Three worthless blacks arrested in connection to fatal beating of WHITE Ohio teen Ethan Limingโ€‹
Three fatherless violent killer jungle apes - one with green-vomit-colored-"dreds" captured.

victim name Three men have been arrested in connection to the killing of a teenager outside LeBron James-founded Ohio high school in early June, federal authorities announced Saturday.

Ethan Liming, 17, was found beaten to death on June 2 in the parking lot of I Promise School in Akron.

In a press release, the US Marshals Service revealed that the federal entityโ€™s Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force and Akron Police on Saturday morning arrested Deshawn Stafford Jr., 20, Tyler Stafford, 19 and Donovon Jones, 21, at two different residential buildings in Akron.

Liming was brutally beaten to death at around 10:46 p.m. on June 2. Authorities have said the teen died from blunt force trauma to the head after he drove around with his friends and shot a water gun at people.

Liming was lying on the ground in the parking lot when police arrived, officials have said. They were unable to save him, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

โ€œI am happy to report that today, officers with the Akron Police Department, made several arrests in connection with the death of Ethan Liming. We thank the members of the community for their outpouring of support that helped investigators throughout this investigation,โ€ said Akron Police Chief Stephen Mylett in the news release.

โ€œWhile I believe the news of the arrests will be welcomed by Ethanโ€™s family and loved ones, we all recognize that nothing will bring Ethan back,โ€ he added. โ€œViolence in this country must stop. We are losing too many lives to senseless acts of violence.โ€

Akron Mayor Dan Horrigan said that Limingโ€™s โ€œsenseless and tragic death has touched every person in our community.โ€

โ€œMy thoughts and prayers remain with the entire Liming family at this time,โ€ he said.

โ€œThis crime impacted an entire community and we stand alongside the community in seeking justice for Ethan,โ€ U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott said in a statement.

Police said โ€œthat in the moments leading up to the incident, one or more occupants in the [Liming]โ€™s vehicle were riding around the surrounding area shooting a SPLATRBALL Water Bead Blaster at objects and possibly unsuspecting people,โ€ according to a statement cited by Fox News.

They then drove to the basketball courts, where the group of teens โ€œtargeted or approached the subjects who were on the court and fired the gel soft gun at them,โ€ in an incident that apparently provoked the killers.

On Thursday, police offered a reward of up to $30,000 for information leading to the arrest of Limingโ€™s killers, according to a local report.

Limingโ€™s father, Bill, told Fox News in a story published Friday that his son was a loving and charitable person with a โ€œbright futureโ€ ahead. Limingโ€™s father said that his son planned on becoming a lawyer.

(Black) Suspect in WHITE Tallahassee PD officerโ€™s death has history of domestic violence and drug charges
๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire black suspect black suspect ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire victim name TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - The man suspected of ramming a patrol car and killing a Tallahassee police officer Wednesday has served time in prison for domestic violence and cocaine sales, public records show.

Tyrone Cleveland is accused of shooting three members of his family at a home on Saplin Court early Wednesday morning, then crashing into a Tallahassee Police Department officer Christopher Farielloโ€™s car about an hour later at the intersection of Capital Circle NW and Northwest Passage.

Leon County court records show Cleveland was charged with a violent domestic attack in November 2012 and later entered a plea to multiple felonies, including aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, domestic battery by strangulation, child abuse and more. WCTV has requested copies of those arrest reports.

Cleveland was also charged with resisting officers with violence, as members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force tried to arrest him in a motel room a few days later. Those arrest records say Cleveland was tased twice after reaching under the bed and kicking the two officers trying to handcuff him. Officers also described suspected cocaine in plain view in the motel room and razor blades swirling in the bottom of the toilet.

Leon County court records show Cleveland was sentenced to four years in state prison, and Florida Department of Corrections records show he was released in August 2016.

Leon County court records show Cleveland was also wanted in Georgia on cocaine charges and Florida DOC records show that Georgiaโ€™s Department of Corrections had issued a detainer for him upon his release.

A search of GDCโ€™s online records indicates Cleveland has a history of drug arrests โ€” including the sale of cocaine โ€” in Grady County.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Truck driver jailed for killing a White woman in California
and for killing another woman in Texas in 2002 after raping her.

๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire BLACK SUSPECT ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire victim name (CNN)A recently retired truck driver who traveled across the country for decades has been charged in a California woman's death, just weeks after he was arrested in Texas for another woman's killing, prosecutors said.

Douglas Thomas, 67, was charged Friday in the death of Sherri Herrera, a 30-year-old mother of four who was found on a highway on-ramp in March 1993, the Riverside County, California, district attorney's office said in a news release. Herrera was last seen alive a few days before her body was found, the release said.

The office also filed a special circumstance allegation of murder during the commission of a rape, according to the news release.

It is unclear if Thomas has legal representation. Throughout more than 40 years working as a truck driver, Thomas traveled extensively, the release added.

Just weeks before the district attorney's announcement, authorities in Texas arrested Thomas on the suspicion of murder for the April 1992 killing of a woman found in Titus County. "Thomas was connected by authorities to that murder by a DNA match to evidence from that crime scene," the district attorney's office said.

Thomas was taken into custody in Texas in late May under a $2 million bond on a murder warrant for the April 1992 killing, according to CNN affiliate KWTX, which cited a search warrant affidavit filed by a Texas Ranger. The woman's body was found near a rest area along a highway and an investigation showed she was strangled "with a device made of wire and cord," according to the affiliate. There was also evidence of sexual assault, the affiliate reported.

Investigators from the two different states were able to make the connection with the help of forensic genealogy: An investigator with the district attorney's office in California uploaded DNA profile from the scene of Herrera's killing in 2002 and roughly five years later, there was a match connecting the killings in the two states, KWTX reported.

After forensic genealogy investigations from both cases, the Riverside investigator contacted the Texas Ranger on the case, informing him of several people in Texas who were "in the right genetic range for comparison," the station said.

Authorities took a DNA sample from Thomas in late April and the results matched the suspect profile, according to KWTX.

While he was in custody in Texas, investigators from California traveled to Texas and interviewed Thomas about Herrera's killing, the news release said.

Thomas remains in custody in Texas, where he will be prosecuted for the 1992 murder, the release said. The Riverside County district attorney's office will then request he be extradited to California to be prosecuted for Herrera's death.

Simmons was booked into the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center and charged with second degree murder and felony theft over $150,000. He remains in jail with a bond set at over $1 million.

(Black) Man wanted for attempted 2nd-degree murder in Alexandria captured in Mansura
black suspect ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB) - A man wanted for attempted second-degree murder in Alexandria was captured Thursday, June 9 in Mansura, according to the Avoyelles Parish Sheriffโ€™s Office.

APSO said a Mansura police officer spotted Jimie R. Jonesโ€™ vehicle at a home on Drouin Street. An hour after authorities arrived at the home, APSO said Jones voluntarily surrendered. He reportedly had three-day-old trauma to one of his feet and was transported to Rapides Hospital.

The Alexandria Police Department was notified, and Jones was subsequently transported back to Rapides Parish to face his charges of attempted second-degree murder and contempt of court.

Trial of BLACK 2019 Cottonport club shooting suspect underway
black suspect MARKSVILLE, La. (KALB) - The trial of Derrionte Boyer officially began on June 1, 2022, at the Avoyelles Parish Courthouse.

Boyer faces numerous charges for a November 2019 shooting outside of the New Beginnings Club near Cottonport, which resulted in the deaths of Justin Heath and Monte Jones, as well as the injuries of two others.

He faces four counts, including one count of second-degree murder, one count of principal to second-degree murder and two counts of attempted second-degree murder. Both counsels laid the groundwork for the case with their opening statements.

Assistant District Attorney Tony Salario listed off numerous witnesses to be called up to testify Boyer was the shooter involved in the incident at the club. Meanwhile, Defense Attorney Tiffany Sanders countered in her statement that Boyer, a 16-year-old Peabody High School freshman at the time, was not even at the club the night of the shooting, and there was no evidence linking him to the incident.

Salario set the scene by describing the circumstances of the night.

While at the club for a party, Jones was attacked by a group of people, so badly injuring him that what would occur moments later would result in his death. When Jones and Heath were leaving the club with two others, the same group was waiting outside, one of them firing at least 10 shots in Jonesโ€™ and Heathโ€™s direction. The prosecution claimed that person was Boyer, citing witnesses who identified the shooter as D.T., Boyerโ€™s nickname.

Over $200K being spent on QUEER FAGGOT drag queen shows at NYC schools
New York is showering taxpayer funds on a group that sends demonic drag queens into city schools โ€” often without parental knowledge or consent โ€” even as parents in other states protest increasingly aggressive efforts to expose kids to deviant perverted transvestite sodomite indoctrinating groomers.

Last month alone, Drag Story Hour NYC โ€” a nonprofit whose outrageously cross-dressed performers interact with kids as young as 3 โ€” earned $46,000 from city contracts for appearances at public schools, street festivals, and libraries, city records show.

