BLACK-ON-WHITE: 4 facing murder charges in SpringHill Suites fatal robbery
🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM Four people have been charged in connection with a fatal shooting in a downtown St. Paul parking ramp earlier this year. Charges have trickled in as the investigation has unfolded in the August shooting of 37-year-old Alexander Christoff in the SpringHill Suites parking structure.

Anthony Pryor, 20, was charged with two counts of second-degree murder on Sept. 17 and entered a not guilty plea on Oct. 1. Tarrance Hardie, 27, was charged via a warrant on Oct. 18 and is facing one charge of second-degree murder. Thursday, Leneil Colbert Jr., 31, and Danell Christner, 37, were both charged with one count each of second-degree murder. Colbert made his first appearance Thursday; there is a warrant out for Christner’s arrest.

A fifth person is named as an alleged accomplice in the three most recent criminal complaints. On Aug. 29, police went to Regions Hospital on a report of a shooting victim who had been driven to the facility by a friend, according to various court filings. The black Audi the friend had driven, which police were told belonged to the victim, had a broken driver’s side and passenger's side window, a large dent in the driver’s side rear bumper, broken taillights, a bullet hole in the trunk and a bullet lodged in the passenger door.

The victim, identified as Christoff, was pronounced dead at the hospital. According to a criminal complaint, Christoff had hired a sex worker on the evening of Aug. 28, who officers identified as Christner. Cell phone records indicate that immediately after Christner left Christoff’s hotel room, she called Colbert and told him that the victim had “a lot of money, a lot of drugs and a nice car,” and provided his room number. The complaint states that they called or texted one another at least nine times prior to the shooting.

Christoff’s friend, who had driven him to the hospital, told police that he was on the second floor of the garage — they were both staying at the hotel in separate rooms — when he saw a dark Mercedes-Benz drive by slowly and “check [him] out.” The car drove off, then he heard a crash, arguing, gunshots and moaning, the complaint states. The Mercedes-Benz then peeled out. The friend went up a level in the garage and found Christoff lying facedown near the Audi’s open passenger's side door. Christoff only groaned when his friend tried to ask who shot him, and after his phone didn’t work, he drove him to the hospital.

(Black) Man accused of fatally shooting woman during road rage incident arrested
black suspect wounded victim SAN ANTONIO – A man accused of shooting at a family and fatally wounding a woman during a road rage incident in April has been arrested, according to the San Antonio Police Department. Cedrick De Shay Wallace, 27, has been charged with murder and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon following the April 9 shooting, SAPD Public Information Officer Cory Schuler said late Thursday.

Schuler said the suspect shot at a family in another vehicle for “some unknown reason” as they were traveling in the 2800 block of Interstate 35 North. The driver of the other vehicle, Lucia Mendoza, was struck by the gunfire and crashed her car into a fence, police said. She was transported to a hospital, where she died from her injuries.

Two other children were also traveling with Mendoza at the time. One of those kids, a 14-year-old girl, was taken to the hospital and remains in critical condition, Schuler said. Schuler said that tips from citizens led to Thursday’s arrest. Wallace remained silent as officers escorted him from Public Safety Headquarters to jail.

“Homicide detectives have been actively working this case since April, and today they just got a break and were able to make an arrest,” Schuler said. The case remains active and under investigation, he added.

Jail records show Wallace also faces a charge of family assault. His bond has not yet been set.

BAY CITY, MI — Two summers ago, three men broke into a Bay City home planning to steal marijuana. The plan went awry when the homeowner interrupted the would-be heist, leading one of the intruders to shoot him down with his own gun.

The question now before a jury is whether one of other intruders is equally to blame for the homicide as the triggerman, or if the homicide was the act of conspirator going rogue when he happened upon a firearm.

Hamtramck City Council will be all Muslim, likely first in US, in January
The six-member City Council of Hamtramck will consist of all Muslims starting in January, another historic first for the metro Detroit city known for its sizable immigrant population.

The newly elected mayor, Amer Ghalib, 42, is also Muslim, which means all of the city's elected officials will be Muslim.

In Tuesday's election, three candidates who are all Muslim were elected and will join three current City Council members who are also Muslim. Five of them are immigrants and one is a convert to Islam with ancestral roots in eastern Europe.

Advocates with Muslim groups and experts say they do not know of any other city council in the history of the U.S. that has been entirely Muslim.

(Black) Woman shot man dead at Fort Lauderdale apartment, police say
black suspect FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A woman is behind bars after a man was killed in his apartment Wednesday morning in the 1300 block of Northwest 2nd Avenue in Fort Lauderdale. Investigators say a neighbor called 911 around 8:30 a.m. and that officers arrived to find a man shot dead inside.

Police say the suspected shooter is a woman who took off in the victim’s car and briefly barricaded herself in the car near 31st Avenue and 19th Street before surrendering. Authorities identified her as Juanita Sawyer, 41, a resident of Fort Lauderdale. The victim’s family said Sawyer is the victim’s girlfriend’s niece and would frequently visit the couple at that apartment.

“Our SWAT team and our hostage negotiations team were called to the scene, and after a brief confrontation with the suspect, she did immediately surrender without any further problems,” said spokeswoman Casey Liening of the Fort Lauderdale Police Department. “We’re still working to determine the exact circumstances. We don’t know what led up to the shooting, but we believe she is responsible for shooting the victim.”

(Black) Jury decides verdict in murder trial involving death of Lamar High School student
black suspect Sarah Seely turned her gaze from the jurors and raised her voice at Kendrick Johnson, a 21-year-old standing trial in the ambush and fatal shooting of a Lamar High School student near the River Oaks campus.

“Delindsey Mack never saw it coming,” the prosecutor said, speaking directly to the defendant. “You are guilty of the murder of Delindsey Mack,” she added later.

The Harris County jury agreed. After about three hours of deliberation, jurors convicted Johnson on Thursday in the Nov. 13, 2018 killing, which unfolded at a church parking lot while Mack was walking to meet his ride home.

The guilty verdict is the first of three that the Harris County District Attorney’s Office hopes to attain in Mack’s death. Two other defendants, a suspected getaway driver and a girl accused of luring the 18-year-old to the ambush location, are expected to stand trial at an undetermined date.

Pastor, Al Sharpton’s younger brother indicted for distributing cocaine
Sharpton Sharpton Alabama Pastor Kenneth Sharpton-Glasgow, the troubled younger half-brother of civil rights activist Al Sharpton, pleaded not guilty in federal court Wednesday to distributing cocaine with an unnamed suspect.

An indictment alleges that Glasgow, 56, who runs Kenny Sharpton-Glasgow Ministries International, distributed drugs over a period of time, WDHN reports. It did not specify how long the distribution continued. A hearing for the case against Glasgow is scheduled for March 2022.

Glasgow, from Dothan, has a checkered past with law enforcement, including a capital murder charge in 2018 that was eventually dropped.

Jamie Townes, a passenger in his car, shot a woman who had apparently stolen Townes’ vehicle, WAFF reported. Townes was charged with murder, and Glasgow was also charged under Alabama’s complicity law because he was driving when the shooting occurred.

Glasgow is the son of Sharpton’s father, Al Sharpton Sr., and Sharpton’s older half-sister Tina Glasgow, ProPublica reported. Tina Glasgow is one of two children Sharpton’s mother Ada had during her first marriage in Alabama.

Cyprus: France to help migration talks with African nations
African African African African African African NICOSIA, Cyprus -- France has agreed to help initiate talks between Cyprus and French-speaking African countries for a deal to take back their citizens whose asylum applications have been rejected, the Cypriot interior minister said Saturday. Interior Minister Nicos Nouris said his French counterpart Gerald Darmanin made the pledge during a brief visit to the Cypriot capital on Friday.

Nouris said “the overwhelming majority” of migrants who arrived at ethnically split Cyprus in the last year hail from sub-Saharan African countries with which the European Union doesn’t have such send-back agreements. Nouris said he would possibly travel to Paris next month to thrash out details of such potential agreements and other migration issues. Cyprus says it has the highest number of first-time asylum applications among all 27 EU members relative to its population of 1.1 million and its reception system has reached a breaking point.

Around 80% of all migrants enter Cyprus from its breakaway north and then cross a porous, U.N.-controlled buffer zone to seek asylum in the internationally recognized south. Nouris said 15,000 migrants who have had their asylum applications rejected can’t be deported from Cyprus because of the lack of any EU send-back agreements with their countries.

Cyprus this week signed a 27.5 million euro ($31.8 million) deal with Israel for the installation of a camera system to monitor the 180-kilometer long buffer zone. The Cypriot government claims that Turkey systematically forwards asylum-seekers to the Mediterranean island’s Turkish Cypriot north so that they pressure the island's southern, U.N.-recognized government.

Cyprus was split in 1974 when Turkey invaded following a coup by supporters of union with Greece. Only Turkey recognizes a Turkish Cypriot declaration of independence in the north. Decades of reunification talks have got nowhere.

(Black) Man beat girlfriend’s dog to death, discarded remains in Providence park
black suspect dead dog PROVIDENCE, R.I (WPRI) — Police arrested a Providence man Thursday after the remains of his girlfriend’s dog were found inside a shopping bag, according to the Providence Police Department. Lindsay Lague, a spokesperson for the Providence Police Department, said officers responded to a home on Updike Street for reports of a woman arguing loudly with her boyfriend.

When the officers arrived, Lague said the woman told them that her boyfriend, Devon Hernandez, 29, had killed her dog, Davinci. The woman explained that Hernandez had called her while she was at work to tell her that he hit Davinci for peeing on the bed, according to Lague, and she had video evidence of her boyfriend abusing the dog.

Lague said the footage showed Hernandez picking up Davinci, throwing him to the ground and kicking him several times. In the footage, the dog can be heard yelping while attempting to hide under a table as Hernandez attacked him. The footage also showed Hernandez carrying a lifeless Davinci wrapped in a red sweater sometime after the attack, Lague said.

Officers were able to locate the red sweater, according to Lague, along with a pink collar that belonged to Davinci. Hernandez initially told officers he didn’t kill Davinci and that the dog ran off after he brought him outside, Lague said.

Lague said officers ultimately found Davici’s remains in a Price Rite shopping bag at a park near the intersection of Whitmarsh and Updike streets. Hernandez was arrested and has been charged with maliciously injuring or killing an animal. Court documents reveal he was arrested in 2018 on domestic violence charges.

🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT WHITE VICTIM A teenager was indicted Thursday on a first-degree murder charge in the death of Hollywood Police officer Yandy Chirino.

Jason Banegas, 18, is accused of shooting 28-year-old Chirino during a confrontation with officers on Oct. 17.

Hollywood Police responded that night to the Emerald Hills neighborhood after getting a call of a man “going house to house” on a bicycle and trying to break into cars. Chirino spotted the teen first and tried to arrest him, but Banegas resisted and pulled out a stolen semi-automatic handgun, the arrest warrant said. Banegas told detectives he was trying to kill himself when he pulled out the gun, “but the officer kept moving around during the struggle” and he pulled the trigger.

Chirino was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead of a gunshot to the face, police said. Banegas is charged with first-degree murder with a firearm, armed burglary of a dwelling, two counts of attempted burglary of a conveyance, possession of a firearm, resisting an officer with violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer.

Banegas, whose criminal record began when he was just 12, had recently been released from a “high-risk” residential juvenile detention center for selling cocaine, authorities said. Law enforcement from across the county attended Chirino’s funeral on Monday in Sunrise, where they remembered him as a hero. He spent the last four years with the Hollywood Police Department and was a native of South Florida.

In total, seven Hollywood officers have died in the line of duty since the department was formed in 1925.

