villas apartments, its parent company, and maintenance man Armando Caballero for negligence, WESH 2 News has learned. Victim Miya Marcano lived and worked at Arden Villas.

A summons was filed in Orange County courts Monday night and lists the apartment complex, its parent company, and the estate of deceased maintenance worker and suspect in Marcano's killing, Armando Caballero. Investigators believe Miya Marcano was kidnapped and killed by Caballero, who used a master key fob to get into her apartment.

The family says Arden Villas did not do enough to protect Miya, and they are now suing for negligence. "The only way that Armando was able to get in to Miyaโ€™s apartment was through the unfettered access that he had that was given to him by the Arden Villas," family attorney Daryl K. Washington said.

The lawsuit says the Arden Villas did not take Marcano's fears seriously and did not do a deep enough background check on Caballero. The lawsuit claims a more thorough background check would have uncovered an arrest from years before. Plus, the lawsuit states, had the Arden Villas talked with previous employers, they would have found out about the Seminole County complex where a female resident also raised concerns about him.

Over 60,000 officers assaulted in 2020, with 31% sustaining injuries: FBI
More than 60,000 law enforcement officers were assaulted in the line of duty in 2020, including more than 40 who were killed, according to the FBI.

The total of 60,105 was an increase of 4,071 from 2019, with FBI drawing on reports from some 9,895 law enforcement agencies.

Among those assaulted, about 31% sustained injuries. In 2020, 46 officers were killed, down from 48 in 2019, FBI data showed.

Most of the assaults on officers happened after they responded to disturbance calls, including family quarrels and bar fights, according to the FBI.

"Police officers across the country are facing an increase in violent crime and violent acts committed against them," said Laura Cooper, executive director of the Major Cities Chiefs Association. "Facing these dangerous situations is another reason why it has been difficult for police agencies to find recruits who want to put on a uniform and put their lives on the line."

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Baltimore man convicted of murder in death of White bartender Sebastian Dvorak four years ago
๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire BLACK SUSPECT ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire WHITE VICTIM A Baltimore County jury convicted a Northeast Baltimore man Monday of felony murder in the killing of the popular bartender Sebastian Dvorak four years ago in Canton. Jurors deliberated Friday afternoon and Monday before also convicting Malik Mungo, 21, of robbery and gang charges. They acquitted him of armed robbery and gun charges. Baltimore County Circuit Judge Nancy Purpura is to sentence him in December.

โ€œWe are grateful that justice was served and for the efforts of the state and law enforcement; this has been a long time coming,โ€ parents of Sebastian Dvorak, Lisa Richard and David Dvorak, wrote in a statement. โ€œThis for us is bittersweet. We do not get Sebastian back and the ripples of impact from that night on so many is significant.โ€ Under Marylandโ€™s felony murder rule, everyone involved in a felony crime that results in a killing can be held responsible for the murder.

Dvorak was a popular bartender at Ryleighโ€™s Oyster locations. Known as โ€œSebass,โ€ he graduated from Calvert Hall College High School in 2009 before attending Salisbury University and the University of Baltimore. In June 2017, he had been celebrating his 27th birthday in Canton and walking back on Boston Street when he was robbed and shot in his chest near the landmark Can Co. building. His killing launched police and federal agents on a yearlong investigation โ€” wiretaps, undercover drug buys โ€” that brought down an East Baltimore street gang led by the Bloods. The gang sold drugs including heroin, cocaine, marijuana, fentanyl and ecstasy, and based its operations in the 500 block of N. Rose St. in McElderry Park, just east of Johns Hopkins Hospital and north of Patterson Park.

Mungo was tried the first time over three weeks in June 2019. He admitted to smoking pot and wandering Canton looking for unlocked cars to steal, then to ditching the murder weapon and later to lying to detectives. But Mungo insisted he didnโ€™t pull the trigger. The jury deliberated six days but could not agree on the eight most serious charges โ€” murder, robbery, gang participation. Some gang members lived in the county and kept drugs there. Marylandโ€™s gang statute allows prosecutors to charge all crimes committed by a gang in the jurisdiction of any one crime. So the attorney generalโ€™s office chose to prosecutor Mungo in Baltimore County Circuit Court.