Since January, the group has organized 49 drag programs in 34 public elementary, middle, and high schools, it boasted on its website, with appearances in all five boroughs.

Devon Cox was sentenced Wednesday in Greene County Common Pleas Court to 20 years in prison following his guilty plea to involuntary manslaughter with a firearm specification and aggravated robbery. Coxโ€™s charges stem from the Nov. 20, 2016, shooting death of 23-year-old Jarrell Plummer in a Fairborn apartment.

    SIX BLACKS GANG-RAPE A 14-YEAR-OLD virgin - she gets sexually-transmitted-disease
SUSPECT-NAME SUSPECT-NAME SUSPECT-NAME SUSPECT-NAME SUSPECT-NAME SUSPECT-NAME TAVARES โ€” Woodrow M. Butler, one of six men charged with raping a 14-year-old girl who had run away from a childrenโ€™s shelter in Ocala, was found guilty by a Lake County jury Thursday. โ€œI was a child,โ€ she told the 63-year-old Butler in an impact statement after the jury found him guilty of lewd and lascivious battery. โ€œI was vulnerable, and you took advantage of me.โ€

She was passed around from one man to another by a man who collected money from her attackers, was left hungry and given drugs to keep her in a daze for two days. The Daily Commercial is not naming the woman because she is a victim.

After leaving the Arnette House in Ocala, the girl made her way to Eustis on Feb. 14, 2018, where she stopped at a store on East Orange Avenue. She said a woman and two men approached her. The arrest affidavit said she began telling the trio about her โ€œrecent adventuresโ€ after leaving Ocala, โ€œbecame comfortable with the three and began walking around with them.โ€

They ended up at a home known as โ€œPoppieโ€™s House.โ€ People said he lived there with his girlfriend and two children. There was a shed behind the house that had been converted into an apartment, and that is where the woman lived with a man named Steven.

Soon, the group, along with โ€œPoppie,โ€ began taking the drug MDMA, known as โ€œMolly.โ€ She said she lost her virginity to Poppie, then was raped by a man nicknamed โ€œRed.โ€ That man was Butler. When they were finished, the men walked over to Steven and handed him money.

That night, she said, she was raped by a man named โ€œMoses.โ€ The next day, she took more Molly and was taken to the home of a man named Jermainne. Steven told him he could have her for two hours. She said Jermainne gave her a drug known as โ€œconcrete,โ€ which is heroin cut with fentanyl. She said she could not remember much after taking the heroin mix.

When they returned to the shed, Jermainne gave Steven money. Shortly after that, she was raped by someone named โ€œFofo.โ€

โ€œOf all the men in this case, you are the worst,โ€ the woman told Butler. โ€œThe fact that you used every single possible way to get out of taking accountability is unfathomable to me.โ€ Butlerโ€™s father was initially arrested for the crime. She blasted him for letting him sit in jail and then had โ€œthe nerve to wipe away tearsโ€ when his name was mentioned in court.

โ€œYou treated me like garbage,โ€ she added. โ€œLike I was disposable. After this incident I could not eat. I spent the majority of my nights scratching and sitting in the bath for hours because I was so itchy. I stayed in a motel with my mom for a week because I was too unnerved to go home. I had to go to the hospital a couple of days later for hemorrhaging.โ€ Someone eventually took her back to the store in Eustis. A store manager helped her get a ride to Ocoee to see her ex-boyfriend.

Once the ex-boyfriend heard her story, he took her to the hospital and police were called. After being examined by a nurse, genetic material was collected and investigators found a DNA match to John โ€œPoppieโ€ Quashie, who is now 34.

Moise S. โ€œMosesโ€ Graham, is now 30. Another man was arrested but charges were dropped.

Rabess 38, was sentenced to nine years in prison, Hodge to 12 years Graham to 12 ยฝ years. Scott and Quashie are awaiting trial. Graham pleaded no contest to the charges against him, including being a habitual felony offender.

HOMELESS HINDU Union Square subway shover pleads guilty to attempted murder in NYC

Kent to pay $1.5M to settle dispute with assistant police chief who displayed Nazi insignia
The city of Kent will pay more than $1.5 million to purchase the resignation of a former assistant police chief who was disciplined for posting a Nazi rank insignia on his office door and joking about the Holocaust.

Former Assistant Chief Derek Kammerzell had initially been given two weeks off without pay for his actions, but an outraged response by Kent citizens and members of the Jewish community resulted in Mayor Dana Ralph demanding Kammerzellโ€™s resignation.

The cityโ€™s attempt to essentially discipline Kammerzell a second time led to a bitter dispute and standoff between his attorneys and the city that appeared headed for litigation. However, interim city Chief Administrative Officer Arthur โ€œPatโ€ Fiztpatrick, who is also the city attorney, said Friday the city has resolved the matter through negotiation.

Ralph, in calling for Kammerzellโ€™s resignation last January, acknowledged that the decision to revisit the discipline issue would likely โ€œcome at a high cost.โ€ In a release Friday announcing the resolution, the city said it would pay him $1,520,000 to resign. black suspect TAMPA โ€” A suspect wanted by Tampa police in connection to two homicides reportedly drowned in a Missouri river over the weekend.

Sherron David McCombs Jr., 22, was swimming at a float camp four miles north of Doniphan, Missouri, about 3 p.m. Sunday when he began to panic, went underwater and did not resurface, according to an incident report released by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

McCombs was visiting the river with some acquaintances when he went under, said Sgt. Clark Parrot, a Highway Patrol spokesperson.

A nearby Marine patrol trooper and an off-duty trooper who were both in the area heard screams and rushed to where McCombs had gone underwater. They searched for several minutes and recovered McCombs in an area about eight feet deep, Parrott said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

(Black) Crime: Tampa dating app meetup ends in robbery attempt and homicide
black suspect A woman has been arrested on a murder charge after deputies say she set up a meeting that ended with her brother being shot and killed.

A Tampa woman is facing a murder charge after a person she tried to lure into a robbery through a dating app shot and killed her brother in self defense, Hillsborough County Sheriffโ€™s officials said.

Tatโ€™yana Mekeva Gaston, 23, was arrested Friday and charged with second-degree murder in connection with the May 31 shooting, according to court documents. Gaston was released from the Hillsborough County jail the day of her arrest after she posted $15,000 bail, records show.

Police say Gaston matched with a person on the dating app BLK posing as a 22-year-old woman named โ€œJada.โ€ She asked the person, who is not named in court records, to meet her at Kain Palms Apartments, where her brother, Jermon Kennard, 18, was waiting nearby to rob the person, the records state.

When a masked Kennard threatened the person with a knife, he shot Kennard with a gun that was concealed in his waistband. Kennard was taken to Tampa General Hospital, where he died of gunshot wounds to his head and chest, records state.

(DRUNKEN Black) Tampa man bailed out after DUI arrest. Now heโ€™s charged in fatal crash.
black suspect TAMPA โ€” A Tampa man out on bail for a pending DUI charge has been arrested again, this time in connection to a crash that killed a bicyclist on May 20, records show.

Taylor Lucien Moise, 39, was arrested May 23 at Tampa General Hospital, where he was taken to be treated after the crash that killed bicyclist Joshua Kidd earlier that week. Moise faces charges of DUI manslaughter, vehicular homicide and DUI resulting in injury or property damage.

The day after Moiseโ€™s arrest, Hillsborough prosecutors filed a motion asking a judge to keep Moise in jail until the case is resolved. The motion notes that he was arrested on charges of DUI and resisting arrest in Polk County in 2020 and released on bail. The Polk case is still pending.

The motion and a Hillsborough County Sheriffโ€™s Office arrest affidavit outline what investigators say led to the death of bicyclist Kidd.

Moise was driving a 2013 BMW 550i near the intersection of 54th Street and Hartford Street in the Palm River-Clair Mel area about 2:40 a.m. Kidd was riding his bike along Hartford Street when the BMW struck him from behind.

Police identify (Black) man who allegedly shot innocent woman at Walmart Metrocenter
SUSPECT-NAME victim PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) - The man who shot a handgun during an altercation in north Phoenixโ€™s Walmart inside the old Metrocenter complex Tuesday has been identified.

Police say, Diontay Evans, 18, was arguing with two men he knew inside the store around 3:30 p.m. As the three men were leaving, Evans fired a gun several times into the store. One bullet hit a 45-year-old woman who investigators say was an unintended victim. The woman was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Evans also fired on one of the men he was fighting with and hit a car.

An off-duty Phoenix police officer heard the shots go off inside the store and detained Evans. The other man he was shooting at was also detained. Police have not identified the second person who was detained. No further details about what led up to the shooting are available. Police say the investigation is ongoing.

Biden admin sending โ€˜adult menโ€™ on migrant kid flights, GOPโ€™s Rob Astorino claims
invasion invasion invasion invasion The ILLEGITIMATE BULLSHEVIK BIDEN White House is transporting โ€œsingle adult menโ€ on flights to suburban New York meant to resettle migrant children under the cover of night, GOP gubernatorial candidate Rob Astorino claimed on Wednesday.