Federal court blocks Biden administration's vaccination mandate
A federal court in Louisiana has blocked the Biden administration's mandate that millions of workers get vaccinated against Covid-19 or be tested weekly, ruling in a suit filed by several states, companies and conservative religious groups.

"Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate, the Mandate is hereby STAYED pending further action by this court," a panel of judges for the New Orleans-based Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Saturday.

The states of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Utah are among the plaintiffs.

More than two dozen states have filed multiple legal challenges in federal court against the Biden administration’s vaccinate-or-test mandate for private businesses, arguing that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration doesn’t have the authority to issue the requirements.

The four lawsuits were filed by groups of 26 states in the 8th Circuit, 11th Circuit, 6th Circuit and 5th Circuit over the past few days. They seek to nullify an emergency rule released Thursday that requires companies with more than 100 employees to verify their workers are vaccinated or have unvaccinated workers wear masks and submit to weekly Covid-19 testing.

The small business group Job Creators Network, as well as the Republican National Committee, have also said they plan to file lawsuits.

Broadly, the lawsuits argue that the Department of Labor lacks the authority to issue a rule and that it did not follow the proper procedure in issuing the emergency temporary standard.

The suit led by Florida, Georgia and Alabama in the 11th Circuit also argues the requirements conflict with the First Amendment and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

“This unlawful mandate is yet another example of the Biden administration’s complete disregard for the Constitutional rights afforded to our state and our citizens,” said Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr in a statement. “The federal government has no authority to force healthcare decisions on Georgia’s companies and its employees under the guise of workplace safety. We are fighting back against this unprecedented abuse of power to stop this mandate before it causes irreparable harm to our state and its economy.”

The court gave the government until 5 p.m. Monday to respond to the plaintiffs' request for a permanent injunction.

Biden’s OCC Nominee as Bank Overseer Faces Difficult Confirmation Dance

Jim Hartman: Biden’s radical anti-bank nominee
Further evidence that President Biden is a weak follower of the far-left in his party rather than a strong mainstream leader is his intent to nominate radical Saule Omarova as Comptroller of the Currency. The Comptroller of the Currency is an important agency. It has the power to regulate all national banks and federal savings institutions.

Born in Kazakhstan, a former Soviet republic, and educated at Moscow State University on the V.I. Lenin Personal Academic Scholarship, Ms. Omarova is a Cornell University law professor. She has praised the Soviet-era economic system. Omarova is celebrated on the far-left for promoting ideas she herself describes as “radical.”

U.S. Senate Banking Committee Ranking Member Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) told the Senate “I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more radical choice for any regulatory spot in our federal government.” Omarova doesn’t want to just tighten regulation on banks. In her words , she wants to “effectively end banking as we know it” by “the complete migration of demand deposit accounts to the Federal Reserve.”

Demand deposits are the standard checking and savings accounts most Americans have with private banks.

Thursday on the Senate floor, Sen. Dan Sullivan (R-AK) spoke about the nomination of Saule Omarova.

(Black) Violent felon avoids possible death penalty with guilty plea in 2017 Midfield double murder
black suspect A convicted felon with a violent criminal history has pleaded guilty to a 2017 double murder in Midfield and avoided a possible death penalty by doing so.

Corey Marcell McGhee, initially charged with capital murder, pleaded guilty this week to a reduced charge of murder in the slayings of Larry Vincent Price Jr., 42, and Brandon Durrell Conwell, 31, during a dispute over a cell phone.

Bessemer Cutoff Circuit Judge David Carpenter sentenced McGhee to 20 years in prison. Midfield police and firefighters responded shortly after 7 p.m. Saturday, April 22, 2017, to 321 Woodward Road on a report of a shooting. When they arrived on the scene, they found Price in the front passenger’s seat of a parked car and Conwell on the ground behind the car. Both were pronounced dead on the scene at 7:07 p.m. Police said at least three to four shots were fired.

Police quickly identified McGhee as the shooter. The victims and the suspect were acquaintances, and authorities said the gunfire erupted following some kind of dispute over a cell phone. McGhee was captured a couple days later by the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force at an apartment complex off of U.S. 280. They called out to McGhee, who was in the back of the apartment but came out with his hands up. McGhee has been held without bond in the Jefferson County Jail since his arrest.

HISPANIC Accused California mass killer incompetent to stand trial
SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) — A judge ruled Friday that a man charged with killing four people in a shooting at a Southern California real estate office isn't competent to stand trial because of injuries he suffered in a shootout with police.

Aminadab Gaxiola Gonzalez was shot in the head, and his attorney had said he might be incapable of understanding the charges against him. He didn't speak at the hearing and didn't show any obvious reaction to the proceedings, the Orange County Register reported.

The case is now suspended indefinitely.

Gaxiola Gonzalez is charged with special-circumstances murder for the killings of Jenevieve Raygoza, 28; Luis Tovar, 50; Leticia Solis Guzman, 58; and Matthew Farias, 9. He also is charged with the attempted murder of Matthew’s mother, Blanca Ismeralda Tamayo, and for allegedly shooting at two officers who weren’t injured.

Florida jury to weigh sanity in murder trial of MUSLIM-CONVERT Corey Johnson, teen who said he was inspired by ISIS:
A Florida man on trial for murder when he was 17 still has lingering questions about his sanity after the brutal stabbing death of a 13-year-old that brought national headlines after Johnson told police he was inspired by ISIS. Closing arguments for Corey Johnson’s trial were completed Thursday, WPBF reported. Johnson is charged with first-degree murder in the death of his friend Jovanni Sierra at a sleepover after celebrating Sierra’s birthday in Palm Beach County. He also was charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder.

After his arrest in 2018, Palm Beach Gardens police say Johnson told them he stabbed his friend Jovanni 49 times because of his religious beliefs. Police said Johnson told them he killed because of his Muslim faith, and had followed the terrorist group ISIS on social media, including watching videos of beheadings by ISIS. Prosecutors argued there’s no doubt Johnson, who was 17 in 2018, killed Sierra in addition to nearly stabbing to death another teen and his mother.

What’s left to discover now is whether he was insane at the time of the killings. Prosecutors said Johnson was a disturbed teen who followed ISIS while the defense argued he was psychotic after stopping his medications, WBPF reported.

Chinese SPY convicted for stealing aviation trade secrets
suspect name A Chinese intelligence officer has been convicted by a US jury of plotting to steal secrets from aviation companies, according to the US justice department. Xu Yanjun was found guilty of five counts relating to economic espionage and trade secret theft. He faces up to 60 years in prison and fines of more than $5m (£3.7m).

Xu was first arrested in Belgium in 2018 and is possibly the first Chinese operative to be extradited to the US for trial. Chinese authorities have not commented publicly on Friday's verdict. Beijing has previously dismissed the accusations, saying there was no basis to the charges. According to a statement by the US justice department, Xu is a senior member of the Jiangsu branch of China's Ministry of State Security - an agency responsible for counter-intelligence, foreign intelligence and internal security.

Xu was accused of targeting employees at several companies based in the US, among other countries since at least 2013. In one instance, he arranged for a GE Aviation employee to travel to China in 2017 to give a presentation at a university - paying for their travel expenses and a stipend. The following year, Xu asked the expert for "system specification, design process" information. With co-operation from the company - which was working with the FBI - the employee emailed Xu a two-page document labelled as having sensitive information.

Xu later asked the employee to send a copy of the file directory for his work-issued computer. He also tried to arrange to meet the employee in Belgium, leading to his eventual arrest.

"For those who doubt the real goals of [China], this should be a wakeup call," said FBI Assistant Director Alan Kohler. "They are stealing American technology to benefit their economy and military."

The charges come at a time of raised tension between the two countries - with China recently testing a new form of hypersonic missile, and US President Joe Biden pledging to protect Taiwan from any Chinese military incursion. According to CNN, CIA Director Bill Burns described China as the greatest technological threat to the US. Last month he said the spy agency would boost its efforts towards China.

Chicago reinstates gun and ammunition tax after court deems it unconstitutional
The Cook County Board of Commissioners reinstated its firearm and ammunition tax after it was struck down by the Illinois Supreme Court in October.

During Thursday's board of commissioners meeting, members voted to approve an amendment to a previous ordinance dealing with how firearms and ammunition are taxed in order to comply with an Oct. 21 Illinois Supreme Court ruling. One Republican commissioner, Sean Morrison, told the Tribune the measure is still unconstitutional, even with the revision.

Big Bad Brandon Biden's 'SECRET POLICE' (FBI) raided employee homes in Ashley Biden diary probe, Project Veritas says
The founder of Project Veritas said Friday that the FBI raided the homes of its employees as part of what “appears” to be an investigation into whether the company stole a diary belonging to President Biden’s daughter.

James O’Keefe, CEO and founder of the activist group, said he “awoke to the news that apartments and homes of Project Veritas journalists, or former journalists, had been raided by FBI agents.”

“The FBI took materials of current, and former, Veritas journalists despite the fact that our legal team previously contacted the Department of Justice and voluntarily conveyed unassailable facts that demonstrate Project Veritas’ lack of involvement in criminal activity and/or criminal intent,” he said.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Mississippi SOULLESS DEMON-SCUM suspect arrested after KIDNAPPING White female Lyft driver, made to crawl in woods before getting shot 7 times
🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM JACKSON, Miss. — Police in Jackson, Mississippi say a suspect kidnapped a Lyft driver on Tuesday afternoon and made her crawl through a wooded area before shooting her multiple times, according to reports. Dontarius McGee was taken into custody in Jackson following the series of crimes, Deputy Chief Deric Hearn of the Jackson Police Department said.

Hearn said that Brandy Littrell, 36, picked up McGee at Spring Lake Apartments in Byram and drove him to another apartment complex in Jackson, WJTV reported. The suspect drew a firearm on Littrell and forced her into the backseat of a black Dodge Journey before driving her to a wooded area. McGee, 17, forced Littrell to crawl through the woods before shooting her multiple times, according to Hearn.

“He said, ‘Get on your knees,'” Littrell told WAPT-TV. “So, I got on my knees, and then I heard the first shot.” The woman was shot seven times during the coercive attack. She thought she would likely die.

Littrell said she covered her blood-drenched face and waited several minutes for her attacker to leave before making her trek to a nearby apartment complex to seek critical help, New York Post reported. “It took every strength in me because, at this point, I am concerned (because) my grandmother is at my house, and I was worried he was going to go after her,” Littrell said later.

After first responders arrived at the scene, Littrell was transported to a local hospital. She suffered serious, life-threatening injuries. Jackson police arrested Magee in the area of Beasley Road near Adkins Boulevard for the kidnapping and subsequent shooting.

“He did confess to the crime. He did confess to calling the female up for the Lyft driver,” Hearn said. “It is my understanding through our interview with this individual, this is not the first time this has occurred.” Littrell told WAPT-TV Wednesday that she is alive “by the grace of God.”

McGee faces charges of carjacking, kidnapping and aggravated assault. He is being held in jail without bond, police said.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Hartford gang member who fired on police officer but missed will be charged with murder of another woman hours earlier, police say
🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM A Hartford gang member who opened fire on and narrowly missed a young Hartford police officer early Tuesday morning has been charged with attempted murder and is expected to also be charged with the murder of a 53-year-old Hartford woman fatally shot a few hours earlier.

Jose Cajigas, 31, was apprehended trying to run from the parking lot where he shot into the officer’s marked police cruiser after she was able to pull away to safety while still radioing his location to the other responding officers, police officials said Tuesday afternoon, hailing the officer as a hero.

The officer, who was not identified publicly Tuesday, sustained only cuts from the shattered glass of her cruiser’s driver’s side window after the bullet missed her. She returned to police headquarters after seeing doctors at a nearby hospital to help detectives with the documentation for Cajiga’s charges, police Chief Jason Thody said Tuesday afternoon.