Dvorakโ€™s family and friends formed the nonprofit Sebass Foundation โ€” a reference to the bartenderโ€™s nickname โ€” to provide Baltimore youth with new experiences such as camp in Maine and snowboarding lessons. Dvorakโ€™s parents have said they want to help Baltimore youth see a promising future and stay away from guns. A fundraiser online collected more than $27,000 in donations.

(Black) Man shoots at ex-girlfriend's car to stop her from hitting him, kills (white female) passenger
black suspect victim name OCALA, Fla. โ€” Deputies in Marion County released new details into the death of a 23-year-old woman in Ocala. Authorities said they responded to the 2600 block of Southeast 56th Street for a shooting on Sunday around 3:40 a.m.

Detectives said they learned during their investigation 22-year-old Alexa Newtown drove to her (black) ex-boyfriend Timothy Mackโ€™s home. Sonja Stahl was in the passenger seat, according to authorities. Officials said witnesses told them Newtown got out of her car and broke a window at Mackโ€™s home, apparently trying to get inside.

Mack allegedly told authorities he was able to stop his ex-girlfriend from getting inside and asked her to leave his property multiple times. Mack said when he left his home, Newtown got into her car once more and drove at him. According to authorities, Mack said he fired his gun at the car, hoping to hit the engine block to stop it from hitting him.

Officials say a round struck Stahl, killing her. An investigation into her death will continue as authorities wait for results of forensic evidence. Detectives will review the case with the State Attorneyโ€™s Office regarding homicide-related charges after the investigation is complete. Mack was taken into custody and arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon and evidence tampering. Newton faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, battery and criminal mischief.

(Black) N.C. Man Charged with Murdering His Ex-Girlfriend Already Did Time for Killing an Ex: Report
black suspect Charles Combs (image via Horry County Sheriffโ€™s Office), LaPorscha Baldwin (via GoFundMe) A North Carolina man who had spent 12 years in prison for murdering his then-girlfriend in 2004 is now facing murder charges in the death of another womanโ€”his ex-girlfriend. The body of LaPorscha Chantel Baldwin, of Gastonia, North Carolina, was found in South Carolina on Thursday, according to authorities. Charles Combs, Baldwinโ€™s ex-boyfriend, is accused of killing her.

Baldwin, 30, was last seen by family members on Oct. 10, the City of Gastonia website said in a press release. โ€œThey met at the parking lot of First Antioch Interdenominational Church,โ€ local ABC affiliate WSOC reported. โ€œLaPorscha Baldwin kissed her 18-month-old daughter and said โ€˜I love you,โ€™โ€ Baldwinโ€™s mother Marilyn Baldwin said. Her mother said LaPorscha was headed work and never returned. She also never called to check on her daughter, which Marilyn said was unusual.

โ€œHer daughter is her heart,โ€ Marilyn said, according to WSOC. โ€œShe would never leave her daughter.โ€ LaPorsha, who worked at Amazon, didnโ€™t show up for work that day, local NBC affiliate WCNC reported. Baldwinโ€™s car was found the next day, on Oct. 11.

โ€œ[W]hen Baldwinโ€™s car was found, the tires were slashed, and possible blood was found on the steering wheel, dashboard, and cup holder,โ€ WCNC reported. โ€œInvestigators found womenโ€™s clothing and duct tape inside as well.โ€ โ€œPolice found Baldwinโ€™s phone and discovered that after she left the church, she had a conversation with Combs,โ€ according to WSOC. Combs, 35, is now charged with first-degree murder, according to Mecklenburg County Sheriffโ€™s Office records.