Astorino โ€” who is looking to unseat Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul this fall โ€” told reporters outside Stewart International Airport that one 20-year-old male migrant was placed into Westlake High School in Westchester County as a junior and is now 21 years old.

โ€œI mean, by any definition, that is an adult,โ€ Astorino said.

โ€œI can tell you โ€” and we have video โ€” that it is not just the little kids with backpacks being reunited, reunified with their families โ€ฆ it is an expansion of this program,โ€ the former Westchester County executive added. โ€œAnd whatโ€™s happening is weโ€™re having on video, clearly seeing many teenage boys, late teen, early 20s, who are single adult men, who are getting off these flights.โ€

Single adult males are the demographic most often turned away by border authorities, as they are more likely to be deemed economic migrants rather than legitimate asylum claimants.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: WHITE Louisville officer shot in the face by BLACK FELON sues Kentucky Department of Corrections
BLACK SUSPECT victim name LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville Metro Police officer who was shot in the face while supervising a construction site last year filed a lawsuit against the Kentucky Department of Corrections, claiming the man who shot him should have been in jail.

LMPD Officer Chris Lane was working the construction site on Interstate 264 in November when he was shot.

"He had his jaw wired shut," said Tad Thomas, the attorney who represents Lane. "The bullet actually went in his cheek and kind of went around his neck and lodged in the back of his neck."

Keyshaun Stewart is charged with that shooting and also shooting and killing Freddie O'Bannon, who was also working at that construction site.

Thomas said his client wants to uncover what went wrong at Probation and Parole and why Stewart was out on the street to begin with. Lane's lawsuit targets the Kentucky Department of Corrections and Stewart's parole officer, claiming negligence on their behalf.

In 2019, Stewart was sentenced to five years probation in Jefferson Circuit Court for Burglary, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Mischief.

Eight months later, Stewart was arrested in Davidson County, Tennessee, for Aggravated Assault and Arson.

The lawsuit states his probation officer never reported those new charges to Jefferson County.

"Once Chris got shot and this came to light and Mr. O'Bannon was murdered by someone who should not have been on the street, then finally probation/parole was forced to discuss the issue," Thomas said. "They were forced to publicly acknowledge they had a problem, and now they are trying to deal with the problem as quietly as possible."

Thomas said this would never have happened if Stewart was punished for the crimes he committed.

Perry entered the home of his girlfriend, 32-year-old Alicia Coleman, according to police, and fatally shot her. After the shooting, police said Perry fled the scene. He said in court that the shooting was an accident.

EMS transported Coleman to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Police said her children were in the home when the shooting occurred, but were not injured.

(Queer Black Faggot) Charged with murder of his BOY-friend

Black Missing $2M Trust Fund Heir Identified as Black Man Found Buried in Public Garden in 2019, Black Buttboy Boyfriend Arrested for his Murder<

A former faggot lover of Sheffieldโ€™s told police at some point that he helped bury the more recent queer black deviant pseudo-homo-sex victim's body at the arboretum.

black suspect victim name Officials have identified a body discovered in 2019 as a Pennsylvania man who vanished weeks earlier, resulting in the manโ€™s boyfriend being charged with his murder this week.

Rashid Youngโ€™s family had hired a private investigator after he vanished from his Pottstown apartment in August 2019. From there, Montgomery County detectives reviewed cellphone data, bank transactions, and interview statements that led to Youngโ€™s boyfriend, Keshaun Sheffield, 20, being charged on Wednesday, according to WCAU.

Sheffield allegedly stabbed Young, 22, to death during an argument at Youngโ€™s apartment. Sheffield then flooded Youngโ€™s apartment and sent texts and Facebook messages to his boyfriendโ€™s friends and family to make them believe he was still alive, according to reports.

Sheffield, pretending to be Young, wrote to Youngโ€™s family that he no longer wanted to see them, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

Youngโ€™s mother, Kimberly Cyrus, told the news outlet that they became suspicious when Young was dismissive about his youngest brother having a seizure.

โ€œThat wasnโ€™t like him, because he wouldโ€™ve come here first thing to check on his brother,โ€ she said. โ€œJust getting these messages didnโ€™t sit right with any of us, because we knew wouldnโ€™t send anything like that.โ€

Youngโ€™s family reported his disappearance in December 2019. Months earlier, in late September, a gardener discovered human remains buried at the Awbury Arboretum, which is a 58-acre garden and historical estate in Philadelphia.

Montgomery County detectives reopened the investigation this year. On Memorial Day, dental records confirmed that the body discovered three years earlier was Young.

Young reportedly received $800 every two weeks from a $2 million trust fund. Sheffield is accused of stealing thousands from his slain boyfriendโ€™s trust fund. Investigators reportedly reviewed 15 bank transactions which showed money being moved from Youngโ€™s bank account to Sheffieldโ€™s between July and December 2019. Sheffield was also accused of driving his missing boyfriendโ€™s vehicle.

Reports indicated that the trust fund was established following an undisclosed civil settlement. Youngโ€™s trust fund was frozen in December 2019, after Youngโ€™s family reported him missing, according to WCAU.

The Inquirer reported that Young was buried not far from his home, but alarms were raised when police discovered a borough-issued recycling bin from Pottstown close to where his body was found. Sheffield is believed to have transported Youngโ€™s body in the bin.

According to WCAU, a faggot former lover of Sheffieldโ€™s told police at some point that he helped bury Youngโ€™s body at the arboretum.

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Another mistrial for BLACK suspect for RAPE AND MURDER OF PREGNANT wife of pastor in Indianapolis, Amanda Blackburn
๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire BLACK SUSPECT ๐Ÿ”ฅHell Fire victim name victim name INDIANAPOLIS โ€“ A juror's admission led to another mistrial in the high-profile case against a man charged with murdering Amanda Blackburn.

Larry Jo Taylor Jr. is accused of killing Blackburn during a home invasion in November 2015.

Taylor's trial was scheduled to begin Monday morning, but the jury was dismissed in a surprise move. A juror revealed to other members of the panel that she knew about the long-developing case and a previous mistrial. The juror had previously told the court she had no knowledge of the case.

Judge Grant Hawkins granted a motion for a mistrial requested by both the defense and prosecution, according to court records. The judge planned to confer with the Marion County Prosecutor's Office to see if the jury should face any disciplinary action.

Taylor's December 2021 trial also ended in a mistrial when jurors learned Blackburn was pregnant. As Taylor is not facing charges in connection with the unborn baby's death, the judge declared a mistrial after jurors found out about the pregnancy. The judge was concerned the information could affect the juryโ€™s feelings.

The Blackburn murder was one of Indy's most infamous cases of the 2010s. Blackburn, 12 weeks pregnant with her second child, was shot to death during a home invasion robbery. She was the wife of pastor Davey Blackburn; the couple had moved from South Carolina to Indianapolis to establish a church.

Two suspects in Amanda Blackburn case agree to plea deal, won't face murder charges Two other defendants in the case, Jalen Watson and Diano Gordon, accepted plea deals and no longer face murder charges. In exchange, they agreed to testify against Taylor.

The case against Taylor has taken years to put together, with dozens of witnesses needing to be whittled down to a manageable level. In addition, COVID-related delays and a series of different attorneys have contributed to the case's long development.

OBITUARY for VICTIM Amanda Blackburn: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Police say 18-year-old Larry Taylor was arrested November 23 on a preliminary charge of murder. Two other suspects, Jalen Watson and Diano Gordon, are also in custody, but have not yet been charged, Fox 59 reports.

allegedly fires gunshots into house with children inside
suspect A Tennessee woman is slated to appear in court Monday after allegedly shooting into the home of another woman whose children were inside.

Johari Jenkins, 23, of Memphis was charged in May with multiple counts of criminal attempt first-degree murder and aggravated assault, as well as other things, according to court records reported on by local Fox 13.

Memphis Police were called to a woman's home May 2 after she reported that a suspect, later identified as Jenkins, allegedly fired gunshots into the house where she was with her three children.

Police later interviewed the children involved, who alleged Jenkins shot once into the floor and said, "I hope I hit one of them little b******," according to an affidavit.

Jenkins later went to the breezeway on the second floor and allegedly fired four to five more times through the living room window.

Investigators also spoke with a witness who said she heard the shots from a nearby apartment. The witness reportedly told police that she heard Jenskins yell, "Since I already got a charge on me, I might as well get another one today by killing you and your kids, b***h."

A second witness reportedly claimed she saw a bullet strike her neighbor's front door and corroborated that Jenkins said, "I hope I hit one of your kids and Iโ€™m going to kill you next b***h." The witness also said she saw Jenskins shatter the windshield of her neighbor's car when she tossed a glass bottle at it before kicking out the back window.

(Black) 2nd mistrial declared for BLACK SUSPECT in Indiana case of slain pastor's wife
suspect A judge has declared a second mistrial for a man charged in the 2015 killing of a pastorโ€™s wife after jurors learned details about the Indianapolis caseโ€™s long history

INDIANAPOLIS -- A judge declared a second mistrial Monday for a man charged in the 2015 killing of a pastorโ€™s wife after jurors learned details about the Indianapolis case's long history in the court system.