Cajigas was charged with attempted murder, criminal possession of a firearm and unlawful discharge for shooting at the officer and then already was a person of interest in the murder of Catherine Hays, 53, who was found dead inside a Spring Street apartment Monday afternoon.

A forensic analysis finished Tuesday afternoon revealed the shell casing found at the scene of the officer’s shooting matched the casing found at the scene of Hayes’ death and police now plan to charge Cajigas with murder in the Hays case, Thody said.

“By saving herself, she likely saved other officers and other members of the community if this individual was still at large. … The work she did and the reaction she had is so impressive,” Thody said. “I can’t say enough about her strength, her courage and what she did.”

The incident with the officer began at about 1:30 a.m. when she was on a directed patrol in her marked police cruiser in the parking lot of 1921 Main St., about a mile away from the scene of Hays’ death hours earlier, police said. A man approached her car and, believing he was intoxicated or in need of medical help, the officer requested an ambulance to the parking lot.

Instead, the man “without provocation” drew a firearm and fired through the driver’s side window of the cruiser — narrowly missing her with the bullet but shattering glass into the officer’s face, Lt. Aaron Boisvert said.

("Cowardly" black Sambo) Suspect arrested for killing three women and wounding others in attack
black suspect A man is in custody after killing three women and injuring two others in a mass shooting in Virginia. Police arrested 19-year-old Ziontay Palmer hours after he allegedly gunned down the women and fled the scene in the city of Norfolk.

Detra Brown, 42, Nicole Lovewine, 45, and Sara Costine, 44, have now been identified by authorities as the women who were pronounced dead at the scene. Two other women, aged 39 and 19, were taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds and are expected to recover.

One of the women has now been released from hospital, according to Norfolk mayor Kenny Alexander. Investigators say that the suspect shot one woman during a domestic dispute, then shot the other four as they tried to help the first victim.

“Nicole was a sweet girl,” a neighbour, who did not want to be named, told WAVY-TV, “Nicole would come and go to work. When she’d get off work she’d come straight in to the house. She never bothered nobody. When you see Nicole, you saw Dee (Detra); they were always together, wherever they went. When they left out in the morning to go to work they were together when they came home from work They were together.”

Norfolk Police Chief Larry Boone branded the suspect a “coward” in the immediate wake of the shooting. “This has to stop. We need to start speaking up because this, I’ve never seen this in my 30-year career: five women shot,” he said.

“This nonsense has to stop and this idea that everybody can be saved, that’s gone by the way of the dodo bird.” Montezuma Pride, the cousin of one of the victims, described her as a “strong, kind woman” to WTKR.

St. Tammany deputies nab BLACK murder suspect and woman hiding marijuana inside herself after car chase
black suspect A New Orleans murder suspect — accompanied by a woman accused of trying to hide marijuana inside her body — led deputies on a high-speed car chase through the north shore before authorities disabled his stolen car with a spike strip and arrested him early Thursday.

Alphonse Dorsey, 26, was wanted in connection with a Sept. 24 shooting that killed 30-year-old Terrence Clayton in Central City when deputies in Hancock County, Mississippi, spotted him driving a stolen 2006 Toyota Highlander west on Interstate 10 Thursday morning, according to various authorities.

Dorsey allegedly sped off and, with Hancock deputies pursuing him, made his way to the Slidell area. St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies were notified of the pursuit and set up a spike strip just past westbound I-10’s exit to Oak Harbor Boulevard. The Highlander's tires were punctured, forcing it to a stop, St. Tammany Sheriff's Capt. Lance Vitter said in a statement.

Deputies booked Dorsey as a fugitive wanted on a warrant accusing him of second-degree murder in Clayton’s slaying. Also, he was booked on separate warrants obtained by New Orleans police that accused him of domestic abuse battery as well as child endangerment.

    Trial wraps up for two blacks accused of murder and robbery in Starbucks laptop theft;
black suspect victim name OAKLAND, CA — Nearly two years after 34-year-old Shuo Zeng was struck and killed by a vehicle as he tried desperately to retrieve his stolen laptop from three men in a BMW, the fate of two suspects is in the hands of a Bay Area jury.

Here’s what is not disputed: Zeng, a research engineer, was working at the Starbucks on Mountain Boulevard in Montclair on the morning of his birthday, Dec. 31, 2019, when his laptop was stolen. He chased after the thief, clinging to the BMW the man hopped into and yelling for the perpetrators to stop, then was struck by the car it sped down Antioch Street.

Three men were identified as playing a role in the crime: Byron Reed, 24, and Kejuan Wiggins, 20, who are on trial facing murder and robbery charges, and 23-year-old Javon Lee, who has pleaded no contest to robbery charges and awaits sentencing. Prosecutors allege that Reed was the getaway driver who personally killed Zeng with the BMW, and they say Wiggins kicked Zeng off the vehicle, knocking him onto the pavement where he was then run over.

(Black) Tennessee man on TBI’s ‘most wanted’ list dies after running across freeway, police say
Race of wounded wife not reported.
black suspect A man who was on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s most wanted list was killed Thursday after darting across a freeway while fleeing a highway patrol officer, authorities said. Rodney Garrett, 59, who was wanted for attempted criminal homicide, died following an "incident" on I-840 Thursday morning in Smyrna, Tennessee, TBI said in a press release.

A state trooper patrolling I-840 Thursday morning spotted a man walking on the shoulder of the westbound side, Tennessee Highway Patrol Lt. Bill Miller told reporters at a press conference. The man reportedly fit the description of the man described in a police "BOLO" — "be on the lookout" — who authorities believed was armed.

Miller said the trooper observed that the man on the freeway had a pistol. The trooper turned on his blue lights and turned the vehicle around to investigate, Miller said. Smyrna Police Chief Kevin Arnold confirmed that the man on the highway was Garrett. He said Garrett was a suspect in a "domestic shooting" that happened just after midnight Monday.

Garrett’s wife sustained a gunshot wound and was taken to an area hospital, where she is recovering, Arnold said. After the shooting, Garrett fled and remained at large until yesterday.

HISPANIC CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIEN MURDERER - MORE BLOOD ON BIDEN'S HANDS
The illegal Honduran immigrant busted in the fatal stabbing of a Florida father of four was arraigned Thursday on murder charges. Yery Noel Medina Ulloa, 24, pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder and tampering with evidence charges in Duval County Court in the brutal Oct. 7 stabbing death of Francisco Javier Cuellar in Jacksonville.

Cuellar, 46, had taken in Ulloa, who had illegally entered the country in Texas months earlier claiming he was a 17-year-old named Reynel Alexander Hernandez, The Post reported. According to Jacksonville police, Ulloa was found wandering around covered with blood when cops found him after the stabbing.

Police said Ulloa was speaking on a cellphone when officers arrived. “Another witness responded to the scene and stated to detectives that he had received a call from the suspect stating that he killed the victim because he ‘hit him,'” according to an arrest report filed in the case.

“Due to poor phone connection, the witness requested that the suspect text him the information that he was trying to say,” the report said. “The suspect then texted the witness that he had ‘killed Uncle Francisco.'” Security cameras inside the home “showed the suspect stabbing the victim numerous times and repeatedly hitting him with a chair,” the report said.

Ulloa is not related to Cuellar despite using the moniker. Cops said he was seen throwing the bloody knife into the woods, leading to the tampering with evidence charge against him.

Authorities didn’t learn that Ulloa was actually a 24-year-old man until being notified by the Miami Field Office of Enforcement and Removal Operations on Oct. 13. Ulloa was then moved out of the Duval Regional Juvenile Detention Center and relocated to an adult facility, authorities told The Post.

It is unclear how Ulloa got to Florida after being detained at the border, but Cuellar’s daughter, Marycarmen, said she believed he arrived on a flight that is part of a secret resettling operation by the Biden administration. The Post revealed the flights in an exclusive expose last month, noting that Jacksonville is among the routes used in the relocation.

(CNN)Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, a Republican, called on the state's school boards to remove books he described as "pornography," a move that comes after at least two state lawmakers have asked officials to investigate books in schools.

Abbot's letter, sent to the Texas Association of School Boards on Monday, did not cite a specific book that contains what he described as "pornography." Last week, Texas Republican lawmaker, Jeff Cason, released a statement calling on the state's Attorney General to investigate books he also described as "pornography." In his statement, he singled out the graphic novel "Gender Queer" by Maia Kobabe.

This is not the first time Kobabe's book and other LGBTQ books are targeted by politicians and community members.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: WHITE Shooting victim's daughter watches BLACK perpetrator walk away on probation after 11 years
🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM More than a decade after David James, a Florida father, was fatally shot while playing basketball with his 8-year-old daughter, his family watched his accused killer walk away on probation. Trevor Dooley, 80, pleaded guilty Tuesday to shooting James, who had recently retired after a 20-year military career, on Sept. 26, 2010, in exchange for three years of probation, as FOX 13 Tampa first reported.

James' wife and daughter, Kanina Eurez and Daniella James, agreed to the plea deal Tuesday but presented statements in a Tampa courtroom and later in a video posted to Facebook taking issue with the justice system. "We have no doubts that in a retrial that [Dooley] would again be found guilty, and he would be sentenced, but his lawyers would request bond, and he would be out of jail again," Eurez said in a statement posted to Facebook Tuesday after Dooley's plea hearing.

"Then we'd wait a couple of more years, and then we would finally await for him to go to prison, and his lawyers would likely put in … a motion that he not go to jail because of his elderly age or whatever. But, bottom line, he would never go to jail again." A Florida court initially found Dooley guilty in 2012 and sentenced him to eight years in prison but he was granted bond in 2013 to await his appeal. Dooley finally began serving his prison sentence in 2014 before being granted a new trial in 2019.

Eurez added that the U.S. "justice system is very screwed up," and accepting Dooley's plea deal was a way for her family to get "the closure and justice" they need more than a decade after James was killed. In another statement posted to Facebook, Eurez and her daughter said Dooley "should face the shame of people turning their backs on him every time he is in public but this will only happen if everyone is aware of his crimes."

Dooley, who lived across the Valrico park where Danielle and David James were playing basketball on Sept. 26, 2010, had initiated a dispute with the veteran over a skateboarder who was using the other side of the basketball court. A struggle ensued, and Dooley fatally shot James in the chest, according to James' family and witness testimony. Danielle James, now 20, described Dooley as a "coward with a firearm" who ruined her childhood "without cause or justification" in her statement.

"I don't deserve to be strung along after having already told my story, twice," she said in her statement. "I'm only telling it now so people know what really happened to the man who fought for their freedom and the family who never got to see justice enacted."

Woman killed in (UNKNOWN BLACK FOOTBALLER) Henry Ruggs DUI crash named in police report, witnesses recall attempts to save her from FIERY wreck
🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire The 23-year-old woman killed in a fiery car crash early Tuesday morning after former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs crashed into her vehicle driving 156 mph has been identified, according to police records. A Las Vegas Metropolitan Police report from the morning of the incident, obtained by Fox News on Wednesday, revealed the identity of the victim as Tina Tintor.

HENRY RUGGS WAS DRIVING 156 MPH SECONDS BEFORE DEADLY DUI CRASH, LOADED GUN FOUND IN CAR

Ruggs, 22, appeared in court on Wednesday, facing two felony charges of DUI resulting in death and reckless driving. Prosecutors said the NFL player was driving at around 156 mph seconds before crashing into Tintor’s 2013 Toyota RAV4 just before 4 a.m.

Prosecutors said a loaded gun was found in Rugg’s car and that his blood-alcohol level was more than double the legal limit, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported. According to a police report, Ruggs was traveling at "a high rate of speed" when he veered into the right lane, hitting the back of Tintor’s car. Ruggs' Corvette traveled "approximately 519 feet post-impact," while the Toyota went approximately 571 feet.