โ€œBaldwin had broken up with Combs about three weeks prior, police said,โ€ WSOC reported. โ€œAccording to court records, Combs was distraught and on the day Baldwin vanished, he told a friend about her and said he would kill himself if he could not be with her. According to WSOC, Combs has previously been convicted of murder in the death of another girlfriend. The details are disturbingly similar.

โ€œChannel 9 learned that Combs was convicted of second-degree murder in Charlotte in 2007,โ€ the WSOC report said. โ€œHe spent 12 years in prison for the 2004 death of his girlfriend at the time, Marsheida Dorsey. According to court records, Combs told Dorsey the only way out of the relationship โ€˜was through death.โ€™โ€ In 2020, Combs was arrested and released for driving without a license, Mecklenberg County Sheriffโ€™s Office records show. Baldwinโ€™s death has left โ€œan irreversible pain,โ€ according to a GoFundMe page that was launched in an effort to support Baldwinโ€™s family.

โ€œShe was a daughter, a sister, a cousin, a niece, a grandchild, a friend to everyone she met,โ€ the website said. โ€œShe had an infectious smile, and knew how to light up a room with her presence. She was funny, she loved life, and wanted to help those around her.โ€ Baldwinโ€™s 18-month-old daughter โ€œnow has to grow up without a mother because of a selfish act,โ€ the page also said. Homicide detectives from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg police department, along with state law enforcement in South Carolina and the FBI, worked together to locate Baldwin and arrest Combs. Authorities say Combs will be extradited to Mecklenburg County. As of Monday morning, Combs was still in custody in Horry County, South Carolina, records show.

2 (Black) men arrested in drive-by that killed 13-year-old
James Deanthony Reed.jpg James Deanthony Reed.jpg TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) โ€” Two men have been arrested and police are looking for others in the drive-by shooting that killed a 13-year-old Alabama boy who was playing with his iPad in his bedroom, an investigator said Monday Julian Lamont Gordon Jr., 21, was arrested Monday in the death of Keiโ€™lan Allen, said Capt. Jack Kennedy of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit.

James Deanthony Reed, 18, was charged Sunday with capital murder and was to be held without bond, according to a statement on the Tuscaloosa Police Departmentโ€™s Facebook page. โ€œWe believe Reed was targeting one of Keiโ€™lanโ€™s older family members,โ€ the department said.

The court clerk's records did not show an attorney who could speak for Reed, department spokesperson Stephanie Taylor said in an email. Police said earlier that Friday night's shooting left so many bullet casings in the street that officers had to use folded business card as evidence markers.

A cousin, Corey Prewitt, 26, described Allen as a friendly, respectful straight-A student and artist, Al.com reported. The shooters โ€œjust snatched away a future valedictorian from his family and thatโ€™s not something thatโ€™s easy to deal with,โ€ he said.

Prewitt said Christina Barnes, the childโ€™s mother, called out for her son after the shooting. โ€œHe didnโ€™t answer after that, so she walked in the room, and he was slumped over,โ€ Prewitt said. โ€œShe just grabbed him and was telling him, โ€˜I love you. I love you.โ€™ An innocent child with a bullet hole in his head.โ€

2nd accused in gunfire killing 13-year-old Alabama boy playing on iPad in bed
A second suspect was arrested in a shooting that killed a 13-year-old boy while playing on his iPad at his Tuscaloosa home. Police in New Rochelle said the cab driver was killed around 3 a.m. on Oct. 14.

On Sunday, after an โ€œexhaustive and extensive investigation,โ€ police worked with FBI to conduct surveillance at an apartment complex in Brooklyn where investigators believed the suspect of the fatal cab driver shooting was staying, according to New Rochelle Police Capt. J. Collins Coyne, commander of the Criminal Investigations Division.