Larry Jo Taylor Jr.'s trial was scheduled to begin Monday, but Marion Superior Judge Grant Hawkins declared a mistrial after a juror told other jurors about the case's history, including that a mistrial had been declared during Taylor's first trial in December, The Indianapolis Star reported.

Taylor's trial has now been rescheduled to August. Taylor is one of three men police say were involved in a string of November 2015 home invasions on Indianapolis' north side that ended when Amanda Blackburn, 28, was fatally shot in her home while 12 weeks pregnant with her second child.

She was slain two years after she and her husband, pastor Davey Blackburn, moved to Indianapolis from South Carolina to found Resonate Church, which was shuttered in 2019.

Hawkins had declared a mistrial in Taylor's first trial after learning some jurors knew Blackburn had been pregnant โ€” a fact defense attorneys successfully moved to keep from the jury.

Taylor, 25, faces 13 charges, including murder, burglary and criminal confinement while armed with a deadly weapon.

Taylor's two co-defendants accepted plea deals on the condition they would cooperate in his prosecution. Jalen E. Watson pleaded guilty in 2017 to robbery and burglary charges. He was sentenced in March 2021 to 29 years for the robbery charge and 20 combined years for the burglary charges, and ordered to serve the sentences concurrently.

Diano Cortez Gordon pleaded guilty in 2018 to robbery resulting in serious bodily injury and burglary charges. His sentencing has not yet been scheduled.

Texas legislator to introduce bill banning children from drag shows after 'Drag the kids to pride' event

The proposed legislation comes after viral footage of children attending a drag show at a gay bar in Dallas

A Texas state legislator announced his intention Monday to introduce a bill that would ban minors from attending drag shows in the state.

State Rep. Bryan Slaton, a Republican who represents a House district just east of Dallas, said in a press release that his proposed legislation comes after footage went viral over the weekend showing children attending a drag show at Mister Misster, a gay bar in North Dallas.

Protesters showed up at the "Drag the kids to pride" event Saturday afternoon, which was billed as "a family friendly drag show." The organizers called it a spin-off of their Champagne Drag Brunch that would allow kids to dance with performers on stage, according to local WFAA.

Videos later emerged on social media of drag performers at the event taking dollar bills from children, dancing with them and walking down the aisle in the center of the room, which was emblazoned with a neon sign that read: "It's not gonna lick itself!"

(Black) Tyler man arrested after child severely burned in bathtub
SUSPECT-NAME victim SMITH COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - A Tyler man is in jail after a child suffered third-degree burns in a bathtub. Joshua Tranair Meekings, 26, is charged with first-degree injury to a child. He was arrested on Monday and is being held on a $1 million bond.

According to an arrest affidavit released to KLTV on Friday, a Smith County Sheriffโ€™s Office detective was notified on May 27 that a child had been taken by medical helicopter to a Dallas hospital the day before for burn injuries.

According to the affidavit, Meekings, who is the childโ€™s evil stepfather, told medical staff that the child had bumped against a stove, causing boiling water to spill on the boyโ€™s lower body. CPS advised the injuries were not consistent with the explanation and the injuries were consistent with the child being dipped in boiling water.

The affidavit states the detective called the childโ€™s mother. She said she came to the home on May 26 and found her son wrapped in a towel. She said once she saw his injuries, she told Meekings to call 911. She said the babysitter told her Meekings had placed the boy in the bathtub and turned on the water. The babysitter said Meekings then went to another room to play video games, leaving the boy alone in the bathtub. She said when the boy could not bear the heat of the water any long, he got out. The mother said Meekings then saw the boyโ€™s burns and wrapped him in a towel.

According to the affidavit, the detective then talked to Meekings. Meekings said he had come over to give the boy a bath and had left him alone in there with running water for three to five minutes.

The detective next talked to a Dallas doctor, who said the child suffered burns over 33 to 36% of his body and a majority of he burns are third degree and he will require multiple surgeries. She said the boy is currently intubated and on a ventilator due to his medications.

Deputies did a check on the water temperature at the home. Once pooled, the water had a temperature of 140 degrees.

Despite Meekings saying he left the child alone in the bathtub, the affidavit states it is believed Meekings held the boy down in the bathtub, causing the injuries.

(DRUNKEN Black) Driver who killed 12-year-old Muslim Dearborn girl claims he was under โ€˜demonic controlโ€™ during crash - he then cowardly irresponsibly FLED FROM THE SCENE OF HIS CRIME
black suspect victim name A recently immigrated Dearborn family has lost their 12-year-old daughter, and their 16-year-old daughter is still hospitalized, after a crash on Belle Isle State Park on Memorial Day. Ghadeer Saleh and her family had just moved to Dearborn from Yemen about three months ago.

Ghadeer died May 31. Her sister, who was listed in stable condition, is recovering from her injuries. Memorial Day was the first time her family had gone to the beach, but it turned out to be a tragic day as Alexander Armond Smith, 23 of Detroit drove onto the beach and struck Ghadeer and her older sister.

Police initially said Smith was from Ypsilanti. Smith had a drunk driving conviction from March of this year, and dozens of other driving infractions. The crash happened at about 7:30 p.m. Smith was arrested within a few hours.

During the investigation, Smith claimed he was under โ€œdemonic control,โ€ and not at fault, according to prosecutors.

Smith has been charged with one count each of Open Murder (which carries up to a life sentence in convicted), Leaving the Scene of an Accident Causing Death (up to 15 years in prison if convicted), Reckless Driving Causing Serious Impairment of a Body Function (up to 5 years in prison if convicted), and Leaving the Scene of an Accident Causing Serious Impairment or Death (up to 5 years in prison if convicted).

โ€œMass shootings, especially ones where the victims are childrenโ€”get a lot of attention and they absolutely should. But we must also remember individual cases where children lose their lives through violenceโ€”no matter the instrumentality of death,โ€ Prosecutor Kym Worthy said. โ€œMore will be revealed about the alleged facts of this case later because this tragic incident is still under active investigation by the Michigan State Police.โ€

WHITE Texas grandpa, four grandsons allegedly slaughtered by escaped HISPANIC inmate
victim name A Texas inmate who escaped custody three weeks ago is suspected of slaughtering a 66-year-old man and four of his grandsons hours before cops shot the fugitive dead on Thursday.

Gonzalo Lopez, 46, died in a shootout with cops on Thursday in Jourdantown, Texas outside of San Antonio while he was driving a pickup owned by the granddad.

Grandfather Mark Collins and his grandchildren were found dead in a cabin in rural Centerville, 100 miles outside of Houston and more than 200 miles from where Lopez met his end, reports said.

victim name victim name The other victims were three brothers โ€“ Waylon Collins, 18, Carson Collins, 16 and Hudson Collins, 11 โ€“and their cousin, Bryson Collins, 11, KHOU-11 reported. The family members had arrived early Thursday at the cabin, which was used on weekends for hunting and other outdoor activities, reports said.

โ€œWe are devastated by the loss of our dear family members at the family ranch in Centerville, Texas,โ€ the family said in a statement, according to KHOU. โ€œThese precious people who loved and were loved by so many, will never be forgotten.โ€

Waylon Collins had just graduated high school in Tomball, which is in the suburbs outside Houston. He was also an athlete and umpire for the Tomball Little League, according to statements.

The Tomball Independent School District had earlier released a statement announcing the deaths of the grandchildren.

โ€œThe loss of a student, for any reason, is heartbreaking, but to lose four in such a tragic way is excruciating, and our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of these beloved students and grandfather,โ€ the statement said.

Lopez, who was serving two life sentences for murder, escaped from a prison bus on May 12 after he somehow undid his bonds, got out of a metal cage and stabbed the driver with an unknown object in the hand. Lopez got off the bus for a moment then hopped back on and drove it a short distance before corrections officers fired shots and disabled the bus, reports said.

A cellphone video after his escape appeared to show him in a wooded area evading cops โ€“ and he wasnโ€™t found until Thursday, when cops stopped his truck as he was headed south toward the US border with Mexico, officials said. Lopez had a pistol and AR-15 style rifle when he was killed, authorities said

"This was truly an especially heinous, atrocious, and cruel killing of an innocent child. This case was emotionally taxing for everyone involved. We continue to grieve with and pray for Zariaโ€™s mother," the news release said.

In addition to one count of first-degree murder, Burgess was convicted of one count of statutory rape, three counts of statutory sex offense, and one count of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He received an additional minimum of nearly 76 years in prison for those offenses, according to the news release.

[Quote Peggy Tierney]

Remember when the Government's Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Agency known as CISA told us that the 2020 election was "secure" and that the Dominion voting machines were not a problem? That was a lie.

CISA just confirmed they lied - two years later! They think you won't notice! There are BIG problems with Dominion voting machines - and by extension - ALL voting machines!