Police say the Tintor’s car caught fire, and both she and a dog died from as a result of being trapped (AND BURNED ALIVE!) Several witnesses told law enforcement that bystanders ran to help the trapped driver. A security guard said he saw Ruggs' car speeding before the collision and ran over to help. He observed Rugg’s "feet were in the driver’s side floorboard and his body was laying on the road," according to the report. The security guard then told police he heard screaming from the other car and ran over but was unable to extract the driver because he was "overcome with smoke and heat from the flames." Another witness told police he tried to help the driver get out but she was "stuck or pinned in the car" and was forced to back away because of the fire.

Rolin and Smith are being held without bond in the Escambia County (AL) Detention Center in Brewton. Lowery is in the Escambia County (FL) Jail awaiting extradition to Alabama. Thompson told NorthEscambia.com that the investigation is continuing, but at this time no more arrests are expected.

They were last seen alive earlier that morning, and investigators believe they were murdered before noon that day.

“This case made a strong impact on the Flomaton area in the year 2017. We are a very close community, where everyone knows everybody,” Flomaton Police Chief Charles Thompson said. “At the time of this double homicide, I was an investigator with the department under Chief of Police Bryan Davis. Our department at the time was very committed to the investigation of this case, as we still are today. I am very pleased to see that the victims of this case and their families are able to start seeing justice here in 2021 four years later.”

Thompson said the victims’ phones and some of their property were taken from the scene and left in two different locations. The department continued to investigate leads over the past four years, with a recent renewed focus on the case.

wounded victim DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) – A Durham man was convicted Tuesday following a three-year-long investigation of statutory rape with a child. He faces 26 years in prison. Francisco Alvarado, 37, was found guilty of raping a nine-year-old in 2018. He was charged with indecent liberties with a child and of statutory rape of a child by an adult. Both are Class F felonies and Class B1 felonies, respectively.

The verdict comes following a three-year-long waiting period following an arrest and a two-week trial in Durham County Superior Court. According to Assistant District Attorney Brooks Stone, he confirmed and proved Alvarado raped his partner’s daughter on Sept. 4, 2018.

Evidence introduced during the trial included significant injuries suffered by the victim, male DNA collected from the victim, and grocery store surveillance footage showing Alvarado buying the child candy around the time of the assault, a press release said.

US sanctions Israeli firm NSO Group over spyware
The Biden administration has blacklisted Israeli firm NSO Group, accusing the technology company of developing and supplying spyware to foreign governments “that used these tools to maliciously” target a range of actors, including journalists and activists. In a statement on Wednesday, the US Department of Commerce said NSO Group was among four firms being added to its Entity List of companies considered to be engaged in activities contrary to US foreign policy and national security. NSO Group and another Israeli firm, Candiru, were added because their spyware has “enabled foreign governments to conduct transnational repression, which is the practice of authoritarian governments targeting dissidents, journalists and activists outside of their sovereign borders to silence dissent”, the commerce department said. But in July, several Democratic lawmakers in the US urged the Biden administration to sanction NSO Group.

Judge orders Jan. 6 DEMO FALSE-FLAG SHOW TRIAL POLITICAL PRISONER with cancer freed after 'deplorable' conditions found at DC jail
A federal judge on Wednesday ordered that a Jan. 6 defendant diagnosed with cancer be transferred to another prison after an inspection at a D.C jail found that prisoners were living in "deplorable" conditions. Judge Royce Lamberth ordered that Christopher Worrell, an (ALLEGED) member of the Proud Boys, be immediately transferred to another jail and then released to home detention for chemotherapy as soon as possible, CNN reported. He stated that the "court has zero confidence" that the D.C. jail would provide proper treatment and not retaliate against Worrell.

Last month, Lamberth called on the Department of Justice (DOJ) to conduct a civil rights investigation into the alleged civil rights violations that Jan. 6 defendants suffered under D.C. Jail Warden Wanda Patten and the director of the D.C. Department of Corrections, Quincy Booth. "I don’t know if it’s because he’s a January 6th defendant or not, but I find this matter should be referred to the attorney general of the United States for a civil rights investigation into whether the D.C. Department of Corrections is violating the civil rights of January 6th defendants ... in this and maybe other cases," Lamberth said at the time.

Lamberth held the two officials in contempt following a long delay in paperwork needed to approve a surgery Worrell reportedly needed on his pinky finger after a fall earlier this year. CNN noted that the U.S. Marshals Service is currently moving 400 prisoners out of a section of the D.C. jail — Worrell being the first of them — after an inspection discovered poor conditions, including water being shut off for days, toilets being clogged and one inmate developed an infection when he was unable to wash himself after being pepper sprayed.

Worrell, who is from Florida, allegedly pepper sprayed police officers during the Jan. 6 Capitol riot and was arrested in March. He has been indicted on six federal charges and has pleaded not guilty. Since being incarcerated, Worrell has contracted COVID-19 and has been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Last month, prosecutors argued that Worrell was making false claims about his health, writing in court filings that they have "repeatedly been unable to sort fact from fiction."

Prosecutors said Worrell's claims have “often been refuted, or at best unsubstantiated, by the medical notes and records that the government later obtains.” According to the prosecutors, the pinky surgery Worrell sought approval for was “not medically necessary and not urgent, but instead an elective procedure," citing an orthopedic specialist. An attorney representing Worrell, Alex Stavrou, shot back at prosecutors' characterization and asserted that his client's medical issues were real.

“Mr. Worrell also suffers from Non-Hodkins Lymphoma. To date he has not received chemotherapy. He has never caused any delay in seeking treatment for his cancer," Stavrou said. When reached by The Hill regarding Lamberth’s order, Stavrou said in a statement, “We are pleased with the Court’s Order allowing Mr. Worrell to obtain the life-saving cancer treatments he needs. We are also pleased that over 400 inmates will be transferred to facilities where they will receive proper treatment and care, and not be subjected to the deplorable conditions noted by the United States Marshall’s investigation.”

BLACK-ON-WHITE: WHITE Family of White man murdered by a killer black upset
the bleeding heart liberal and possibly anti-white parole board say 'free de bro'

🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire OKLAHOMA CITY — Paul Howell's family members were vocal about their feelings for Julius Jones after the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board recommended clemency for the death row inmate. Jones has been on death row for the 1999 murder of Howell, an Edmond businessman and father.

His family said Jones is lying about his innocence, and many of them are angry with the board members. Howell's family said they feel the Pardon and Parole Board members' votes stem from the anti-death penalty movement. "The facts have been, are and always will be overwhelming pointing to his guilt," Paul Howell's brother, Brian Howell, said. "I think their votes for clemency personally came from the anti-death penalty, that they were going to vote for clemency no matter what the facts presented."

>> What's Next? Eyes are on Gov. Stitt as clock ticks toward execution of Julius Jones

Howell's family now looks forward to a meeting with Gov. Kevin Stitt, who has the final say on Jones' clemency. His office only said that he is aware of the Pardon and Parole Board's vote but won't comment until he's made a decision.

A website for the family, justiceforpaulhowell.com, includes information about the prosecution and conviction of Julius Jones and states: “The overwhelming evidence in this case supports the courts’ decision/conviction that Julius Jones murdered Paul Howell on July 28, 1999. … Jones’ defense team’s only hope now is to create such an uproar through a misinformation campaign as to put pressure on those that grant commutation or clemency. So for that, they turn to celebrities.”

Quick thinking saves woman during alleged sexual assault by BLACK AFRICAN IMPORT sex pervert at shopping center
SUSPECT-NAME FULTON COUNTY, Ga. (CBS46) — Police have arrested 47-year-old Mouhamadou Kane and booked him in the Fulton County Jail for both felony and misdemeanor counts of sexual battery, kidnapping, and criminal trespassing. Sandy Springs Police say on Oct. 23 a young woman was leaving the Gateway Shopping Center on Roswell Road when the incident happened. She says he was stopped at a stop sign when Kane walked up to her trying to flirt with her.

"She continued through the parking lot trying to get away from the male suspect and she came to a stop light he was able to catch up to her again," said Sandy Springs Police Captain Mike Lindstrom. The woman’s doors were locked so police say Kane couldn’t open her driver’s door when he tried. But, her passenger window was rolled down. Police say Kane reached in, opened that door, and got inside the woman's car. He proceeded to ask the young woman for oral sex and grabbed her breasts.

Police say Kane then asked the young woman to get him something to drink so she drove to the Starbucks next door. Still in the car Kane allegedly told her he was an FBI agent. The young woman then told him she was younger than she was to get him to believe she was underage. "At which point he got scared and ended up leaving the vehicle," Lindstrom said. "I thought she did a good job of continuing to have that dialogue and continuing to try to reason with him."

Knife-wielding MUSLIM man shouting 'Allahu Akbar' detained by French police after attempted attack
French railroad security officers have detained a knife-wielding man after he allegedly charged at them in a dispute over wearing a face mask while shouting "Allahu Akbar!" and "France is ruled by the Islamic State!," reports say.

The incident surrounding the suspect – identified by the Le Parisien newspaper as a 47-year-old French national who is familiar to police for acts of violence – unfolded Monday night in Paris’ busy Saint-Lazare station.

The suspect, according to BFMTV, became agitated with four security guards after being flagged for not wearing a face mask per COVID-19 guidelines. He then allegedly brandished a knife and lunged at the guards while shouting the slogans, the station adds.

Two of the guards responded by firing at the suspect, striking him three times in the hand and lungs and forcing him to fall onto the tracks, Le Parisien reports. The suspect then climbed back onto the platform and rushed at the guards a second time – only to be repelled by batons and tear gas and once again fall onto the tracks, according to the newspaper.

A protest by a group of scientists has ignited spirited discussions about the persistent lack of diversity in such awards.

Five of the nation’s top ice scientists found themselves in a conundrum. They’d been tasked with a formidable job: reviewing candidates for the American Geophysical Union’s fellows program, the most prestigious award given by the world’s largest earth and space science society. But when the group looked at its list of candidates, all nominated by peers, it spotted a problem. Every nominee on the list was a white man.

(Black) Man charged with murder in North Philly hit-and-run
black suspect A 21-year-old man turned himself in Sunday in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash last week that killed an 8-year-old boy in Strawberry Mansion, authorities said.

Khadeir Harris, of North Philadelphia, has been charged with third-degree murder, homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, receiving stolen property and several other crimes, according to police.

He was allegedly behind the wheel just before 4:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 25, when a speeding white SUV struck Ja-Kha House at 33rd and Huntingdon streets. The boy died less than an hour later.

Investigators said officers found the vehicle, a 2014 Buick Enclave that had been reported stolen, abandoned near Fairmount Park in West Philadelphia. Two men had been spotted running from the vehicle, police said.

A day after the crash, authorities released surveillance images of a man detectives believed was connected to the crash. Police told Metro on Monday that Harris is the man in those photos.

(Black) Man accused of kidnapping, sexually assaulting Memorial Park jogger expected in court Monday
SUSPECT-NAME HOUSTON – A man who allegedly kidnapped, robbed and sexually assaulted a jogger in Memorial Park in late September is expected to appear in court Monday. 30-year-old Terrian Leescott Brewer is charged with aggravated sexual assault, aggravated kidnapping and aggravated robbery in the horrific incident, which occurred on Sept. 29.

During a probable cause hearing Saturday, a judge called Brewer a threat to public safety and denied him bond. Court records show Brewer is a convicted felon who had been out on bond for an alleged robbery when the Sept. 29 assault occurred.