At about 10:30 a.m., detectives spotted the individual โ€” later identified as Percell Lamont Ross, of Covington, Va. โ€” in the complexโ€™s courtyard and tried to take him into custody, Coyne said. When police identified themselves and ordered Ross to stop, Ross started to shoot at the officers and tried to flee on foot, according to Coyne. โ€œThe suspect continued to shoot at police in various directions as they converged on him. Several officers returned fire,โ€ Coyne said. โ€œThe suspect ultimately surrendered when he ran out of ammunition. Neither the suspect or the police were hit with gunfire.โ€

Ross was taken into custody by the FBI and is facing federal charges in addition to a murder charge for the killing of Valenzuela, Coyne said.

SUSPECT-NAME Upper Darby Twp, PA - Fiston M. Ngoy is facing charges after police say he raped a woman while aboard a crowded SEPTA train on Wednesday night. Upper Darby Police Supervisor Tim Bernhardt told reporters on Friday that the alleged assault happened around 10 p.m. on a westbound train destined for the 69th Street Terminal.

According to investigators, a SEPTA employee called police to report that "something wasn't right" with a female passenger aboard the incoming train. SEPTA police responded to the terminal and took 35-year-old Fiston Ngoy into custody. The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment and is said by police to be "on the mend." Bernhardt called her an "unbelievably strong woman" and commended her bravery for speaking with police about the assault.

Ngoy, who police believe may be homeless, has been charged with rape, incident assault, sexual assault and numerous other charges. He is being held at a Delaware County jail on a $180k bail. Fishton Ngoy is facing charges including rape, sexual assault and indecent assault.

While investigators are still reviewing surveillance video of the assault, Bernhardt said there were "a lot of people" aboard the train that he believes could have stopped the assault. "There were a lot of people, in my opinion, that should have intervened," Bernhardt said. "Somebody should have done something, it speaks to where we are in society, who would allow something like that to take place?"

In a statement, SEPTA called the assault a "horrendous criminal act" and urged riders to contact law enforcement if they witness an incident. "There were other people on the train who witnessed this horrific act, and it may have been stopped sooner if a rider called 911," a SEPTA spokesperson said.

HISPANIC allegedly kept dead girlfriend in plastic container โ€˜to remain close to herโ€™
An Arizona man told cops he kept the decomposing body of his teenage girlfriend in a plastic container โ€œbecause he wanted to remain close to her,โ€ reports said. Daniel Blas Torrealba, 21, and his brother were busted after Phoenix police found the remains of his live-in girlfriend Destiny Munoz, 17, wrapped in plastic and tape in the container, police announced Monday.

The brothers allegedly stuffed Munoz into the container, which reeked with โ€œa strong odor of decomposing matter,โ€ from a car to a truck on Oct. 5 when the body was found, according to court records obtained by azfamily.com. Torrealba and his brother Edwin Chavez-Blas, 19, are now accused of covering up Munozโ€™s death with a plan to cut her into pieces with a chainsaw and bury her, according to the court records.

Munoz was killed by a gunshot, but Torrealba claimed she shot herself during an argument in one of several differing explanations he gave witnesses over how the teen and mother of his 1-year-old child met her end, the website stated. After Munoz was dead, Torrealba texted her family using her phone so they โ€œwould not worry about her,โ€ the court records stated.

Torrealba and his brother Edwin Chavez-Blas, 19, are accused of covering up Munozโ€™s death with a plan to cut her into pieces with a chainsaw, The Arizona Republic stated. The Blas-Torrealba family had reported Munoz missing on Oct. 5, after they said they hadnโ€™t seen her in about 10 days, the newspaper stated. When police arrived at the home, they allegedly found Munozโ€™s remains in the container. Police think she died around Sept. 26, reports said.

Torrealba was on probation after a conviction for helping undocumented migrants for money when Munoz was killed, according to 12 News. He had told others in his family she died after he pushed her and she hit her head, the station reported. Chavez-Blas helped his brother clean up the scene, authorities alleged โ€“ he was reportedly caught on surveillance video buying the container, tape and the chainsaw at Home Depot. All furniture was found to be removed from the house, 12 News stated.