โ€œItโ€™s the first time thereโ€™s been an official admission to the fact that these machines are vulnerable.โ€

Second AFRICAN BLACK NYC suspect sought in deadly shooting of 11-year-old (light-skinned, White?, NOT-BLACK) Kyhara Tay. Black is also wanted for two armed robberies

Omar Bojang is second suspect wanted in killing of 11-year-old Kyhara Tay
black suspect victim name The second New York City suspect being sought in connection to the murder of 11-year-old Kyhara Tay is also wanted for a pair of armed robberies that happened a month before the Bronx deadly shooting.

Omar Bojang, 18, is accused of driving a scooter around 4:50 p.m. on May 16 on Fox Street towards 165 Street before his 15-year-old passenger opened fire, and Tay was fatally struck by stray bullets while standing outside. Police said the girl was not the intended target. Video shows the scooter pass a 13-year-old boy running away from them before the passenger turns and unleashes a barrage of bullets in his direction.

The 15-year-old was arrested at approximately 2:05 a.m. Friday and is charged with murder, manslaughter and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

The New York Police Department revealed Saturday that Bojang is also being sought in connection to two gunpoint robberies that took place within the confines of the 42nd precinct in April.

At approximately 2 p.m. on April 18, a 46-year-old male victim was approached by Bojang and at least three other male individuals behind an apartment building on Webster Avenue after arranging a meeting to purchase merchandise through a digital media platform, police said.

One of the suspects displayed a firearm and struck the victim in the head, while the others forcibly removed his wallet containing credit and debit cards, police said. The individuals fled on foot in an unknown direction.

Four days later, Bojang and at least two other male individuals allegedly approached a 28-year-old male victim at approximately 8:50 p.m. on April 22 inside the same building after police say they again arranged a meeting online to purchase unspecified merchandise. One of the individuals displayed a firearm and struck the victim in the head while the others forcibly removed his Samsung watch, cell phone and wallet containing $100, police said. The individuals fled on foot in an unknown direction. The victim suffered a laceration and bruising to his forehead but refused medical attention.

A combined reward of $10,000 is being offered for information in connection to Tayโ€™s homicide.

(Black) Florida mother pleads guilty to drowning 4-year-old daughter in 2018
black suspect victim name Shakayla Denson pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the death of 4-year-old Je'Hyrah Daniels.

TAMPA, Fla. โ€” The woman who allegedly stole a car and then left her 4-year-old daughter to drown in the Hillsborough River in 2018 will spend the next 20 years in prison. According to Hillsborough County Court records, Shakayla Denson pleaded guilty to second-degree murder Tuesday in the death of Je'Hyrah Daniels. The news was first reported by the Tampa Bay Times.

โ€œIt is impossible to fathom how a mother could drown her own child. Denson clearly had some serious mental issuesโ€”which multiple expert witnesses foundโ€”but we were not willing to concede that she was not guilty by reason of insanity and avoid any punishment whatsoever. This sentence imposes an appropriate punishment and achieves justice for Jeโ€™Hyrah,โ€ Hillsborough State Attorney Andrew Warren said in a statement.

On Aug. 2, 2018, Denson waded into the Hillsborough River and left Je'Hyrah to drown. Witnesses at the time saw her dragging Je'Hyrah by the arm toward the river. At one point, witnesses said, both were screaming. Witnesses said Denson held Je'Hyrah close to her chest as they went deeper into the water. When the water was near the top of Denson's shoulders, she reportedly let go of Je'Hyrah and turned around, heading back to shore. Je'Hyrah would be found unconscious about 30 minutes later in the water and died at the hospital.

Republican lawmakers decried Tuesdayโ€™s acquittal of former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann by a federal jury Tuesday, with one GOP senator calling it โ€œproof there are separate systems of justice in America.โ€

Sussmann was found not guilty of a single count of lying to the FBI when he passed the bureau now-discredited information in 2016 linking then-candidate Donald Trump and Russia. The jury in the two-week trial was drawn from heavily Democratic Washington, DC, and the judge in the case was appointed to the federal bench by African President Barack Obama.

โ€œIโ€™m shocked the DC Clinton donor jury let Clintonโ€™s lawyer offโ€ฆHAHAHA just kidding, absolutely no one is shocked,โ€ tweeted former first son Donald Trump Jr. โ€œHunter Biden off next then Paul Pelosi etc etc. We all know how this goes by nowโ€ฆ Only people not tied to the establishment DC swamp ever face accountability.โ€ [NNN forum post by The Bobster]

(Black) Suspect turns himself in after shooting at Oklahoma festival that left 1 dead, 7 injured
black suspect A 26-year-old man wanted in a deadly shooting at an outdoor festival that left one person dead and seven others injured has turned himself in to police, authorities said.

Skyler Buckner was booked in Muskogee County jail around 4 p.m. Sunday, nearly 16 hours after the deadly gunfire at the Memorial weekend event in Taft, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) said. Police had issued a warrant for his arrest.

He faces yet-to-be-determined charges, Muskogee County District Attorney Larry Edwards told the Tulsa World. Witnesses told authorities that an argument preceded the gunfire at the annual event packed full of at least 1,500 revelers.

โ€œWe heard a lot of shots and we thought it was firecrackers at first,โ€ said Sylvia Wilson, an owner of Taftโ€™s Boots Cafe, which was open at the time in the town that only has a population of a few hundred people. โ€œThen people start running and ducking. And we were yelling at everyoneโ€ฆ โ€™Get down! Get down!โ€ Wilson recalled.

The person shot dead was not immediately identified, other than being a 39-year-old black woman. Witnesses told Tulsa World that she was struck in the head. The others injured โ€” ranging in age from 9 to 56 โ€” are all said to have non-life-threatening injuries, the agency said. The injured included the one juvenile, not two as previously announced, the force clarified.

Members of the Muskogee County Sheriffโ€™s Office were in attendance and immediately began rendering aid, OSBI said.

Now here is our trusty UK: Daily Mail report.

Hispanic Human smuggler fleeing border patrol shoves migrant from car, runs him over, feds say - (link fixed)
A man accused of helping to smuggle migrants into the United States is charged with endangering a life after federal prosecutors said he shoved one out of his car and ran over him as he tried to evade border patrol agents.

Isaiah Osorio,a 23-year-old from "New" Mexico, met a human smuggling coordinator on Facebook and arranged to help transport migrants near the border, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorneyโ€™s Office for the District of Arizona.

Osorio drove to southern Arizona on May 24 and picked up multiple CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIEN INVADERS who had SHOWN DISTAIN AND DISREGARD AND HATRED OF AMERICAN LAW BY crossING the border without legal documents, the release says. He drove them for about half an hour before noticing that law enforcement officers were following him.

He then stopped the car and yelled at his passengers to get out. He shoved one who had not fully exited the vehicle out of the car and started driving again, the release says. The passenger fell, and Osorio ran over him as he tried to flee, prosecutors said.

Osorioโ€™s attorney, Saul Huerta, did not immediately respond to a request for comment from McClatchy News. U.S. Border Patrol agents rendered aid to the man on scene and called emergency medical services, the release says. The man was taken to the hospital where he was treated for injuries, including abrasions and head trauma.

Osorio fled from a Border Patrol checkpoint before he was caught by agents, the release says. Osorio faces charges of โ€œtransportation of illegal aliens for profit while placing in jeopardy the life of any personโ€ and โ€œhigh speed flight from an immigration checkpoint,โ€ the release says.

On Friday night, Christopher Brennan was shot and killed in the backyard of his home around 7:20 p.m. Friday in the Shaw neighborhood in south St. Louis City. Kyle Stone is facing charges in the shooting death of Brennan. He is accused of shooting Brennan in the head.

Witnesses and surveillance video helped police quickly track down the suspect. The suspect then fled the area, police said. Police later identified the person in the surveillance video to be Stone.

Stoneโ€™s initial hearing was pushed back because his assigned public defender knew the victim personally. The Brennan familyโ€™s lawyer sent the following statement regarding the hearing Wednesday:

(Bushy-haired Black bushman) Suspected serial killer charged in Missouri over 7th death
black suspect KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A suspected serial killer already charged in six killings in the Kansas City and St. Louis areas has been charged with first-degree murder in a seventh death.

Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced the new murder charge Friday against Perez Deshay Reed. Baker also charged Reed with one count of armed criminal action and two counts of fraud involving a credit or debit device.

The most recent charges against the 26-year-old Reed, who lived in the St. Louis area, stem from the November 2021 shooting death of Stephon D. Johnson, of Kansas City, Missouri. The prosecutor's office did not provide Johnson's age.

Brian Horneyer, an assistant Missouri public defender in St. Louis representing Reed did not immediately return messages seeking comment left Saturday on his office phone and cellphone.

When law enforcement officers arrested Reed in nearby Independence on warrants from St. Louis County, they found a key on him that fit a deadbolt lock at Johnson's apartment, Baker's office said, citing court documents. Testing indicated DNA collected from an empty cigarillo package found in Johnson's apartment was connected to Reed, Baker's office said.

(Black) Man sentenced to life in prison in shooting death of girlfriend
black suspect RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - MAY 25, 2022 UPDATE: The man convicted of shooting and killing his girlfriend at a motel in Reno in 2020 has been sentenced to life in prison.