The jogger told police a man robbed and sexually assaulted her the night of Sept. 29. As she was running near E. Memorial Loop Dr. around 11 p.m., a man grabbed her from behind, threatened her with a sharp plastic object and demanded money from her. When she struggled to free herself from his grasp, the man warned her he had a gun, and had shot people for less than what he was asking her for, according to court documents.

What ensued was a night of terror during which the man sexually assaulted the woman at numerous locations around the park while intermittently demanding money from her. Ultimately, the woman got help from a man who had been walking his dog. The Good Samaritan called police and stayed with the jogger until help arrived. Investigators identified Brewer as a suspect in the case and arrested him Friday.

According to the criminal complaint, Dennis-Bond and her brother, who is the other person charged in the incident, were racing separate vehicles at excessively high speeds prior to the crash. The pair were speeding side-by-side eastbound on County Road 42 between Burnsville Parkway and Newton Avenue in Burnsville.

Meanwhile, a motorist in a Honda CRV entered the intersection, crossing the county road, when the car driven by Dennis-Bond’s brother collided into the Honda.     Two BLACK men sentenced to federal prison for destroying police car in George Floyd protest
black suspect Two Pennsylvania men have been sentenced to federal prison after they were convicted of destroying and attempting to set fire to a police vehicle during last year’s protests over the murder of George Floyd.

Da’Jon Lengyel, 24, of McKees Rocks was sentenced Friday to 27 months in prison. Christopher West, 36, of Pittsburgh was ordered to serve four years, receiving more time than Lengyel in part because of his criminal history.

Videos showed two men identified as the defendants jumping up and down on the roof of the vehicle during protests on May 30, 2020, in downtown Pittsburgh. They are seen with other rioters trying to set a fire in the police car. Prosecutors said the group placed cardboard and paper into the passenger compartment and one ignited the material.

Both pleaded guilty earlier to conspiracy and obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder in connection to the riot. West still faces state charges over allegations that he took a news photographer’s camera during the riot. He acknowledged wrongdoing in a lengthy speech to the court.

Bond hearing set for BLACK suspect in Memorial Park sexual assault case
SUSPECT-NAME HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — A court date has been set to request bond for a man accused of multiple crimes against a woman in Memorial Park. Prosecutors said Terrian Brewer repeatedly sexually assaulted a jogger, took her money, phone and Apple Watch, and forced her to fill his car’s tank at a nearby gas station. Court records show he was denied bond on Saturday during his first court appearance.

Harris County Attorney Johna Stallings said a judge set a hearing on Nov. 16 to decide if Brewer will be granted bail. She also stressed the importance of the case in support of the victim and other people who visit Memorial Park. “We know that this series of offenses rattle the public,” Stallings said. “It’s a very well-known park where this offense occurred and we’re taking this matter very seriously in order to make sure that this defendant is appropriately punished.”

MUSLIM Ohio man pleads guilty in Islamic State training case
DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — An Ohio man has pleaded guilty to a terrorism offense related to an attempt to fly overseas to train with an Islamic State-affiliated group. The release said that Almadaoji had traveled to Egypt prior to his arrest in order to join ISIS Wilayat Sinai, but was unsuccessful. The government accused Naser Almadaoji, an Iraqi-born U.S. citizen, of arranging with an Islamic State supporter in 2018 to move through Kazakhstan to Afghanistan, where he intended to train with a group called ISIS Wilayat Khorasan. The supporter was actually an FBI informant, and federal agents arrested Almadaoji on Oct. 24, 2018, at the Columbus airport before he departed.

Almadaoji said he hoped to to set off a car bomb at a federal building, but needed training first, according to a document unsealed Monday. Almadaoji pleaded not guilty in 2018 to a federal charge of attempting to provide material support and resources to a foreign terrorist organization.

Almadaoji pleaded guilty Friday before federal Judge Walter Rice to the same charge, which carries a possible punishment of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Sentencing was set for Jan. 31. A message was left with Almadaoji's attorney seeking comment.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK NBA Star's Nephew Convicted in Road Rage Shooting That Injured a WHITE FEMALE TEEN - BULLET WENT THROUGH HER SPINAL CORD
🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM WHITE VICTIM WHITE VICTIM wounded victim The nephew of a former Washington Wizards star was convicted Thursday in a road rage shooting that injured two teenagers in 2019. Elimar DePaula Padilla was wounded so severely, doctors told her she would never walk again. She was 19 years old when she got into her then boyfriend’s Infiniti sedan about 7:30 p.m. Aug. 8, 2019.

He drove to an apartment complex on Crystal Hill Circle in Germantown, Maryland. Unfamiliar with the area, he made a lane change, cutting off another car a Chrysler 200, enraging the driver, 30-year-old D’Andre Wall. Moments later, Wall fired a handgun into the back of the Infiniti before fleeing the scene, prosecutors said. Padilla and the driver were struck and injured.

“The doctors told me I’m never gonna walk again, that it was a complete spinal cord injury,” Padilla said. “The bullet went through my spinal cord.” A few hours later, Wall exchanged texts with his uncle – NBA star John Wall, who was playing for the Washington Wizards at that time – asking for help getting a hotel room in North Carolina that night. He also texted he might need a lawyer, sending a screen shot of the apartment complex’s emergency alert about the shooting.

Padilla testified at the trial, but after her appearance, she had to watch the proceedings via a Zoom link in another room. She said after D’Andre Wall was found guilty, she was told the judge felt her continued presence in the courtroom in a wheelchair could have unduly influenced the jury. “It kind of just caught me off guard, because I wasn’t them to deny me something that should be my right,” Padilla said.

Padilla has vowed that she will walk again. Montgomery County State’s Attorney John McCarthy noted Wall was legally prohibited from carrying a gun.

“He should not have had a handgun in the first place based on the convictions he had down in Raleigh, North Carolina,” McCarthy said. D’Andre Wall was convicted of one count of attempted manslaughter for the shots that injured the driver of the Infiniti sedan. He also was convicted of using a handgun in a violent crime. He is scheduled for sentencing on Jan. 10. He faces a maximum sentence of 60 years in prison.

HISPANIC FUGITIVE psychiatrist Miami-Dade Sex Crimes Suspect Captured After Years On The Run
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Former South Florida psychiatrist and fugitive sex crimes suspect Dr. Joan Humberto Marcelino is back behind bars in Miami-Dade, after years on the run.

An arrest warrant was issued for Marcelino on Sept. 27, 2011, after an investigation uncovered information indicating he allegedly engaged in sexual contact with victims under the age of 18, according to the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. But before he could be taken into custody, he fled to the Dominican Republic.

Attempts to return Marcelino to Miami-Dade were initially unsuccessful due to extradition laws. However, in January 2020, the Extradition Unit of the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office requested a status review of the case, and it turned out, the treaty between the US and the Dominican Republic had changed, allowing for his extradition.

He is now facing charges of lewd and lascivious molestation on a child 12-16 years old, lewd and lascivious exhibition on a child under 16, unlawful sexual activity with a specified minor and indecent exposure. Marcelino, according to prosecutors, appeared to use his gym membership to meet high school students who later became his victims.

🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM WHITE VICTIM SAGINAW, MI — Almost a quarter-century ago, an 18-year-old Michigan State University student was home for Christmas break, buying taco ingredients from a West Side Saginaw store. Before she could leave the business, she was kidnapped and later tortured, raped and killed. Her body was discarded near a scrapyard.

The sheer heinousness of the crime shocked — and outraged — the city.

Before the year ended, the young victim’s two killers were convicted and sentenced to die in prison. Now, the younger of the two offenders, 15 when he perpetrated the crime, may have the chance at being paroled depending on a new sentence handed down from a judge.

The resentencing hearing for Shytour T. Williams began Thursday now 40, has been serving a prison sentence of life without the possibility of parole since November 1997 for his role in the brutal abduction and slaying of Karen A. King.

🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM Authorities in Pennsylvania said a 26-year-old man fatally stabbed a woman who hired him to babysit her two children after they shared a weed cookie after dinner.

In the aftermath of the fatal incident, the suspect, identified as Lavrius Watson, told investigators he stabbed 41-year-old Elizabeth Bennett Leonard multiple times after the weed cookie he shared with the deceased victim gave him an adverse reaction, Pocono Record reported.

Police said the incident happened at Leonard’s Mountain Top home after midnight on Saturday. And officers responded to the scene after Watson called 911 to report the killing. “Somebody got killed,” the suspect said.

Officers found Leonard’s body on the front steps of the home. She had multiple stab wounds to the abdomen. And after Watson came outside when officers arrived, he reportedly knelt down and said, “Why did I do that?”

[only] One of the deceased victim’s children was in the home at the time of the incident. The other child had gone out the day prior. Watson also told the police he had known Leonard for seven years, and he went to her home on Friday for babysitting duties, Pocono Record reported.

After consuming the weed cookie, Watson told the police he recalled going to the kitchen and taking a knife before stabbing Leonard about five times. Following the attack, police said Watson called for an ambulance, adding that he was “audibly crying” on the phone. Watson also told the control operator he had fatally stabbed Leonard but he couldn’t recall where he had left the murder weapon.

Watson, who was arrested when officers arrived, is currently being held at the Luzerne County Prison after he was denied bail. He has been charged with criminal homicide.

Disgruntled (Black) neighbor who killed 9 by arson gets life sentence
black suspect An Ohio man was sentenced to life in prison on Tuesday for killing nine people in his neighborhood in arson fires. Stanley Ford, 62, was ordered by Judge Christine Croce to serve the terms consecutively.

Ford was found guilty in September to 26 of 29 counts against him, including aggravated murder and aggravated arson, for the fires prosecutors said he set because of feuds with neighbors. Prosecutors said Ford killed a couple in a 2016 blaze and then two adults and five children in a fire the next year.

Ford has maintained his innocence. During his trial, prosecutors presented surveillance footage, testimony from neighbors and security alarm records to pin the crimes on Ford. Ford’s attorney argued at trial that his client could not be identified in the surveillance videos and said that other potential suspects were identified.

Naked Georgia NEGRO arrested in NC after stealing truck from Charlotte, breaking into home, deputies say
black suspect chicken thief UNION COUNTY, N.C. (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) – A naked Georgia man was arrested in Union County last Friday after deputies said he crashed a stolen box truck from Charlotte, fled the scene and broke into a home, according to the Union County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies accused 24-year-old Demetrius Oglesby of Snellville, Georgia, of crashing a stolen box truck from a Charlotte business down an embankment in the 6600 block of Weddington Road on Oct. 22.

A witness reportedly told authorities that a man was seen running from the vehicle after the crash. Deputies started using K9 units to check the area. During the search, a “startled” homeowner on Chambwood Drive reported a man inside her home who was “completely in the nude.” The homeowner told authorities they confronted the man and he had fled the house.

A short time later, deputies received a call concerning a “suspicious person” on Potter Road about a naked man wrapped in a piece of construction material. Deputies responded and found Oglesby wearing a piece of house wrap used to cover the outside of homes during construction.

Oglesby had allegedly fashioned the material in a “makeshift toga” that was failing to cover his body parts. Deputies said they were able to identify Oglesby as the driver of the stolen truck and learned that he was the naked intruder who entered the Chambwood Drive home.

The sheriff’s office said Oglesby was arrested and “provided with adequate clothing.” He was charged with one count of felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle. He also had an existing warrant for his arrest for a hit-and-run traffic crash in Georgia.

QUEER FAGGOT California Sodomite accused of HOMO-sexual assault of man on Denver-bound plane
A Northern California man exposed himself and inappropriately touched another passenger while flying to Colorado this week, authorities said. Robert Earl Glasper III, 26, was arrested after his flight from Sacramento touched down at Denver International Airport on Monday at about 8:44 p.m. MDT, FBI Special Agent Brandon Barnes wrote in an affidavit supporting the Oakland man's arrest.