Lamar Andre Adams, 49, of Richmond, Calif. pled guilty in March 2022 to one count of First-Degree Murder with the Use of a Deadly Weapon and one count of Child Endangerment with the Use of a Deadly Weapon. He was sentenced Tuesday, May 17, 2022.

The May 13 shooting at La Quinta Inn on Market Street resulted in the death of 42-year-old Lynette Lozano. Adams was identified as the suspect and was eventually found driving a stolen vehicle in the Reno area and was arrested.

Adams reportedly admitted to shooting Lozano with an AR-style pistol. Investigators said after the shooting, Adams drove to Sacramento, hid the pistol in a field, then returned to Reno in the stolen vehicle.

Investigators said evidence showed Lozano was reading a book when she was killed. They said her two small children were inside the motel room when the shooting occurred. Her 7-year-old suffered a small burn on his lower back after being struck by an ejected cartridge case during the shooting. The district attorneyโ€™s office also said the 5-year-old told detectives that he โ€œlaid there and pretended to be dead so he wouldnโ€™t do nothing to me.โ€

At sentencing, Assistant District Attorney Zach Young pointed out that Adams discharged his firearm 23 times in the small motel room, and then left the area, leaving Lozanoโ€™s two young children to find her killed. A good Samaritan who was staying in the room next door comforted the children until RPD and paramedics arrived, the district attorneyโ€™s office said. Adams will be eligible for parole after 32 years and 8 months has been served.

(Black) Saginaw man gets probation for accidentally killing friend who โ€˜was like a brotherโ€™
black suspect SAGINAW, MI โ€” A Saginaw man accused of accidentally shooting his friend to death has accepted a plea deal. Harold C. Lawson, 34, on Wednesday, April 20, appeared before Saginaw County Circuit Judge Janet M. Boes and pleaded no contest to the lone count he faced โ€” careless use of a firearm causing death. The charge is a high-court misdemeanor punishable by up to two yearsโ€™ incarceration.

In an earlier Cobbs hearing, Boes indicated she would not give Lawson additional time behind bars at sentencing. A Cobbs hearing sees a judge outline the likely sentence should a defendant be convicted. In pleading no contest rather than guilty, Lawson did not admit to having committed a crime. Lawson pleaded as such for reasons of civil liability.

Boes relied on documents to enter a conviction on the record. Lawsonโ€™s conviction stems from the 2020 death of 25-year-old Maurice T. Williams III.

In the early morning hours of Oct. 6, Lawson, Williams, and a 28-year-old man were behind Baker Auto Parts, 2401 E. Holland Ave., shooting guns for target practice, police have said. One of the three worked at the business. Police officers happened to be at a nearby gas station and heard the gunshots. They responded to the area, but by then the trio had entered the business, turned off the lights, and locked the doors, Saginaw Police Detective Sgt. Matt Gerow has said.

The officers searched the surrounding area but did not find anything. They did not know the three men had gone inside Bakerโ€™s, Gerow has said. A few hours later, a gunshot went off in the building, its projectile striking Williams, Gerow has said.

Lawson and/or the other man called 911 at 4:07 a.m. to report their friend was having a medical emergency. Officers arrived and began life-saving efforts on Williams, police have said. Williams was taken by a Mobile Medical Response ambulance to Ascension St. Maryโ€™s hospital where he died of his wound.

Police arrested Lawson and the other man and recovered at least one gun, Gerow has said. The other man arrested with Lawson spent several days in jail before being released. He was not charged with a crime.

HISPANIC Mom and boyfriend charged with CAPITAL MURDER for starving 8-yr-old daughter to death
HOUSTON, TEXAS: A woman and her boyfriend were charged with murder after they were suspected of beating and starving their twin daughters, one of whom died. Soledad Mendoza and Ruben "Alex" Moreno, both 29, are accused of murdering Melanie Mendoza, 8, and inflicting pain on her sister at their home in Houston, Texas. According to court records obtained by Fox5, the children were subjected to a long list of alleged mistreatment, including untreated shattered bones and clinical evidence of hunger. When authorities inquired about her twin, the surviving twin girl allegedly answered, "My mom killed her."

According to the news station Fox5, Mendoza and Moreno were detained on Friday, May 20, following a lengthy investigation into Melanie Mendoza's death in a hospital on December 21, 2020. With multiple injuries, the twins were transferred to Memorial Hermann-Memorial City Center. Despite the fact that they were eight years old, each girl weighed less than 30 pounds and was still in their diapers. The medics then summoned the cops to do a welfare check. Authorities rescued the surviving twin, whose identity has not been revealed, and two other children, aged 7 and 12, from the family home and placed them in foster care. Mendoza had lately given birth to a baby who was still in the hospital and had been placed with foster parents.

HISPANIC Man convicted in murder of WHITE Northern California deputy sentenced
victim name EL DORADO COUNTY, Calif. (KOLO) - MAY 16: A man found guilty in the shooting death of a Northern California deputy will spend at least the next 15 years behind bars. Juan Vasquez-Orozco, 22, shot and killed El Dorado County Deputy Brian Ishmael in October 2019. Along with the Second Degree Murder conviction, he was also convicted of two counts of assaults with a firearm, and three gun enhancement.

He was sentenced Friday, May 13, 2022 to 15 years to life in prison.

El Dorado County District Attorney Vern Pierson responded to the sentencing saying, โ€œI am very disappointed by the judgeโ€™s decision. It no longer matters whether you use a gun or how many people you harm or how many prior violent felonies you have committed. The legislature has cleared the path for judges to individually assess defendants and disregard any enhancement, resulting in wildly inconsistent sentences that fail to hold violent criminals accountable.โ€

Monkey Pox is a DNA virus which means that it does not mutate very much and is not likely to become very contagious. It is spread in Western countries by Queers rubbing on each others sores and infected skin.

The United Kingdom Health Security Agency has warned 'men who are gay and bisexual' to be aware of unusual rashes or lesions and contact a doctor without delay in such a case. The warning comes after the UK reported its ninth monkeypox case since May 6, with the UKHSA confirming 'recent cases predominantly in gay and bisexual communities, or men who have sex with men (MSM)'.

The UK public health body said 'the virus does not spread easily between people' but since most recent cases were from the gay, bisexual and men who have sex with men (MSM)' communities - and as the virus spreads through close contact - 'we are advising these groups to be alert to any unusual rashes or lesions on any part of their body, especially their genitalia, and to contact a sexual health service if they have concerns'.

Byron told the Detective that EMS said there was nothing wrong with the infant and left.

EMS was later called back because the child was unresponsive and not breathing, according to the affidavit.

Sex at two Europe raves may explain unusual monkeypox outbreaks, says WHO expert
suspect A longtime World Health Organization (WHO) infectious disease expert said the recent outbreaks of monkeypox may be explained by sexual transmission from two recent raves in Europe.

David Heymann, who chaired a meeting of the World Health Organizationโ€™s advisory group on infectious disease threats on Friday to discuss the outbreak, told The Associated Press that the raves held in Spain and Belgium is the leading theory to explain the diseaseโ€™s recent unprecedented spread.

โ€œItโ€™s very possible there was somebody who got infected, developed lesions on the genitals, hands or somewhere else, and then spread it to others when there was sexual or close, physical contact,โ€ Heymann said. โ€œAnd then there were these international events that seeded the outbreak around the world, into the U.S. and other European countries.โ€

Heymann called the outbreaks โ€œa random event.โ€

Monkeypox has remained endemic in animals in areas of Africa, a main source of outbreaks in the region that has not usually spread across borders.

NYPD pulls 24/7 security on famed Columbus statuesโ€‹
They might be tall and Italian like Bill de Blasio, but Big Apple monuments honoring Christopher Columbus are longer getting round-the-clock police protection like the former mayor.

The NYPD has quietly stopped its years-long practice of providing 24/7 bodyguard service for bronze sculptures in Manhattanโ€™s Columbus Circle and Central Park honoring the famed but controversial explorer, sources said.

DARK CRIME: Teen girl trafficked from Mavericks game found 10 days later in Oklahoma, 8 people arrestedโ€‹
SUSPECT-NAME SUSPECT-NAME SUSPECT-NAME SUSPECT-NAME SUSPECT-NAME Eight people were arrested in Oklahoma City for allegedly trafficking a 15-year-old Texas girl at a Dallas Mavericks game last month and now the girlโ€™s family is questioning why more wasnโ€™t done to get their daughter home quicker.

The teen went to the bathroom at the Dallasโ€™ American Airlines Center on April 8 while attending the game with her father and never returned, her familyโ€™s attorney Zeke Fortenberry of the Fortenberry Firm, PLLC said in a release, obtained by Fox News.

She was missing for 10 days until she was located by law enforcement at an Extended Stay America hotel in Oklahoma City โ€” roughly 200 miles away โ€” on April 18.

The Oklahoma City Police Department arrested Saniya Alexander, Melissa Wheeler, Chevaun Gibson, Kenneth Nelson, Sarah Hayes, Karen Gonzales, Thalia Gibson and Steven Hill in connection with the trafficking case, according to Fox.

โ€œWe are thankful for the work of the Oklahoma City Police Department and the recovery of our daughter,โ€ the girlโ€™s mother said in a statement on May 5. โ€œMy heart breaks for the unimaginable things my daughter had to endure for the 11 days she was taken, and I am so glad she is safe as we work toward her recovery.โ€

Charges dropped against "C Blu", black teen crapper accused of shooting NYPD officerโ€‹
SUSPECT-NAME SUSPECT-NAME SUSPECT-NAME Charges have been dropped against the teenage rapper accused of shooting an NYPD officer during a scuffle in the Bronx earlier this year, officials confirmed. The gun and assault case against Camrin Williams, a 16-year-old reputed gangbanger and rapper who goes by the stage name C Blu, โ€œcannot be prosecuted,โ€ the city Law Department said in a Friday statement, without elaborating. Williams had been facing the charges after allegedly shooting 27-year-old cop Kaseem Pennant in the leg in January while he was on probation for a prior gun case. Bronx Supreme Court Justice Denis Boyle set the up-and-coming rapperโ€™s bond at $250,000, in February, which Williams posted, reportedly with an advance he received after signing a recording contract with Interscope Records. One week after he made bail, Williams was hauled back into juvenile court for violating his probation.

Comedian Tyler Fischer claims he was rejected by agent for being whiteโ€‹
victim name Itโ€™s no laughing matter. A white comedian claims he was rejected by a Big Apple management company because of his skin color.

Brooklyn funnyman Tyler Fischer, 35, was trying to find a talent manager in October 2020 when he first connected with AGI Entertainment Media & Management, a Manhattan outfit that reps comedians Samantha Bee and Colin Quinn, television host Julie Chen and journalist Natalie Morales.

โ€œI was ready to sign the papers โ€ฆ and thatโ€™s when the conversation took a turn,โ€ he said. AGI assistant Alex Brizel said, โ€ โ€˜We love you. Everyone here loves you and thinks youโ€™re a star, but weโ€™re not taking you because youโ€™re white.โ€™ And thatโ€™s when my stomach dropped,โ€ alleged Fischer, who is now suing the company for discrimination in Brooklyn Supreme Court.

WASHINGTON, DC โ€” Former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann denied he was โ€œrepresenting a clientโ€ when he gave the CIA faulty data linking Donald Trump to Russia โ€” and appeared โ€œfrustratedโ€ that officials werenโ€™t taking the information seriously, two former agency employees testified Friday.

One ex-spy โ€” identified in court only as โ€œKevin P.โ€ โ€” recalled that he and a colleague met with Sussmann at CIA headquarters in Langley, Va., in February 2017, shortly after Trump took office.

Sussmann gave the men two thumb drives that he said came from unidentified โ€œcontactsโ€ and showed a secret, cyber back channel between a Trump Organization server and Russiaโ€™s Alfa Bank, Kevin P. said

(Black) Cincinnati family shines light on abuse, visitation struggle after mom kills 2 children
black suspect victim name CINCINNATI โ€” A Cincinnati family is shining a light on custody and visitation struggles that ended when a mother killed her two children this month.

Lexington police said 13-year-old Deon and 5-year-old Skyler Williams were stabbed and killed by their mother, Nikki James, May 2. Investigators say she then tried to kill herself.

James pleaded not guilty Monday in court. โ€œWhat would compel a mother to do that,โ€ said Dariah Williams, the children's half-sister.

Their father, Darryl Williams, raised Dariah in Cincinnati. Williams moved away from Lexington almost four years ago and said ever since then, it's been nothing short of a fight to see his children. Dariah Williams was on her way to college when she said James stopped letting her father visit Deon and Skyler. โ€œShe was in contempt several times,โ€ Darryl Williams said. "That was down here in Hamilton County."

    โ€œcrazy look in her eyesโ€

โ€˜Please stopโ€™: BLACK Mother stabs woman in front of three children, police
suspect victim WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) โ€” Police have arrested the woman who they say stabbed a woman in front of her three children in the parking lot of the Save A Lot in Wilkes-Barre and left the children unattended as she stole the victimโ€™s car.

Police have charged 33-year-old Natasha Watson with multiple counts of aggravated assault, robbery of a motor vehicle, and fleeing from officers after an incident that happened Thursday afternoon.

Police responded to the Save A Lot on South Main Street in Wilkes-Barre for reports of a stabbing on Thursday afternoon just after 1:00. Upon arrival, police identified a victim with multiple stab wounds to her shoulder.

Police say the victim told them that as she was putting groceries in her car, Watson approached her, asking for directions. The victim said she gave directions to Watson who then got a โ€œcrazy look in her eyesโ€ and began to stab the victim, according to court paperwork.

Officials say that this incident took place in front of Watsonโ€™s three children, who during the attack were yelling โ€œplease stop.โ€ Watson grabbed the victimโ€™s car keys, which the victim was able to get back but Watson became angered with this and stabbed her several more times, police say.

Watson did get the keys from the victim and police say she then jumped in the car. Authorities say Watson was trying to get the children in the car when she heard the police sirens and took off, leaving the children at the crime scene.

Police say they tried to stop Watson and a short chase ensued, but it was called off. Moments later, Watson hit another driver and then crashed into a tree near the McDonaldโ€™s on River Street in Plains Township, the affidavit states.

The victim was taken to Geisinger Wyoming Valley where it was found that as a result of the stabbings, one of her lungs collapsed. The victim also told officers that she has never met or seen Watson before this attack. Watson was taken to Geisinger South for a blood test but refused.

(Black) Mother and daughter arrested, charged in assaulting students inside middle school
SUSPECT-NAME DALZELL, S.C. (WIS) -A mother and daughter in Sumter County are facing charges after investigators say they assaulted three children on school grounds. The incident happened Wednesday afternoon at Ebenezer Middle School.

32-year-old Whitley Smith and 67-year-old Mamie Smith were both arrested and charged with assault by mob 3rd degree and disturbing schools. โ€œThis type of behavior is criminal and should never be considered as the appropriate way to deal with matters,โ€ Sumter County Sheriff Anthony Dennis said.

According to the Sumter County Sheriffโ€™s Office, the suspects gained entry into the school under false pretenses. They buzzed the front door for entry and told staff they had to go to the attendance office. Once they got inside, the suspects ran down the hallway and confronted several students.

The Sheriffโ€™s Office said the Smiths pushed a student against a wall and began hitting her and scratching her in the head and face. Two other students were pushed and hit. Investigators say that the suspects believed one of their relatives was being bullied, but that they attacked the wrong students.

Joe Biden: โ€˜A Good Thingโ€™ When Whites โ€˜Absolute Minorityโ€™ in 2017 (Census Bureau Projects Majority-Minority Nation in 2044) On Tuesday, Vice President Joe Biden said it will be a โ€œgood thingโ€ when whites are an โ€œabsolute minorityโ€ in America in 2017.

The U.S. Census, though, has projected that America will be a majority-minority nation in 2044. The Census report, released in March, also projected that โ€œby 2060, nearly one in five of the nationโ€™s total population is projected to be foreign born.โ€

โ€œBy 2017, those of us of European stock will be an absolute minority in the United States of America,โ€ Biden said at a State Department luncheon for Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff. According to pool reports, Biden added that thatโ€™s โ€œnot a bad thing, thatโ€™s a good thingโ€ because it means the country is becoming more diverse.

The U.S. Census Bureau revealed last week that in 2014, minorities made up a majority of children under five years of age in the United States for the first time.

Biden is reportedly considering a run for the White House and his partyโ€™s chances of keeping the White House depend on whether minorities and young voters who made up Obamaโ€™s coalition turn out again with the same level of enthusiasm. Recent polling has found that non-white voters are less enthusiastic about the 2016 election than white voters who tend to lean more Republican.

(WHITE) EMT shot in back of ambulance by (BLACK) intoxicated man he was treating in Staten Island
BLACK SUSPECT victim name An EMT was shot in an ambulance by an intoxicated man being transported to a Staten Island hospital on Wednesday night โ€” and a retired NYPD detective helped apprehend the suspect, police said.

The wild chain of events began after EMTs from Richmond University Medical Center picked up the patient from in front of the Funkey Monkey Lounge on Forest Avenue and Llewellyn Place at about 7:40 p.m., police said.

Calls made to 911 reported the man, identified by police as 37-year-old Thomas McCauley, to be drunk and disorderly at the time, sources said.

Responding EMTs placed the man in the back of the ambulance and proceeded towards the hospital.

About a mile into the transport, McCauley allegedly pulled a gun out of his waistband and fired a shot, striking a 25-year-old male EMT, Richard McMahon, in the shoulder, NYPD Inspector Mark Molinari said at a Wednesday night press conference.