As Glasper and the male passenger seated next to him put on their seat belts, the defendant allegedly "reached out with his hand and grasped the left side of the victim's buttocks, giving it a squeeze," Barnes wrote. Glasper kept touching his seat neighbor's hands and legs and "also repeatedly asked the victim to `jerk him off,' " the affidavit revealed.

The suspect went to the restroom before returning to his seat and exposing himself, the FBI said. "At this point, the victim noticed that Glasper appeared to have an erection," Special Agent Barnes wrote. "Glasper began masturbating and exposed his penis to the victim saying to the victim, 'Look at this.' " At least one fellow traveler, seated across the aisle from the two men, allegedly saw Glasper masturbate and wipe his hands on the seat.

Former US soldier returns to Afghanistan, rescues Christians from MUSLIM Taliban
A former U.S. soldier said he’s brought at least 30 at-risk people, including Christians, from Afghanistan across the closed Pakistan border and was lashed by the Taliban for his efforts.

Relatives hid around Kabul after the Taliban took over, fearing they would be killed for their familial connection to an Army staff sergeant as well as their own past work against the extremist group. "They say on the news there is no U.S. soldier in Afghanistan," the former staff sergeant told Fox News. "But I'm here, and I'll help as long as it takes."

"I'm a proud American soldier," the Afghanistan war veteran, who was discharged after suffering traumatic brain injuries, added. "I've taken an oath, and I'll never forget that oath." "I pleaded for help from the U.S. government," the veteran told Fox News. "I did not receive any."

Polish lawmakers OK anti-migrant wall on Belarus border
Poland and other EU nations are accusing the Belarusian regime of President Alexander Lukashenko of encouraging and aiding migrants from the Mideast and Africa to seek entry into the EU through their borders with Belarus. It says the government in Minsk is seeking to destabilize the whole bloc in retaliation for Western sanctions.

Some migrants, chiefly from Iraq and Syria, have died from exhaustion near Poland's border with Belarus, which runs over 400 kilometers (250 miles) through forest, bogs and along the Bug River. Poland has built a razor-wire fence on the border and sent thousands of border guards, troops and police, but the measures have failed to stop the inflow of migrants. The border guards have also been pushing migrants back across the border, including some families with children, and a new Polish law makes that legal.

Poland is also in talks with the European Union's border agency Frontex regarding plans to fly the migrants back to their home countries. Migrants who get into any EU country can ask for international protection, or asylum that will cover all of the EU, but in most cases the requests are denied.

Police officials exchanged warnings of Antifa, Black Lives Matter ‘blending in’ with Jan. 6 crowds
SUSPECT SUSPECT Newly revealed documents show that law enforcement officials were concerned that far-left activists would “attempt to blend in” with Trump supporters at Jan. 6 protests and “cause trouble especially around cameras.”

In a Jan. 5 email, a U.S. Capitol Police Intelligence and Interagency Coordination Division official alerted several federal and police agencies to a Twitter post about Antifa and Black Lives Matter protestors from Baltimore and Washington “already busing people in to disturb January 6th.” The email went to the U.S. Park Police, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Transportation and Washington Metro Police Department. It was among 300 pages of U.S. Park Police records related to the Jan. 6 riot that were obtained by Judicial Watch through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.

“Orders given to dress like ‘MAGA’ blend in cause trouble especially around cameras,” read the Twitter post that was shared by the USCP intel official. “At night arson has been ordered. All to be blamed on Trump supporters attending.” In the email, the official told law enforcement colleagues that the post had received “multiple replies” saying that BLM and Antifa activists “will wear MAGA hats backwards, wear camouflage and attempt blend into the MAGA crowd.”

During and after the Jan. 6 riot, news outlets including The Washington Times reported that activists from leftist organizations had been present in the crowd that stormed the Capitol. While law enforcement identified far-right extremists in the crowds, no Antifa or other far-left activists were identified. The Times issued a correction for its erroneous report.

However, the emails confirm that the possibility of agitation by leftist activists was on the radar of law enforcement officials as they prepared for the protests. In the emails, the officials do little to assess the credibility of the tweet. “This guy’s Twitter says he’s a US Senate candidate for MD in 2022,” the email reads. “He retweets a lot from Lin Wood.”

The account that posted the tweet referenced by the officials has since been suspended. Law enforcement officials were also concerned about the possibility of counter-protestors clashing with pro-Trump demonstrators on Jan. 6, according to a U.S. Park Police Incident Briefing the day before.

The incident briefing note, which also was obtained in the FOIA lawsuit, outlines several rallies scheduled to take place throughout the day and details the number of anticipated attendees for each rally gleaned from social media posts. The report identified the Women for America First’s “March for Trump” featuring President Trump and members of his family as keynote speakers as a potential flashpoint.

“This group has significant potential to attract counter-protesters, similar to events in November and December 2020,” the report reads. “Multiple acts of violence have occurred in the downtown Washington, D.C. area during and after similar events hosted by the same organizer.”

A Capitol Police spokesperson told The Times that the email exchange alone does not indicate that the officials found the claim credible. “Intelligence and law enforcement agencies across this region receive a lot of tips about social media chatter,” the spokesperson said. “There is no indication the information in that online chatter ended up being credible.”

“We don’t have proof ANTIFA was on-site on 1/6,” the spokesperson said. “ANTIFA was not among the dozens of people who were arrested on 1/6.” Utah resident John Sullivan, who sold riot footage from inside the Capitol to new outlets for upwards of $35,000, was later arrested for being inside the Capitol. He has described himself as a Black Lives Matter supporter and founder of Insurgence USA, which Utah-based Deseret News described as “a social justice group … that calls itself anti-racist and protests police brutality.”

Mr. Sullivan says he was acting as an independent journalist on Jan. 6 and has denied any affiliation with Antifa. Prosecutors noted that he was not affiliated with a news outlet and did not have press credentials on Jan. 6.

(Convicted black killers of unarmed White victims) John Grant, Julius Jones executions temporarily stayed
black suspect
Grant was convicted of murdering Gay Carter, an UNARMED WHITE FEMALE prison cafeteria worker, in 1998 and Jones was convicted of murdering businessman Paul Howell in 1999.

She saw her dad slain at 9. Now she sees celebrities plead for convicted killer Julius Jones' release

OKLAHOMA CITY — Rachel Howell was 9 years old when her father was shot and killed in front of her. Contacted by the Tulsa World, Howell, now 31, agreed to talk about her father, the crime and the convicted killer who is waging a public relations campaign to avoid the death penalty.

Silent slaying Howell, her sister, their aunt and their father had been out shopping for school supplies on July 28, 1999. They swung into Braum’s for ice cream before pulling into the driveway at her grandparents’ house in Edmond. She said a Black man walked up to the vehicle.

“I was sitting in the back seat behind the driver’s seat, and my dad was in the driver’s seat, while my little sister was next to me and my aunt was in the passenger seat up front,” she said. “I remember waving to him at first when he was walking up, not really sure what was about to happen.” She said her father had cracked his door open when the man shot him in the head, without saying a single word. Her sister and aunt rushed out of the car with her, she said. She remembers a second gunshot.

“He was clearly shooting at us but missed,” she said. The killer left in the family’s car, a brown Suburban. “I remember going to the hospital and seeing my dad and saying goodbye,” she said. “It was hard seeing him like that.”

After the murder, she dealt with post-traumatic stress disorder and extreme panic attacks. She grew up with close family who lived nearby and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality business management. Now she works in finance out of state. Although it has been more than two decades since her father’s murder, Howell’s memories of him are vivid.

She remembers her father taking her and her sister to the park to play “Lion King” because the rocks looked like Pride Rock, she said. “He would pretend to be the monkey, Rafiki, and chase us around the park,” she said. He would take her to swim in her uncle’s pool next door.

“He would throw me high in the air,” she said. “It always felt like I was flying. My mom always called him the ‘human pool toy.’” She remembers vacations to South Padre Island and the beach.

“I also had a huge obsession with Beanie Babies,” she said. “He would drive around rural Oklahoma so he could find the one I wanted at the time.” A website for the family, justiceforpaulhowell.com, includes information about the prosecution and conviction of Julius Jones and states: “The overwhelming evidence in this case supports the courts’ decision/conviction that Julius Jones murdered Paul Howell on July 28, 1999. … Jones’ defense team’s only hope now is to create such an uproar through a misinformation campaign as to put pressure on those that grant commutation or clemency. So for that, they turn to celebrities.”

BLACK-ON-WHITE: (white) Man Killed On Highway 153 Had Just Been Involved In Drug Deal With The (black) Shooter
🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM wounded victim Genesis Vaughn Charged With Killing Stewart Luttrell
A man who was killed while driving along Highway 153 on Tuesday night had just carried out a drug deal with the shooter, police said. Stewart Brodie Luttrell, 35, was killed in the incident that resulted in traffic being clogged for hours. Luttrell's wife, 27, was also shot. Their two-year-old son was not injured.

Police said Wednesday night that homicide investigators had arrested 26-year-old Genesis Latroy Vaughn in connection with the incident. He was charged with criminal homicide, two counts of attempted criminal homicide, felony reckless endangerment, possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony, and unlawful possession of a weapon. Police said they were dispatched to 590 Highway 153 northbound, where they found Luttrell dead with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and head. His wife had been shot in the hand.

A detective retrieved video from Midnite Oil at 4831 Bonny Oaks Dr. that showed Vaughn and Luttrell making a hand to hand drug transaction at a gas pump. The Luttrells were in a white Ford F250 pickup truck and Vaughn got into the rear of a gray Nissan Versa. The vehicles exited toward Highway 153. Witnesses said the Versa sped off in pursuit of the Ford pickup.

Police said it was determined that Vaughn and Luttrell were texting one another just prior to the homicide. The cell phone number contacting Luttrell just before the shooting was registered to Vaughn. The wife of Luttrell said the man who shot them was in the rear seat behind the driver. She said it was the same man who carried out the drug transaction.

Police located Vaughn and he admitted having a drug deal with Luttrell. He also said he was in the back seat of the Versa. He also admitted the phone number that called Luttrell after the drug deal was his. Vaughn was last arrested last September for vandalism, drugs and possessing a firearm with intent to go armed.

At approximately 8:31 p.m., Chattanooga Police were dispatched to a person shot at 590 Highway 153 Northbound. Upon arrival, officers located two adult victims suffering from gunshot wounds and one uninjured child.

Mr. Luttrell had an apparent life-threatening gunshot wound and was pronounced deceased on scene. The woman's injury is considered non-life threatening. She was taken to a hospital by Hamilton County EMS. Investigators with the Violent Crimes Unit responded to conduct an investigation and collect potential evidence from the scene.

During the initial on scene investigation, police obtained information to indicate this is not the result of a random road rage incident.

Stewart Brodie Luttrell was in the news on April 27, 2015. That day 9:30 p.m. Hamilton County Sheriff Deputy Andrew Voss observed a gray Hyundai matching the description of the vehicle of Luttrell, who had outstanding felony warrants issued out of Hamilton County and Signal Mountain. The vehicle was observed at a car wash. Deputy Voss pulled into the car wash and was able to positively identify the suspect, along with a female companion, Amanda Alexandria Keener. Deputy Voss activated his emergency equipment and pulled in front of Mr. Luttrell's vehicle, blocking the Hyundai from exiting. Luttrell stopped, and Ms. Keener entered the vehicle's passenger side.

Luttrell then put the vehicle into reverse and fled the scene, traveling towards Sequatchie County on Taft Highway. Deputy Voss initiated pursuit. Upon entering Sequatchie County, Luttrell took a corner too closely near the Mount Carmel Baptist Church parking lot and spun out of control, wrecking his vehicle and completely disabling it.

Luttrell exited the vehicle and fled on foot, with Deputy Voss close behind. After a lengthy foot pursuit of over 1,000 yards, Deputy Voss was able to successfully apprehend him, taking him into custody with considerable resistance. Ms. Keener did not flee the accident scene and was compliant with commands. She was also taken into custody. The vehicle was unregistered and Luttrell had no insurance.

Luttrell and Ms. Keener were married last August.

(Black) Columbus City Schools teacher arrested by Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force
SUSPECT-NAME COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A Columbus City Schools teacher has been arrested by the Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and Columbus Police Chief Elaine Bryant announced Wednesday. Robert Pea, 60, of Columbus, was arrested Wednesday morning and is charged with one count of compelling prostitution.

The Northland High School teacher is accused of contacting a 16-year-old girl through an online advertisement to have sex at a hotel in Reynoldsburg. Court records show, Pea had agreed to pay the girl $80 in exchange for sex. "This morning, we arrested him at Northland High School. Luckily, none of the students were in school because today was a teacher work day,” said Sgt. Dana Hess, director of the Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force.

According to Columbus City Schools, Pea was a social studies teacher, boys bowling and golf coach at Northland High School and has been with the district since 1998. Hess says the investigation began in August after detectives received multiple tips about a teen who was possibly a sex-trafficking victim. After several interviews and cell phone data, they were able to identify Pea as a potential suspect.

"We started investigating the primary targets for this case and during the course of our investigation, we uncovered the teacher who was a sex buyer, who was paying for sex with the victim,” said Hess. On Monday, Pea was interviewed by agents and not long after, investigators filed a charge of compelling prostitution against him.

"We wanted to act as quickly as possible, so he was no longer in contact with any children,” said Hess. As for the victim, Hess says she's safe.

"She attends a private school, she is currently in the custody of her mother, and she is undergoing counseling, so she is safe,” said Hess. Columbus City Schools said, Pea has been assigned to home without pay while he is incarcerated. If he is released, his assignment to home will be paid.

(Black NIGERIAN) Virginia Tech football player, a former Cox High star, indicted on second-degree murder charge
black suspect A suspended Virginia Tech football player from Virginia Beach will be tried on a second-degree murder charge in Montgomery County Circuit Court. Isimemen David “Isi” Etute, accused of killing a man he mistook for a woman when they met for sex, was indicted by a grand jury Tuesday, the Roanoke Times reported.

A hearing is scheduled for Nov. 18 so attorneys can work out a timeline for the case, according to the newspaper. Etute, 18, a former star at Cox High School, was preparing for his first season at Virginia Tech when he was arrested and charged in the death of Jerry Paul Smith.

Etute was matched with someone named “Angie” on Tinder and met for a sexual encounter April 10, according to previous police statements. Etute returned to Smith’s Blacksburg apartment May 31 to determine if Smith was male or female, according to attorneys and witnesses at earlier hearings.

A detective testified at Etute’s preliminary hearing that the football player told investigators that on May 31, he groped Smith to try to determine his gender, used his phone’s flashlight to get a better look at Smith in the dark apartment, then began punching him. Etute was released on a $75,000 secured bond about a week after his arrest and since then has been under house arrest and electronic monitoring. Etute has been suspended from the Virginia Tech football team per athletic department guidelines.

black suspect [L-to-R: Christie Parisienne, Jaslyn Smith, and Andre Clements] MIRAMAR, FLA. (WSVN) - Three teens charged in the murder of 18-year-old high school student Dwight Grant will be charged as adults. The Broward State Attorney plans to file formal charges against 17-year-old Andre Clements, 17-year-old Christie Parisienne and 16-year-old Jaslyn Smith in the coming weeks.

“If this case were to be handled as a juvenile matter, the maximum term of residential treatment would be 36 months prior to release,” the state attorney’s office said in a statement. “A juvenile charge would mean that the person would be released after three years in the system and could only be kept under supervision in the community until age 21.” Grant’s body was found last week at his apartment complex in Miramar.

Investigators said the three teens planned the murder, lured Grant out of his apartment before ambushing him and beating him for 31 minutes. Detectives said Clements then stabbed Grant in the neck before stabbing him in the chest with a sword.

(Black) Brothers plead guilty to reduced murder charge in 2019 robbery-killing
black suspect Two brothers avoided a jury trial by entering guilty pleas Monday in the 2019 murder of a 21-year-old Owasso man. Devin and Montre Wilson, 18 and 26 respectively, sat shackled a seat apart from each other where the jury for their scheduled trial would have sat Monday morning. They could be seen exchanging a few words before District Judge Sharon Holmes addressed them individually.

As part of their plea agreements, both brothers’ charges were amended from first-degree to second-degree murder and sentences of 30 years in Department of Corrections custody were recommended. Holmes accepted the guilty pleas and will decide whether to accept the sentencing agreement Dec. 6. The time will allow presentencing investigations to be completed.

Devin and Montre Wilson went to Tyler Lee Collins’ Owasso apartment under the guise of a drug buy on Dec. 30, 2019, but instead robbed him, according to court affidavits. A witness testified during an earlier hearing that Collins let the Wilsons inside before they “rushed” him from behind and demanded drugs and money from him.

Collins was shot in the head during the fight, and the witness said she heard his body “hit the floor like a bag of rocks” while the brothers fumbled over one another trying to find the drug stashes in the one-room apartment.

(Black) Accused Texas con artist's scam breaks cellmate lover out of jail, both on the run:
black suspect chicken thief Davion Sandifer and Devante Jones being sought by police.
A Houston man described by prosecutors as a "repeat con artist" is on the run after allegedly committing fraud to bond his lover out of jail, reports say. Police in Texas now have an arrest warrant out for Davion Sandifer, 22, according to KTRK.

"He's just willing to do anything he can for his own objectives," Harris County Assistant District Attorney Keith Houston told the station. In court documents viewed by KTRK, prosecutors allege Sandifer became romantically involved with 26-year-old Devante Jones – a convicted felon – while they were housed in the same jail unit.

After Sandifer bonded out of jail last month, he then illegally used the identity and personal information of two other people to secure an $80,000 bond for Jones’ release, the documents further allege. In July, Sandifer – whom KTRK says prosecutors have described as a "repeat con artist" -- was arrested, charged and accused of running an employment scam. Prosecutors said Sandifer set up a fake charity called the Genisis Charitable Foundation and then used personal information shared by a job applicant to obtain a loan, lease an apartment and open a debit card, according to KTRK.

Interracial couple busted for drugs - suspended licenses
African CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — Two individuals have been charged after officers found drugs during a traffic stop in Clarksburg for an individual driving on a suspended license for the second time in a week. On Oct. 22, officers with the Clarksburg Police Department were patrolling the area of South Chestnut Street in Clarksburg when they observed a dark blue Buick Regal attempting to pull out of the Go-Mart parking lot being driven by an individual known to not have a valid driver’s license, according to a criminal complaint. The vehicle’s inspection was also “fraudulent/improper,” officers said.

When officers moved closer to the vehicle, the driver, Derrick Henley, 41, of Clarksburg, “made a sudden sharp exit to the right” at which point officers attempted a traffic stop on the vehicle, according to the complaint. Officers then made contact with Henley and learned that he still did not have a valid license, and officers also made contact with a woman in the passenger seat who was responsible for the vehicle, Amanda Hitt, 41, of Clarksburg, officers said.

(white) Boyfriend (of black woman with 3 black kids) in Houston House of Horrors
charged with murder of 8 yr old boy whose decomposing corpse found with black siblings

black suspect The Houston man who has been charged with beating to death his girlfriend's eight-year-old son and then leaving the child's body to rot in the insect-infested apartment housing the victim's three starving brothers would routinely stop by to abuse the younger children, authorities said on Wednesday. Brian Coulter, 31, on Tuesday was arrested and charged with felony murder in connection with the death of the eight-year-old child, identified in court documents obtained by DailyMail.com as Kendrick Lee. His bond was set at $1million.

Coulter was not present in court on Wednesday because he was undergoing a mental health evaluation. Gloria Williams, 35, Coulter's girlfriend and the victim's mother, is charged with injury to a child by omission and tampering with evidence - a human corpse. She is expected to appear before a judge later on Wednesday. During a press conference held by Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez on Wednesday, investigators revealed that a few weeks prior to Sunday's gruesome discovery, Coulter had allegedly broken the jaw of Williams' youngest son. The child was denied immediate medical attention and will now require surgery.

According to authorities, the younger children had been subjected to 'consistent' beatings at Coulter's hands and were never allowed out of the apartment. 'This is a textbook case of a person that abuses children,' said Harris County Sgt Dennis Wolfford.

Wolfford, who heads the sheriff's homicide unit, also had some harsh words for Williams, calling her 'an abuser by omission.' The sergeant said that there is no evidence that the mom-of-six was a victim of domestic violence herself, and that she had a year to report her son Kendrick's murder and her other children's abuse, but she chose not to do it.

Sheriff Gonzalez said that at least two of the three brothers, ages 15, 10 and 7, are on the autistic spectrum. All three children told responding officers that they were hungry and requested donuts. 'They were very sweet children, very nice, very well-spoken,' Wolfford said, noting, however, that they had 'blankness in the eyes.'

He added: 'it was very sad. They are good kids.' Gonzalez and his investigators offered some further disturbing details on what they found inside the family's apartment, revealing that all that was left of Kendrick Lee's body was a 'dry' skeleton, which was out in the open, and that the unit was swarming with flies and cockroaches. According to the sheriff, Kendrick and his three surviving brothers were fathered by two different men, one of whom has died.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK AFRICAN FROM LIBERIA pleads guilty in demonic murder of innocent 14-year old White girl - stabbed MORE THAN TWENTY TIMES
🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM WHITE VICTIM WHITE VICTIM FARGO, N.D. -- A North Dakota man has pleaded guilty to killing Jupiter Paulsen, a 14-year-old girl who authorities said was strangled and stabbed more than 20 times in a random attack outside a store in June. Arthur Kollie, 22, entered an Alford plea Monday in the death of Jupiter Paulsen. With the plea, the Fargo man maintains his innocence, but acknowledges there is enough evidence for a conviction.

Charging documents say a sanitation worker saw Kollie attack the girl the morning of June 4 outside a Party City store in Fargo. The witness told police he saw Kollie strangling her. After Kollie ran away, the worker said he began life-saving efforts and called 911. An autopsy said the cause of death was asphyxiation by strangulation complicated by multiple sharp-force injuries. The girl was stabbed more than 20 times, according to court documents.

Kollie told investigators that he suffers from anxiety, depression and multiple personality disorder and had used methamphetamine that day, KVLY-TV reported, citing court documents. Investigators have found no evidence that Kollie and the girl knew each other.

Kollie initially pleaded not guilty Monday in Cass County District Court to felony counts of murder, robbery and aggravated assault, but later in the day changed that to an Alford plea.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Upstate New York Man Charged With Murder After Allegedly Stabbing WHite Ex-Girlfriend 40 Times in Front of Her Friend and a Child
🔥Hell Fire black suspect 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM An Upstate New York man was charged on Monday in connection with the three-dozen-plus-times stabbing death of his ex-girlfriend. Kason Parker, 33, stands accused of murder in the second degree over the death of 27-year-old Meghan Kiefer. The defendant hails from Albany, N.Y.; the slaying occurred more than three hours away in Coram, N.Y. on Long Island east of New York City.

According to New York City CBS affiliate WCBS, family members of the deceased cried in court as details of the slaying were read aloud. Prosecutors say that Parker was staying at Kiefer’s house when the victim returned to retrieve her credit card. Kiefer requested the card back from her ex when, according to a witness cited by law enforcement, the brutal incident occurred on the woman’s own lawn.

Suffolk County District Attorney Timothy Sini said that Parker “pulled her out of the car” and that it initially appeared Parker was “punching” his victim. That read on the situation quickly gave way to a different interpretation of the scene, however, as it became clear to the witness that Parker allegedly had a “knife in his hand.” “Motionless, [Kiefer was] stabbed 40 times,” the prosecutor alleged.

Kiefer had just moved back to Long Island several months ago and was living with her grandmother when she was killed. The violent incident is alleged to have occurred right in front of Kiefer’s friend and her friend’s 1-year-old child as they sat in the car from which the victim was dragged.

“She was with her friend and they drove back to the residence and he was there,” Sini told NBC’s flagship New York City affiliate WNBC. “And an argument ensued and the defendant attacked. The defendant attacked the victim in cold blood. And stabbed her approximately 40 times — all over her body.”

Their relationship was reportedly “an abusive situation” for some time, one neighbor told the television station. Law enforcement officials say a neighbor reported an injured woman around 4:45 p.m. on Saturday. The victim was found laying still on the grass with multiple stab wounds and was rushed to nearby Stony Brook University Hospital, but by then it was already too late. She was pronounced dead as she arrived.

Parker was arrested on Sunday by homicide detectives who allegedly caught him en route to North Carolina at a Port Authority bus terminal. Police say the defendant initially gave a fake name before his arrest. The defendant has multiple prior convictions including strangulation and assault, according to Albany NBC affiliate WNYT.

“This is a tragic, tragic incident and this defendant murdered this woman and then fled the scene and tried to evade law enforcement,” Sini added. “He tried to evade law enforcement and we will get justice on behalf of the victim.”

(Black AFRICAN) 'Houston' resident teenager (from SUDAN) charged with 3 counts of murder released from jail, permitted to attend school
black suspect The teenage immigrant in Houston who was charged with murder and aggravated assault in a car crash that killed three valet drivers has made bail. Ahmedal Tayeb Elnouman Modawi, who is originally from Sudan and not a U.S. citizen, was charged with three counts of murder and one count of aggravated assault with serious bodily injury following the Oct. 1 crash, Click 2 Houston reported.

The 17-year-old made bail this weekend and is required to wear an ankle monitor under house arrest until his next court hearing on Dec. 15. He will be permitted to attend school and church during that time. Modawi’s bond was originally set at at $350,000, which included $100,000 for each murder count. A judge later reduced the bond to $220,000 - $60,000 for each murder count, plus $40,000 for the aggravated assault.

Modawi, who also worked as a valet, was reportedly doing doughnuts in a parking lot on the evening of Oct. 1 in a client’s car. A police officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but Modawi took off. The car then hit three valets, 22-year-old Eric Orduna, 23-year-old Nick Rodriguez and 18-year-old Fnan Measho, before flipping and crashing into a fence. The men were declared dead at the scene. Modawi and a passenger in his car also sustained injuries.

Trial begins for (Black) Catholic priest accused of rape
SUSPECT-NAME Father Jean Claude Philippe, she said, was family. He officiated her wedding at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Homestead, where she taught children at Sunday school. The priest served as the godfather for her — and her daughter. Philippe accompanied her and church members on vacations, and often brought her family gifts from his own trips abroad.

But on Oct. 30, 2018, she told jurors on Tuesday, Philippe invited the woman to his home on the church grounds to give her gifts from a recent trip. In the kitchen, he gave her a mysterious tea drink in a bottle and she passed out. She woke up two hours later, completely naked on his bed. “He was naked, except for some white underwear,” she recalled. “He wanted to embrace me and say everything was okay, that nothing was happening.”

But what happened, Miami-Dade prosecutors told jurors, was that the priest had raped the woman — an attack Philippe partially confessed to when confronted by detectives five months later. “She’s going to tell you as a devout Catholic, this shattered her foundation of trust,” Assistant State Attorney Khalil Quinan told jurors in opening statements. “She is going to tell you she stopped going to church. She stopped going to mass.”

BLACK-ON-WHITE: "Enough is enough!" (Black) Gunman gets life in prison for killing (White) woman at Bob Evans
🔥Hell Fire BLACK SUSPECT 🔥Hell Fire WHITE VICTIM CANTON – An East Canton man who killed his on-again-off-again lover inside a busy Canton restaurant got the maximum sentence of life in prison without parole. "There's nothing I can do to bring her back, but I'd just like the court to understand that I am very sorry and remorseful, and I would love for her family to forgive me," Richard Nelson told the court prior to sentencing Monday.

A Stark County Common Pleas jury last week convicted Nelson, 55, of aggravated murder for the shooting death Rebecca Rogers, a 38-year-old waitress who died while she worked April 16 at Bob Evans. Rogers' family was not in the courtroom for sentencing because the trial and lengthy deliberations had "taken a lot out of them," Stark County Chief Prosecutor Dennis Barr said.

The judge said the community is tired of killings, shots being fired, young people dying and tired of the bloodshed that seems to be happening on a weekly basis. Forchione pointed out that Nelson admitted being selfish in one of his phone calls from jail that were recorded by investigators.

"You're damn right you're selfish...you took so much from so many people in this room and now you have to answer for it," he said. "...this community needs to know that enough is enough and I've had enough," Forchione said just before handing down Nelson's life term with no chance at parole.

"While nothing can bring Rebecca back, at least her family will now know that Richard Nelson will spend the rest of his life in prison for taking the life of their daughter, sister and mother." Throughout the trial, Nelson was heard on recorded jail calls saying how much he loved Rebecca and that they were supposed to be together.

"If he would've loved her, he never would have in cold blood went to that restaurant and shot her dead three times. He took away her life because he was some scorned lover," Forchione said. Nelson hunted down Rogers as she worked the breakfast shift at the Bob Evans at Lesh Street and U.S. Route 62 on April 16.

According to trial testimony, Rogers was ending her relationship with Nelson and had started dating another man, unbeknownst to Nelson. Nelson called Rogers over 300 times within the 24 hours leading up to Roger's death. He'd claimed she'd given him a sexually transmitted disease and was trying to get in touch with her, but she wasn't answering his calls.

Nelson's defense team argued the shooting wasn't planned, but occurred in a moment of rage, which was the difference between aggravated murder and murder. "We were supposed to go down together," Nelson told his former wife from jail.

Suspect in Canton shooting death of (white) Bob Evans waitress in police custody
Nelson and Rogers had been in a(n interracial sexual) relationship, but recently separated.
Rogers had filed a police report against Nelson in March 2017 after he entered her home. Nelson was charged with stalking by menacing and burglary and taken to the Stark County Jail.

black suspect ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - The Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office have announced the arrest of two more suspects for the murder of two women. Sheriff Leroy Ravenell announced the arrests of Dimonte Fields of Orangeburg and Trevon Dixon of Columbia, both 19.

Each have been charged with two counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder in connection with a September ambush shooting that left two women dead and another injured. “We haven’t stopped since that initial call came in early that morning,” Ravenell said. “We have followed the leads until we came up with these two being there during this senseless and tragic shooting.”

Ravenell said 18-year-old Jamore Ellison of Orangeburg is facing the same charges after he was taken into custody earlier this month. The charges are the result of an early morning Coleman Avenue shooting on Sept. 12. Investigators learned four women were fired on as they traveled toward their homes around 3:40 a.m. and were cut off by another vehicle.

“Fields and Dixon were formally charged and presented their rights during a hearing on Monday,” OCSO officials said. “Ravenell said the investigation is ongoing.”

black suspect LADY’S ISLAND, S.C. (WCSC) - Two people have been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting on Lady’s Island last weekend, the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office said Saturday. The Oct. 16 shooting at a home on Brickyard Point Road North left 47-year-old Laventis Cohen, of St. Helena Island, dead. An autopsy later found he died as the result of multiple gunshot wounds.

Law enforcement officials arrested 21-year-old William Johnson III, of St. Helena Island, on unrelated assault charges Thursday in Richmond County, Georgia. The sheriff’s office said it notified deputies in Richmond County after identifying Johnson as a person of interest in the shooting and learning of the charges in Georgia. Officials also arrested 29-year-old Brittany Smalls at a home on St. Helena Island on Saturday morning. The sheriff’s office said Smalls lived at the home where the shooting happened, adding she was found at the scene and interviewed but not initially arrested.

Warrants were issued for both Johnson and Smalls Friday morning for murder, obstruction of justice and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime. Smalls is being held at the Beaufort County Detention Center and has not yet had a bond hearing. Johnson is being held in Richmond County and awaiting extradition to Beaufort County.

Deputies continue search for (black) double murder suspect who failed to appear in court
black suspect COLLETON COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - Colleton County Sheriff’s deputies are “exhausting all resources” searching for a man charged with two counts of murder after he failed to appear for his scheduled court date. Jonathan Moore is accused of killing Brandon Dewayne Ferguson, 23 and Alexander Blair Blakeney, 28 in 2018. Ferguson and Blakeney were cousins.

Moore posted a $125,000 bond in July. One of the conditions of his bond required him to wear an electronic monitoring device. The court has issued a warrant for his arrest for failing to appear for court.

While deputies continue to search for Moore, the families of the two victims are reliving the nightmare. Kawana Floyd, Ferguson’s aunt, says Moore never should have been eligible for bond. “It doesn’t feel real,” Floyd said. “Every time it’s even discussed with anyone else they can’t get past the shock of him even having a bond.”

Judges consider two things when setting bond: flight risk and danger to the community. Floyd says they believe Moore fits the description of “danger to the community.” “If he is capable of doing what he’s done already, what else would he do,” Floyd said. “So yeah, I do fear for the community.”

(Black) Connecticut pimp convicted of sex-trafficking women, teen at Super Bowl
SUSPECT-NAME A Connecticut pimp has been convicted of sex-trafficking two women and a teenager at last year’s Super Bowl and faces up to life in prison, officials said. A Fort Lauderdale, Fla., jury found Edward Walker, 48, of New Haven, guilty last week of two counts of sex trafficking by force and coercion and transporting a person for sexual activity during the 2020 Super Bowl, the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida said Friday.

Prosecutors said Walker took two women and a 17-year-old girl from Connecticut to Miami in January 2020 ahead of Super Bowl LIV at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, where he coerced them to sell sex for money — “all of which” he kept. Walker had also plotted to take the women to Chicago during the NBA’s All-Star Game in February and to Mardi Gras in New Orleans, where he planned to further sexually exploit them, prosecutors said.

A criminal complaint obtained by the Miami Herald shows Walker was busted after an undercover officer answered an online ad for a sex worker named “Foxxy,” whom the investigator met at a Comfort Suites Inn in Kendall in January. “Foxxy” said the other woman, the 17-year-old and Walker were planning to move to Arizona from Connecticut but headed to Miami ahead of the Super Bowl. Walker then took them to a strip club and tried to get them jobs, but they weren’t hired because they didn’t have identification, according to the complaint.

“Foxxy” said Walker bought the women high heels and “ordered” them to walk around Ocean Drive, where they were forced to prostitute themselves for sex acts. Walker also threatened to punch the 17-year-old if she didn’t earn him enough money selling her body, the complaint states. Walker decided to advertise online when the two women and teen didn’t make any money. The 17-year-old also told investigators Walker had previously advertised on backpage.com and had taken her to Texas before, the Miami Herald reported.

Walker, who was also charged with production of child pornography in June, faces up to life in prison when he’s sentenced on Jan. 6, federal prosecutors said. The FBI announced Walker’s arrest in February 2020, saying he was one of three people arrested by its Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force on federal sex-trafficking charges during the Super Bowl festivities.