The ambulance driver immediately pulled over around 646 Forest Avenue. The perpetrator then fled out the back of the ambulance on foot before he was apprehended with the help of a retired NYPD detective and an off-duty Department of Sanitation lieutenant, Molinari said. The wounded EMT was transported by the ambulance driver to RUMC hospital in stable condition.

A .38 caliber revolver was recovered at the scene. McCauley was also allegedly in possession of a knife and mace, according to police. McCauley was known to police for a prior call of an emotionally disturbed person, Molinari told reporters. Charges against him were pending as of early Thursday.

(Black) North Philadelphia pastor accused of female child sex assaults
SUSPECT-NAME PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A Philadelphia pastor is behind bars in Montgomery County after being charged with sexually assaulting children in several incidents going back several decades.

Mark Hatcher, 59, is facing a slew of sexual assault charges including rape, statutory sexual assault and corruption of a minor, according to court documents.

Hatcher has been a Pastor of Holy Ghost Headquarters located along North Broad Street in North Philadelphia since the 1980s, according to his bio on their website.

Video from HGH's Facebook page shows him speaking during last Sunday's service.

According to court documents, three victims came forward accusing Hatcher of incidents dating back to 2000. The criminal complaint states that back in January, two relatives of Hatcher told Whitpain Township Police that he sexually abused them at a house he owns in Blue Bell.

One victim told police that Hatcher sexually assaulted him at least five times, which started when he was six years old. Documents state the other victim told police that Hatcher sexually assaulted her and exposed himself to her when she was 15 years old.

The third victim initially reported Hatcher in November of 2008 to Philadelphia police. According to the criminal complaint, she said the sexual assault happened inside a Philadelphia home. She told police that Hatcher pinned her down, covered her mouth while she tried to scream for help. The victim was 13 at the time, Hatcher was 43.

HISPANIC NYC man accused of fatally stabbing (Yemeni or Saudi Arabian) deli worker over cigarette arrested after 7 months on the lamโ€‹
SUSPECT-NAME victim name A Staten Island man accused of fatally stabbing a deli worker for refusing to sell him a loose cigarette at a discount has been arrested after seven months on the lam, cops said.

Christian Diaz, 25, was nabbed Tuesday and charged with second-degree murder in the senseless Oct. 19 slaying of Ahmed Almulaiki in East Harlem, according to a criminal complaint.

The unhinged customer got into a fight with deli workers because he was short 50 cents for the โ€œloosieโ€ and they wouldnโ€™t give him store credit, police said.

He allegedly flew into a rage, stabbing Almulaiki twice with a knife โ€” before taking off for Pennsylvania and then Florida, according to prosecutors.

The suspect then returned to Staten Island, where cops caught up with him after three of his high school buddies called in tips about him, the NYPD said.

Note: here is a news article with a picture of a Brooklyn man with same name as murder victim.

HISPANIC MS-13 gang member faces life in prison after pleading guilty to killing 3 men on LIโ€‹
SUSPECT-NAME An MS-13 gang member pleaded guilty Tuesday to murdering three men on Long Island โ€” including one he lured to a baseball field before savagely beating and stabbing him to death.

Jhonny Contreras, 28, now faces a life sentence in connection to the slayings, which took place in 2013 and 2015 with Contreras believing his victims were members of rival gangs, federal prosecutors said.

Contreras admitted that he and other members of the bloodthirsty gang murdered two men โ€” Keenan Russell and Derrick Mayes โ€” in 2013, thinking they were both Bloods gang members.

According to Contreras, he and another MS-13 member armed themselves with a .25 caliber handgun and 20-gauge shotgun and used a stolen minivan โ€” which was later wiped down and torched โ€” to drive around and look for rival gang members to kill.

He also copped to his involvement in the 2015 killing of Cesar Rivera-Vasquez, whom he lured to a baseball field under the pretense of smoking marijuana.

Rivera-Vasquez was forced to remove his shirt so others could identify his gang tattoo โ€” before he was beaten and stabbed several times.

Justice coming for the โ€˜Dirty 51โ€™ Hunter Biden laptop liarsโ€‹
One of the most galling aspects of the Hunter Biden laptop saga is that the 51 former intelligence officials who played such a critical role in suppressing The Postโ€™s stories and giving Joe Biden cover before the 2020 election have never been brought to account.

The โ€œDirty 51โ€ lied by painting our stories as Russian disinformation in an Oct. 19, 2020, letter they signed and delivered to Politico five days after The Post exposรฉ and three days before the final presidential debate of the election campaign.

They used the institutional weight of their powerful former roles to legitimize partisan political propaganda designed to smear The Post and everyone associated with the story and dissuade the rest of the media from looking deeper into the laptop.

The letter, titled โ€œPublic Statement on the Hunter Biden emails,โ€ and signed by former CIA Directors John Brennan, Leon Panetta and Mike Hayden, former acting CIA Director Michael Morell, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and other ex-spooks, claimed the material on Hunterโ€™s hard drive โ€œhas all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation,โ€ although not one of them had seen it.

Their lie โ€œprobably affected the outcomeโ€ of the 2020 presidential race, as former Attorney General William Barr has said, describing the letter as โ€œpartisan hackery,โ€ โ€œbaselessโ€ and signed by โ€œa coterie of retired intelligence officials who had lost their professional bearings.โ€

Yet they have never apologized or retracted their lie. In fact, when The Post contacted the group in March, after the New York Times belatedly acknowledged the laptop was real, some, like Clapper, doubled down.

One former CIA officer who signed the letter, John Sipher, boasted that he took โ€œspecial pride in personally swinging the election away from Trump.โ€

โ€œI lost the election for Trump?โ€ wrote Sipher during a Twitter spat with a former Trump official. โ€œWell then I [feel] pretty good about my influence.โ€

The arrogance of these Deep Staters tells you that they believe they will get away with lying to influence an election.

But thereโ€™s one person with a bee in his bonnet who isnโ€™t going to let the story go: Donald Trump.

The arraignment of former linebacker Isimemen David Etute was held ahead of a trial scheduled to start May 25 in Montgomery County Circuit Court, The Roanoke Times reported.

Etute is accused in the death of Jerry Smith, 40 in May 2021. Etute said he visited Smithโ€™s apartment that April after he was matched with someone named โ€œAngieโ€ on Tinder, and returned on May 31 to determine whether his match was male or female, attorneys and witnesses said at earlier hearings.

Etute was released on $75,000 last June and has been under house arrest and electronic monitoring while living with his family in Virginia Beach. He was suspended from the university and the football team during the investigation.

(Black domestic terrorist) Man indicted in murder of Dixie Queen employee, DA says
black suspect A late-night fast-food run that turned into an argument and a deadly shooting in January has led to the murder indictment. A grand jury on May 17, indicted Quandaryus House on a count of first-degree murder.

House is being held in the Shelby County Jail on a $250,000 bond. On Jan. 15, at approximately 12:30 AM, House and a woman drove to a Dixie Queen, which is in the 1100 block of South Bellevue Boulevard.

After placing an order at the speaker box, the couple moved up to the drive-through window where they tried to change their order and began arguing with an employee, 18-year-old Maresha Williams, the DA said. The two eventually got their food and left.

House and the woman returned a short time later, with House in the driverโ€™s side back seat. The car pulled up to the drive-through window again and House began shooting into the store, the DA said.

Williams was hit in the abdomen and was taken to a hospital where she was later pronounced dead.

At Hope Bible Church we believe that the King James Bible is the inspired and preserved word of God (2 Tim. 3:16) and that "rightly dividing the word of truth" (2 Tim. 2:15) is the key to understanding the Bible.

All scripture is for us, but it was not all written to and about us. To rightly divide the word of truth is to recognize and consistently maintain the clear divisions that God put in the scripture.

The main division in the word of God is between the prophetic kingdom program of Israel (concerns that which was spoken by the prophets since the world began, Acts 3:21) and the mystery program of the Body of Christ (concerns that which was kept secret since the world began until it was revealed through the apostle Paul, Rom. 16:25).

Christ chose Paul to be the pattern and spokesman for the Body of Christ to follow in this present dispensation of grace (1 Cor. 4:16-17; 11:1; Phil. 4:9; 1 Tim. 1:12-16).

    Hillview Baptist Church on YouTube
We believe salvation is by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christโ€™s death on the cross for our sins, his burial, and resurrection the third day.

We love sinners enough to share the gospel of the grace of God with all men. We believe Godโ€™s power unto salvation is in the gospel of Christ (Romans 1:16), and his power to stablish believers is in Paulโ€™s gospel, the preaching of Jesus Christ according to the revelation of the mystery, and the scriptures of the prophets.

We believe the great enemy of Godโ€™s power in his word is the traditions and wisdom of men, which make the word of God of none effect. (Mark 7:13, 1 Corinthians 1:17, and Colossians 2:8-23).

Therefore we hold to true biblical ministry of preaching Christ crucified to sinners, and building up the saints in Christ through good doctrine, obtained only through studying and teaching the King James Bible rightly divided (2 Timothy 2:15)

To this end and following the ministry strategy of the Apostle Paul (Acts 14:21-23), we have established three Biblical priorities for our ministry:
